I have thought a lot about what the last thing I would say to Sherlock would be. As I thought about it I could never seem to find the right words, words that would be enough for all he means to me. But now that I am here I find that these, my last words to him, are exactly the right ones.

Sherlock Holmes is well known to the paramedics of London. So when John Watson comes into the picture, it seems like a fantastic solution.
