"Well, I managed to find some food," Mai spoke as she walked into the shop, carrying a bag filled with food, "Anyword on Ben and the others?"

"Bubkus," Bobo replied, playing poker with Gentoku.

"We have not seen any sign of them, no," Rook added, currently working on his Proto-Tool before he noticed a glass bottle with a light-blue liquid in it on Mai's hip, "...what is that?"

"Honestly not sure," Mai answered as she grabbed and picked up the glass bottle, "I found it while I was getting away from some of those pig-goblin things…"

"It looks like something out of Sento's lab," Ryuga noted.

"You sure?" Mai asked as she looked at the bottle's contents, "It looks...drinkable."

"...you're not planning on drinking that, are you?" Gentoku asked.

"No, but...well maybe it might help lead to some form of civilization or something," Mai answered as she took the cork out of the bottle's top.

"Yes but will your...ahem. 'Super taste buds' make it so you will not faint?" Rook asked.

"Super what?" Bobo raised a brow.

"Long story," Mai answered before taking a deep breath, "Well...bottoms up I guess," she muttered before she put the bottle to her lips and chugged down on it...only to tense up as her eyes shot open.

"...Mai?" Rook cautiously asked.

"...so…..coooold," Mai wheezed out before she fell over.

"Ahh! Mai!"

"Ohh~" Mai groaned as she staggered into the room, holding her head as she had one eye open, "My head…what happened?"

*SQUISH*

"Eh?" Mai looked down to see her foot stuck in a strange honey-like goop, "Uh…"

"Corgi~!" Noel whined, still stuck to the wall and reaching out for the pillow.

"...what...did I miss?" Mai slowly blinked.

"A failed smoothie attempt," Sari replied before the front door was forced open.

"Okay...we should b-WHAT HAPPENED?!" Makoto gawked once she, Lambda and Ben walked in.

"Ryuga and Bobo happened," Sari replied.

"...that explains why we couldn't get in," Ben muttered.

"My Corgi~!" Noel whined.

"Corgi?" Lambda spoke, breaking her mono-tone voice for a moment as she was instantly on the corgi pillow to get it free...only to end up getting stuck to the pillow, "...corgi~"

"H-hold on, I'll…" Mai began before she tensed up, feeling a itchy sensation in her nose, "Ahh….ah….ahh...ACHOO!"

*WHOOSH!*

"?!" Everyone tensed up as the honey was frozen in snow and ice...which slowly began to crack before it shattered.

"HA!" Gentoku shouted as he kicked the door of the room he was stuck in down, "Finally! ...Wait, why is it cold in here?" he asked while opening his jacket, revealing his shirt read 'SNOW DAY' on it.

"I d-d-dd-d-d-d-d-don't know~" Kazumi shivered a bit, covered form head to toe in snow with Sari.

"Corgi~!" Noel and, surprisingly, Lambda sobbed as they cuddled the corgi pillow, not caring that they were covered in ice dust and snow.

"It would appear someone...has done something out of the ordinary...you know...besides ingesting dark matter…" Skurd muttered, having formed a Heatblast arm to protect himself...oh and Ben.

"...M….Mai…" Makoto began before shaking the snow off her tail...right onto Skurd, "Did...did you just sneeze snow and ice?!"

"I...I don't know!" Mai yelped, a shocked and panicked look on her face, "I just woke up after drinking that freezing cold liquid I found!"

"...ok. That explains why we didn't see you the entire time," Rex muttered before blinking, "Wait...freezing cold liquid?"

"I found it while I was getting food to help resupply," Mai answered, looking around the area for a moment before she found the bottle with the light-blue liquid in it, "Here it is!"

"...wait a minute…" Makoto whispered as she got a better look at the glass bottle, "...Mai, did it happen to have a minty taste to it?"

"It did...like. Really freezy minty before I fainted," Mai answered.

"...I think I half-know what happened…" Makoto stated, "While me and La-chan were heading the Zora's Domain, Prince Sidon gave us some elixirs to resist against electrical attacks."

"Really sour tasting…" Lambda added, sticking her tongue out after recalling the taste.

"Like sucking on the most sour candy you've ever tasted," Makoto nodded in agreement.

"Mai chugged down the icy version didn't she?" Ben realized.

"Correct/yup," Rook and Gentoku replied.

"...You didn't turn into an Intermediate Grimoire again, did you?" Makoto asked.

"I...I don't know…" Mai whispered, "I was out the entire time…"

"So where are the troublemakers?" Skurd asked.

"I think I saw them running towards the river before you guys came in," Rex answered, shaking his jacket to get the snow and ice dust off., "...Come to think of it, they should've been back by now. And speaking of missing...where's Sento?"

"He went with Link to fix this device Makoto called dibs on," Ben replied.

"Who's Link?" Mai questioned before her nose felt itchy again, "Ah...Ah...Ahhh…"

"OH GEEZ!" mostly everyone panicked as they rushed out.

"ACHOO!"

*WHOOSH!*

"I think we're gonna have to wait for that drink to fully work its way out of her system…" Skurd muttered as he changed Ben's entire left arm to that of Heatblast as he used it to protect himself and Makoto from a cold gust.

"Can't you do something Mr. DNA buffet enthusiast?" Makoto asked.

"Doubtful…" Skurd sighed.

"...new question. You can't or you won't?"

"...I plead the fifth."

"...Hateno Ancient Tech Lab," Sento read, looking at a sign as he and Link stools before a fairly small house with a large stone silo next to it, both having various tech on them with a strange device resembling a lightbulb with a blue flame standing up front, "...Already this place looks promising. That blue flame...I take it, it helps fuel the entire facility?"

Link just nodded a bit, pointing to a sign near the front door reading 'If the flame is blue, the furnace is hot! DO NOT TOUCH!'

"Simple and straight to the point...a lot of idiots must have come through here." Sento muttered.

Link just shrugged in response as the two headed towards the front door, the Hyalian swordsman pushing on the door as they walked in.

"Symin, is that you?" a small child with her white hair done into a twin bun spoke, adjusting her glasses a bit as she paused from reading a book to look at the front door, "Oh...hello again, Link. Can I help you and your friend there?"

Link nodded before pointing to Sento, who held up the broken Shiekah Slate Makoto had found.

"?! Woah! Check it!" the girl awed, zipping over before snatching the slate from Sento, "You found another Sheikah Slate?! How…nevermind. I'm sure you picked it off a Guardian or something...hmm…" she muttered, the golden-colored goggles on her head lowering down to her eyes as she examined it, "The circuitry seems water damaged, and there seems to be a few parts missing...this looks really old, possibly from before we even found the Guardians and Divine Beast." she looked to Sento, "Where did you find it?"

"A friend found it while we were helping free Vah Ruta," Sento replied.

"I see," the girl noted, liften her goggles up before she pulled out a notepad and paper, "Update...there's a possibility the Divine Beasts could contain more ancient Sheikah technology dating back to older times…"

"...uh…"

"Oh sorry! I have a habit of abruptly taking notes like that," the girl stated as she closed her notepad, "...oop. I also forgot to introduce myself to Linky's friend, so…" she paused as she began to do a pose, closing her hands while keeping her pointer and pinky fingers extended, "Check it! I'm Purah, the world's foremost authority on ancient Hyrule Culture! Need some help fixing or learning the ancient tech of Hyrule's past, then I'm your lady!"

"Pleasure to meet you." Sento smiled, "You can call me Sento, Kiryu Sento, I'm...from across the sea." he smiled coyly.

"...fair enough," Purah nodded, "...and before you ask why I look like a child, it's because of a failed experiment."

"Beg pardon?" Sento raised a brow before looking over at Link, who nodded in response...while giving a shrug.

"Well technically it was also a success in some ways," Purah clarified, "The Anti-Aging Rune, which reverses the aging process! It was meant to help old soldiers feel young again and help in our battle against Calamity Ganon, but...the side effects include extreme fatigue and a fever, leaving the subject bed ridden for a day, and continuous uses of it results in the body becoming younger than expected."

"Oh…" Sento nodded in understanding, "I can relate. I've had to experiment on myself a few times. Now I have super strength."

"...hmm…" Purah muttered as she looked back down at the broken Sheikah Slate, "...Mr. Kiryu was it?"

"Yup."

