Chaos presumes in the Dalmatian Residents along with Charlie who is playing with the Dimitris Trio keeping them outta trouble.

"Yo, Charlie catch!" D2 yelled out throwing a frisbee to him, to which he catched it with flying colors.

"Got it... NOW GO!!!!" He yelled out and threw back the frisbee which all three started to chase it.

"It's mine!"

"No it's Mine!"

"No, it's..." They argue over it but weren't able to get it due to a blur of fur flying past them and catching the frisbee. This pup looked similar to the other pups, however, he was in a wheelchair.

"Delgado!" D3 said with disappointment along with other two who looked on in disappointment as well.

"Sorry guys I couldn't help myself you know how I am." Delgado said with a smile as the other pups walked away looking to play with other toys. Charlie however was really impressed and walked up.

"Wow you're fast." He said to him.

"Yep, they don't call me the fastest pup on wheels for nothing, I'm Delgado." He introduce himself to Charlie.

"I'm Charlie."

"Nice to meet you Charlie, bow if you excuse me." Delgado smiled as he kicked off and sprinted like a rocket with wheels headed towards the door.

"Wow." Charlie said as he stood in shock.

"Yeah thats Delgado." Dylan explained as he cleaned the windows.

"What happened to his legs?" Charlie asked Dylan only for him to stop in his tracks.

"That's... something we don't discuss. We consider never speaking about it since it's badluck." Dylan said as he went back inside, Charlie was a little confused and surprised at the remark.

"Badluck?" He asked himself as he headed inside as well.

That Evening

The Dalmatian family was eating there dinner.

"So Delgado how you feeling today sweetie." Delilah asked him.

"I feel fine mom why you ask?" He asked in confusion.

"Oh nothing just making sure your alright with everything." Delilah said with a smile.

"Hey, I overheard that a race is being held tomorrow." Doug chimed in which got everyone's attention.

"A race?"

"What race?"

"What kind of race?" Many pups asked.

"The London Grand Prix." Charlie explained, "It's one of the most important races for the Formula 1's." Charlie explained as everyone awed.

"What's a Formula 1?" Dolly asked as everyone looked over to Dawkins who pulled out his tablet.

"Formula One (also known as Formula 1 or F1) is the highest class of international auto racing for single-seater racing cars sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile. A Formula One season consists of a series of races, known as Grand Prix (French for ''grand prizes' or 'great prizes''), which take place worldwide on purpose-built circuits or closed public roads." Dawkins said aloud to the other pups who were awed at his explanation, mostly Delgado.

"So your saying there's people who race in cars as a sport... Thats My Kinda Gid!" Delgado said with excitement.

"Yeah I was hoping to go see it myself anyone else wanna come?" Charlie asked which paws shot up hoping to be picked.

"Me!"

"No Me I wanna Go!!"

"You've already went with him somewhere."

"Me!"

"Me!" The pups argued.

"Hey, Hey!!!" Charlie yelled out getting everyone's attention, "I have an idea... let's have a competition." He explains, "Whoever wins they get to come with me." All the pups howled in agreement, except for the older ones.

"I don't know Charlie it doesn't sound very fair." Dylan said.

"I didn't even want to compete in anyway." Dolly grunted under her breath.

"What if someone dies?" Dante chimed in which everyone looked at him, "What?! It could happen."

"Pfff yeah right Dante." Dolly joked.

"Dolly's right Dante, no one is going to get hurt, I swear on my life." Charlie said as he put his hand up. Dolly however huffed knowing that a human agreed woth her.

"A-alright." Dante said.

"This could be fun." Delilah said.

"Yeah nothing like a little competition couldn't hurt anybody." Doug said with excitement in his tone.

"Then its settled then tomorrow morning we will having a competition I suggest you all get some sleep early." Charlie said much to the pups dismay.

Midnight

Charlie tossed and turned in his sleep mumbling to himself.

(His nightmare)

Charlie was sitting in a white room no doors, no windows, no nothing when suddenly the room flickered causing the entire room to change to a hospital with words written in blood.

"You Did This"

"You left me to die."

"You Did This."

"You Did This." were the only words that surrounded him as he started to scream.

