"Wow! That was amazing..!" Soliera hummed, putting on her clothes once more after going a second round with her new "assistants".
"I'm glad we can serve you, Mistress!" Serena and Annabel replied, still unaware of their mental tweaking from the nano bots in their brains.
"Soon, very soon, my lovelies, those nano bots will ingrain into your brain and you'll be mine forever!" Soliera thought to herself before the bedroom door opened up.
"Madam! We've picked up movement in Sector Gamma!" One of Soliera's other brainwashed minions called from the doorway. "It's him!"
"I see our surface team failed to apprehend him, no less slow him down." Soliera scoffed. "Send more grunts and buy us some time! Director Phyco has ordered us to abandon this base!"
"Yes ma'am!" The grunt obeyed, radioing for others of the organization to delay Ash's quickly advancing approach.
"What's going on, Mistress?" Serena asked, as she and Annabel put on their own clothes.
"Your old Master, Ash Ketchum, is quickly making his way here." Soliera replied. "He wants to see my people suffer and die out. I need to secure all my research and supplies and evacuate the building before he can make his goal a reality.
"Ash is too strong for your grunts to handle, madam Soliera." Annabel explained. "Is there any way we can buy some time for your escape?"
"Oh, now there's a thought." Soliera thought to herself. "If I have these lovely ladies fight their former Master, he may just hold back in the fight. Let's test that theory out."
"What an excellent idea, my lovely companions. I think we can work with that!" Soliera replied with a manipulative silver tongue. "Come with me, and I can get you equipped."
Following their Mistress to the command room, Soliera showed the gals a set of monitors broadcasting the labyrinth of sewer tunnels that interwove beneath the entire city.
"As you can see on that monitor, Ash has already been intercepted by our other agents. If we can force him to follow a certain pathway, I can make this section of our sewers your arena." The blue skinned women noted, pointing to a room in which a massive outflow of tunnels led to. "With several floors burrowed deep into the earth serving as the dumping grounds for sewage and waste, it is all sent to this giant 'tank' as it were. Our little base also has a little something 'special' integrated within the entire structure. But never mind that, I will give you the gear you need to fight him in such an open space and you can see the splendor of our tech for yourselves."
Reaching into a supply trunk, Soliera withdrew a pair of black, seemingly leather suits that at first seemed too big for either women to wear. Insisting the women to wear them, Serena and Annabel did so without hesitation. As the suits melded around them, using the collars they wore as anchor points, the suits locked into place, a perfect fit for either women.
"It may be out of obsolete for us at this point, but these biotech power suits help bolster and surpass your normally frail human bodies." Zossie chimed in, explaining her own field of research and her inventions. "Normally, my newest creation allows for humans to replicate moves used by Pokémon, but the genetic realignment procedure for that takes hours."
"Is it possible for us to fight without these collars on, Mistress?" Annabel asked. "Our old Master once had awoken the power of Aura inside us. We can use his gift he gave to us against him, if these black rods aren't in the way."
"That? Oh-" Soliera paused, never accounting for her slaves asking for their collars to be removed.
Soliera knew she couldn't do this. In her research she conducted on monitoring and researching Ash and his Team Rose, she had already concluded that Aura users could hypothetically have their subconscious aura repel the nano bots inside their brains.
The origin of said robots was through a combined effort of her and Zossie's respective works combined. With the nano bots being biomechanical in nature, they would produce an aura themselves, no matter how small or artificial it may be. As such, it could in theory be seen as a foreign entity within an aura host like a parasite and thus the much larger aura would purge it instantly.
Though she lacked the means to properly test if such a result was true, she was not planning on taking any risks. Finding the best excuse to ensure the subconscious programming ensures that they think it's right in their own minds, Soliera finally spoke.
"Oh, you don't want to remove those, ladies. After all, they're needed to keep your suit together." Soliera spoke, even though there was a bit of truth to her words.
"You're right, we should keep them on." Serena said before looking up at the monitor with Annabel.
As the two got a good look at Ash's face in the camera feed, both women proceeded to have a headache. Before they could acknowledge the pain, Soliera quickly took note of it, reasserting dominance over them.
