Inside the bar, Kurogiri found someone for Tomura to talk to for the manchild's plan

"I found one that is interested Shigaraki" the warp villian said "his name is Stain"

"So you've attacked an academy filled with fake heroes" the guest spoke looking at the hand villian

"I did and I need more people to help me fight against them" he hummed

"Before I give my answer" Stain pulled out his daggers "why do you fight heroes?"

"Oh?" Tomura looked surprised "you want to know...?"

"Master" Kurogiri looked at the tv screen "should I interfere?"

"Let him feel it" the voice replied "he'll learn that way" before chuckling a bit "just be awake to help my protege afterwards"

"If that is your wish" the warp villain was now on standby watching from his bar

Stain was looking down at Tomura with disgust as he pinned the hand villain on the floor with his dagger stabbing the manchild's shoulder making a big wound on the guy

"Master" Kurogiri spoke unable to move his body "I can't move..."

"This one has tasted battle many times" the voice spoke from the tv "he prepared himself mentally well"

"I followed the invitation and decided to see for myself how you work" the hero killer spoke "and I'm disappointed" his voice carried disgust "you act on tantrums when things don't go your way and abuse your power just because you can" he then placed the second dagger near Tomura's neck "you are the kind of person I hate the most" his eyes narrowed at the hand villain "I should kill you and spare the world of your foolishness"

"And I just got my wound smaller after my loss at USJ" the hand villain sighed in frustration "master told me to think on my losses and make a new plan" he then grabbed the dagger near his neck making it decay "and now I have to deal with an annoying player for it!"

Stain quickly jumped back making Tomura stand up "the game plan was to make heroes lose their status and have the world lose faith in them!" he declares loudly and looked at the hero killer "this world is shaped by stupid heroes...!"

"So that's who you are..." Stain sheathed his dagger

"Huh...?" the hand villain was confused

"You and I have different views" the hero killer spoke looking slightly calm now "but we have something in common" he recalled his efforts before gaining proper resolve "that is the disdain of the present" and narrowed his eyes "society is blind to what is important and it must be purged...!"

Tomura scratched his neck a bit before calming down "looks like this recruitment is a failure" he sighed "and we don't have any more time to find new ones"

"Then the meeting is done" the hero killer finished "I'd like to go back to Hosu" he looked at the villains in the bar "there is still business I must do"

"Master?" the warp and hand villains looked at the tv screen

"He can go" the voice responded "I need to talk with Shigaraki for the moment"

"Right away" Kurogiri activated his quirk creating the gate for the hero killer to walk through

"Shigaraki" the voice called "how are you handling this glitch...?"

"A bit better" Tomura scratched his neck a bit "I usually complain after not getting what I want, but I was able to remember bog brother's advice" he looked at the screen calmly "complaining doesn't make bad things go away"

"Good, very good" the voice laughed "what will you do now?"

"I..." the manchild gulped "want to use the nomus in Hosu where Stain went to and have the heroes feel pathetic"

"I'll allow it" the voice hummed "but I won't give you many Shigaraki, three will suffice" and hummed a bit "you need to learn after all"

"Yes master" the hand villain nodded 'big brother...I wish you could see me work right now, please hear the news'

Meanwhile in Hosu, Stain looked at the district seeing lights and people laughing like there isn't a problem at all

"Fools" he said to the ignorant populace "you placed your hopes on fakes who cared only for money and fame..." his eyes narrowed at society's continuous blindness "I will show you lot that the fakes are using you" he then pulled his sword "I will purge them to create a better society!"

In another area of Hosu, Kurogiri and Tomura walked out of the former's warp gate with three nomus behind them

"It's not much with three" the manchild sighed "but master said to be careful with my plans after the USJ glitch" and pointed forward "go and destroy the district!"

The three moved as commanded creating destruction and havoc in the district as the civilians screamed at the monsters before them

The pro-heroes were on the move there while some who around split between halting the monsters or helping the victims get to safety

"I can't believe that we are shorthanded tonight!"

"We're already getting the other here! Just keep doing your job!"

