Because of Ridley's shenanigans, the greatest Metroid massacre doesn't happen on SR-388, thus preventing a little baby Metroid from getting Metroid-napped by Space Pirates. Not to mention Fusion doesn't happen because Chell didn't get herself mutated, no equivalent of the SA-X for Chell, and Shou Tucker experiences an early grave along with his homunculi creations.
Because of Ridley's shenanigans, Dark Ruby's life was shortened dramatically and prevented any more heartache for Ruby Rose, thus having her enjoy her vacation at Delfino and have better communication with her and Yang, thus preventing Isle of Armor from happening and the latter half of Super RWBY 3D Land!
Because of Ridley's shenanigans, the Shroobs barely have any interaction with the heroes because Chell goes back to the past, blows up their planet before they could even think about damaging the Mushroom Kingdom of the past, thus preventing Partners in Time!
Because of Ridley's shenanigans, Blake doesn't have any traumatic experience with the X-Parasites and she doesn't need any therapy!
Because of Ridley's shenanigans, the space pirates became extinct and Adam gets to say "Any objections, Lady" to the day he dies of old age. Not to mention there is no political corruption going on in the Galactic Federation.
Because of Ridley's shenanigans, there was no Aperture Science massacre!

Hades let out a hearty laugh. "My goodness, does it feel so good to troll someone… especially when someone resorts to wear a maid costume!" He chuckled as he looked through the universes. "Ooooh, this looks interesting!"
He looked to the screen. "We all know what happened after the events of RWBY: DK 64… ugh, seriously, couldn't that have been called K. Rool's Revenge? Anywho, Ruby is tormented by Dark Ruby and so Byleth comes to her aid and helps her out. In time, the two formed a friendship that blossomed into sisterhood! Aww…"
He let out a laugh. "But let's say that… someone else came into her life instead. Someone else who came to her aid instead? Someone… with darker intentions!"
What If… Ganondorf Found Ruby?
"Get the popcorn ready. This is gonna be a fun one!"
BGM: Gerudo Valley (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time)
"Why have you brought me here?" Ganondorf asked.
"To show you that all is not lost for the Gerudo." Master Hand pointed to Gerudo Town. "Look."
Ganondorf looked and saw that it was prospering. His eyes widened in shock. "It's… prospering?!"
"Yes. The Gerudo found a way to restore their town into prosperity. They have found a way to live through their tribulations, grow vegetables and live in peace."
"...I… may need a moment."
Master Hand nodded. "Take all the time you need. If you need me, give me a call!" He said and teleported away.
Ganondorf stared at the village before him. His shock turned into a wicked smirk. "Heh… hahahaha… HAHAHAHAHAHA!" He laughed evilly as he walked to Gerudo Town.

"Hold it right there! No voes are allowed in!" A guard declared.
"Hmph. Adorable." Dark magic circled around his wrist as dark magic circled underneath their feet before they were blown away by dark explosions.
"Argh!"
Ganondorf walked in, seeing the prospering town before him. "Stop, voe!"
He found himself surrounded by guards. "Hmph, so is this how you ladies treat your king?"
"What business do you have here?" A voice asked as Ganondorf saw Urbosa approaching him with scimitar in hand. "Voes are not allowed in this place."
"Ah… Sav'aaq. You must be the leader of this town."
"Sav'aaq…? How do you know our language?"
"Because… I am the right heir to the throne of Gerudo Town. I am Ganondorf Dragmire!"
Urbosa let out a gasp. "Impossible… you're supposed to be dead!"
"On the contrary. I am alive and well."
Urbosa growled. "Then I will see to it that you are disposed of. Ladies! Destroy him!" She ordered, but the guards didn't budge. Instead, they aimed their spears directly at Urbosa. "...What?"
"How peculiar. It's as if they know who their true leader is." Ganondorf smirked, dark magic circling around his wrist as the Gerudo guard's eyes were glowing in darkness.
"No…!"
"Do you have a name, child?"