"Ash is your enemy, remember?" She spoke. "I can tell that you want to use all your strength to capture him. You would make me so happy!"
"You're right! I wanna make you happy, Mistress!" Annabel replied, the nano bots once again gaining leverage on her mind.
"We won't fail you!" Serena added, her own mind addled by the invasive biomech devices.
As the two went off to go to the point of interception, Ash finally carved through one of the last grunts in his way with a pair of Scyther appendages, only to see him disperse into smoke.
"Another clone, huh? Whoever these guys are, they're really starting to piss me off." Ash scoff, changing his arms back to normal. "Well, it seems like the only way through is this door here. But it's really strange though, isn't it? Every time I look back, it's as if the hallway we came through has become a solid wall. Whoever our enemy is, they're strong, no doubt."
"Pika!" Pikachu agreed.
As the two walked into the only passage open to them, they found themselves in an open room. A gigantic cylindrical area which went down several levels. Now that Ash began to think about it, the usual stonework Ash would be more familiar with in usual sewers disappeared a long time ago. Now, all Ash had seen is dark blue metal, completely foreign to any architectural designs he ever saw.
Suddenly, a bizarre event in the room caused Ash to gasp. Suddenly, in the cylinder room, hallways leading to what Ash could only assume was more of the sewer passage ways opened up in the walls. The floor beneath began to contort, forming metal stalks that rose from the sewage water, the stems opening up like flowers made with metal petals. Seeing the roof began to change, with metal panels forming into light fixtures, brightening the once dark chasm, Ash stood with his mouth agape as the once filthy and dark sewage room he was in suddenly became a bright and sterile room, with even the sewer water on the ground floor disappearing before his very eyes.
"Pikachu...who on earth are we dealing with here...?" Ash said under panicked breath, his composure nearly broken.
"..."
Both Ash and Pikachu were completely speechless before shaking things off.
"No! We can't let them get to us. Serena and Annabel are in trouble!" He said, only to hear footsteps from the tunnel opening a floor above him.
Jumping to one of the metallic, flower-like platforms, Ash got to eye level with whoever was approaching, his eyes meeting Serena's.
"Serena! Annabel!" Ash gasped, calling out to them over the open gap between his platform and their tunnel. "Why did you two come here?! Do you know how worried you made Sylveon and I?! This place is nothing like I thought it would be. Come on! Let's just get out out here!"
"Ash..." Serena looked at him.
Suddenly, upon getting met face to face with their lover once more, Serena and Annabel once again got sudden headaches.
"Hey, are you two okay?! Sylveon and I thought you were captured! Did you escape?! Did they hurt you?!" Ash asked.
"Oh, I doubt they believe they were captured, Ash Ketchum." A voice called out through the metallic walls. "And I think they're more than okay, aren't you, ladies?"
Suddenly, the metallic walls once again began to transform. Seeing the once rigid metal contort and bend like a ball of putty, the wall formed into a giant monitor, displaying Soliera's face on the screen.
"Yes, Mistress! We feel better than ever!" The two girls replied, taking a knee to the monitor, leaving Ash confused.
"What the?! Serena, Annabel, what's gotten into you two?!" Ash looked at his loyal companions, completely and utterly confused.
"Oh I'd say nothing too special has gotten into them." Soliera taunted. "I'd say I simply awakened them to their purpose in life. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Soliera. I will not bore you with anything more than that, for I'm sure after my little assistants there capture you, you and I can get a lot more familiar with each other..!"
Turning to his slaves in shock and hurt, Ash looked into their eyes to see only resentment and cold, bitter hate. He knew that his most loyal servants wouldn't so easily bend to the will of another, unless such a person was truly an exceptional being. Noticing the alien-like architecture in the room he currently stood, the strange suits his slaves were currently wearing, and the blue skin of the women on the monitor, Ash drew conclusions.
"I don't know what world you came from lady, but if you really think I'm just gonna let you get away with this-" he began to say.
