Marinette seemed to be running from something!

She was being chased by Stormy Weather!
But then, Marinette was stopped by Lady Wifi, as she fired a pause icon at her, and Stormy Weather froze her in ice with her parasol! But then, a hero known as Super Nathan arrived, and erased Stormy Weather's parasol with his digital sketchpad, and he traps the two villains in a cage he drew! Then, he erased the ice and freed her! Marinette blushes at her savior and hugged him!
Marinette: Oh, Super Nathan, you're my hero!
Nathaniel: It was nothing.
Marinette: [embraces Nathaniel] I love you!
Nathaniel: [embraces Marinette] I love you too, Marinette.
Ms. Mendeleiev: Nathaniel! What are you drawing?
Nathaniel looks up, revealing the scene to be a dream!

Scene changes to Pikachu in an open field twirling Ash's hat on its tail and then putting on and smiling as Ash reads the title of the chapter!

Narrator: It turns out it was only a dream that one of our Parisian friends had! And our heroes are currently in science class!
Nathaniel: Wha, wha-
Ms. Mendeleiev: And these artistic endeavours are clearly why you are failing science.
Nathaniel: I'm sorry...
Ms. Mendeleiev: You go march yourself down to the principal's office and show him that checked scratch! Then you'll be really sorry!
Nathaniel started to pack his things and leave!
Ash: Well, art isn't so bad!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Nathaniel tripped over Mylène's bag, dropping his sketchbook, as the whole class saw what he had drawn!
Ash: Huh? What's this?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Ash: A comic?
Then, Chloé grabbed his sketchbook!
Chloé: Ooh! Look, Sabrina! It's him as a superhero! And look who he's saving! It's Marinette!
Marinette: Uh-
Chloé: He's so totally crushing on you, Marinette!
Ash: [angrily grabs it from her] Hmm!
Ash: It's just a story, Chloé! It's total fiction!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Chloé: And what would you know about these kinds of stories, Ketchum?!
Ash: A lot more than you'll ever know, Chloé the Snob!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Ash: [gives Nathaniel back his sketchbook] Here, Nathaniel!
Nathaniel: Thank you!
Ms. Mendeleiev: Enough! Nathaniel, go!
And Nathaniel ran out! Ash wanted to tell the teacher she was being too harsh, but he didn't want to get in trouble for talking back to an adult! At Hawk Moth's lair...
Hawk Moth: [as his window opens] Ahhh... Artists can be so emotional. I love it. [turns a butterfly into an akuma] Fly to him, my little akuma. Draw him into our evil web!
Then, the akuma flew off into the city!
Ms. Mendeleiev: Let that be a lesson for you to focus in class instead of those ridiculous activities, like Ash competing in this "World Coronation Series".
Ash: [in his head] [angry] Ridiculous?! Why I oughta...!
Pikachu: [trying to calm Ash down] PIKA PIKACHU!
Ash: [inhales then exhales] You're right, buddy! It's not worth it to lose my temper!
He just kept quiet as they continued the lesson! In the hallway, Nathaniel was on his way to the principal's office and dropped his pencil, but when he grabbed it, the akuma flies in and possesses it.
Hawk Moth: Are you tired of having your creative spirit crushed? Evillustrator, I'm your friend and patron of the arts. I'm here to offer you support. But I don't give this kind of power for free. I have a couple of items that need retrieving.
Nathaniel: Just tell me what you want. [turns into the Evillustrator]
Back in the classroom...
Ms. Mendeleiev: The next particle physics presentation group is Nino, Adrien and Alya!
Marinette: Oh! So lucky!
Ash: Well, it could be worse!
Ms. Mendeleiev: And then, Sabrina, Chloé and Marinette.
Alya: So unlucky.
Marinette: Way to jinx it, Ash!
Ash: Sorry!
Chloé: Uh, Miss, can't you add her to another group? Sabrina and I work much better on our own.
Ms. Mendeleiev: This is a group presentation, not pairs! Deal with it.
Chloé: I hate dealing with it!
Gengar: [snickering] GEN GEN GEN GEN GEN GENGAR!
Ash: Well, at least it's not me!
Pikachu: PIKA PI!
Ms. Mendeleiev: And the last group will be Juleka, Rose, Alix, and Ash!
Ash: Sounds good to me!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Juleka: Yes.
Rose: [smiles and nods] Hm!
Alix: Awesome!
Ash: [looks over to Juleka] [smiles and waves]
Juleka: [smiles and waves back]
[bell rings]
Ash: Uh oh! There's the bell!
Everyone started to pack their things!
Marinette: [to Alya] You wouldn't be willing to trade groups, would ya?
Alya: And deal with that twosome terror? Sorry.
Marinette: [to Ash] Would you mind switching with me, Ash? Please? [bats her eyelashes]
Ash: Sorry, Marinette! Not happening! Besides, I've been wanting to spend time with Juleka lately!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Marinette: Oh! Okay then!
Ash: Don't worry! If Chloé decides to give you a hard time, I'll take care of it!
Marinette: Thanks, Ash! You're the best!
Ash: [giggles]
Alya: And I promise to talk all about you in between particles and the physics!
Marinette: You're the best, too! [glomps her]
Pikachu: [feeling left out] PIKA PIKA!
Marinette: Aww! [rubs Pikachu on the head] You're the best too, Pikachu!
Pikachu: [happy] PIKA PIKA!
Ash: Anyway, I'll see you back at your place, Marinette! [goes over his group]
Marinette: Fine with me!
Ash: Hey, girls!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Alix: Hey there, Ashy Boy!
Rose: Hi!
Alix: Glad to have you in our group!
Ash: I'm glad to be in it!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Juleka just smiled!
Ash: So uh, what's the project on?
Alix: We were each given a specific element to study its particle physics on! We got iron!
Ash: Hmmm. Oh! [digs around in his backpack] I'm sure have that in here somewhere! Ah! [pulls out a bottle of Iron] Here we go! This kind of Iron raises a Pokémon's defense power! Does this count?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Alix: I think we're gonna need more than that! The project pretty much has to be written!
Ash: [understanding] Oh! [with an embarrassed look] Oops!
Juleka: [smiles] [giggles]
Alix: Ey! Don't worry about it! It could give us some inspiration!
Later on, the students were in the locker room, and Ash was conversing with Juleka about his journeys!
Ash: And then, there was the time I rode on a Pokémon called Ponyta, who evolved into Rapidash to take the place of a friend of mine named Laura Laramie after she was out of commission with a sprained arm!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Juleka: Wow. [smiles] Awesome.
