Another chapter I feel could have done better.

The Plantars and Boonchuys watched the scene of father and son reuniting with happy tears. Mr. and Mrs. Boonchuy held each other and smiled. Sprig and Polly bawled like babies while Hop Pop clasped his hands together. Anne smiled, not saying a word. Giorno pulled away from the hug and asked, "Are you okay, Giorgio?"

"Yes, Dad."

"Good."

"Giorgio? I thought his name was JoJo," said Mr. Boonchuy.

"Oh, come on," said Polly. "Even an idiot can figure out that's a nickname."

Then Giorno suddenly raised his voice in anger, "WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!" The Plantars and Boonchuys were taken aback. Well, that was a change in mood. "Bed empty, no note, passport stolen...you ran away without saying a word to me or your mother! And then you disappeared for five months! I thought your mother would have a heart attack for sure!"

"Wait, you ran away from home," Mrs. Boonchuy asked Giorgio, outraged.

"I don't need to hear a lecture from you," Giorgio growled at her.

"Hey, don't talk to my mom," Anne said in her defense.

"Yeah, don't talk about my mom like that," agreed Sprig.

"That's enough," shouted Giorno. "Giorgio, we have much to discuss about what happened, but now is not the time. Wait for me outside the porch. I will have a word with you later." Giorgio scowled at his father and turned to look at Anne, who merely nodded her head. He scoffed and left the house. Giorno exhaled heavily.

"Uh, Mr. JoJo's Dad," said Polly with wide excited eyes.

"My name is Giorno Giovanna."

"Okay then. Mr. Giovanna, can I say it's an honor to meet you? JoJo's told so much about you and I really wanna say..."

Anne clapped her mouth and said through gritted teeth, "I'm sure Mr. Giovanna has a lot on his mind right now and does not need to be pestered right now."

"It's alright, Anne," Giorno said. "Giorgio informed me of everything."

Anne's heart raced. "Holy frog, he spoke my name!" Then she realized, "Wait, by everything, do you mean...?" Her and her friends' powers, Andrias, Sasha's betrayal, Marcy's betrayal, Funny Valentine, and the frog robot invasion? Wait, why was she asking that question? Giorgio told her he told him days ago on the phone!

Giorno narrowed his eyes at her. "Everything. You dragged my son into you and your two friends' misadventure when you stole that magic music box."

Anne winced. Mrs. Boonchuy came to her defense. "Now hold on! You said it yourself, your son ran away from home! For all we know, he could have influenced my daughter to..."

"No, he's right," said Anne with guilt. "We did drag him in. He tried to stop us, but we were too stubborn to listen." Knowing Marcy, she thought, she probably made me open the box just to get him to shut up. Anne reached into her shirt and pulled out her ladybug necklace. "He wanted to give me this for my birthday before he found out what I was doing."

Hop Pop's eyes widened. "Is that real gold, and real diamonds?!"

"Mr. Giovanna," said Anne. "I'm so sorry for what we did. If not more so. But, if it makes you feel any better, in the time we got to know each other, JoJo did teach me a lot of things in Amphibia, and I taught him as well. We became good friends as we survived together with the Plantars."

Giorno said, "I'm just so relieved he's alive. Thank you for helping him along the way. I know he can be a handful."

"You have no idea," said Anne. "But he's a nice kid once you get to know him. Kinda."

Then Giorno's eyes fell upon the Plantars. "So, these are the Plantar family my son told me about," he said as he knelt down to their eye level. "I actually found it hard to believe, but now that I see you up close...I still find it hard to believe. A family of humanoid frogs, huh?"

The Plantars removed their disguises. "Uh, yeah," said Sprig nervously. "We're from another world! Either that or this is a dream."

Giorno's eyes raised a little. Well, this was definitely a first for him. "I want to say thanks for helping Anne with Giorgio."

"It's no problem," said Polly. "He's like a cool older brother. If that brother was an alien, of course."

"Mr. Giovanna," said Hop Pop. "It's an honor to meet you. Your son has told us so much about you and your accomplishments." He leaned in a little closer. "You think you can spare some money for an old frog?"

Polly slapped her flipper over his mouth and snapped, "You don't ask the Boss for money, Hop Pop! It's disrespectful!"

