I wanted to have the first chapter at least written and put out; please don't expect updates too soon and unless I can't help myself; the next update could be next month or at last later this one.
It was early the next year and Lincoln Loud had managed to catch up to his schoolwork okay; it was certainly better than having to deal with his mob of fans there as well as all the tagged posters and fan mail that he had gotten from his popularity of Total Drama. The requests for interviews for blogs, asking about the latest story about his fellow TD cast members and all the attention he was getting from his fellow students at his high school.
Many of them never gave him a second thought before. Still it was the power of the popularity of Total Drama; especially on streaming now and the recently released home video sets of the 2 seasons so far.
Made things harder hanging out with his actual friends at home but they were helping him with it. He was puffed out as he made it home from school; "Uh... All this fame... Will it please die down..." Lincoln groaned as his sisters and parents who were still at home said hello to him and found this amusing.
"I don't see what he is complaining about..." Lola muttered to herself as she was watching TV but Lynn Jr and Lana helped him up to his feet.
"It will get better son; at least people can see how special you really are now son! Out of any shadows you may have felt under your sisters and you met some new good friends and more! Girls can you please help Lincoln to his room?" Lynn Sr said as the two girls helped pick Lincoln up by his arms to lead him to his bedroom.
Lincoln managed a smile and thought that it was nice to feel noticed and find his own claim to fame away from his sisters as just the middle child boy; true he would prefer for it to be for his own talents but it was still cool.
He got to his room and back when all 11 Loud siblings shared the house; he would have been in big trouble from Lori for even being in there as the room used to belong to her and Leni. He got to his computer and put it on; checking his messages and soon it was time for a video call party with several of his TD friends.
"...Going great and Mama said that we could be close to starting up our own restaurants!" DJ was telling them excitedly as he was starting a cooking business with his mother.
"That's great DJ! I wish you both the best! I wish I had some good news but I still have that Josh creep wanting me back on Celebrity Manhunt after what he pulled when Dawn and I were guests on that show..." Gwen was telling them and they sighed rolling their eyes as Josh had tried to direct them to being jealous of the other in seeing which girlfriend Lincoln likes best and him the grown man seemed to be all too eager to try and get the 2 teenagers to have a catfight on the show.
"That was definitely a bust... Just like my recent meeting with Julia... They say never meet your heroes..." Dawn sighed shaking her head as they felt sorry for Dawn as she actually got to meet Julia her favourite influencer but it turned out that she was chasing clout and more focused on trying to use Dawn to get more followers than what she was promoting on her channel.
"Definitely giving a bad name to you, Gwen and those actually genuine in what they are advocating for... At least your livestream with Gwen was a success!" Lincoln said trying to cheer Dawn and Gwen up by bringing up the livestream that they put together to raise money to help the enviroment; hosted on Gwen's own video channel where she puts her own updates and posts to get stuff off her chest. A resounding success if there ever was one.
They both smiled and Ezekiel dressed like a full blown celebrity to all those amused was saying that it was cool like his own channel where he talked about his own lifestyle and they rolled their eyes in amusement and that included his own girlfriend Bridgette. "You deserve all the success that it brought Gwen and Dawn; just wish that you had more followers on your channel than I do since you deserve it more." Zoey said sighing as she decided to try and appease her 'Commando Zoey' fans by putting on the persona to give some survival tip videos.
"At least it's much more followers than those idiots at Three Guys and a Girl in a Beach House." Lincoln said and there were dark looks at that channel being brought up; Lincoln sighed as he remembered that his friends and him were big fans of them at first but then it became clear that the guys cared more about cool they looked and becoming popular than anyone's safety and their total arrogance on social media and in interviews; it drove them away.
"You know that recent cut brakes and drove into a pet store incident? Apparently that was Emma's last straw as she cut ties and broke up with that idiot Chase!" Courtney brought up and they looked at that at positive news.
"May she find better company and may Chase die alone, broke from wasting his money and his followers all moving on and may his corpse fertilise Mother Earth and be the one good thing that he had done in his miserable horrible existence!" Dawn snapped scaring them as Dawn if called to it could be terrifying. Once she heard the news she had called Lincoln and then went on a furious rant only to become tearful for the poor animals in that store with Lincoln wishing that he was physically to comfort her more.
