"Are you ready?" The announcer asked the audience.
The audience cheered in response, ready to see their most wanted fighters.
"Well, let's bring on to the arena our first four contestants!" the announcer proclaimed.
The audience cheered again as Sora, Spyro, Crash, and Lara Croft took the platform. The stage around them suddenly changed to Crash Bandicoot's home world.
3, 2, 1, GO!
Crash set up some TNT crates and jumped on them, setting off an explosion that sent Spyro and Lara flying. Lara shot her pistols at Spyro and Sora. Sora shot Ice at Spyro, freezing him, then sent him flying out of the arena with a swing of his Keyblade, costing him his first stock. Sora and Lara exchanged blows, while Spyro and Crash battled in the air, using their agility to avoid each other's attacks. Crash picked up a Fire Flower and burned Lara Croft with it a few times, sending her out of the arena.
Eventually, all fighters were down to their last stock. All of a sudden, a Smash Ball appeared out of nowhere. Everyone raced to get to the Smash Ball first. Sora struck the Smash Ball with lightning, absorbing its powers. Then, Sora shot a beam from his Keyblade. Spyro, Crash and Lara were immediately sucked into the keyhole shaped portal and a door closed on them. Sora then sealed the door with his Keyblade. The door then exploded, causing Spyro, Lara, and Crash to lose their last stock.
GAME! Sora wins!
"I won... I can't believe I actually won!" Sora said.
"Yeah. Well, don't get too excited." Scorpion said. "You still have two more battles left to win. And I assure you, I won't go so easy on you this time."
