The AfterMath logo popped up as the screen flashed white. After the flash left, the camera showed the AfterMath studio, as it proceeded to zoom into the middle where Don, Beth, and Leshawna were sitting on the couch.
"Welcome back to the AfterMath!" Don exclaimed. "It's time to interview the next four eliminated contestants."
"After Chris unleashed three double eliminations, six contestants fell and were trampled over!" Leshawna exclaimed. "Shawn and Sugar were the first ones to fall, which we met last time! So now, we're going to meet Duncan and Alejandro to see where they think their journeys went wrong."
"Yes, but before we do that, let's watch Tom and Jen's rundown of episode eight! Truth Be Told!" Beth exclaimed.
They camera zoomed in on the TV where Jen was waving at the camera.
"Hey hey guys! It's Jen and it's time for Episode 8's rundown! Truth Be Told! This episode was filled with gossip worthy secrets and moments! But before we get into that, let's talk about the PGA! Emma, Carrie, and Jasmine made the Purple Galaxy Alliance together and decided to branch out to the other teams. They teamed up with close friends like Geoff, Gwen, Owen, and Bridgette just to name a few! They had a total of 18 members by the end of the night with Trent being the last one added. Which let's talk about the Duncan and Trent beef! Duncan kept complaining about what was happening with Courtney and decided to bring Gwen into it. Who was already in the middle trying to help them both. Trent saw him as such a hypocrite, seeing how Duncan did the same back in World Tour, and decided to literally knock some sense into him! He punched and slapped Duncan more than once, in defense of Gwen. Which is a very bold move when you're up against Duncan. Now the challenge! Obviously my favorite out of the whole season so far. Grab your tea and let's look back at some of their secrets! Alejandro accidently hooked up with a guy, Blaineley is actually 58 years old, Cody used to like Noah, Gwen used to like Cody, Cameron used to like Bridgette, Bridgette used to like DJ, Brick and Jo used to date until he dumped her, Sammy used to try and strangle Amy in her sleep but sadly never pulled through, Duncan revealed that he liked Gwen at the start of the season making him more of a hypocrite, and so much more! Through all of that, the Catfish lost with 4 points left. The team voted off Duncan due to his outbursts and complaining and voted Alejandro because… why not? Also before the ceremony, Scott and Courtney made up? It wasn't exactly real as Sky and Jo looped him into an alliance to get Courtney out. Ooo! The drama this show brings!"
"He made it far in the first three seasons, winning Total Drama Action out from under me, and made a reasonable climb in All Stars! He came into this season with his heart fighting feelings for Courtney and Gwen, but at last, he stuck with Courtney and got dumped! He was voted off for whining, which you wouldn't usually expect from him, and got socked in the face from his current frenemy!" Beth exclaimed. "Please welcome Duncan!"
Duncan walked out with the audience's reaction being a mixture of boos and applause. He sat down on the couch and looked around. "Well, this is kind of like my first time being here, aside from the Action finale."
"Action was an excellent season for you." Don began. "Why do you think you did so well that season?"
"Ewww!" Anne Maria suddenly said, cutting off Don. "What a boring question! Ask him about the drama from this season."
"Pipe down, cupcake!" Duncan yelled. "Don't you worry about me."
"There's the old Duncan." Leshawna sighed. "I was starting to miss him a little."
"The "old" Duncan?" Duncan asked. "What do you mean? I'm me."
"Back in the first few seasons, you were such a bad boy. You didn't simp for Courtney or Gwen. You had that "respect me or else" attitude." Beth explained.
"I'm still like that!" Duncan argued. "And I don't simp for Courtney or Gwen! Whatsoever."
"You miss her, don't you?" Don asked.
"Who? I don't miss anybody."
"Courtney." Leshawna simply answered. "You've always been a sweet lil' creampuff under there. But you've never liked to show it."
"Yeah? So? I did a couple of nice things. It's not that big of a deal."
"Face it, Duncan." Leshawna softened. "You love her still."
"No I don't!" Duncan yelled. "She's not the one I like!"
"Wait, what?" Beth asked. "You like someone else?"
"Just forget about it! I've humiliated myself enough for this show's ratings."
"If he doesn't like Courtney, then he's probably still in love with Gwen!" Emily said.
"Is this true?" Leshawna asked turning back to Duncan.
