The villainous cats Delilah and Snooky stood in the compound before a tied-up Tanya Keys among the small squad of cat bots crowded around them.

Delilah fluffed her cape and said, "It's been sooooo long since I've seen you, Tanya. What was it we did together?"

The thief answered, "We went on a heist to steal some experimental jewel for your leader. Probably a gem that turns people into fish or something."

"Correction: FORMER leader. No reason to go after a lost cause now that the Toon Force has him. Besides, we have everything we need here."

"And without your man to save you, no one can stop us," said Snooky.

Tanya casually rolled her eyes and chuckled, "Oho, sure. You know how many times that's been said to me?"

"Hmhm. I figured it's quite a lot," Delilah said as she rocked from side to side. "You were a great bounty hunter, but you can never go back once you fall for someone. Not unless your man is, to put it lightly, out of the picture."

Outside, the eruptions got louder as Super Bunn fought her way into the facility.

"And it sounds like someone's coming to his rescue."

Delilah turned to Snooky and ordered, "I'm going out to check on those robots. Have fun with her."

Rubbing his hands, Snooky smirked, "With pleasure."

As his accomplice left the room with much of the squad behind her, another robot came in and stood guard at the door. The small cat turned back to Tanya and spoke, "Since you're the guest of honor, I'll let you decide what level of torture you wanna have."

Tanya's eyes rolled as she replied, "As long as it doesn't involve a cat pun, I'm good."

"WORKS FOR ME!"

The second Snooky pulled a feather from the toolbox next to him, a laser blast burst the floor, rolling him head-first against the wall! The robot guarding the door began haphazardly shooting at the other androids before they could deploy their weapons. Strolling over to Tanya, Gl-0 reshaped to her regular slime-like form and broke the cuffs.

As Tanya stretched her arms and legs, she snarked, "Looks like I'm not the only shapeshifter here, aren't I?"

"How'd you get captured," asked Gl-0.

The anthro smiled, "I didn't."

"...Oooh! You let yourself get caught to save the Sheriff, right?"

Calmly, Tanya gave a thumbs up. In a disappointed motion, Gl-0 began to slouch and said, "Gosh...if I knew you had this, I wouldn't have needed to come here..."

"It's a good thing you did. The last time I was in a similar situation, HueHue tickled me for 2 hours, and Mittens wouldn't let me out. He thought it was funny."

"Guess I shouldn't be winging it like I did a second ago if that's any example..."

"Lemme tell you something about that and my husband..."

Gl-0 listened closely. She looked straight at Tanya, waiting for her to finish.

"We really don't have a plan for anything," said the raccoon as she got close to the superhero. "We don't because we already know what to do by nature. When there's someone like this little guy here, we have to step our game up. But you're prepared for this."

She put her paw on the young heroine's chest, "Don't lose your confidence cause of my blunders. Figure out how to avoid them."

And with that, Tanya began to walk off to the exit, shape-shifting into one of the catbots.

"Mittens and Badgerclops are being held upstairs on the roof. Rescue them, and leave the broad to me."

Gl-0 smirked and saluted, "Yes, sir!"
