I got an idea of this chapter, may be hard but sure getting this X-Over thing, hope you guys enjoy this.
Chapter 3: Creature of the Falls
On the opened road, it seems peaceful that two officers in the vehicle simply watching their favorite show opera music, suddenly came out of nowhere a spark of the flash yellowish circle appeared as an RV came out continuing riding the road.
"Did you hear it..." Say the tall officer with a smile.
"I know, she got such a beautiful voice." Spoke to the short yet big dark skin officer, with shades.
In the RV, Eda smirked at the device thing from Dr. Animo's works to the RV, Luz tighten her grip in the backseat, Willow held onto the table, and King shook on the ground. Lastly, Gus came out of the bathroom; and quickly placed a black shirt on him, wearing blue pajama pants, and blue sandals.
"What was that?!" Gus question
Eda laughed. "Ha! It's working, yes!"
Luz looks at Gus. "Eda used Animo's device, turn into a living new battery set of a new mode that Hooty swallow last one."
"Teleport, one of most advance things that this world needed," Willow said looking at the boy. "Finish washing yourself, with soap this time?"
Gus groaned. "Yes, I make sure used that soap and shampoo you guys make me buy. But water is cold now, doesn't make sense."
Both girls sigh, and Luz spoke. "Means runs out of hot water, we needed another wash...you sure we go any place at all?"
"A way to go all places in the nick of time, the problem just needs a whole day to recharge," Eda said looking at the sign, much of her surprised. "Oh no...here of all places?!"
They were startled by Eda's voice of shock and annoyance, they saw water nearby, a big wooden lumberjack with a sign saying 'Gas', and a water tower stock that all of them see the words of the place now they are in, Gus spoke it. "Gravity Falls..."
A secret part of the lake that Eda's known for a long time, down from a full moon to a small, pristine lake nestled in the midst of towering rocks and sweeping trees.
Gus paces nervously in front of a large bush near the lake where the RV is close to it. "Oh no. This is not a good idea. What if somebody sees you guys?
A few trees far, are Luz, Willow, and even Eda changing out of their clothing, the upper spoke. "Just because we becoming heroes doesn't mean we have to be smelly."
King closes his eyes. "So one day without a shower, I usually take a bath with my toys." He hears splashes from the lake, he simply sighs until hearing blurring, and both see a purple small slider that pours down. "You're using your powers?!"
Luz does make nervosuly. "Need to wash our back."
"Hey we need to keep our secret identity, have seen the movies?!" Gus question the other side, in a hushed tone.
Willow only relaxes and has a smile. "Gus, if you're so worried, go stand watch."
Eda smirked. "And don't try to watch us."
They giggled while Gus grumbled while blushing, he and King walked away to the RV, the boy only spoke girlie while walking shake his hip. "Yeah yeah, "stand watch Gus while we blow our secret with our stupid girly habits." Pffft. Hygiene, huh King?"
King laughed. "Ah, yeah." Suddenly, from the hill seeing something falling down, King looks and panics. "LOOK!"
Gus confused, gets hit by a water balloon, he looks up. "Hey!"
From the hill, both see teens; a total of four...goth, blond, a cap, and a fat one. They throw water balloons at Gus and King who both dodges left and right...while they laugh.
"Robbie, good idea man,"
"Thanks...Lee, you got anything left?"
"Naw, the pack is gone...Nate should have grabbed more."
"Hey, I was but Thompson gotta get those chew gums.'
"You promise not to tell them."
They left to go to the far other side of the lake making both boys glare at them until King rubs his paws. "Well, I guess it's time for them to learn a lesson thing or two..."
Gus smirked at King's idea, he held up his watch, turn it on.
The Willow finished washing her hair until Luz grabbed hold of Willow's certain part of her body, making the girl blushes. "Luz!"
Luz playfully moves them up and them. "How on Earth have you got this big?! You must be lucky to develop that quickly."
"Come on give me a break!" Willow whined
Eda chuckled. 'Same thing I did when I was their age.' Look at the shore. 'Wonder what's two boys up to now?'
The whole teen gang plays in the waters, making splashes around until Thompson sees blue light in the water. "Guys, do you see that."
They look seeing the blue light that goes out, they go towards what is it but suddenly a giant creature covered from head to toe in seaweed and algae burst out of the water. "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" It roared at all of them.
They screamed in terror and one of them spoke. "LAKE MONSTER!" then swim away at a fast speed.
On the other land of the lake part, two girls simply sitting on the hood of the blue van, simply chatting and texting.
"So why Wendy, why do a summer job that runs out shack?" spoke purple haired girl, while texting.
"Heh not that bad, is either a summer job or be in a camp Tambry," Wendy said lying down relaxed in the vehicle, and spots the four guys. "Hey man trouble four, how's the swim?"
Robbie and the gang. "Oh man, we saw a lake monster, that almost tried to eat us!"
"It got monstrous vines like the movies man!" Lee shouts
Both girls look at each other and laughed, Wendy look at them. "I think hit the stuff too hard."
"And might drink it for the bonus." Tambry chuckled as they walked into the van.
All three guys try to tell the reason many of the girls annoy, the van drives away from the lake unknown to them...someone does watch them, or say...something thing.
King on the other side, laughing down, holding his stomach, seeing the lake monster going towards him. "Good one Gus,"
The "Lake Monster's" face revealed Gus had turned into Strong-Arms. "I know right? Did you see the looks on their faces? Priceless!" he laughed taking off the seaweed and algae. "They scared...a monster in the lake, how gullible can you be. Come on, let's go before they know we get into trouble." He picks up King.
King was placed on his shoulder. "Yeah, good idea."
In next morning, RV is parked in an open spot, and everyone goes out of the place seeing the sight; Gus tit his head, King makes a confused look, Luz raises her eyebrow, Willow has a puzzled look, but only Eda has a smirk.