"I can tell you're a man of great intellect...and honestly aside from Symin, it's so hard to find someone willing to have a nice conversation where people you talk to actually understand what you're saying," Purah stated as she looked up at him, "By any chance...will you assist me in fixing the Sheikah Slate?"

"...hmm...well…" Sento began as he opened his coat up, letting the small Guardian he had fixed fly out, "You tell me."

"?! You..you repaired a Guardian?!" Purah awed, zipping up to the small Guardian, "Amazing..and no trace of Calamity Ganon's influence in it…tell me Mr. Kiryu, what did you do to 'cure' this Guardian and repair it?"

"I can show you what I did." he smiled, "It's no fix for all of them, but one by one they can be converted back to the side of good."

"..." Purah said nothing before rushing over to one of her many bookshelves, pulling out a single book as the bookshelf slid to the side and showed a small lab filled with various tools and parts, "When shall we start?" 'A way to repair and convert Guardians back to our side...ha! Can't wait to rub this in Robbie's face!'

"...oh I like her," Sento grinned before looking back at Link, "You can resume on your venture. I'll probably be here for a while anyways."

Link nodded. He gave a wave to Purah before walking out. Now...he had to go tread the Gerudo Desert to find the last Divine Beast, and then...find the parts of his memory he was still missing, and most importantly...the Master Sword. He looked at his Slate and pulled up the photo gallery. It looked like one photo showed an oasis of some sorts. He pulled up the map and tapped on one of the blue icons. His body glowed before vanishing in wisps of blue light, heading off to the southeast.

"...okay. So I've missed quite a bit," Mai whispered with wide eyes once Ben and the others told her what was going on in this world.

"Yup, and most likely Link's heading off to find the last Divine Beast," Makoto nodded.

"I think Kass mentioned one being in a Gerudo Desert," Ben muttered.

"Sweet. Quick rest and we can…" Makoto began before Lambda held up a map with a location circled.

"Promise," Lambda reminded.

"Promise?" Gentoku repeated.

"Aw come on, La-chan…"

"Promise," Lambda repeated, puffing a cheek with a determined look in her eyes.

"Uh...what?" Ben asked.

"Change of plans," Makoto sighed, "La-chan, Ben-kun, and I are off to where La-chan wants to go on this map. Anyone up for a trip there after a snooze?"

"Ooh~ I wish to join on this trip," Rook offered, "I can finally get the chance to see what else this world may hold."

"You guys do that," Rex spoke as he began to walk towards the doorway, "I think I'm gonna go search for Bobo and Ryuga...anyone wanna come with? There's...probably a chance we may end up having to fight some beasties or any Guardians that spot us."

"...know what? I may as well come along," Sari shrugged as she walked over to Rex, "Barely done anything anyway aside from reading some machines for Sento."

"I'll come too," Mai added as she walked over to join the two, "I've been sleeping for a while anyways, so I might as well go and stretch my legs."

"Plus you can use your tongue to help search for Ryuga and Bobo," Makoto chimed in.

"I'm not a bloodhound, Makoto," Mai deadpanned at that.

"Yep. You're a Tonguehound," Makoto giggled.

"..." Mai gave Ben an annoyed look.

"I didn't do anything."

"You did," Mai deadpanned.

"I refuse," Ben replied simply.

"You know what you did," Skurd deadpanned.

"I don't have to take this, Good day to you." Ben spoke as he walked away.

"Oi…"

"Ahh….ahh….ahh…" Ryuga heavily panted as he crossed over a large dune of sand, the sun beaming down on the large desert surrounding him and Bobo, the latter having fallen off his back once the honey had melted.

"We've been goin'...fer two hours in dis desert now…after a whole night runnin'..." Bobo muttered, wiping the sweat from his face, "And still haven't found the ninja that stole that Dragon of yours...can't youse just get that Sento kid to make you a new one?"

"Never!" Ryuga shouted as they slid down the dune, "I'm not stopping...until I find that damn ninja!"

"Do you know where to even look?!" Bobo snapped, "It's a freakin' ninja! Why would a ninja be all da way out here in a desert!?"

"Because that was a fake ninja! Everyone knows real ninja wear blue. And since that was a fake, it means they suck at hiding!"

"...what?!" Bobo snapped before sighing, "Ferget it...I get anymore angry, and dis sun will just cook me…" he looked around before spotting a chasm in the mountains to the north, "Let's get some shade den think."

"Good idea," Ryuga muttered as the two ran to the casm as fast as they could, the sand slowing them down slightly. As they did, Ryuga looked to the side, spotting what looked like a large cloud of sand in the distance, electricity and the sound of thunder being faintly heard from it, "...The heck is that over there?"

"Dunno but focus on shade, den start thinkin," Bobo stated.

"No really...it's like a sand...thunderstorm!"

"Guess sandstorms here are more den just giant sand clouds," Bobo waved off, "Now hurry up! Or you're gonna know what an armpit covered in wet, sweaty, sandy fur smells like."

"Fine fine!" Ryuga complained as he picked up the pace, the two eventually reaching the chasm as they went further in...unaware they were being watched by some figures, "God you're a cranky monkey."

"Not my fault I have to deal with a…" Bobo began before he spotted something, "...hey dragonboy, stop."

"Hmm?" Ryuga raised a brow as he looked down at him, "What's up?"

"I don't think this chasm is empty…" Bobo frowned, spotting some rocks sporting the Yiga Clan's markings on them, "In fact...I think we found where our mystery ninja lives…" he noted as he slowly pulled his blasters out, "And he's not alone…"

"Wait. So w-"

"HYA~!" the two looked up to see a trio of Yiga jumping down at them, rearing their sickle blades back as they prepared to slice down the intruders.

"Shut up!" Ryuga swung his fist as blue fire sparked from his swing and he struck both of them, the impact causing miniature explosions, "Ah...my instincts made me punch at full force...they might be dead…"

"Y-" the third Yiga began as it shot up, leaping at Ryuga before it was sent flying by a pair of laser blast.

"Now dey are," Bobo stated as he holstered his guns...before he took them out with his feet and aimed them upwards, "Don't even think of it, buddy."

"?" Ryuga raised a brow before some o-fuda-slips appeared in the air behind Bobo, dispersing to reveal a Yiga Ninja holding his hands up.

"How…?"

"We're in da desert genius..kinda hard not to see the ground being disturbed," Bobo countered with a smirk, "Now...how's about you be a good ninja and tell us what we need to know…"

"A-as if! I am a proud member of the Yiga Clan!" the yiga ninja snapped, "The moment I tell you anything is the moment I kill myself!"

"Hmph!" Ryuga punched the ground sending a giant ripple across the ground, with sand around his fist melting to glass, "Then I guess I can punch you for real...maybe I'll turn you to glass too…"

"He'll do it too," Bobo grinned, making the Yiga Ninja sweat nervously, "Now talk...where is dat Dragon thing you stole from my buddy here?"

"...I-it's further in the hideout!" the Yiga Ninja complied with a gulp, "It's around Master Koga's secret stash...but you'll never find it!"

"That's good enough for me." Bobo smirked.

"Yeah same." Ryuga spoke before slapping the Yiga, sending him flying into the distance with a screech of pain and fear.

"Heh heh...I love it when da grunts try t' act tough," Bobo grinned as he reupholstered his guns.

"I'm just happy I'm not punching robots anymore." Ryuga muttered, "It really gets old after you punch out a thousand in one day."

"Eh. I'd honestly want to be back in my cot, but I can somewhat relate," Bobo admitted as the two began to walk further in, "But for now..let's get yer little toy Dragon back."

"Not a toy," Ryuga corrected.

"It's a tiny little dragon that uses a bottle to power it...of course it's a toy."

"It's more than that!" Ryuga argued, "...You'll just have to wait and see once we find it."

"Of course, buddy…"

"Mmm...Corgi," Noel pouted a bit, walking along with Mai, Sari and Rex as they walked through a canyon-like area.

"Sorry Noel, but you really couldn't take it with you," Mai stated.

"I know…" Noel muttered, "And I volunteered for some exploration anyway…"

"Well you could use the fresh air," Sari pointed out before wincing, her helmet forming as sand began to blow in the group's faces, "Nevermind…"

"We must be nearing the desert," Rex guessed, sliding his goggles over his eyes as the group pressed on, Mai and Noel quickly pulling out their own pairs of goggles to protect their eyes from the sand, "But this sandstorm...it'll be bad if we encounter any monsters or Guardians in it."