Urbosa snarled. "I am one of the four champions of Hyrule, the queen of the Gerudo. Urbosa!" She declared as her body crackled with lightning. "If you think you can possess my guards just because you are the so-called king of Gerudo… you are sorely mistaken."
Ganondorf smirked. "Kneel."
"I will not!"
"You remind me of another troublemaking Gerudo that escaped my grasp. I will not make that same mistake again. Kneel!"
"I refuse."
Ganondorf chuckled. "I was hoping you would say that." He said as Urbosa growled, lunging into the air and letting out a war cry while Ganondorf folded his arms with a devilish smirk, the Triforce of Power radiating from his wrist.
Meanwhile, back at the Smash Mansion…
"Are you serious?! What gives him the right to stay here in the Smash Mansion after what he just did!" Yang said.
"Ah, but Yang… you are not seeing the bigger picture with K. Rool. Perhaps if you were to look inside of yourself, you may realize who is the bigger monster."
"But he was the one who destroyed DK Isle!"
"Perhaps, but what led him to do that? Perhaps in time, you'll figure that out." Master Hand floated away with a chuckle.
"The hell do you mean…?" Yang wondered.
Yang shook her head. "Whatever…" She mumbled as she turned around to see Ruby in a fetal position on one of the couches. She walked over to Ruby. "Hey… how you holding up?"
"...I almost lost you, what does it look like…"
Yang grimaced. "Well, hey, at least I'm still here."
"Yes… but you almost weren't."
Yang sighed, rubbing the back of her head as she gave her a hug before pulling away. "I'll give you some space." She said as she walked off, her mind racing as she did.
Geez, I've never seen Ruby so down in the dumps… I gotta find a way to cheer her up. But what would work, exactly? I mean, cookies would probably work… except I'm not the best at baking.
She walked by Byleth who was having a conversation with Sothis. Hmm, there's that new teacher from that new place… what was it, Garreg Mach? She wondered as she continued walking, but then stopped walking.
…Wait a minute… new teacher? Teachers can be therapists… Ruby needs therapy. That woman could be the perfect therapist for her!
Yang turned around and approached Byleth. "Helloooooooo~!"
"Hmm? Oh, greetings… you are… uh… I never got your name."
"Yang Xiao Long, pleasure to meet you, uh… teacher…?"
Byleth softly smiled. "You can just call me Byleth, but yes, I do teach at Garreg Mach."
Score! Yang thought. "Well, Byleth…" She wrapped her arm around her shoulder. "Do I have a proposition for you!"
Sothis raised an eyebrow. "What?"
"Hmm? What is it?"
Back with Ruby, a dark portal opened up as Ganondorf walked out with a smirk. "I'm still the king of the Gerudo." He said as he looked over at Ruby before walking away… but then stopped. "Hmm…"
Ganondorf turned around. "What ails you, child?"
Ruby looked up. "I… I've been dealing with… issues lately…"
"What are these issues?"
"I've been… dealing with a dark clone of mine. She keeps haunting me. To make matters worse, I almost lost my sister to K. Rool… but of course she's back, but… I can't shake those feelings away. Nor can I shake Dark Ruby away."
"Hmm… a doppelganger is troubling you?"
"Yes."
Ganondorf smirked. "Well, I suppose I could lend a hand."
"You…? But you're the Great King of Evil…"
Ganondorf gave her a fake smile. "Ah, but Ruby… I am but a kind man that has the ability to use dark magic. People just see the dark magic and call me evil without seeing who I truly am."
"Oh… I… I didn't know that."
That was too easy! Ganondorf thought with a smirk. "Come, Ruby. I will help you take care of this problem." He said, opening up a portal as Ruby rose and followed him into the dark portal.
Byleth came over a few moments later. "Ruby? …Uh…" She looked around. "...Yang, you said this couch, right?"
Yang walked over. "What are you-... Ruby?" She turned her head in both directions. "Rubes? …Hmm, maybe she went to the bathroom?"
At Gerudo Town…
BGM: Gerudo Town (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Ruby emerged from the dark portal and let out a gasp, seeing a corpse in front of her. "Wh-what is…?!"
