BGM: Palace of Twilight (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
The trio walked into the Palace of Twilight, Link and Chiaki looking around. Man, I forgot how dreary this place was… Chiaki thought.
"Hey… uh… do you mind if I stay in your shadows for a bit longer?" Midna asked. "It's nothing personal, it's just-"
"You fled your home and your people are hoping you'd return, only to see a cute imp returning and they'd be let down, right?"
Midna turned to Chiaki. "I wouldn't call this form "cute", I'd say it's ugly… but… yeah, you got it in one. Mostly." She turned around. "I mean, these people are expecting a hero to save them despite their suffering. Of course, they won't except two heroes but, eh… keep 'em on their toes."
"Of course. I don't mind one bit. Besides… I can't get rid of you that easily anyway." Link chuckled.
Midna smirked playfully. "Well, duh." She chuckled and then went into Link's shadow as they both walked… then they heard the sound of hooves clicking as they turned to see Ibuki and Epona walking in, causing both to sweatdrop.
"...Ibuki?" Link asked.
"Ibuki." Chiaki nodded.
"I think we have a stable here… it's been a while…" Midna said as they walked forward and saw some shadow creatures.
Link immediately unsheathed the Master Sword, but Chiaki put her arm out in front of him. "Wait. These people aren't hostile."
"She's right. They're my people!" Midna added. "I know you've faced Shadow Beasts in the past, but I can assure you, these are not Zant's minions."
Link nodded, putting his sword away. "Right, my apologies." He said as they walked off with Midna hiding in the shadows as they went into a door, finding a few Shadow Baba Serpent and Shadow Keese, along with a Zant Mask.
They proceeded to take out the minor enemies while the Zant Mask fired orbs of darkness at them. Chiaki readied her shield and reflected it back, hitting the Zant Mask to stun it as Link jumped in and finished the job, then a chest appeared as Link opened it up to reveal a key.
Both of them used their Clawshots to get up the ledge and unlocked the door as they went into the next room where they would see a mist of darkness in the room with a Zant Mask.
Fi came out of the sword. "I have a bad feeling about that mist of darkness… I recommend exercising extreme caution."
"Don't worry, if they turn into hideous beasts, I can turn 'em back. Zant thinks he's strong, but we're strong too." Midna smiled.
"Very well." Fi nodded and then went back into the sword as they hopped down as Link approached the mist of darkness and bravely went in, instantly transforming into a wolf as he snarled at the Zant Mask and proceeded to maul it, then he went through the fog to the other side and transformed back with the help of Midna.
"Okay… here goes nothing…" Chiaki walked up, but hesitated. "Oooh, I don't know what I'll turn into… uh…"
Midna walked through it. "Take my hand. It's going to be okay." She said gently with a soft smile.
"O-Okay…" Chiaki nodded, taking her hand as Midna went through the fog with her as Chiaki closed her eyes. "Uuugh! Nnngh! Mmmph! Gragh…!"
"Just a bit farther. We're almost there!"
The mist of darkness overtook Chiaki but Midna kept going strong. Link watched on, seeing what Chiaki turned into. "Oooh…" He grimaced as they both got out of the fog.
Minda turned around. "See, you're fi… ooooh…"
"What did I turn into?"
"Um…" Midna snapped her fingers, turning Chiaki back to normal. "You turned into a beautiful swan."
"...That grimace said otherwise."
"A beautiful featherless swan."
"That's… not too bad, I guess…" Chiaki said as she walked off, taking the key out of the chest.
"That wasn't even close to a swan." Link whispered.
"She's already been through so much, I'd rather not break her if I told her she transformed into that." Midna whispered back.
"Good point." Link nodded as they walked into the next room where they discovered an empty room with a hand covering a ball. "This feels like a trap."
"Yup. Might as well spring it." Chiaki giggled as they hopped down, and when they got into the middle, Zant appeared in front of them… or more like a phantom copy of him.
"You shall go no further! You are going to meet your demise here!"
"...Eh, let's not waste our energy with this. It's not even the real deal." Midna said as they walked past him.
"You shall be destroyed by my-... wait, where are you going? You're not gonna let me finish?! That is SO not cool! Who in the right mind ignores someone's monologue?! And they say I'M the bad guy! Sheesh!"
You're such a manchild… Chiaki thought.
"I won't be ignored! Helloooooooo! I'm right heeeeere!"
"This right here is a Sol. It basically acts like the sun in your worlds. Perhaps if we use this, we could get rid of the darkness." Midna said.
"Good idea." Link cut the hand away and picked up the Sol.
"Oooooooh! I'm a ghoooooost! I'm here to haunt yooooou! Paaay attention to meeeeeeeeeeee!" Phantom Zant said, only to be hit with a point blank Shock Arrow. "HGRRKGRRGRRRK!"
"I've got some words for you, but I'm going to spare them for the real deal." Chiaki said as they walked off with Link holding the Sol.
"Oh, is that what you think! Allow for my hand to consume you and drag you down into the depths!" Phantom Zant declared as a Zant Hand opened up and floated toward them. "Feast your eyes on the hand! It's menacingly heading straight for yoooou!"
"It's super slow." Chiaki said.
"Oh, but it'll come for you! In the fulness of time! …Just watch. You'll be sorry then!"
The trio already walked out the door.
"Hey, don't close that door! I want to have some fun too- aaaaargh! Why did I make this thing so slow!"
"I think we just got under his skin." Link said as they were already outside, noticing Epona and Ibuki checking out a few Twili.
"Didn't think he was such an attention whore. Who knew!" Midna chuckled as Link put the Sol down. "Alright, now we need one more and we can head straight for Zant. Hopefully!"
"Right." Chiaki nodded as they moved to the left side and went into the door, walking through a room that had moving platforms and darkness at the bottom. To make things worse, a Zant Mask appeared… however, Chiaki hit it with an Ice Arrow to freeze it solid and then Link smacked it away with his Ball and Chain to get rid of it, then they went into the next room after jumping over platforms and snagging a key.