Unfortunately, Mrs. Boonchuy heard that and asked, "Boss? Why would they call you that, Mr. Giovanna?" Anne's heart raced. That's right! Her parents don't know she's friends with the son of a mafia boss!

Thankfully, Giorno was quick to save face. Without missing a beat, he said calmly, "I'm the head of my own business in Italia. We specialize in entrepreneurship and investment. Our clientele includes restaurants, hotels, waste management, and shipping ports. My...you could call him my assisstant manager, Guido Mista, is running things while I'm gone."

"Really? Restaurants," said Mr. Boonchuy. "No wonder JoJo had restaurant experience. Wait, can we still call him that, or do we call him Giorgio?"

"I'm sticking with JoJo," said Anne. "It sounds cooler."

"So, Mr. Giovanna," said Mrs. Boonchuy. "How long do you plan on staying here?"

"I'm staying at a hotel not to far from here. As for how long I'm staying...that all depends on Giorgio."

"Wait, you're not going to take him back to Italy are you," asked Anne.

"Please, don't take him from us," wept Sprig as he grabbed onto Giorno's leg. "I'll be a wreck without him!"

"Sprig, get off him," Hop Pop shouted, pulling his grandson off.

After getting over the awkwardness, Giorno said, "Like I said, it depends on Giorgio."

"Would you like to stay for dinner," Mr. Boonchuy asked. "I mean, if you don't mind."

"Not at all. But first, I need to have a word with my son, if you don't mind." Giorno turned to leave the room and closed the door behind him. Almost instantly, the Boonchuys and Plantars exhaled a sigh of relief.

"Holy frog," said Anne. "Did you just feel the room get cold when he started yelling at JoJo? Not even Sasha gave me that feeling!"

"That's the aura of a real man with real power," said Hop Pop.

"I think I wet myself," said Sprig.

"And yet, I don't feel like I'm in any danger," said Polly. "Like I could trust him despite his scary aura."

Mrs. Boonchuy said, "It's kind of a mixed message."

"I hope he's not too hard on JoJo," said Mr. Boonchuy.

Giorno found Giorgio sitting on the Boonchuy's stoop, looking up at the moon. He did not even acknowledge him as he sat next to him. "Giorgio, I'm very disappointed in you." Giorgio did not respond. Giorno continued, "You could have been killed! You deliberately disobeyed me, ran away from home without leaving any sort of message, stole my passport, and you got three innocent girls involved in a mission I did not even assign to you!"

"Let's not use the 'I' word too loosely," said Giorgio dryly. "They did steal a magic box that took them to another world and me along with them."

"This is no joke! And then you disappear for five months, and while you were gone, you started your own, unauthorized version of Passione, and started a power vacuum that became a turf war you lost control over after destroying a rival gang!"

"Dad, I had no idea at the time! I was just trying to get Wartwood back on its feet and help a girl get her revenge! And I think I managed to quell it a little when I got rid of that other rival gang in Newtopia!" He paused then added, "Even if it was all staged."

"And to top it all off, you come back a vampire?"

"I was in a life or death situation, and Anne and her friends were in danger! I didn't think-"

"Exactly. You didn't think. And while we're on the subject, what were you thinking when you decided all this was a good idea?"

Giorgio glared at Giorno and said, "Do you have any idea how hard it is being your son?"

Giorno legitimately looked confused. "What?"

"Back at home, people never saw me as myself, just an extension of you! I'm just Giorno Giovanna's son, nothing more! I mean, can you blame them? You've got Gold Experience Requiem! You can give life to any inanimate objects! You can turn a stone into a seed and then into a tree! You can turn car parts into animals! And let's not forget your little reset button power! You're one of the greatest Stand users ever!" Giorgio looked away again. "As a matter of fact, you're too great. I mean, who am I compared to Giorno Giovanna? When all my Stand can do is control the five senses. That's why I ran away, Dad. So that I can prove to everyone that I'm not just an extension of you, but me! My own person!"

Giorno stared at Giorgio for a while, then said, "Giorgio...that's the dumbest thing I ever heard in my life yet! Where on Earth did you get that idea from?"

Giorgio, taken aback, said, "Well, I thought..."

"Have Mista, Trish, or Mr. Polnareff ever called you that? Just an extension of me? Not even Fugo would ever say that!"