"Oh, her? Don't mind her, it is what happens when traitors try to usurp the king." Ganondorf said nonchalantly.
"What was her name?"
"Mmm… Ire-boda or something like that? I didn't bother to remember her name."
"I see…" Ruby walked past her and into one of the buildings.
"Sav'aaq." One of the Gerudo bowed before Ganondorf as he sat on Urbosa's throne.
"Feels good to be back." Ganondorf said to himself. "Now, Ruby. I can tell that your mind is broken, yes? What caused it to shatter?"
"K. Rool tricked Yang and shot her to DK Isle… he fired the Blast-O-Matic and made us believe he killed her. I… I was a wreck…"
"Ah, so K. Rool was responsible for this, I take it… and this Dark Ruby, she tormented you, correct?"
"Yes… no matter how many times we fight, she always finds a way to torment me… she tends to haunt me in more ways that one."
"So she haunts your dreams to where you are at your most vulnerable." Ganondorf mused, hiding a smirk. Broken mind, most vulnerable… "Where is your sister?"
"...She left to give me space. Her words, not mine…"
What kind of sister is this? Ganondorf wondered before smirking. Yes, this will do nicely. "Ruby, you are welcome to stay here for as long as you'd like. However, I will have to train you up to toughen you up so you can destroy this menace."
"Right… thank you." Ruby nodded as she pulled out her scroll.
"What are you doing?"
"Going to contact my team that I-"
Dark magic circled around Ganondorf's wrists as a dark lightning bolt struck Ruby's scroll, destroying it within seconds. "Ack!" She yelped.
"There will be no need of that. Consider this training to be a secret between you and I."
"O-Oh… okay…"
Ganondorf stood up from his throne. "Come, we have work to do." He said as he took Ruby down into the depths of Gerudo Town.
"Your highness!" A guard approached him. "There is someone who wishes to see you. Two people, in fact."
"And who are they?"
"They appear to be ancient… and look like they aged past their expiration date. They claim to be your grandmothers."
Kotake and Koume? …Yes, this will do! He thought. "Send them in."
"Very well." The guard saluted and then walked off, and then the witches arrived a moment later.
"Ganondorf! So good to see you again." Kotake said.
"You're looking well." Koume added.
"Hello, you two."
"...Who are these old hags?" Ruby asked.
"Old hag! How dare you!" Kotake yelled.
Smack!
"Ow!" Ruby yelped as Kotake smacked her in the head with her broom.
"We aren't old. We are just in our prime! Show some respect!"
"Okay, okay… sorry…" Ruby mumbled.
As they went further down into the depths, Ganondorf had a secret conversation with the witches while Ruby lagged behind, more to do with the fact that the dark tunnels dimly lit by torches were enough to unnerve her.
"So, new apprentice?" Koume asked.
"You could say that." Ganondorf responded. "It turns out that her mind has been put through the wringer and needs someone to cling on for support. And so, I took the mantle."
"Fascinating! And what is the sole reason for this?"
"Apparently, her doppleganger has been haunting her, and she almost lost her sister to where her mind was shattered. She's ripe for the taking."
"Ooooh, so shall we do with her?" Kotake asked.
"Make her stronger our way." Ganondorf smirked as he opened up a door and walked inside as Ruby nervously walked in, where Ganondorf snapped his fingers as candelabras lit up in a dark flame.
"As I am a servant of Demise, so shall you be a servant of the great lord himself!" Ganondorf spoke as he turned to Ruby and then put his hand on the ground, where the ground underneath Ruby lit up in a dark purple color.
BGM: Inside Ganon's Castle (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time)
Ruby looked down to see some kind of circle underneath her. "What is this…?!" She said in surprise.
"A transmutation circle. Deep in the depths of Gerudo Town, my servants made these circles long ago in case I desired an apprentice!" Ganondorf explained as he stepped into a transmutation circle as well.
"Let the ritual commence!"
The ground underneath Ganondorf lit up in a dark purple color as well, as Koume and Kotake began chanting between the two.