"Maybe we can find something to ride…" Sari suggested, her eyes scanning the area for a moment, "Noel, you see anything?"

"Hmm...hard to tell…" Noel whispered, trying her best to look in the sandstorm before she spotted four bulky figures not too far from them, "Oh! I see something!"

"Oh please be a camel….that way w-" Mai began as the four began to close in on the figures. Once they got close enough, they noticed the figures...were a small group of walrus-like creatures with fur in the colors of sand, a large bushy mane around their necks while sporting a large mohawk going down the middle, "...walruses?"

"In...the...desert…" Rex added in equal confusion, "Magic es loco…"

"I think they have some harness on them," Sari noted, cautiously moving in close before she spotted a sign near them, "'Emergency Sand Seals for those wishing to cross the Gerudo Desert. If this is your first time riding one..be sure to hold onto the reigns tight.'...Wait. These are supposed to be seals?"

"They might not have as complex of a zoologist system here." Mai offered.

"Oh I don't know. They look nice," Noel spoke while walking up to one, "They are all fluffy and happy looking." she smiled as she began scratching one's neck, making it tumble over to its side and appreciate the act.

"...huh. They're oddly cute too," Sari admitted, walking up to another as she held her hand out to it, "Easy big guy...I'm not here to harm ya…" she assured, the Sand Seal sniffled her hand a bit before it plopped onto her and began to lick her a bit, "Ahh! H-hey now! Th-that actually tickles!"

"They do seem domesticated. And it says they are left here for travelers." Mai muttered, "They must be like trained rescue animals or something," she began, scratching one as well, "Maybe we can use them to help us?"

"I mean...how do they get around in the desert though?" Rex muttered, going up to the last one, which was laying on its side before shooting back up and nuzzling him suddenly, tossing the young man to the ground, "AH! He's a cuddler!"

"Aww~" Noel cooed at that.

"Oh! I think I found the reigns," Mai spoke, holding up a pair of ropes connected to the saddle on the Sand Seal, "Now question is...how d-WOAH!"

"Mai!?" Rex, Noel and Sari gasped as the Sand Seal Mai had dashed off in a blur, leaving Mai to drag her feet along the sand as it shot forward at high speed.

"Woah! Easy girl! Easy!" Mai yelped, trying to reposition her feet so she wouldn't end up face first in the sand. After a few moments of trying, she managed to get her feet straight as the Sand Seal dragged her through the canyon, passing by a Lizalfos as she did, "...Heh...Heh hey...this is actually kinda fun! Guys, this is kinda like being dragged by a Jet Ski!"

"Seriously?!" Sari gasped at that, stars in her eyes before shooting out from underneath her Sand Seal and gripping the reigns, "Onward, Sand Seal!" she declared, her Sand Seal giving a loud bark before it dashed off with a laughing and cheering Sari being dragged along.

"...oh dear," Noel whispered in slight worry.

"Oh that looks so awesome...Come on, you dopey son of a gun!" Rex cheered to his Sand Seal as he scratched its jaws, "Lets Ride!" he cheered, grabbing the reins and giving them a light snap, causing his Sand Seal to bellow out as it dashed off.

"...um, would it be okay if I rode your back?" Noel kindly and nervously asked her Sand Seal, only to yelp as it flipped her up, causing her to land on the part of its back where the saddle was located, "..oh phew. Thankyaaaaaaaa!" she screamed as her Sand Seal dashed off to join the others.

"Hahahaha! This is so much fun!" Mai laughed, her Sand Seal swerving past various rock formations as she moved her feet a bit closer, letting her get the chance to swerve and move along the sand.

"Hey, Mai! Check me out!" Sari called as she passed Mai and her Sand Seal, holding one leg up while holding onto the reins with one hand, "I'm free styling!"

"Pfft! That's nothing!" Rex laughed as he shot by the two girls on his Sand Seal, he flipped back and hooked his legs to the reins before moving his hands back and making them grow into his Smack hands as he used them to hold himself up while being dragged through the sand, "Woohoo~!" he shouted, pushing with his hands and sending himself into the air, his hands returning to normal as he grabbed the reins again and landed on his feet.

"Heh...show off," Sari rolled her eyes.

"Says the chica that was doing the same a few minutes ago," Rex countered, "I just happen to do crazy stuff like this as my break time fun!"

"KYAAAH~!" Noel screamed as she shot past the three.

"I think Noel got...the fastest…" Sari muttered.

"Hoo boy," Mai whispered.

"Sl-slow down please!" Noel begged, her eyes shut as her Sand Seal zipped past rocks and Lizalfoes with ease.

"Don't worry, Noel! I think we're nearing the exit of this sandstorm!" Sari called out, faintly seeing some sunlight trying to break through.

"Please let it be!" Noel called out from the distance, "...oh phew! I see d…...KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"Oh boy...Come on buddy, lets pick up some speed, High Ho Sand Seals!" Rex shouted.

The three Sand Seals bellowed out as they charged forward, heading straight to the light at the end as they tackled through some Lizalfoes that tried to pounce them. After a few more moments, they finally broke through the sand storm and into the sunlight...and seeing Noel and her Sand Seal being chased by a large beastly creature that seemed to resemble a fish and a worm combined.

"EWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEWEW!" Noel rapidly screamed, firing one of her guns with her eyes shut as she fired at the creature chasing her.

"The heck is that?!" Rex shouted as they came to a stop, "You know what that is?" he asked the Sand Seal.

"Arf!"

"That's n-" Rex began before his Sand Seal moved a bit of the sand away, showing a faded sign buried underneath, "'Danger. Molduga spotted in the area...proceed with caution and for the love of the Goddesses...do not make explosions or any kind of vibrations in the sand, or else you'll end up as the Molduga's next meal.'" he blinked, "Your a good boy," he patted his Sand Seal's head, "Now...to deal with this Molduga thing." he formed his Smack Hands again.

"Don't worry, Noel! We're coming!" Sari called out, summoning her energy blades as Mai brought her spear out.

"TATSUKETE~!" Noel screamed as the Molduga dove into the sand, only to leap out as it lunged at her and her Sand Seal with a large opened jaw.

*BAM!*

"Don't think so!" Rex shouted, his robotic fist embedded in the Molduga's face as he sent it flying sideways and crashing into a sand dune, "Ah I'm gonna have to clean this later...that just felt gross." he complained, wiping his Smack hand on the sand to 'clean' it.

The Molduga shook itself, shaking off the pain in its face before it began to dive straight into the sand, only to cry out in pain as the lower part of its body was burnt by some lasers from Sari's blades. It turned its attention towards her before he began to swim right for her, slowly diving into the sand as its upper fin made it look like it was a giant sand shark.

"Oh no you don't!" Mai called out, riding her Sand Seal as she tossed her spear at the Molduga, only for it to bounce off the creature's exposed skin as it fell into the sand, "Uh oh…"

"No wait. I think It has a weakness," Sari called out, only to tense up as the ground underneath her began to rumble. She then dove out of the way in time as the Molduga resurfaced, jumping high in the air in its attempt to eat her, "Rex, Noel, try aiming for the underbelly when it jumps in the air!"

"Right!" Rex shouted, retracting his Smack Hands, his arms began glowing, deciding to change weapons as he formed the Funchucks. He began spinning them around before slamming one into the ground to draw its attention to him, "Hey Ugly! Come and get some of this! But be warned, I might just be too spicy to handle!"

The Molduga growled before it dove back under the sand, its fin sticking out as it headed straight for Rex at high speed. Rex began spinning the Funchucks at high speeds before suddenly slamming them down together on the same spot, a sudden blue shockwave went out making the sand ripple like water, before it blasted the Molduga up into the air. Rex grunted spinning his weapons around again before slamming them into the Molduga's belly sending it flying up even higher.

"Noel! Fire away!" Rex cheered.

"HAI!" Noel shouted, keeping her eyes shut as she converted Bolverk into a large rocket launcher, "FIRE IN THE HOLE!" she shouted as she pulled the trigger, sending out multiple rockets that slammed into the Molduga's underside, causing the rockets to explode upon impact.

The Molduga cried out in pain as it crashed into the desert sand, its underside burnt up from the rockets as it layed there unmoving.

"So...do we uh...just leave it to bake in the desert like a nasty potato?" Rex asked.

"Probably a g-" Mai began before Noel began to rapidly shoot more missles at the Molduga, "?! Noel?!"

"Diediediediediediediediediediedie!" Noel screamed in her fear field state as she kept firing at the Molduga.

"Noel! Noel calm down!" Sari called out as she and Rex rushed over, grabbing her arms and making her drop Bolverk.

"Chica stop it! It's already dead!" Rex shouted as the dust settled, showing no trace of the Molduga left aside from a pair of chest, its guts...and parts of its fins, "Wah...gross…it even dropped loot..."

"Here...hug the fluffy Sand Seal." Sari spoke, putting Noel infront of her Sand Seal.

"...fwuffy~!" Noel sobbed hysterically as she hugged the Sand Seal, said animal returning the gesture by patting her back with its flipper.

"Okay...so...this is gonna be gross...but...we gotta check that loot…" Rex spoke, "Now if need be...I'm cool with going. But...never leave behind monster loot. Video game law, 'Cause Monsters don't just swallow chests unless something compelled them to..."

"...you can open it, because I am not touching something that was in a monster's stomach," Sari muttered.

"Same," Mai added.

"Okay, looting time, hahaha...ah only time I get to say that and not have it mean anything bad." Rex chuckled, jogging over to the chests and forming a smaller Smack Hand on his right arm to break them open, "And...open says…!" he began as he opened the chest...and saw it was filled with various weapons, "...seriously? Just weapons...wait. Usually weapons locked in chest are really good…" he paused, "Come on Flaming Sword!" he began digging through the chest.

"Oh yeah. Like a fire sword in the middle of a scorching hot desert is a good idea," Sari muttered.

"Chica don't you ruin this for me!" he shook a sword before moving to the next one. "Come on….hello what's this?" he questioned, reaching in and pulling out a rather large greatsword, the split blades covered in electric yellow metal with lines going down each one, "Oho...this is much better!" he lifted it up, "I have the power!"

*KRAKOOM! BZZT!*

"...it...it shoots lightning," Mai blinked as Rex stood there, bits of electricity crackling off him and the sword.

"Worth it!" he laughed.

"Oh boys…" Sari sighed.

"Okay I'm better. What...why is Rex standing there like He-Man?" Noel blinked.

"Sword he found in a chest," Mai and Sari answered.

"Where did he find a chest?" Noel questioned.

"...uh...it was buried in the sand?" Mai offered, not wanting Noel to have another panic attack if she brought up the Molduga.

"I still got another loot drop!" Rex cheered, swinging his new sword to break open the second chest, "Come to Papi!" he declared as he kicked the chest open, revealing it to be filled with chunks of diamonds, rubys, emeralds, sapphires, and some Topaz, "...JACKPOT!"

"That...that is a lot of gems," Mai noted.

"Oh baby, I'm rich!" Rex cheered, picking some up in his free hand, "Oh...I love loot…"

"Well...at least we won't run out of funds if we need to sell them," Noel noted.

"Do they even use our cash here?" Mai asked.

"No, they use these gems called Rupees," Rex replied before looking at the Sand Seals, "Know where we can trade this?"

"Arf!" the Sand Seals barked in response before Rex's pointed its flipper to the left, the group turning to see what looked like a town in the distance.

"That's great!" Sari beamed, petting the Sand Seal.

"Let's go and turn these babies in and eat like kings tonight!" Rex grinned.

'Why do I have a feeling it's not gonna be that easy?' Mai thought.

-linebreak-

'...I was right!' Mai mentally exclaimed, the group's hands up as spears were aimed at them, wielded by a pair of tall, muscular tan-skinned women.

"State your business travellers!" one of them demanded.

"Yeah. W-" Rex began before yelping when the spear was nudged against his nose.

"I did not ask you, Voe!"

"Oh I have a bad feeling about this mood…" Rex muttered to himself.

"Um...what's a Voe?" Sari asked, earning the two guards' attention, "Sorry just...we're from across the seas and don't know the language as much."

"I see…" one of the guards noted, lightly lowering her spear a bit, "It is Gerudo language...what Hyalians refer to as men and women are considered Voe and Vai here."

"And only Vai are allowed in Gerudo Town!" the other snapped, further pressing her spear against Rex's nose.

"Well this is just my luck…" Rex sighed, "And me without a Monkey to use as a shield...I miss Bobo…"

"We ended up in an Amazonian Warrior town," Mai muttered, "Maybe we should have worded our questions to the Sand Seals more carefully."

"Hmm? You rode Sand Seals here?" the first Gerudo guard blinked, "...Ahh. You've found the means for travellers to cross the desert…"

"Be thankful you Vais found them when you did," the second added, taking on a more calmer tone with the girls, "There have been Molduga sightings in the desert as of late."

"D-don't remind me…" Noel whispered as she shivered a bit.

"Uh...Noel do me a weird favor, cover your ears for a bit." Sari spoke up.

"Hmm?" she blinked in innocent confusion, "Huh?"

"Just trust me." she urged.

"Okay…" Noel did as asked and covered her ears.

"Okay...that weird Molduga thing? It kinda traumatized her, but we already kinda took care of it." Sari spoke up, turning back to the Gerudo guards, "And by Kinda...I mean there is hardly anything of it left."

"You...you all took care of a Molduga?" the two guards blinked in surprise.

"W-" Rex began before Mai covered his mouth, "?!"

"It's weak spot was its underbelly..we just waited for the right moment to strike before taking it down," Mai explained, "And as Sari mentioned…"

"That's me," Sari waved a bit.

"Our friend Noel was...traumatized by it."

"...some of the Gerudo here can relate," one of the guards admitted.

"You Vais may come in then," the second guard nodded before aiming her spear at Rex again, "The Voe stays out here."

"Yeah I saw that coming…" Rex sighed, turning around, "I'm gonna goof around with the Sand Seals."

"We'll try and hurry in here," Sari assured as she, Mai and Noel began to walk in through the main gate.

"Yeah yeah…" Rex muttered as he walked off, 'Man...just when I got some good luck, I get barred from entering just because I'm a Vogue or whatever they called me….well. May as well take my Sand Seal a-' he paused in his thought before stopping, looking ahead to see Link walking around, looking at his Sheikah Slate, "...hey. I think that's that Link guy they talked about …"

Link focused on the map on his Sheikah Slate as he walked around the desert sands. Right after finding a Shrine near Gerudo town, he tried to get in to see if he could find anything out about the Divine Beast located here...only to be barred entrance because he was a Voe. Thankfully he had found someone mentioning about a house somewhere out in the desert and gave him the coordinates...well somewhat.

"Oi, amigo!"

"?" Link blinked, looking up from his Sheikah Slate to see Rex running over, "..."

"By any chance is your name Link? Some friends of mine mentioned ya not too long ago," Rex stated.

Link blinked for a moment before looking back at his Sheikah Slate, pulling up a picture of him, Ben and Makoto enjoying a feast with the Zora royalty with Lambda looking on at some of the Zora children in the background. Sento was barely visible, looking at an arrow with the arrowhead covered in thick red paper.

"Yeah. That's them," Rex nodded once Link showed him the picture, "...wait. They were having a feast!?" Link smiled, recalling how good it was, "Aw man…" he sighed, "I always miss the good stuff, like this place...it's an awesome magical town...but I can't enter cause this place has some no Boys rule."

Link gave a sigh in agreement. He then blinked for a moment, pulling the map back up as he pointed at the spot he was told to locate.

"...wait. You know a way we might be able to get in?" Rex asked, getting a nod in response, "Sweet! We just need to find it then!" he beamed, rushing over to look at the map, "Hmm...hey. It doesn't seem that far off. It just leads right to...the…" he trailed off as he and Link slowly looked up...at the massive thundering sandstorm nearby, "...ay basura…"

"...we have...to climb that?" Makoto slowly asked as she, Ben, Lambda and Rook looked up at the massive mountain before them.

"You like Rock Climbing…" Rook pointed out.

"This is different, Rook!" Makoto complained.

"Uh maybe I can fly us up there?" Ben asked, already looking through the Omnitrix.

"Didn't you end up getting a Rito form when you inadvertently scanned Kass?" Skurd questioned.

"Yeah but those guys are like human sized," Ben argued, "I doubt I could fly all of us with that form. I'd need something bigger...too bad I don't have a giant pterodactyl alien in here…" he cut off Skurd, "Emphasis on giant…"

"...fair enough."

"...we climb," Lambda spoke.

"Hmm? Lambda a-" Rook began before Lambda began to climb up the side of the mountain...before the side she was climbing on began to shake, "?!"

"...danger," Lambda whispered, quickly jumping off as some nearby rocks and boulders began to converge with the giant boulder she had climbed, forming into a large set of arms as the boulder began to rise out of the ground and out of the mountain.

"Uh...that's...probably not normal…" Ben muttered.

"Something tells me it is...but still bad news!" Makoto yelped, jumping behind Ben.

"...enemy; Stone Talus. Danger level A," Lambda noted, her visor out as she scanned the golem-like creature that lumbered before them, "Weak Spots...obsidian crystals located around the back of the body."

"How…" Makoto began.

"Read on the beasts of Hyrule back in Zora's domains before we left," Lambda explained before the group dodged the Talus' 'fist' before it could smash them.

"So...Ben Smash?" Ben smiled.

"Attack!" Makoto ordered.

Ben slapped the Omnitrix as he morphed into Armodrillo. He retracted his fingers as the pistons began pumping rapidly, causing his fists to begin vibrating with the sounds of a jackhammer. He grunted and jumped tackling into the Stone Talus as his fists began hammering away and chipping its torso away. The Stone Talus groaned, stumbling back a few steps. Armodrillo climbed up the rock monster, and over its torso/head, and towards its back. Once he spotted a fairly large obsidian-colored crystal formation on the back of its torso/head, Armodrillo began to climb right towards it before reeling his fist back, the piston going out as he punched forward, causing the piston to shoot back in as the crystal shattered upon impact.

The stone Talus gave a 'groan' as its body began to grow limp, the rocks keeping it together starting to fall parat as its main body collapsed onto the ground, poofing into smoke as it left a few amber, rubies and opals in its wake.

"Hahaha! Take that Rock Monster!" Armodrillo cheered, raising his arms up in victory, "Oh sweet...Monster Loot! Babe, I'm rich!"

"Rich?!" Makoto gawked.

"Look at this stuff! It has to be worth some cash back home!" he cheered, lifting a few of the precious stones up.

"Whoa! They're huge!"

"We are taking these home!"

"There they go again." Rook sighed, "What a synchronized couple they have grown to be." he muttered as he looked over at Lambda...or rather...where she was standing, "?"

"Climb," Lambda spoke, making Rook look up to see she had already covered a few good feet on the mountain, "Ikuzo…"

"She is determined to get to the top. Why does she want to go up there, Makoto?" Rook asked.

"...I think it has to do with a promise I made to her about a bunny," Makoto muttered as Armodrillo changed back into Ben, "But...why would there be a…?"

"Promise!" Lambda shouted from up top.

"Okay, okay! I'm coming! Yeesh...how does Noellie handle her?" Makoto grumbled as she followed Lambda's path up.

"My bet...plush toys." Ben offered.

"And Robotboy...and Mari...and many cute animals," Rook added.

"...yeah. I think Noellie's starting to spoil her," Makoto muttered, putting the gemstones in her tail as she, Ben and Rook began to climb the mountain to catch up with Lambda.

"I'm starting to think we do need some form of adult supervision...if just for Noel and Lambda…" Ben sighed.

"True, it would be good for you and Makoto as well. I swear, that couch needs to be put out of its misery," Skurd added.

"I believe the term is...TMI," Rook spoke up as Ben spluttered with a blush.

"I swear I will make you suffer, you little slime…" Makoto growled while blushing.

"Oh, you know you like me, especially when I tapped into a few plant-related samples for your acorn and chestnut tree in the backyard."

"...mm...darn you. Darn you and your handy abilities," Makoto pouted a bit.

"Haha! I got a victory on you finally!"

Back over with Ryuga and Bobo, the two poked out of a corner for a moment before going back into hiding, a large muscular Yiga walking by as he held a torch.

"Can't believe dey hid the base behind curtains…" Bobo muttered.

"Told ya they were fakes," Ryuga smirked.

"Mm…" Bobo murdered in annoyance as the two rushed out to another hiding spot, "Okay...if dat tall amazonian lady dey trapped here was right, we shoulds be nearing da boss' secret stash."

"Think we might run into their boss?" Ryuga asked.

"Why? Intending to beat their face in?"

"Yes," he nodded quickly, "It's been a while since I beat someone up cause they are a bad guy. Which is just another way of me saying I love beating up assholes."

"Heh...well keep that pent up fury inside ya till we find da big cheese," Bobo offered before noticing a nearby ladder, "..hello~"

"Secret," Ryuga smirked as the two rushed for the ladder and began to climb it. Once they reached the top, they resumed quietly running through the area, passing some wooden fences while the guards down below continued to walk, unaware of the two intruders inside, "And no one sees us...this has to lead to the secret…"

"Wait…" Bobo held a hand up, making Ryuga stop as he sniffed the air a bit, "...hold da phone..I recognize dat smell…"

"Eh?" Ryuga blinked as he began to follow Bobo, the chimp sniffing the air as they moved past a gate with a large guard standing near it.

"Yea...it has to be. It's…" Bobo began as they stopped...seeing a massive room filled with a stone chest...and a very large pile of bananas that covered the floor.

"B-Bananas?" Ryuga blinked.

"Yup...we hit da jackpot!" Bobo grinned in excitement, "Not questioning if dis is da boss' secret stash, but…" he paused as he looked up at Ryuga, "May as well indulge ourselves, ya know what I mean?"

"...I'm starving, so let's do it." Ryuga agreed almost instantly.

"Perfect," Bobo grinned before he dove straight into the banana horde, Ryuga following suit with a dive bomb, "Let's feast!"

"Y-holy moly! These are good!" Ryuga exclaimed with a full mouth once he surfaced, already having peeled a banana, "These are some mighty tasty bananas!"

"If dis is a dream, I don't wanna wake up!" Bobo laughed as he resurfaced, already having peeled a few bananas, "Protein paradise, baby!"

"Whoo~!" Ryuga cheered.

Unaware of the two, the stone chest seemed to be moving around erratically, the muffled sound of Dragon coming from inside it as it tried to get their attention.

"Vasaaq, travellers!" a female Gerduo standing behind a stall waved as Sari, Noel and Mai looked around town.

"Tired from the desert, travellers? Then come and treat yourself to something nice and chill!" another vendor called out as she held up a pair of large watermelons, "Like Gerudo Town's famous Hydromelons! Not only a cool treat, but cooking them right can provide some needed heat resistance in the desert!"

"Need arrows? I got what you need…" a Gerudo vendor muttered, motioning to the various types of arrows laid out on her stall's counter, "Ice arrows to freeze your enemies, bomb arrows to deal with the more heavily defensive enemies, and fire arrows to deal with enemies that use ice, like the Wizrobes."

"For a race of amazonian warriors, they sure are pretty friendly and stuff," Mai noted.

"Well, their culture might not be so bad. It's just they have that strict rule." Sari spoke, "Not sure I get it, I know boys can be...well boys. But it's a little silly, like when we were kids and we'd always be boys vs girls."

"...huh. I guess that's…" Mai began before blinking, "...Sari, where's Noel?"

"Oh! So pretty!" The two turned to see Noel aweing at some jewelry at a stall, "These earrings look beautiful."

"Why thank you, young Vai," an elderly Gerduo smiled a bit, "Those earrings are crafted with gems located all across Hyrule. There is a special seal on them that helps protect you from the elements, such as the topaz ones protecting you from electric attacks. They also go well with the traditional Gerudo garbs."

"Ooh can I see more?" Noel asked happily, "It's so pretty!"

"Why certainly," the Elderly Gerudo smiled a bit before looking over at Sari, "Perhaps we may find something for your Gerudo companion as well."

"Eh?" Sari blinked at that, looking around for a moment before pointing at herself, "You mean me?"

"Of course, young Vai," she nodded, "Perhaps find you some more traditional Gerudo clothes as well."

Sari blinked for a moment before it began to click in her head. The Gerudo women here...they all had red hair and dark skin...just like her, "...eh heh. I think you got the wrong idea, ma'am. I'm not a…"

"Hamapi, Serasi!" the elderly woman clapped her hands, the door of the building next to her opening up as a pair of young Gerudo women stepped out, "Please show these young Vais our selection of jewelry and clothing."

"Of course, Vaba," the two nodded before they were instantly before Sari, "Please. Come this way."

"I don't...oh hey Sari, you look like these Gerudo ladies!" Noel finally realized.

"You were so lost in your own world you just noticed that, didn't you…?" Mai muttered.

"Admittedly yes."

"Uh girls...girls help?" Sari called as the two Gerudo women were pushing her into the store.

"Ooh! This should be fun!" Noel cheered...joining in the pushing.

"Noel…" Mai complained, "Oh...I guess this is happening...I sure hope Rex doesn't get upset we're taking so long."

"...I'm starting to believe you were lead on a wild goose chase," Rex muttered as he and Link walked to an oasis located near Gerudo town..both smoking and singing with bits of electricity crackling off them, "Also...was that a Divine Beast, or a walking fortress in the form of a camel...that shoots freaking lighting no matter where you are?!"

Link nodded. He was really glad he found that strange armor made of something called 'rubber' when traveling in the south and the Elixirs he had on hand. At least they managed to get to the oasis he had gotten another memory from. He'd have to see Impa after this.

"Ah...least...we're done for now," Rex groaned, looking out in the distance to see the sun starting to set, "It's getting dark, so we can at least cool off...still, how are we gonna get into Gerudo Town?" he grunted while taking a seat on the ground, "I just hope the girls aren't sucked into something weird."

"Ahh! Too tight! Too tight!" Sari's voice yelped.

"Huh...it is a Universal Law…" Rex muttered as he and Link turned to the sound of Sari's voice, "Wanna go check...or wanna crash here and take a rest?"

Link pondered for a moment...before nodding as he took a seat right next to Rex.

"My man…" Rex sighed as he fell back to relax better, "...you have any food on you by any chance?"

Link nodded before reaching for something behind him, Rex looking on a bit in interest before Link pulled out a set of Hydromelons, offering one to Rex.

"Sweet." Rex smiled, taking the offered Hydromelon.

Just as the two were about to crack theri Hydromelons open, they heard a faint whistle, making them blink as they looked over at a nearby hut, seeing what appeared to be a female Gerduo dressed in a bellydancer outfit motioning them to come over.

"...find this fishy?" Rex whispered to Link, who nodded in response, "Ok good...didn't wanna be the only one," he whispered as the two stood up, standing ready for whatever might happen as they approached the female Gerudo.

"So...I heard you needed a way into Gerudo town," the Gerudo spoke in a rather….deep sounding male voice.

"..."

"..."

"Oh ho~ Don't stare at me like that, darlings...you're making my little ol' cheeks blush," the 'Gerudo' giggled a bit.

"...uh...back to your question, yeah...we are looking for a way to get into the place," Rex muttered, already feeling weirded out by this guy.

"Well…" the 'Gerudo' began as they looked Link and Rex up and down, "Hmm….well you two certain have the right physic...and you'd probably do this ol' gal a pleasure."

"..." Link slowly blinked before it dawned on him.

"Yes yes! You get it, darling!" the 'Gerudo' beamed quietly before looking over at Link, "Tell you what...I, Villa will sell you and your friend here a pair of outfits like mine for oh say...600 Rupees?"

"Wait...oh...oh no…" Rex's eyes widened as it began dawning on him.

"It's the only way, darling~" Villa stated.

"..." Link looked over at Rex while holding up a bag full of Rupees, shooting him a look that said 'We keep this between us...and never bring it up again.'

"...by any chance can we just...sneak in?" Rex asked.

"Not unless you want the entire Gerudo army on you," Villa pointed out, "And trust me, darling..they are not forgiving on intruders."

"Ah...madre de dios…" Rex sighed.

"...I feel like I'm missing out on something funny," Bobo muttered, lifting his head up as he was surrounded by a few dozen banana peels, "...eh probably nothin'. Hey, Ryu! How're ya holdin' up on yer end?!"

"I...am stuffed…" Ryuga sighed, laying on a pile of peels, "Oh right...I forgot to loot their stuff...I mean they're assholes…" he crawled over to the chest and yanked the lid off, "What's in...AH!" he cried as a blast of fire hit his face, "Dragon?!"

=GAO!=

"Sorry! I didn't know you were in there!" Ryuga argued as Dragon flew out of the chest.

=GAO!=

"We were hungry, okay?!"

=GAO!=

"Don't you start with me, missy!"

"Missy?"

"I said mister once and Sento got to test a hair growth formula on me," Ryuga replied before shuddering, "So many colors and I couldn't punch a single one…"

=Gao…=

"...yer w-" Bobo began before a part of the wall began to open.

"Ahh...man, what a nap! I worked up quite the appi…" a rather rotund...no. More like fat Yiga ninja with a topknot began as he walked into the room, only to stop when he noticed Ryuga and Bobo...and the mass piles of banana peels in the room, "..."

"..."

"..."

"...Secret door? You guys are really trying to be ninja, huh? But ya gotta wear blue," Ryuga noted.

"...shut up!" the fat Yiga ninja snapped, pointing an accusing finger at the two, "You two have a lot of nerve for sneaking into my hideout, raiding my stash of Mighty Bananas that I like cooking for extra power, stealing my new pet...and for insinuating I'm a fake ninja!"

"..." Ryuga grabbed his finger...and folded it back to point back at the Fat Yiga.

"...GYAAAAAAH!" the ninja screamed in pain, hopping back into the large room he came from, "Gh...h-how dare you!"

"Okay, Chungus the wannabe Ninja," Ryuga sighed, walking after him and picking him up by his top knot, and then lifting him up off his feet, "I just wanted my Dragon back, and I thank you for the food. But let me be clear, I pride myself on being a good guy. You are the bad guy, so let's cut out the middle part; ya shut up, we loot your secret lair...and then me and my buddy leave ya in peace."

"Better do what he says, chubby," Bobo grinned as he walked in, "You don't wanna know what he did to one of the big guys that tried ta jump him when we came in."

"...Fine….then we shall battle…!" the ninja declared as he lifted his feet up, kicking Ryuga back with surprising strength as he jumped back from him, "Tremble fools, for you now face the master of the Yiga Clan!" he declared before doing a pose, "The strong, the burly...the one and only…" he paused before doing a kabuki-style pose, "Master Kohga! Now, prepare yourselves fools!"

"No." Ryuga spoke, slamming his fist to the top of Kohga's head...and sinking him into the ground under his feet till he was buried up to his shoulders, "Bad fake ninja."

"Augh...boop…" Kohga groaned in a dizzy manner from a potential concussion.

"...well dat was anti-climatic," Bobo muttered as he dug around another treasure chest.

"Compared to the freaky alien bastard I deal with back home...this was barely annoying." Ryuga sighed.

"...well apparently said annoyance was hiding something important," Bobo spoke up, lifting up an ornate gold helm with a large ring on the back of it, "I think dis was what dat lady was lookin' fer."

"Hey...dash...mine…Thunder Helm..." Kohga slurred out before a shadow came over him and Dragon dropped the empty chest on him, "Guh…"

"All in all this is like the least dangerous adventure I've ever had." Ryuga spoke, "I'm not being swarmed by military robots decked in tank armor with gatling guns, I'm not being slapped around by a pair of creepy mercenary twins, or an alien lunatic who may...or may not be my dad."

"...not touchin' dat subject," Bobo muttered, "Anyways...what say we go rescue dat amazon woman on our way out and show her da goods?" he offered while holding the golden helm up.

"Yeah, let's get out of here before his fake ninja buddies get bored and start checking stuff out." Ryuga sighed, "You're gonna wear that helmet out of here, aren't you?" he asked.

"Tempted, but I'm pretty sure I'd be doing some forbidden taboo if I did," Bobo answered.

"Touche."

Lambda grunted as she reached up and grasped onto the cliffside above her. She pulled herself up and exhaled once she was fully on it. In her determination to reach the top and find that Blupee...she lost track of how far she was going. Did she reach the top...or did she stop at another spot all together?

"Tired...rest, th-" Lambda began before blinking, seeing a calm yet mysterious mist surrounding the area, "...mist?"

"La-chan...slow….down…" Makoto's voice panted heavily, making her look down the side to see the other three slowly catching up with her.

"This...is...torture…" Ben gasped.

"Do you not go with Makoto when she practices her many sport hobbies?" Rook asked.

"I...just...watch for half…" he admitted.

"He gets a perfect view each and every time." Skurd spoke, "You know what view I mean!" he laughed.

"I...do not deny it!" Ben grunted, almost losing his grip till Skurd formed Fourarms arms to keep them in place, "Thank...you…"

"You know what you are…" Skurd teased as the three finally reached where Lambda was.

"Oh...oh th-" Rook began before he noticed the mist, "...did we reach the top?"

"We better have. I…" Makoto began before something blew past her, "...sakura blossoms?"

The four looking over as bits of the mist began to fade, revealing a large tree with sakura petals standing above a fairly large pond, flowers sticking out near the edge of the pond. Lambda tensed up a bit as she saw them...Blupees. Tons and tons of Blupees hopping and resting around the area.

"...Usagi...Blupee Usagi…" Lambda whispered.

"That...is...really adorable." Makoto muttered.

"No wonder Lambda was so determined to reach the top," Rook whispered, looking around the area for a moment, "This area...I do not think anyone has even reached up here before."

"Oh...that never bodes well…" Ben sighed.

"But...it's full of these little blue bunny things...how bad could it be? What...is there a boss Bunny?" Makoto laughed.

"Monty Python and the quest for the holy grail." Ben argued, making her eyes widen.

"..." Makoto said nothing as she slowly inched behind her boyfriend, "Moment one starts going bloodthirsty...protect me, b-"

*SHIING!*

"Harm...and die," Lambda threated, her armor out as she aimed her blades at the trio.

"I did nothing." Rook argued.

"We were planning to flee!" Ben and Makoto panicked.

"Good," Lambda whispered as she dismissed her armor. She was about to approach one of the Blupees before an echoey neigh caught the group's attention.

Looking ahead, they noticed something...a large horse-like creature taking a drink from the pond, its fur an glowing-light blue with a few markings on it, and a mane of effervescent white-ish blue. While they couldn't see its face, they noticed the pair of softly glowing yellow attanae poking out of the horse's head.

"...wh-what is that?" Makoto cautiously asked.

"...Lord of the mountain," Lambda whispered in realization, reaching into a Travel bag she got back in Zora's domain and pulled out a book, opening it to read it, "Said to be a reincarnated sage, watching over all creatures that make their home in the forest."

"Wow…" they awed silently, even Rook as they stared at the creature in awe.

"If it spots someone, it will retreat back into the mist and will not appear again until a faint glow is seen on top of Satori Mountain," Lambda continued as she quietly closed the book, "...beautiful."

Just as she took a step, a snapping sound could be heard, earning the Lord of the Mountain's attention as it rose its face up...er...Faces as it turned to see the group.

"..." Lambda slowly looked down, seeing she had stepped on a stick...a stick of all things. She then looked up to see the Lord of the Mountain beginning to run away, "Ahh...wait. I…" Lambda began as the horse ran into the mist, its form vanishing after a few moments, "..."

"Wanna hug my tail?" Makoto offered, "I fluff it everyday for Noel when she's upset."

"...mmm~" Lambda whined, rushing over to Makoto's tail as she hugged it with small waterfall tears leaking down her cheeks.

"There there...it's okay, everyones knows odd majestic magical creatures are shy." Makoto smiled, patting her head.

"I mean...she can still cuddle the glowing bunnies…" Ben pointed out.

"..."

"Like she is about to r-" Rook began before Lambda was a blur and began to snuggle with the Blupees, who seemed startled for a moment before they nuzzled up to her, "...that was fast."

"She wanted bunny things...she got bunny things." Ben sighed, "Now...I'm gonna take a nap in this soft looking grass…"

"It's kinda adorable seeing all these little bunnies," Makoto giggled, sitting down beside Ben, "If she tames one, she's got a nightlight at any time of day."

"HEh….true," Ben chuckled a bit.

"This place would be ideal for a nap, so…" Rook began before he plopped down onto the soft grass, "I can...relax…"

"Let's...just rest here and not worry about getting down from this mountain…" Ben yawned.

"Agreed," Makoto yawned as she plopped down right next to him, resting her head on Ben's chest as her tail wrapped around them.

"Well...least y-and they're already asleep," Skurd noted, seeing the three quietly snoozing and Lambda still snuggling with the Blupees, "Hmm...genetic sample from another universe...Oh, what a good idea she gave. Oh, Lambda~"

"?"

"They said if you can tame just one Blupee, you could keep it. Why do you think Mari got to stay?"

"..." if Lambda had a tail, it'd be wagging so fast she'd be hovering.

"...I can't believe you convinced me to do this…" Sari muttered, dressed in Gerudo clothing and armor in the colors of her regular clothes as she wore a circlet with a ruby, sapphire, emerald, topaz, and amethyst on the front, "It's nice and all but...did you really have to be pushy in there, Noel?"

"I think you look cute in it," Noel admitted, wearing a pair of topaz earrings.

"Yeah but…" Sari began before whispering to her, "You and I both know I'm not a Gerudo, right?"

"Yes. But you still look cute."

"..." Sari facepalmed.

"Well...at least it's over with, right?" Mai offered, holding a travelling bag filled with Sari's clothes.

"Yeah…" Sari admitted with a sigh, "...just wish they weren't so tight with the measuring tape."

"Well, the good news is that you won't be affected by heat," Mai noted, "Don't get how matching outfits cause that, though…"

"And we got extras for the other girls we know back home!" Noel beamed.

"...Any idea just why she has the three sizes of girls she knows memorized?" Sari quietly asked Mai.

"I don't know...and it honestly scares me," Mai whispered to her.

"Yeesh…" Sari cringed before looking out to the sandstorm, "Just what is with that storm?"

"We could ask one of the women here," Mai suggested.

"True," Sari nodded, she then looked around before spotting another Gerudo guard, "Excuse me? Can you tell me what is going on with that sandstorm?"

"Hmm?" the guard blinked as she turned to look, "Oh..the Sandstorm where Vah Naboris resides...I advise you stay far away from there."

"Vah Naboris?" Noel repeated.

"The Divine Beast once piloted by Lady Urbosa years ago," the guard explained, "For years now it has caused chaos within the Gerudo Desert, leaving a sandstorm in its wake. Those who are caught within its sandstorm will be struck down by the electricity it produces, often at times killing those who meet such an unfortunate fate."

"So...stay away, got it." Sari muttered sheepishly.

"Knew there was something uneasy about that sandstorm…" Mai muttered as the three girls began to walk away.

"I wonder i-" Noel began before she ended up bumping into someone, "Oh! I-I'm so sorry!"

"GH?! Uh...i-it's okay…" the person she bumped into assured...in a really horrible attempt at a female voice while they were dressed in a red and dark-blue belly-dancer-like outfit.

The one next to 'her', dressed in a mint-green and light-blue belly-dancer-like outfit just blinked before nodding slightly in agreement.

"...do we...know you?" Mai asked, making the first 'woman' tense up a bit, "I feel like we've met you somewhere before…"

"Nope, no, never seen you before," the first 'woman' denied.

"...hmm…" Sari pondered for a moment, her eyes narrowing as she stared at the first 'woman', who began to sweat nervously, "...Rex?"

"Wh-What?" Mai choked back a laugh.

"Rex? Who's Rex? I don't know any Rex!" the 'woman' nervously exclaimed.

"...PFFT! Ahahahahahaha!" Sari began to laugh with Mai as they fell onto the ground.

"I-it's not funny!" Rex quietly yelled, "Link, you know it's not, right?" Link shrugged, "Aw come on, amigo…"

"Wh-why...why!?" Sari laughed.

"It was the only way to get in!" Rex hissed, Link giving a sigh and nodding in agreement.

"Where...did you find those anyway?" Noel asked.

"We swore a brotherhood oath to never speak of it." Rex spoke, Link quickly nodding his head once more in agreement.

"Well...anyway, we learned one of those Divine Beasts is making that storm," Mai noted.

"We know," Rex deadpanned as Link twitched from the memory, "We barely survived running into it after Link here was sent on a wild goose chase…"

"Oh come on. What's the point of gathering intel of your just gonna go out and figure it out?" Sari sighed as she and Mai got up, "I had to play dress up."