Ash: Yeah! And then, there was that time where I took on a pirate named Phantom who wanted the Mythical Pokémon, Manaphy, and the Sea Temple! The odds were against me to put the crystals back in their place to keep the sea temple alive! But what was I afraid?! Not me! With every ounce of strength and stamina I put into putting the crystals back, I managed to gain some kind of power that made me help save Manaphy, stop Phantom, and save the day!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PIKACHU!
Juleka: Wow. Awesome. You've been everywhere!
Ash: Yep! I guess you could say I've had a bunch of accomplishments!
Juleka: You're so awesome.
Ash: [smiles] Thanks, Juleka! I'm glad you think so! You're awesome too!
Juleka: Thanks.
Pikachu: [jumps onto Juleka's shoulder] PIKACHU! [nuzzles against her cheek] CHA!
Juleka: [giggles] [pets Pikachu's head] You're really cute.
Pikachu: [happy] PIKA PIKA!
Ash: That's my buddy for you!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Chloé: Forget it, Sabrina. I don't have time for some dumb project. Besides, now you have Marinette to help you.
Sabrina: Okay, that's fine, Chloé. We'll do the work. Don't worry.
Ash: [to Juleka] Whaddya think they're talking about?
Juleka: [shrugs]
Marinette: Um, is everything okay?
Chloé: It is fine, Marinette.
Marinette: Well then, why can't you help us with the project?
Chloé: None of your business, Miss Nosy!
Marinette: Uh, actually, since I'm part of this group, it is.
Sabrina: It's okay, Marinette. You and I will do all the research, and the writing for our project, and then, Chloé can present it! That way it's equal.
Marinette: That's not equal at all! Is that how you two work?!
Ash: [coming over to them] Hey! What's going on here?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Chloé: None of your business, Ketchum!
Ash: [annoyed] Since Marinette seems to be concerned, it kinda is! [to Marinette] What exactly is going on?
Marinette: Chloé wants us to do all the work so she could present it herself!
Ash: What?! [to Chloé] That's completely unfair! Everyone has to pitch in and do their part! That's what being in a group is all about!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PIKACHU!
Chloé: What do you care?! What we do is our business, not yours!
Ash: [growls]
Marinette: [to Sabrina] This cannot be how you two work together!
Sabrina: Yeah! We've been doing this ever since grade school, when I started doing Chloé's homework! And we've been BFFs ever since!
Chloé: You got a problem with that? Come on, Sabrina.
Marinette: Sabrina, Chloé's totally taking advantage of you. You don't have to do what she says. That's not how a real best friend acts!
Ash: Yeah! A true friend shows you that they care about you! Chloé is basically treating you as her lackey!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PIKACHU!
Chloé: Ugh, not only am I Sabrina's best friend, I'm her only friend, so she better do what I say, 'cause without me, she has nothing.
Marinette: Well, I'd rather have no friends than be friends with you.
Ash: Or, she'd be classified as your frenemy!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Marinette: Well, that's so-so!
Chloé: Whatever. I've got more important things to worry about. My hair is a hot mess and Jean Claude promised to work his magic. [leaves] Later!
Ash: Who's that? Your other slave?
Marinette: Oh! Burn! [as she and Ash share a high-five]
In the hallway, Marinette was leaving as Ash led her out before he went to the library to meet up with his group, but then...
Sabrina: Marinette! [hugs her] I can't believe you stood up to Chloé like that! It was so amazing. [hugs Ash] And you were amazing too, Ash! The way you roasted Chloé like that was incredible!
Ash: [blushes] Uh, thanks!
Marinette: Uhh, well...Yeah, what are friends for?
Sabrina: You are my friend, and I'm really super excited to hang out with you and have a new best friend who actually helps with the project! We're going to have the absolute best time together! [to Ash] Same for you, Ash! And I hope you'll be able to teach me more about Pokémon!
Ash: [smiles] Sure! I'd love to!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Sabrina: Awesome! [to Marinette] Then, we'll do the presentation, and tell Ms. Mendeleiev the truth about Chloé! Sound good?
Ash: Absolutely!
Marinette: Sounds...great?
Sabrina: YAY! Then I'll see you in the library, bestie!
And then, she happily ran off, as Marinette smiled!
Ash: I'm glad she's being nice to us now, Marinette! But I have a feeling things might go south!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Marinette: Why do you think that, Ash?
Ash: I don't know! I've seen some people like this before!
Marinette: You have?
Ash: Yep! Anyways, we'd better get to the library! Come on!
Marinette: Okay!
Later on, they were in the library, and Ash was with his group!
Ash: [reading a book] Hmmmm.
Pikachu: PIKA...
Ash: This is kinda tricky for me! I don't know much about this stuff!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Alix: Hey! Don't worry about it! We can help you!
Rose: Of course!
Juleka: [nods] Hm.
Ash: Awesome! That would help a ton!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Ash: [stomach starts to growl] [blushes in embarrassment] Sorry about that! Guess all this studying has made me hungry!
Pikachu: [sweat drops] PIKACHU!
Alix: You know! Why don't we take a small break and grab something to eat?
Ash: [smiles excitedly] Fine by me!
And the four friends went to get something to eat!
Chloé: Ugh! What do you mean, you're not doing my assignment?!
Sabrina: Marinette's right! I...I'm not your slave!
Marinette: I never actually said that...
Chloé: [as she takes out a beret and wears it] But Marinette didn't buy a super cute beret at Gabriel's, and I did! And perhaps I could lend it to you.
Marinette: Excuse me, but are you trying to bribe her into staying your friend? With a hat?
Sabrina: Uhhh... really, really adorable hat! That would look fantastic on me!
Chloé: No, excuse from ME, but you are trying to steal my friend from me, with homework!
Ash: Well, maybe if you had a heart, Chloé, which you don't, you would know what true friendship is and show Sabrina that you truly care about her and not treat her as a pawn!
Little did they know, the Evillustrator was watching them, as he drew a beret on his pad. Suddenly, berets fall from above, as they fell onto Chloé!
Chloé: Ahh! My hair!
Marinette and Sabrina were surprised! Then, the Evillustrator drew a giant hairdryer, as it began to chase Chloé!
Chloé: Ahhh! Please! Please! Ahhhh!
When Ash and his group came back, they saw what was going down!
Ash: [shocked] WHAT THE HECK?!