"Omai ratunera kerilsapo bedutraka pliesara-"
Ganondorf raised his arm up high, the Triforce of Power radiating off of his wrist.
"Ertrunkawa besturnao denpuri olono bestrono-"
Dark hands shot out of the ground and began encasing Ruby. "Gah!" She was pulled down, her back slamming into the ground as the hands wrapped around her wrists and ankles to hold her in place. "Nnngh!"
"Jeftriuko wedtoran ulyuira jesopha klidonta-"
Dark magic covered Ruby as she tried to fight, but the stinging sensation proved to be too much. "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" She screamed as the dark magic immediately went into her mouth, all the while Ganondorf was smirking nonstop.
"Yurtono belstrui milanka fusbana shirono dewonto bligua-"
Ruby opened her eyes, her silver eyes disappearing as they were replaced by dark sinister black eyes with yellow irises. Her skin turned gray as her hair turned black. The Triforce of Power radiated on her left wrist.
"Festronika wetruilo pestroanaka DESITRO LODRUNANA VEDRINA!"
Ganondorf lowered his wrist. "Now we both share the Triforce of Power. Rise, Ruby… no… that was the old you. You shall now be known as… Sapphire Onyx."
End BGM
Ruby, now known as Sapphire, rose up from the ground as dark magic wrapped around her wrists. "This power… what have you done to me?"
"I gave you a massive upgrade. You are now a servant of Demise, just like I am. Now… let's begin your training."
Sapphire smiled. "Understood, M'lord." She bowed before him as a massive thunderclap was heard all around Hyrule. In fact, it echoed through the Smash Mansion.
"What was that?" Weiss asked.
"I'm not sure… but… why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Yang asked with worry in her voice.
"See Master Hand? If you had just kept Ganondorf company like your main universal counterpart did, Ruby wouldn't have turned out like this. This is all your fault! Now let's see what Ganondorf does to our little rose of terror. This ought to be exciting!"
Sapphire stared down at several Stalfos as they charged at her. She smirked as dark magic wrapped around her and disappeared in darkness as they slashed through her, only to hit nothing. Sapphire emerged behind them and aimed her hand at the Stalfos, lifting them up in the air and slamming them into walls, then throwing orbs of darkness at them all.
"What? Someone stole Peach's voice?!" Bowser exclaimed in surprise.
"Yes, that seems to be the case." Toadsworth nodded. "Her assailant came from the neighboring kingdom… the Beanbean Kingdom."
"Well, let's go after them!" Bowser said.
"I'd like to, but… Ruby… I… I don't want to go to the Beanbean Kingdom without her."
"What if she was taken to the Beanbean Kingdom?" Luigi pointed out. "That could explain why she's not answering our calls."
Claude put a hand on Yang's shoulder. "You want me to help look for her?"
"Sure…" Yang nodded with a soft smile.
"We'll look for her too. She can't be far." Blake said.
"Yeah." Weiss nodded. "We all know Palutena and Pit are tirelessly searching for her. Your father and uncle are looking for them too. And I know for a fact that Winter's looking for her as well."
"We'll join you." Jade said with her team nodding.
"We'll go to the Beanbean Kingdom. If we find Ruby there, we'll let you know." Jaune said.
"Move it, people! We got no time to lose!" Bowser said as they walked off.
Yang turned to Weiss, Blake and Claude. "Let's go find Rubes. She can't be that far!" She said as they took off.
Sapphire clapped her hands before punching the ground as purple lightning shot out and destroyed the Keese around her. She then aimed her hand at a ReDead and fired a dark laser, that when struck, disintegrated the ReDead on the spot.
She put her arms around in an X and then thrusted her arms forward and unleashed a dark explosion that evaporated every living creature in the room. "Hmph. Good riddance."
"Well done, Sapphire." Ganondorf approached her. "You are getting stronger by the day. Soon, your doppleganger will be no match for your power."
"Indeed. I thank you for reaching out to me in my hour of need, m'lord. No longer am I that pathetically weak Ruby Rose… she was just holding me back. Thanks to you, I no longer need to hold back."
