Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel III. Spring Song OST - Rider vs Alter Saber
No one was making a move. Only two archenemies just eyeing each other with a careful, analytical tone, waiting at least for one to make their move. Everyone who was watching—especially the PreCure Teams and the Nono Family—is experiencing a mixture of feelings at this point that commonly made them understand the gravity of the threat so far.
Hana Nono and Hagumi Kurai were dreading in their hearts as they see this. This was admittedly a flashback, a memory of what had already passed, but still...they could not help but feel concerned for the well-being and state of the young man that they are close to. For Hana, George was someone very important to her. For Hagumi, even in spite of hailing from a different alternative, was still undoubtedly her father. After recently witnessing his bruised state and Nullus' fraction of capabilities, plus the dead bodies that littered on the ground, plus from what they have seen via Nullus' terrifying accomplishments, they could not help but worry.
The same can be said for Shintarou Nono and Sumire Nono who, when they were slowly understanding of George's connection to their eldest daughter, made them concerned more for the young man whose life at this moment in time is in danger. Likewise, Kotori Nono and Anno Tanpopo were concerned for George as well.
One PreCure in particular who had quite affectionate feelings for, Nodoka Hanadera - Cure Grace, was concerned as well as horrified by what she is seeing right now.
What they were all seeing right now was nothing short of a nightmare. The eerie background of a now ruined Garden of Light, the rain that never truly ends as it drops on the ground, and greyish clouds that cover the skies, and the surroundings are generally darker than normal. The atmospheric environment set the tone for this kind of battle. The ruins of a now-dead kingdom and the corpses of all of the fairies that had existed here were seen for everyone to know that...yes...this used to be a place full of brightness and life and light...only for that to be swiftly taken away.
Nodoka bit her lips as she watches this confrontation. Rabirin, her fairy partner that was close to her right shoulder, was holding on to Nodoka as she grew immensely terrified by what she is witnessing. The rest of the Healin' Good PreCure was also horrified by what they are seeing. They just could not unsee what they are seeing. Here was death and destruction that was as blatant as it could be. The devastated alternate future Earth was one of the things that shook them. As the designated protectors of mother nature and of the Earth itself, they had fought against an enemy called the Byogens who wanted to spread dangerous diseases and viruses around the entire world and for the full return of King Byogen who would want the Earth to rule over and total defeat of Queen Teatinu, the Queen of the magical realm called Healing Garden.
...But.
Looking at Nullus Nihilum, they can already feel something very different, something very evil that lurks behind this abomination. They felt a kind of chilling winter, even if this were a memory of the past, they felt they were freezing at the sight of them. As cold as ice, as his yellow irises would bore deep into their souls as it brightens the darkened surroundings.
This was just a memory, and yet...the Healin' Good PreCure could not help but feel terrified for the very first time. The Great Calamity that had decimated the Future, the one who killed most if not all of the PreCure, the one who destroyed various fairy kingdoms and realms, the one who had systematically wiped out all other life in the universe.
What is this monster waiting for? Why is he not attacking right now?
"...Strange," Nullus muttered with a cold tone, making everyone pay very close attention as they all felt on edge. Present George was simply watching the conversation between Nullus and his past self. "Out of all of the realms you would choose to bring me to, it would have to be this particular place that had long since been destroyed so many years ago by me personally, the place that gave birth to the first acknowledged modern PreCure, the one that began the modern tradition before the others came along, one by one. Why? Why is that so? What is the significance behind this place?"
Zi-O was not responding. He has absolutely nothing to say to this monster who had killed so many people, including the PreCure.
"...Wait, why exactly did you force him into the Garden of Light, George?" Hikari Kujou would ask the young man who was still watching.
"...Because the place is well known to be where the light of the universe stood firm like a foundational rock," George explained simply with a respectful and solemn tone. "Your realm is a very special kind of place in our local cosmos, the most ancient among all of the realms, the one whose entire foundation existed within the light and hinges on the balance. And...this was where the PreCure were virtually at their strongest..."
"Wait, surely you don't mean?!" Hikari Kujou became surprised and intrigued, raising her eyebrows.
"Eh, what is it, Hikari-chan?" Nagisa Misumi asked, not following the conversation.
