The TDU AfterMath logo popped up on screen. Showing Sky and Jo bonding in the greenroom, then panning over on the TV screen in the room, transitioning to the couch in the AfterMath studio.
"Welcome back to the AfterMath show!" Leshawna greeted. "Before we wrap up the show, we have two more segments to get done! First being Eva's TDU report! Eva, what do you have for us this time?"
Eva sighed and looked into the camera. "We have a liar on our hands!"
Everyone gasped.
"Who is it?" Staci asked.
"Cram it and I'll tell you!" Eva snapped. "We've been lied to from a total dimwit! Lindsay! Now, shut up and watch this exclusive clip of Lindsay!"
The screen panned over to the TV and showed Lindsay getting ready for bed.
Lindsay sat down on her bed and sighed, as her hair blew from the fan in the window. She reached into her bag, grabbing a picture frame.
"I miss you, baby!" She whispered as she kissed the picture of Tyler. "I'm going to do everything in my power to win for you! Courtney doesn't know what's coming to her!"
She put the picture back in her backpack and smiled to herself. "Everything I can…"
"This video was taken the exact same night as the acting challenge! That night was hot as well as that day was! Notice how Emma is in the background with no blankets on her and the many empty water bottles on the ground!" Eva yelled. "There are also many fans blowing in the background, notice how her hair is blowing around?"
"But are we sure Lindsay is straight up lying to everyone?" Beth questioned.
"Well, here's a mysteriously unaired confessional!" Eva exclaimed. "In this confessional, Lindsay is out in the confessional at night, with her pajamas already on! She must've snuck out in the middle of the night! Take a look!"
The screen panned over to the TV again and showed Lindsay closing the door of the confessional, with a flashlight in her hands.
Lindsay looked around and sighed. "Pity will be my power. If I can get people to feel sorry for me, they'll keep me around longer. Especially Emma! I knew she disliked me from the beginning. Thinking I was too dumb to lead the team. Well I'd watch your back, because I'm coming after you! And this? This is all for Tyler! They took my rock and threw him out, so that's exactly what I'm going to do with their game. Sweet dreams, everyone!"
She turned the flashlight back on, and walked out of the confessional.
"Not Emma!" Noah and Kitty yelled in unison.
"That's my Lindsay!" Tyler exclaimed. "Bring it home babe, you've got this!"
"I can't believe this!" Beth yelled.
"Well there's your proof!" Eva growled.
"I'm intrigued with Lindsay!" Jen said. "She's unpredictable, honestly."
"Wait!" Emily interrupted. "In the challenge, when she was up against Owen! She totally said hi to him, remembering his name!"
"That's true!" DJ said. "She even called me Deej, but it totally flew over my head!"
"Well, we'll have to keep our eye out for more slip ups." Leshawna said.
"She's not slipping up." Cameron noted. "She's playing strategically! If she slowly eases into showing her memory, I'd look realistic. First it would be names, then memories, then she'll remember everything. By what she's planning, once she remembers everything, she'll be far enough in the game that the odds are higher of her winning."
"Lindsay is very smart when she needs to be," Duncan added. "Thinking back to the fourth episode, she was even quite scary."
"Lindsay even busted through a window!" Dakota exclaimed. "We all thought that was going to be a phase, but that's hardly the beginning."
"Well looks like we've already transitioned into the cast discussing the game!" Don said. "So, to continue on with the Lindsay conversation, who thinks that she has the potential to win?"
"There's no way!" Amy yelled. "She's dumb! Could you imagine her getting to the finale? NO! You can't, because it's so absurd."
"Could you please run away like Dave did?" Jen asked. "You're going to kill my last brain cell!"
"Well it's your fault that you killed the rest." Amy remarked, receiving a glare from Jen.
Jen stopped glaring at Amy then turned to Tom. "I'm going to strangle her."
"I got this." Eva intervened. "Amy, shut your trap before I shut it for you! You're just salty because your prettier twin sister got into the show and you didn't! The next time something negative comes out of those dry red lips of yours, I will take my bare hands, grab your greasy hair, and slam you into the wall! Are we clear?"
"Crystal clear." Amy scoffed.
"Did you just give me attitude!?" Eva yelled as she pounced on the peanut gallery booth.