"Indeed." Ganondorf nodded.
Kotake flew in. "Ganondorf! Sapphire! I've heard urgent news!"
"What is it?" Sapphire asked.
"Apparently, Princess Peach's voice has been stolen by some beanish creatures and is on their way to the Beanbean Kingdom."
"...That's it?" Sapphire raised an eyebrow.
"That's it."
"Princess Peach is of no concern to me. Besides, no one that stupid can believe her voice is really gone. They might have had a contingency plan and Peach is actually alright. I feel sorry for any loser that goes to such lengths for nothing."
Ganondorf laughed. "Well said, Sapphire!"
"Indeed. She is truly worthy to hold the Triforce of Power that you both share." Kotake said. "Just thought I'd pass it along in case if this was worth your time."
"Keep an eye on these so-called people who "stole" Peach's power. If they prove to be a threat that threatens Remnant, let me know. I'll put them in their place."
"As you wish, m'lady." Kotake said and teleported away.
"Now, I wish to resume training. Have you brought my weapon for me?"
"As a matter of fact, I have." Ganondorf said, handing over Crescent Rose, which was now purple in color. "I've renamed it to Amethyst Blossom, and I've added more features to it."
"Good." Sapphire took it as she raised her scythe in the air. "Let's take this for a test drive." She said, snapping her fingers as Stalfos emerged from the ground.
Some time later…
Kotake and Koume walked into the room. "Sapphire!"
"Yes? What is it?" She asked as she was drinking out of a goblet.
"Remnant is under attack."
"Oh? What's attacking it? Grimm? They don't scare me."
"More like… a supposed alien invasion. And we also received word from one of our scouts that Dark Weiss has engaged Weiss in battle. Perhaps if you confront Dark Weiss-"
Sapphire smirked. "Then I can lure Dark Ruby out. It's perfect. I've gotten stronger these past few weeks, so let's pay her a visit~"
With Weiss and Dark Weiss…
BGM: Blue Skies and a Battle - Thunder (Fire Emblem: Three Houses)
"Graaaaagh!" Dark Weiss fell on one knee as Weiss pointed Eiskönigin at her.
"I've gotten a lot stronger since our last meeting."
"Tch… so what! At least I got an ace up my sleeve!"
"That being?"
Dark Weiss staggered to her feet and smirked. "Behold!" She was about to snap her fingers but purple lightning struck her instead. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

"Huh?!" Weiss said as a dark portal opened up as Sapphire emerged from it.
"I'll be taking this." She grabbed Dark Weiss by the ponytail.
"W-wait a moment…!" Weiss said, taking a good look at Sapphire. "...Ruby?"
Sapphire looked at Weiss, sporting a wicked smirk at her before disappearing into the dark portal. "Ruby, wait!" Weiss called out but the portal disappeared. "Ruby… was that… really you? What happened to you?"
Back at Gerudo Town…
"Gah!" Dark Weiss was thrown to a wall.
"You have some explaining to do." Sapphire said.
"What… do I have to explain…?" Dark Weiss grunted as she looked at Sapphire. "...Wait a second… Dark Ruby?"
"No. I'm not her."
Dark Weiss's eyes widened. "Ruby?!"
"Ruby… heh… how long has it been since I've been known as that? I'm no longer Ruby… I'm Sapphire."
"...PFFFFFFT!" Dark Weiss cackled. "Is this some kind of joke?! If you're trying to scare me, you're gonna have to do better than-" Magic coursed through Sapphire's wrists and fired dark magic into her, ensnaring her in darkness. "TH-AAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"
"You will tell me where Dark Ruby is, and if you don't tell me. I will tear off a piece of your body until you're nothing more than a head."
"Look, I don't know where she is. She bailed on me and left me to rot in Delfino. I only broke out because of Wario's… gas chamber."
"That's not a good enough answer! Tell me… or else."