"Okay, why are we still in the lake?" Gus asked looking at his caretaker, he was watching him begin to beep. 'What the-'
"I was gonna leave right now but this got me," Eda answered holding up a cut out of today's news. "A whole grant, mama so got get some bottles today."
"Ahem..." Luz said making Eda turn to them, all of the young pointed at Gus who also pointed at his watch the answered.
Eda smirked. "You kids impressed me so well...alright, just waited until midnight and get some photos to come in."
"Ta-Da! It's the fishing season!"
Eda froze, slowly turning to the voice she knew, and thought not to meet him here, all of him seeing an elderly yet built man wearing a fishing outfit with twins a boy and a girl, who both have brown hair. "Stan?!"
Stan looks to see making him surprised and now annoyed look. "Oh it's you, Eda..."
All kids look at the elderly, both annoyed and glaring at each other for the time being, until a certain squeal. They turn to see a twin girl; with long brown hair with a red headband, a purple sweater with a large red heart that has a shade, a light blue skirt, and black mary jane with socks. She hugs King who trying to breathe. "He's so cute!"
"Weh!" King squealed trying to break free.
Luz nodded with the same expression. "I know right!"
Gus held up his hands. "Whoa, careful, he gonna scratch you if keeps it up."
The girl turned to him, her height, has a nice smile, and seems exactly her age. "Well hello..."
'Oh no...not again...' The boy thought, who has a blue and white cap with a pine tree on the front, a red shirt blue sleeveless jacket, gray short pants, and black sneakers with white socks. stopping his sister from hugging King who goes behind Gus's feet. "Sorry, my sister is a little...over the edge, this is Mabel, I'm Dipper."
"Nice to meet you...I'm Gus, this is Luz, Willow, and the one behind me is King." Gus introduce each wave but King hissed. "And the one doing the angry starring contest is Eda."
Mabel pulls away from Dipper. "Well, I mostly have nice and sweet ones..."
"No...huh-uh...sorry honey," Stan said as placed hats on both Dipper's and Mabel's heads. "today isn't about them, it's a family fun time, annoy them especially overloaded hair old lady there." Make Eda grow to her anger.
"THE KRAKKEN!"
They turn to see, seeing an elderly man, who sports a long white beard with a band-aid and has shown the ability to use it as a limb. He has a large, pink nose with a few warts on it, blue eyes, and a cast on his right arm. He wears an old brown hat that he got from a scarecrow and brown overalls which are covered by his long beard. Around his feet, he wears white bandages. He is missing many teeth and has one gold tooth. He is also bald. He simply tosses everything all his path even smacking a sub sandwich from a fisherman.
"THE GRAVITY FALL LAKE'S KRAKKEN, IS COMING FOR YOUR LIVES!" He shouted doing a little dance, finished with a slap on his knee.
Stan facepalm. "Old man Mcgucket..."
"Aww...he's doing a happy jig," Mabel said with a smile.
Gus leans to her. "I don't think that not happy."
Mcgucket towards them. "HE'S RIGHT, IT'S THE JIG OF DANGER!" Gus only goes in front of them to protect them.
"Hey, HEY!" A worker coming out of the building, he's having a name tag that says Tate Mcgucket, spray Old Man Mcgucket. "What I say about sacring my customers, this is your last warning Dad..."
"I got proof this time, back company!" Old Man Mcgucket shouts making everyone interested.
At the dock, Old Mcgucket pointing a wooden small boat that split in half. "it's the Karkken doing! Has muscular body, blue eyes of death, and has the roar of the screech!"
The main group looks at Gus who shakes his head and hands, he whispered. "No, I'm with you guys...why destroy a boat if I'm not here?"
"The beast is resting at Scuttlebutt Island you gotta believe me!" Old Man Mcgucket shouts
"Everyone, stop where you are." A voice said. Then a point with multiple people in blue uniforms pulled up next to the dock. A man with red hair and a beard then stepped up and faced Everyone on the dock. "I am Jonah Melville the founder of Friends of Fish." Jonah greeted. "We've closed the island of Scuttlebutt for an environmental study. You'll just fish in the section of fishing we tape around the lake."
"But the Krakken!" Old Man Mcgucket shouts
Jonah then proceeded to laugh "The Krakken? Not that old fish story. Look, I'm a marine biologist, and anybody who tells you they've seen a monster in this lake is casting without a hook."
One of the cops of Gravity Falls, on their own boat, spoke. "Attention all units we got ourselves crazy old man."
Only results in everyone laughing at the poor old crazy man even his own son shaking his head. "Oh, donkey spittle yeah banjo polish well..." He walked away from them.
Gus looks at the old man with a frown. "I kinda feel bad for him,"
Luz places her hand on the boy's shoulder. "It happens Gus, just let it go."
Stan shrugged his shoulders. "That's happened...now let's untie this boat and get out on that lake,"
Dipper looks at the pictures of the news and even has a reward, the same reward that Eda's wanted. "Dang, if haven't closed the island, Mabel, we could get the reward. Think of it, what will you do, have five hundred dollars?"
Mabel looks up and memorizes what she does with it.
In a wooden shopping house, a gopher in his hamster staring at Mabel who has her own giant hamster orb.
"Not so high mighty now huh?" Mabel asked making the gopher shun, she rolled to the exit only to leave a hole.
Next scene Gus walks to the sidewalk, looking at the phone with a bored look, and heard a voice.
"Hey, Hot stuff..."
Gus turned and was shocked to see Mabel in her hamster ball with a smirk. "You can look, but can't touch..."
The traffic light turns green, Mabel rolls away with a squeaking like a gopher, and Gus blushes and sees her like that, he reaches out his hand and shouts. "MARRY ME!"