In the next room, there was a wall of darkness in front of them that Link immediately ran through and tore through everything that was thrown at him and then hopped over to the other side as Chiaki took a deep breath and ran through it, where Midna brought her back to normal as they walked into the next room where they ran into Phantom Zant again.
"You might have ignored me the first time, but I'm not going to let you ignore me agai-" A few Ice Arrows struck him, freezing him solid… and then a Bomb Arrow hit him for good measure. "Mmmph!"
Phantom Zant snapped out of it, only to see Link grabbing the Sol via clawshot and walked away with it. "Hey hey hey HEY! No! You can't do that! That's cheating! BEHOLD! My hand that is way faster than normaaaaa-aaaaand they're gone… ah boy…"
"Saving your breath for the real deal, huh?" Midna asked.
"Yup." Chiaki nodded as they walked into the center, where Link put the Sol down as both of them lit up, causing the Twili to turn back to normal… but not only that, the Master Sword started to glow as they looked to see it glowing brightly.
Fi came out of the sword to look at it. "Fascinating… the Sol powered up the Master Sword, it seems. I have a feeling it can cut through the dark energy that is placed over the Palace of Twilight."
Midna smirked. "Ohohoho, Zant's days are numbered. I can feel it~!"
"Days? More like minutes." Chiaki chuckled as they walked through as Link cut through the dark fog like it was nothing and then they walked through the door after taking out some Shadow Kargaroks.
Once they went through, they climbed up the Palace of Twilight, shooting through with their Clawshots, taking out any enemy that tried to stop them until they finally reached the top with a boss key in hand.
Chiaki walked over and unlocked the door as they walked through.

Once they did, they walked into the throne room and saw Zant sitting on the throne.
BGM: Zant's Fate (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
"Zant." Midna smirked. "Isn't this ironic? Here we are, all thanks to the dark magic curse you placed on Link!"
"You speak of magic? Still your tongue for a moment, whelp, and I will tell you of both magic and the oppression of ages."
Zant stood up from his throne and walked forward, his mask lifting from his head to show his face as he smirked.
"The people of our tribe… a tribe that mastered the arts of magic… were locked away in this world like insects in a cage. In the shadows we regressed, so much so that we soon knew neither anger nor hatred… nor even the faintest bloom of desire."
He started to twist his body around. "And all of it was the fault of a useless, do-nothing royal family that had resigned itself to this miserable half-existence!"
He then went back to normal before screeching like a lunatic and stomping on the ground repeatedly before settling down. "I had served and endured in that depraved household for far too long, my impudent princess. And why is that, you ask?"
Zant divebombed the trio before flanking them and turning around, spinning around like a mad man. "Because I believed I would be the next to rule our people! THAT is why!"
Zant stopped spinning and did a somewhat fabulous pose. "But what they acknowledge me as their king? No! And as such, I was denied the magic powers befitting our ruler!" He bent over backwards. "It was then, in the thrall of hatred and despair, that I turned my eyes to the heavens… and found a god."
Flashback!
Zant ran outside before he fell on his knees. "It's not fair… it's not fair…" He slapped his hands on the ground repeatedly and banged his head on it. "IT'S NOT FAIR IT'S NOT FAIR IT'S NOT FAIR IT'S NOT FAIR IT'S NOT FAIR IT'S NOT FAIR! WHY DOES THAT NOTHING OF A WOMAN GET TO BE THE TWILIGHT PRINCESS AND I BECOME NOTHING MORE THAN AN ANT! I SHOULD BE THE TWILIGHT KING, NOT HER! NOT HER! NOT HER NOT HER NOT HER NOT HER NOT HER NOT HER NOT HER!"
"Zant…"
Zant looked up, seeing a twilight aura sphere approaching him. He looked at it in awe, a twinkle in his eye as he was consumed by it, and there he was the so-called "god" in front of him.
"Speak. Tell me what is it you desire. For your desires will become mine as well."
End flashback
Zant came back up, his helmet back on. "My god had only one wish…" He teleported away, appearing back on the throne. "To merge shadow and light… and make dark-"
"OH GIVE IT A REST ALREADY!" Chiaki yelled.

"You dare interrupt me, outworlder?"
"Yeah, I do dare! Because let me tell you, you are the biggest manchild I've ever met!" Chiaki said. "Yeah, I get it, not being chosen for anything kinda stinks, but there was no way you had to throw a massive temper tantrum and then let a so-called GOD tell you what to do."
"So-called?! You have some nerve to disrespect my-"
"HE'S A PUPPET MASTER!" Chiaki yelled in frustration. "He's been pulling the strings all along! He chose you as the Usurper King! He made you kick Midna off the throne, he made you force Zelda into hiding, he made you turn the majority of Hyrule into a twilight cesspool- no offense, Midna."
"Ah, don't worry about it."
"And above all else, you're just a pawn! You think he's going to spare your life once we start kicking your butt? No! He's going to let you die and he's going to make sure Hyrule falls under his rule!"
"He won't let that happen!"
"Oh, but he will! …Oh, and let's not forget about Midna. MIDNA. The most beautiful Twilight Princess I've ever seen in my life-" Midna blushed when Chiaki said this, while Link scratched his head.
I've yet to see it… Link thought.
"She is the nicest person you'll ever meet. Sure, she's snarky and sassy, but underneath that, she's the most kindhearted individual I've had the privilege of meeting. But you… ohohoho, you decide to destroy the life of the friendliest Twili gal all because of your so-called sob story! It's pathetic, and you're nothing more than a flippin' idiot who thinks he'll get what he wants!"
"But I did get what I wanted-"
"NO, YOU DID NOT!" She yelled. "This is all just a ruse! In the end, Ganondorf will take everything and honestly, he'll dispose of you when he thinks you're no longer useful to him! You're just a PAWN!"
"You dare speak of my god's name! I will not allow you to disrespect-"
"OPEN YOUR FREAKING EYES FOR ONCE! Ganondorf is using you! He's gaslit you into thinking you're weaker than him, but in reality, you're probably just as strong as HIM."