"Don't worry, you'll be in a safe place..."

Manual and his team were running to the danger

"Remember guys" the pro called to his team "we prioritize safety and damage, the other heroes are handling the villains in that area!"

"Yes sir!" the others nodded

Ingenium was behind the group until he saw a shadow in an alley making him stop 'it's him...' his mind went back to his brother in the hospital bed 'the hero killer...!'

The new Ingenium abandoned his ethics as a hero and went for revenge instead...

Deku Ghost was with Gran Torino riding in a train with the passengers looking at them once in a while

"Is this why you aren't well known...?" the boy asked his mentor

"You got it" the old hero nodded "the fame may help give an example, but it distracts us from our actual work in keeping the peace"

'Only my uncle has actually balanced that' the soul student thought 'he made it very clear that he isn't selfish but the media wanted to use him as a stepping stone to get stories about heroes due to him working with other pros he sided with'

Just then his mind felt something and quickly moved to the passengers behind him grabbing the surprised duo escaping an attack destroying the seat they occupied halting the train while the old hero and other passengers saw a giant hole where the two passengers occupied as said people flinched

"Deku Ghost" Gran Torino finally spoke "did you-?"

"I... don't know..." the student replied before feeling dizzy "oh my head..."

'Does One For All have more capabilities?' the old hero thought before looking at his student "okay kid, since this is now a danger zone. I'm granting you permission to use your quirk in combat" he stated 'I got the feeling you'll act like Toshinori in his work'

"Thank you sir!" he said putting the victims on their feet as they tried to calm the sudden

"Don't get too badly hurt!" Gran Torino said before jumping out of the hole and look for the cause of damage in the city

Three nomus were causing disaster in Hosu. Some heroes were trying to keep them at bay but were barely holding out due their unusual appearance and multiple quirks

"This isn't helping...!"

"The damage is expanding!"

"Are the others coming yet!?"

The nomus are at the advantage of using multiple quirks making the heroes struggle in the situation

While that happened Stain has targeted another one in the alley pinning him against the wall

"You fakes are always around" the hero killer stated without remorse "making excuses to be hero" he gripped the pro's neck as the fake in his eyes tried to make a rebuttal "your words mean nothing to me" and readied his weapon "for you shall be purged"

Native coughed unable to move at all 'damn it...' he thought 'an emergency call came and I have the bad luck on facing the hero killer tonight'

Stain raised his jagged weapon ready to deliver the final blow

"Stop right there...!"

The hero killer and pro turned to see another hero in the scene

"Go away" Stain called "I have a fake to kill"

"I'm not letting you do what you want hero killer...!" Ingenium roared running in blind at the one who crippled his brother

But when he got close, Stain quickly moved striking the boy's head making the helmet fly out revealing his face

"A kid...?" the hero killer blinked "leave, this isn't worth your time"

"Like you could tell me what to do!" the engine student shouted back going in blind again "you will pay for what you did!"

Stain dropped Native and attacked the boy making him fall to the ground before placing his spiked boot on the new target and stabbed his second target on the left arm

"You focused on me instead of the victim..." the villain stated "what feelings do you carry in your path as a hero?"

Ingenium grunted having a furious look "you ruined my brother's career!" he shouted feeling dismay at losing in this battle "he was a hero I looked up to and you ruined that...!"

"I see" Stain pulled pulled out his weapon from the boy and licked the blood paralyzing his new target "then you are not meant to be a hero" the hero killer looked at his new target "for you carry vengeance in your heart..." raising his blade again to deliver a lethal blow "may society truly see the fake heroes in this world"

"No matter how I see it! You will only be a killer in my eyes!" the engine student roared in defiance "I will not change my views on you and your work!"

"Which is why you will die...child"

Stain was about to kill his new victim before feeling something on his face

"SMASH!" Deku Ghost shouted at reaching the area thanks to his quirk helping him when he patrolled on his own 'my soul quirk and One For All are mixed together...I have to be careful since it's a first for me to use both of them'

"Another fake?" Stain grunted before standing on his feet

"Deku...!" Ingenium grunted "you shouldn't be here!" and tried to move but was still under the paralysis "Stain is dangerous!"