Pikachu: [shocked] PIKA?!
Ash: Pikachu, short circuit that hairdryer with Thunderbolt!
Pikachu: [nods] PIKA! [Thunderbolt move] PIKA...CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
That attack made contact with the hairdryer and it managed to short circuit the hairdryer!
Ash: That's that problem solved!
Then, Evillustrator drew a minotaur and it was very angry!
Minotaur: [moos angrily] MROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Ash: [gulps] Uh oh!
However, the minotaur was more focused on Chloé!
Minotaur: [moos angrily] MROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Chloé: [scared whimpering] [runs in fear] [screams]
Minotaur: [moos angrily] MROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
It then started to chase her, as Adrien went to change!
[Transformation Sequence]
Adrien: Plagg, claws out!
And Adrien became Cat Noir!
Chloé: No! Not the hair!
Minotaur: [chasing her] [moos angrily] MROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Marinette went to hide to change as well!
Marinette: Time to transform!
[Transformation Sequence]
Marinette: Tikki, spots on! Ah!
And Marinette transformed into Ladybug! The minotaur had Chloé cornered!
Chloé: No! Stop!
Minotaur: [breathing angrily while puffing from its nose]
Ladybug arrived and jumped onto the minotaur!
Ladybug: Run and hide!
And Chloé ran to hide!
Minotaur: [moos angrily] MROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Marinette: GAH!
Cat Noir: I got wind that you were being blown away by a hairy situation.
Ladybug: Fewer puns, more action!
Ash: Hey, you guys! Need a hand?
Pikachu: PIKA!
Ladybug: Ash!
Cat Noir: Better late than never, buddy!
Ash: Pikachu! Thunderbolt!
Pikachu: [Thunderbolt move] PIKA…CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
But it barely did a thing!
Pikachu: PIKA?!
Ash: But how?!
Cat Noir: Maybe it's electric proof!
Ash: In that case! [tosses PokéBall] Lucario, use Force Palm!
Lucario: [appearing] MRAH! [Force Palm move] MRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAH!
Minotaur: [pained moo] MROOOOOOOOOOOO! [swings its fist/hoof]
Ash: Dodge it!
Lucario: [dodges] MRAH!
The minotaur shook Ladybug off its back, as Cat Noir tried to hit the minotaur with his staff, but he missed!
Ash: Pikachu, use Iron Tail! Lucario, use Reversal!
Pikachu: [Iron Tail move] CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...PIKA!
Lucario: [Reversal move] MRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAH!
Minotaur: [pained moo] MROOOOOOOOOOOO!
The combined power of the attacks disintegrated the minotaur!
Ash: That took care of him!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Ladybug: Nice job, Ash!
Cat Noir: Great job!
Ash: Thanks, you two! Where did a giant hairdryer and angry minotaur come from?
Ladybug: Your guess is as good as ours! We don't know where they came from or who was responsible for it!
Cat Noir: [sees the Evillustrator] Well, that guy looks pretty sketchy!
Ash: Huh? That must be the guy who created those things! Let's get him!
Cat Noir: Right behind you, buddy!
Ash, Ladybug and Cat Noir go after the Evillustrator, but he drew a wall and they fell backwards!
Ash: Hey! What's the big idea?!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Lucario: MRAH!
The Evillustrator was gone!
Ladybug: Where'd he go?
Cat Noir: I don't know, but he sure has a way of illustrating his point.
Ladybug: [annoyed] Ughhh...
Ash: Actually, Cat Noir might be on to something with that pun!
Cat Noir: I am?
Ladybug: He is?
Ash: Think about it! The giant hairdryer, the minotaur, and now a wall and an akumatized villain who draws! [thinks it through] [realizes] Hold on! [stands up and poses] A bolt of brilliance!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Ash: The akumatized villain is Nathaniel and the object the akuma is hiding in is his pen!
The two Miraculous wearers were surprised!
Ladybug: You got all that from everything that happened just now?!
Ash: Yep!
Cat Noir: Buddy, have I ever told you how much you surprise and amaze me?
Ash: Well, what can I say? I'm full of surprises! But in any case, we'll need to stop him! And the one way to do that is to get the source of why he was akumatized! Chloé the Snob!
Soon, at the hotel!
Cat Noir: Seems this Evillustrator's targeting you specifically, Chloé. Any idea why?
Chloé: No. Everyone adores me.
Ash: Oh yeah?! Maybe it has something to do with you teasing Nathaniel?!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Lucario: [sternly] MRAH MRAH!
Chloé: Me?! Now why would you think that?!
Ash: Because, as I said before, you would give Hawk Moth many reasons to cause havoc in Paris every time you do something harsh! Because either your heart is two sizes too small or it is made of stone!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
Chloé: How dare you! As I said before, everyone adores me!
Ladybug: [sarcastically] Yeah, because you're sooo adorable.
Chloé: Yeesss! Ladybug just said I'm adorable! I totally need a picture of the two of us together! [takes a picture of her and Ladybug with her cellphone]
Ash: [as he pulls Ladybug away from her] Hey! Keep your snob hands to yourself! Your snobbiness is probably contagious!
Chloé: Who asked for your opinion?!
Ladybug: Ugh! That was unpleasant.
Chloé: Well, I look great, of course, but your smile is all wonky. I'll take another! [takes another picture of them]
Ash: [as he facepalms] Oh, for crying out loud!
Lucario: [facepalms] MRAH!
Ladybug: [walks away from her] Sorry, I'm just a little camera shy.
Cat Noir: Looks like somebody's got a fan!
Ladybug: [unhappy] Yeah, great.
Ash: Well, if I were you, Ladybug, I wouldn't accept this snob as your fan! And that's the truth!
Ladybug: [nods] Hm!
Cat Noir: So what's the deal? Why are you acting so weird? Come on, you gotta admit that having this girl worship you is pretty awesome.
Ash: [whispers] If by awesome, you mean clingy!

Pikachu: [sees Nathaniel's drawing, spoiled by Chloé] PI? PIKA! PIKACHU!
Ash: What is it, buddy?
Ladybug: What've you got there, little guy?
Pikachu: [gives Ladybug the drawing] PIKA!
Chloé had ruined the drawing by adding a pair of glasses, a moustache, and a goatee onto Marinette!
Ladybug: Ugh, seriously?
Ash: [to Chloé] That's Nathaniel's drawing! You ruined it!
Chloé: Me?! I did no such thing!