"Uh… Chiaki? You might want to zip it now…" Link grimaced.
"That is not true! Ganondorf has given me great power and he will… he will… he…" Zant paused for a moment. "Wait just a moment…" He rubbed his chin in thought, closing his eyes.
"Good, I got him thinking. Now we can take him out easily." Chiaki whispered to the two.
Midna's eyes widened. "Oh, genius! I can see the gears turning!"
"So that was your game. Perfect." Link nodded as Zant turned his back to them.
BGM: Prologue: Beneath Hyrule Castle (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
"Hmmmmmmm…" Zant mused as Link snuck up from behind, raising the Master Sword up and swinging down, only for Zant to teleport away.
"Huh?"
"Hmhmhmhm… hmmm!" Zant rubbed his chin as Chiaki ran over and slashed him but he casually lifted his hand up and blocked the attack without even looking. "Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm!"
"Nnngh! What…?" Chiaki wondered as Midna came running over and gave him a good punch, but Zant teleported again, where they would see him upside down, walking in mid air.
"Do I actually have strong enough power…?" Zant wondered as he folded his arms as Link and Chiaki tried to shoot him down but he casually weaved his body to avoid them. "No, that can't be right, he gave me the power I needed to usurp the Twilight Princess…"
He teleported back to the throne, proceeding to dance around. "But hang on a moment… I already had magic at my hand, and my god gave me a huge boost of power… HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!"
Chiaki paled, realizing what she just did. "Ooooh Hylia, this worked out better in my head…"
"Squirrely little…!" Link used his Gale Boomerang to try and bring Zant over to him, but he teleported away.
"He came to me at my lowest but he helped me give me a boost… I've done everything to get what I want… and yet…"
Zant stopped for a moment, his mask disappearing. "No… he actually used me! He actually manipulated me into thinking I was the top dog, but in reality…"
He teleported again, stomping on the ground repeatedly. "HE USED ME! HE USED ME! HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME HE USED ME!"
He stopped, panting. "Hah… hah… hah… and to think I called him my GOD! Hmhmhmhm… hahahahaha! I have to thank you, outworlder! You actually made me see the light! So here's what I'm going to do!"
He snapped his fingers, but nothing happened.
"Nothing happened…" Link said.
"Oh, I got rid of the barrier surrounding Hyrule Castle! Ganondorf is there as we speak! Hmhmhmhmhm! Let's have a little race to see who gets to Ganondorf first… I wish you good luck! For you are going to need it! Hahahahahaha!"
He clapped his hands, proceeding to open up a dark portal as they heard a roar where a dragon came flying out and roared.
"Argorok?!" Chiaki yelled in surprise.
"Farewell! For I will dance on my false god's remains when I'm done with him! Ahahahahaha!" Zant laughed as he disappeared in a dark portal.

"No… no… no no no no no NO! CRAP!" Chiaki yelled. "That was not supposed to happen! That was just to get his guard down so we can all attack him and get rid of him! Aaaaagh! I'm so STUPID!"
"Calm down, Chiaki. We're not finished yet." Link said.
"Yeah. Because, look at it like this. We can kill two Kargoroks with one stone! I will admit, I'm upset… but yet, this gives us an opportunity! …Let's just hope it doesn't get us destroyed." Midna said.
"I hope so…" Chiaki nodded as they took off.
BGM: Hyrule Castle (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
Chiaki and Link hopped on their horses. "Alright, to Castle Town. We've not a moment to lose!" Chiaki said.
"Let's go!" Link declared as they took off running out of the Twilight Realm as they burst through the Arbiter's Grounds and ran through Gerudo Desert, quickly passing through the town before making their way through Hyrule Field, tearing through it as they took out a few Bublins that tried to stop them, only to get ran over.
Both of them ran through the Bridge of Eldin as Hyrule Castle loomed in the distance. This is all my fault… I wasn't expecting this to happen. I need to hurry before Zant makes even more of a mess!
"Yah!" Chiaki exclaimed as Ibuki picked up the pace as did Epona when Link did the same as they made their way into town, startling the townsfolk as they ran past them.
"Excuse us, pardon us, out of our way!" Link said as they made their way into the castle grounds, both of them expecting a welcoming party… only to discover that it was empty.
"I don't like this…" Midna said as they both split up, trying to see if anyone was there ready to ambush them… but the whole area was empty.
However, once Link rounded a corner, he saw a familiar face that was down on the ground. He immediately went toward him and hopped off of Epona. It was none other than King Bulblin, barely breathing.
Instead of malice, Link knelt down next to him. "What happened to you?" He wondered before chuckling to himself. "Who am I kidding… I never once heard you speak."
"That… that was because… I didn't need to… hah…"
Link looked to him in surprise as King Bulblin looked at him. "You… you actually can… what happened?"
"He… he came out of nowhere… this weirdo in a mask came and destroyed my henchmen… he's now in the castle… probably heading to Ganondorf…"
He grabbed Link's hand. "You were a worthy adversary in our battles… but… do me a favor… and destroy that masked weirdo… before Hyrule… is no… more…"
"Just one question… why did you attack us in Ordon Village? Why did you kidnap Ilia?"
"Ha… haha… you fool… I only did that by orders of King Ganondorf… but now… now I serve no one… farewell… hero of Hyrule. I had fun… battling you…"
He drew his last breath as Link closed his eyes, reaching up and closing his eyes as Midna looked at him in surprise.
"I didn't think he was capable of… huh. I'll be damned…" Midna said as Chiaki came running over on Ibuki.
"I gave the east side a sweep but I couldn't see anythi-... is that who I think it is?"
"Yeah. Zant just got here and wiped everything out." Link turned to her. "We don't have much time."
"Then let's make haste." Chiaki said as Link climbed back on Epona as they took off to the main center of the castle grounds where they would notice the doors were open. They quickly ran inside as they saw the inside was a complete mess.
