Devin and Carrie ran through the forest and all around the island, where they ended up right back at the beach where Dawn and Scott were
"Devin, what is going on?" Carrie laughed, catching her breath. "This brings me back when we used to play tag at the playground."
Devin smiled at that comment and walked behind her. "I'm glad you're feeling nostalgic! Let me cover your eyes real quick because I have a surprise for you."
Carrie snickered. "Okay!"
Devin covered her eyes and led her further down the beach.
"I'm excited!" Carrie exclaimed.
Devin smiled and removed his hands. "You can look now!"
Carrie opened up her eyes and gasped. "Oh my goodness! Is that my old kiddie pool?"
"Well, your old kiddie pool is long gone. But this is the same size and model as your old one!"
Carrie smiled and kissed him on the cheek. "I love it! But I don't have my bathing suit on!"
"Go get changed!" Devin exclaimed, hugging onto her. "I already have mine on underneath."
"Okay! I'll be right back!" Carrie said, before walking back to her cabin to get changed.
Cody sat with Sierra at the lunch table. Most people sat outside with their lunch and enjoyed the show of Mike's happiness. His personalities were both helpful and funny when used carefully.
"So, Sierra." Cody began. "I've been thinking about it, and our friendship has been really great recently."
"You think?" Sierra asked. "I'm so glad to hear that! I've been trying to step back a little bit because I know that's what you want from me."
"Well if I'm being honest, I think I miss the attention." Cody said. "But it wouldn't be fair to you if I used you to give me attention."
"I'm okay with that! I can give you all the attention you want!" Sierra exclaimed.
"No Sierra, I was thinking of something different." Cody insisted.
"Really? Like what?" Sierra asked. "Wait… do you mean what I think you mean? Because if you mean what I mean… I mean I don't know how I'd react! I mean, I've been waiting for this moment for so long! I mean… what do I mean? Wow! Oh my goodness… I mean this can't be real.."
Cody leaned in and kissed Sierra on the cheek, which made Sierra stop talking.
Sierra looked at Cody and gasped. "You can talk now."
"Sierra, you've given me a lot and after all of these years with us being around each other, I don't think my life could get back to normal without you in it. You are my new normal and I'm not upset with that at all! In fact, I'm happy you're in my life!"
Sierra blushed. "Really?"
"Yeah! Sure you're different from any other girl I've liked, but you're Sierra and I like you! I like you Sierra. I've taken your love for granted for too long, but that stops now." Cody said, taking her hand in his. "I hope you can forgive me. Because you're so nice and pretty and I don't ever want to lose you."
Sierra smiled and kissed him on the lips, causing Gwen, Trent, Bridgette, Heather, and Harold to notice. They were the only people still in the Main Lodge.
"Well it's about time!" Heather exclaimed. "Five bucks, Bridgette."
Bridgette rolled her eyes and handed the money to her.
"You guys have been betting on our relationship?" Cody asked, as he looked over to the group.
"It's been years!" Bridgette exclaimed. "We had this bet made for a while."
Sierra blushed and held Cody's hands tighter. "See, it wasn't just me who expected this."
"Don't be ashamed, man." Harold said. "You just found yourself a girl who will never let you go. And someone who you will never let go of as well."
"Congratulations Cody." Trent said, wrapping his arm around Gwen again. "You too Sierra, I know this has been a long wait for you."
"It was a wait that was long but totally worth it!" Sierra said. "Now somebody take a picture of us kissing!"
Gwen smiled and took Sierra's phone. "Lean it for a kiss!"
Sierra got up on the table, on her knees, and put her hands on Cody's shoulders as she bent over for the kiss. Cody put one of his hands on her arm and the other one caressing her cheek, kissing her and making the perfect photo for Gwen.
"This is adorable!" Gwen squealed as Sierra slid off the table and sat on Cody's lap.
Sierra took the phone and gasped. "OMG I love this! Just like how I love my Codykins!"
"I'm just in… like with you right now Sierra." Cody reminded her. "Let's go slow, please."
