Kairi pov.

I was back at my dorm laying on my bed trying to read a book while Namine and Roxas sat on her bed watching a movie. Even now and then I would hear them giggle or whisper but I knew they were just having a good time between them. I was really happy I met them because I haven't met such nice people in a really long time and to think that I was so worried this morning about coming here.

Oh I did have a party this friday. Some friend of Roxas lived a bit outside of campus and his parents are almost never home and even if they are, they don't mind it that their son throws big parties.

"Oh right Riku are you in for the party friday at Axel?" Roxas asked and Riku pumped his fist in the air. "Hell yeah, I missed my favorite red boy." He said grinning big. "Do you want to go with me, Kairi?" Riku raised his eyebrows up and down at me. "I'm not really the party type." I held my hand up as a defence. "We're all going so if you like you can join." Namine added and I smiled. Why not I thought. I mean I'm at college so I could have some fun.

So yeah that's how it went. I need to admit that i was a little exciting but also nervous because I never been to much parties. Not without Zack or Rikku and I was the awkward person drinking in the corner till we went home. Roxas and Namine fell asleep and I smiled. I wanted that too but life had some other ideas.

It was still too early for me to go to sleep but also too late to do something outside. so I went for a shower so i could take my day in. I grabbed some stuff and a clean pyjama and went in the bathroom. I turned the shower on and undressed while waiting for the water to warm up. I met eyes with my reflection and I smiled. To think that I was crying all the way here and now I'm having the best time of my life so far. I do hope they won't turn their back at me like Rikku and Zack did. I do hope they won't think different of me when they hear the rumors that spread. But how would they know the rumors? I lived 8 hours away from them not even knowing their friends that lived close by.

I jumped in and let the water run over my body. Yes there is nothing to worry about I said to myself and continued my shower.

I layed back on my bed and Namine and Roxas still sounded very asleep. The shower was really nice and I got tired from the warm water. I checked my phone but I had no new messages. The sign was really loud that escaped my mouth and I rolled on my side. Well it's not that I had friends or a family that cared back at home.

The rest of the week went pretty quick and it was now friday. I spent most of my days with Namine and Roxas, Riku would join us now and then if he wasn't busy chasing girls.

I sat in my towel on my bed staring at the dresses. Namine was holding them up for me and kept on blabbering why i should wear the pink instead of the black.

I had a little smile on my face and just nodded with every sentence she said. "Come on Kairi, i know you will rock that dress!" She said while shaking the dress again. "Urgh, fine!" I finally gave in and i snatched the dress right out her hands. I got dressed, and she smiled. "See you're cute!" I rolled my eyes but enjoyed it. She has called me cute altleast a hundred times this week and I don't know why. She just hyped me up, so i get confidence enough. I brushed my hair and decided to just let them hang lose. Namine helped me with my makeup, but it was not too much, just as I liked it. And her winged eyeliner is real fire. She put on a white dress that fit her body good and she had her hair up done. She looked stunning, and i knew why Roxas would date her. She is the nicest person i knew, plus she is really pretty and her mood just lights up the room.

There was a knock on the door. "Are you both dressed?" The voice asked. "I don't mind seeing them naked." An other voice said and we both rolled our eyes. Namine opened the door and reveal a well dressed Roxas, and Riku looked not really different. No matter when you meet him he was always dressed to crash a party. "Wow." Roxas said, admiring Namine. "You look good too, Kairi." He said and smiled. Namine and i did a little twirl and bust out laughing. "I'm so lucky to have you." He wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her softly on the forehead. "Hey, don't be so nice kairi feels left out." Riku said and took this as an opportunity to hug me. "Stop, I won't get jealous that easily, i think it's really cute." I unwrapped his arms from my hips and he pouted. "But, i want to hug you." He said with the best puppy eyes he could. I taped his nose. "No." I whispered and rushed after Namine and Roxas leaving Riku dumbfounded but soon chasing after us.

They weren't lying when they said it was right outside of campus. We walked towards a really nice big house. Damn, how rich are his parents? They even had there own driveway and fountain in the front yard. Roxas walked straight to the big door. I tried to take the whole thing in but i think I looked like a tourist for the first time on a vacation. Eyes almost falling out, spinning around and pointing at everything. It was just like one of those movie houses, you know the one they always use for the rich kids. I just realized, this Axel guy was one of those kids.