"Don't judge me, but yeah, I like Gwen."
"Can we get this over with?" Eva yelled. "This sounds like some trashy Walmart romance novel."
"Hold on…" Don said as he turned to Duncan. "So if you liked Gwen this whole time, why did you get back together with Courtney?"
"I was humiliated after AllStars. Going to prison is no joke! Gwen may have dumped me, but I still really liked her."
"But you broke up after trying to seek attention from Courtney." Beth stated.
"I know, but I'm just used to having her attention, it felt blank when I didn't have any. So after I got out of prison, I went to the movies and kept talking to Courtney later that night. We began dating and before you know it, it was a solid relationship. One that I wasn't expecting."
"How were you not expecting it?" Don continued.
"Well, I was also reaching out to Gwen from time to time. I told her I missed her, but she continued to ghost me. The more she ghosted me, the more I wanted her."
"Wait, so what you're saying is, is that you dated Courtney in the past, cheated on her with Gwen, wanted attention from Courtney and got dumped by Gwen, then you got back together with Courtney and told Gwen you missed her? Just to find out that Courtney was dating both you and Scott for three years and you continued to be whiny hypocrite afterwards?" Dakota asked, summing up the timeline.
"Well… yeah pretty much." Duncan responded as he sunk back into the couch.
"At a certain point, you gotta figure out that you're not good at relationships." Leshawna joked.
"Well, relationships just never work in my favor." Duncan shrugged. "I can't be mad though, because it's always put on me."
"I think that relationships aren't your thing, because you don't put enough effort into it." Beth noted.
"Right, and Brady lasted for a handful of weeks? I can count the length of your relationship on my fingers." Duncan retorted.
"What do you think about Scott and Courtney together?" Don questioned.
"Honestly, my first impression of Scott was that he was crud. So I never saw it coming at first. But he's happy and it seems as if Courtney was better off with him. So I respect that he could make her happier than I could."
"That's really nice." Brick added. "Fallen love soldier still has respect for his competitor."
"Dude, what?" Brody asked.
"Anyway…" Leshawna began as she turned to Duncan. "I mean, you did point out that you kept chasing Gwen throughout the relationship. So how do you feel about Gwen and Trent."
"Isn't it time to move on to Alejandro?" Duncan asked.
"Nope, we still have a few minutes left." Leshawna replied.
Duncan sighed. "I don't like Trent."
"Because he beat you up?" Beth asked.
Duncan tensed up. "I was emotional and he used that against me."
"Right…" Leshawna said.
"Trent sucks, but makes Gwen happy for some reason. Don't ask me why, I don't see anything good about him."
"Well, at least Trent is true to his relationship." Justin remarked.
"Do you have something to say, pretty boy?" Duncan yelled as he shot up to his feet.
"Duncan, sit down!" Leshawna ordered.
Duncan sat down and looked back at the hosts.
"With that note, let's meet the other person who took the dunk with Duncan!" Beth exclaimed as Duncan was escorted to the AfterMath jury booth. He sat on the right side of Shawn.
"Alejandro has been through a lot this season! He started off as part of Chris's on island crew! But soon enough, he ended up a contestant after saving Ella from a terrible fall. But with that, he became Chris's servant." Don noted.
"And he's been a topic here before, last AfterMath." Leshawna said. "After his messy break up with Heather and the story behind that, Alejandro was never the popular one on his team. To the point where even DJ disliked him! Now with that said, please welcome Chris's contestvant, Alejandro!"
Alejandro walked out and smiled to the crowd. He got the same reaction as Duncan, an even mixture of applause and boos.
"Alejandro, welcome to the show." Don greeted. "How are you today?"
"I could be better," Alejandro replied. "Sitting in that greenroom with Jo isn't much fun."
"How did you like your time on the show?" Don asked.
"There wasn't much to like, I mean, you guys saw what happened."
"Fair enough," Beth said. "Now, we all know that your main point this season was with Heather! How did that go?"
"I really screwed up with her and I wish what I did had never happened." Alejandro stated.
"Can you tell us what happened the night of the fight?" Don asked. "Just a quick runthrough of that day, and let us know when Debrah comes into play."