Ash: [shows her the glasses, mustache, and goatee on Marinette in the picture] [raises an eyebrow] Whaddya call this then?
Chloé: Okay! So I did! So what?! That picture was ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!
Ash: [facepalms] [groans]
Ladybug: I'm over this! Let's go!
Cat Noir: Are you kidding me? And what if the Evillustrator attacks her again?
Ladybug: Fine! You stay! Later!
Cat Noir: What do you mean later?
Ladybug: I mean, you're the one who wants to protect her, but you don't need me. So, later! [swings away]
Chloé: [looks over balcony] Ahhh! Ladybug! Text me! OK!
Ash: Yeah, she would rather lick a Grimer than text with you, ya snob! Lucario, stay with Cat Noir and make sure snobby pants stays in check! [opens Dragonite's PokéBall]
Dragonite: [appearing] BRWAR!
Ash: Come on, Dragonite! [climbs aboard] Let's bail outta here before Chloé's snobbiness catches onto us!
Dragonite: [complying] BRWAR!
Then, they took off!
Cat Noir: Well, guess that leaves you and me, Lucario!
Lucario: [exasperated] MRAH MRAH!
Meanwhile, with Ladybug...
Ladybug reaches the trapdoor of her room, and detransforms into Marinette, as she threw her purse onto her sofa.
Tikki: [muffled] Ow! [pops out from Marinette's purse] Hey!
Marinette: Sorry, Tikki... Chloé! She just...fires up this little red bug!
Tikki: Well, simmer down! A hot head isn't going to get you anywhere!
Marinette: It's hard to keep my cool. Especially in school. Oh my gosh! Sabrina! The project! [checks her cellphone, and sees a lot of missed calls from Sabrina]
Tikki: Uh-oh... Looks like you got yourself a new BFF!
Then, Ash came in!
Ash: Hey, Marinette! Tikki!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Dragonite: BRWAR!
Marinette: Oh! Hey, Ash!
Ash: [returns Dragonite] Everything alright? You seem exasperated?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Marinette: [shows him her phone] See for yourself!
Ash: [sees all the missed calls] That many?! Sheesh! Looks like Sabrina worships you now!
Marinette: You think?
Ash: Well, what are ya gonna do?
Marinette: I'm not so sure myself!
Tikki: [notices someone's missing] Where's Lucario?
Ash: I left it with Cat Noir to keep that snob, Chloé, in check! And that Chloé makes me very angry! [pants angrily] Very angry!
Tikki: [flies up to him] Ash, please calm down! [baby doll eyes] Pwease?
Ash: Aww! You know I can't say no to your cuteness, Tikki!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Ash: Or yours, Pikachu!
Pikachu: [smiles] PIKA PI!
Ash: But that Chloé really gets on my nerves!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
Tikki: Well, try not to let her get on your nerves! You don't want to end up being Hawk Moth's next victim, now do you?

Marinette: Sure! That sounds like fun!
Suddenly, Tikki saw someone in the window, and she hid in Marinette's purse!
Ash: Huh? [looks out the window and sees Evillustrator] Uh oh! Trouble!
Pikachu: [cheeks sparking wildly] [defensive] PIKACHU!
The Evillustrator started erasing the windowpane!
Marinette: It's you! From the library! What are you doing here?
Ash: [balls his fasts and gets in front of Marinette] Stay back! I know how to box and I know how to use it well!
Pikachu: [threatening] [cheeks sparking wildly] PIKACHU!
Evillustrator: Easy, tiger. I'm not here to fight.
Ash: You're not?
Pikachu: PIKA?

Evillustrator: 'Cause Chloé is cruel and selfish!
Marinette: Can't argue with that...
Ash: And that's the truth!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
Marinette: Are you going to hurt me?
Evillustrator: You? You're Marinette! You're beautiful and sweet and... you're perfect and I could never hurt you!
Ash: [gasps] You like her?!
Pikachu: [shocked] PIKA?!
Evillustrator: [nods]
Ash: Well, I hate to burst your bubble, doodlehead! But Marinette's already got a crush!
Marinette: Wow...that's, uh... very, umm...flattering! Uh, thank you?
Evillustrator: So, I just came by to ask you, it, uh, well, it's my birthday today, and, uh, would you wanna come to my party?
Marinette: Oh, umm... Actually, it's not really the best night. See, I got a presentation to work on, and...I have to call my friend, so we can meet and...
Evillustrator: Oh please, Marinette! It'll just be you and me. [draws an invitation and gives it to her]
Marinette: Oh my gosh! That's...me!
Evillustrator: You like it?
Marinette: I...love it! So much that I will absolutely be at your party. On one condition.
Evillustrator: Anything for you, Marinette.
Marinette: You can't hurt Chloé anymore. I simply cannot bear violence.
Evillustrator: For you and only you.
Ash: You also gotta promise her no doing anything evil! Okay?
Evillustrator: [holds his hand up] You have my word!
Marinette: [smiles] Thank you!
Evillustrator: Meet you on the left bank, next to Notre-Dame, at sunset! [draws a rocketpack and flies away]
Marinette: Ahh...
Tikki: What are you thinking, Marinette?
Ash: You better be thinking that it could be a trap!
Marinette: I'm thinking poor Nathaniel's got a crush on me. And his alter ego, the Evillustrator's gonna get crushed by Ladybug!
Ash: Well, what're ya gonna do?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Marinette: You'll find out soon enough!
Tikki: Yes, but... how exactly is Ladybug going to crush this crush when...you're going on a date with as Marinette?
Ash: Huh. You kinda have a point there, Tikki!
Marinette: Oh, maybe some cool cat needs to crash the party.
Ash: What cool cat? [realizing] Ohhhhhhhh!
Marinette: Mhmm! By the way, you wouldn't happen to still have those Frog Suits, would you?
Ash: Yeah! Why?
Marinette: Bring them just in case!
Ash: You got it!
["Who's That Pokémon?" time]
[as a magnifying glass shows a paintbrush like tail with Pikachu standing by a PokéBall]
Ash and Marinette: Who's that Pokémon?
[as the Pokémon reveals to be a Smeargle]

Back at the hotel, Chloé was doing the project, and she was not happy about it at all!
Chloé: Ohhh... Sabrina is so selfish! Making me do this project by myself?!
Lucario: [scoffs] MRAH!
Chloé: Ugh, my brain hurts...
That's when she noticed Cat Noir and gained an idea!
Chloé: Huh? Hey! Cat Noir, Are you any good at particle physics?