Roxas pushed the door open and my ears filled with music. I saw people dancing, drinking or playing games. I followed them to the backyard, and i couldn't believe what i saw. A big pool with a jacuzzi! I heard my friends laugh. "Can't believe you're eyes right?" Riku said and i nodded still an surprised look on my face. "His dad is the ceo of a famous hotel and you can tell that business is going well." Roxas added and all i could do was nod to stunned to speak.

"Roxas, my man." A heavily voice said and Roxas got pulled in a very tight hug. I made eye contact with a guy even taller than Riku and his long red hair puled back in a low bun. His green eyes eyed me up and down. "Well hello, who is this good looking chick." He said. Oh great a second Riku but bigger and older? "This is Kairi, my girl." Riku said and warped his arms around my waist. "Really, the Riku that won't get a girlfriend has tied it down?" Axel said raising his eyebrows. "Yes." He said proudly. But i shoved him off. "He's just kidding, Axel." Roxas said and he let a sign out of relieve. "Oh thank goodness, i was worried for a second." He said holding a hand on his chest. Was it really so weird for Riku to have a girlfriend? I thought.

"Well Kairi, I hope you're having a good time, go drink! Dance! Even kiss a stranger but try to keep everything whole or my parents won't be happy with me after last time." Axel said. "What happened last time?" I asked but when all there gaze land on me i rejected the question. "Some stupid drunk guy thought it would be funny to play with our family heirloom and broke it." Axel said looking mad thinking about it. "So my dad wouldn't let me leave the house for the whole summer, he only let me do chores around the house." He said painly. "Well that really sucked." He added but his face lighted up. "But we're back!" Earning a high five from Riku and Roxas.

I followed Namine everywhere she went. Not knowing anyone beside her, Roxas and Riku but he was already tangled up with some girl, making out. Roxas and Namine kept talking about Sora and Xion and i just stood there listening not knowing the two.

"I tell you, they fought again that's why they won't come till Sunday." Namine said and Roxas agreed. "Is it so bad?" I asked and they rolled their eyes."Kairi you don't want to know. They are dating for a year or so but all they do is fight, kiss, and the other stuff." Roxas said and I nodded. "How much I like Xion, i don't like her the way she is with Sora, always jealous, he can only spend time with her and when he doesn't she threatens him she will break up, and when they're done fighting they can't stop keeping their hands off each other." Roxas said and I nodded. That didn't sound fun at all.

The room was now full with people. How in the world did he know this many people? Then I realized he didn't but everyone just brought someone with them. Namine and Roxas were dancing on the dance floor and I just sat in a corner with two chairs and a table. On the wall hung some family pictures of Axel with his mom and dad and I assume his brother? They all had fire red hair and I smiled to myself. I took a sip of my almost empty cup and I stood up so i could grab another.

"Hey beautiful." Riku said and I smiled. He seemed a little drunk.. "Are you having a good time?" He asked and I nodded. "Good, Me too. See that girl over there?" He pointed at a group of girls laughing and having a good time. "She will be mine for tonight." He smirked. "Don't worry, There's plenty enough for you." He said closely to my ear and I felt a shiver go down my spine. He must have noticed because he came even closer and whispered some more. "I was really happy when I heard you were single, I can have a change with you if I like." I turned around so I could face him and he had a half smile on his face, eyes full of lust and I didn't really hate it to be honest but I didn't like it either. "Well too bad I don't want it." I said a little closer to his face and I heard him chunkle. "We'll see about that." He grabbed my cup and walked away while he took a sip of it. I shook my head. Riku you're a weird person but Namine said I didn't need to worry because he wouldn't do anything if he didn't get permission.

I grabbed a new cup. Threw it back and filled it again. My head felt a little dizzy now and all of a sudden I felt really sad. Missing Zack and Rikku. But anger took over and I felt my blood boil. No screw them, I'm better off now. "Hey Kai, come dance with us." Namine grabbed my hand and pulled me over to Roxas. "Hi, having a good time?" She looked at me with a smile and Roxas laid a hand on my shoulder. "Why did you look sad a second ago?" He asked so Namine could barely hear it? "Missing my old friends." I said and he nodded. "Well you could visit them if want for winter break." He suggested but i shook my head. "No long story short we're not friends anymore." And he just realized what i told them when we had dinner together with the others. "Shit, right sorry." He said. "No worries."