"Uh, okay." Alejandro sighed. "So Heather's sister and I were talking to each other, for about 4 months. I was still dating Heather at the time, but as you already know, she didn't have a clue that anything was going on until later that evening. While talking to Chastity, Heather's older sister, she suggested that I'd take her and a couple of friends to the mall. She really loved to make Heather jealous whenever possible, but I never had any feelings for her."
"Really?" Leshawna asked. "So why did you go?"
"I went because I liked the attention. So, I agreed to take them in my car, which they also liked, and I told Heather who was picking up her cat from the vet, that I would be out with a few of my buddies playing soccer. She said okay and I went to go pick up Chastity and her friends. One of the people I picked up after Chastity was Debrah, alongside Joanna and Peyton. Anyway, we got to the mall and that's when Chastity jokingly took my wallet and ran off with Joanna and Peyton. Debrah had always had a crush on me and was willing to cross Heather. Something the other two wouldn't do. So Debrah and I hung out at the food court for a little while and then she tried to come onto me. She began telling me how hot I was and she went in for a kiss. I didn't push it off, and we ended up making out in the middle of the mall. She then took me back out to my car, where we continued… making out I suppose and after we were done, we headed back inside and caught up with Chastity, Joanna, and Peyton. I had my arm wrapped around both Debrah and Chastity and I had totally forgotten about Heather."
"But if Heather was picking up her cat from the vet, then how did she catch you at the mall?" Beth questioned.
"Well, I guess that she dropped the cat off at the house and then went to the mall to shop. She had talked about going on a shopping spree in the past few days before that, so I'm guessing she figured to go shopping then, since I wouldn't be home. So after going to the mall, I dropped the girls back at their houses and Debrah was the last one in the car. She told me that Heather wasn't good enough for me and that she'd supply everything I'd need from her. I blushed and pulled up to her house, then I leaned over and kissed her on the forehead before she grabbed her bags from the backseat and went up to her house. After she left, Heather texted me and told me that she had a surprise for me at home. She ended that text with a heart, so I smiled and began to drive to her house."
"Wait, so what is the housing situation?" Topher asked. "Because, are you sharing a house or what?"
"Heather has her own house, I have my own house, and Chastity, Peyton, and Debrah all live with their parents. So the sun was setting, and I decided to stop by my house and get changed before heading to Heather's. I get to Heather's and it's around 10 o'clock. I go inside and she's standing at the table in the kitchen, waiting for me. I set my keys down and kissed her on the cheek. She smiled at me and showed me her phone. I see the pictures of us, and at that point, I didn't know what all she had seen of us."
"So, that's when you fled?" Noah asked.
"Yeah, I didn't really have a choice. I lied to her enough and I didn't know how to dig myself out of this hole. I don't know what exactly happened after that night though. I just ran from her house and caught the nearest bus, using the money from my wallet. A few days later, Jose drove me past her house so I could pick up my car, and it wasn't there. Trust me, I didn't hear the end of it from him during that car ride. When I got home, there was a letter in my mailbox. It was an invitation and a contract if I wanted to join the season and work alongside Chris. I figured that Heather would be there and I really wanted to make things right with her. So without even looking at the contract, I signed it and mailed back the contract and invite. I packed my stuff up and then got on the plane to meet up with Chris a couple of days before filming. The only thing I read was the job description, so I made up the first couple of challenges, but after Episode 3, Chris had to improvise the challenges."
"So, the rest is what we saw. You're gameplay and work for Chris." Don stated.
"Yes, the 'contestvant' phase." Alejandro replied
"Do we have any questions from the peanut gallery?" Beth asked, turning to the peanut gallery.
"I do!" DJ exclaimed as the camera panned over to him. "So why were you so mad at Heather and the way she treated you? You just confessed to cheating on her and decided to act like a child towards her and Debrah. Please explain."
Leshawna looked over to DJ, watching how protective he was towards Heather.
Alejandro sighed. "I don't like being the one being attacked. So yeah, I was mad at her. Besides, she physically abused me! Did you forget about that."
"You emotionally scarred her!" DJ yelled, raising his voice to the surprise of everyone around him.
"I never meant to hurt Heather, I had forgotten about her in that moment, and that's entirely my fault." Alejandro said. "We have a toxic relationship, but usually after fighting we make up. It's a horrible way to have a relationship, yes, but I was hoping that she'd talk to me afterwards, like old times I guess."