"Oh, I'm afraid I already have. Most of my gear is already being whisked away to a new safe house. That's right, you're not the only one with the power to open Ultra Wormholes. Once you and I are face to face, I must ask how you are able to do that. Or perhaps I can get that info from your once devoted servants."
"I will stop you. You hear me?! Get ready for an ass beating you'll never forget, lady!" Ash growled angrily at the monitor, fists clenched.
"Oh, I doubt that." Soliera chuckled, turning her head to the girls. "They won't let you. Isn't that right, ladies?"
"Yes, Mistress." The two replied, their minds being once again instructed subconsciously by the nano bots.
"Attack." Soliera said before cutting off the transmission.
Without a moment to lose, Ash's two wives lunged at him with a shocking amount of speed. Panic overcame Ash. The fear of using his powers against his loved ones was something he never considered a possibility. In the moment where his mind went blank, Annabel used the biotech suit she wore to enhance her kick, sending ash flying off the metal stem and down to the floor below.
Unlike his trainer, Pikachu jumped into action, readying an Iron tail. The electric type waited for Annabel to land, waiting the perfect moment to strike without compromise. Seeing his chance, Pikachu flew into action.
"No, don't!" Ash called out, distracting Pikachu, leaving him open to a hit from Serena, her suit changing the form of the glove to become a giant hammer.
Slamming Pikachu down, knocking him beside his trainer, both women descended from the metal stalks above, ready to dive feet first into Ash, who left himself wide open, and had only barely just gotten off the ground. Knocking him around some more before he stood up, Ash began to gain control of himself again. Going on the pure defensive, Ash attempted parrying and blocking every attack thrown at him.
His heart wasn't in it though. His drive to fight was completely sapped. "How could he possibly raise his hand against his loved ones?" he thought to himself. As Ash continued to put up a pathetic defense against the two women, Pikachu jumped into the fray once more, separating the three with a blast of Thunderbolt. With now the two groups on either side of the room, Ash spoke up again.
"Why?! Why are you doing this?!" He demanded, his emotions getting the best of him.
"I think it's better to ask why we didn't do this sooner?" Annabel asked him. "We trusted you! We depended on you! And what do you do?! You ran off to go and leave all your responsibilities behind!"
"No! I was trying to find reason in what I was doing!" Ash cried out. "I was doing it to make sure I was doing right by you girls!"
"Oh, you mean the girls you use as mere sex toys? You're the only one who benefits from that!" Serena snapped, the nano bots imprinting false ideas into her mind. "With Mistress Soliera awakening us from your control, we finally found new purpose in life! We will serve as breeding tools for our Mistress' dying race! We will exist to serve a higher cause, not serve some self righteous loser who want to fuck for some happy times!"
"Serena..!" Ash whimpered, his heart broken.
Hearing those words come from his older sister was scathing as it was, but Serena's jabs hit even closer to home. The two of them had been together for over a decade. Ash began to ponder if his love for her was even real. Was it really all just lust? Was his earlier doubts in his actions really justified in what his wives just said to him? Ash looked at the floor, shell shocked and mentally worn down. Looking up at Ash and back to the girls on the other side of the room, Pikachu scoffed.
Having enough of these lies thrown out by women who trusted Ash more than anyone set something off in pikachu's mind. Jumping up onto Ash, Pikachu proceeded to slap his trainer out of his slump.
"Pika!! Pikachu, Pika! Pikapi, pi, Pikachu!!" The little electric type yelled into his trainer's ear, snapping Ash back to reality.
"You're right, Buddy." Ash replied, his mentality corrected. "She really did something to them, but what?"
Pondering to himself, Ash tried to think of what may have caused his two most loyal subjects to so easily betray him. Soliera had done something to them, but what, he didn't know, until he noticed the collars on their necks. The black slate stones that protruded from the collars and seemed to fasten the suits in place stuck out to Ash.
"I got an idea!" Ash said, smiling at his Pokémon.
"That's enough chatter, you piece of garbage." Annabel scoffed, lunging at Ash.
"Now!" Ash said to Pikachu, tossing him into the air.