Cat Noir: Oh, this cat's got particle physics in the bag.
Lucario: [facepalms] MRAH!
Chloé: Ah! Great! [pulls his arm] Sit, kitty! [gives him the project] [lies down on a chair and reads a magazine] Now, make it sound purr-fect for my presentation. See what I did? I made a cat joke! Ah! I can be funny.
Lucario: [rolls its eyes] MRAH!
Cat Noir: [sarcastically] Yeah, hilarious.
Lucario: MRAH!
Chloé: And you, Lucario! I need a massage!
Lucario: [shocked] MRAH?! [red vein] [asking "why would I give you a massage?!"] MRAH MRAH RAH MRAH?!
Chloé: Because I said so! You're a Pokémon! So, you must obey!
Lucario: [saying "You're wrong! You're not my Trainer!"] MRAH MRAH! RAH MRAH!
Chloé: Well, I don't care! You will obey, or else!
Lucario: [scoffs] [asking "or else what? You'll complain?"] MRAH RAH? MRAH MRAH?
Chloé: How dare you!
That's when Cat Noir's staff rang, as he and Lucario went outside to answer it!
Cat Noir: You can't just fly out of here and then decide to make cat calls, Ladybug!
Marinette: [from her phone] I'm sorry, that wasn't cool. But you can leave Chloé. I need you to protect this girl instead. [as a picture of her appears on Cat Noir's staff] Her name is Marinette. Really cute, isn't she?
Lucario: MRAH?!
Marinette: The Evillustrator is in love with her and promised not to harm Chloé as long as Marinette comes to his birthday party.
Chloé dings Cat Noir's bell by telling him to do the project but he shoves her away while he is talking to Ladybug on his staff.
Lucario: [smirks] MRAH!
Marinette: While he's distracted, I want you to take him down.
Cat Noir: What about you?
Marinette: I'm going on... a very important secret mission. I'll catch up with you later. Can you handle this alone?
Cat Noir: Ha! Please! It'll be a cinch! But what about our buddy?
Marinette: Don't worry! I've told him about the plan! He'll meet you with the girl you're supposed to meet!
Cat Noir: Okay! Plus, I gotta return Lucario to him anyway!
Marinette: Let me guess! It's not having the best time there?
Cat Noir: Nope! Chloé wants it to give her a massage!
Ash: A what?! Put that snobby brat on the phone!
Cat Noir: Sorry, buddy! No time! [closes the phone] [to Chloé] You're out of danger, uh, so I'll see ya! Later! [jumps away]
Lucario: [jumps away] MRAH!
Chloé: Later?! What about my presentation?! Ughhhh!
Back with Ash and Marinette...
Ash: Cat Noir? Cat Noir?! Aw, [shoves the phone back to Marinette] rats! [pouting] Doggone snobby little... [angry] When I get my hands on that Chloé, she's gonna wish she never met me or my Pokémon!
Pikachu: [angry] PIKA!
Tikki: Please, Ash! Don't let the anger get the best of you! If Hawk Moth senses your negative emotions, you'll be his next victim!
Marinette: She's right you know!
Ash: [shakes his head] Right! I'm cool!
Tikki: Good! But don't worry! He's only able to send out one akuma every time!
Ash: That's good to hear!
When they were about to head out, Sabrina was at the door!
Marinette: Oh! Sabrina! You scared me.
Sabrina: Sorry...I was just waiting for you. Did you get my messages?
Marinette: Yes! Yes I did! And I was totally gonna call you.
Ash: Yeah! But you see, we have something urgent to do and we need you to be somewhere completely safe!
Sabrina: You were? I knew you would! Eventually. And so? I did your geography homework! [hands homework to Marinette]
Ash: [gasps] You did her homework for her?!
Pikachu: PIKA?!
Marinette: [steps back] Whoa! You didn't have to do that.
Sabrina: Well, since you're my new best friend, it's the least I can do.
Marinette: Thanks, but I just can't.
Sabrina: Really?
Marinette: Oh, okay, but just this once. [takes homework]
Sabrina: Great! So, you wanna work on the physics project tonight?
Marinette: Uhhh, I'm so sorry Sabrina, I've got something really important that I have to do.
Ash: Yeah! What she said!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Sabrina: Something really important? Really? That's fascinating. Oh, you know who else uses that excuse all the time, don't you?
Marinette: Um, no?
Ash: Who are you talking about?
Pikachu: [tilts its head] PIKA?
Sabrina: Chloé! I'm beginning to see how similar you two are! I bet you'd expect me to do all the work like she did, right?
Marinette: No! I don't! Really!
Ash: Yeah! She would never do that! She's nothing like Chloé! If anything, she's the exact opposite!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PIKA!
Sabrina: [grabs her homework] I can't believe I did your geography homework for you...
Marinette was just confused!
Sabrina: [gasps] Uh, I mean uh... [to Ash] Uh, you'll still teach me about Pokémon? Right, Ash?
Ash: [smiles] Of course I will! Tomorrow though!
Sabrina: Okay then!
After she walked off, Cat Noir appeared!
Cat Noir: Whoo-hoo! I thought I was going to have to save you from that girl's claws. Get it? Claws?
Ash: Ha! Ha! Very funny!
Pikachu: PIKA PI!
Lucario: [leaps down] MRAH!
Ash: Hey, Lucario!
Lucario: MRAH MRAH!
Ash: Glad to have you back! Did Chloé really want you to give her a massage?
Lucario: [nods affirmatively] MRAH!
Ash: [irritated] Ooh! That Chloé! I oughta...
Pikachu: [trying to calm Ash down] PIKA PIKA PI!
Cat Noir: Temper temper, buddy!
Ash: [shakes his head] I'm cool! Don't worry!
Cat Noir: [to Marinette] Hey, I haven't even introduced myself. [takes Marinette's hand] I'm Cat Noir. [kisses her hand]
Marinette: Uh, yeah... I know! You kinda save the day all the time and stuff...I'm Marinette!
Ash: Yeah! I'm gonna help you with the plan, kitty cat!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Lucario: MRAH!
Cat Noir: Glad to hear it, little buddy!
Marinette: So... What are you doing here?
Cat Noir: Well, that birthday boy date of yours is bad news. But don't worry. You'll be safe with me.
Ash: And me too! And just in case, Marinette! [hands her a frog suit] You better hold on to this for an emergency!
Marinette: [takes it] Thanks! Will do! That puts my mind at ease.
Cat Noir: But I am going to need a little help. Care to assist a superhero?