Rodney and DJ carefully climbed over the others and stopped Eva from throwing her first punch.
"Eva, it's not worth it!" DJ exclaimed as he put her over his shoulder and jumped down. After jumping her down, he set Eva on her feet.
Eva brushed off her clothes and looked back up at Amy. "You're lucky I didn't actually get my hands on you!"
"This AfterMath is like an elimination game." Jen joked. "Dave came in last place and soon Amy will be following his footsteps.
"Let's shift the conversation topic!" Beth suggested. "What are you guys thinking about Lightning and Jazelle's relationship?
"I'm surprised that he's in a relationship with her." Emily said. "When I met them at the hotel, they were just friendly rivals."
"They've always had this cute type of dynamic." Kitty said. "I really like them together! Lightning might be… stupid… but Jazelle brings the best out of him, and vise versa."
"Athlete dates Athletic model." Sam laughed. "They definitely have some sort of dynamic."
Sky and Jo walked out of the greenroom together and onto set as silence grew in the studio.
"Sky and Jo," Don began breaking the silence. "I think we owe you a proper interview."
Jo nodded as both her and Sky sat down on the couch, next to the hosts.
"I'd like to start off," Don began. "Jo, I owe you an apology. The electric chair was admittedly way too far, and was my idea."
"We apologize too." Beth began. "Leshawna and I have now realized how harsh that was, so we're so sorry."
Jo nodded. "Well thank you, it means a lot to me. I know I took it way too far in some spots of the game…"
"We took it too far." Sky interrupted, receiving a nod from Jo.
"But we all deserve to be treated like humans, and it was scary to thank that if I came out, I'd be treated as a monster." Jo finished.
Don nodded. "Well, we're sorry, so we'd like to give you a chance to apologize, if you want, to some of the people that both of you hurt."
Jo looked at the peanut gallery, straight at Sugar and Shawn. "Look, I'm sorry you guys. Well, more towards Sugar I guess. Shawn, you were just a game move, so hopefully you can understand that. But Sugar, we took your help in our alliance for granted and booted you off poorly. I hope we can become acquaintances."
"And?" Sugar asked.
Jo rolled her eyes and smiled. "You're also still the prettiest pageant queen."
"There it is!" Sugar exclaimed, as a calm rushed over everyone.
"Well, thank you for coming, Jo." Leshawna said. "It was nice to meet you."
Jo nodded as her and Sky stood up. "Thank you, same to you."
Don, Beth, and Leshawna got up as Jo and Sky got seated in the peanut gallery booth, on both sides of Kitty. Jo began the next row, which put her coincidentally right next to Brick.
Jo leaned over to Brick as the rest of the cast talked among themselves, showing no focus to them. "You know you didn't have to come save me like that, I had it covered."
Brick laughed. "Yeah right."
Jo smiled again. "Why did you do that? Even after our horrendous break up?"
"I couldn't bear to see you hurt like that. These people don't know you the way I do, that's why they painted you as the monster."
Jo chuckled. "Is that why you blamed Sky?"
"Let's just say that Sky didn't actually see what was going on until I yelled in her face. After that, her eyes were wide open."
Jo looked into Brick's eyes. "I missed you, a lot. Do you think that you and I could…"
"Jo, we can't rush into that. In fact, I'm not sure if I'm fully recovered from what happened." Brick said.
Jo sighed. "I understand."
Brick took his hand and gently caressed Jo's cheek as he went in and kissed the scar that Loki gave her. Jo softened up and laid her head onto his shoulder.
"Can we try taking it slow? As friends?" Jo asked as she snuggled closer.
Brick smiled and patted her shoulder. "Of course. I wouldn't ask for it any other way."
The camera panned over to Don, Beth, and Leshawna who were standing at the front of the stage.
"Well that's a wrap for today!" Don exclaimed.
"Be sure to catch the latest episodes of Total Drama After Dark with Tom and Jen!" Beth said.
"And don't forget to tune into Total Drama every weekend! Check your local TV listings for more information!" Leshawna said.
"Tune in next time on Total Drama Ultimate for more drama filled episodes with backstabs and lies! Until next time, I'm Don…"
"I'm Beth!"
"And I'm the luscious Leshawna!"
"...And this has been TDU the AfterMath!" Don finished, signing off the show.
