Kairi's pov.

I layed on my bed as soon I reached my room. Namine was out with Roxas so I had a few hours alone. I thought about the day and how it went and I couldn't help when a smile grew on my face. I closed my eyes and let out a sign. I didn't remember falling asleep but I woke up to the voice of Namine on the phone. "She's asleep but we will meet with you around six." I heard the other voice mumble. "Alright, love you too." I opened my eyes and stretched my arms. "Good Morning sleepy head." She giggled and I let out a yawn. "What time is it?" I snatched the back of my head. "Almost time for dinner." I nodded and grabbed my phone. I had a missed call from my grandma and I called her back immediately.

After a few peeps she finally picked up. "Hello?" Hearing her voice filled my heart with joy. "Hey grannie, you called?" "Kairi, sweetheart, how is college?" Her voice became a lot softer once she knew who called."yes, and I made some friends." I felt her smile through the phone. "Good to hear but sorry dear I need to go, I'm glad that you're having a good time." "Thanks for calling and I miss you." "I miss you too."

I hung up with my grandma and my mood increased even more in a good way. Namine sat on her bed waiting till I was ready and leaned her head against her hand. "Your grandma sounds nice." I nodded. "Yea, she is the sweetest." Her smile grew bigger. "Well hope you're hungry, it's time for dinner." "Omg, I'm starving." I said while walking downstairs.

We went to the food corner on campus and we sat at the table. Roxas and Riku joined us quickly after and Sora and Xion after that. "Hello favorite people." Namine said and everyone greeted her back. Sora and I made eye contact and my cheek burned up. He warped his arm around Xion and she leaned against his chest, hugging him back. I felt a little hurt seeing them but I couldn't put a finger on it why. "So ready to eat?" Roxas asked and before they could say something I rushed off towards the counter with food. "She's hunger." Namine yelled and they all laughed.

The smell of pasta filled my nose and I took a bite. My taste buns did a little happy dance as soon as the taste hit my tongue.

Sora's pov.

I walked down the hall with my girlfriend. The week went by faster than I thought it would because it was friday already. Tonight is the big party at Axel's house and i'm more than excited. Xion kissed me as soon we reached her classroom and I couldn't stop the smile growing on my face. "Thanks for walking with me, I'll see you at lunch." She walked off and I followed her moves with my eyes. "Come on Sora or we will be late again and I don't want to run another 20 minutes." Roxas shouted from behind me and I shook my head. "Yeah, Yeah."

"So are you two ready for tonight?" Riku asked while changing from his normal outfit to his sport outfit. "Hell yea, I can't wait!" Roxas said while pumping his fist in the air. I just nodded. "I do hope I have a change with Kairi to be honest." Riku raised his eyebrows up and down and I looked confused. "Kairi? Why do you like her so much?" I asked. "Cause she's nice and good looking and I bet her body is hot too." He said while grinning wide. "Oh please Riku, She's good friends with Namine so please don't make it weird." Roxas said and Riku pointed at himself. "Me making it weird? She's the only girl that's not all over me that's why it's even more fun." He never lost his grin and I rolled my eyes. "I just don't understand why you all like her so much or think she's nice." They now looked at me with a confused look. "I mean she's really awkward sometimes and really clumsy." I added and their look didn't change. "Yes, but it makes her even more cute." Riku said and Roxas pulled up his shoulders. "I can talk with her very well so I think your the only one having a problem with it." I wanted to defence myself but was cut off when our coach walked in telling us we had 60 seconds left. We rushed out to the field.

Kairi's pov.

It was friday already and the week just flashed by. Namine and I sat at the table waiting for the rest to join but I heard the boys had sport at the moment so they're later. Just when I wanted to take a bite of my salad I felt a arm around me. "Hey ladies." Riku said and Roxas gave Namine a kiss on the cheek while sitting down. "Hey guys." She said while eating her food. Sora sat right across me but avoided my eyes. I don't know why he hated me but I was getting really annoyed with it. If he had a problem with me he could be a man and just tell why. "excuse me for a bit." I said and walked off without waiting for them to respond.

The sun tickled my face. I went outside with the rest of my remaining salad so I could eat it in peace without having judging looks all over me from Sora. He made me really angry sometimes. I know I was being awkward the first time we met but he treated me like I killed his pet hamster. Always giving me a annoyed gaze, rolling his eyes when ever I tell something and always trying to get my attention while kissing his girlfriend. "Hey, why are you here?" Namine asked and I jumped a little. "Just thinking." I said. She sat down next to me and gave me a hug. "Please don't mind Sora, He changed when he began dating Xion he was never like this." "Well I can't stand him at the moment and I walked away so I wouldn't get mad at him and yell stupid stuff." She nodded and we stayed outside till the bell rang.