Bokoblins were mangled and destroyed. Lizalfos tails were all that remained compared to their charred remains. Keese were twitching on the ground violently as they ran through, seeing more and more enemies out for the count.
They would see that not even the Dark Nuts stood a chance as one was on his knees with a sword through his chest, another had his head cut clean off as blood splattered all over the walls. It was enough to make Chiaki's stomach turn.
"This is barbaric…" Midna said.
"What have I done…" Chiaki quietly said as they quickly picked up the pace as Ibuki kicked open a door as they ran through a bridge, seeing several Aerofols either wingless or bisected as they kept at it before they reached a doorway, opening it up as they would see a few fires spreading as several Bokoblins were burning alive.
They ran up the stairs, seeing walls being destroyed as thunder boomed across the sky as they also heard a massive dragon wreaking havoc, hearing a few explosions. Both Link and Chiaki had their horses pick up the pace as they reached the final area, seeing a Dark Nut leaning against a wall.
Chiaki hopped off of Ibuki and walked toward the mortally wounded Dark Nut. She knelt dwon as the Dark Nut weakly looked at her. She gently touched his chest as he grabbed her arm and held onto it. "You fought valiantly… you can rest now. We'll handle it from here."
The Dark Nut said nothing, nodding in understanding before falling limp as Chiaki turned around and hopped back on Ibuki. "You going to be okay?" Link asked.
"I caused this mess… I'll be okay after we knock Zant off his pedestal." Chiaki said as they walked through the doors, deciding to leave their horses near the entrance as they walked up the stairs where they would see Ganondorf casually sitting on his throne.

BGM: Meet Ganondorf (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
"That's quite the welcoming party you brought along." He said calmly, sitting on the throne.
Midna glared at him. "You must be Ganondorf."
"Welcome to my castle." Ganondorf chuckled. "Your people have served me well. Their anguish and their misery brought me strength. They had me return to what I once was. Zant was a good and loyal subject… but I'm afraid that he's no longer of use."
"Yeah, about that, he's coming to kick your ass after Chiaki got so heated in the moment." Midna said, causing Chiaki to blush in embarrassment.
"I take it that this Chiaki is the girl standing with you. Heh… amusing. She doesn't look so tough…" He chuckled. "But Zant is coming here, is he? Let him. I'll squash him just like I will do with you."
"My people unwittingly served you just to give you your strength. But know this, Ganondorf… I will NEVER serve you!" Midna declared.
"So… you side with the light, then." Ganondorf smirked. "How amusing…" He looked up at Zelda who was pinned against the Triforce. "Let's see where that light will get you and your little friends."
Midna gasped. "Zelda!" She exclaimed as she quickly flew up to her while Ganondorf reached his hand and disintegrated into twilight. Midna spread her arms out to try and stop him, but it went through her instead.
She turned around and reached her arm out to him in anger, but stopped herself as she gently reached her hand out to Zelda. "Zel…?" She said quietly, when suddenly Zelda's eyes opened and she used her magic to send Midna flying out of the castle.

"Midna!" Link exclaimed as Chiaki unsheathed her sword.
"She'll be okay. We got bigger problems though." She said as Link turned around to see Puppet Zelda approaching the duo.
BGM: Puppet Zelda (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)

Zelda levitated up from the ground as Link glanced at Chiaki. "You wanna try for an ice arrow?"
"I don't want to accidentally hurt Zelda."
"Fair enough." Link nodded as Zelda unleashed a ball of energy as she threw it down at Link, where he batted it away with his sword, Zelda batted it back as it turned into a game of tennis before Zelda was hit.
"Aaaargh!" Ganondorf yelled from within Zelda before she teleported away and proceeded to lunge at Chiaki, but she rolled out of the way as she did so again, but Link got in the way and parried her with his shield as Zelda did the same tactic with Link.
And this is why I always found this part to be boring. Chiaki thought as she sat down, elbow on her leg and resting her fist into her cheek boredly as Link and Zelda continuously hit the energy ball until Zelda was hit once more.
"Aaaargh!" Ganondorf growled as he then looked at Chiaki. "Heh."
Zelda aimed her hand at Chiaki, the Triforce of Wisdom glowing underneath her. "Hmm?" Chiaki looked down as she casually scooted away before she was hurt by the Triforce.
Link sweatdropped. Is she bored for some reason? He wondered as Zelda tried for another ball of energy.
"Come on, mix it up a little. I'm almost falling asleep here." Chiaki said boredly.
"As you wish." Ganondorf said as he fired a bolt of lightning at Chiaki, but she blocked with her shield.
"Saw that coming a mile away."
Ganondorf conjured up a ball of energy and threw it at Chiaki's head, who casually weaved her head as the ball of energy hit a pillar.
"Yawn…"
Ganondorf growled as he conjured up another ball of energy and threw it at her, but Link got in the way and proceeded to do a tennis match once again until Zelda was hit for the final time.

At that moment, Midna walked in. "Sorry I took so long. I was just getting used to this new power!" She summoned the Fused Shadows as she transformed into a beast and proceeded to latch onto Puppet Zelda, as Ganondorf let out a roar before being taken out of Zelda, where she gently placed her on the throne, then Midna turned back to normal.
"Zzzz… wha…?" Chiaki rubbed her eyes. "Oh, is it over already?"
"Rrrrgh…!" Ganondorf growled as he stood up. "You think you have won so easily, but I am just getting-" Fi immediately came out of the sword. "...What?"
"Ganondorf. I now understand everything." Fi said. "You are the way that you are because of a curse from none other than Demise. He is the reason why you have the Triforce of Power, and why Link and Princess Zelda have the Triforce of Courage and Wisdom respectively. Demise eternally bound a previous Link and Zelda of my era with a curse that their descendants would be forever haunted by a pawn of him."
"Wait… what…?" Midna tilted her head. "A Link and Zelda of your time had descendants and… okay, time out! Princess Zelda's a princess and Link's… just a farm boy! She's WAY out of his league!"
"Hey!" Link said. "...No no, you're right about that."
