I had some trouble writing the next chapter. In the meantime, have a little bit of filler that I wrote to try to build up my inspiration.

After spending some time teleporting the Company through two at a time, buying clothing for traveling in the desert, and buying extra water, it was time to get transport to Gerudo City. "We can have you all transported there," the boss of the transit operation, a Gerudo named Lisha, said. "Without the issue of cargo, you'll be easy enough to take to Kara Kara Bazaar. 300 rupees."

"Let's seal the deal!" Link said enthusiastically. Felix slapped the back of Link's head. "Hey!"

The ride to the city took all day, and the sun was setting when they arrived.

"It may be too late in the day to get an audience with the Chieftain," Hilda suggested.

"You're probably right," Link admitted. Looking around, he spied an inn. "Let's sleep in a real bed tonight."

"Welcome, friends!" the innkeeper greeted them. "I admit, you came at a rather poor time. With this business with the Divine Beast, our rooms are all full."

"What business with the Divine Beast?" Dorothea asked.

"Vah Naboris has been bringing storms to devastate small settlements near the larger towns," the innkeeper said. "The Gerudo there have been forced to take refuge in the larger towns. Sadly, it's a drain on resources. If it continues, we won't have enough room for them all, nor enough water for everyone."

"Hopefully, we'll be able to do something about that," Linkle said.

The innkeeper chuckled. "You would not be the first to die trying."

"And there's no way men can get into the city?" Claude asked.

"Well, there is the Gerudo Secret Club," the guard said. "But you seem a bit too young to work there. You," she looked at Balthus, "you seem like you would be very popular there."

"No," Balthus insisted. "That's not happening, pal."

"Then no, there's no way you can get in," the guard said.

"Leave it," Edelgard said. "It's not like the Company is male-only."

Hilda had decided to visit a tailor, and get a Gerudo outfit. "I love it. Thank you!"

"Thank you for patronizing my business," the tailor, Rhondson, said. "I haven't gotten much work lately. Most vai prefer to shop inside the city. And there haven't been as many voe visiting the city in recent days."

Hilda thought for a moment. Didn't Hudson say something about needing a tailor? "There's a town in the Akkala region in need of a tailor," Hilda suggested. "I could point it out for you on a map."

"Honestly, with sales being as poor as they have been, and with the overcrowding, I might actually end up taking you up on that suggestion," Rhondson admitted.

"Well, at least the spa was open," Dorothea noted.

"Yeah. Bathing with oil instead of water feels weird, but I'm just happy to feel clean," Lysithea agreed.

Sylvain walked out of the men's wing of the spa. "That was...refreshing." He looked at a nearby sign. "Dorothea, did you notice they do couples' massages?"

"They do?" Dorothea asked. "Then sign us up!"