Namine and I where in our room. She asked me if she could do my hair and makeup and I didn't know why not. I was making some homework while I waited so I could shower. She walked out the bathroom with a towel around her body and grabbed the dress she choose earlier. I finished my homework and went in the shower. I washed my body and hair and walked back to my bed also in my towel. Namine doing her hair in the meantime and she was now smiling at me. I grabbed my skirt and I sat back on my bed.

Once she was done I picked up the small mirror. She did the same winged eyeliner she did last time but I was still impressed with how good she was at it. We now looked in the big mirror in our bathroom and yes we looked really great. Namine wore a light pink summer dress while I wore a skirt with a red top over it. "Are you ready?" I nodded. "Yes. Let's go." I said as we walked out the door.

The sun was still shining bright when I walked outside and Namine ran toward Roxas. He embraced her in a thigh hug and looked her up and down. "Hey you look really good." He had a small blush on his face and even Namine got a little shy. "Oh Kairi you look good too." He added and I thanked him. "Come on, we will meet with the rest at the party." He said. The walk to Axel house was not longer than 10 minutes and I was still amazed at his house. We walked in and we soon met with Riku, Sora and Xion. Riku was downing some shots not notishing us while Sora and Xion couldn't keep their hands off each other. Yep this was great... "Kairi!" I turned around and saw Olette coming my way. "You made it." She said and hugged me. "Yea, ofcourse." she smiled and waved at Roxas and Namine. "Hey you two, how are you doing?" I forgot that they knew each other. Olette, Namine and Roxas spoke for a while before she walked back to her friends. I met eyes with Hayner and waved. "Hey beautiful." Riku looked me up and down and his smile never left his face. I playfully rolled my eyes at him because I was a little used to it. "I go grab a drink do you want something too?" He asked and I nodded.

I scanned the room and I saw like thirty people, some were dancing and some just talked to their friends. Namine and Xion had a conversation about their homework for monday. Sora was with the boys to the kitchen and I felt a little out. So when Riku came back with my drink and handed the cup I fling my head back and downed the whole cup in one go. "Wow, beautiful and can handle her drink. what else can you do?" He smiled flirty and my head felt dizzy. I was not used to drinking but I wanted some fun at the moment. Xion smashed her lips on Sora as soon he got back and I now knew what they meant. They fought the whole week and kiss non stop at the party. "So who want to dance?" Namine asked.

Xion and Sora have been gone for 30 minutes now and something is telling me they won't be back anytime soon. Why am I so bothered with the fact they're gone? I thought, and with every question I took a sip from my cup. "Are you having a good time?" Riku's voice whispered and I felt a shiver go down my back."Kinda, Little lost in my thoughts." I said and turned my face so we could look at eachother. "what are you thinking about?" He took a sip from his beer and I shook my head a little. About the couple that's been gone for forty minutes now or even longer and I don't even know why. Oh and thinking about my ex best friend and ex boyfriend! "Don't want to talk about it right now." I said in a low voice and he just nodded. "Well whatever it is, know that one day you feel better about it while thinking about it." He side hugged me and I smiled.

Riku and I kept on talking about some things he did this week. When Sora and Xion joined us and Roxas patted him on the back. Riku went to Sora so they could talk about something and I was left alone again. Well not really I still had Namine but she was distracted by Xion. "Kairi." Two arms wrapped around me and I could feel their breath on my neck. I turned around and I met eyes with a very drunk Hayner. "I wanted to talk to you." He said and I laughed. "What is it?" "I'm gonna kiss Olette tonight." He raised his eyebrows and I giggled. "Well hope you're lucky." His grin got bigger and he walked back to his friends.

I was feeling tipsy at the moment but I didn't mind it. I had a good time after Hayner talking with me. Roxas and Namine were now kissing passionately and Sora and Xion made out in the other corner. I was a little disappointed because I wanted that too. I pouted and Riku noticed. He grabbed my hand and pulled me with him. "Come on, we don't belong here." He said and I giggled. "But I want that too." I said with a pouty face. "You know I can make wishes come true, Right?" His voice was low and he got a little closer to my ear. I don't know what came over me but I really thought Riku was handsome at the moment. "Oh really? How?" I asked now moving away from him. His eyes got a little darker. "Yes I can, just close your eyes." I giggled and closed my eyes. i waited but nothing happened. "Riku, nothing is happening." I heard him laugh. "Just say the magical words." I rolled my eyes but keeping them close. "Like what?"

"Just say: kiss me."

I giggled but I did what he said.

"Alright, kiss me?" And with that I felt his lips crashing on mine.

The kiss was sloppy, hot and sexy... But I didn't pull away.
