"What am I thinking the Sadida kingdom is my home." Amaila said walking back into her room after closing the doors to her balcony. "Then again it's felt more like a prison them a home. No, I have to stop these thoughts, I'm probably just tried from all the yelling I've done." Amalia clawed into bed and laid down thinking a nice nape before dinner would do her some good.
"Princess dinner is ready." an attendant said through the door.
"Coming." Amaila said coming out of her room to see four new guards ready to walk her to the dining hall. As they walked Amalia had decided what she was going to do next, after dinner if her father again refused her request.
As Sadida royal family ate dinner Amalia could feel that her father didn't want to have the same conversation again, but Amalia didn't really care at the moment since her own feelings were pushed to the side countless times.
"Father, I wish…" Amaila started.
"This is no longer up for debate Amaila." Saidida king said loudly the guards will stay and I will have e to ask that you not harm them, or I will be forced to increase again." the king then returned to eating his meal.
"I'm done." Amaila said, getting up from the table.
"Are you sure you've gotten enough to eat Princess?" an attendant asked following the princess to her room.
"I'm sure. Besides I'm sure the guards don't need me in a big room that anyone can get to easily" Amalia quickly said looking towards the dining hall doors
"Princess, you know they are there to protect you." The attendant said as the princess walked away.
"Yay protect me from ever having a life." Amalia thought.
Once they got to Amalia's room, she told the guards she would be fine for the night so they could keep watch outside for the rest of the night. The guards took their respective post in front of the door.
"I'm sorry Father, brother, but I can't take this life anymore." Amalia thought to herself as she closed the door to her bedroom.
Amalia reached under her bed and grabbed a bag she had prepared beforehand for her plan. She went out to her balcony and summoned a vine that went to the ground, she quickly climbed down the vine and made her way to where the travelers were. When she got close enough, Amalia hid in a bush and watched the traveling eatery packing it in to leave the kingdom. They placed all the tables & chairs in the last of the three wagons. She then saw the oldest girl picking up the two children that seemed to be getting sleepy and placed them in the first wagon, while the oldest boy continued to place chairs into the third wagon. Amalia then got closer to the back of the third wagon where the door was, believing it would be the safest to hide in.
"Hey Yugo, did you make sure to lock the kitchen up?" the older girl asked.
"I didn't yet, some of the cabinets haven't been locked up either." the boy that was putting chairs away answered. "Could you do that for me Mina, we don't want stuff flying around while we're moving again."
"Okay." the girl said back.
Amalia then gained an idea of how to get into the wagon without being seen or noticed. She summoned a vine and grabbed a nearby chair and moved it away from the wagons. When the boy named Yugo walked away to get the last chair, Amalia made a break for the third wagon and hid behind one of the tables that was leaning up against the wall in the back.
"And that's the last one." Yugo said, placing the last chair in the wagon. "Hey Mina, can you make sure the wagons are connected properly while I check to make sure we didn't miss anything?"
"Fine, but you better stop at a town with a clothing store." Mina answered. "I want a new outfit."
"Deal." Yugo responded.
Amalia heard the sound of the door closing and being locked, she didn't move from her hiding spot for a while then created a light so that she could see. As she looked around she saw tables, chairs, blankets, and a few boxes with the word silverware on them. She then heard the sound of a clack and felt the wagon begin to move. Amalia then noticed a window on the door to the wagon and walked up to it to see the Tree of Life getting smaller as the wagon moved.
"I guess there's no turning back now." Amalia said see her home get smaller and smaller. "Goodbye Father, I'm sorry but I can't be a little wall flower forever, And Armand I'm sure you'll be a fine king." A tear then fell down Amalia's cheek as the wagon left the Sadida kingdom behind for new land.
Sadidda kingdom Throne room
"Your highness we've looked everywhere but we couldn't find the princess." A guard said as Armand re-read the letter Amalia left.
"Father, I hate to say it, but we must call the Cra kingdom." Armand said. "We don't have any idea how she plans to move about, tons of people come and go from the kingdom, and they are the best trackers in the world besides the Osamodas."
King Oakheart sighed then said, "Alright call the Cra kingdom and also send a message to Evangelyne she might meet up with Amalia before any of the other Cra find a trail to track."
The guard bowed his head then ran out of the throne room to deliver the orders to the rest of the guards. When the doors to the throne room closed Armand said, "You know she has a point for once having so many guards around does nothing but put her in a cage."
The King Oakheart glared at his son then said, "I am trying to keep her safe."
"Yes, you are but from what, she's not a child anymore," Armand argued. "She can take care of herself, quite easily I might add, seven guards were injured when she left the throne room. You can keep protecting her from everything forever, but you can prepare her for it."
"She has run away from home, Armand, and there is still an assassin out there targeting the royalty of every nation." King Oakheart said, "My orders are the same. Find the Princess, this is our top priority at the moment."
"Understood father." Armand said bowing to the king of the Sadida people. "We will find her."
