It was a beautiful peaceful day at the newly formed United tribe thanks to the wedding of Kate and Garth,no longer would the tribes be fighting over food and territory they would all be living under one roof,of course things weren't exactly pleasant immediately,there were still some tension between people and some fights broke out but nothing the Omegas can't handle. Speaking of omegas,an omega was currently sitting in the warm green grass watching everyone continue with their normal day, that omega was Lilly.
Lilly had a placid expression on her face but inside she was a little sad, because she had heard Humphrey had left the tribe to be an lone wolf, Lilly had a feeling she knew the reason why, Humphrey had a crush on Kate and seeing her marry someone else must've stung alot. Lilly had felt the same way about Garth when she first saw him, but since he was an alpha she couldn't have him, Lilly once considered leaving herself, either with Humphrey or alone but she couldn't being herself to do that.
While Lilly sat silently she heard footsteps approaching her and she looked beside her and too her surprise she saw Garth approaching her "Garth hi."Lilly greeted surprised as this was the first time Garth approached her "Hi..uh..Lillian right?"Garth asked in slight confusion "That's my full name,but call me Lilly."Lilly said with a smile "Right of course."Garth said with a little chuckle as he sat down next to her.
"You're probably wondering what I'm doing sitting next to you?"Garth said looking at Kate "pretty much."Lilly responded "Well how else am I supposed to get to know my sister in law?" Lilly was taken aback by this answer, but of course he would feel the need for this as they were family now "well that's true."Lilly said with a smile "So being an Omega,must be pretty fun?"Garth said "Yes it is,it's tons of fun, although I considerd being an Alpha once."Lilly stated this got Garth interested for a moment.
"Really,what made you become an omega instead?"Garth asked curiously "Well the constant exercising,the hunting,the fighting,was a complete deal breaker,I'd rather have fun than work up ridiculous amounts of sweat."Lilly said with a laugh making Garth laugh as well. "But you can't argue the results."Garth boasted flexing his arm.
"So how's your marriage with Kate going so far?"Liy said even though it's been a couple of days, "It's going extremely well, Kate is a very caring and woman,i couldn't have asked for a better wife."Garth said proudly "although she snores a little bit."Garth said in a joking manner "Yeah don't worry you'll get used to it...eventually."Lilly said with the roll of her eyes.
Garth glanced at Lilly for moment "this may seem a bit too personal but do you have a boyfriend?"Garth asked "Why you know any omegas?"Lilly asked "Uh no,i was just curious because you're too nice looking tonbe single."Garth said "Um no i don't have a boyfriend,there's just so much going on right now for me to focus on my love life."Lilly explained making Garth nod in affirmation.
"Well when you do find that special someone,i hope you and him have a happy marriage."Garth said with a smile which in turn made Lilly smile "Thanks,and i already have someone who's caught my eye."Lilly said "Oh really who is it?"Garth asked "You."Lilly said bluntly Garth stared at Lilly with complete surprise and bewilderment as he looked around and began stammering "Kidding I'm just kidding."Lilly said with a laugh making Garth ease up as he realized that this was an Omega at work. However Lilly wasn't entirely joking as she really did have a gigantic crush on him the very night she saw him however because of the law she cannot have him,Garth chuckled a little bit in amusement and relief that she was joking but then he suddenly had an little flashback to the night he met Kate and he locked onto the facial expressions of both Kate and Lilly but most specifically Lilly,and that was when he realized that there might be some seriousness to her little joke.
"Uhh Lilly i need you to be honest with me, you're half joking aren't you?"Garth accused making Lilly look at him in shock as she looked around "Wha..i..half joking..what are you?"Lilly stammered in confusion and nervousness "I recall the day we met Lilly,i remember the look on your face when you first saw me."Garth said Lilly still tried to play dumb "I..uh..what look?" "You looked like you were going to pounce on me and slobber all over my face."Garth said with a little smile forming "Wha..no i was looking at someone else."Lilly said completely horrified that Garth had her figured "Uh huh, Lilly I'm not going to be mad,no one else has to know about this little fact, Lilly do you have a crush on me?"Garth asked in a little father like tone Lilly sighed and hung her head a little before speaking "Yes,i know it is wrong but you're the most attractive alpha I've ever seen, and seeing you with Kate and marrying her just brings out jealousy in me,i kind of fantasized what our life would be like together and it is wonderful."Lilly said with a smile.
Garth smiled and nodded "that is very nice to hear Lilly,but you know that fantasy can never become a reality right?"Garth stated "Yeah i know."Lilly said with a little hint of contempt for the stupid law "but hey we may not be husband and wife,but we're something just as good we're in-laws."Garth said with an effort to cheer her up but it wasn't exactly working "i want us to be husband and Wife."Lilly said in her head "Yeah we're still family."Lilly said with her mouth and with a slightly fake cheerful smile.
"Well nice meeting you Lilly see you later."Garth said as he stood up and walked away Lilly watched him walk away with a glum expression on her face but then her attention was soon taken away from Garth by the sound of a familiar male elder voice "Swooning over my son Lilly?" Lilly immediately looked behind her and saw that Tony was approaching her with a intimadating firm expression Lilly stood up and faced her father in law "You..uh.. heard all of that?"Lilly asked nervously although she was greatly offended he was listening to a conversation that didn't concern him.
"Every word, honestly Lilly i nearly broke my back further trying not to bust out laughing."Tony said causing Lilly to narrow her eyes a little bit in offense to Tony's amusement "Something funny about that?" "Just the fact that you an Omega had a crush on an alpha."Tony stated "well you don't need to worry about that Tony,I'm fully aware that I can't have him."Lilly said firmly a little frown forming.
"Great as long as you don't forget it,oh and another thing i found amusing is the fact that you considered becoming an alpha, Lillian I'm sorry to say this but you wouldn't last a day in alpha school,it was never a good fit for you."Tony said crossing his arms. "Uh-huh,I was the first person to come to that conclusion."Lilly said with a scornful smile as Tony was beginning to make her mad an emotion she tries not to feel.
"But you know what I'm glad you became an Omega Lilian, because making people laugh is your greatest talent,you made this old alpha laugh without even trying, so you're doing excellent at it Lilly."Tony said with a little smile Lilly let out a mocking giggle "Yeah you're absolutely right, making people laugh is my greatest talent, and i love it alot, I'm glad i became an omega too and I'm glad and proud to bring smiles to the tribe i love dearly and to you Tony,hey would you like to hear something else that's funny?"Lilly asked with a innocent smile.
Tony cocked his head "and what is that?" "Even though the sun is out,you still got a view of the full moon."Lilly said with sass as she turned around,bent over and pulled her her loincloth down a little bit showing her bareass to Tony's eyes which made him look away in disgust "Kiss my ass you old jerk."Lilly said with visible frustration as she pulled her loincloth up and stomped away as Tony watched her with an scowl.