"No, seriously, I don't even know where she-" Dark energy shot out of Sapphire's hand, forming into a Wolflos claw and swung down, tearing through Dark Weiss's right arm and severing it completely. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"
"I thought about tearing off your fingers first, but I thought it'd be more fun if I took off your arm instead~"
Dark Weiss groaned, tears falling out of her eyes. "WH-wh… what the fu-fuck was that for…?!"
"If you don't give me an answer I like, I will continue my assault."
"I seriously don't know, okay!" Dark Weiss sobbed. "Please… just let me go! I don't know where she is, she just left me for dead!"
"And yet, you're still here. At my mercy." Sapphire explained. "So tell me. Where. Is. She."
"I DON'T KNOW!" She yelled as Sapphire swung down, cutting off her other arm. "AAAAAAAAAGH!"
"You seriously don't know where your friend is at?"
"F-F-Friend? She wanted to go solo after we lost! Dark Blake went solo, Meta went off doing who knows what, it was just… me! Left alone to fend for myself as I was hauled away to Atlas!"
"You must have had intel at Atlas." She grabbed her by the throat, looking her in the eyes. "And if you had intel at Atlas, you must have known of Dark Ruby's whereabouts."
"BUT I SERIOUSLY DIDN'T! I was just training to get back at Weiss! I only got out because of Seryu and Esdeath! And here I'm hoping Esdeath is raining hell on them since she came with me…"
"You're protecting her." Sapphire tore through her legs as Dark Weiss screamed, sobbing uncontrollably.
"I-I'm not…! Truly, I… I know nothing where she is…"
Sapphire took a step back. "You're useless to me. I was hoping you would have had some use, but you're pathetic. Perhaps I'll go back to the alien invasion and see if I can't lure her out a different way."
"What are you talking about… luring her to me?! She probably doesn't know anything about… wherever the hell we are!"
"True, but I was hoping you would have given me intel so I can storm into her base and crush her skull."
"I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE IS!" She screamed as Sapphire aimed her hand at her.
"You annoy me." She said, firing a laser into her as she screamed until she disintegrated. "Tch… worthless."
"Perhaps if you make yourself known, your doppelganger would show up." Ganondorf advised.
Sapphire smirked. "Excellent idea." She said as she disappeared back into a portal.
"She's just as ruthless as you are!" Koume said.
Ganondorf smirked. "I know. Isn't it wonderful?"
Back in Toad Town…
Sapphire looked around as Shroobs rained hellfire. "I wonder how I ought to get her attention…" She wondered to herself as she noticed a newscast documenting the event. "Oh hello~!" She smirked and approached them.
"This is truly a horrific event, Lisa! I'm not sure if Toad Town can take much more of-"
"Give me that!" Sapphire grabbed the microphone, shoving the reporter down.
"Wah!"
"Alright, listen up, Remnant!" Sapphire said into the camera. "I'm looking for a piece of shit known as Dark Ruby. She's a bitch ass motherfucker who things she's high and mighty, thinking she knows everything about herself when in reality, she knows jack shit! She claims she's superior, but she has an inferiority complex! If you truly think that you're superior, come and face me, bitch! I'll be waiting at the top of Peach's Castle where I will finally kick your ass to the ground, you inferior bimbo!"
She shoved the microphone into the camera and walked off with a smirk.
As everyone else was watching the news, the camera panned back to Lisa Lavender who looked absolutely stunned. "What the bleep was that?!"
A few minutes later…
Sapphire sat on the top of Peach's Castle, playing with her magic. "You've got a lot of nerve, Ruby!"
Sapphire turned her head. "Oh, hey. You're here." She said as she stood up.
"Inferiority complex, huh?! You've got a lot of nerve, bitch!" Dark Ruby glared. "And what's with this new look? You going for an emo look?"
"No, I've just awakened my power that I've been holding back for far too long." She said, as it started to rain, unaware of Elder Princess Shroob about to fight the heroes.
"Oh goody, you awakened something. Like I should give a fuck!" Dark Ruby rolled her eyes. "But if you want to die so badly, I'll be happy to end your miserable life… then we'll see who has the inferiority complex!