"How exactly could someone put up with someone so selfish, toxic and wrong for them?" Gwen managed to ask in disbelief but Dawn sighed shaking her head.
"I wish I knew Gwen; I have been asking myself ever since Devin got together with that heartless ice cold Shelley..." Dawn spoke referring to her the girlfriend to her sister's long time best friend/crush. They frowned listening and Lincoln sighed remembering the video calls with Dawn whenever Carrie or Devin appeared and it whenever Shelley was brought up...
"Well... On better news! The Ridonculous Race' new season is coming soon and I hope you are ready Courtney, Lincoln, Dawn, Gwen and Bridgette since I am on staff!" Sammy brought up excitedly and that got them excited at the reminder; Sammy had been excited to inform them that the studio decided to put her on staff as an interviewer for the Race. So happy for her they all were especially as she gushed about how she was popular at school and how she could stand up to Amy now; their parents were putting their foot down on her and now no one was calling her 'Samey' anymore and Amy had been forced not to as well.
"Can't wait! When I got my offered spot; I managed to get one of my surfing pals Fin to join me!" Bridgette said excitedly and Lincoln was thinking that he should be ready for some more reality TV adventures especially without Chris hosting it this time.
"Me too and Lincoln; as I said I promise I will have it dial it down now! I am there for us to win... Together as a team off course!" Courtney said with a smile as some rolled their eyes and Lincoln gave her a trusting look. Soon the call ended and Lincoln wondered what to do next on the computer.
"Lincoln! Come on down!" called Rita and Lincoln decided to see what this is about and the Loud family at the house were gathered at the TV on the channel which hosted Total Drama as well as the shows from the studio in the US. It then played:

This time the Ridonculous Race is gets a dose of Total Drama as 9 competitors from the new hot reality TV show on the block joins in the race around the world.

"Wow this is the first ad for the season?" Lincoln asked and they nodded with big smiles feeling excited to watch this or take part in the case of Rita and Lola.
Soon it was time and Lincoln had a tearful goodbye with his friends at the airport who was there to support him, same with the Loud family there to see Lincoln, Rita, Luna and Lola off. Sam had her parents and brother there to see her off as well and there were the Casagrande family there for Carlos and Maria as well. Ronnie Anne fist bumped Lincoln and then giggled as Rosa insisted that her children along with the Loud contestants all bring good luck charms that she had gotten for them.
There was much waving as they all got on their flight to Canada; Lincoln remembered his last flight to Canada but had family and people he knew with him to make it much better so he wasn't as nervous as he was then. They watched the in flight movie which wasn't bad but Luna and Sam listened to their music players for the flight. Soon they all arrived and went out to see if they could find whoever was there to meet them.
Lincoln however felt like he was attacked from behind as he was embraced by a hand and had his eyes covered. "Alright; what's the big idea..." Lincoln ranted as his eyes were let go and he turned around was met with the smirking Gwen. "Gwen; so good to..." Lincoln said with a big smile but was met with a strong kiss from her that left him speechless.
"Sorry but all this time without being able to do that to my boyfriend in person..." Gwen laughed as soon she had Dawn come up to her and Lincoln and Dawn shared a smile. They then shared their own kiss as Lincoln's family and the Casagrande siblings came up to them.
"So these are the famous Gwen and Dawn..." Rita said as they all took this in; seeing them both on both seasons was one thing but meeting them in person.
"Greetings you all and it's a pleasure to meet you all. The mother with 11 children including Lincoln. His rock and roll sister and her own girlfriend. The mother of his one of his best friends finally getting to travel the world." Dawn said with a big smile and they were in awe. "Carlos; I have to say that studies and books can only get you so far so you shouldn't rely on them too much." Lincoln told him and looked down with kneels down towards Lana. "Don't be too focused on growing out of chilren pageantry and being left as a has been as it's a toxic environment for children anyway and you should have had a better childhood." Dawn told her gently as Lola was open mouthed glaring leaving Rita uneasy.