Marinette: [turns around, making faces] What about Ladybug? Aren't you a duo?
Cat Noir: She's busy with something tonight, so...You get to be my Ladybug.
Marinette: [stops and turns back around] Me and Cat Noir? Fighting crime together? Amaazing! What do I do?
Cat Noir: Just get that drawing pencil away from it, little lady. I'll take care of the rest. [to Ash] Come on, buddy!
Ash: Right behind ya!
Then, Cat Noir leaped away, and Ash brought out Dragonite and flew away on it!
Marinette: [giggles]
Ash: [as he and Cat Noir land on top of a nearby building] Since we'll be heading near the Seine, this gives me a chance to put another plate to good use!
Cat Noir: Honestly, I thought you gonna use the same suit you gave Marinette, but enlighten me on this plate you're gonna use!
Ash: You got it! [takes out the Splash Plate] Splash Plate, activate! [places the Splash Plate on his chest]
Then, his clothes gained a blue color scheme, and he had wave decals!
Ash: [smirks] Time to dive in!
Then, Ash moved his hand towards a nearby pitcher of water, as he made the water move out of it!
Cat Noir: Whoa! You can manipulate water!
Ash: Yep! Think fast! [launches the water at his face]
Cat Noir: [gets splashed with water]
Ash: [laughs] You looked like you needed a bath, cat!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Cat Noir: [spits out the water] [chuckles] You know, buddy! You'd be better in the splash zone!
Ash: [giggles] We'll see about that! Let's move!
Cat Noir: Right behind ya!
Later at night, Evillustrator was at the Seine near the Notre Dame, preparing everything for his birthday date.
Hawk Moth: That is a lovely little scene you're setting. But I don't want you to get distracted, boy.
Evillustrator: But I just want Marinette to love me.
Hawk Moth: And I want the Miraculous. So get it! Or else.
Then, when the Evillustrator was about to draw something, Hawk Moth paralyzed his hand from doing so!
Evillustrator: Okay, I will, I will!
That's when Marinette arrived!
Marinette: Happy birthday.
Evillustrator was happy to see her!
Evillustrator: Marinette!
Soon, they took a stroll on the boat!
Evillustrator: Thank you for accepting my invitation.
Marinette: Wow, it's so beautiful.
Evillustrator: You like it? Well hold on, 'cause I'm just getting started.
But then, the clouds blocked the moon!
Evillustrator: Grr! Come on, you've gotta be kidding!
Marinette: Huh?
Evillustrator: Uhh, sorry. I didn't mean to startle you. It's just... I can't draw properly in the dark.
Marinette: Hmm!
Evillustrator: [draws a glowing moon] Voila!
Marinette and the Evillustrator ride the boat, while the Evillustrator plays some music on his pad. Marinette noticed Cat Noir leaping nearby. As for Ash, he was swimming underwater, with Pikachu on top!
Ash: [whispers] Boy! It sure beats scuba diving suits! And I like being able to breathe underwater!
Pikachu: [pretending to surf] PIKA PIKA!
Evillustrator: What was that?
Pikachu: [nervous] PI! [covers its mouth] PIKA!
Marinette: Oh! That was just me! I often try to sound like a Pikachu! Listen! [sounding like Pikachu] PIKA PIKA!
Evillustrator: [blinks, then smiles] Beautiful and funny!
Marinette: [scoots closer] You're so talented! I just don't understand why you wanna use your power to hurt people.
Evillustrator: Not all people. Just Chloé. And I'm never doing that again. After all, you were true to your promise, so I'll be true to mine.
Cat Noir sees them, and leaps directly onto the boat! Then, Ash jumped out of the water from the back and jumped aboard!
Ash: [whispers] Heh! All according to plan!
Pikachu: [whispers] PIKA!
Marinette: I...actually draw a little too, I'm not as good as you are, of course.
Evillustrator: I'm sure you're a wonderful artist.
Marinette: Well, can I draw you something special for your birthday?
When she grabbed the pencil, the music stopped!
Evillustrator: That would be amazing.
Then, he spotted Ash, Pikachu, and Cat Noir from the corner of his eye!
Evillustrator: Marinette, give me my pencil back. I need to draw something, now!
Marinette: No, I'm keeping it! Cat Noir! Ash! Now!
Cat Noir's staff extended in front of the Evillustrator!
Evillustrator: Marinette! You're working with him? I'm so stupid... I actually thought you liked me! But you're really just like Chloé. Teasing me, mocking me, leading me on!
Ash: [angry] Say what?! [growls]
Pikachu: [cheeks sparking wildly] PIKACHU!
Marinette: Come on! Seriously? Why is everybody comparing me to Chloé tonight?
Then, Ash manipulated water from the Seine and soaked Evillustrator!
Evillustrator: What the...
Ash: [angry] That's for comparing Marinette to that bratty snob!
Pikachu: [cheeks sparking wildly] [threatening] PIKACHU!
Evillustrator: Why you...
Ash: Pikachu, use Quick Attack!
Pikachu: [Quick Attack move] PIKA!
Evillustrator: [hit in the face] OOF!
Ash: Take that!
The Evillustrator kicks Cat Noir's staff, and it hits the pencil. He grabs it, and draws a transparent cube that falls and traps Cat Noir, Marinette, Ash, and Pikachu!
Marinette: Dahh!
Ash: Hey!
Pikachu: [trying to break free with Iron Tail] PI! PIKA! PIKACHU!
Evillustrator: And I'm taking back my promise! Chloé's gonna get a little lesson she'll never forget!
Ash: [gasps] [growls] You promised!
Evillustrator: Well, I'm unpromising!
He then erases a hole in the boat, making it start to sink, as he escaped!
Cat Noir: We've been penned in! Literally!
Ash: You won't get away with this, Evillustrator!
Evillustrator: I already have, little man!
Ash: [growls]
Tikki sticks out of Marinette's purse, but Marinette covers her with her hands.
Marinette: Cat Noir, your stick! Like this! [indicates placing the stick against the ceiling of the cube] And extend it!
Cat Noir: Great thinking!
Marinette: Yeah...I'm a genius.
Ash: Never mind that! Just get us outta here before we're sunk! Even though I'm able to breathe underwater!
Cat Noir: On it!
He extends his stick, lifting himself, Marinette, Ash and the cube into the air, and landing safely!
Ash: Phew! That was close!
Pikachu: [relieved] PIKACHU!