"I didn't mean to." He cried as he tried to cover his head with arms, "I didn't think you would be hurt!" He yells as he curled up into a ball.

"You did this." A voice was heard as Charlie turned around to see a face less human screaming right in front of him

"AHHHHH!!!" Charlie screamed as he shot up from the bed sweating bullets, breathing heavily looking around the room seeing that it was only a dream. Once he realized that he was safe he started to calm down, "I didn't mean to have him killed, it was months ago." He said as he out his head onto his knees crying. After he started to calm down he got out of the bed and headed to the bathroom to do his business.

(Charlie's Thoughts)

'Why... why can't the nightmare go away... I can't stand it, every night its the same.'

Charlie turned on the faucet and started to wash his face, after doing this for a few minutes he looked up to the mirror only to see a figure standing behind him... immediately Charlie zipped around to see, only to see that its not there. He sighed and looked back at the mirror.

"Why can't the nightmare go away."

"No oNe told yOu, We're here to sTay." A demonic voice said as Chatlie looked around to only find someone looking back at him, except it wasn't his reflection it was something monstrous, looking back at him with with beady eyes that were glowing red, strangely this monster was golden, wearing a purple top hat and purple bow tie.

"No not you."

"Yes mE... You diDn't thInk I wOuld Follow yOu to this New plaCe oF yoUrs." The monster said with a grin.

"Look your just a figment of my imagination." Charlie stated, "I gotta stop reading about that case." He said as he looked away from the mirror.

"Oh rEally nOw, if thats The cAse tHen how Come I'm always around Whenever you tHink of... you knOw WHo." The monster smiled some more, which led Charlie clenched his fist but sighed to keep his cool, "your vEry lUcky its only mE, cause believe me, my Gang would love to plAy takE apart and Put bAck together Again." He laughed, "besides I'm morE tHan a Figment of your imaGinAtIon... im what you consider to be your BrotHer... your faiLUre, tO ProtEct."

"Just leave me alone!" He yelled as he stormed out of the bathroom, after flopping onto the bed and calming down he looked at the time.

"I should go back to sleep... but I can't." Charlie said to himself, "I know." Charlie jumped out of the bed and headed out to the hallway where mines of puppies were laying peacefully on the floor, some in there own little beds, Charlie quietly as he can be tipped toed his way past them and quickly and quietly skipped down the stairs to the kitchen, after opening up the fridge he grabbed a couple of ingredients to make a sandwich, sliced turkey, chicken, cheese, mayo, and of course bread that he put into the toaster, after the toaster popped Charlie finished making his sandwich and was about to eat it untill... A yawn was suddenly heard. He frozed in place and turned around slowly only to see a Dalmatian sitting there with a tired look on her face, she had alot of colorfull spots on her, including what seems to be paint on her arms.

"Oh? What are you doing up so early?" He asked the Dalmatian who froze in her place only to realized its just Charlie.

"O-oh Charlie... Y-you scared me." She said with a nervous smile.

"Sorry didn't mean to scare you... what was your name again?"

"Da-Vinci." She said, starting to regain her poser.

"Thats... a very interesting name, like Leonardo Da-Vinci."

"Yes, thats what my mom thought of when she named me." Da-Vinci said as she noticed the sandwich, "Late night snack I presume?"

"You betcha I had a nightmare and eating a sandwich always seems to sooth my nerves." This made Da-Vinci eyes widen."

"What was the nightmare about?" She asked.

"I don't like talking about it."

"Oh I guess you don't trust me." Da-Vinci said with her ears drooping.

"Oh no, no, no... its just its about my past and I don't like talking to people about my past, it has nothing against you Da-Vinci." Charlie explained in a relaxing tone, which soothed Da-Vinci.

"Whew thank goodness." She said in relief.

"You know I haven't seen you alot lately." Charlie said.

"Well thats because I'm in the basement."

"Oh the basement really, do you go there often?" He asked her, which she nodded, "Needed the space?"

"You kidding? I never have enough as it is with what I do..." she paused then sighed, "You know sometimes I feel like I'm in a sea of spots."

"What does that mean?"

"Well, what I'm saying is it's hard trying to be different." She sighs, "Maybe I should just give up on painting." She said in a depressed tone which, frankly Charlie didn't like.

