The contestant's slept on the floor of the control room with an alarm set on Sammy's phone to wake up at 9:30 in the morning.
DJ woke up first at 8:47 and yawned, wrapping his arm around Heather who was asleep on his chest.
"Heather." DJ whispered, rubbing her side. "You need to roll over."
Heather smiled and buried herself deeper into his chest. "But… what if I don't want to?"
"We can't let anybody know about this but Bridgette." DJ replied, kissing the top of Heather's head. "Who knows the kind of trouble we could end up in?"
Heather opened her eyes and looked up at him. "That's true. Chris might suspect you're feeding me secret information. Okay, I'll roll over." she sighed.
DJ rolled over in the opposite direction as well but he couldn't fall back asleep with Heather on his mind.
Sammy's phone began to ring, causing her to pick her head up and watch everyone else groan themselves awake. She turned her phone off and kissed Dawn on the forehead. "Good morning."
Dawn rubbed her eyes open and hugged Sammy. "Morning."
Everyone got up and stretched out as Courtney turned the light on.
"Man I am starving!" Devin exclaimed. "I haven't felt this hungry in a while."
"Starving?" Carrie gasped looking up at everyone else. "We don't have food!"
"Even I can't whip anything up with these conditions." DJ said.
"What are we going to do?" Zoey asked.
"I have an idea." Mike began. "There might not be any real food on the island. But we can go to the beach and start a fire. Then we can get some fish cooking."
"What about us?" Bridgette asked. "I don't eat meat and I'm pretty sure Dawn is vegan."
"Yeah, same for me." Jazelle said.
"Don't worry ladies, we have you covered!" Lightning exclaimed. "Sammy and I can go find some berries or something while you guys enjoy yourselves on the beach."
"We don't have a problem with going with you." Jazelle said. "Heck we can go by ourselves."
"It's okay, ladies." Lightning continued. "We'll walk you to the beach so we know where to find you guys, then Sammy and I can go look for food."
"There's no plantation on this island." Sammy said. "Everything is fake except for the berries and those aren't growing without real soil."
"But we can't let them go hungry!" Lightning exclaimed. "What if we went to a fast food place?"
"That was only in the first season that there was a secret food joint, and they took that away after Chris bought out the entire island and polluted it with toxic waste." Courtney said.
"We'll be okay without eating." Jazelle said as she walked up to Lightning. "We appreciate the offer and it's really kind of you, but we'll be okay."
Lightning nodded. "Then I guess we all won't eat. For you guys."
"Oh come on!" Courtney exclaimed. "We're all not going to suffer just because these three have a certain diet. Us suffering isn't going to help their suffering and I won't let your stupidity and love struck heart affect my digestive system! Now who's with me?"
Scott stood up. "Courtney, we don't have a problem with it. Jazelle, Dawn, and Bridge are our friends and we're just doing what they're doing."
"Guys, if you want to eat then get some grub." Bridgette said. "We'll be okay."
"Thank you, Bridgette." Courtney responded. "Now let's head to the beach."
Using the map they had, they found themselves underneath the beach with another map and button on this location. This place led them to a dead end.
"The button says, 'Sand Dune'." Cody read. "I can press the button, unless Sierra would like to do it."
"Huh?" Sierra asked. "You can do it. Don't know what you asked me."
Cody sighed and pushed the button. The roof of the tunnel opened as a hill of sand fell on top of him.
"Cody!" Sierra yelled as she dug through the sand to find him.
"She digs like a prairie dog." Eva said.
"I found him!" Sierra yelled as she chucked him out of the hole.
Cody groaned. "Thanks Sierra."
Sierra jumped out of the hole and picked him up onto his feet. "No problem."
Scott climbed up the hill and looked around the beach. "We made it! We're right where the plane landed."
Everyone followed Scott up the sand hill as Eva threw Cody over her shoulder and carried him up.
"There you go." Eva said, laying him on the ground.
"Thank you, Eva."
"Don't mention it." She replied walking over to the others.
"Now are you guys sure you're fine with us eating in front of you?" Lightning asked.
"Yes, it's fine." Dawn said.
"Dude, don't be so dramatic over it." Jazelle exclaimed. "It's just a fish."
"But are you sure you're sure?" Lightning continued.
"Shut up Lightning and catch the dang fish already!" Courtney yelled.
"Hey!" Jazelle yelled back at her. "Watch your tone. He's just trying to be nice."
Courtney was about to respond but bit her tongue. "I'm going to go find fire wood."