Sapphire readied Amethyst Blossom. "I couldn't agree more. I've been looking forward to this!"
"Let's finish this, Ruby!"
Sapphire smirked. "It's Sapphire."
"I don't care who you are, you're my inferior doppelganger! NOW DIE!"

The two of them lunged at each other, slashing each other with their scythes as they both jumped back as Dark Ruby aimed and fired shots at Sapphire, but she put up a dark force field to block them and sent the dust bullets back at her.
Dark Ruby's eyes widened in surprise as she flashed her eyes and disappeared. She reappeared behind Sapphire and slashed her away, knocking her away. "Neat trick, but that ain't gonna work!"
Sapphire teleported behind Dark Ruby. "I agree."
"HUH?!" Dark Ruby turned around, only to get a point blank dark fireball to the face. "Gragh!" She yelped as she was knocked back as Sapphire levitated off of the ground as she swung Amethyst Blossom down as a wave of darkness shot out of it and struck Dark Ruby, sending her crashing into a wall.
Sapphire morphed Amethyst Blossom into a railgun, aiming and firing at Dark Ruby as she came around, only to get hit by the blast of energy. "ARGH!" She grunted as she was blasted inside of the castle.
Sapphire jumped through the hole and divebombed Dark Ruby. She growled and fired at Sapphire, but she teleported out of the way as she grabbed Dark Ruby from behind, covering her mouth as she turned around and slammed her into the marble flooring.
Dark Ruby growled, her eyes flashing as she disappeared from Sapphire's grasp as she slashed her from behind, but Sapphire teleported away and shot dark lightning at her but Dark Ruby blocked with her scythe. Sapphire threw Amethyst Blossom into the ground as it disappeared, and then reemerged underneath Dark Ruby.
"Huh?!" Dark Ruby looked down and quickly jumped out of the way as it snapped shut as if it were a bear trap. What the hell is with this girl?! She wondered. This is not the same girl I fought at Delfino!
Dark magic wrapped around Sapphire as she flew toward Dark Ruby, encasing herself in darkness as Dark Ruby prepared herself and slashed at her, but she was slammed into a wall as Sapphire grabbed her by the throat and threw her to the ground, then she put her hands on the ground as fire engulfed Dark Ruby. "AAAAAAAAAGH!" She screamed as electricity wrapped around her soon after.
"What's wrong! I thought you were the baddest bitch in town!" Sapphire taunted as Dark Ruby gritted her teeth, fighting her way out of the electricity and snarled.
"I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT THIS POWER, BUT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO WIN AGAINST ME, YOU INFERIOR BITCH!" She yelled as she disappeared in front of her eyes.
Sapphire shifted her eyes to the right as she teleported away. "ARGH! COME ON! You cannot seriously counter my time stopping capabilities!"
"Maybe we should do something about that." Sapphire said as she snapped her fingers as dark tornadoes formed in the castle, destroying everything around them and sucked up Dark Ruby as Sapphire then jumped up, and fired a dark laser into her.
"YAAAAAAAAAAGH!" She screamed as she was knocked into a railing as Sapphire landed on the ground. Dark Ruby growled as she charged at Sapphire, slashing at her but Sapphire grabbed the scythe.
"Your scythe is nothing but a joke." She said, darkness wrapping around it and with a snap of her fingers, the darkness exploded and shattered her scythe. Dark Ruby gasped as Sapphire grabbed her by the throat and pinned her to a wall, tightening her grip as Dark Ruby gasped for air, trying to fight and kick her way out but it was no use.

Sapphire smirked wickedly. "Who's the inferior one? TELL ME!" She slammed her into the ground, letting her go but stomping on her chest, which was enough to break her ribcage.
"Agh! Nnngh…!" Dark Ruby coughed out blood.
"You're right. You're the inferior one!" She stomped on her chest again. "You will never be superior to me! You are trash just like everyone else! Worthless!"
Dark fire came out of Sapphire's hand as she shoved her fist into her stomach, wrapping her in fire as she screamed. "Hahahaha… HAHAHAHAHAHA! Now you know the pain and suffering that I've dealt with! Now SUFFER until you succumb!"