"Whoa, whoa Da-Vinci, who says you have to give up your dream." He said to her as he got down to her level and held her close, "Never give up I always say, even if you don't think that dream will come a reality, at least you gave it your all." He said in a calm and gentle tone which Da-Vinci smiled.

"Thanks Charlie you have alot of advice to give."

"My pleasure, now if you don't mind I'm gonna head back to bed." He gave her a little kiss on her head which made her blush, "Goodnight Da-Vinci." He said as he started to head up the stairs.

"Goodnight Charlie." She said as she skipped away to her bed.

"What a cutie she is." Charlie said to himself as he climbed in his bed and fell fast asleep, however, a small pup was sniffing in their bed.

"Why..." he said to himself, "why am such a fuck up." He said very softly to himself as he cried himself to sleep. This poor crying puppy, is Delgado, The Fastest Pup on Wheels.

The Next Morning

An alarm blared into Charlie's ear as he slapped his alarm clock, unfortunately he missed which the grabbed it and thrown it across the room.

"Ugh..." he said to himself but shot up realizing what today is, "oh Shit today's the competition." He sprang out of bed and ran to the bathroom to do his business, after doing his business he ran down stairs, to grab his breakfast, along the way he sees the entire family already up and moving, "moring everyone." He said as he dashed into the kitchen.

"Well goodmoring Charlie how you sleep." Delilah asked him which in reply he shrugged.

"Eh it was okay." He responded while trying to make his breakfast.

"Yo Charlie whats the rush?" D2 asked him.

"Yeah you got something important coming up or something?" D3 asked as well.

"Well I have to get to the park fast..." Charlie explained.

"Park?"

"Oh no..." Dylan put a paw over his eyes.

"PARK!"

"PARK!!"

"PARK!!" the pups chanted as they formed there usual black and white tornado and took off to the front door, running over Charlie in the process.

"Trigger word." He said groaily, Dolly giggled seeing Charlie on the ground like that.

"You alright Charlie?" Delilah asked in her medical like tone?

"Yeah I'm alright." He said as he dust himself off, "I have to get going now I'll see you all at..." before he could finished he stop and thought hmto himself, "to you know where ta ta." He waved and ran out of the door to prepare the competition.

"Welp what do you say about that Dolly." Dylan said to his sister who rolled her eyes.

"Whatever he's planning im not taking part of." She said with a stern tone.

"Oh come on Dolly you can't be mad at him all the time, have you ever thought of putting at least some effort of trusting him?" He asked her only to see a very annoyed face.

"Dylan you know as I much that any human that ever walks through that door is obviously a threat."

"He hasn't done anything to us."

"That's a cover up he wants us to trust him and then WHAMO, he got us in his trap."

"Oh for the love of Dog, Dolly your being over dramatic."

"Over dramatic? Or more like being Protective of my family." Dolly snapped back and ran up the stairs, leaving Dylan to sigh and head off to the park.

A Little While Later

The park was very different then before, now having tons of obstacles, some of the pups have lined up on a man-made line, as military music started to play over them...

"Alright pups its time for our big tournament, I hope your all ready, the prize..." He said pulling out two tickets to the big race, "A trip with me to the race." He announced, all the pups that we're participating cheered and yelped with excitement. While the pups cheered, Triple D had a selfie stick and phone, recording.

"What's up wonder dogs, it's your fashionable trio, Destiny...

"Dallas..."

"And Deja-Vu, also know as..."

"Triple D." The trio annouced doing their usual pose."

"And here with another fabulous vlog." Destiny stated.

"Oh absolutely sis, today is going to be a very big competition."Deja-Vu added.

"The prize, a chance to see a race with our human." Dallas announced as the camera zoomed onto Charlie who was explaining the rules.

"Now the first event is wall jumping." He announced as he shown the pups to a man-made wall, that was about five feet high, and five feet wide, "The idea is that everyone has to jump over this wall if they are able to make it on the other side they get a point." He explained as he grabbed his whistle, "Ready?" He asked as the pups formed a line, leaving Delgado last, "Set?" The first pup was Dizzy and she got into a pounce position ready for action, "GO!" He yelled and blew his whistle to start the competition. Dizzy sprang into action running at full speed and jumped as high as she can, clearing the wall, however landing flat on her face as she hit the ground, "Ooooh good try Dizzy." Charlie complimented her, which she groaned as she got up.