"I should be" he retorted "a hero saves victims Ingenium..." he prepares a stance while secretly sending a distress signal "they make sure the world is safe from villains and ignorance!"

Stain was surprised to hear that 'so a true hero has finally showed up' and smiled a bit before pulling out his dagger "let me see your resolve"

The hero killer dashed forward ready to attack, the soul student quickly summoned his gangan saber and blocked his opponent's blades

"Good reflex" Stain commented before breaking the block and used his spiked boot to stagger the boy "but I have a duty to stop the fake heroes in society!"

The hero killer was near his second target but jumped away when an ice wall suddenly appeared in front of him

"Dual!" Deku Ghost smiled at seeing his classmate "you made it!"

"It was risky when I got your message Ghost" the dual element student spoke "but I believe such things are necessary to protect the weak"

'Another hero is proven worthy' Stain smiled a bit seeing that there is hope for society "you better stay true to your resolve" he kept the blades in his grip "because I won't be merciful in my goals to anyone!"

And the battle continues...!

Stain was once again in the offensive but was struck in the back by Deku Ghost's kick, who used Full Cowling, and tossed him to the other side of the alley before another strike to the midsection making the hero killer skid backwards

"Deku Ghost let me aid you!" Dual was about o jump into the fight but was halted when he felt a burst of wind against him

"You'll only get in trouble" the soul student reasoned "help Native and Ingenium out of the fight range and protect them" he gripped his weapon tight "I'll be the one to keep Stain from escaping, just use your quirk to distract the hero killer if the opportunity presents itself"

The dual element student was about to protest that but conceded since the victims are still unable to move with the hero killer still present and he must protect them!

"Protecting the weak and making sure your ally stays ready" Stain hummed "your qualities as a hero keeps improving" he readied his blades again "but is your conviction strong enough to stop me?"

"I don't know" Deku Ghost waved his arm summoning his belt "but I will not let you kill them!"

"Prove it Deku Ghost!"

While the students were busy with the hero killer... the pros were at least able to keep the nomus in check as the police helped evacuate the victims from the area

Gran Torino was able to join in the destruction slamming a nomu with his jet quirk stunning it for the moment

"Looks like these things have gotten a proper test drive" the old hero hummed as the other heroes were now in the advantage of the battle

Just then Endeavour came in as his flames burned hot seeing a flying nomu take a hostage and flew to the sky

'You're not getting away...' the hero threw a fireball making the creature dodge into a corner before he ran using his quirk to melt the stone wall to make a foothold and go upward in the chase

He then created a fire spear and threw it striking the nomu's head making it let go of the hostage and the pro caught on the way down

"All the nomus are dealt with" Endeavor stated putting the hostage safely on the ground "no more trouble..."

Tomura and Kurogiri watched the new loss of his attack and scratched his neck again feeling frustration at the pros for stopping them

"Shigaraki..." the warp villain spoke

"It's fine Kurogiri" the manchild sighed finally stopping his scratches "I'm still angry that Stain gave me a new wound for the disagreement" he pulled out a pair of binoculars "but I'll stay here a bit longer and see how he works"

"Yes Shigaraki" Kurogiri responded waiting on standby until he is called

Deku Ghost flicked his finger keeping the distance from Stain after clashing with weapons 'I may have better control now, but I still need time to transform and keep the advantage!'

'You're good Deku Ghost' the hero killer dodged another air blast before slipping his steps due to Dual's fire half of his quirk distracting him 'but you are holding back...is it because of your teammate?' he narrowed his eyes 'I'll just get him first!'

He pulled out his dagger and threw it at the deal element student

'No...!' the soul student's eyes widen that he was too far to stop the blade nearing his classmate but was surprised that Ingenium moved suddenly using his arm to take the hit before falling back down

"Ingenium!" Dual looked at the wound on his classmate

"Freeze...my legs!" the engine student grunted as he bit on the dagger and pulled it out of his arm "I need my engines cooled down to help Deku Ghost!" he saw the villain jump back when his other friend was able to bring out his belt and Ore eyecon before it changed into Boost!