Mabel smiled on her face, Dipper tried to snap his sister's daydream, while Gus was with the others.
"So what you guys gonna do?" Gus asked
"Gonna enjoy the sun, pretty good out here," Luz answered with a smile.
"Ditto, the best way to relax..." Willow said
King who holding a toy fish pole. "I gonna get those fish, and I putting them in my tummy." He pats his stomach making them aww at him.
"Hey, Gus!" Mabel shouts startling the boy, he turns to see another boat with a man. "We gonna do a monster hunt, wanna come?"
"I-" Gus said stopping by Luz.
"Of course, he can come with you guys, and also King," Luz responds with a smile.
King was alarmed and got grabbed by Mabel who is excited, she also grabbed Gus's arm pulling him to the boat.
Stan reaches out. "W-Wait kids!" Sees the boat goes off making him frown.
Willow looks at her. "Luz, why did you do that?"
"It's time Gus finds friends his age, and they likely are the ones to do it...especially the little girl who taking interested in the boy," Luz answered crossing her arms, and turned to Willow. "So how's your training?"
In the lake, a certain, Gus and King get dragged in this monster hunter with Dipper and Mabel, owning a ship the coworker they knew, his name is Soos.
"Nice to meet you Gus man, who's a friend of little dudes is a friend of mine," Soos said shaking his hand to Gus.
"You too..." Gus said who wears a lifejacket.
"Alright everyone listens up," Dipper replied all of them looked at him. "All right if we want to win this contest...we've got to do it right think what's the number-one problem with most monster hunts?"
Soos answered with a little panicked look. "Your side character dies in the first five minutes of the movie dude to think I'm a side character thinks about stuff like that."
Gus and Mabel simply comfort Soos. "Don't worry Soos, no one gonna die." He sneaks a beak to his watch. 'Not in my watch.' He turns to Dipper. "My answered got no camera on you?"
"Exactly, for example...Soos be like Big Foot!" Dipper said Soos did the classic picture of Big Foot. "There he is Bigfoot uh-oh no camera oh no...wait here's one, oh no film, you see you see what I'm doing here?"
The others muttered in agreement, as Dipper pulls out loads of cameras. "That's why I bought seventeen disposable cameras; two on my ankle, three in my jacket, four each Mabel and Soos, Gus you have three extras and one under my hat."
"Why to buy this much-" Gus asked
Soos tested his camera that was close to his eyes, thus flashes. "AH! DUDE!" He accidentally throws his camera into the lake.
Gus nodded. "Oh got it..."
Dipper nodded. "You see, this is exactly why you need backup cameras, we still have sixteen..."
Mabel sees a seagull going through her hair. "Ah, bird!" She throws one of her cameras at the seagull, making it go away but also throwing it into the lake, Dipper sighs. "Alright fifteen, okay guys I repeat don't lose your cameras."
Soos looks at him. "Wait, lose the cameras?"
Dipper glared. "Don't!"
"Dude I just throw away two more," Soos responds by pointing in the back of him, spot two floating.
Dipper throws his hands in frustration. "THIRTEEN! All right, we still have third-" He hits his hand on the crate which got another camera that he broke. "Twelve, we have twelve cameras."
Mabel almost throws a camera overboard. "So what's the plan throw more cameras overboard or what?"
Gus stops her. "No Mabel, we're here to get Lake Monster, we need them..."
"Yes, thank you... someone gets it, Mabel, you'll be the lookout, Soos can work the steering wheel, and I'll be captain." Dipper respond
Mabel looks at her brother. "What?! Why do you get to be captain what about Mabel huh?"
Gus fake sadden. "Oh really, well I hoping you were a lookout, they needed a partner..." Mabel froze at what he saying. "I kinda wonder..."
"He is my partner!" Mabel shouts grabbing Gus's arm.
Dipper smiled at Gus giving him a thumbs up. 'Thanks, Gus, know-how keeping her in check.' Then look at them. "Alright, we just lure the monster with this," pointing to the barrel of fish food.
Soos looks at the barrel of fish food. "permission to taste some,"
Dipper looks at him. "Granted."
Mabel nodded. "Ditto..."
Gus raises his pointer finger. "Me too."
King raises his paw. "Meh..."
Soos licks a fish food, only gets coughing out wildly making all four laugh, unnoticed Soos's sonar beeping. Suddenly behind the boat, a cyan shark-like fin came out of the water and was heading toward the boat. Gus and King looked back and saw the fin "Or something found us, look!" Gus said as he pointed toward the fin. "Woah what is that?" Mabel asked. "It looks like a shark fin dude." Soos pointed out. "The Krakken!" Dipper stated.
Then Fin went back into the water. A large shadow appeared under the boat as all of them looked down under the boat. Suddenly the water started to become rough and the boat started to rock. "It's headin' for the docks!" Dipper shouts.
"Luz, Willow, Eda!" Gus shouts even King, that no one heard him.
Both Dipper and Mabel said worried. "Grunkle Stan!"
Luz and Willow, we're sitting on the dock with their legs hanging off the edge. "Aw finally, a peace and quiet,"
Willow added. "And starting to get a tan "
Stan is bored of fishing in the dock, Eda drinks her mug on her beach chair and speaks in deadpan. "Heh don't worry Stan, those kids just fine..." she spoke
"I was hoping they spent time with me," Stan muttered
Eda turns her eye to him. "Excuse me, since when you wanna spent time with kids?"
Stan turns to her. "Hey, I have tried at least to do bonding with them, what's your deal with four kids as your guardian?"
Eda smirked. "Well, I simply look after them, teaching one of them about a thing or two...I good looking out for them."
'Pretty sure that's a lie...' Stan thought
Soos's boat chased the creature from below, as Soos blew the horn, and tried to warn everyone. "Argh...what is going on with them now." Willow deadpanned.