Tell that to Mario and Peach… Chiaki thought with amusement.
"I am the descendant of a being named Demise, hmm? A pawn of his power?" Ganondorf chuckled before cackling with laughter. "Don't be so absurd! I am my own person!"
"That is what you believe, but that is the truth." Fi said.
"Nice fairy tale. Since we're sharing stories, let me tell you about my upbringing." Ganondorf smirked. "My land was filled with despair. In the day time, there would bring scorching heat and in the night time, there would be freezing temperatures that would make Mount Lanayru seem like a paradise. They brought the same wind… death. However, I've heard that the rest of Hyrule was filled with lush green plains and happy go lucky citizens. A wind that was warm and inviting."
He let out a chuckle. "I will admit… I envied that wind. I wanted to see if Hyrule could share some of that land… but the king refused! He thought my ambitions was nothing more than extreme views that would bring Hyrule to ruin! The royal family shut me out! But now… hahahaha… now I will forcibly take this land for my own! Of course, I was ratted out for some reason and I was executed!"
"Oh boo hoo hoo!"
They turned to see Zant leaning against a pillar.
BGM: Ghirahim's Theme (The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword)
"Oh, woe is me! I'm a great king of evil who envied some wind and decided to take it for his own and got executed for it! That's such a sad tale, I completely forgot to cry! As for me, my woes made me build character! What's your pathetic sob story?"
"Zant… you defy me?"
"I thought of you as my god, but if anyone's a god, it should be me! YOU should be bowing to me!"
"Hahahaha! Is that what you think? You finally grew a brain?" Ganondorf smirked as he started to transform. "We will see where that gets you when I squash you like a gnat!"
Zant snapped his fingers as Argorok came flying in and got in front of Link, Midna and Chiaki. "Play with your food. I got a score to settle with this one!"
End BGM
Ganondorf transformed into Dark Beast Ganon, kicking his front leg back as Zant calmly stood before him, pulling out a cape.
"Toro."
"That should hold him back for a while. Hopefully!" Chiaki said.
"We just need to take this bastard down before we can take both of them on!" Midna said as Link unsheathed the Master Sword.
"Let's do it."
BGM: Morpheel/Argorok (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
Twilit Dragon - Argorok
Argorok roared as he flew up into the air and dive bombed while breathing fire, the trio quickly getting out of the way as Argorok stood up and used his talons to try and scratch Link, but he blocked with his shield as Chiaki aimed her Clawshot at Argorok's tail and shot at it, latching on to it.
Argorok screeched as he tried to shake Chiaki off as she let out a yell and swung her arms, sending Argorok crashing into a wall. "...Huh." Chiaki blinked, looking at her arms as Link ran ahead and used a Skyward Strike on Argorok.
The dragon roared and flew toward Link as he jumped up into the air and used a Helm Splitter to knock Argorok to the ground as Midna got into position and punched him in the face while Chiaki climbed on top of him and started slashing at him from behind until Argorok bucked Chiaki off of him and smacked Midna away.
Argorok flew into the air and launched out massive fireballs at the three, forcing them to get out of the way as Argorok aimed at the ground and unleashed a powerful firebreath that made a ring of fire that grew and headed for the three.
Link put on his Iron Boots and aimed his Clawshot and snagged onto his tail, dragging Argorok down to the ground and slamming into it, then Link pulled away right as Chiaki bombarded him with Bomb Arrows.
Argorok shook it off and roared loudly, flapping his wings to blow the trio away as he flew down and corkscrew dived, knocking Chiaki down as she tried to dodge him. "Gah!" Chiaki yelped as Argorok pinned her down, roaring directly in her face as he attempted to breathe fire, only for Midna to grab a hold of his tail and swung him off, sending him crashing into a wall as Midna teleported and helped Chiaki up.
"You okay?"
"Yeah. I never thought fighting a dragon in real life would be so… thrilling!" Chiaki smiled as Argorok shook it off and snarled, flying directly toward the Ultimate Gamer as she got into position and then swung her sword down, cutting through Argorok's wing like paper as Argorok crashed down behind her.
Argorok got up, looked at his torn wing and snarled at her, breathing fire… only to get a ball and chain smacked into his cheek as Link swung it around and threw it at him until Argorok's jaw was dislocated as he let out a pained roar, then Chiaki aimed and fired a Bomb Arrow into Argorok's mouth, where Link tossed a Bomb into the mouth as well for good measure.
The resulting explosion blew Argorok's head clean off as Argorok's body fell limp shortly after.

"That's a hell of a way to go." Midna chuckled as Chiaki walked over to what was left of Argorok.
"Hmm… anyone up for making armor off of this?"
Link looked at her weirdly. "That's… a bit morbid."
Chiaki snickered. "Sorry, that was the Monster Hunter in me talking."
"AAAAARGH!"
The trio turned to see Ganondorf on both knees as Zant stood before him with barely a scratch on him.
"If anything, Ganondorf… you should be bowing to me."
"Ha… you put up a hell of a fight but… you're not-"
Zant put his hand on his chest. "You are not worthy of this." He said as his hand glowed as Ganondorf let out a painful yell.
BGM: Desperate Situation (Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity)
The Triforce of Power glowed brightly on Ganondorf's wrist, but it was slowly fading away as Zant let out a powerful laugh as the Triforce of Power glowed within Zant's wrist.
"He's taking the Triforce of Power?!" Chiaki yelled in horror as Zelda awakened.
"Nnngh… huh…?" Zelda wondered as Zant pulled away from Ganondorf.
"You… you took that… away from me…?!"
"I'll take good care of it. After all-" Zant kicked Ganondorf down and placed his foot on his chest. "I am your god now… and my first order of business as god?" He smirked with a devilish chuckle as he simply snapped his neck, causing Ganondorf to gasp before falling limp.
"Hmhmhmhmhm… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Zant laughed as he turned to the trio. "So! You've destroyed my pet, have you? No matter! With the Triforce of Power in my possession, I will destroy you three and remake Hyrule in my image! All will fall to TWILIGHT!"