"Well, now it's time to talk to Geoff and Cameron!" Don exclaimed. "Alejandro, if you could please go sit beside Duncan and uh, keep distance from DJ. We don't need another fight like last time."
"Let's see Tom's rundown of this episode!" Beth exclaimed as they looked up to the screen.
"Hey Total Drama Fans! It's Tom and I'm here to give you Episode 9's rundown! Oof! This episode was so spicy! A Catfight, a party, and the kiss of the season! So, let's jump right in! Staring off the episode, we have Scott! Who shot out of bed, dreaming about marrying Courtney! He told Jo about this but she wasn't going to let him try to get out of the plan. She put it very straight forward, as either he better pull though or he was going out after Courtney. Bold moves all around from Jo. But, the bickering continued on into the challenge. The challenge was a simple I Spy challenge. That ended off with a twist ending. Blaineley cheated in her round making it easier for the Goats to score but harder for the Roosters to score. Dawn knew about this and in the final round, asked DJ to switch cabins. He agreed and the Goats lost! After the challenge, DJ hosted a fun little party for all the contestants to come together! This party could be simplified in one word. BIZARRE! Geoff got drunk after drinking a very strong beer of Chef Hatchet's and Owen passed out on the table with a belly ache. And to top the cake, and yes there was literally cake, Sky, Jo, and Courtney got into a heated argument turned fight because Sky and Jo wouldn't let her be! Cake was thrown, tables were broken, and Kitty recorded it! The fight was abruptly ended as Jo tackled Courtney onto the table where Owen was passed out on. Lindsay quickly pushed Jo and Courtney to the floor so she could check up on her best friend, which pretty much ended the fight. At the ceremony, Geoff and Cameron were booted off because of Blaineley's alliances. Now, for the kiss! The long awaited kiss! After the party and ceremony, Dawn and Sammy went back to their cabins. The two talked for a bit and Dawn made the first move to kiss Sammy! They continued to make out as the episode ended! And truly, what an ending!"
"He was stoked about his engagement to Bridgette and brought the party wherever he went!" Leshawna exclaimed. "Which because of that, he was eliminated from his team! He's the party dude that you love to love, welcome Geoff!"
Geoff walked out onto the stage, getting a full applause from the audience.
"Welcome Geoff!" Don greeted as he sat down on the couch and gazed at the peanut gallery. "It's great to see you again."
"Thanks, man. Being eliminated is a bummer, but so many of my friends are here!" Geoff exclaimed as he continued to name everyone he knew. "Leshawna, Beth, Don, Brody, Katie, Sadie, Justin, Eva, DJ, Ennui, Crimson, DJ, Emily, Ma-"
"That's enough." Beth said, which made Geoff stop talking. She smiled at him. "So, what is it like being engaged to Bridgette? We've all seen the ups and downs of your relationship, but you came on top and you guys complete each other well."
"Oh, well totally! Bridgette is awesome and we bond over everything, she's even told me her deepest darkest secrets!"
"Secrets?" Don asked. "Do tell."
"No! I'll never break her trust." Geoff insisted.
"Well then let's talk about your elimination!" Beth exclaimed. "You got ahold of Chef Hatchet's beer and got drunk! Oh and as a real quick note, everyone from TDI through World Tour is 22 years old, excluding Blaineley who is way older. Then everyone from Revenge of the Island and Pahkitew island are ranging from 21 to 22 years old. Kitty, Devin, and Carrie are all 19 and can't legally drink, and Emma is 22 like Noah. Now, with that cleared up, how was it like being drunk off of something that strong?"
"I don't exactly know how to explain it. My body couldn't take it, I threw up all over the place and it wasn't my best moment. I go from winning the Ridonculous Race with my best bud to throwing up over a little alcohol."
"When you were drunk, it didn't seem that realistic." Leshawna stated as she stared dead into the camera for a second. "Have you ever experienced something like that before?"
"I actually have before. I guess when I'm drunk, it doesn't seem that real because I take it to the extreme."
"So, almost everyone on the Goats team has been eliminated due to one person and their branch off alliances." Don began, "Who do you think is controlling them?"
"Uh, I don't have a clue dude. I never realised someone targeted me out." Geoff answered.
"Well, this might come as a shock to you, but Blaineley was the one who has targeted Izzy ,you, Cameron, and Kitty!" Beth stated. "And it might be crazy, but we think that she'll have a prominent place this season."