"...Wait," Nullus slightly widened his eyes in interest. "...Yes, I see, of course. You plan to draw out the power of light in this place. Yes, this place is rather unique to the universe. Even with the darkness that clouds everything, there would potentially be some light energy left. In other words, you act like a conductor. For all I know, during our fight, you have just saved enough remnant energy just for this particular occasion. ...And yet," Nullus became a bit thoughtful. "I feel that this is not all of your plans against me."
At the same time, Zi-O's helmet has his clock hands glowing and turning. Now, he was making use of his foresight to observe possible future probabilities. His stance became steady as he lightly drags his right foot to the back while the left was still placed to the front and holding his Saikyo Girade with a firm forward position. The rain that was falling down was acting like a kind of backdrop when the drops would fall down on him as his body glowed with a pinkish aura. The Future Cure Yell icon from his Ridewatch was becoming a little luminescent.
Light memories come, memories of a Future Hana Nono and a Future George Kurai at a glimpse were seen by all of the PreCure, if only a bit briefly. They look so happy, Hana Nono thought to herself.
Nullus noticed the sudden burst of an influx of asu power and a unique kind of temporal energy. He could not afford to wait as he raised his right hand, one that made Hana Nono and Hagumi Kurai felt their heartbeat stop in dread when they see him ready to attack the Past George Kurai, would fire a sudden pink energy beam attack that would be straightforward and precise, very fast to the point where, if it were not for Present George Kurai making sure to let the PreCure and most of everyone else see the fast motion attack via his memory timeline viewing, would not be seen at all, like it was a tiny blur.
...But then.
...Zi-O somehow anticipated that as he swung his blade downward left that parried the beam and sent it back towards Nullus who dodged it at the last second with slightly wide-open eyes, one that was full of interest.
Interesting, Nullus thought. Then he fired more beams from his right hand. All of them were parried by Zi-O, intercepting it before hurling back towards Nullus at undecipherable speed, only for Nullus to dodge them all. Zi-O made sure to tighten the grip of his blade, his eyes narrowing with a magenta-colored flash. And then, both combatants would make for each other. The impact of Zi-O's swing would make a sudden shockwave that made the nearby raindrops suddenly form an arching pattern. The sword would be blocked by Nullus' crossed elbows, with yellow irises narrowed that flashed in the cold, darkened surroundings.
And then, more swipes and strikes, followed by numerous punches and kicks. Zi-O dodges a clawed attack from Nullus' left hand before he begins to aim his sword at his lower waist in order to try to cut him down, only for Nullus to teleport and switch positions, then firing a devastating red butterfly horde beam, with red deadly butterflies coming near him, only...
...Time stopped. Time stopped everywhere. Nothing was moving. The rain, the red butterfly horde that spelled doom, the wind, nothing. And Nullus noticed it due to being a temporal anomaly of his own and due to the programming that he had received so many years ago, allowing him to be immune to temporal effecting attacks. Nullus noticed Zi-O right behind him, but it came too late as a sudden attack from the front would send him flying like a baseball bat, making him grunt.
...Then time itself would be resuming once more.
As he reaches more than a hundred meters away from the sky. Zi-O intercepts and fires a large pink energy wave from the palms of his hand, striking Nullus down and making him crash to a hill, with an explosion accompanying it. Nullus was not out yet. He may be lying on the ground, but he is far from being beaten. He raised his hands and a group of flower petals would materialize from all directions and are all aimed at Zi-O. Zi-O did not even move as the horde of flowers was getting too close.
"Ah! Watch out!" Saaya Yakushiji exclaimed while watching, showing an expression of worry.
But as the second the flowers all gathered in a create an explosion so vast that it lit up the sky like a burning ball of flames, Zi-O suddenly comes in front of him and punches him, whether on the face or in any other weak point. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. And at least one hundred more punches that were so sudden and violent, deadly and filled with the many frustrations that he had been building up for this moment.
All Zi-O felt at that very moment was darkness and the comforting brightness that he can feel at this particular moment due to the history of Future Cure Yell contained in this Zi-O II Ridewatch, it made him even more angry, but it was also full of sadness and regret, having felt a kind of loss that he would never think to have felt again. He can still remember the very moment that he had failed to save the Future Cure Yell. He can still see her lying figure on the ground, lifeless but seemingly at peace even in spite of her wounds.
"RRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"...!"
Every one of the PreCure and the fairies were very shaken and troubled as they see the terrible anger of the Past Zi-O, seeing him pummeling Nullus with everything he has. In fact, they can see what appeared to be blood, a different color that showed a mixture of green and purple, coming out from his mouth when Zi-O punches him brutally on the torso with no mercy and no holds barred. And then, they would see Nullus blocking the right fist and twisting it a bit upwards, causing Zi-O to feel immense pain as he screamed.
"KKAAAAAHH-OOF!:
Many, including the Nono Family, especially Hana Nono and Hagumi Kurai who were watching, gasped in horror. Then they see Nullus pushing back for several meters with his right hand. But Zi-O wasn't finished. As he was dashing backward, he fired multiple pink energy beams that made Nullus on the defensive, blocking them all and redirecting them all to wherever direction, hitting the lifeless rocks and the dead soil.
And then, Nullus would suddenly notice an energy attack on his back, sending him backwards. Geiz had come once again after getting violently punched by Nullus a few moments ago, donning the Goku Mode Armor once more, and this time he was performing punches and kicks in a furious manner, which made Nullus on the defensive. Zi-O teleported as he gave a hand and attacked from the other side. Now Nullus had no other alternative but to defend himself as he parried blow after blow. Even as he was teleporting, Zi-O and Geiz were now putting more effort into their movements and were creating instant shockwaves that were shaking everything.
Nullus shoved Geiz back by using his elbow, sending him back a few meters before repositioning himself and fires multiple energy beams at Nullus who had been conjuring a large red-colored shield. Now that he sees the beams just five meters near his location, Nullus would unleash a burst of white and black lightning that would evaporate the energy beams.
But Zi-O begins to summon multiple Zikan Girades from the upward direction and were now hitting Nullus head-on and even somewhat scratching him even as he blocked multiple numbers of these blades that were summoned. It still would not be enough, both Zi-O and Geiz thought grimly. Making him bleed was one thing, but that was far from a victory. In fact, it would only embolden the monster.
And afterwards, a sudden explosion occurred, sending Zi-O and Geiz being flown backward. Then...two versions of Nullus Nihilum were now in hot pursuit as they throw the first punch, but Zi-O and Geiz countered it with their own. And a series of slashes, punches, and kicks began again.
Zi-O would be on the ground, teleporting himself there. But Nullus was waiting for him at that exact moment as he would give Zi-O a strong kick to the torso, sending him crashing to the dead ground for a few ten meters. There were corpses of the once-alive inhabitants of the Garden of Light nearby. And then, there was a dangerous combination of violent energy, one that had the form of butterflies flying in order to attack the designated prey - Zi-O. Then he noticed something...Thunder would now react violently from the skies. They were becoming more ominous as he can see many of the raindrops stopping and now forming a type of whirlpool that would try to engulf Zi-O from above. And then, he would also notice a large...piece of ground that seem to cover about an entire piece of land of about a few meter blocks was now being hurled towards him, and there were five of them coming down on him.
"...What..." Love Momozono would mutter with eyes widened at what appeared to be quite an overkill offensive just to take Zi-O down.
...And then, everything stopped. Zi-O managed to stop time once again. However, something was wrong. The projectile objects that stopped for just a moment...was now moving toward him again. Zi-O tried his best, gritting his teeth, as he can sense the psychic push from his opponent, trying to dislodge the objects from stop time and was slowly succeeding.
"Did you somehow forget, Toki no Ouja?" Nullus' voice would be heard before the projectile movements would start again, making everyone shudder. His eyes were cold and calculating, sharp as a hawk. "Although I have doubts that you have, may I simply remind you of one thing. I am Nullus Nihilum. The absolute value of zero time is under my domain to command as preprogrammed by my late creator. Time bows to me."
At the same time, Zi-O would make a formal stance and raise his sword, pressing the handle.
ZI-O SAIKYOU! HAOU GIRI!