"No." A voice said as Zelda teleported over to the trio, Bow of Light in her hands. "Make that four… and I will not allow my kingdom to fall from a tyrant like you."
"Oh, Zelda. You're still here? This hardly seems fair. Let's even the odds." He snapped his fingers as the Triforce of Power appeared underneath Midna.
"Huh?" Midna looked down as a powerful dark explosion consumed her. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"
"MIDNA!" Link yelled as when the dust settled… Midna was gone.
"NO!" Chiaki yelled as Zelda couldn't believe her eyes as she turned to Midna.
"You… you monster."
"Hmhmhmhmhm." Zant summoned six scimitars behind him. "One down. Three to go. Shall we dance?"
Chiaki let out a frustrated growl. "You're gonna pay for that." She said as the three got into battle positions.

BGM: Remnant of Twilight (Hyrule Warriors)
Usurper King - Zant
Zant chuckled devilishly, doing a casual "come at me" gesture as Link ran over and slashed him as Zant countered as both of them swung their swords, as Fi came out of the Master Sword as she proceeded to turn into a sword and slashed Zant from the side to knock him away as Fi went back into the Master Sword.
"Hup!" Zant jumped up and conjured up a ball of darkness. "HAAAPOOOOOOOOW!" He threw it down, creating a dark explosion when it slammed into the ground and knocking Link away, where Zelda fired a Light Arrow and hit Zant's shoulder, then Chiaki ran in and slashed him a few times but Zant spun around and elbowed her in the gut and kicked her away.
Zant clapped his hands and raised a massive Zant Mask from the ground as it proceeded to fire a laser directly at Chiaki, but Zelda got in the way and got into position, immediately using Nayru's Love to reflect it back, striking Zant. "Yowch!" He yelped as Zelda aimed her hand and then snapped her fingers, as a plume of fire came up from underneath and struck Zant.
"Ooof! Yow! Hot hot hot hot hot hot HOT!"
Link threw his Gale Boomerang at Zant, but he casually caught it and scratched his back with it. "Thanks, that itch has been bothering me for weeks!" He said, tossing it behind him as he teleported near him, slashing at him but Link blocked, only for Zant to sweep kick him, then a pillar rose up from underneath Link, then he jumped up and kicked him off the pillar before casually kicking it as the pillar came down on top of Link.
Zant turned around, barely dodging Chiaki swinging at him as she kept swinging her sword as Zant grabbed her sword. "Is this supposed to be a sword or a toothpick? I'm genuinely curio-" Chiaki released one of her hands and pulled out her crossbow, firing a point blank Bomb Arrow that separated the two as Chiaki's sword dropped to the ground.
"You tried to blow me up! You're insane!" Zant exclaimed as he fired orbs of darkness at Chiaki as she was dazed from the explosion as the orbs of darkness hit her.
"Nnngh! Agh!" Chiaki yelped as Zant teleported over to her and grabbed her by the throat as Zelda clenched her fist as darkness swirled around her hand.
"You're quite skilled, yet you fail to match my power! You got anything funny you want to say to me?"
"Hey Zant. Heads up." Zelda said.
"Hmm?" Zant turned his head, only to get struck by a Phantom Slash that knocked Zant away and dropped Chiaki. "AAARGH! What! How did you do that!"
"What, you thought I only dealt with light magic? Don't be so naive." Zelda smirked, aiming her hand at Chiaki and using a healing spell to pick her back up.
"Whew… thanks." Chiaki smiled as Zant growled as he proceeded to charge ahead and swung his scimitars down like a wild child, only to get hit by a Ball and Chain to his head that knocked him down.
Link walked over, wiping his lips as he continued to swing his Ball and Chain into him before switching it up to his bow and arrow and shot a few arrows into him, then Chiaki jumped in and slashed him where Zelda used Farore's Wind to teleport to his location, taking her sword out and gracefully slashed him.
"Ha! You think you can take me down, princess? You couldn't stand up to me the first time… what makes you so sure that you can do this properly!" He demanded as he slashed at her, but Zelda flipped over him as Zelda turned around and lightning kicked him in the head, sending him flying into the wall
"Oh! Right in the sweet spot." Chiaki grinned as Zelda gracefully landed.

Zelda turned to Link. "Are you okay?"
"Honestly, I've been through worse…" Link said, stretching his back.
"Ha… ha ha ha ha ha…" Zant stood up.
BGM: Calamity Ganon Phase One (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
"YOU THINK THIS IS OVER?!" He yelled as electricity crackled through his body. "I'm just getting STARTED!" He declared as he unleashed a powerful orb of lightning that he launched high into the air. "Watch as you perish from this electrical storm! No mere mortal can-"
Pause BGM
The electrical orb hit the ceiling, causing the entire throne room to explode, sending debris everywhere as some of it flew into Castle Town.
"...Oh. I don't even know my own upper arm strength. Whoopsie! Ah… whatever. You needed to redecorate anyway." He chuckled as Chiaki ran through the smoke and slashed Zant.
Resume BGM
Zant dodged the attacks. "You know, Chiaki… I ought to thank you!"
"For what?!"
"For showing me that I am above everyone, including that good for nothing Ganondorf! I'd like to thank you for showing me that I am my own god! So you know what? I'm going to give you the honor of being the first one to die! Consider it an honor!"
"Like heck I'm gonna die to you!"
Chiaki swung her sword as Zant summoned a scimitar and blocked her right as Zelda emerged from the rubble as did Link.
"Remember when I asked you if this was a toothpick?"
Zant swung his sword up to disarm Chiaki, and then used an aura of darkness to wrap it around her sword before the aura exploded, shattering the sword. Chiaki gasped, her eyes widening in horror.
"I'm going to make your friends watch you die by my hand!" Zant grabbed her by the throat as he snapped his fingers as a barrier started to slowly rise. "Don't worry, I'll make this as quick and PAINFUL as possible!"
