Another night, another plight. This time it was debt collection. See kids, when you don't have any money, and you would really like to have some money, there are these people you can go to called loan sharks. And loan sharks will give you an INSANE, I mean just downright DIABOLICAL amount of money. No strings attached! Well, you do have to repay it at an exorbitant interest rate, but that's a problem for future you, and future you's got present you covered.

The black market buzzed with noise. Meats and drugs wherever you looked, it's inescapable. Wayne walked through the busy street, looking around, or rather, looking for someone. His eyes searched through the crowd, through the shop windows, but to no avail. That is, until he heard a noise from a nearby pachinko parlor. Sounded like a dispute of some kind. His head snapped towards the sound of the noise, which was a pachinko parlor. Looking through the window, he sighed.

-"Not again..." Wayne walked towards the door and he entered the parlor.

-"Where the fuck do you get off!? Selling faulty machines!?" Sera yelled at a lizard standing behind a counter, divided by a thick pane of glass.

-"Our machines are fine, sir. You're just unlucky." The lizard replied, unbothered.

-"One ball away from the jackpot and suddenly ALL of them seem to miss!? Don't fuckin' lie to me!" Sera continued, fuming with anger.

-"If you have a complaint, you can adress it in our black book..." The lizard continued, as if he had seen this exact temper tantrum hundreds of times already.

-"Here's your complaint motherfucker..." Sera growled, picking up a bar stool. Before Wayne could say anything Sera swung the chair several times against one of the pachinko machines. Sparks, metal balls and shards of glass flew all around the parlor. The machine started emmiting several noises, before one final strike shut it down for good.

-"Calm down you maniac! What's wrong with you!?" Wayne interrupted, grabbing the chair Sera was holding. He was not letting go.

-"Nothing. I just feel hurt, and quite frankly betrayed by this pachinko parlor." Sera calmly explained. Wayne eyed him cautiously.

-"Let go of the chair." Wayne commanded.

-"No."

-"Sera, please let go of the chair."

-"You first."

Wayne slowly loosened his grip on the bar stool

-"See? I'm calm. I'm-"

*BOOM*

Sera suddenly threw the chair against the glass pane. The lizard didn't even flinch.

-"I want my jackpot you fuck!" Sera screamed, Wayne grabbed him by the shoulders and started leading him outside.

-"I'm very sorry about this! Please send the bill to Araki! We'll cover everything!" Wayne apologized.

-"Uh-huh" The lizard brushed off.

Outside Sera still fumed with anger, he pulled out a box of cigarettes from his pocket and lit one.

-"Did ya get that out of your system?" Wayne asked, grabbing a cigarette from Sera's box. Sera was silent. "You collect your payments yet?"

-"No." Sera spoke, blowing smoke in front of him.

-"I'm aware. That's why Araki sent me to look for you. Come on, I'll join you." Wayne reassured, lighting the cigarette.

They headed off into the night together. Hours passed, debts were collected. No fuss, no fight. Quite boring really. Until our two gangsters arrived to the last name on the list.

-"Who's this guy?" Wayne asked.

-"Oh he's been avoiding me for a while now, I know how to get his attention though. Come, my car's round the corner." Sera gestured and Wayne followed. Sera popped the trunk open. Wayne smirked.

They marched through the black market, before eventually arriving in front of a closed shop. A wooden sign hanged from the low roof, reading "Hiroshi's beef and pork."

-"Poor Hiroshi." Wayne solemnly spoke, pulling out an uzi from his coat and loading a magazine in. People passing by started noticing the wolves arming themselves, and quickly turned the other way.

-"Degenerate gamblers. What can you do?" Sera replied, doing the same. Wayne looked over at him and raised an eyebrow. "What?"

*BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT*

The rippling cracks of gunfire blared across the black market. In a matter of seconds, the street was completely empty. It was for the best, Wayne didn't exactly want any civilian casualties. Sera didn't mind. The guns eventually clicked and the wolves cackled.

-"Ah, that never gets old." Wayne chuckled, loading another magazine.

Another burst of gunfire. The bullets shredded through the shop's windows, destroying everything. Dust and debris flew inside the shop as if a tornado had formed inside. Eventually the guns clicked yet again and it was time to leave.

-"Alright let's get outta here." Sera gestured towards his car again. The wolves holstered their guns in their coats and nonchalantly walked away from the scene of the crime. They both hopped into Sera's car and drove off, throwing their guns in the backseat.

-"So far so good." Wayne commented, counting the money they collected. "You think Hiroshi got the message?"

-"If he didn't I'd be more than happy to drive the point home."

-"Right." Wayne finished. The car was silent for a few moments. "You uhh, heard about Keanu?" Sera didn't say anything at first, he just kept looking dead ahead.

-"Yeah." He eventually replied.

-"Damn shame..." Wayne shook his head.

-"He knew what he was doing. It's his fault."

-"I know, but... still. He's just a kid."

-"Is he?" Sera asked. Wayne kept quiet.

-"Couldn't we have just... let him have a normal life?" Wayne pondered.

-"After what he went through? No. Araki had plans." Sera replied.

-"It's still wrong." Wayne pouted.

-"There wasn't a word of protest when I joined. Just as young, just as hungry. Parents just as freshly buried."

-"Yeah but you chose this. You didn't wash up on our shores."

-"I guess we'll just have to put him on a raft with an apology note and send him back." Sera smirked. "Where else would he go? We're his..." Sera paused

-"Say it." Wayne commanded, pointing a finger at Sera

-"Blood." Sera finished.