He would move back as he puts his charged-up sword forward and begins to unleash a wave of magenta-colored energy that had the image of two clock hands swirling across multiple directions, creating a furious amount of explosions that would send the projectiles off course. And then, Nullus suddenly appeared, making punches and kicks to the head, torso, waist, and other potential weak points which were all countered by Zi-O as he parried them with his hands, feet, and sword. Sparks furiously flew as the tremors of their punches and kicks were felt.

And then, the memory would turn static as yet another scene was occurring at the exact same time as when Zi-O and Nullus were fighting.
"...Eh?!" Everyone of the PreCure Teams muttered in surprise as they see someone standing in the distance of a nearby hill.
He was a young man that appeared to be the same age as Zi-O and Geiz, with blond hair wet by the rain and was being blown by the wind and blue-purple determined eyes. He was wearing a white dree shirt that has three buttons in the middle with a red necktie tied at his collar, and accompanied by a red blazer covering his dress shirt. He was also wearing greyish brown pants and white striped socks with brown shoes. There were also red wrist sweatbands found on both of his wrists and black and white fingerless gloves.
"...?!" Hikari Kujou would slowly widen her eyes as she seem to recognize the young man, even though he looks a bit older than the one she was familiar with. There was no mistaking it. She recognized the very familiar presence of this person, the power that lay dormant inside of him, and yet seemingly has something else from within him.
"M...Masaka..." Hikari muttered in shock, as she and every one of the Futari wa PreCure, except for Kiriya who only look on with a grim expression, looked at Present George who can only look back at them with a sad smile, nod in confirmation of their suspicions. Hikari would now turn back and her heart was now concerned to the extreme.
...That young man, the one standing on the desolate hill, with a serious expression...that was her adopted brother, Hikaru Kujou. But why?! What was he doing there?!
"Kiriya-kun," Honoka Yukishiro looks at Kiriya who she noticed carried a grim expression.
"That's right, Honoka," Kiriya confirmed. "That's...Kujou Hikari's brother, Kujou Hikaru, one that is native to that alternate future timeline."
"WHAT?!" both Nagisa and Honoka, and both Mepple and Mipple, and both Pollun and Lulun were in shock.
Now, the young man—Hikaru Kujou would straightforwardly raise a card that has the symbol of a large golden crown that encircles a ruby heart shape with yellow ribbons wrapped around from both sides, along with a red and white cape attached to the back. And he would suddenly have a belt-type card reader materialize around him. It was gold in color, with a ruby-shaped heart in the center. And then, he would mutter a word that Hikari and many others that know him would never think to hear.
"Henshin."
And then, he would swipe the card into the center and a white rectangular forcefield would suddenly materialize, one showing the image of a beetle being encircled with a ruby-shaped heart.
TURN UP! HEARTIEL!
An old male announcer would suddenly be heard from the belt. The forcefield would now head straight for Hikaru and engulf him in a flash, giving him a set of armor. His armor was a combination of a black and white bodysuit with yellow designs. The shoulder pads of his armor have the colors of black (left) and white (right). He has two mantis horns seen from the top of his helmet. The chest had yellow heart markings within the silver torso, all of them were encircling a circular-shaped object. His visor was of the color red, with a ruby-shaped heart design. His mouth was covered with a silver mouth-guard. And then, there was a bright yellow light seen from around his body as it seem to gather energy around it.
"...Wow," Miyuki Hoshizora muttered in shock and in amazement.
"...Ah, this power..." Hikari Kujou muttered in shock as she, along with Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro, noted the great influx of power that lay within him.
"...That's...the Queen's power, mepo!" Mepple muttered in shock.
"...And the Dark King's, mipo!" Mipple muttered in shock.
"...I am Kamen Rider Meian," The now transformed Kamen Rider Meian made a pose that consisted of his left arm raised with a left clenched fist and his right arm positioned to the right side.
"Kamen...Rider...?" Hikari muttered softly in shock. Her brother was a Kamen Rider?!
Then Meian would lower his arms and focus heavily on Nullus who was busy engaging against Zi-O.