"Thanks Charlie." She said as she trotted off.

"Next!" Charlie said waiting for the next pup to try. One by one the participating pups jumped and almost all made it, some didn't but it was okay since Charlie gave them a thumbs up for trying. Finally it was Delgado turn, who was a little nervous, "Come on Delgado you got this." Charlie gave him a thumbs up as couragement, Delgado shook his head and got into his stance ready to race, the pace of Delgado was lightning fast, faster than anyone else, he reached the jumping mark and leaped into the air, managingto clear the wall. However instead of landing perfectly, he landed flat on his face due to his wheelchair being way too heavy for him to jump thust the reason he fell flat on his face. Charlie ran over to see if he was okay. "Delgado are you alright?" He asked to the hurt pup.

"I'm... I'm alright." Delgado said trying to fight back the tears.

"Are you sure...?"

"Yes... I'm fine..." He said as he walked away to the next event, leaving Charlie with a worried look on his face. All day long it has been the same result, in the long jump Delgado smacked into the first hurdle, in fetch his wheel fell off as he ran to catch the frisbee, all the same results, he couldn't complete the challenges, resulting in more frustration in Delgado's eyes.

"Alright everyone were on to the very last course, this one is a race, one lap around the entire park." Charlie announced as he looked at Delgado who had very determined look on his face, "Alright everyone get ready..." he said as the pups started to line up and was ready to spring into action, "Set..." Charlie raised his flag as the pups what in anticipation... "GO!!!" He yelled as he threw down the flag, a cloud of dust was made as the pups took off, as usual Delgado (being the fast pup on wheels) was ahead of the pack, but he decided not to use his incredible speed, since it was fair to anyone else, so he kept it a very close and tight race, as they made through the turns he kept a good pace, even letting some pups pass him, but after awhile he would take back the lead.

"Come on Delgado!!!" Dolly yelled in excitement which was enough for Delgado to kick into gear and took off with a flash. The finish line was in sight nothing could stop him, he took off at the speed of light pushing everything he got to win. However a small mound started to form in front of the finish line and a pup popped out.

"Whats all the commotion?" He asked which everyone looked down.

"DIESEL!!!" Everyone screamed but it was too late, with how fast Delgado was going he didn't see Diesel, thust colliding with him causing him to flip over and crash just right before the finish line, allowing Dizzy to jump over him and crossing the finish line. Many people were in silence seeing Delgado laying down.

"I knew this was gonna happened." Dante said as Charlie ran over to him.

"Delgado! Delgado!" He yelled to him as he got closer to him, "are you alright?" He asked only to hear sniffing.

"I-I lost." He whimpered to himself Charlie tried to go down to his level and hugged him, only for him to jump out and take off running.

"Delgado Wait Come Back!" Charlie yelled out but was too late he was out of site.

"Oh No, Dolly Emergency!" Dylan said in a panic.

"I got you bro." Dolly saluted and took off after Delgado.

"We have to form search parties, me and Dolly will look around, the rest of you keep an eye out for him." Charlie explained as he took off after Dolly, as everyone else started to wander around looking for him.

"Delgado!" Dolly yelled to no avail.

"Delgado!" Charlie yelled as well with same result.

"Well that was a stupid idea you had Charlie." Dolly said with anger.

"Dolly, now is not a good time."

"This is a perfect time... Delgado is hurt, has run away, and its all your fault."

"My Fault!?" He questioned, "Why the hell is it my fault?!"

"Because you came into our lives!!!" Dolly yelled causing Charlie to shrink in size, "We were completely fine on our own qe don't need a human End of Story."

"Dolly what have you got against humans?" He asked to no answer, just silent, "Answer me."

"Why should I tell you?" She asked crossing her arms and looking away.

"Because you're my family."

"Well your not family to me!" Dolly yelled which Charlie gasped.