"PIKACHUUUUUU!!" Pikachu cried out, unleashing a widespread Thunderbolt, it's lightning filling the room with light, blinding the two girls.
As the girls opened their eyes, they seemed to find nobody in the room with them. Jerking their heads back and forth to search, they had no idea their target resided on the ceiling above.
"Good job, Buddy." Ash said under hushed breath, the young king suspending him and his Pokémon atop the roof, his transformed arms becoming Octillery limbs, the suction cups on them keeping them tightly on the ceiling. "If they were holding nothing back against us, they'd have detected us with their aura instantly. I get the feeling those collars they're wearing are preventing that."
"Pika?" Pikachu asked with a whisper.
"If those rods can suppress aura, then it's safe to say it can cancel it outright. My moves will have no effect on them, so it'll be up to you, pal." Ash said to Pikachu. "I think I can handle Serena. I can at least separate her from Annabel and stall her until you can free my sister."
Giving his trainer a thumbs up, Ash and Pikachu readied themselves. Seeing the two girls positioned on different platforms, both Pokémon and trainer leapt from above. With Ash tackling Serena off her platform and down to the floor below, Pikachu kept Annabel's attention on him with a well placed Quick Attack.
Hitting the ground with Serena, Ash tried to desperately take the collar off, only for Serena to use the bio suit she wore to wrestle him off her back with augmented strength.
"You piece of garbage! I'm so glad Mistress Soliera woke me up!" Serena callously yelled. "It was a mistake that I ever loved you!"
For a moment, Ash paused once again, Serena's words digging deep. But he could not falter. Taking something out of his pocket, Ash opened up his clenched fist to her. It was the blue ribbon Ash gave her as a gift, all those years back, now in his possession before he left home.
"That's-" Serena stared, a sudden headache surging from her brain once again fighting for control.
"Remember this ribbon! It's what binds us together! You gave me this ribbon, the ribbon you cherished for all those years!" Ash called out. "I'm sorry I've failed you as a husband, Serena. I was selfish. I wanted to solve my problem on my own, and it's only caused you pain. I only ask that you can find it in your heart to forgive me for my errors! Let's work together, as husband and wife, and get stronger together!"
The pain in Serena's head grew larger. The nano bots were now working overtime in a desperate move to suppress Serena's feelings welling up. As this was happening, Pikachu was using his speed to dart around the room, keeping Annabel occupied.
"Hold still, you little rat!" She growled, helplessly clawing away at the air as Pikachu darted above her, bouncing from platform to platform, wall to wall.
"Serena, I love you. I've never stopped loving you. Please, come back to me." Ash said, getting closer to her and he continued to hold out the ribbon.
"A-ash..!" Serena grunted, falling to her knees as her hands quivered in a desperate fight to rip off the collar suppressing her powers. "Help...me..!"
"Serena!" Ash gasped, rushing to her side.
The two grasped a hold of the collar together, desperate to rip it off. As the hinges began to give way, Annabel noticed Ash trying to free her slave sister from the grasp of Soliera, the nano bots in her brain compelling her to intervene.
"Oh no, you don't!" She snarled, leaping at Ash, forgetting completely about Pikachu.
A mistake she would instantly regret, for the moment Pikachu saw his chance, a well placed iron tail to the base of her neck shattered the collar in half. At the same time, Ash and Serena tore the shackle placed upon her own neck together. In that moment, the black slate stones on the collars were no longer making contact with the women's skin. Instantly, their immense aura flared up from within, the holy power of their righteous souls purging away the foreign invaders in their brains.
But a few moments after the fact, Serena and Annabel passed out, the pain from the collar's removal causing them to faint. After a few moments, Serena and Annabel awoke, finding that their heads were kept propped up on Ash's legs for comfort, the young man kept on his knees the entire time they were unconscious. Realizing everything that had just happened, Serena and Annabel began to cry.
"I'm so sorry Ash!" Serena whimpered, tears welling up. "I wanted to come here to help you, and I only made things more difficult for you. We were even tricked into having sex with the enemy."
"I'm sorry too, little brother." Annabel said with her own emotions getting the better of her. "We said all those awful things to you. I wouldn't blame you if you hated us for that."