Sierra nodded. "Of course we can go slow."
Cody Confessional:
"This is already going pretty fast and I'm just hoping I'm not making a mistake! Sierra is amazing and the more we're apart the more I realize how much I need her!"
Sierra Confessional:
"I'm so happy! Cody is finally in lov… like with me and he's not being forced by me. The only thing that could wreck this is one of us being eliminated, but I know that won't happen!"
"This water feels so refreshing." Carrie giggled as Devin rubbed sunscreen on her shoulders.
"I'm glad you're enjoying yourself." Devin said as he put the tube of sunscreen down and dried his hands off with his beach towel. "I actually have one final surprise for you."
Carrie laughed. "Devin stop! You've spoiled me enough."
Devin got out of the pool and grabbed a small photo album that was underneath his towel. "I made this for you. I remembered how much you loved doing arts and crafts with me."
"Oh my favorite! But what's in the book?" Carrie asked.
Devin handed it to her. "Us. This book has 14 pages finished, for the fourteen years that I have known you."
"Aw! It's a collage book! I love it!" Carrie said, kissing him on the lips. "That's me and my granny!"
"She hated me." Devin laughed.
"That's only because she had to clean the kiddie pool." Carrie added. "Wait, why is there a big gap on this page? And all of the empty pages after."
"That big blank part is for our wedding photo. And the blank pages after are for you and I to do together as we grow old and fat." Devin said.
"But there's only 11 more pages. That's when we've known each other for 25 years." Carrie explained.
"If we can survive a quarter century of each other, we can do anything." Devin said, kissing her on the cheek. "Plus, we can always buy more photo albums."
"Yeah, but I won't be fat in 11 years and you better not be either." Carrie laughed.
"We'll see how we grow together." Devin laughed. "As long as you're happy, I'm happy."
Heather walked into the Jaguar's cabin. Eva was also sitting inside, watching her phone with the headphones she had on.
"Hey Lindsay." Heather greeted. "How are you?"
"I'm good, Heather." Lindsay replied. "I didn't think you'd want to talk to me after your outburst. I know how… jealous you can get."
"Jealous? I didn't show any jealousy towards you, nor am I at all jealous of you." Heather stated.
"Why are you here, Heather?" Lindsay asked.
"I wanted to apologise for telling you that we weren't friends anymore. I would like us to be friends again."
"It was your call to end our friendship, seeing how I didn't even know you had a problem anyway." Lindsay responded.
"Fair enough, but I've always wondered... how does one lose their memory after having no head injury? Your injuries only looked like scratches and bruises on your arms and legs... but I stuck by your side anyway. Because I am your friend."
"I obviously lost my memory." Lindsay said. "Because the fall I had off the dock made me regain my memory. Do you remember when that happened?"
"I do. But almost drowning doesn't fix memory loss either." Heather said.
"You have no proof that I faked anything." Lindsay stated.
"Because that sounds like something an innocent person would say. But you were hurt, they threw out your rock."
"I don't know what you're talking about. I don't have a rock!" Lindsay exclaimed.
"Since we're still friends, Lindsay, I think we should team up like old times sake. You and me to the very end."
"Am I allowed to say no?" Lindsay asked.
"No you may not. In fact, the first thing we're going to do is tell everybody what you did." Heather said.
"And why would I do that?"
"Because I said so. You're not getting out of this."
"Well I am not doing it! That's not how an alliance works and since you don't have proof, nobody will believe you anyway!"
"Man, I think you're right! I have no moves left." Heather exclaimed. "But this isn't the end of me."
"Good luck Heather!" Lindsay said, opening the cabin door.
"What?" Heather asked.
"I said good luck!" Lindsay yelled before leaving.
"Crap!" Eva exclaimed, jumping down from the bed. "She didn't fess up to anything!"
"Meaning the recording we plotted against her is no good and only has me accusing her. And we can't do the confessional!" Heather stated. "Because then Chris would know we were snooping!"
"We'll just have to plot against her another day. Today didn't work in our favor." Eva said.