"Goodluck." Jasmine replied. "Again the trees are all fake except for the bark and leaves. So why don't you take the map and look in the tunnels for some firewood."
"By myself?" Courtney asked. "But it's so dark down there and I'll need help carrying stuff."
"Well," Jasmine began. "We all have our own bourdons that we have to deal with when we feel like we can do whatever we want. You'll figure it out, Courtney. You're smart."
Courtney grabbed the map and slid down the sand dune. "I'll be back! And you better be thanking me when I have wood for your fish! You hear me? You'll all crack for some freaking fish I tell you!"
"Why do we need a fire?" Lindsay asked. "It's already hot enough."
"It's to cook the fish Lindsay, not to warm up." Heather said as her stomach began to growl. "But we're not eating."
"But why?" Lindsay asked.
"To show good faith for the others. Besides, I haven't done a 24 hour fast in quite a while. So let's all do it today."
"What about to drink?" Gwen asked. "Are we going to have to go without?"
"We can go 3 days without water." Harold said. "It'll be a struggle but Chris will be here in a few hours."
"So we're just going to go without food and water for a few hours until Chris comes back?" Scott asked.
"We have no choice." Eva said. "But I went to the sitting area earlier and I'm pretty sure they renovated the kitchen, which means DJ can cook us some grub on the way back to Stalakanava."
"That might not be too long away." DJ said as his tracker buzzed in his back pocket. "This thing alerts me about the plane's sudden movements and they just left the Bahamas now and are heading back here."
"Which means we have to know when Chris is getting here. Then once he arrives we need to start self destruct mode and get back on that plane!" Blaineley added. "Let's head back down to the control room, at least we know our way to the surface and Chris will probably land at the beach again."
"How long does it take for him to get here from the bahamas?" Sierra asked. "I'd look it up but there's no service here."
"There's no internet service." Carrie said. "But clearly there's phone service if Gwen and Courtney were able to talk."
"We don't know but it'll take a minute for him to get here for sure." DJ replied to Sierra. "Our safest bet is to get to the control room and wait it out until he gets here. Then we'll start the self-destruct and find our way to Chris."
"That's too risky! The timing must be crucial in order for this to work." Heather said. "If it goes off too early before Chris gets here then we're dead!"
"Let's all calm down!" Harold began. "I have a plan to save us all, please just follow me."
"Can't believe they'd send me down here by myself to get firewood!" Courtney quipped, looking down at her map. "Some people, they really have the nerve huh?"
Courtney Confessional:
"I care about Bridgette, Jazelle, and Dawn. But what's the point of us not eating just because they have no choice. Because if Chris wasn't coming back some of us would still need to survive."
Courtney looked at her map again then at the door she was standing next to. "Weather controls, huh?"
She went inside and turned the light on. "What is this place? Wait is that a thunderstorm lever?" She placed her hand on the lever and smirked. "I'll just give them a little scare."
She began to pull the lever down, but it wouldn't budge. "Come on, please." She tried pulling the lever again, now becoming frustrated. "Work dang it!"
Courtney yanked the lever down, accidentally forcing it to the strongest level. "Oh no!" She grabbed the handle, trying to force it back. "Please don't do this to me!" she begged.
The lever snapped, keeping the weather controls on the strongest thunderstorm level.
"No!" she yelled as she dropped the handle on the floor. She rushed over to the computer system nearby and began trying to sign in. "Password? Oh what would his password be? How about, Ilovemyself?"
She typed in the password and an error message popped up. "Only 2 more attempts before I'm locked out." she read. "Let's try ChrisMcLean."
Another error message popped up, only giving her one more attempt. "Oh my goodness. How about… password?"
She typed it in and the computer shut down. The lights began to flicker the color red and the door slammed shut and locked Courtney in. She ran to the door and tried pushing it open. "No no no no no!"
The red light began to flicker faster and a loud siren began ringing through the small room.
"I've got to get out of here!" She yelled, dropping to the floor. "Heeeelp!"
A robotic voice began repeating. "Intruder! Intruder! Intruder! Intruder!"
Courtney closed her eyes and covered her ears. "HELP! PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!"
Harold led the group back into the main control room.
"So what's your plan?" Trent asked.
"I just have to hack my way into Chris's system." Harold said. "Once I do that I can get my phone connected to the same base as the island and shift the main controls to my phone. Meaning once Chris gets to the island, I can begin the self destruct mode and we won't be harmed."
Harold looked up at the system. "Password? Hm…" He typed in the password which granted him access to the main controls.
"What was the password?" Sammy asked.