"Sssh, it's ok. What matters is you're both safe." Ash hushed his sister, making sure she knew he knew they never meant what they had said to him under the enemy's influence.
"Heh." Ash chuckled, getting Serena's attention. "I guess giving me your ribbon really was lucky. Not sure if I coulda stopped ya without it."
"I'm so glad!" Serena chuckled, crying out of happiness.
Stroking his slaves' heads gently to help quell their headaches, Ash gave his closest subjects a little more time of respite before turning to more important matters.
"Alright, now all we gotta do know is make that blue bitch pay for what she did you two." Ash said, getting himself pumped and ready to fight. "That, and get intel out of her, but I think defending my lovely wives' honor is more important."
"We were under her thrall only subconsciously. We were awake and perceiving everything, so we know where her base is in this maze." Annabel replied to her brother. "Follow us, Ash!"
"Right!" Ash replied, following the two girls after picking up the broken pieces of the collars they wore, putting them in his backpack.
Entering the command room the two girls were in before their fight, the trio came upon a room devoid of absolutely everything. Not a single item of value was left in the room. Only the words "we'll meet again" etched in scorch marks on the wall would serve as evidence that the organization even operated there. Coming up with no leads whatsoever, Ash and his wives departed the sewers, joining up with Dragonite and Sylveon back at Ash's camp.
"Sylveon! I'm so glad you made it to Ash!" Serena cheered, hugging and doting over her Pokémon.
"She was the real lifesaver here." Ash congratulated the Fairy type. "And Pikachu, of course!"
"Thank you so much for freeing me, Pikachu!" Annabel said, giving the little Pokémon a few chin scratches, much to Pikachu's content.
"This is far from over." Ash told the girls. "I doubt they will act so quickly after they rushed to flee from us, so we will have to wait for them to make their next move. Once we get home, we'll look into this tech, both the collars, and those suits you were wearing."
"You mean you're coming back home?!" Serena asked, thrilled at the possibility.
"Yes, I am. You were right, Serena, I shouldn't have gone off on my own like that." Ash apologized. "While I'm still doubtful over my decisions with the populace, I will always see you and Annabel before I take such foolish, selfish actions. I promise you, I won't fail you again."
"Oh, Ash, you would never fail me!" Serena smiled, rushing into Ash's arms, then soon after, poking her head out of his chest. "But don't make me worry like that again!"
"Hey, your my little brother. I ain't gonna let you live it down if you ditch us like that again!" Annabel chuckled, getting in on the hug herself.
As the trio happily laughed it off, Ash's Dragonite saw a prime time to get in the group, wrapping all three of them in a giant group hug.
"H-hey, Dragonite!" Ash chuckled.
As the group decided to head home and compile notes on the new threat, Soliera was now inside a new laboratory, all set up and all ready to go. Before she could do anything more, however, she was contacted by Dr. Phyco.
"You need not bother giving me a report. I saw everything through the base's cameras on my side of things. I thought I made it abundantly clear to you that we were not to have brought knowledge of our existence to Ash Ketchum so early." Phyco spoke, evidently annoyed at his subordinate's actions that defied directive.
"Not to worry, sir. In what we lost from our position in Pewter City, we gained in intelligence into Ash's Psyche." Soliera replied. "My nano drones I had watch the fight recorded how Ash reacted when faced with an opponent he couldn't bare to strike."
"And that means nothing to us right now. Our plan is to ensure his involvement in our goals is much later. You've possibly jeopardized the entire operation." Phyco responded callously.
"Oh, I beg to differ, Director." Soliera hummed. "But in the meantime, I've relocated, as instructed. The 'recruitment' process shall go continued as planned."
Grunting at his underling's final comment, Phyco disconnected the transmission, leaving Soliera and Zossie to themselves.
"So what happens now, Soliera?" Zossie asked.
"Just the usual, darling, but in time, well." Soliera chuckled, her thoughts drifting off into her own mind. "Ash Ketchum, what a true genius he showed himself to be. How I would love to meet that charmer face to face."