However, when Willow finished talking, a giant creature came out of the water. The front part of the creature's body was olive-colored with the back being cyan. It had big blue eyes and razor-sharp teeth with tentacles in its mouth. The creature then raised its webbed upper legs and completely destroyed the dock launching everyone that was on it into the water.
"W-What is that?!" Luz screamed as she and Willow came up to the surface.
"Totally not Gus!" Willow stated all of them were in trouble.
"The Krakken, it's real!" Dipper shouts as he tried to do a photo. "We're too far!"
"And they in trouble!" Mabel stated seeing action.
"Someone's got to rescue those people," Soos said
Gus makes a serious look, he goes to the end of the other side of the boat. He activated the watch "Sky Beam to the rescue," The boy whispered as he was about to slam down the faceplate, but heard a voice.
"What are you doing?!"
Gus got grabbed by an arm, and turn to see Mabel. "Huh I kinda need to do some-"
Mabel is pulling him to the front. "But missing the action!"
Gus doesn't what to do, she glues at him, can't go alien if they are around him, and he spots King who whispered. "We have no choice."
"Are you sure..." Gus whispered
"It's either that or they be underwater," King states
Gus sighs, he pulls away from Mabel who turns to him. "What, do you want to see it?" Make Dipper and Soos turn to them.
"Guys, I needed to save them from the Krakken," Gus said making three of them look at him crazy. "I'm about to do that make you big surprised, promise me to keep this a secret, can I trust you?"
"Are...sure," Dipper responds and sees Gus nod, turning on his watch. "What are you doing to your watch?"
Gus slam his watch as his body then started to turn into red-scale armor, getting a hood, and even having lots of barnacles. The transformation finish, Gus now has four slitted eyes, and also has eye-like patterns on his chest, with crab-like features on his stomach which appear to be crab legs forming a ribcage. He has much fewer black spots than before. His mouth has a line running through it, his hood looks a lot rougher, bigger, and more hexagonal than before, and he has what appear to be barnacle-like portholes on his shoulders, arms, legs, and hands. He has shoulders that end in shoulder pad-like armor above his arm, with much fewer black markings. He also has three spikes on the back of his legs and seems to have cracks on his arms and shoulders. The red sections near his face are shorter and seemingly connect to his head with silver wire-like sections. His fingers are sharp and resemble dactyls, the "moveable finger" of a crab pincer.
"Hydro Shell…Hey, I said Sky Beam, not Hydro Shell, stupid watch!" He said as he looked sees all three having jaws drop. "I explain later, stay here for safety." He then saw the Krakken swimming after people in the water. Hydro Shell's eyes widen as he saw Luz and Willow in the front. "Luz, Willow!"
Hydro Shell gets his armor face plate on and dives into the lake, he used his hands to shoot out water which goes way fast than now, even surprised by his feet shooting out water. He focused and in a blink of a second, he grabbed the whole of Luz and Willow, places them on his shoulders, keeps blasted his water until goes to the shore.
Hydro Shell looks at them. "You two okay?"
Luz coughing out water. "Y-Yeah, thanks."
Willow sees loads of people still in the water. "But still got loads of water, can't save them one by one."
Hydro Shell looks at his hands then lake. "I got an idea, better go to the trees."
Both girls did what he said, Hydro Shell goes back into the lake, and he goes a bit lower to the surface. He held up his hands and created a full-on water blast that cause a mini-large wave causing everyone in the lake, to ride in the wave, way to the shore. "That takes care of people, now to stop...Krakkens?"
Yes, there are two Krakken but the other is more of a long neck sea monster, attacking another muscular one, who grabbed the crate from a household of lake workers. Then dives down underwater, and the long neck dives in after it, making Hydro Shell confused.
On Jonah's boat, the crew was currently looking over the Krakken. "Get us out of here!" Jonah commanded his crew. A guy in sunglasses then proceeded to drive the boat away from the Krakken as it picked up a boat. The Krakken immediately saw the boat leave and threw the boat it was holding and swam after Jonah's boat. As the Krakken was chasing the boat until resurfaced in front of the boat and roared. The boat then immediately turned around but the Krakken was quick to retaliate as it slammed its upper leg against the water causing the boat to violently rock.
"ARGHHH/WHOA!" Everyone on the boat said as they hung onto the railing. The Krakken then resurfaced again and was about to attack. However, right as it was about to, Hydro Shell jumped out of the lake, do a flip, and landed in front of the creature. Hydro Shell shoots his water blast at the Krakken, going into the Krakkens' face. The Krakken then roared in pain and felt the pressure of the water blast. The Krakken then retreated back into the water, Hydro Shell thought the sea monster gives up.
The Krakken then resurfaced in front of Jonah's boat and ripped a tarp off of an object revealing a wooden crate labeled "Cannery." Jonah then ran up to the box and grabbed on trying to keep the Krakken from taking it "No, no you don't!" Jonah said as the Krakken dragged the box with its tentacles.
Hydro Shell blasts his water which it's boiling hot, and the creature's eyes. The Krakken then roared in pain as its eyes burned from the hot water. Hydro Shell then jumped in the air and punches Krakken's face sending it right due to pain. The Krakken then retreated back into the water.
Hydro Shell then watched from the front as the Krakken swam away. "Thanks for the hands, the water guns too." Jonah thanked the water alien hero.
Hydro Shell opened his faceplate, and look at Jonah. "What's so important in that box that you'd risk your life for it?" he asked.
"Umm...our Equipment, we needed them for this lake," Jonah answered nervously.
"You mean to tell me you risk your neck just to stop that thing from eating your ropes and wires?!" However, when Hydro Shell finished talking the Krakken's tentacle came out of the water and dragged the crate into the water.
As the Krakken swam the watch's symbol started to beep red "Uh-oh. Sorry. Gotta take a dive." Hydro Shell spoke by diving into the water, then started to swim back over to Soos's boat as the watch continued to beep red. "Almost there," as he got closer and closer to the boat. "I think...I'm…" was saying jumping out of the water, and landing on the boat before he could finish. Hydro Shell then turned back into Gus whose face was on the metal floor. "Made it..."
Gus look up seeing all three looking at him with a wide shocked face. "Okay, I got a lot of explanation."
In the mid-afternoon, everyone sees out of the lake, as Tate spoke with a microphone. "Attention everyone, the Fishing Day will continue tomorrow...Friends in Fish are closed down for right now due to what happened, drive home safe."
At the RV, Dipper, Mabel, and Soos now talking to Luz, Willow, Gus, and King who blow his secret too. "So let me get this straight, you the guy can transform into different aliens from the news."
"Yes, all this because wearing this," Gus said holding up his watch.
Mabel's eyes grew bigger. "You are the coolest guy ever!"
Willow and Luz little disturbed by her action now. 'We need to keep her away from Gus.'
"Well since we are honest with each other," Dipper said pulling out a worn-out journal with a golden six fingerprint, with the pure black letter '3'. "This is the journal, it helps guide the weirdness in this town."
"Really, that's kinda cool," Gus said
Eda goes to them. "Alright kids, let's pack up and go."
They turned to him, Luz look at her and spoke. "What, but Eda?"
"What is the point of us staying here, we should leave with the professionals," Eda said
"The Friends in Fish? Eda, I just don't trust them..." Gus said making all of them look at him. "I mean, who's come research here...there's nothing to protect sea creatures other than know about the Krakken, and Jonah really protects that box from his boat."
"Yeah come to think of it, why his team wants to go to that island so much," Willow replied
Eda rubs her temple. "Look, we got things to do...we gotta keep going, we sleep here for tonight, tomorrow, we go."
Stan came in with a glare. "That's a good idea of yours for a long time, come on guys, time to go back to the shack."
Eda looks at him. "Well feel better, we sleep near your place, at least you can do that."
"Fine then..."
"Good.'
Many of them tried to reason with them, but both adults have their minds made up, and they bring them to the vehicle. All of them are separate but young ones... each one of them got their own mind for tonight.
At Nighttime, the household that has signed says, 'Mystery Shack', but the 'S' drop on the ground says hack. The RV is next door, everyone is asleep, well except for certain ones.
Gus opened the door, seeing no one in sight, he waved his hand from inside and comes out with Luz, Willow, and King.
"Alright, we just needed a ride," Luz said then saw something from afar.
They see a golf cart, driving it is Soos, and with him are Dipper and Mabel. "My boat is still there, just needed to get to the lake."
Gar activated his watch. "Good, you guys take the golf...I do a head start!" He slams his watch and transforms into his speed alien hero. "5XD...finally a pick, see you guys there!"
5XD runs off leaving a black and dark blue blur, Mabel was excited and Dipper is puzzled. "He always does that often?"
The girls and King sighs and spoke in unison. "Too often."
5XD made it to the lake, sees the peaceful lake, and looks around until spots the island that is banned. "Time for the little sightseeing."
5XD runs through the lake, running on the water, he made it to the island and looks around searching all over the place, spots the sign, having scratches marks on the letters that say. "Butt Island...hehe..."
He travels deeper into the woods until reaches the deep hill, once made to the top, the dial goes on and turns him back to Gus. "Come on..."
"Don't you know night diving is a dangerous thing, old timer?"
Gus keeps quiet hearing a voice, he goes behind seeing three similar jumped-suits men ganging up an old man with a beard. "Old Man Mcgucket."
"I dive to any place that I found the truth of terror from within!" Old Man Mcgucket shouts
"He's really a screw loose." One of them said
"Can we put him out of his misery?" The third one spoke deadpan.
The leader goes to face to face with Old Man Mcgucket. "Ah, he ain't worth killing since his life is almost at the end. Unless you give us some information. Like, what did you see down there." The man demanded.
"Well, I see things..." Old Man Mcgucket state makes them interested. "It's the bizarre seaweed from the ancient stone of the sky!"
That answer only makes the man punch Old Man Mcgucket to the ground with a left hook. The man then took off his masked revealing Jonah. "Well, I have to be sure," Jonah said.
Unknown to all of them Gus was watching from the water and glared knowing it was him all along. Gus reached for his watch and tried to activate it but it was still red. "Come on, work," he whispered as he tried to activate the watch.
"Take this looney with us. Find out if he knows anything back at the cannery," Jonah told his men as he pressed buttons on the device he was using. "We'll come back later with a mini-sub to snag the rest of the eggs," Jonah added as he threw the device into the water. The device proceeded to beep red and sink down into the water Gus see what was happening.
"In the meantime, I think the boat just got lost at sea," Jonah said as he activate another device and threw it onto Old Man Mcgucket boat. Jonah's boat then sailed away. Then suddenly Old Man Mcgucket's boat was blown to pieces. Gus hides behind the tree again to avoid getting hit by debris. Gus looked at the sinking boat and gets a glare, he looked at the watch and saw it was now blue again. "It's hero time,"
Jonah's boat was speeding through the lake one of the crew members came out of the control area and pointed toward the sky.
"Is that a bird?" the crew member said.
"Nah. Looks like a plane," Another crew member said.
Jonah then looked up and his eyes widen. Flying after them appeared to be a red and yellow flying manta ray with blue eyes. "It's a flying fish! Man the harpoons," Jonah commanded as he saw the creature.
"As if you gonna hit me," Sky Beam said as he flew after the boat. One crew member then got to the gun that was at the front of the boat and proceeded to shoot bullets of energy at Sky Beam, he dodges while surprised. 'Unless got beams instead of real harpoons.'