"Ruby…?"
Sapphire turned her head to see WBY looking at her in surprise. "Oh, hello." She said.
"Ruby… is that really you?" Yang asked.
"I don't go by Ruby anymore. It's Sapphire Onyx." She said as Dark Ruby disintegrated into ashes. "You can thank Master Ganondorf for opening my eyes."
"Ganondorf?!" Blake exclaimed in surprise.
"Wait… master?!" Yang said in shock.
"That's right. The Dark Lord helped me become who I am."
"Ruby… why did you go to Ganon for help?! He's twisted, he's-"
"-A lot more better than you." Sapphire spat.
"Wh-what?"
"You abandoned me at my hours of need… all for what? Caring about your hair? How about the time you kept insulting K. Rool? Or how about the time where you said "to give me space"? You should have been there for me from the very beginning… but all you cared about was yourself! I had to cling on to someone for help… and that someone was Master Ganondorf. He helped me become who I am!"
"He manipulated you, Rubes! He turned you evil!"
"...From my point of view, you're the one who's evil. You call yourself a sister? Tch… I never had one."
Yang's eyes widened, tearing up at what she just said. "Ruby…"
"And another thing…" Sapphire raised her hand up, lifting Yang in the air.
"Hnnngh!"
"Ruby Rose is dead. You damn well made sure that happened. If only you were a better sister… oh wait, you're not."
"Ruby! Don't do this!" Blake said, aiming Gambol Shroud at her as Weiss aimed Myrtenaster at her. "Please… we can talk about this…"
"Talk about what? We've nothing to say to each other!"
"Ruby… please…!" A tear ran down Yang's cheek as Sapphire threw her into Blake and Weiss.
"Ruby's gone… and the hour of Sapphire is here!" She clapped her hands as darkness wrapped around Peach's castle. "I say it's time I give Remnant a new makeover! Killing Dark Ruby was my main goal, but as the weeks went on, I thought I could just… take over Remnant and make it MY domain! Anyone who's not with me will be imprisoned!"
She snapped her fingers as a dark aura shot into the sky and covered the entire world as Stalfos and Wolfos rose from the ground. Sapphire blasted Weiss and Blake out of the castle but grabbed Yang.
"Yang… throughout my life, I looked up to you. But now… now I've seen your true colors. You never cared about anyone but yourself."
"Ruby… please… I'll make it up to you… just please… stop!" Yang begged.
"You should have thought of that before you abandoned me to "give me space"!" She threw her into a makeshift cage and locked her up.
"RUBY! STOP!" Yang begged. "I'LL DO ANYTHING! JUST STOP THIS! YOU HAVE TO PUT AN END TO-" Sapphire snapped her fingers as darkness wrapped around Yang's mouth to silence her.
"How many times do I have to say? Ruby is gone."
Back at Hyrule…
"Ganondorf!" Koume went flying over. "Sapphire has destroyed Dark Ruby and now she's taking over Remnant as we speak. She's gonna rule it with an iron fist!"
"Oh, is that right?" Ganondorf chuckled. "Good for her."
"So what have we learned today? Byleth reaching out to Ruby first is a better idea than the alternative? Master Hand should have kept a closer eye on Ganondorf? If you said "yes" to any of these, then congratulations! You're right! Because now in this universe, Ruby, or in this case, Sapphire, is now the dark queen of Remnant!"
Hades laughed. "However, before we wrap this up… how about one more scene before we go?"
"I can't believe it…" Pit said as he was in Skyworld. "It's been a whole month and we can't put a stop to Ruby!"
"Her castle is quite hard to get into as well, no matter how hard we try. Any resistance is stopped at the spot."
"...Then I'll go." Pit said as he readied his Palutena bow. "I'm going to put a stop to Ruby and bring her back to light!"
"No." A voice said as they turned to see a hooded figure approaching them before the figure took off their hood, revealing to be Summer herself.
"Summer…?" Palutena whispered.
"We'll put a stop to Ruby."