"Wow... Experiencing the Aura reading in person is different from watching it..." Sam said breaking the silence as Lincoln and Gwen laughed.
"Well it's so great to finally meet the girls that won my Lincoln's heart." Rita said as Dawn and Gwen waved and then excitedly coming up to them was none other than Carrie and Devin.
"I can't believe that I get to see you in person myself! My sister's first kiss and her boyfriend!" Carrie said who couldn't help but take Lincoln into an embrace as she then let go.
"Wow! You two have your best Friends blog that I discovered during the first season! You competing as well?" Sam asked excitedly as they nodded.
"The biggest fans of the Ridonculous Race there are and Carrie has the coolest sister for getting us a spot!" Devin said as Dawn beamed.
"Everyone; this is my Mum and my sister Lola, my sister Luna and her girlfriend and bandmate Sam and my friend Ronnie Anne's mum and her brother Carlos! They are competing in their teams." Lincoln decided to introduce them and they waved to eachother.
"Good to meet you all and I hope that you all understand that we are all competing against eachother so no hard feelings as us TD veterans managed to get through!" said a voice and then there was Courtney making her presence known smiling and then noticed it was somewhat uneasy from the ones from the US. "Right... You saw the show and well..." Courtney said uneasily as Lincoln sighed going up to her.
"Well; you seemed to learn your lesson but don't mess with my bro this time..." Luna said as Rita came up to her.
"Don't worry; we are sure that you know not to get carried away with being competitive or on esided in your team this time!" Rita told Courtney and she nodded.
"So we ready for a do-over of our alliance... Goodbye Courtney's Alliance and hello to... The Reality TV Pros? I hope you don't mind but last night I thought of what our team name could be..." Courtney asked with her arm around Lincoln's shoulder and he thought about it but decided that while sounding a bit arrogant; it was kind of cool.
"Good luck to you but the Gal Pals had a Reality TV winner in this friendly competition!" Dawn said smiling as Gwen rolled her eyes.
"For the record; the name was Dawn's idea. I am not too thrilled but I didn't have any better names." Gwen then said much to their amusement. Then a representative of the studio came to collect them all.
"I am ready for my VIP ride on the limos... BUS?" Lola asked with excitement turning to indignance upon seeing the bus there.
"If you want Lola; we can see if they can swap this out with the Lame-O-Sine?" Lincoln joked and they giggled but Lola .
"This will take you to the hotel where you will be staying for the night to get settled as well as be able to have you put down the cards for your introductions on the show. Then the next day you will go to the train stations and the studio preferred that you sit with your partner and there will be camera crew for the first episode. The show and competition starts off for you once you are off the train. Your stuff will be collected by the studio and you will be allowed to have a change of clothes and to wash up after each challenge." the representative informed them and Lola was furious.
"What kind of treatment is this for a star in the making? I have won countless pageants and I'm going to be a big TV star with this show! Lincoln got to go to his reality TV debut on a cruise ship; couldn't you have sprung for better rides than a bus and a train?" Lola demanded as she got looks from then and passerbys.
"Lola honey; you are making a scene..." Rita chided as the representative looked down at her.
"I am paying off a house mortgage, alimony to 2 ex-wives and supporting a son... You think that I care about your complaints?" the representative retorted as he just opened up the bus door to let them in.
1 bus ride later to the hotel which didn't look bad and there was a crowd of excited fans outside waiting for them. Lola put on a big grin and waved as she walked outside only to be ignored as they clamoured to get pictures and autographs from Lincoln, Dawn, Gwen and Courtney as she looked in jealousy. They were all put inside and led to rooms to fill with their teammates for the final paperwork and for more instructions as well as fill out their introduction cards.
"Now that we are alone Lincoln... When you said that your Mum was competing while teaming up with one of your sisters... You neglected to mention that it was her..." Courtney told him as he just sighed.
"Well... She learned her lesson when they were both in a mother-daughter pageant years ago so I hope that she won't let the competition get to her head..." Lincoln replied not really believing his own words.
Fin is from Stoked and I decided to bring her in to be Bridgette's partner. I want to thank Duskrider for the idea of Sammy being brought back as an interviewer. To get it out of the way here are the full team list for the Race:
