Summary: After the fight with Kaguya went differently than how it was supposed to Naruto was left thinking how things have changed with a heart shaped moon filling his dreams recently. When a dark cloaked man attacks him and another comes to tell him the purpose of his dream he's set off on a journey to help correct the worlds that darkness has tainted and defend the moon from his dreams

Champion of the Kingdom Heart

Chapter 1

Just a little over two years.

It had been that long since the 4th Shinobi War and the battle with Kaguya and still, to this day, even as he sat atop the carved head of his father at the Hokage Monument he kept thinking back to how things didn't go as planned with that fight.

The plan was simple, just touch Kaguya with the marks that the Sage of the Six Paths gave both him and Sasuke and she'd be sealed away again. Simple, right? How could something go so wrong?

Simple answer? Sasuke.

Longer answer? Sasuke's habit of doing things his own way, not relying on others, and arrogance evenin the face of someone like Kaguya.

Kaguya was pretty much a goddess where little to no damage affected her, she could swap the dimensions they were in on the fly, and she was insanely fast. They struggled throughout the entire fight, Naruto occasionally able to match blows with her, get a lucky shot, and even mess her up a bit.

It was a bit after Obito died to protect their marks that things took a turn for the worst….

Even with Kakashi being 'powered up' by Obito's spirit, something seemingly happened with Sasuke. Naruto wasn't sure if it was Sasuke's anger that a 'non-Uchiha' had the Sharingan - a sentiment that Naruto later learned that Sasuke had confronted Kakashi about in the past - or him feeling the need to do more on his own after being sent elsewhere by Kaguya but no matter what it was it caused him to rush ahead and try and fight Kaguya on his own.

The results, even with the new power his Rinnegan gave him and Susanoo were….expected as Kaguya was able to hit him with her Bone Pulse as she had figured out where he would warp to. It had all happened so quickly with Kaguya surprising him with a bone spear to the gut right after he swapped places.

Honestly, if he had any actual time to talk to Sasuke as he was dying he would've berated him for being arrogant and refusing to fight alongside them when the world was at stake but even Sasuke, as he laid there turning to ash, understood he had made a stupid mistake.

Looking back on it he still wished they could have had a final talk as maybe he could've figured out what had caused Sasuke to act like this. There was no way for him to do that other than reviving him and even then he wasn't about to sacrifice someone just to talk to him one last time.

No words though really needed to be shared as they both knew what Naruto needed from Sasuke given to release the Infinite Tsukuyomi a Rinnegan and Bijuu chakra was needed. With Sasuke dying, and there being no way of taking his Moon Mark, Naruto did what he knew was needed and pulled out Sasuke's Rinnegan with his right hand.

Kaguya left him absolutely no time to rest, having to dodge her attacks with the eyeball in his hand. Ripping out his left eyeball was definitely a new experience, the pain being unsettling and the feeling of putting a new eyeball in being just as unsettling.

It had all happened so quickly and Kaguya wasn't an idiot, she knew what he was doing and attacked in an attempt to stop him from getting the Rinnegan. She attacked, not waiting for Sasuke to turn to ash before she crushed his crumbling body with a massive fist formed from her hair but thankfully Naruto was able to evade her.

Given his absolute lack of any knowledge when it came to what to do to reconnect eyes like Madara and Obito seemed to know, given all the eye swaps they did, Naruto therefore had to leave it up to his Sun Mark. He figured that if it could regrow an entire eye and stop the 8th Gate from killing Gai then it could easily connect an eye and make it work for him - which it did and, after a few blinks, he was able to see clearly through it.

The fight with Kaguya was so much more difficult with only him, Kakashi, and Sakura to fight her. Kakashi helped a good deal with his dual Sharingan but even then it was an uphill battle. Plus, without the Moon Mark to seal her away as intended he had to rely on a 'last resort' that the Sage had awakened in him.

The Sage wasn't completely certain it would work but given the empty seal he had left over from Kurama the Sage had decided to awaken something in him, something left over by his mother.

Using the chakra chains on Kaguya was waaaaaaay harder than the tug of war he did with Kurama but, with the help of all nine Bijuu - both inside him and those stirring inside her - alongside the Rinnegan seemingly empowering the chakra chains.

The pain from pulling her into him, locking her up, and pulling the Bijuu from her was intense - beyond intense.

After that everything was a blur, him being in a bit of a daze. The last thing he remembered was his talk with his dad before he went back to the afterlife. It was so bad that he didn't even remember releasing everyone from the Infinite Tsukuyomi, apparently he even passed out the second he released everyone.

He had also somewhat frightened everyone as he slept for the next two weeks, half due to exhaustion and half to help the Bijuu completely ensure Kaguya was locked away and couldn't break out.

From there things had pretty much settled down.

It started with him explaining what happened with Kaguya, how she was sealed away inside him and the Bijuu decided to stay to help keep her secured despite Naruto assuring them he could handle it. This pretty much made it where he and Killer Bee were the only two 'jinchuriki' in a sense as Killer Bee had only absorbed a tail's worth of chakra to stay alive after Gyuki was ripped from him.

The other nations were understanding and offered every bit of seal knowledge they had to strengthen the seal if needed. He was thankful for their offers to help and even more thankful that they all seemed completely committed to keeping the alliance and peace treaty alive.

From there on the only real missions ninjas got were to deal with bandits and ninjas from nations not part of the major village treaty which had gotten other nations requesting to join. With the downtime created from the reduced number of missions he was able to advance his personal life a good deal.

It was a bit tricky and took a few months to sort things out and talk about things but, to his surprise still to this day, he and Sakura had started seriously dating. At first he seriously thought she hated him for Sasuke's death but, after a serious talk brought upon through a night of heavy drinking, she admitted she knew things were never going to work with her and Sasuke. It had been something she had been struggling to admit since they were kids, thinking there was something possible since the time Sasuke had complimented her forehead….only for Naruto to finally admit it was him henged as Sasuke who did it.

This confession got him punched through the wall and then promptly kissed by Sakura who in turn called him an idiot for doing that as Sasuke and not as himself.

From there the two of them talked a lot, about things that they had done - Sakura's fake confession to try and get him to stop going after Sasuke to Naruto's beyond misguided belief there was any kind of bond, let alone a 'brotherly bond', between him and Sasuke.

The two of them continued to spend a lot of time together, talking and going out places while not officially labeling them as dates until Naruto - after some goading from the others - 'manned up' and asked her out. She was annoyed it took him so long but happily accepted and from there on the two had been dating for nearly a year and a half.

His life might still be a bit rocky with Kaguya in him, occasionally having to stay home to help the Bijuu keep things stable and even having to wear an eyepatch due to her evolving his Rinnegan into a RinneSharingan, but even with all of that things were nice.

That was, until he started having the exact same dream every night for nearly half a year. It was always the same massive blue heart shaped moon that floated above him, the clouds unnaturally parting around it to reveal it.

Each time he saw it he swore it felt like it was calling out to him, urging him to come to it. While odd he could also feel that it wasn't anything dangerous, if anything it always felt so warm and comforting….It confused him….

"So, this is the Heart of Twilight?" a voice spoke out behind him, quickly getting Naruto on guard as he turned around and leapt back to see a man standing on top of one of the earthen spikes of his father's hair.

The man was dressed in all black, from a black hooded cloak to even black boots, pants, and gloves. He had very short platinum blonde hair with long sideburns and a matching blonde goatee as his blue eyes looked him over as if trying to see what the big deal was.

Naruto's focus though was on the five playing cards that were floating above his hand with the fact Naruto couldn't sense any chakra coming from the man made him immediately on guard.

"You have no idea how difficult it was to get to this world, it was seriously so well guarded that it took way too much power just to get a small crack enough for me to slip through and for this?" the man said, holding his hands out towards Naruto with a slight look of disbelief before shaking his head.

"Who the hell are you and what the hell are you talking about?" Naruto asked him, keeping an eye on him as he subtly readied his hand to reach into his tool pouch.

"Doesn't really matter in the end, this is a quick in and out mission to nip this in the bud before you deal us a bad han-" the man said before being cut off as a handful of shuriken were thrown at him, Naruto watching as the man seemingly turned and transformed into a massive playing card to take the hit with several more surrounding Naruto in a large circle.

"Stop with the monologuing and tell me who the hell you are and what's your deal?!" Naruto yelled as he watched the cards start to rotate around him as if he was the center of their orbit.

"If you really must know the name is Luxord and my deal is I'm after your heart so try not to put up too much of a struggle though feel free to try and fight back if you think you can find the right card" Luxord said, a smirk in his tone as Naruto rolled his eyes and pulled out some kunai.

"I don't have time for this shit. If you're really after me then I'll just defeat you and bring you in for some questioning" Naruto told him as he threw the kunai at the cards, one embedding in each card as he watched them all turn around with an 'X' on eleven of them and an 'O' on one.

"Sorry kid but guessing all the cards doesn't work" Luxord said with a smirk as Naruto looked him in the eyes with a smirk of his own.

"It does if I'm using bomb tags" Naruto retorted, getting Luxord to look around him to see two tags hanging from each kunai before he clasped his hands in a snake seal and setting off all the tags which instantly set off a powerful explosion that sent Luxord flying towards Naruto.

Luxord let out a grunt as Naruto's hand grabbed his throat, the strength behind it instantly cutting off his air and crushing his windpipe a bit. Not wanting to get his neck broken, he wasted no time and summoned his cards and threw them at Naruto's head only for him to disappear in a puff of smoke.

"Wh-Where d-did you go!?" Luxord yelled out, coughing as he caught his breath and rubbed his injured throat and neck. He knew he couldn't have gotten away but he had no idea how he even disappeared into smoke to begin with.

"So what, is turning to smoke and hiding the only skills of this secluded world?" Luxord asked, hoping to taunt him a bit and reveal where he was.

"Oh don't worry, we can do more than that" Naruto said before Luxord instantly threw a card at him, once again dispelling the clone before the ground in front of Luxord cracked and burst open.

As Naruto burst up from the ground, a Rasengan whirling in his hand, Luxord could only widen his eyes in shock and fear before Naruto drove the Rasengan into the man's gut. Naruto of course held back the power, not wanting to kill Luxord so they could interrogate him.

Though it seemed, even after a half powered Rasengan - which should put any normal person down for the count - and the powerful crash into the mountain side, that Luxord wasn't so easily defeated.

"D-Damn kid, y-you really hit hard. Th-This is way above my paygrade and not worth the trouble, knew we should've done recon before rushing in here" Luxord groaned out in pain, blood leaking from the corner of his mouth a bit before a black dome of sorts appeared around him and quickly dissipated to reveal he had disappeared.

"God dammit, that isn't good" Naruto frowned as he didn't expect Luxord to have a space warping technique like that, but then again it did potentially explain how he got here without anyone noticing him.

Naruto couldn't help but sigh a bit as Tsunade and some ANBU arrived, most likely being alerted by the explosions and his chakra flaring from the fight.

"Naruto! What happened here?" Tsunade asked as Naruto reached down and picked up one of Luxord's leftover cards.

"Let's head back to your office, it's an odd story and I feel it's the start of a lot of headaches…." Naruto told her with a sigh which only got a matching one from her before she nodded and had ANBU cordon off the site.

As they arrived he wasn't too surprised to see Kakashi and Sakura waiting for them, probably also having sensed everything like Tsunade had.

Kakashi was the same as ever, even after losing Obito's Sharingan, and was actually being trained by Tsunade to be her replacement for 6th Hokage in time.

Sakura on the other hand had changed quite a lot since as it turned out Tsunade's techniques, when fully and completely mastered, had quite the effect on a woman's body. Tsunade never realized this as she had created all her techniques herself and Shizune had never mastered them given Sakura was the first.

Gone was her slender toned figure, it having evolved into a figure that was in the ballpark of Tsunade's N cup with Sakura's chest sitting at a massive L cup with her ass also becoming much more round and full.

"Given the ANBU haven't been deployed and no orders made I'm guessing we aren't under attack but the look on your face Lady Hokage tells me not so simple" Kakashi said with a frown in his tone as he watched Naruto and Tsunade walk in.

"Is everything alright?" Sakura asked, walking up to him and grabbed his arm to show her worry about what might be going on.

"I was attacked by some weirdo in a black cloak, called himself Luxord and he rambled on about me being a 'Heart of Twilight' and how difficult it was to get into this world before he disappeared in a black dome" Naruto told them, pulling out Luxord's leftover card while taking Sakura's hand in his and gave it a squeeze to reassure her.

"That just spells bad news…." Kakashi muttered a bit, rubbing his chin as it didn't need to be said but all of that had too many similarities to Kaguya given her portal technique and how she could shift the world around her at will.

"But at the same time no sensors were able to detect him, something we'd be able to do even if he had the chakra of a newborn" Tsunade reminded them which Naruto had worried about as well.

"He was using floating cards like this one and could turn into a giant card, he might not have had chakra but he had some kind of power that allowed him to do all of that" Naruto said as he looked at Tsunade only to frown as she was just staring at him.

"Umm….Lady Tsunade? Are you okay?" Sakura asked as she walked over to her teacher, waving a hand in front of her face before looking back to see Naruto doing the same to Kakashi.

"Don't worry, I've only stopped time temporarily" a man's voice spoke out, getting Naruto quickly on guard, summoning his cloak form and sprouting extra chakra arms to shield Kakashi and Tsunade while Sakura got ready to fight once the source of the voice decided to show itself.

"Oh please relax, if I wanted to harm you I would've just paused time for everyone and killed you then" the voice spoke out, his tone making it more than clear he was rolling his eyes at them before he appeared in a black dome just like Luxord disappeared with.

Naruto wasted no time with attacking, already prepared to apologize for any damage as he burst towards the man with a Rasengan in hand only for the man to block it with a really weird weapon that seemed like a sword designed to look like a glowing grandfather clock mixed with a large key of sorts.(*1)

What surprised him most of all was how effortlessly the odd looking sword defended against his Rasengan, the attack not even making contact with it before Naruto was sent flying backwards with the force his Rasengan would've sent the man flying.

Thankfully Sakura was able to catch him and stop him from crashing through the wall.

"Relax, I'm not an enemy" the man said, his tone being flat as if he was already tired and done with them trying to attack him.

"Sorry if I find that hard to believe since you are wearing the exact same outfit and used the same technique as the man who attacked me not even an hour ago" Naruto told him as he clenched his fists and stared down the man who merely sighed and made his weapon disappear into some wisps of light.

"I taught my student how to use that technique and how to make this special cloak, he in turn taught it to those in his little group. Truthfully none of that matters as my first point still stands - if I wanted to attack you I would've kept you frozen in time so, tell me, why did I leave you both free to move around?" he asked before Sakura put a hand on Naruto's arm to get him to relax.

"Naruto, I understand you being on guard but he clearly just wants to talk with us" Sakura told him as with him being able to stop time it was obvious he couldn't taken them out without them even knowing. "Plus what do your senses tell you? Is he lying?" she asked, hoping to get through to him a bit which seemed to work as it got a sigh from Naruto before he calmed down and eased out of his cloaked mode.

"He isn't lying…at least not that I can tell" Naruto muttered before the cloaked man nodded.

"I do indeed speak the truth and truthfully I just wanted to talk to him but I figured you'd be able to help keep him calm and explain things as, while I don't blame him for attacking, it is quite annoying" the man said with a sigh as he shook his head while seemingly pinching the bridge of his nose. "I came here because they decided to get you involved, well that and the Kingdom Heart calling out to you - I mean, you have been seeing that heart shaped moon in your dreams, haven't you?" he asked, getting Naruto to tense up and looked in where he figured the man's eyes to be given his entire face was hidden by his hood.

"So that thing is real" Naruto muttered, a bit surprised but then again having the same dream of it for so long made him believe it must be real somewhere….

"So you're here to take Naruto to it?" Sakura asked as she knew of the dreams he was having, the man merely nodding before resummoning his weapon.

"Yes but to take you there I'm going to have to do something a bit startling so I need you to stay calm, this won't hurt" the man said, giving them no time to even respond before his weapon was now plunged into Naruto's chest.

Naruto was in shock, surprised by the attack but a good deal more surprised that not only did it not hurt at all but his chest was glowing brightly.

"If you want to come with us then I'd suggest grabbing onto him and not letting go, otherwise I can't promise your safety!" the man yelled out to Sakura as the light grew brighter, Sakura quickly grabbing onto Naruto's arm before the three of them vanished from Tsunade's office.

-Realm of the Kingdom Heart-

"Sorry about that, the only way to get here without a χ-blade was through using your Heart of Twilight as the gateway and explaining would have wasted time that we really don't have" the man explained as he dispelled his weapon and Naruto just stared at him with a flat look as Sakura squeezed his arm to keep him calm a bit.

"Oh come on, I did warn you a bit, didn't I?" he pointed out before Naruto just shook his head before starting to look around.

"This is so weird…it's exactly like in my dream" Naruto muttered as he looked around the clearing before looking back towards the hooded man once he realized what he had said. "Wait, what is this 'Heart of Twilight'? You're the second one to mention I have that" Naruto asked, getting a slight sigh from the man.

"Light and Dark coexisting in balance and peace, that is Twilight. Most people are only drawn to one side, think of it like Light and Dark are two strong magnets and hearts are a metal ball on a string, once the ball moves one way then the magnet draws it in. Your heart on the other hand doesn't, it stays in the middle" the man explained as Sakura rubbed her chin a bit as she tried to get a grasp on what he meant.

"Is it because Naruto accepted his darkness in the Falls of Truth?" Sakura asked, which got a 'sort of' hand wiggle gesture from the man.

"That is one cause of it but there is a whole lot more to it as if that were the case then your friend Killer Bee would be one as well and he isn't" the man explained, showing he knew more about Naruto's past than he expected. "We really don't have time to go into the full details of things as we are on a tight schedule…." the man said before letting his words die off as the clouds above them parted to reveal a massive heart shaped moon glowing in the sky.

"And now it begins" the man quickly announced as the moon glowed brighter and brighter before the light seemed to condense into an orb in the center which then slowly started to descend towards them. "We don't have much time for this and can only do this once so don't waste time asking too many questions" the man said, warning Naruto who was confused but still nodded along anyways as he could tell something big was happening.

Everyone watched in silence as the orb grew closer, slowly growing and changing into what looked to be a human form.

The form was incredibly elegant, dressed in a beautiful white dress that seemed to be a fusion between a kimono and a gown of sorts that had gold accents throughout it. Her hair was glowing white like the moon itself and incredibly long, at least two times as long as her height - if not nearly three times - as it floated weightlessly behind her.

They couldn't see her full face, only able to see her lips as she smiled at them as she wore a white porcelain mask of sorts that covered her eyes and had a heart symbol carved into it with gold filling the carving.

"Weary Heart of Twilight, resting from a war and exhausted from battle, the universe struggles to give you a respite and I too apologize as your extraordinary heart is needed to correct what things should be" the woman spoke out, her voice otherworldly, almost sounded like she was singing, and warm like he was talking to family.

"What do you mean 'correct things'?" he asked as she held out her hand to the side, summoning little specks of light to float above it.

"Darkness is going too far in their actions - erasing history and rewriting the worlds to be their dark futures, dangerously tipping the scales far more than they ever should" she explained as one by one the specks turned dark and somehow even more dark to where it hurt to look at until she dispelled them.

"And only I can fix them?" Naruto asked as she nodded.

"A Heart of Twilight, and those connected to them, can exist in the darkest of worlds - they are also the only ones who can put things right. I have been reaching out to you slowly for this moment…Will you accept my power and be my champion to fix what is wrong?" she asked as Naruto already knew his answer, Sakura's hand supportingly coming to his back showing she also knew his answer.

"Yes, I accept" he told her, a soft smile full of happiness gracing her face as she held her hands to her chest.

"My power will be limited in you at first but it will grow as you grow accustomed to it" she explained as her body began to glow, the brightness growing before it started to travel and condense into her hands. "Be brave as your powerful heart will be targeted even more because of my blessing, use my power as you see fit - I have faith in you my champion" she told him before she held out her hands towards him, the light floating out of them as an orb and into his chest.

The light was blinding, to the point even the cloaked figure had to look away from it.

As the light died down Naruto noticed his outfit had changed entirely - sans for his eyepatch still being over his eye, though unknown to him the black eyepatch now had the shape of the Kingdom Heart on it which was white with a gold outline. His outfit now consisted of a high collared orange long sleeved jacket that went down to his mid-thigh and had two long thin tails hanging from the back, a black zip up long sleeved t-shirt that had orange trim, two thick belts over his jacket set up as an 'x' style - one of which had his Konoha headband plate on it, hakama style black pants, and black boots.(*2.a)

In his hand was the most odd thing as it was a platinum colored key of sorts with the teeth of it forming a frown shape of sorts with a bronze colored guard, a yellow colored rainguard and handle, and a long chain that had a keychain that was shaped in the form of the Kingdom Heart's shape.(*3)

"The Kingdom Key of Twilight, the Keyblade of Twilight" the woman explained to him, seemingly knowing that he was confused. "It's the weapon of your heart and the weapon you'll use to fight in the future. Should you need it just call it forth from your heart" she added as the key disappeared and he noticed she started to disintegrate from her feet up.

"I used up most of my power awakening you and taking this form. I will be fine and safe, I merely must sleep and go somewhere safe to regain my power. Trust your heart and go forth my champion…" she told him before she fully faded away, Naruto and the others watching as the Kingdom Heart disappeared from the clearing, leaving them alone.

"So…now what?" Sakura asked, breaking the silence as Naruto practiced summoning and dispelling his keyblade.

"Now, we set you off to the first world" the cloaked figure explained as he reached into the sleeves of his outfit and pulled out a piece of paper that looked incredibly old only for him to fold it up into a paper airplane. "I doubt you all want to leave right away, probably wanting to say goodbye and explain things to those back home so, when you are ready, just throw this airplane and a portal will open to take you to a new world" the man explained as he handed it over to Sakura.

"What world?" Naruto asked, a bit curious as to where they might be going.

"No idea as even I can't see that due to you being so detached from fate" the man explained before holding up a finger to stop them from yelling at him. "I can assure you though, whatever world you go to you are assured to find transport - like a ship - to allow you to naturally travel to other worlds and even return home if you ever want to. That much I do know" he added which thankfully seemed to calm them down. "I wouldn't wait too long before using it as you gaining that keyblade is going to be noticed by a lot of people, your world might be guarded but, if you stay there too long, its defenses will wear down" he warned as Naruto nodded, showing he understood the situation.

"Now come on, I can't keep your world paused much longer. Explain to them whatever you want, it's up to you" he told them as he snapped his fingers, causing all three of them to disappear in a black dome.

-Konoha, Tsunade's Office-

As they reappeared in Tsunade's office, the cloaked man not arriving with them, it didn't take long for time to restart.

"It is quite worrying to hear they don't have chakra but can do thi…Wait, what happened to your clothes?" Tsunade started to say only to trail off once she noticed Naruto's clothing.

"It's a…bit of a long story" Sakura said, knowing it'd be a headache for her and a mess to explain.

She did her best explaining, Naruto helping here and there with it and summoning the Keyblade when it got to that point. Though by the end of it Tsunade seemed exhausted and deep in thought as she pinched the bridge of her nose.

"Naruto…What do you plan to do?" Tsunade asked as she looked up at him, the look in her eyes being serious but also had the familiar warmth that was there when she was worrying about him or wanting to look out for him.

"I've been having those dreams for a real long time and it always felt like I needed to find it and when I did find it everything it told me just felt…right" Naruto told her as he summoned his keyblade and looked it over. "If I'm needed and I have the power to help then I'm going to" he told her, getting a sigh from her as she leaned back in her seat before she stood up and walked over to him.

"Fine…If you feel this strongly about it then I'm not about to stop you…only ask that you return home as much as you possibly can" she told him before pulling him in for a hug which he returned, giving her an extra squeeze to hopefully reassure her before they pulled away.

"Try not to get into too much trouble out there" Kakashi said with a chuckle as he patted Naruto on the back before Naruto turned to Sakura.

"I don't know why you are looking at me like that when I'm coming with you" Sakura told him, getting a massive smile on his face which in turn made her smile as well. "I mean, someone has to make sure you don't get into too much trouble and stay safe so who better than a world class medic who happens to be your girlfriend" she said as she teasingly pinched his cheek and wiggled it a bit, a smile still stuck on his face as he had hoped that she would come along but didn't want to pressure her for it.

"Definitely expected this…though I had been wrong about you deciding it on your own I was going to ask you to tag along" Tsunade said with a smirk, knowing her student well enough that this didn't surprise her as these lovebirds were always around one another.

"Go and pack but come back here before you leave, I want to be able to say goodbye to you both before you leave" Tsunade told them, getting them to shunshin out of the room.

"Not to question you or anything but do you think this is a good idea?" Kakashi asked as sending Naruto, the hero of the 4th Shinobi War and the jinchuriki of their world's most powerful beings seemed a bit dangerous.

"He's allowed to have a life of his own, he's not just what he has inside him Kakashi. We both know he can handle himself, especially with whatever new power he got" Tsunade reminded him as she despised the idea of locking him up just because of what he was.

It seemed neither of them wanted to take too long as it only took a matter of minutes before they returned to the office, seemingly everything they needed put into a scroll.

"Look, while out there I want you to try and summon a toad as if we can get updates through them then it'll make things easier" Tsunade told him before reaching into her desk and tossing him a digital camera. "I also want some pictures of some interesting sights you are bound to see but only when things are safe for you!" she asked, warning him a bit so he didn't do anything reckless like taking pictures in the middle of battle.

"Got it Tsunade, I'll do my best not to make you worry" he told her before looking over to Sakura, a nod from her showing she was ready as well as she pulled out the paper airplane and threw it.

They didn't know what to expect from the airplane but, after a few seconds of flight the airplane seemingly disappeared and a human-sized portal spawned from the point where it disappeared at.

"Be safe out there, the both of you" Tsunade told them, a bit of worry in her eyes while Kakashi waved beside her.

"I'll do my best Tsunade and I'm sure Sakura will do her part as well" he joked, getting an eye roll from her as she reached out for his hand. "Ready?" he asked as he looked over to Sakura, getting a nod from her before the two of them immediately stepped through the portal together.

-Unknown World-

"Huh, for a new world this looks pretty much like every other forest I've ever seen back home" Naruto commented as they found themselves in the middle of a forest, grunting as Sakura elbowed him.

"Don't be so nonchalant about it, I'm sure it'll be different when we make it out of here" Sakura told him, Naruto nodding as he rubbed his sore side and looked over at her only to freeze and smirk. "What? What's with that look?" she asked as she looked down at herself, startled as her clothing had changed into something rather odd.

Her top consisted of a red collared sleeveless button up blouse that was extremely open on the sides and in the middle which made it seem like wide strips of cloth over her breasts before connecting to the normal part of her shirt that was buttoned down around her stomach down to her waist. Thankfully she had a rather skin tight black pinstripe zip up crop top of sorts that had a high almost turtle neck collar though, even with that, it was insanely short and only covered juuuuust about half of her breasts to where if she didn't have the red blouse over it her nipples would definitely be partially visible.(*2b)

Other than that she seemed to have two red sleeves that went up to the middle of her bicep on each arm that ended by becoming fingerless gloves that had metal studs on her knuckles. For her bottoms she had a red skirt that went to her mid-thigh, a pair of black stockings that went up to the same point, and red heeled boots.

Thankfully her ninja pouch was still on her, now on the back of a loose belt that was over her skirt.

"Seems I'm not the only one who got an outfit change…gotta say though, I really like it" he told her with a smirk as he stuck a finger between her breasts under the crop top only for her to slap his hand away with a blush.

"Now is not the time, we need to find where we are and be on guard for enemies" Sakura told him, smacking his hand away a few more times as he kept trying before she kicked him in the butt to send him flying forward.

"Ow! Okay, okay, I got it" Naruto groaned out as he pushed himself back up to his feet and rubbed his ass as he led the way through the forest. As they did, Naruto noticed the trees becoming more tropical almost, leading Naruto to believe they might be on an island most likely and - once they reached the end of the trees - that thought was confirmed.

"A beach and the sea, the island doesn't look too big from what I can see" Sakura told him as she looked around, noticing some large mountains in the back of the island while they had seemingly walked into the bay of the island.

"And I think we found our way out of here" Naruto told her as he pointed out towards the large pirate ship that was flying through the air around the island. "Just have to steal the ship from them and use it to get out of here once we, I guess, fix the world…though the more I look I think it involves them" he explained, flipping up his eyepatch to use his RinneSharingan - which had evolved from Sasuke's Rinnegan after sealing Kaguya inside him - to enhance his eyesight.

"Why, what do you see?" Sakura asked as she noticed Naruto grimacing at whatever he was seeing before he flipped down the eyepatch.

"Kids locked up in cages dangling over the sides of the ship, all looking malnourished and beaten while someone who looks like a captain laughing as he toys with a kid by almost letting a heavily chained up and locked up crocodile bite them on the deck" Naruto told her with a frown, wondering if this was a 'dark future' that the Kingdom Heart mentioned…

Though he didn't have time to think much on it as they both noticed shadows forming on the ground, darkening and almost pooling in several locations before odd creatures rose out from the pools.

The creatures had perfectly round heads with twisted antennae poking out from the top of their head and were pitch black save for their glowing yellow eyes. They looked somewhat human, at least in terms of two legs and two arms although its feet were one solid thing and its hands consisted of three claws.

Whatever they were his keyblade reacted to them, instantly summoning itself without him needing to do it while it almost felt warm in his hand.

"Stay safe, think these things are tied to everything" he told her while his eyes stayed locked on the creatures as he wiggled his Keyblade, showing he was referring to everything the Kingdom Heart had mentioned.

The creatures didn't wait long to attack, seemingly reacting to the Keyblade's arrival before they leapt at them - though unluckily for them - they picked two veteran shinobi as their opponents.

Though they definitely wouldn't last long enough to regret that decision.

*1 = This is 'No Name' (not Gazing Eye but the variation of No Name used by Xenahort in a sense) as the way I see it, the Master of Masters would have access to that kind of form and - given it's designed after a clock - he could be able to use it to pause time since Young Xehanort wields it (or something similar) and can mess with time.

*2.a = Ragna outfit from BlazeBlue but different color scheme and no metal plates on the jacket. Was difficult choosing an outfit for him but I feel this works.

*2b = For Sakura's top it's the same as Ouro Kronii's default outfit top minus the ribbon and with a less big collar. I tried my best to describe it despite the difficulty it gave me lol

*3 = Since its the keyblade of twilight I mixed the color scheme a bit of a mix between the two. Platinum as that is almost a 'gold-ish silver', a bronze guard since gold and silver were used and a yellow rainguard as the 'remaining primary color' since blue and red were taken and I didn't think purple would really fit it much. I did make the charm different then the other two as his kingdom key was granted from the Kingdom Heart itself

I've been sitting on this idea for quite some time and recently, in between updates, I've been slowly working on this to the point where I finally finished it

Few things I should mention, first of all being Sakura and her bust size. I'm using Sunahara Wataru's version of Sakura figure wise as I really love that version of her so it's just a little thing I like to do

Another thing to mention is Sasuke – this is just a decision I made to keep from going the 'Revolution' route where Naruto has to fight him and it makes the Naruto & Sakura pairing easier with him not there. Plus allows Naruto to have the Rinnegan which evolved to RinneSharingan with Kaguya inside him

I chose Twilight as Naruto's 'standing' so to speak as, while a hero, Naruto's heart is best described as a balance due to the Falls of Truth. There is more of a reason that will be revealed later

As for Sora, he's still around in this fic but Naruto is on his own path. They might cross paths from time to time but Naruto is on his own way and most of the time arrives at worlds before Sora does as he has to fix them/restore how they should be before Sora can go to them

I have a lot planned for this fic with how Neverland is the first world they visit as well as original worlds that aren't used in any Kingdom Hearts games, and a crew/party as well as a 'home hub world' of sorts so please look forward to more