"Larry." Harold said, continuing on. "The connection through everything is in this network labeled Pahkitew. I can sign into it on my phone with Chris's password and get access on my phone."
Harold grabbed his phone and downloaded the network. "Let me sign in."
After signing into the network, Harold began searching through the network to find the self-destruct.
"Do you guys ever feel like you totally forgot about something?" Scott asked.
Chris looked at his tracking device and then looked over to Chef Hatchet. "Have you seen DJ?"
"No." Chef answered sharply. "Why did you even pick me up from the Bahamas? I was having fun."
"Because I need you here. I miss having someone to talk to who gets me." Chris insisted.
"No, you miss one sided friendships where you can unload all of your crap and show no sympathy." Chef replied.
"How sweet of you." Chris glared. "So, how's the show?"
"The third season has been renewed and they want you to come shoot an episode. But I'll let them know you're busy." Chef replied.
"NO, DON'T!" Chris exclaimed. "I'll carve time out and give the contestants a break."
"That's nice of you, Chris. But I don't want you on set if you don't want to be." Chef said.
"No, it's okay!" Chris said. "I'd really like to appear on the show and I think it'll be great for us to rekindle our friendship."
Chef smiled. "Thank you, Chris. We're filming in three days."
"Then I will be there!" Chris nodded.
Water began to seep under the door and into the room Courtney was in and it was fast! The water quickly rose to her feet and she began to panic more.
"Intruder! Intruder! Intruder! Intruder!..."
"Oh my god! Water!?" Courtney yelled. "I'm so sorry for everything I've done! I've been such a horrible person!"
"Intruder! Intruder! Intruder! Intruder!..."
"I was wrong! I used Scott and Duncan and it's a miracle that Scott still wants me! Please help me!" Courtney cried.
"Hey, what is that yellow warning sign for?" Heather asked, pointing to the monitor.
Harold looked up at the screen and zoomed in. "That's the weather control. And it looks like something was triggered there."
"Can you fix it?" Gwen asked.
"Yeah, I just have to click on it… and sign in!" Harold said.
"Intruder! Intruder! Intruder! Intruder!"
Courtney sat in the water which was up to her knees and cried. "HELP! PLEASE! I DON'T WANT TO DIE LIKE THIS!"
"Intruder! Intru…der…"
The voice stopped calling out and the red lights stopped flashing, causing Courtney to shoot up to her feet. The door then swung open, almost hitting Courtney but knocking her down due to the wave it made.
"I'm free!" Courtney exclaimed as she wiped her tears away. Now soaking wet, she stood back up and tried her hardest to get back to the beach.
Courtney Confessional:
"That was one of the most traumatic experiences I've ever had. Duncan, I'm sorry for everything that happened between us and I hope to remain friends with you after this is all over. Jo and Sky, I will forgive you with my whole heart and I'm sorry our feud hurt others. And to everyone else I may have hurt, I am sorry as well. Life is too short to not change your flaws!"
"G-guys… we have a situation!" Zoey said standing by the door.
"What is it?" Cody asked.
"There's water seeping through the door and it's starting to flood the room!" Eva exclaimed. She opened the door and grabbed Harold's arm. "Protect that phone of yours at all costs! We need to get out of here."
Everyone rushed out of the room and looked down the hallway, seeing a small wave of water coming at their feet.
"How did this happen?" Carrie yelled.
"Something must've happened in the weather control room causing the warning sign! This flood and possibly thunderstorm was probably the reason!" Harold yelled.
"Then go back in there and fix it!" Blaineley exclaimed.
Harold went back into the control room, followed by the rest of the group. First he went to the camera settings to see what was going on inside of the room.
"It looks like that lever was broken." Harold said.
"Wait." Heather said, zooming into the weather controls. "Isn't that the map we gave Courtney?"
"COURTNEY!" Scott yelled. "We forgot Courtney!"
"How do you stop it?" Sammy asked.
Harold exited from the cameras and went back to the main screen. He clicked on the room and another error popped up.
"You have activated the deadly thunderstorm level. If the lever stops working, you must push the button underneath the weather control system board and then type in McLean's password. If McLean's passwords are entered wrong 3 times, the weather system will continue the storm and the button will not work." Harold read.
"Meaning we can't stop it unless we get there!" Jazelle yelled. "Our best bet is to get out of here, but how are we going to do that?"
"Quick! Follow me!" Jasmine exclaimed. She ran outside of the room and pressed the closest button, causing another tree to fall down to the tunnel. "Quick, climb up!"
Everyone climbed up the tree and back to the surface of the island.