"No. But, people do think that..."

Giorno looked into his son's eyes and asked, "Giorgio, is this what people think of you, or is it what you think of yourself? Do you really hate being my son?"

Giorgio stammered, "N-No! I don't! But...I..." He just didn't know what to say.

Giorno stood up and said, "I was planning on dragging you by the ear all the way back to Italia..."

"Wait." Giorgio stood up and said, "Dad, I can't leave the Plantars. They're my responsibility just as much as they are Anne's. And...and..." He paused, trying to find the right words. "And you're right, Dad. I do hate being your son, I hate being in your shadow. I know that's not what people think of me, but...I just feel inferior compared to you."

Giorno said, "You shouldn't feel that way. This false perception of yourself has made you make these brash decisions. You should not try to be better than me, but be better than what you are now."

Giorgio felt tears start to form. "I'm sorry, Dad. I'm sorry I ran away. I'm sorry I made you and Mom worry. I'm sorry I screwed up so bad. I'm sorry for everything," he wept as he hugged Giorno, who hugged him back.

"It'll take more than sorry to make up for this, but it's a start," Giorno said.

"Dad, can I stay in America? Just until we find a way to help the Plantars go back home?"

Giorno said with a smile, "That'll be up for your mother to decide." Giorgio gulped. In some ways, Erika Giovanna was scarier than her husband, even if she didn't have a Stand. "Oh, and by the way, there's one more thing you should know. We wanted it to be a surprise, but you ran away." Giorno reached into his pocket and took out a ladybird beetle and it flew into Giorgio's hand.

Then Giorno's Stand appeared next to him. Gold Experience Requiem touched the beetle and it turned back into a card. What was written on it made Giorgio's eyes widen, then he passed out. Written on the card was, "Congratulations! It's a sister!" Giorno smiled as he picked up his son and carried him back in the house. "I had a feeling that would be your reaction."

Across the street, a man in pink watched from inside his car. "Giorno Giovanna here? This is troublesome. I was hoping to aid Anne Boonchuy and the Plantars directly, but now I'm going to have to be discrete." As the man drove away, he took out his phone and opened a file on the boss of Passione. "The Speedwagon Foundation has little information on him, other than the fact that he's the son of DIO and is in possession of Gold Experience Requiem, a Stand that undoes any fate. I doubt even my Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap stands a chance against that. So the question is, how can I make sure Anne and the Plantars stay on the predetermined path I set for them?"

Back in the Boonchuy residence, Giorgio was lying on the couch, still recovering from the shock of finding out he was going to be an older brother. Giorno was at the Boonchuy's dinner table, enjoying his dinner. "So, tell me more about this Amphibia. What is it like?"

"Where do I begin," said Anne. "Everything's always trying to eat you! Snakes, birds, plants, fish, even giant bugs! And don't get me started on the people. The frogs I've been staying with are VERY uncomfortable around strangers. Try to imagine every backwoods hillbilly horror movie times ten! Their motto is 'Slow to accept, even slower to respect!'"

"It's true," said Polly. "We make torches and pitchforks every other Tuesday!"

Giorno's eyebrows raised a little. Hop Pop said nervously, "Ah, let me assure you, Mr. Giovanna, that things have changed since Anne and JoJo came into the picture. We're more welcoming now."

"Eh," said Sprig.

"It's true!" Hop Pop cleared his throat and said, "Maybe you should learn more about us frogs from another, not so threatening perspective. Where do I begin?"

"The beginning," said Sprig. "Isn't it obvious?"

"That was a rhetorical question, Sprig. Now, here's what you need to know about frogs, Mr. Giovanna. Frogs have been living and farming in the four corners of Frog Valley for many hundreds of years. Quite content to ignore and be ignored by the rest of the world — Amphibia being, after all, full of strange creatures beyond count. Frogs must seem of little importance, being neither renowned as great warriors like toads, nor counted among the very wise like newts." Hop Pop chuckled. "Heh, heh, heh. In fact, it has been remarked by some that a frog's only real passion is for food. A rather unfair observation, as we have also developed a keen interest in the brewing of ales, and the smoking of pipe-weed. But where our hearts truly lie is in peace and quiet, and good tilled earth. For all frogs share a love of things that grow. And yes, no doubt, to others our ways seem quaint. But, like my grandfather used to say, 'There is nothing wrong in celebrating a simple life.'"

