Soo.. its been a year. Yeah uhh no real explanation for it, kinda just got bored, and forgot about this story. Until now! I will try to come back, no promises though, but still I hope you enjoy the story, and as always, lmk what u think, any ideas are always welcome (because I'll be honest, I forgot where I wanted this story to go, I'll look through my scraps of paper and find something, so tell me if u want to see smth in the story and I'll try to implement it). Silence echoed around the air, every person there in shock, the dead-last, the idiot, had such an absurd level of chakra? Sasuke clenched his fists. There were 2 people stronger than him now. Sasuke approached Naruto, in anger and grabbed him shouting "Naruto, fight me, right now!"
"I'm afraid that will have to wait, young Uchiha" A soft voice called out, and a woman with brown hair tied in a bun with standard ANBU gear and a bird mask walked out from the shadow of a tree. "Naruto Uzumaki and Silva" are requested to stand before the council, effective immediately. Let's go." Confused, Silva walked up and grabbed the ANBU's hand, and gestured for Naruto to follow. Grabbing Sasuke's wrist and pulling it off him, Naruto walked towards the woman in slight, masked fear but eventually made contact with her hand. As soon as he did, all 3 vanished, leaving the academy students and instructor in a daze as to what occurred. A few minutes later, Iruka shook himself out of the trance and called everyone back inside to continue the lessons, pretending that nothing happened.
Outside the council, Naruto was on the floor, puking his insides out, due to not being used to what Silva learned was called the Body Flicker, who was standing as if nothing had happened, being so used to it. "Huh, you can withstand the body flicker pretty well kid. If you get a chance, ask for Bird, and I'll teach you. Regardless, the council is beyond this door." With those words the ANBU vanished, leaving the 2 boys alone, before a large, wooden door, very intricate in design. Silva waited for a few seconds, letting Naruto get his bearings, who said "W-what was that?" Acknowledging that Naruto was fine now, Silva pushed the doors open to see a large room, divided into 2 sides, on one side clearly sat shinobi and clan heads, whereas on the other sat mostly normal civilians, and 3 old people as well, one of which being Danzo if Silva recalled his name correctly.
A man with long, brown hair stood, his stern face staring directly into Silva's hidden face, his pupil-less eyes trying to meet Silva's, but failing.
"Something blocks the Byakugan." The man stated in a cold voice. "Boy, lower your hood and blind fold at once." Silva lowered his hood, revealing his long green hair, yet kept his blindfold on. "The blindfold." The man started to look annoyed. Silva made no move, looking directly back at him. A large chakra flared from the man, making most people on the civilian side tremble, Silva didn't move, having been exposed to far more intense auras while training.
"Enough! Hiashi, stand down, I have authority here, you do not!" Hiruzen, who walked in behind the boys, stated. Silently, Hiashi sat down, never once allowing his eyes to leave Silva's face.
"The 2 of you have been called here to explain what happened earlier today with the large surge of chakra we felt from the 2 of you, what you felt, things like that." A man with a blond ponytail and a kind smile on his face said, and turning to face Naruto, he stated, "Naruto, let's begin with you, what do you recall?" Naruto, glancing at the Hokage, who nodded, said with complete certainty, "There was first a zoooom and then it kept getting heavier turning into a thoom but then I felt a shiiing, and then a booooooom!" As he said this, he made large gestures to match the words. He looked around and saw every person deadpanning at him. "What? He asked innocently. "Never mind that, we can get what happened from Iruka later," A man with a large scar on his face, and black hair tied back as if it were a pineapple said, "Silva's chakra felt much more sinister and dangerous than anything I've felt since before the Nine Tails attack, what happened with him Inoichi?" "Patience Shikaku." The man now identified as Inoichi replied before turning to Silva and asking him "What happened?" Silva, as usual, was silent. Silence reigned for a few seconds before he asked tentatively "Silva?". Again silence. "Enough of this charade, you can't take the information from the jinch- the boy so take it out of the orphans head, you can do that right?" A man on the civilian side piped up. "Not without consent or a majority vote no, Silva is a member of the Leaf." Inoichi replied. "Then let's take a vote, all in favour of extracting the information raise your hand." Every person on the civilian side, including Danzo raised their hand, but not one on the shinobi side did, not even Hiashi, who Silva expected would. "Then it's decided, now open his mind." The civilian man stated.
"Lord Hokage?" Inoichi asked the 3rd for permission, who groaned, before begrudgingly waving his hand. "Very well. Silva, you will feel a little tingle in your head in a second, just ignore it, it'll go away in just a second. Ready?" Silence. "Alrighty, 3, 2, 1, Psycho Mind Transmission Jutsu: Simple Variant". And with that, Inoichi's vision went black. A few seconds passed before Inoichi stumbled back, clutching his head.
"Well? Out with it", a civilian woman with bright pink hair exclaimed, "What was up with the chakra surge?" Inoichi began to speak, speaking incredibly clearly and almost robotically "The truth of our universe is that we all have expectations of fish that will never come true, this is because the trees are blue, and they can see through you." Silence filled the council room. "I'm sorry? What did you just say? Do you think this council is a joke?" One of the elderly people spoke out, her voice sounding furious. "Predators lurk within the rainbow, yet you are blind to see them." "Enough, clearly something has happened to Inoichi, ANBU!" Hiruzen stood up and called out for the masked shinobis, and 2 appeared kneeling before him instantly, wearing a Boar and a Rabbit mask "Take Inoichi to the Yamanaka complex and have him looked at". The rabbit masked ANBU grabbed a hold of Inoichi's shoulder and disappeared in a flurry of leaves with Inoichi in tow, and a second later the boar masked followed suit.
"Guess I was right to be worried", the man, Shikaku began, "I'd wager that IT stopped Inoichi from accessing Silva's memories, and probably overloaded his brain with information". "Well this is just perfect!", the pink haired civilian cried out, 1 is a useless brat who doesn't understand the difference between a pig and a cow, and 1 is a useless mute who is of zero help to us. Now what?". "There is nothing more to do, is there Councillor Haruno?", Hiruzen stated calmly.
A woman on the shinobi side, with wild brown hair and 2 red marks going down her face looking similar to fangs stood up and proclaimed "Right, I'm bored of this meeting, clearly we have nothing to gain by being here, so I'll leave you all to argue for as long as you'd like. Also, please warn me before you come pick me up in the future, the dogs are gonna be a nightmare to deal with now", and with that the woman walked out of the room, with a civilian beginning to protest but quickly being hushed by the man next to her. 1 by 1, the shinobi clan heads stood up, a rather large man with wild red hair asking Shikaku if he wanted to go grab some food from the barbecue down the road, to which Shikaku merely groaned, and left, leaving only Naruto, Silva, The 3rd Hokage, all the civilian councillors, Danzo and Hiashi in the room.
After a pause, Hiashi stood up, and gave Silva 1 final death glare, before exiting the room, the door slamming behind him. "Right. I hereby declare this meeting adjourned, considering the fact that basically half the council already left. Dismissed." Grumbling, the civilians shuffled out of the room, and finally Danzo walked out, muttering something to Hiruzen before walking out.
"Right.", Hiruzen began. What are we going to do with you 2…"