"Just because I'm human?" He asked as he started to tower over Dolly with anger in his eyes, "Just because your stuck in the past thinking all humans are bad when in reality, I've shown so much love to everyone here." Charlie yelled at her, who was scared as she backed up to a wall.

"See this is exactly what humans do, all they do is curse, and hurt, your no better than any other human." Dolly snapped back which left Charlie speechless.

"I'm sorry."

"Ha! Sorry not gonna cut with me, you wanna make me happy, you can just leave and never come back." Dolly walked away, leaving a hurt Charlie in tears, however, the sound of sniffing can be heard elsewhere perking Charlie's ears, after looking around for about a couple of minutes he found the sound of sniffles coming from underneath a car.

"Hello?" He asked as he looked under, and finds Delgado crying, "Delgado there you are... come on buddy its gonna be okay." He stretched out his hands for Delgado to jump but for a while he didn't, "Come on buddy you know I'm not gonna hurt you." He said in a calm tone which Delgado started to slowly fold into his arms.

"C-Charlie..." He said through his tears, to which Charlie shushed him and held him close.

"Its gonna be alright, your safe."

"I... I l-lost..." he said.

"Oh Delgado." Charlie held him close, "It's okay to lose, no one's a winner all the time." Charlie reassured him.

"I'm... I'm a weakling." Delgado cried.

"What?! What you mean?"

"W-when I was born, my back legs didn't grow correctly." He explains.

"You mean the bones in your legs fused together?" Charlie asked.

"How did you know?" Delgado asked.

"It was a lucky guess."

"Well they were fused together so they decided to amputated both of them, and put me in this... stupid wheel chair."

"Woah, hey now."

"I've always felt weak, I felt like I was dead form the start." Delgado cried more while Charlie held him close, after a few minutes of crying he looked at Charlie who had a very cheerful face.

"You know what I think?"

"What."

"I think your a very strong pup, who takes on a challenge head on."

"But... I'm a weakling."

"No your not, you are a strong and fast pup who always ready for a challenge."

"But..."

"Delgado..." Charlie smiled, "You wanna know what I've learn over the years?"

"What..."

"No matter how good you are, at anything, you can sometimes make mistakes and mess up, you know when I was in the military, everything had to be perfect, there was never close enough, if we failed we get punished for it." Charlie explained.

"W-wait why?"

"Because everything was professional, and sure after I was discharged, that affect was still rubbing off of me, yet I've learn thats it okay if you fail even if your great at what you do." Delgado smiled and hugged Charlie.

"Thanks Charlie you know Dollys very wrong about you, you aren't a monster like she says you are, your a great friend."

"I just hope she sees what you all see."

"She'll come around eventually, its not her fault that's she's very protective." Delgado said as Charlie and Delgado walked back to the park, where a celebration for Dizzy winning the tournament, however she didn't seem very happy about it, that is until she saw Delgado and Charlie.

"Delgado!!" She yells out and rushed over to him and hugged him, along with everyone else.

"Are you okay?" Dylan asked Delgado, which he nodded in response.

"I'm okay Dylan, thanks to Charlie."

"Well I have an announcement." Dizzy said as she cleared her throat, "We all know that Delgado really wanted to see the big race today and seeing how upset he was about losing I decided to give my win to Delgado." Everyone clapped and yelled with excitement.

"Thanks Dizzy... but you know what you can have the win, after all I was told its okay to lose, not everyone is perfect." Delgado looked up to Charlie who nodded his head.

"But Delgado I want you to have it, as a token of thank you."

"W-wait really you mean that?"

"Absolutely Delgado you wanted this more than anyone else, so I'm giving it to you." She smiled as they hugged each other.

"Thank you Dizzy." Dizzy giggled.

"Anytime bro."

"Well Delgado what you say shall we head to the race?" Charlie asked him.

"Oh you bet... in fact I'll even race you."

"Oh I don't know Delgado..." Charlie said as he smiled, "SEEYA!!" And took off followed by Delgado laughing and carrying on as the sun started to set. As they they raced off, Dolly watched from afar and growled furiously.

"Stupid human." She mumbled before smacking a can with her paw, which caused it to rolled across the road where a mysterious black van was parked, until suddenly the van started up and followed Charlie and Delgado.
