"I can't believe that worked!" Aru exclaimed as she strode through the halls of Millennium.

"Yeah, mean either." Yuuka sighed as she strolled beside her. Along with the two was Trinity student Hifumi and another Millennium Student, Arisu.

"Oh, does your student council usually not approve of such things?" Hifumi asks, Yuuka.

"Certainly not this quickly, but I suppose the only able members of Seminar right now are myself and Noa." Yuuka answers.

"Hmph, now this will be really good advertising!" Aru smiles.

"Yes, now our pop idol party can continue on its adventure!" Arisu exclaims.

"A concert at Millennium is sure to draw a crowed." Hifumi agrees.

"I'm still having trouble accepting that Mischievous Straight actually happened." Yuuka says, mostly to herself.

"Of coarse it was possible! Sensei helpped us when we first started." Arisu exclaims.

"A lot seems to get done when he is involved." Hifumi says.

"Yeah. Speaking of getting things done, mind if you two show us the campus around here?" Aru asks Yuuka and Arisu. "I have to admit, I'm a bit curious how you do things here at Millennium." Hifumi also nods, indicating she wants to see as well.

"Yes! Arisu and Yuuka will show you all around the place!" Arisu proclaims before taking Aru and Hifumi's hand and rushing away with them.

"Arisu, wait!" Yuuka calls out to them. She grumbles to herself before running after them. Arisu showed them around the many clubs of Millennium including her own Game Development Department, but most notably, the final step on their tour was at the hanger the Engineering Department did their work.

"And this is the Engineering department, where the smithers here make some truelly awesome items! They made my sword of light!" Arisu happily exclaims.

"Thats amazing, Arisu! I had wondered where you had gotten your weapon, seeing as there is nothing like it anywhere else." Hifumi says. Both her and Aru seeming to have gotten used to the way Arisu speaks.

"Hmm... I wonder if they have anything really cool that an outlaw like myself could use..." Aru mutters to herself in thought.

"Lets go find out what items they have in shop!" Arisu exclaims, haveing overheard Aru. The overexcited android girl throws the doors to the Engineering Department hanger open, allowing the four of us to see their newest project.

"...so is this just practice or... what is this?" An understandably confused Hifumi asks. They were all working on a very large, albight normal looking door. One, that granted, had a ton of wires coming out of its frame all leading off elsewhere.

"Knowing the Engineering Department, its no practice. The door probably does something stupid and impractical." Yuuka sighs. "I wonder how much of their budget they blew on this." Yuuka walks in ahead of the group, with the three deciding to follow a distance behind her.

"Parties over, Yuukas here." Utaha whispers to the other engineerings. Yuuka only gets more cross hearing this.

"Gee thanks." Yuuka sarcastically snarks as she approaches. She rudely grabs the clip board Kotori was looking over. "Whaaa! You spent how much on this... thing!" She exclaims, looking over the numbers.

"This is a much bigger project than can be seen initially." Hibiki defends.

"Its a door! You spent an ungodly amount of Millennium's money on a door!" Yuuuka screams at them.

"Does this happen often?" Hifumi asks Arisu?

"Yes. The demon Yuuka will attack the smithers from time to time." Arisu confirms.

"Ah, isn't demon going a bit too far?" Hifumi question.

"Well, she's certainly verbally ripping them a new one." Aru says.

"This here is actually a door between worlds." Utaha tells her.

"A door between worlds?" Yuuka flatly questions, not believing it one bit.

"Yes, you see, with some calculations done by Himari, we were able to create a device that with some degree of reliability, can transport a person to another world, and hopefully, vice versa." Hibiki explains. Arisu, meanwhile gets wide eye at what she was hearing from the young engineers. She approaches the door, unnoticed by anyone else.

"How do you even know that it'll work?" Yuuka questions.

"Come, friends! Its time to begin a new adventure!" Arisu shouts out before opening the door and rushing in.

"Arisu, no!" Yuuka runs in after her. The two do not appear out the other side of the door.

"...Pretty sure it works." Hibiki states.

"WOOHOO! Success!" Utaha screams as the Engineers exchange high fives.

"Uh, how do you know they ended up in another world?" Hifumi asks, cutting their celebration short.

"I'll check." Aru volunteers. "Theres no way this scares a hard boiled outlaw such as myself." With full confidence, she walks through the door, leaving a worried Hifumi with the engineers.

"Ah, oh, I can't just leave them on their own wherever they are!" Hifumi nervously resolves to herself before rushing for the door.

"Ack! No wait!" Kotori calls out, but she is already through the door. "There where easier ways to check!" The Engineering Department is left with a heavy air surrounding the room.

"Seminar is going to be pissed that we lost their treaserer." Utaha comments.

"Not to mention the other schools will start to ask where some of their students went..." Hibiki brings up.

"We need to check if they made it to wherever safely, then we need to find a way to bring them back." Utaha orders. With that, engineers quickly begin checking over their instruments, taking note of their current settings and looking out for anything that could tell them that the four weren't just sent to the void.