Ippatsu toucon! Eye! Bachirminna!

"Henshin!"

Toucoun kaigan! Boost! Ore ga boost! Furuitatsu ghost! Go! Fight! Go! Fight! Go...fight!

The red armor appeared and shined like a burst of flame making the hero killer jump back while the ice shrapnel Dual made melted into water vapor before the parka coat attached onto his body finishing the transformation

"You will not kill anyone tonight Stain!" he declared as green lightning surged around his body

"That kid" Native grunted feeling the ability to move a bit as he struggled to sit up "...has guts"

After Dual finished icing Ingenium's legs, the engine student finally got his body to move and stood up but waited for the right moment of attack

'I only have one chance to hit him and avenge my brother' Ingenium thought 'one chance...'

The hero killer was impressed at Deku Ghost's resolve as the boy dropped his weapon, resorting to hand-to-hand combat... with speed now equal to his 'impressive, very impressive...' he blocked a kick with one sword and dodged another near his head "your resolve is strong Ghost" he said as the two were back on the ground "but why are you saving the fakes? They should be purged...!"

"Because a hero saves lives hero killer!" the soul student called surprising him and the others "to people you see as fake, I see them as victims! They shouldn't be left alone and become bad! They should get help and be offered redemption...!"

'Truly a hero worth living' Stain blinked at the boy's conviction "then prove your resolve Deku Ghost! Defeat me and save the lives I will purge here!"

'I should use my omega attack and finish this but I may lose my movement...' he mixed his soul quirk with One For All again creating more green lightning on his body 'I'll finish him with one hit! Full Cowling: 30%...!'

Stain was so focused on Deku Ghost that he didn't realize that Ingenium was waiting on the proper opportunity to strike the hero killer along with his classmate

The soul student dashed forward breaking Stain's jagged sword into two striking his face

"Recipro...burst!" Ingenium's leg gave one last burst kicking the hero killer's stomach

Stopping the villain and ending the fight tonight!

Dual and Ingenium was making sure that Stain's weapons are removed in his person while Deku Ghost checked on Native on his injury with the former removing his armor

"Is that all of them?"

"I believe so"

"How are you doing?"

"Still sore... but alive thanks to you"

"Just stay still. I may have something that could help"

The soul student placed his hand on the pro's wound and it glowed surprising Native and the other students! A second has passed and Deku Ghost removed his hand seeing no blood or a scar, just a torn shirt...

"Deku/Ghost!" Dual and Ingenium called as they reached him "did you-?!"

"I just unlocked this ability tonight" Deku Ghost responded "apparently it only works if I don't fight"

The three students and pro walked out dragging the slightly conscious villain out of the alley

"At least the heroes are able to stop the mess from spreading" Native sighed still feeling the tear on his costume

"Dual, Deku..." Ingenium called to his classmates "I'm sorry" he bowed deeply "I was too focused on my selfishness to see that heroes need help"

"Which is why there are schools to be heroes" Deku Ghost reminded "the pros give us lessons and we students must decide if it's enough to be one"

The engine student still felt guilty for his current actions, but he was glad his classmate wasn't scolding him for his selfishness

"Not that I enjoy seeing young people learn" Native called "but we should get moving..."

"Right" the three nodded pulling the tied up villain with them

The other pros came checking around if there are nomus still around, but got surprised to see Native, the three students with a tied up Stain...!

"The hero killer's been captured?" one of the pros blinked

"Looks like I was right to allow you permission" Gran Torino called as he landed from his sky patrol

"Gran Torino...!" another pro blinked in surprise at seeing the old hero before them

"Glad to see your still kicking butt" Deku Ghost hummed happily

"Naturally..." he grinned "it takes more than a surprise to stop me"

Just when things are getting better. A nomu survived from the heroes' battle swooped into view

"Look out...!" Ingenium pushed the soul student away getting taken by the flying creature instead leaving a splatter of blood in the are

"Ingenium!" Dual shouted in shock seeing his classmate get taken away

Suddenly Stain cut himself free from the rope with a hidden knife from his sleeve cuff and quickly dashed to the bloodstain licking it causing the nomu to be paralyzed leaving itself open to the hero killer's attack when he stabbed it's brain making it crash on the ground!