"Dang, well I never thought that Blaineley would make it farther than some of the others already eliminated. But some of us have been eliminated for pretty stupid reasons."
Leshawna laughed. "I can agree to that! I'd honestly think that Noah, Shawn, and Sky would be a little farther. Anyway, looks like we have a viewer question for you."
Don looked at the screen and read the question. "This one is a fan question from tdjorff! He asks, what did you use with the Ridonculous Race money?"
"Well, Brody and I split the money 5 ways. We gave MacArthur and Sanders each 100,000, we gave Carrie and Devin each 50,000 dollars, same for Emma and Kitty. Then I kept 300,000 dollars and Brody kept his share of 300,000 dollars." Geoff answered.
"What did you do with your share of the money?" Beth asked.
"So, with my money, I bought Bridgette and I new cars, a new house, and the engagement ring. The rest of my money went towards groceries and bills." Geoff answered.
"Wow! It's great to see that you were both smart and generous with your winnings." Don told him. "Now it's time to talk to Cameron. Thank you, Geoff."
Geoff nodded and went to go sit beside Alejandro.
"Now it's time to meet the last contestant before commercial break" Beth exclaimed. "He was a powerhouse in episodes 1 and 2, but after that, he soon faded into the crowd. He found a new friendship with Harold and almost became Lightning's sidekick! Please welcome Cameron!"
Cameron smiled and pushed up his glasses as he walked out. The audience applauded for him.
"Welcome, Cameron!" Don exclaimed. "It's great to see you, how are you today?"
"I'm doing pretty good, actually. I may be out of my bubble, but I feel better in a building rather than the outdoors." he responded.
"So, as Beth noted, you kinda fell in a spot where you were like Lightning's sidekick." Leshawna said. "How did that happen and where did it end off?"
"I needed Lightning to work with me in that challenge, and at that moment, he was actually trying to. I don't know where it came from, him trying to turn me into a villain, but it worked for a moment. But I didn't actually want to hurt Gwen or Jasmine like that, but Jasmine played smarter and put a rock in our way, flinging us into the bushes." Cameron explained. "After that, I guess Lightning just figured that I was too soft to try and change, so he stopped talking to me after that, and probably for the best."
"Do you think that's why he wanted you out?" Beth questioned.
"What do you mean?" Cameron asked.
"Well Blaineley was the one who suggested to take Geoff out of the game, and then Lightning brought up your name." Beth answered.
"Well then, I suppose that couldn't be too far from the truth of why he targeted me. Maybe he might've thought I could expose him to Jazelle?" Cameron shrugged.
"Actually, Lightning told Jazelle that he was going to try and change her. That was also before Jazelle asked him out."
Cameron nodded. "Well, as long as they're happy, you know?"
"Do you blame Jazelle partially for your elimination?" Don asked.
"No, I mean she voted me out, I'm guessing. But she didn't do it alone."
"But have you noticed that before Jazelle debuted into the season, you, Harold, and Zoey were running the team pretty well." Leshawna explained. "But once Jazelle came into the picture, she, Zoey, and Kitty were pretty strong leaders. Don't you think?"
"Well if that's the case," Cameron began. "Then I have nothing but respect for her. She obviously knew what she wanted coming into the game, and she wasn't afraid to go for it."
"Who is somebody you don't respect on your team?" Don asked.
"Well, everyone on the Giggling Goats had redeeming qualities. Perhaps the person I liked the least was Lightning. But he's still a good addition to the team, he's confident and determined."
"What about Sierra?" Beth asked. "Was she more tolerable this season?"
"Sierra has been very much glued to Cody's hip. So she's kept a decent amount of space from me. Which is very nice."
"Well before we shoot to commercial break, we have one more question for you." Leshawna said.
Cameron sunk back into the couch. "I have a feeling of what the question is."
"So, where did your crush for Bridgette come from?" Leshawna asked.
Cameron sighed. "I was right…"
"Well?" Leshawna questioned.
"I don't really know. She's pretty I guess, and smart. But besides that, I never talked to her."
"Well, thank you Cameron for joining us today." Don said as he looked back at the camera. "When we come back, we'll meet Jo, Kitty, and Sky! Then we'll have another special investigative report from our roving reporter, Eva! When we return, to Total… Drama... Ultimate… the AfterMath!"