Upon entering the door, Yuuka was greeted by darkness. When tried to call out to Arisu, nothing came from her mouth. When she tried to move, she found her limbs would not obey her commands. Just before she could feel the despair of it all, the darkness lifted and she was greeted with the night sky. She also felt the cold concrete beneath her prompting her to sit up and finally take in her surroundings.

She was in a back ally, that much she could tell for sure. Wait! Where was Arisu? Yuuka frantically looked around to see if Arisu was with her, but she wasn't there. Debating with herself if she should wait here for rescue or make off and look for Arisu, she eventually decided to look for her over excited friend. Leaving the back ally, she takes note of the few people she saw out and about this late at night. They didn't seem to different from the people of Kivotos, colourful hair and eye colours, some with animal traits, she almost concluded that their world traveling door didn't work until she finally noticed what these people lacked compared to the residents of Kivotos. A halo. No matter where she looked, absolutely no one had a halo.

"Did... did the door actually work?" Yuuka mutters to herself in disbelief. 'No. Too soon to say for sure.' she thought to herself.

As she watched, she noticed some similarly dressed men walk into a shop and hold up the owner at gun point. Another world or not, it seems trouble makers we're universal. Luckily, she had her SMG's on her person, so, she pulled out one and snuck up behind the group as they dispersed and took whatever it is they wanted from the store. The one seeming to be leading them, a man with orange hair in a bowler hat stayed at the front desk, making her job easier. He had no halo, so perhaps simply holding him up would get him to back off.

In a quick motion, she popped up and held up the man with her weapon. "Tell your cronies to back off and get out of here." She demanded.

The man, however, casually turned to face her, and he looked as if he really couldn't be bothered. "Another wannabe huntress? Why don't you scram little girl, nothing to see here." He nonchalantly tells her off, much to Yuuka's surprise.

"Who do you think you are trying to fool? Gather your crooks and get lost!" Yuuka demanded, putting her finger on the trigger to show she mean't business. At that moment, one of the crooks was suddenly launched across the store followed by another being tacked out the stores window, shattering the glass and spilling the goon as well as his attacker, a girl with choppy, short, black hair with red tips wearing a red cape, unto the street, though the girl slowly stands up and unfurls a giant mechanical scythe. The man takes advantage of Yuuka's distraction by shoving her SMG away, punching her onto the ground. He hastily made his way out of the shop, but Yuuka quickly recovers and leaps out the broken window, aiming her gun at the man and his group of thugs.

"Get them." The man tells his henchmen. Two rush toward the scythe wielding girl while the last two rush for Yuuka. Seeing no choice but to fight, Yuuka aims and fires her SMG at one of the approaching thugs, aiming for his legs and firing. As she fired, she noticed that while the man was hit, the bullets never went through still seemingly hurting him though. He went down and the second thug made it to Yuuka, swinging his machete like blade which Yuuka ducks and rolls away from. She then fires her gun at near point blank at his chest, sending him down.

'Strange... its like they do have a halo... but its just not visible.' She realizes. She looks on over to see the other girl has dealt with the thugs after her. Figuring the girl is an ally, she rushes over to her while keeping her gun aimed at the criminals leader. Sirens are heard off in the distance.

"Perhaps you should consider surrendering?" Yuuka says, with a hint of smugness in her voice.

"As if." The man mutters while he drops his cigar and stamps it out with his cane. "Well, halo, red, I think we can say its been an eventful evening, but this-" he aims his cane at the two, the end flips up to form a sight. "-is where we part ways." He fires his weapon to which the scythe wielding girl bounds over the explosive while Yuuka rolls away from it. Upon recovery, both notice the man gone. A quick look around, they both find him climbing a ladder up a nearby building.

The girl turns to the shop owner, still in his shop. "You okay if we go after him?" The shop owner nods.

The girl then turns to Yuuka. 'It looks like I'm helping out for now. Perhaps I can ask her where I am once this is over.' She thinks. Yuuka nods to her. The girl smiles and the two make their way up the roof. The girl uses the scythe to bound her way up while Yuuka quickly ascends up the ladder, not far behind.

"Hey!" The girl shouts out tonthe criminal, making him stop in his tracks.

Yuuka once again takes aim. "You have no where left to run. Surrender yourself." She demanded.

"Persistant." The man muttered to himself. He turned toward the two. "Don't I?" At that moment, some kind of airship, the likes of which Yuuka had never seen rose up from the ally below them, to which the man quickly hopes on. "End of the line you two!" Hs shouts back to them, presenting a red gem of some sort before tossing it at their feet. Senseing it could present some danger, Yuuka quickly pukked out her phone and activated her shield and moved to protect the girl, however, there was no need, as once the criminal shot at the gem, causeing a small explosion, someone came out of no where and blocked the blast from reaching them both. Deactivating her shield, Yuuka looked up to see what appeared to be an adult woman holding a riding crop like a wand, using it to create some kind of glyph like shield. She then uses said glyph to launch what Yuuka could only describe as energy projectiles of some sort, hitting the airship and jostling the criminal around in it.

