just a story i created after a long night of watching British people play out Sherlock Holmes. based on the TV show and books

John finds it difficult coping with Holmes' return from the dead, so much so he cant even call him by his first name. But now as they fight the newest threat to Britains safety, they are brought closer together and forced to face their feelings for each other. Mostly Johnlock but a little Johnstrade too. In her weakest moments, Molly Hooper thinks that Sherlock Holmes is a vision carved from the eyes and hands of long lost artists. In her stronger moments, she knows that Sherlock Holmes is just a man. But that's okay, because she's a woman and sometimes, things like this…they just happen.

In which Sherlock adopts a kitten and jumps to conclusions, John is very sure he's not moving out (though he seems to be the only one) and a certain cat will not stand for being ignored. In the end, everything gets put right - if not quite back where it was.