Cat Noir: Gotta go. A superhero's work is never done. [starts counting on fingers] Damsels in distress, ladies in waiting... I've got a lot more saving to do. You can thank me later. [jumps away]
Marinette: Me? Thank him? Please! He should be thanking me. We'd still be trapped if I hadn't told him how to do his "job."
Ash: Well, regardless, he did follow according to plan! And what's with people comparing you to Chloé?! That's getting annoying!
Marinette: I know! And I was really hoping to use my frog suit!
Ash: Maybe you still can! If we follow the river, we can still get to the hotel faster by swimming!
Marinette: [smiles] Yes!
Tikki: Speaking of which...
Marinette: That boy's gonna need our help saving Chloé.
Ash: You're right! Marinette, time to use the frog suit!
Marinette: On it!
Then, Marinette pulled out the frog suit and stretched and she was now powered up as a frog!
Marinette: Ribbit!
Tikki: [surprised] Oh!
Marinette: [stands up] [intrigued] Ooh! Not bad! Not my best choice of fashion, but I think I can work with this!
Ash: Let's move! [jumps into the water]
But, Marinette was a little nervous about this!
Ash: Don't worry, Marinette! Just jump in and you'll be fine! Promise!
Marinette: [takes a deep breath] [jumps into the water]
Then, Tikki followed and they started swimming!
Ash: Marinette, you're okay! Just breathe normally!
Pikachu: [on top of Ash] PIKA!
Then, Marinette let out her breath and was surprised!
Marinette: Wow! I can breathe underwater!
Tikki: How is it Marinette is able to breathe underwater and not drown?
Ash: The frog suits are magical that way! Now, come on! Let's get swimming and get to the hotel! And fast!
Marinette: Let's go!
Soon, they swam off! Meanwhile, at the hotel…
Chloé: [fake crying] Boo-hoo-hoo! I'm so sorry, miss, but after what happened at the library, I simply couldn't work on my project! It would've been too...dramatic! Just look what it's done to my...my...hair! [fake crying, then stops] Oh, please. Who's going to believe that?! Even a stupid hairdryer or some overgrown bull couldn't make me look bad.
Then, the door rumbled!
Chloé: Uh? Cat Noir? Is that you?
But it wasn't Cat Noir! It was the Evillustrator, who erased the door!
Chloé: [runs away] Ahhhh! [hides under her bed]
Evillustrator: Chloé, where are you? Are you hiding? That is so cute. You're playing hide-and-seek. In the closet?!
He then erased the closet's door and started to erase Chloé's clothes! Then, he erased the bed Chloé was hidden under!
Chloé: Ahhhh!
Evillustrator: I win, Chloé! I found you!
Chloé: Ah! My Chanel dresses! My Todelan heels! You're... you're a monster!
Evillustrator: You like to walk all over other people. But you don't like it when others trample on you! Do you, Chloé? Do you?! [draws a giant heeled shoe]
Then, the shoe started chasing her!
Chloé: Ahhhhhh!
Ladybug appeared and broke the heel making the shoe disappear!
Chloé: Huh?
Evillustrator: Grr!
Ladybug: Oops! Broke your heel! Better watch your ankles.
Ash: Yeah! What she said!
Pikachu: [cheeks sparking wildly] PIKACHU!
Ash: Give it up, Doodlebop!
Cat Noir: [enters] Well, well, look what the cat dragged in.
Ladybug: No cat dragged me anywhere, Cat Noir. I flew in all on my own.
Cat Noir: So what was this secret mission?
Ladybug: If I told you, it wouldn't be a secret.
Ash: That's right!
Evillustrator: In the comics, this is what's known as the final showdown. The thing is, if you knew her, you wouldn't be breaking a sweat to save her skin! She's the real baddie!
Chloé: Oh! It's not true! Everybody adores me!
Ash: You sure about that, ya snob?
Chloé: Shut your face!
The Evillustrator draws four boxing gloves and fires them at each person in the room!
Ash: Uh oh!
Cat Noir: Look out! [gets knocked out by one of the gloves]
Ash: Cat Noir!
Ladybug dodges a boxing glove, and then disintegrates another one with her yo-yo, saving Chloé. The Evillustrator draws a wall to protect himself from Ladybug. He then draws a buzzsaw, but Ladybug dodges it.
Ash: Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!
Pikachu: [Thunderbolt move] PIKACHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
But it hardly did a thing as it was heading straight for Chloé!
Ash: Chloé, LOOK OUT!
Luckily, Cat Noir stopped it with his staff!
Ash: Phew!
Cat Noir then splits his staff into two and throws them at the Evillustrator, but he dodges them. A half of the stick breaks a lamp, so the Evillustrator gets closer to another working lamp.
Ladybug: The light! Cat Noir! He can't draw in the dark!
Cat Noir: Got it!
Ash: Let's darken his spirits!
Cat Noir: You've read my mind! Cataclysm!
Ash: Do it!
Pikachu: PIKA!
But when he went to use it, the Evillustrator erased the light switch, and Cat Noir ended up using his Cataclysm on the wall instead!
Ash: Hey! No fair!
Evillustrator: Here you go, kitty. [draws a ball and chain] A little ball and chain to play with.
A ball and chain appeared on Cat Noir's ankle!
Cat Noir: Hey!
Ash: Pikachu, use Iron Tail on the chain!
Pikachu: [jumps up] PIKA! [Iron Tail move] CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...PIKA!
But...
Evillustrator: Oh no you don't, you little rat! [draws a mousetrap]
Pikachu: PIKA?!
That caught Pikachu by the tail!
Pikachu: [pained] CHA!
Ash: [gasps] Pikachu, no!
Ladybug: Oh no!
Evillustrator: Sadly, those who get in my way get erased.
Then, he began to erase a giant hole in the floor!
Ash: Uh oh!
Pikachu: [worried] PIKA!
Ash: Going down!
Cat Noir was about to fall, as Ladybug and Ash tried not to! But then, Cat Noir's Miraculous began to beep!
Ash: Uh oh! Not much longer until he changes back!
Cat Noir: No, no, no, no, no!
Hawk Moth: Cat Noir has a Miraculous! Take it! Take it now!
Evillustrator: Before you go, you have something I want.
Cat Noir: Ladybug! This cat doesn't have nine lives!
Ash: Hurry!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Ladybug: [throws her yo-yo into the air] Lucky Charm!
And the lucky charm was a bouncy ball!
Ladybug: A bouncy ball?