He retreats into what Yuuka assumes is the main cockpit area and is replaced by a figure obscured in shadows. The figure blasts a fire ball at the woman, whom deflects it, and the two engage in a battle of what looked magic.

'If I had any doubts about being in a different world before, they've certainly been put to rest now.' Yuuka says as she observes the battle for which would not be possible in her world. Eventually, the girl who helped Yuuka halt the robbery converted her scythe into some kind of rifle ('The Engineering department would love something like that' Yuuka thought.') and began firing it at the woman, shaking Yuuka out of her amazed stupor and promoting her to open fire as well. The mysterious woman blocked whatever shots were about to land and then looked to cast something below the three, causing the group to roll out of the way of the resulting explosion. This granted the airship its escape.

Seeing this as an opportunity to get answers, Yuuka approaches the woman to ask her questions, however it seemed her new found ally beat her to it.

"You're a huntress." She said in awe. "Can I have your autograph!"

Yuuka sighed at this as the woman did not look impressed.

By now, Yuuka sat in an interrogation room in a nearby police station, waiting for spmeone to come in and presumably question her for what happened at that shop. Maybe afterwords, she could ask some questions of her own and maybe get some help.

Before too long had passed, the woman from earlier had entered, followed by a grey haired man with a cane.

"Greeting miss..." the man prompted Yuuka to continue.

"Yuuka Hayase." Yuuka supplied him.

The man quirked an eyebrow, as if intrigued "Miss Hayase, might I ask what your connection to that other girl you were with is?"

'Huh? Thats what they're asking me first?' Nevertheless, Yuuka answered. "I don't know her. I just saw a robbery in progress and did what I could to get rid of the perputrators. She was in the shop when I was there and tried to help out."

"I see." Was the mans only resonse for awhile. "And why help stop this? You could have simply gone about your night without bothering?"

"That wouldn't be right. I won't stand by while wrong doings of any kind or being initiated."

"Mhmm." The man simply acknowledged. "I can tell you have questions for me..." he daw right through her.

"W-Well yes sir. Why not ask me anything about the robbery? Who the people responsible looked like, any other information that could help the investigation?" She asked him.

"We already have all the information that we need. But those aren't the types of questions you want to ask me." the man smiled.

Yuuka was shocked, for this man to see to the root of her issues practically immidiatly. "I see... if you will just hear me out then?" she asked, to which the man nodded. She retrived her ID card and presented it to him "I beleive I am from another world, sir."

The woman standing near the back of the room had a look of disbelief and annoyance that Yuuka came to expect from such a declaration. The man on the other hand, kept a netraul expression as he looked over her ID, makeing it hard for Yuuka to read him.

"I see... I beleive you." The man set down the card and passed it back to her

"Y-You do?!" Yuuka asks.

"Miss Hayase, lets just say I have seen stranger things and leave it at that." The man simply responded. "Now, may I ask why you are here?"

Yuuka then relayed to him the Engineering departments project, Arisu rushing through the doorway and herself following suit.

"I see..." The man starts. "Fortunate that you've ran into us so quickly. I am Proffessor Ozpin of Beacon Academy." He then geastures to the woman. "And this is Professor Goodwitch. You say you have no way to return to your world, correct?"

"N-No. I don't, though I suspect the Engineering Department is working hard to rectify that right now." Yuuka confirms.

"Until then, why don't you attend my academy? You will learn much about this world as you will need that knowledge while you are here on Remnant, and you may have a better chance at finding your friend as well." Ozpin says.

Yuuka considered his offer. "I accept at least until I find Arisu and have a way back home. Than I shall cease attending your academy."

"We have a deal Miss Hayase. In the meantime, I shall set up a temporary place for you to reside until the year starts, as well as supplement you with material about this world that you will need to know. I suggest you memorize it well." Ozpin says as Goodwitch notes something down on her data pad.

"Thank you, Proffessor." Yuuka says. Thinking over what she had just gotten herself into. 'I just hope no problems come up while I look for Arisu.'

Hope you enjoyed this first chapter. This would be my second "big fic" so I hope you can exuse any errors. Do leave a review telling me what you liked and what you think I need to work on. Anyway, I noticed there wasn't much in terms of RWBY X Blue Archive crossovers, so I figured I'd have a go at it myself. dWritingBucket's fic "RWBY Y Squared also had a bit to do with it too... You might also be wondering why I used the girls of Mischivious Straight as the characters I threw into RWBY. Simply put, I wanted to write Yuuka and Arisu as well as two others from schools that then weren't Millennium. This kind of seemed like the best answer to that. Anyway, next time lets see how Yuuka aclimates to life on Remnant.
