I must first deliver to you my most ardent gratitude. With Joham eliminated our world has become a safer place and our risk of exposure decreases exponentially. As of writing, Joham has sired four hybrid children: Serena, Maysun, Nahuel, and Jennifer. I trust he has not been successful since the penning of this letter, but in the event of another hybrid offspring, I expect you to identify the individual and promptly communicate the discovery.

I must emphasize the importance of the safety of the individual who is now in the custody of our guard. Assign the hybrid a bodyguard; whoever among you is best suited for the job. Your proximity is not required except under strict circumstances that align with the following instructions.

Each time you open a letter henceforth, you must be close to the hybrid. Each time you make a decision, you must be close to the hybrid. They now possess the greatest protection that has been afforded to the guard, which will be explained momentarily.

Send a member of your group back now, so that they may report your successes to me directly and receive additional letters containing additional instructions. Tell this individual to be prepared to act but do not elaborate. They will be your primary point of contact as of now. As you have seen, this letter has two parts. Study the second part only after your guard member has been sent back and you are within the protection of the hybrid's proximity.