Zelda nocked a Light Arrow and proceeded to fire a Light Arrow through the barrier, striking Zant in the stomach that knocked Zant off of his feet and dropping Chiaki.

"Master! Throw me! Her heart is pure and true just like yours!" Fi said as Link nodded, unsheathing the Master Sword.
"Chiaki! Catch!" Link threw the Master Sword above the barrier as the Master Sword landed near Chiaki.
Am I… actually worthy of wielding the Blade of Evil's Bane? Chiaki wondered as she reached for it. She hesitated, unsure of she could actually hold it.
She turned to Zant who was still stunned by the Arrow of Light.
Chiaki clenched her fist. No time for hesitation!
BGM: Get Master Sword (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
Chiaki grabbed the blade, slowly rising with it as she brought the Master Sword close to her face, closing her eyes. With a deep breath, she reopened her eyes and raised the sword up high before swinging it down and getting in a stance, raising her shield up.
"Let's do this, Fi."

"Uuuugh, my achin'... why was I stunned for that lo-"
Chiaki ran over and slashed him away.
"YOWCH!"
BGM: Skyloft (Hyrule Warriors)
Chiaki lunged, quickly slashing at Zant with powerful and graceful swings, as Zant counter attacked with his scimitars, but Chiaki rolled out of the way and did a Hero Spin attack, knocking Zant back as Chiaki pulled out her crossbows and pelted him with Shock Arrows.
Zant let out a growl, teleporting away as he was above Chiaki and threw down orbs of darkness but Chiaki slashed them back at him as he was hit by them, stunning him as Chiaki ran ahead, jumping on a few fallen pillars as she jumped off and slashed Zant to the ground. She then raised her sword up in the air and threw a Skyward Strike to hit Zant.
Chiaki landed on the ground, charging up the Master Sword and then thrusted forward, hitting Zant with a few forward thrusts as Zant grew a bit bigger and swung his arms down to crush Chiaki, but she backed up and ran up his arm as she slashed at his mask, knocking Zant to the ground while Chiaki backflipped off.
Zant got back up as he fired a dark laser at Chiaki, but she slid underneath the laser and then got up, proceeding to use a Helm Splitter and landed behind him as Zant's mask split in two.
"ENOUGH!"
Zant unleashed a dark shockwave that knocked Chiaki off of her feet.

"You had your little fun, but changing your sword means nothing! I am the one holding the Triforce of Power, and there's nothing you can do to stop me!"
"Where have I heard that before?" Chiaki rolled her eyes, standing back up. "Alright, if you think you're so great with the Triforce of Power, why don't you go ahead and use it to your full potential?"
"You fool, I've already tapped into it's full potential!"
Chiaki smirked. "Really? Because that was just child's play. You can do so much more with it. Just imagine the limitless potential you could do."
"...Where are you going with this?" Fi wondered.
"Just trust me." Chiaki whispered.
"It's true… I could use it to full power. Aaaah, but I will need the Triforce of Courage and Wisdom for it to work!"
"Well, it's your lucky day. Kill me and the two Triforce Pieces will be yours. Because I hold them in my wrist."
"What? You lie!"
"Ask them. Do they hold the Triforce anymore?"
"I… uh…" Zant blinked as he looked toward Link and Zelda, giving Chiaki enough time to grab some rubble and traced the Triforce on her wrist. "You have the Triforce, do you?"
"She's-"
"-Telling the truth." Zelda said, subtly nudging Link and motioning her head to what Chiaki is doing. "We gave her the Triforce of Wisdom and Courage while you were stunned. Heck, we planted it in the Master Sword. It transferred over to her in a flash."
A marker would be so much better… but alas… Chiaki thought.
"...You… you sneaky little…!" Zant turned to Chiaki who gave him a smirk. "Alright, I'm not just gonna kill you. I'm gonna DOUBLE kill you to make sure you stay dead!"
Chiaki chuckled. "Come and take it, buddy boy."
BGM: Calamity Ganon Phase 2 (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Zant let out a war cry, proceeding to unleash dark laser rain at her as she quickly ran around to avoid them as Chiaki then threw a Skyward Strike at him as Zant teleported away, quickly slashing at her as she blocked the attack.
"The power's gone to your head!"
"Your smart little mouth is going to cost you!"
Both of them jumped back as electricity wrapped around Zant and proceeded to fire bolts of lightning at her but she blocked with the shield as Chiaki raised her sword up to guide the electricity to it and then swung down for an electrical Skyward Strike.
"Grargh!" Zant grunted as Chiaki ran through, switching to her crossbows and launching Fire Arrows and Blizzard Arrows. Zant slashed them away as he summoned several Zant Masks to aid him as they fired orbs of darkness, but Chiaki slashed through them… only for one to sneak up behind her and nailed her in the back.
"Mmmph!" Chiaki grunted as Zant proceeded to slash wildly at her but Chiaki rolled around him and Back Sliced him, only for Zant to grab her ankle and slammed her into the ground. "Gragh!" She cried as Zant fired a point blank dark laser at her as she cried out in agony before he kicked her away.
With a snap of his fingers, pillars of darkness rose up from underneath Chiaki, but thanks to Fi warning her, she quickly recovered and ran away from the blasts as she then fired a Bomb Arrow at him, striking him in the face.
"Grrrrr!" Zant growled as he threw scimitars at her as she blocked with her shield, then she slashed at him repeatedly, only for Zant to counter her and then stabbed her in the stomach.
"Hnnngh!" Chiaki grunted as Zant kicked her down.
"I've changed my mind! I'm going to take the Triforce of Courage and Wisdom from you, and then destroy you with all three until nothing remains of you!" He picked her up by the throat and grabbed her wrist. "Now witness my power as I take the Triforce of… of… uh…"

"That's funny, I don't remember the Triforce being so smooth like a Twili baby's butt… what's going on?" Zant twisted the wrist around. "The Triforce is right there… but…" His eyes widened. "WAIT, RUBBLE?!"