"Onee-chan," He would speak with a solemn tone, one that made Hikari Kujou pay close attention. It was a voice that was full of reminiscence and sadness, one that made Hikari Kujou pay close attention. Even more so when flashes of memories relating to when Hikaru Kujou was a very young boy were seen alongside Hikari Kujou in each of these scenes. Hikari would remember these events well. The times when she would walk Hikaru to his school, the times when she and Hikaru were helping out Akane Fujita in her mobile takoyaki store, all of these times, she would remember. "...Stay close to my heart," He said with a resolved tone as he clenched his right fist and put it close to his heart.
And then suddenly, a golden-pink bow that resembles the Heartiel Baton in its bow form would materialize in his right hand. Then he positioned himself to fire. He puts one of his hands on the string and begins to focus on his breathing and his eyes. His perceptive vision can keep up with the speeds that Zi-O and Nullus were utilizing. And then, using his bow, he fired a large number of greyish arrows that turn into bolts of rainbow-colored energy that would rain down precisely on Nullus' location.
The rainbow arrows were fast. And it took no less than a second before they reached Nullus who realizes only too late as he felt the blows of the power of the rainbows that were hurled at him. Zi-O, having seen it beforehand, would move out of the way via teleport, leaving Nullus to crash backward a few hundred meters away.
"Woah! That was one heck of a shot!" Hibiki Hojou exclaimed in shock and in amazement, seeing the devastating blow that was dealt to the monster.
Everyone was in complete amazement at what they were seeing. Some part of them were hoping that there was finally a chance that can be taken to take the monster down. But...
"Unfortunately, he wouldn't be quite dead just yet. Despite not being at full power here, Nullus is not so easy to beat," Kiriya said with eyes narrowed on the memory.
Meian would teleport straight towards a crouching Zi-O, touching him on the right shoulder. "Are you alright?" Meian would ask.
"Yeah, thanks for the save," Zi-O nodded as he would stand up, recognizing the person that was right in front of him. "But in regards to Nullus..."
"I know," Meian agreed on the unfinished implication. "That attack would not be enough to defeat this monster, time remnant or the real person."
And then suddenly, a huge spike of energy was seen from a few meters away. Nullus' aura exploded viciously, his eyes taking a much colder look.
"Why am I not surprised that the little brother of the PreCure that I have eradicated so many years ago has finally decided to show himself to my presence at long last," Nullus muttered.
"Nullus!" Meian exclaimed with a wave of burning anger for justice, pointing with his right index finger. "I will also be your opponent for this day! You killed my sister all those years ago, and since then I have trained for over one hundred years for this very moment when I can confront you as you are, so prepare yourself for your eminent defeat that I will personally deliver! No PreCure or anyone else will die in your hands this time! This universe is protected!"
"EH!" Hikari muttered as she heard this declaration. Wait? One hundred years? She thought out of extreme concern. Then that would mean that this version of Hikaru Kujou, the one from the future, is a lot older than his appearance makes him out to be. He had been training for this long...just to prepare himself against Nullus? Now she worries if only because someone very close to her is now under Nullus' line of sight. If it was true that Nullus had killed her as Hikaru had declared, then she worries more for Hikaru. How can he possibly hope to defeat the monster that systematically destroyed all of the major cities of the world and put an end to most of the PreCure? Even more so, she remembers and notices that this is a Nullus that is not in his full power, just merely a shadow, a temporal remnant, but even so, his power is something not to be underestimated either.
"Bold words, boy," Nullus muttered with an interested but undecipherable expression as he raised his right palm. "But let us see if you can back them up with your actions."
Then Nullus would fire a rainbow-colored blast. Then, Meian would make use of the materialized bow to spin fast in order to form a type of shield that would both block and absorb the energy that Nullus had fired. Then Nullus suddenly appeared and would like to punch him with a mean right hook, only for Meian to counter by blocking it with his left hand. And then, a kick to the torso by Zi-O would send Nullus crashing again before teleporting to the skies and firing white and black lightning, only for Meian to counter by raising both of his hands to absorb all of the lightning.
And then, he would send the lightning back in full force, sending a violent effect that would push Nullus away for a few meters. Then Meian teleports to his location and kicks him from the back. And again. And again. And again.
REVIVE! FINISH TIME! SUPER SAIYAN! TIME BURST!