The old frog sniffed, wiped his eyes and said, "Sorry. Just thinking about it makes me teary eyed."

"You and me both," said Sprig. "I miss going on...er...let's not call them dates, and more like outings with Ivy. Especially the way she sneak attacks on me."

"I miss Sadie Croaker and her cookies," said Polly. "What I wouldn't give for some dung beetle brownies again."

Giorno made a face. "Did you and Giorgio eat bugs the whole time, Anne?"

"All the time," said Anne. "At first it was gross, but I soon came to like it."

Giorno said, "Well, in places like Asia, they do sell bugs as a street vendor food and they're high in protein."

Mr. Boonchuy cleared his throat. "Can we not talk about eating bugs while we're at dinner?"

"Oops, sorry, Dad," said Anne. "So, Mr. Giovanna, is JoJo staying with us, or does he have to go back to Italy?"

"Giorgio will stay here in America, at least until we find a way to get the Plantars home. He will also be returning home for the holidays. I'm sure he wouldn't want to miss Christmas with the family."

"Oh," said Sprig, a little disappointed. "I was hoping he'd stay with us in the attic the whole time."

"Don't worry, Sprig," said Anne. "He'll only be gone during the holidays. We can see him any time."

Giorno gave Sprig a look. "Did you say Giorgio stayed in the attic?"

"Yeah, because of his sun allergy. No windows, no sunlight."

Giorno gave Mrs. and Mr. Boonchuy an incredulous look. "Don't look at us," said the latter. "It was Anne's idea."

"An idea that worked," Anne said.

After dinner, Giorno took Giorgio, hailed a taxi and went to the hotel he was staying at. Anne and the Plantars were sad to see them go, but the reminder that they can see him any time lifted their spirits a little. For some odd reason, Mrs. Boonchuy was very relieved to see them go.

The next day, Anne and the Plantars were at grocery store, doing some shopping. "What are we doing here again," asked Hop Pop.

"Because we didn't really get to do any shopping when that drunk Stand user attacked us," said Anne. "Alright, here's the lists." She handed each of the Plantars post-it notes. "I want you guys to help me with the groceries this time, and please, for the love of frog, try not to make a scene."

"Don't worry, Anne," said Hop Pop as he took his list. "We have nothing to worry about now. No Stands to chase us!"

"And unlike time, we won't be distracted," said Sprig. "No more robots for old Sprig!"

"You can count on us," said Polly.

"Good. Meet me at the front of the store in ten minutes."

"Whoa, I can't believe you actually did it," said Anne, as she and the Plantars left the store. "I mean, for a second, I thought something really bad was going to happen." HONK! The sound of a horn honking made them jump. A limousine pulled up in front of them and its window opened, revealing Giorno Giovanna. "Ciao," he said.

"M-Mr. Giovanna," exclaimed Anne. "What are you doing here? And, where did you get the limo?"

"I thought you needed a lift. As for where I got it, it's a rental. Why don't you put those bags in the trunk and hop on in?"

"Uh, tempting, but we're fine walking," said Anne. She and the Plantars were just about to leave when suddenly, roots popped out of the ground and held their feet in place. "What the?!"

"Help! The sidewalk is eating me!" shouted Sprig as he tried to free himself. Then, they flung him into the limo's sun roof.

"I'll free us! With my legs-" Polly tried to say only to be grabbed by a vine that lifted her up and threw her into the limo's sun roof.

"Polly!" shouted Hop Pop. "Now see here, Mr. Giovanna, you can hurt me, but when you hurt my grandkids... Hmm?" Something flew out of the car and landed on his face. "Ooh! A fly!" Before he could flick his tongue at it, it turned into a tire and pinned him to the ground.

"That's it," said Anne as her hair and eyes turned blue. Giorno's eyes widened. "Ripple OVERDRI-"

"Requiem. Set to zero," said Giorno to himself.

In an instant, Anne's powers deactivated, much to her confusion. "What...I didn't even turn it off!" She looked at Giorno with fear. "Did his Stand do that?"