Sky Beam simply dodges each bullet left and right at a fast speed. Sky Beam shoots his beam from his eyes towards one of the harpoons, the crew member who dropped the gun as it burnt open. Sky Beam then shoots a big beam from his tail to the big harpoon and proceeds to destroy the rest of the guns.
Jonah growled at the creature and proceed to go to the boat's controls. Jonah then flipped a bunch of switches up and pressed a button. Then a bunch of red barrels were released from the boat and into the water. The barrels proceeded to explode but Sky Beam dodged and avoided the explosion as well as a falling tree, all at fast speed. "Got anymore fishhead," he taunted.
Jonah gets angry at Sky Beam again and proceeds to speed the boat up. As Jonah was driving the boat he looked back and saw Sky Beam coming closer, and then Krakkens' fin in the water. "It's getting too crowded here!" Jonah grunted as he saw the two.
He then looked at Old Man Mcgucket who was currently tied up and unconscious. Jonah points to the old man. "Dump the trash overboard," Jonah told one of the crew members as he pointed to Mcgucket.
The crew member then picked Old Man Mcgucket up and threw him into the water, Sky Beam sees this and totally horrified. "Have you guys got some soul?!" he shouted
Sky Beam then dove into the water and picked up Old Man Mcgucket and flew into the air. Sky Beam then looked in front of him and saw that the boat Jonah was on was gone "Of course, a big distraction," he took Mcgucket and flew off.
Sky Beam was currently heading back to the shore and he was just middle of the lake. "Almost there," spoke as he saw the shore. However, as he said that the watch symbol started to beep red. "Oh, come on..."
Sky Beam flashes red, turning back to Gus, who screaming when he falls to the lake with Old Man Mcgucket, but they got saved by a purple energy slide that appears out of nowhere. They go down until landed on steel ground, the boy looks up seeing Luz who casting her spell while Willow holds onto unconscious Mcgucket, as others look at him.
Gus smiled. "Glade you guys got me, I got something to say."
"Let's talk back to the docks, Eda wanna heard it and she is likely mad," Luz said
Gus groans in pain. "Oh, come on..."
In RV, Gus tells everyone about what happened while Old Man Mcgucket is busy looking at a gopher in the hole.
Eda crossed her arms. "So all this is stealing sea creatures' babies?"
Gus typing on his computer. "Yeah...the Krakken's nest was full of eggs. No wonder she's been attacking everything. Jonah must be stealing her eggs," He finished typing and sees what his spot was online, getting a glare. "And I think I know who Jonah is." He shows his screen to the others. "I did a little checking on Friends of Fish and found out it's not listed on any environmental website, But I did find this. Jonah Melville isn't a friend of any kind of wildlife. He travels around the world poaching rare animals, then crates them up and sells them to private collectors."
Mabel raises her index finger. "Is the same crate from the boat you told us?"
"Not to mention, the crate from the household," Dipper added
Gus realized. "Of course, I bet that crate the Krakken took off their boat had her egg in it...the Krakken attack that household has second egg, bet Jonah place there to keep out of hidden."
Old Man Mcgucket got his head from listening. "Weh?"
"We gotta stop him, is anything way to find him, Gus?" Luz asked crossing her arms.
"Well, I heard he's and goons go to place cannery," Gus answered
"Don't worry dudes, my boat is still intact, we sail there." Soos states
Old Man Mcgucket jumped away. "I do something might go help take down the barbarians, no one ever attacks the underground."
Old Man Mcgucket runs off on all fours, all of them leaving him confused and a little creeped out of the crazy old man.
A crane was pulling up Jonah who was currently wearing an extremely bulk and high-tech mini-sub. He was currently holding one of Krakken's eggs. Jonah was then lowered onto the dock and proceeded to exit the sub. One of the crew members then grabbed the egg from the hands of the suit and stumbled back a little. "Careful, or you'll be cleaning up the world's most expensive omelet," Jonah warned the worker as he put the egg into a canister where the other egg was being contained in.
Jonah then looked at the canister and gained a devious grin. "After we sell these babies to the highest bidder, we'll be kicking back on a beach in the Bahamas," Johan stated as he looked over the eggs, touching the glass out of greed.
Unknown to all the workers the boat which had Soos's boat, all of them pulled up to the latter leading up to the cannery. They then started to climb up the ladder with Eda going first.
"See if you guys can find the eggs," Gus whispered to others.
"What about you?" Luz asked seeing him stay behind.
"I'm gonna take down some Enemy of the Fish," Gus said as he activated the watch and hit the faceplate down. His skin started to get red shells and gray with barnacles bursting out of his body. "Hydro Shell!"
When finished transforming the Krakken suddenly came out of the water and busted through the deck. The crew members and Jonah looked back and saw the Krakken as they were transporting the eggs. "The bigger the Krakken, the bigger the payday," Jonah said as he went back into the mini-sub, getting inside it, ready to take on the mother of the eggs.
Some of the men proceeded to shoot the Krakken but to no avail. As the Krakken got closer one of the workers ran away into the building and the other one was slapped off into the water by the Krakkens tentacles. The Krakken tried to grab her eggs but Jonah scooped them up while in the diving suit. The crane carrying the mini-sub dragged Jonah away as the Krakken tried to grab him while Jonah shot at the monster.
The Krakken started to get pushed back by the blast. However, unknown to him, both of them Hydro Shell was swimming towards them. Hydro Shell then shot up from the water and landed on Jonah's mini-sub.
"You messing wrong lake pal? Picking someone your own size, like me," Hydro Shell said as he and Jonah eyed each other down, one of them glaring deep at him. Hydro Shell then wrapped his arm around the egg canister and started to pull on it. Jonah retaliated as he aimed a gun attached to the mini-sub at Hydro Shell. Who looked at the gun and saw it was gathering energy. Aqua Shell kicks the gun off the gun, letting drop into the lake.
The rest of the team currently sneaking through the hatchery by tip-toing against the walls. Dipper then motioned the others to stop walking as they walked next to a door. Dipper then peaked his head through the door and saw one of Jonah's goons reaching for a giant gun that was hanging on the wall. Dipper then made a bunch of figure singles at them, and each one didn't understand what the male twin was doing at all.
Eda grew annoyed and whispered angrily. "We right here, just talk to us!"
Then they saw the man climb up from the bottom of the cannery, he spots them, and all of them backed away as he stood up and pulled out a gun, and aimed it at the two. Dipper then as he raised his hands defensively.
"All right lowlife. We can do this the easy way or the hard way," Willow told the man as he pounded her fist into her other hand.
The man simply smirked and walked up to them as they backed away. However, as the man was walking towards them the Krakken's tail busted through the wall behind him. The worker in the other room heard this and hit a button on the control panel next to him.
"Go high!" Luz told them looking at the hooks.
They jumped up and hung on the hooks above, Dipper and Mabel hold onto Eda's hair much of her pain, and even King gets grabbed by Willow. The hooks then started to automatically move forward as the Krakken's tail destroyed the floor below them making the worker fall into the wall again. The other worker came out of the hand with this giant gun in hand. But as he aimed it at them, Luz kicked the gun out of his hands as he jumped off the hook with the others.
Soos, the last one, traveling to the man. "DUUUDE!"
The man sees a big belly tackled in the face, knocking him unconscious, while Soos is on top of him.
"Is that the easy way or the hard way?" Mabel asked joked as Willow smiled and shrugged her shoulders.
All three were currently staring at the eggs which had fallen. Johan tried to grab the eggs but the Krakken lifted its tail up grabbing her eggs and bringing them to her face.
"My eggs! Jonah shouted angrily as he moved toward the Krakken.
Aqua Shell was quick to jump next to Jonah and shoved him out of the way from grabbing the eggs causing them to fall into the water. "They aren't your eggs you jerk!" said as he dived into the water and wrapped the eggs around his arms.
Jonah then followed as he released the mini-sub toward the crane. Aqua Shell was quick to dodge out of the way of the falling sub. Johan then proceeded to try and punch the water alien hero was able to block it with his hard shell.
"Rescuing babies. Very heroic…" Jonah said as he finally landed a punch on Aqua Shell causing him back and making him drop the eggs. "But not very smart," Jonah finished as he grabbed the eggs.
Aqua Shell was quick to recover as he rubbed his head and quickly swam after Johan. He managed to catch up with Johan and put a hand over the glass. Aqua Shell then proceeded to punch Johan which made him shake in the suit, and dropped the eggs. Aqua Shell then ceased his attack and grabbed the eggs and began swimming toward the Krakken nest. However, the Krakken didn't realize the water alien was on her side and hit Aqua Shell with her mouth tentacle and collected her eggs in the same tentacle she hit Aqua Shell with.
Aqua Shell then saw the Krakken swim off with Jonah following behind. Aqua Shell then started to swim after Jonah. Jonah then released a sound wave from the mini-sub causing the Krakken to cry out in pain as she dropped the eggs. Jonah was quick the scoop up the eggs.
"RAAAGH!"
Jonah sees another lake monster coming towards him his shocked, and tackled to the ground, once Jonah gets back together...he pushes off the second lake monster. The second was about to go on the attack but the Krakken charged and attack it thought hurting her monster, surprisingly Aqua Shell, saw the Krakken rip off the lake monster's fin and realized it was a robot. But Aqua Shell sees Jonah going away from them, he charges after him and throws a punch, right on the back, Jonah yells in pain as his mini-sub, and rockets backward dropping the eggs. Jonah's mini-sub quickly recovered as he and Aqua Shell swam toward the eggs. Jonah was about the grab the eggs but the water alien hero kicked on the glass part making him go down, then he caught the eggs.
Aqua Shell started to swim quickly to the Krakken's nest the Krakken followed him and roared. Aqua Shell spots a large wooden flat ship that happens to be the nesting ground, he and the Krakken reached the nest with the Krakken about to attack Aqua Shell. However, before she did she saw him safely put the eggs back in the nest. Aqua Shell then swam backward away from the Krakken as it laid down and scooped her eggs up in her mouth tentacles. 'Heh, even if it's a monster, it's cute...'
Jonah comes towards eyeing the eggs and swimming toward the eggs, getting his reward. As a result, the Krakken quickly saw him coming and caught Jonah in her tentacles. The Krakken then used her teeth to rip apart the mini-sub causing Jonah to eject. Jonah then glared angrily at the Krakken and pulled a knife out of a pocket in his leg. He then tried to stab the Krakken but the knife collided with her teeth and immediately broke in half, Aqua Shell got a shocked look behind his faceplate. 'Oh no..'
The Krakken then roared at the person for taking her babies for so long, she was about to chow down Jonah but Aqua Shell quickly swam in front of Jonah holding his tentacle's out defensively. The Krakken, upon seeing her children's savior, ceased her attack and went back to comforting her eggs. Aqua Shell turned and glared at Jonah who proceeded to shrug...the alien hero lifted up his fist and knock out Jonah.
At the surface, Aqua Shell swim up and hanged Jonah by his wetsuit on a piece of broken wood. "Hang here, until the police find a nice dry cell for you and your crew," He told Jonah as he dived back into the water. A police boat came by and picked up Johan.
Meanwhile, far the place was watching with the gang. "Good riddance to bad rubbish," Eda stated with a smirk.
"I'll say. Hopefully, the Krakken can raise her babies in peace now," Luz added.