Lightning and DJ helped pull Jasmine up.
The contestants looked up, as the Jumbo Jet flew over their head and towards the beach.
"That's Chris!" Scott exclaimed.
A loud crack of thunder roared as a lightning strike hit a nearby tree, causing it to ignite and fall over in front of them. The rest of the dead nearby trees also ignited and a forest fire began.
Harold began to lose signal from the control room.
"Be careful everyone, and stay together!" Eva exclaimed.
"Hurry up, Harold!" Gwen exclaimed, grabbing his wrist. This sudden force caused his phone to fall and break on a rock. A loud siren began to ring throughout the island.
"10 minutes until implosion! Repeat! 10 minutes until implosion!" The voice looped.
"Goog going, Gothy!" Blaineley yelled.
Another tree snapped and fell to the ground right in front of the group.
"We can deal with this later!" Devin yelled. "We need to go, now!"
10 Minutes Left
At this point, Courtney was swimming in the water as it rose halfway in the tunnel. She could hear the siren ringing and began swimming harder and faster.
"This is all my fault!" She cried out.
She passed by the tree that Gwen fell on, but it was too high for her to try to get back up the surface from.
"I gotta keep going! If I don't get out of this place, I will drown!" She whimpered.
8 Minutes Left
Chris stepped off the plane. "Chef, I think the contestants are trying to blow up my island!"
"Isn't that what you wanted?" Chef asked.
"Shh!" Chris demanded. "You have to act with me."
"Oh… I can't believe those kids did this to the island!" Chef exclaimed.
"But their tracker is still here!" Chris exclaimed. "And it's moving our way! We have to save them!"
"What should we do?" Chef panicked.
"Tell the pilot to get ready for take off again, just don't let him leave until all of us are on the plane!" Chris yelled.
"I see the plane!" Trent yelled from the distance.
"CHRIS!" Heather called.
"Hurry up!" Chris yelled, as the contestants ran out of the forest fire. "Load onto the plane."
Scott stopped and looked around as everyone else loaded onto the plane. "Where's Courtney?"
"SHE'S NOT WITH YOU?" Chris panicked. "That's another lawsuit just waiting to happen!"
"I have to find her!" Scott yelled.
"I'll help you!" Bridgette exclaimed. "I have lifeguard training."
4 Minutes Left
"Help!" Courtney yelled as she continued swimming, getting closer to the beach opening. The water had risen up to her neck and in a couple of minutes, she'd be drowned by it if she couldn't escape in time.
"Courtney!" Scott and Bridgette called.
"Guys!" Courtney called with her voice shaking. "I'm so sorry!" She cried.
"It's okay, baby!" Scott said comforting her. "We're going to save you."
"Don't stress, Courtney. I'm a certified lifeguard." Bridgette said, grabbing her carefully. "Don't fight me, stay calm Courtney."
"Okay." Courtney replied, allowing Bridgette to help her. Bridgette swam backwards, holding Courtney as Scott followed them from behind.
"I'm sorry for everything!" Courtney sobbed. "I can't believe what I've done."
2 Minutes Left
"Courtney! Scott! Bridgette!" Sammy called.
"Sammy!" Dawn called. "Come on, get on the plane, babe!"
"No! I have to stay and make sure they're okay!" Sammy said walking away from the plane.
Dawn grabbed her arm. "I can't let you! I know you have a big heart and I love that about you! But them dying would leave me devastated, but I could never go on if you died."
Sammy grabbed Dawn's arm and sighed. "Okay. I'll stay here."
"Don't take off! Don't take off!" Scott yelled, holding Courtney in a bridal carry.
"60 seconds until implosion! Repeat! 60 seconds until implosion! 59.. 58… 57… 56…"
Sammy and Dawn loaded back onto the plane with the others and Scott, Bridgette, and Courtney ran up.
"DJ!" Bridegette called. "Come get Courtney!"
DJ appeared at the edge of the plane. "Pass her up here!"
"31… 30… 29… 28…"
Scott handed Courtney up to DJ as Courtney coughed up some water. Sammy and Dawn helped Bridgette up first, and then Scott.
"20… 19… 18… 17…"
"Begin lift off!" Chris screamed over the phone to his pilot. "Begin lift off!"
Scott and Sammy slammed the door of the plane shut and locked it.
"8… 7… 6… 5…"
The plane lifted up and away in a few seconds.
"2… 1… The island will now implode!"
Pahkitew Island caved into itself, sinking down to the bottom of the ocean floor. Leaving everyone on the show, safe on the plane.