"This is not up for discussion. Everyone, in the car now," Giorno ordered. There it was. That aura that commanded obedience. Anne helped get the tire off Hop Pop and the two of them entered the limo. Once the door closed, Giorno said to the driver, "Take a scenic route."

"Sure thing, Boss."

As soon as the limo started moving, Anne and the Plantars shifted uncomfortably in their seats. It took a while for them to realize there were three other people in suits sitting with them, all of them with guns in their laps. Anne gulped.

Sprig said nervously, "S-So...Mr. Giovanna, where's JoJo?"

"Giorgio's back at the hotel, sleeping. I didn't want to disturb him, so I decided to leave him."

"He's asleep," asked Hop Pop. "At this time of day?"

"Hello, he's a vampire now," said Anne. "I'd say after making him go through a lot of adventures in the day instead of night, I think he deserves a long nap."

"Yes," said Giorno. "I'm curious to know how my son got this way." He said in a low tone, "He's already told me everything over the phone, but I want to hear it come out of your mouth, Anne Boonchuy, see if it matches what he said." Anne felt her hands start to tremble. "Tell me everything that happened in Amphibia and don't leave out any details."

Anne suddenly realized her seatbelt was turning into vines with sharp thorns. "Is this the work of your Stand?" she asked.

"So, you're familiar with Gold Experience Requiem? It has the power to give life to anything. It can make a stone into a tree, a suitcase into a frog, and a brick into a snake."

"Say what," said Sprig. "What was that about a suitcase?"

"But enough about me, I want you to tell me what happened in Amphibia."

Anne saw no way of getting out this. Not from a powerful Stand user like Giorno. "Where do you want me to start, Mr. Giovanna?"

"We're taking the scenic route. It'll be a while until we get to your house, you can tell me everything."

So, Anne told Giorno her story. About stealing the music box (AKA the Calamity Box) and how it brought her, her two girlfriends and Giorgio to Amphibia, how she met the Plantars, how she helped battle the Stand users that lived there, her battle with Sasha at Toad Tower and awakening her powers, their trip to Newtopia and reuniting with Marcy, their battle with Funny Valentine and Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Andrias' plan to invade Earth, Giorgio destroying the music box and using the stone mask to turn himself into a vampire, and finally, Sasha and Marcy still stuck in Amphibia with the latter getting burned by Andrias' Stand.

"And then, there was a flash of light from the music box, and then we all ended up back on Earth," Anne finished her story. Giorno put his hands together in thought. "Well? Do you have all you need?"

Giorno nodded. "Your story checks out. It's just, this is a lot to take in." The other Passione agents nodded in agreement with him.

"I know," said Hop Pop. "I was there and even I don't believe it."

"What happened to the stone mask that turned Giorgio into a vampire," Giorno asked her.

"We...er...left it back in Amphibia. No doubt Andrias got it back. I'm sorry."

"What's in the past is done. Right now, I don't know what concerns me more," said Giorno. "The fact that there are other planets out there with Stand using inhabitants, or that Andrias was not only building an army of robots, but also experimenting with vampirism. What disturbs me is that the Stone Masks on Earth have been around for thousands of years. I know this because I've talked to people who knew of my father personally and how he became a vampire. But, the stone masks on Amphibia were made quite recently if what Marcy told Giorgio about there being no amphibian vampires before is true."

"The real question is, how do they know how make them," Anne asked. "In fact, who even made the masks in the first place?"

"That I don't know. As for who made the masks, the maker from Earth has already been dealt with years ago. I'm more concerned about what Andrias will do for revenge."

"But JoJo destroyed the music box," said Sprig. "So, that should at least put a damper on the invasion. I mean, so far he hasn't even tried to send any robots or Stand users after us."

"That doesn't mean Andrias isn't going to stop getting what he wants," Giorno pointed out. "If he doesn't have the box anymore, he'll use the girls' powers directly to start the invasion. He already has Marcy; all he needs is Anne and Sasha and force them to use their powers to open a portal. By using Anne's friends as bait, he'll be able to get all three of them at once."

"What are you saying," said Anne with anger. "That I should just leave Marcy and Sasha to their fate? I'm willing to take any risk to save my friends, and the Plantars, even if it means taking on more Stand users! Heck, I fought perhaps one of the most powerful Stand users ever back on Amphibia!"