"Well, someone needed to destroy certain photos."
They see Aqua Shell comes out of the lake, the dial goes off as turning back to Gus. "Dipper, you know this gonna happened."
Dipper hesitated. "But...the reward..."
"Think about it, if send it, the Krakken gets disturbed by people who go near her home...do you really want that to her." Gus reasoned with him.
All of them turned to Dipper, Mabel look at her brother. "Well...wanna her keep attacking?"
Dipper sighs, he drops the camera and stomps it. "That's going to reward and a discovery."
Gus smiled. "Good, cause another one that might shock you."
Soos drives the cart with others and follows Gus's direction, they spot a lake monster but the fin is gone and the neck is almost broken. The boy came out of the cart, goes to it, and hit it that's hearing swallow.
King pokes it with a stick. "That's...metal?"
Gus climbs to the top. "Yeah, this one is nothing big ol robot, and I think I know who is it,"
Gus saw the open shut, revealing to be Old Man Mcgucket, he spot them. "Heh?! Oh, banjo polish!"
Willow surprised. "Wait, you built this?!"
Dipper is shocked. "How?"
Old Man Mcgucket look at them. "First of this coop handed up a biomechanical brainwave generator and then I learn to operate a stick-shift with my beard-"
Mabel stopped him. "Okay, why DID you do it?"
Old Man Mcgucket holds his hat. "Well when you get to be an old fella like me nobody pays any attention to you anymore, my own son hasn't visited me in months, so I figured maybe I'd catch his fancy...with a 15-ton aquatic robe in retrospect!" He laughed evilly at the last sentence making all of them creep out until he stop with a sigh. "It seems a bit contrived you just don't know the lengths we old-timers go through for a little quality time with your family."
Both twins look down in shame, realizing spending time with their great-uncle wasn't that bad...he wanna spent time with them and left him out alone.
"Dude I guess the real monster is you two haha..." Soos started making the whole gang look at him. "Sorry, I just like boom just popped into my head there."
Mabel looks at the old man. "So did you ever talk to your son about how you felt?"
"No sir, I got to work straight on the robot." Old Man Mcgucket said to show photographs. "I mean lots of robots in my day when my wife left me and I created a homicidal pterodactyl tron oh and my pal Erony didn't come for my retirement party and I constructed an 80-ton shame bot that exploded the entire downtown area!" Laughed much of everyone was shocked and horrified. "Well, time to get back to work on my death ray." Begun fixing his robot, lifted up his hand. "Any of you kids got a screwdriver?"
King spoke. "Let's forget he says that."
"Agree, so what now...Grunke Stan is probably mad at us for ditching him." Dipper said
Gus smiled. "Well got about five hours for sleeping, got an idea, if you guys wanna go to the lake one last time."
Stan is sleeping peacefully until felt sunlight in his eyes, he woke up seeing himself in the RV with his fishing outfit on. "Huh?"
"Time to get up geezer," Eda said with a smile. "There's a prize for you outside."
"Better not prison 'cause I make you come with me this time," Stan said
Eda glared. "Just got go outside,"
Stan walked out to see the lake, in front of him is the kids and Soos who were on his boat that was renamed Stan O' War. "Kids?"
"Grunkle Stan, we are sorry for not spending time with you yesterday, but today...we gonna do fishing." Dipper said
"Spending time with a real legendary dinosaur right here," Mabel added.
Stan turns his head. "Save your sympathy I've been having a great time without you, make it friends, talking to my reflection I got a run-in with the lake police, guess I gotta wear this ankle bracelet now so that'll be,"
Gus put on a life jacket. "We can have it together, I wanna catch a fish, even King wants to join in."
Soos all of them having smiled, Dipper and Mabel putting on their fishing hats for answers. "Ever seen me throw a hook with my eyes closed."
Dipper spoke with a smirk. "Five bucks say you can't do it."
Stan respond. "You're on!"
Mabel looks at Stan. "Five more bucks say you can't do it with your eyes closed plus me sing at the top of my lungs."
"I like those odds!" Stan his fingers.
Luz looks at Eda. "Eda, it is fun."
Eda sighs. "Ah, well spent time you squirts wouldn't hurt."
Dipper got out a camera. "All right everybody get together and say 'fishing'."
Each one got together to the boat, and pose to the camera. "fishing!"
As so they spent time in the lake; Mabel playfully covered Stan's eyes who tried to put a string in a hook; Stan crack a joke from his book, making Soos, Mabel, Gus, and King laugh while the rest annoyed, Dipper catch a fish, Eda was napping thus making Luz and Gus make goofy faces, Willow held up harpoon that has large, even King did a similar pose to front of the boat that copy boat that sink in the artic. The last one is everyone with a smile on their face in the afternoon.
Now, at the Mystery Shack that RV is running, saying last goodbye to the gang.
"Do you really have to go?" Mabel asked in sadness.
"We needed to see out there Mabel," Luz answered getting a hug.
"We gonna missed you, really exciting seeing those aliens in action. " Dipper said
"And see mysterious things in town," Gus replied confronted by Mabel.
"So, maybe we can do the whole nice long relationship," Mabel said with a smile.
Gus smiled in honesty. "Mabel, you a nice girl cool girl, but I heard you keep flirt every guy you meet." Mabel look at her brother who shrugged. "It just, I not date a girl just meet, can we first be...friends."
Mabel nodded. "Alright, we can do that."
Gus hugged her as she smiled, hugging back, so all of them hugged each other goodbye, for now, he brings out his paper. "Here you guys, my computer comlink, needed talk, or something for any problems...we called away."
As so the RV drove away, the whole gang waving at Dipper, Mabel, Soos, and even Stan came out just in time to see it...the gang go out to travel in adventure.
Honest, it's really long writing this for a whole week, Man making these chapters long...