"The hero killer saved him...?"

"No, he just took a hostage!"

"I did this to create a just world..." Stain pulled out his weapon before placing it on the engine student's throat "you aren't worthy to live, but Deku Ghost's resolve has convinced me to spare you" his menacing eyes caused the boy to stiffen in fear "you still have time to grow, so become the hero he believes..."

Just then Manual and Endeavor came into the scene with the former in shock to see his intern under the villain's grasp and the latter grinning to see another opportunity to do his job as a hero

"So you have shown yourself" the flame hero called "hero killer...!"

"However" Stain stood up and turned to the pros "there are still fakes roaming this world" making small steps toward them breathing erratically "society is broken... worshipping fake heroes who only wanted fame and money! It needs blood to change!"

"You lot aren't worth being called heroes!" he shouted looking at them with his mask falling off revealing his scarred face with no nose "only two heroes are worthy of killing me!" his voice carried venom "All Might and Deku Ghost...!"

The hero killer released his rage creating heavy pressure to all heroes in the area. Most pros were afraid with Endeavor stepping back in fear... they couldn't believe a villain like this existed!

Deku Ghost felt the malice but he was more upset than afraid...

Stain saw the bad effect of heroes and he is causing chaos to show the world it isn't perfect!

But by becoming a villain, he not only pushed the pros to work harder...he also made them hide their failures!

In that moment the soul student ran forward and raised his arm releasing black tendrils wrapping the villain tightly before tackling him to the ground stopping the intense pressure Stain

"Society isn't broken, just misguided...!" the soul student retaliated looking at the hero killer without fear "it doesn't need blood to change! Just brave and strong people to show the way...!" his voice didn't falter "Stain, the hero killer...you are under arrest!"

The villain was surprised that someone stopped him but looked at the kid's eyes. If he still had energy... he'd congratulate Deku Ghost for being a true hero

The villain passed out making the soul student pant a bit before turning the surprised witnesses

"What are you waiting for?" he said "get the handcuffs and arrest this guy...!"

The pros quickly went to work binding the hero killer properly and checking the crime scene with the interns to make the report

Leaving only Endeavor and Gran Torino to their thoughts about the scenario

'I just saw All Might in that moment...' the flame hero balled his fists as his flames burst for a second 'how strong are you kid!?'

'You've really picked quite a successor Toshinori' the old hero sighed 'I'm gonna have to call you soon...'

Shigariki was scratching his neck again, being reminded of the glitch problem from games when his big brother played with him when master informed him and Kurogiri about visits

"Shigaraki" Kurogiri called but blinked when the hand villain finally stopped scratching "are...you okay?"

"Not okay" the hand villain sighed "but big brother's advice helped me again, I won't get what I want if I complain" he looked at the bartender "let's leave, there's nothing more to see here"

"Right away" the warp villain acknowledged

The villains stepped into the portal and left the district without being noticed by the pros heroes

The Hosu incident is now over... and the news copter has recorded everything in camera tonight

Author's Notes:

And that's the battle between Stain and Deku Ghost, the former was convinced of the latter's convictions and the hero in training was able to unlock One For All's hidden abilities alongside it's stockpiling effect: Danger Sense and Blackwhip (remember Izuku has a soul quirk now, meaning the souls in One For All are subconsciously connected to him)

Not to mention the soul student has arrested the hero killer on camera... which set some changes on how the story will progress...(I'm still trying to keep it canon but I do feel sorry for some of the villains when I reached the Meta Liberation Army arc in my research)

His Soul User quirk got new abilities during the internship;

Soul radar-it's similar to Danger Sense but it finds targets instead (it only works on living beings not objects)

Soul healing-can calm the victim while healing the wound (compared to Recovery girl's quirk it's a slow process...so it depends of how big the wound the person carries)