Giorno said, "I see. You've fought powerful Stand users even though you don't have one. Driver, pull over at the park." The limo came to a stop.

"Uh, why are we stopping," asked Polly. "Oh, frog! He's going to bump us off!"

"No one's getting bumped," assured Giorno. "Anne, I'd like to see how your powers work. I want you to fight my Stand Gold Experience Requiem."

"How can I do that," asked Anne. "JoJo says that only a Stand can beat another Stand. And I don't have one."

"It's alright," said Giorno. "Since my Stand gives life to anything, you can see the attacks coming."

"A-Are you sure about this? I mean, I am part of the familia and I don't want to hurt my friend's dad."

"Anne, let me tell you two things: you're a good kid and I'm happy that Giorgio likes you, but you're not part of the Passione familia despite what he says. You need MY approval for that. And two, I don't want you to hold back. I've fought against worse. Whatever you've got, I can handle it."

Everyone exited the limo and walked to the park. Luckily, there was no one there, so no one would question the sight of a super powered girl fighting a Stand user. Both opponents faced each other and took a stance.

The Plantars stood by with the Passione agents. "I wish I had popcorn," said Sprig.

"Kick his butt, Anne," shouted Polly.

"Don't bet on it," said one of the agents.

"Hey, don't count Anne out just yet," said Hop Pop. "You'll be surprised."

"Feel free to go all out," said a Passione agent acting as referee. "First hit wins! Are you ready?"

Anne activated her powers, and Giorno summoned his Stand. It was humanoid shaped and gold in color, its head extended into pointed tips with the back of the head hollow, giving it the appearance of a crown. Its eyes had a cross-like structure within slanted sockets. It had an extended ridge collar on the back of its neck and several indentations and various other patterns covering its body. In it's chest, it had an inverted heart symbol.

"BEGIN!"

Anne suddenly launched herself toward Giorno, startling him. "She's fast!" Gold Experience Requiem touched the ground and the grass shot out and grabbed Anne by the ankles. But she wasn't afraid. She inhaled, activated her Ripple and rubbed her fingers on the grass. To Giorno's amazement, it let go of her and allowed her to resume her charge toward him. Maybe... Giorno reached into his pocket, took out a couple of bullets and threw them at Anne as they transformed into wasps. Again, Anne sent her Ripple energy into the wasps, making them change direction. Gold Experience Requiem undid its affects just in the nick of time and the wasps turned back into bullets.

"How is she doing that," asked the female Passione agent.

Hop Pop chuckled. "Looks like Mr. Giovanna has met his match. His Stand has the power to give life to anything, but Ripple manipulates life. By using Ripple to reorganize their cells, she can indirectly control their bodies."

"I see," she said. "So, she's using the Boss's Stand against him."

Anne then extended her palm and shot out a wave of blue energy at Giorno, who ducked just in time. "Gold Experience Requiem's life giving ability won't work in this situation. Maybe..." He called out, "Is that all you can do? I don't even have a scratch on me!" Anne charged forward, ready to punch him in the gut. "As I thought," he said as he reached into his pocket. "She may have done some training, but she's still impatient." The object he pulled out was a praying mantis and he used it to block Anne's fist.

Almost immediately, Anne was blasted backward and she crashed into a tree. "After living with animals for so long, you should know, Anne Boonchuy," Giorno said as the insect turned back into a wallet. "All animals, great and small and simple and clever, have a will to defend themselves. An attack on him is an attack on oneself. And always fatal." He approached the motionless Anne, worried that he might have killed her, but was surprised to find her still breathing. "Looks like this power of yours protected you from the full brunt. Looks like fortune is on your side."

Anne coughed a little, then got back up. "Funny Valentine could control fortune with his evolved Stand D4C Love Train. He stole my power and used it to redirect the attacks we wanted to give him to someone else. Something about fate being on his side. I hope fate stays on my side this time when I beat you!" She opened her palm and said, "Ripple Overdrive!" The blue energy beam shot out, and flew point blank at Giorno's face.

But then, something strange happened. Polly noticed a leaf falling from a tree fly up to its branch. Hop Pop and Sprig saw a butterfly flying backwards. And as for Anne, the beam she fired was sucked back into her palm, leaving Giorno completely unscathed. "What just happened?"