Evillustrator: Just try and stop me with that, little lady! [laughs]
Ash: Think of something, Ladybug! I'm about to lose my grip!
Evillustrator: [in a singsong voice] Better hurry! [laughs]
Her thinking vision showed the lights and a lamp!
Ladybug: Gladly!
Then, she throws the bouncy ball at the lamps, breaking them, and turning everything dark!
Ash: Alright! You can't draw in the dark, Evillustrator!
Evillustrator: [growls]
Ladybug then drags the Evillustrator, making him fall. She grabbed his pencil and breaks it, releasing its akuma!
Cat Noir: [as his Miraculous beeps again] Hurry!
The ball and chain disappear, as he manages to get out of the hole! And the mousetrap disappears, freeing Pikachu!
Pikachu: [happy] PIKA PIKA!
Ash: Quick, Ladybug! Catch the akuma!
Ladybug: On it! [opens her yo-yo] No more evil-doing for you, little akuma!
Ladybug then swung her yo-yo around!
Ladybug: Time to de-evilize!
Then, she caught the akuma with her yo-yo!
Ladybug: Gotcha! [purifies and releases the akuma] Bye bye, little butterfly.
Ash: Ladybug, I'm about to lose my grip! HELP!
Ladybug: [tosses her lucky charm in the air] Miraculous Ladybug!
Then, its energy repaired all the damage, turning everything back to normal, as Ash was standing again!
Ash: Phew! That was close! Thanks, Ladybug!
Pikachu: [thanking] PIKA PIKA!
Ladybug: Don't mention it! That's what friends are for!
Then, the Evillustrator turned back into Nathaniel!
Ash: Hey, Nathaniel! Welcome back!
Nathaniel: Huh? Ash? Where am I?
Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Ash: [fist bump] Pound it!
Pikachu: [joining in] PIKACHU!
Back at Hawk Moth's lair...
Hawk Moth: Noooo! The Miraculous was practically mine! And they will be. Once I have them all in my grasp, I shall rule the world!
Then, his window closed! The next day at school, Alya seemed to be interviewing Chloé in the locker room!
Alya: What happened when Ladybug, Cat Noir and Ash arrived on the scene?
Chloé: Well, to be perfectly honest, they only made matters worse. They came barreling in, and started smashing things to bits, throwing plastic balls around my room!
Alya: Plastic balls?
Marinette: [giggles]
Ash: [smiling sheepishly] [rubbing his neck sheepishly] Sorry about not meeting up with you guys! Ladybug and Cat Noir needed my help and I couldn't just ignore the call!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Alix: Hey, no worries, bud! It's cool!
Rose: We understand!
Ash: Thanks, guys!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Alix: [rubs her neck sheepishly] But, we kinda started finishing up without you.
Ash: Oh! You did? Well, no big deal! Why don't we finish it together in the library?
Alix: Sure! We'll meet you there!
Rose and Alix started to head to the library, as Juleka stayed behind for a moment!
Juleka: I'm glad you're in one piece, Ash!
Ash: Thanks, Juleka! Nothing I can't handle!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Juleka: I know. I just can't bare to see you hurt. [gives Ash a peck on the cheek] [heads to the library] See you at the library.
Ash: [blushes] [smiles nervously] S-See you there!
Marinette saw the whole thing and smiled!
Ash rubbed the spot where Juleka kissed him!
Marinette: She really likes you! You should tell her sooner or later! Otherwise, you won't get any more opportunities!
Ash: [smiles] Yeah!
Then, Sabrina came over to Marinette!
Sabrina: I hope you had a good time last night taking care of that important thing you had to do.
Marinette: I'm really sorry, Sabrina. But I can meet you in the library today and finally work on the project with you.
Sabrina: Too late. Chloé and I are doing the project together.
Marinette: You mean, you're doing the project?
Ash: [facepalms] Please don't tell me you're doing all the work?!
Sabrina: Of course! After all she's been through...
Marinette: Ughhh...
Ash: Oh brother! Why would you wanna go back to her when she treats you like you're her lackey?!
That's when they noticed the beret she was wearing!
Marinette: Nice new beret, by the way.
Ash: It looks pretty cool!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Sabrina: I know, right! Chloé lent it to me. She really is my BFF! [gasps] Oh my gosh! [to Ash] Uh, Ash! About those Pokémon lessons! [whispers] You'll have to give them to me privately!
Ash: [smiles and nods] Yeah, of course!
Sabrina: [hugs him] Thank you! [goes over to Chloé] Chloé! Your geography homework's ready!
Marinette just smiled and shrugged!
Ash: Well, at least she's trying to earn my friendship!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PIKA!
Marinette: Yeah! I guess so!
When she closed her locker door, Adrien was there!
Adrien: Hey!
Marinette: Wahhhh!
Adrien: I heard about your adventures with Cat Noir yesterday. Were you scared?
Marinette: Me, scared? Pfft, it was a dream. I mean, you're a dream. I mean, in your dreams! Huh? Oh, this is a nightmare...
Adrien: Okay... So, what do you think about Cat Noir? Was he awesome?
Marinette: Uh...
Ash: He sure is! He's the cat's meow!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Adrien: [chuckles] Nice one, Ash! I see what you did there!
Ash: Thanks!
Marinette: I mean, sure! Yeah, but not as awesome as you, of course. Because, who could be? You're the most awesome of awesome.
Adrien: So, that's a yes?
Ash: Yeah!
Pikachu: PIKACHU!
Then, the bell rang, as he patted Marinette on the shoulder. Marinette watches Adrien walk out as she puts her hands onto her chest, she feels her heart skip a beat as Tikki came out.
Tikki: You do realize you just blabbered on to Adrien about how you think he's awesome, don't you?
Marinette: He touched my shoulder... I'll never wash my jacket again!
Tikki: Girl, you have got to get better control of your emotions.
Ash: Oh, don't worry, Tikki! She's just like a lovesick female Nidoran wanting some love from a male Nidoran!
Pikachu: [giggles] PIKA PIKACHU!
Ash: You should've stolen your first kiss with Adrien while you had the chance, Marinette! [making a kissy face] Kissy kissy!
Ash and Tikki: [laugh]
Marinette: I'll make you pay for teasing me!
Ash: Uh oh! Come on, Tikki! [runs away] Let's get outta here!
The scene ends with them running around and laughing, and Nathaniel's new comic of Ladybug!
Narrator: And another happy ending in Paris was made! I wonder if this particular story would be made into a comic book? As the journeys in Paris continue!