"Ka...me...ha...me...HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Geiz was somewhere nearby, standing on the roof of an abandoned house, making a martial arts stance that consisted of cupped hands drawn to the right side and allowing ki to be concentrated into a single point. He fires, creating a bright large blue beam that would be fired straight at Nullus who was brushed heavily by the attack, is thrown several meters away as he crashed down to the ground and caused multiple explosions that have him crash from hill to hill to hill until stopping by the tenth time.
A moment later, Nullus suddenly appeared behind Geiz in order to back punch him with his elbow, only for Zi-O to suddenly appear and block the elbow with his sword and swing it to the lower torso multiple times, causing a chain of sparks that made Nullus grunt before getting kicked once again by Meian, sending the monster a few meters down.
Then, three of the Kamen Riders would teleport towards the ground, a few fifty meters away from Nullus who was now getting up and wiping his mouth with eyes narrowed. Then Nullus would clap both of his hands, unleashing an unnatural shockwave that would head towards the Kamen Riders. But Zi-O anticipated this by using his Saikyo Girade and cutting the shockwave down with his blade. Then Nullus would take this opportunity to appear behind the Kamen Riders and Meian would suddenly block the punches that Nullus had done before counterpunching with a bright right fist that had the powers of light and darkness, punching him with a mean right hook to the face that sends him crashing down to the old abandoned house that was a few meters away and continues crashing through several buildings.
All of the PreCure Teams were amazed at this sudden transition. Nullus was now becoming more and more serious, and they can see him teleporting once again in order to deliver a pair of kicks and energy blasts. But Meian, for every single time, blocked those kicks and made a boundary shield that had a tint of yellow before striking with lightning that struck Nullus down before teleporting once again in order to try to form a counterattack, only for a kick from Zi-O to be graced on his face. No matter, Nullus would think as he teleports via the many temporal copies that were summoned. But...
"TOH!" Meian teleported from the ground to the sky and made a T-posed like position and summoned a brightened light. "LUMINOUS FLARE!"
The brightness that was reflected was completely unnatural, something that even Nullus would twitch if only because this was a different kind of light, and because of that, he would slightly raise his arms to cover his sight. And then, a singular Rider Kick was employed by both Zi-O and Geiz who took this golden opportunity, kicking Nullus in the chest, sending him even more faraway from their position, landing on a desolated hill before exploding like a large bonfire.
Of course, it wasn't over that easily as the PreCure and everyone else that was watching were going to find out again in the next second. Zi-O and Geiz were suddenly knocked down by Nullus who used both of his arms to send them away over several meters and crashed on the ground. Nullus was simply standing there and simply looking at the now airborne Meian, the rain pouring down upon them and the light clasps of thunder were complimenting their positions.
The PreCure Team audience who were watching were just watching in subtle horror of what they were seeing.
"What the heck, nyan?! Just what does it take to bring this guy down, nyan?!" Nyatoran spoke with a worried expression, scratching his head.
"That's what I was asking myself at that time too if I were to be honest," Present Tatsuya Kaname made a grimaced expression while maintaining a bit of humor so that nothing get's too bleak. "I also thought at that time, so this is what it felt like to fight an unstoppable genocidal villain..."
Hana Nono and Hagumi Kurai, and the rest of the Nono Family and the HUGtto! PreCure were looking at Present George. At this point, considering what they were seeing, Hana and Hagumi were simply tightening their hug around Present George almost afraid that he might die in this scenario. Kotori Nono was of a similar boat to her older sister and was hugging who she now considered as her onii-chan at this point.
Present George could only look at Kaoruko Hanasaki who smiled a bit. "George...I believe that at this time...you should accept the embrace of those around you now...and you cannot escape it this time."
Meanwhile, Hikari Kujou was worried, seeing her brother, a future version of him, fighting this monster. They were simply just standing there, with no one moving. And then, at the next second, she felt her heart stop as she noticed Nullus immediately too late who was about to punch her future brother, only for him to counter by raising his left shoulder, causing a shockwave that made even the rain form a circumferential pattern that drops from the skies.
And then, another punch. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then another. A punch with the right arm by Nullus, countered by Meian.