"What you saw is the power I used to turn off your power. You say you fought someone who had control of fate, but my Stand has greater control of it," said Mr. Giovanna. "Gold Experience Requiem reverts everything to 'zero', undoing any and all actions. For simplicity's sake, imagine it being the Ctrl-Z command on a keyboard, completely denying any causality."

Polly gasped. "Hey! That Stand is like Valeriana's Back In Time!"

"Yeah," said Hop Pop. "Only, this time, we're completely aware of the events undoing themselves."

The Passione agent chuckled. "That's why Mr. Giovanna is unbeatable. He can undo fate itself if it ever doesn't side with him."

Anne trembled as she backed away from Giorno, only to stumble backwards. He reached out and gave her a flick on the forehead, deactivating her powers. "Looks like I win. I'll admit, you almost had me."

Anne helped herself up and muttered, "Oh, please. You could have used that 'Requiem' power of yours any time you wanted!"

Giorno smiled and admitted, "Where's the fun in that? Besides, I really did want to see how well you control your powers."

"Oh. And? How well did I do?"

"Honestly, you're not ready to beat me and I don't think you will." Anne was crestfallen. "However, I did say I would help you and Giorgio get the Plantars home, and I have a feeling you can handle the rest in Amphibia. You've done it before, after all."

Anne smiled, before she frowned and said, "Mr. Giovanna, I know JoJo told you everything, but I don't want my parents to find out about my powers or about Stands. They've got a lot on their minds right now and the last thing I want is for them to learn about literal fighting spirits and constantly worrying about my safety."

Giorno nodded. "I understand. Come on, let's get back in the limo."

The trip to the Boonchuy's residence was a silent one. Anne and the Plantars spent most of the trip staring out the window. Then Giorno broke the silence by saying, "By the way, there's one detail in the story you left out, Anne." She gave him a look of confusion. "On the phone, Giorgio mentioned how Andrias knew our family name, Joestar." Anne and the Plantars' eyes widened.

"Do you think Marcy told him," asked Sprig. "Didn't you say JoJo told you, Marcy, and Sasha about his lineage with the Joestars and Dio Brando?"

"No," said Anne. "She's not the kind of person who would share other people's personal secrets. She wouldn't tell Andrias something like that."

"I know," said Giorno. "Giorgio said the same thing. He said a 'meteor' told Andrias."

"A meteor," asked Sprig. "How would a space rock tell him anything?"

"Your guess is as good as mine. This is something I'll have to look into."

Anne looked out the window and said, "Looks like we're here. Thanks for the ride, Mr. Giovanna."

"Don't forget your groceries," he said. After Anne and the Plantars returned home and the limo drove away, one of the Passione agents said, "So, what do you think, Boss?"

"Honestly," said Giorno as he rubbed his forehead. "This whole thing is a lot to take in. Alien frogs, godlike powers, robot armies..." He chuckled. "If I didn't see it for myself...I probably still would have believed Anne and Giorgio. His vampirism is proof of that."

"Should we get the Speedwagon Foundation involved?"

Giorno replied, "I don't know. They already have their hands full with all the Stand users born from the arrow app, this frog invasion may be too much. This may have to be a team up with both Passione and Speedwagon."

"And what about that girl," asked the male agent. "What are your thoughts on her?"

Giorno reached for a cup of ginger ale and sipped it before responding, "Honestly, she has qualities I like. She's noble, smart, willing to do anything to her her friends, and can be trustworthy. That being said, her brashness and immaturity are a weakness she must overcome." He smiled. "She reminds me of Giorgio. We should help her and the Plantars out however we can."

"We'll try, sir."

"Good. And while you're at it, I want you to schedule a dentist appointment with Giorgio. I don't think he's been taking care of his teeth in the five months he's been gone."

Ability: Gold Experience Requiem can generate a seemingly endless amount of life energy and endow that life energy into anything its fists touch. This ability translates into a variety of different effects. By infusing life energy in an inorganic object, Gold Experience Requiem can transform said object into a living organism of Giorno's choosing, be it an animal or a plant. It can also infuse life energy into an already living target. In this case, the influx of life energy causes their thought processes to greatly accelerate. It's greatest ability, however, is to revert all actions and willpower back to the state of "zero", completely nullifying them and preventing them from becoming "real".
