"What?" Olly questioned. "That's not possible. I'm the one and only King of Origami!...Right?"

"Unfortunately, that is not true. Mani was the Queen, Sandi the princess. Mani was Queen since birth, as nothing is known about her parents. The only assumption we can make is that they were dead. Their mother probably died during the birth of Sandi."

Olly chuckled. "That's all wrong! Origami Folk aren't born. We don't have the...stuff to do that. We're folded instead. Flat Folk cannot give birth to Origami Folk! It defies all laws of physics."

The Toad turned back around. "Who says their parents were flat?"

"I-" Olly hesitated. "But...Origami Folk were never heard about before until Olivia and I..."

"Have you ever heard of reincarnation?"

"What?" Olivia asked, tilting her head. "Re-rein...cart nation?"

"Close enough. You? Have you heard of it?"

Olly shook his head. "That's new to me. What is it? Ooh, I just have to know now! Tell me, tell me!"

"Hold your horses, King of Origami."

"It's Olly."

"The King Olly?!"

Olly nodded once.

"You won't fold me, right?"

Olly shook his head.

"Okay, that's good. I'm Renoth."

Olly waved. Olivia did as well.

"It's nice to meet you. I have no idea why people are so scared of you. You're pretty nice!"

"Flattery will get you nowhere, Renoth."

He adjusted his glasses. "It was a complement..."

"So, explain this reincarnation to us?"

"Well, I overheard that you two look just like Mani and Sandi do. I need to run a test, if you two don't mind. I'll need some of your DNA..."

"We were folded, remember? We aren't blood related to anyone."

"Oh, that'll make it a lot more difficult then."

Olly slapped his palm against his forehead. "Come on, Livi. Let's go find someone more helpful."

"Wait!" Renoth grabbed Olly's coattails as he was leaving.

Olly stopped and turned slightly. "What do you think you're doing? Get your hands off of me."

"Wait just a minute! Have you heard of Transworld Magic?"

"Train what?"

"Transworld Magic. I heard it can do wonderous things. Opening portals, traveling time, jumping into the pages of a book-"

"Wait, what was that last one?"

"Going into a book? So now I have your attention, huh?"

"Lemon...She mentioned being able to transport us into the book. I didn't know she was being serious!"

"Olly, Seraphina's the playful, joking one. You need to pay more attention," Olivia snapped.

Olly sighed. "Just...tell me how it works."

"Magic Circles, obviously. Who were those names you mentioned? Seraphina sounds vaguely familiar..."

"The Bibliofolds, the Vellumentals, as they are known. They're the spirits of the elements of the earth."

Renoth flinched back. "You met the gods and goddess of the earth?!"

"There are two girls," Olivia explained. "Lemon is water, Seraphina is fire."

"So there is a new one...She has to be the youngest then."

Olivia shrugged. "I don't remember the order..."

"And you told me to pay attention!" Olly shook it off. "Anyhow, since you know about it..."

"Oh, right! Apologies, King of Origami."

"It's Olly. About Magic Circles?"

"You have to learn how to summon a specific type of Magic Circle to work it. Otherwise, you can't use Transworld Magic. It draws on the energy of the world you plan to visit."

"Explain."

Renoth brought out a graph. "As you can see-"

"You don't need a stinking graph! Just tell me!"

"R-right. Apologies, King of-"

"Call me that again, and I might as well fold you. It's. Just. Olly!"

Renoth cowered. "Please don't fold me! I'm just trying to be respectful, but I'll take more care this time! I swear!"

"That's what I thought."

"Olly! I told you to calm down," Olivia said sadly.

"Sorry, Livi..."

"Okay..." Renoth fixed his glasses, as they were crooked. "If you were to use it on a book, it would bring out the soul of the written words. It connects to the spirit of the person that wrote it. It opens a Magic Circle, and you can enter the story as if you were there when it happened! Fictional or not, you can enter any book of your choosing. However, you cannot interfere with the events, otherwise the story would change. That would create a paradox, and you will die."

"That was a twist."

"Lemon knows how to do it!" Olivia cheered. "She offered to teach us, remember? If only we just stayed there...We ended right back where we started."

"But now we know we were heading the right way. Let's give Mario and Ludwig the good news." He smiled.

"It's actually Luigi. Ludwig is one of Bowser's sons."

"Ah. Oops. Anyways!" He started off.

"Aren't you going to thank him, brother?"

Olly stopped, turning. "I, uh...sure. What she said."

"Olly."

He stared at the ground and sighed. "Alright. Th-thank y-you...Renoth, I suppose. You were...alright." He faced away from them. "Can we go now? Please, Livi?"

"It was a good enough apology for me. Thank you for your help, Renoth."

"Wait, you two."

They faced him, Olly unable to make eye contact. "What's wrong?" Olivia tilted her head.

"Let me come with you. Please." He bowed. "I promise I won't get in your way, and if you want me to stay behind, I completely understand! I just want to leave this island. I've never seen the world below before and I...I want to go on an adventure like you two are."

Olivia smiled. "Aw, Renoth! Of course you can come! That is, if it's alright with my brother. He is older than me." She faced her brother. "Please Olly? Maybe having him around could help you with...you know."

Olly rubbed his arm. "S-sure. You can come." He lowered his voice to a whisper. "If you uh, want to..."

"Thank you dearly, King-I mean-Olly! You will forever be in my dept!"

"Um...sure. You're welcome."