Chiaki smirked. "Gotcha." She said as Zant immediately felt the Master Sword plunged into his chest.
"Hnnngh!"
Zant dropped Chiaki as she coughed out blood, holding on to her wound and chuckled, seeing the Master Sword embedded into him.
"Even if… even if you had the Triforce of Power… there's one fatal flaw about you. You're still just an idiotic manchild… heheh…"
"Nnngh… rrrrrgh… why you…!" Zant reached out to her as Chiaki took a step back.
"See you in hell."
"Hahaha… this isn't over, outworlder… you and I… hahahahaha! I promise you… that I'm going to be haunting you for the rest of your life… and when that day comes when I revive, I'm going to make sure you're slaughtered! And if you have a family with you… hahahahaha… I'll make you watch me kill them before I kill you in your own despair… count on it…! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA-"
Zant fell on his back in death, the Triforce of Power fading as Chiaki took the Master Sword out of Zant's body as she sat down on some rubble, letting out a groan.
The barrier faded as Zelda immediately ran over to Chiaki, where they heard trotting as Ibuki and Epona walked up to them. "Hold still…" Zelda said gently as she placed her hand on Chiaki's stab wound and healed her up.
Chiaki let out a comforting sigh. "Thanks, princess…"
Link smiled, walking over to her. "That was pretty risky of you."
"I know… but now I can rest up from that…" She chuckled, as light shined nearby as they turned to see the four Spirits of Light appearing with a figure at the entrance of what was left of the throne room.
Link's eyes widened. "Midna!" He exclaimed as he ran over to her, but as he got closer, Midna transformed in front of his eyes. He stopped and stared at her in awe as Midna, now in her original form, turned around and smiled at him.
"What? Say something! Am I so beautiful that you've no words left?" She teased.
Oh… Chiaki wasn't kidding… Link thought in surprise.
Midna turned to Chiaki as her arm was wrapped around Zelda's shoulder. "Oh, I see. You get yourself in rough shape the moment I disappear, hmm? What am I gonna do with you?"
Chiaki giggled. "Nice to see you're back in one piece." She said as she let go of Zelda as the two embraced one another.
Later…
"Well, I guess this is goodbye, huh?" Midna asked as they were at Arbiter's Grounds. "Light and shadow can't mix, as we all know. But… never forget that there's another world bound to this one."
"Shadow and light are two sides of the same coin… one cannot exist without the other. I now know the reason the goddesses left the Mirror of Twilight in this world… they left it because it was their design that we should meet. Yes… that is what I believe."
Midna smiled. "Zelda… your words are kind, and your heart is true. If all in Hyrule are like you… then maybe you'll do all right." She then hugged Zelda, as she did the same for Link and Chiaki as she started to walk away.
"Thank you… Well, the princess spoke truly: as long as that mirror's around, we could meet again…" She turned to Chiaki. "Chiaki… if you ever decide to go back to your world… holler for me. Because I want to give this Junko a piece of my mind."
Chiaki nodded. "Right."
Midna turned to Link. "Link… I…" A tear rolled down her cheek as it gently floated off her face as she gently pushed it toward the Mirror of Twilight. "See you later."
The tear went into the Mirror of Twilight, causing it to crack. Link and Zelda gasped in surprise while Chiaki looked at Midna with a nod.
"I'll call you when I need you." Chiaki said.
"You better… because why should you hog all the fun?" She chuckled as she waved goodbye before disappearing into the Realm of Twilight, the Mirror of Twilight shattering as well.
Five years later…
BGM: Ordon Village (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
Link walked by the stream, sitting down on the ground and whistled. "Hey Link!"
"Hmm?" Link turned his head to see Talo approaching him. "Oh hey Talo, what's up?"
"You won't believe what Chiaki made for me this time!" He grinned, pulling out a cape. "Check it out! She made this cape with one of her favorite heroes from her world this time. She calls him… Super Mario."
"That's nothing!" Beth walked over, wearing a helmet. "She made this for me. She calls it "Say-mus" or whatever she said. I feel like I can headbutt a Bokoblin with this thing!"
"Aww, no fair! I want a Say-mus Helmet!"
"Girls only!"
"Oh, that's not true at all!"
Link chuckled. "Oh, what am I gonna do with her?"
At Chiaki's house…
"Crafting another thing, are we?" Ilia asked. "Goodness, the portraits of these characters you like so much… they're all so well made. Who'd you say this whip wielding hero is called again?"
"Simon Belmont."
"Ah, right… I'll… remember him later." She chuckled. "Thanks again for this Mega Man helmet. Now I don't have to worry about those animals throwing sticks at me now."
"You're welcome!" Chiaki giggled as Ilia walked out the door. She let out a soft sigh, smiling. Her hair was longer down to her upper back, tied up in a braid as she had a flower crown on her head that Beth made for her. She had a hair clip that was reminiscent of the Triforce/ She wore a red T-Shirt that she designed herself with "Let's-a Go!" up front with fireballs painted on it and wore jeans.
She sat down on the chair. "What do I want to design next?" She wondered, then seeing a portrait that she made of her and her old classmates. She softly smiled and closed her eyes. "I miss you guys… I'm really happy here living my new life but… I'll be honest, I'd be lying if I said if I didn't miss my old home, playing video games with you guys and… having a great time."
A tear ran down her cheek but she wiped it away. "I love you all." She said, standing up and walking out, seeing Ibuki eating some hay. "Hey Ibuki, you want to go get cleaned up? You're looking a bit filthy."
Ibuki turned to look at her and nodded as Chiaki gently took her to the spring.
Once at the spring, Ibuki was in position as Chiaki pulled out a sponge and a brush, gently washing her with a smile on her face.
She heard a howl nearby. "...Wolfos? They don't usually come this far in the woods." She said as she turned around, only to see a golden wolf standing at the entrance of the spring. "A Golden Wolf…?"
She narrowed her eyes, staring at the wolf before they widened. "Link?" She wondered as the golden wolf snarled, proceeding to charge directly at her and leapt into the air.