"Yeah...so did we…" Rex argued, "Your argument is invalid...if not denied, on account of the difference."

"Well did you know it's called Naboris?"

"No, I just know a Camel shot lightning at us." Rex countered, "It spooked us and the Sand Seals something bad. Don't worry they're okay, we left them just outside the city with some snacks." he stopped Noel from speaking up.

"Oh good…" Noel sighed in relief.

"Turns out...lightning here tracks things made of metal…" Rex groaned, "I'm basically made of Metal, and Link carries around...a lot of pointy things."

Link gave a slight nod in agreement.

"...hmm...well, what if we talk to someone that might know a way to get past its lightning?" Mai offered.

Link pointed to the largest building in the town...which was a palace of sorts.

"...you think the leader of this place might know?" Mai asked, earning a nod in response, "...Well, better than nothing I guess. But...will they be willing to listen?"

"Let's hope so," Sari muttered as the group began to approach the palace.

"Halt!" two guards shouted, crossing theri spears and blocking the entrance, "State your business, travellers."

"Oh! U-um...we were hoping to speak to the leader of this place," Noel answered.

"What for?"

"On the Divine Beast terrorizing the desert," Rex replied in his female voice, earning a slight snicker from Mai and Sari, "Psst! Shut it…"

"Hmm...you seem fishy. What if you are Yiga d-" oen guard began.

"It is fine. You may let them pass," a voice spoke up from inside the palace.

"..of course, Lady Riju," the two guards nodded, moving theri spears away as they stood straight, "You may enter travellers."

"That was easy…" they mumbled under their breath, Link nodding in agreement.

Once the group was inside, they began to approach the throne...and saw a young Gerudo girl sitting on it with her knuckles resting against her cheek. Her hair was done into a long, twisted ponytail held together by a deep blackish-cobalt and gold bracelet with similar ones on her upper arms and ankles, more of her hair looping around her ears and held together by gold rings with similar ones around her wrists and her neck. She was dressed in a blackish-cobalt top, and a matching slit skirt that was on top of a longer white one, gold coins hanging off of the latter part as a golden belt with a symbol on the front hung around her waist.

"Hmm...seems you have something interesting there," the girl noted with a smirk, looking slightly at Link and Rex.

"...uh…" Rex began.

"Halt!" a rather tall and muscular Gerudo guard declared, tapping her rather large great sword into the floor, "You stand before Lady Riju, chief of the Gerudo! Declare your business travellers, but come no closer!"

"Hold on, Buliara," the girl spoke up, holding her hand up for a moment, "These travellers appear to be more than just that…" she stated before sitting properly in her seat, "Tell me...what are your names?"

"W-" Rex began before Sari covered his mouth.

"I'm Sari, and these are my friends Noel, Mai, and...uh...Reexa," Sari answered.

'Reexa?!' Rex mentally exclaimed.

"And you?" Riju asked, looking at Link, who replied with how he introduced himself in the Zora Domain, "Link? Hmm...Hearing that name caused a memory to spring forth in my head...something my mother spoke of. When the Calamity happened, the princess of Hyrule placed a fallen swordsman into a deep sleep...and it just so happens that swordsman's name was also Link...though it might just be coincidence…" she noted before spotting the Sheikah Slate, "What of that device on your hip? It appears to be a precious relic of the Sheikah. I can't imagine they would give something so valuable to a simple drifter...can you?"

"...hmm. Lady Riju, I know of the story you're talking of, but I don't remember ever hearing of a Hyalian Vai among the Champions," Buliara spoke, "...wait…" her eyes narrowed, getting a closer look at Link and Rex as she raised her sword, "Those two are Voes!"

"Well this lasted longer than I would have expected, been a weird adventure with ya Link," Rex sighed, "So...do we go to jail...or...worse? 'cause I can stand being locked up, but...uh...if it's worse...I'm not gonna be cool with that."

"The punishment for a Voe sneaking into Gerudo Town, especially the palace is death," Buliara stated with a scowl.

"Yep, I'm not cool with that." Rex sighed, holding his arm out as he made his B.F.S, the giant sword taking them all by surprise.

"...A Voe with the power to make weapons appear?" Riju blinked, "Hmm...interesting...Buliara, hold."

"Milady?" the guard blinked as she lowered her sword.

"You know…" Riju began, resting her knuckles underneath her chin as she leaned forward a bit, "A Voe within our walls is a great crime. But a Voe who is a Champion and one who can magically make weapons appear...it could prove useful. Plus.." she paused as her gaze turned to Link, "We'd never mistreat a friend of Lady Urbosa...and if I had to guess, you are here to help us with Naboris, correct?" she asked, earning a nod from Link in response, "...perfect. Then we are allies."

"Wow...you gotta be some kinda lucky, man," Rex noted, making his sword vanish back into his body.

Link just nodded in response...while giving a massive mental sigh of relief. Bad enough he had the Yiga after him...he did not want to make an enemy of an entire tribe of desert warriors.

"So...we're good?" Sari asked.

"Please...Rex causes too much damage when he fights." Noel spoke up.

"But I get results!" Rex cheered.

"I bet you do," Riju noted with a slight smirk before leaning back into her throne, "Now then..I assume you all saw that massive sandstorm out in the desert, correct?"

"That's right," Mai answered.

"We barely survived the thing lurking in there," Rex added with Link nodding in agreement.

"Then you know a bit of Vah Naboris then," Riju noted, "We have something to stop it, but we have yet to find a way to appease the Divine Beast on our own. Link, if you truly are a Champion, perhaps you and your companions will be able to enter Naboris and calm its anger."

"Actually we…" Noel began.

"Lady Riju," Buliara spoke up, keeping her eyes closed and her weapon ready, "I don't see how you can trust these strangers with something as important as this task…" she stated, opening her eyes as she looked over at her chief, "Perhaps if they were to prove their worth by recovering the stolen Thunder Helm."

"Hmm...an interesting suggestion," Riju noted, her gaze not once leaving the group, "You see, there is one thing in all of Hyrule that can withstand the lightning from Naboris. The Thunder Helm, a family heirloom and relic of the Gerudo...but as Buliara says, it was stolen from us."

"So let me guess. We go out and bring it back, then we've earned your trust. But the twist is, it's stolen by dangerous enemies and it could be considered a suicdie mission?" Rex asked, "No...yeah...been there done that."

"The Yiga are more dangerous than you realize," Riju stated, "In the past, their leader Kohga disguised himself as Lady Urbosa in an attempt to take the Hyrule Princess' life."

"Uhm...are we sure we...need this helmet? We have a friend who could probably fix something up for us just as good!" Noel spoke up nervously.

"Hey guys!" Ryuga's voice shouted, spooking everyone, "We beat up a bunch of ninja's! Then when we showed this lady a helmet and they let us in!" he called out while dragging in Kohga with Bobo riding on the fat ninja's prone body.

"?!" Riju blinked in utter surprise...before looking at Rex and the others, "Friends of yours?"

"Hey who's this manish...BWAHAHAHAHA!" Bobo began laughing, realizing he was looking at Rex, "AHAHAHAHAHA!" he fell over.

"IT'S NOT FUNNY MAN!" Rex snapped.

"These guys are super weak." Ryuga added as he walked over to the girls and Link, "It took me one hit to give their leader brain damage!" he laughed, "Also we found a nice lady who...uh...well she looks like all these ladies. She led us here, and told us to bring the fancy helmet to the palace." he summed up events, "Why are they dressed like girls?" he whispered to Noel while pointing to Link and Rex.

"This is Ryuga." Sari spoke up, "Uhm...he's kinda...super strong."

"I am a trained fighter." Ryuga nodded as he held up the helmet, "So...I was told to give this to ya, seems it's kinda important. So...you...uh want me to put this down somewhere...or...what?"

"I'll take that," Riju spoke, taking the Thunder Helm from him as she began to walk away, "Buliara, please escort the Yiga Clan leader to the dungeon…"

"Of course, Lady Riju," Buliara nodded.

"I...tasht purple…" Kohga slurred, Bobo hopping off him as Buliara picked the fat ninja up with ease and carried him off.

"You guys...left to go fight Ninjas?" Sari asked.

"Fake Ninja. And eh...it was more we got lost...needed shelter...and food." Ryuga explained.

"We ate their bananas." Bobo smiled.

"Mighty tasty too," Ryuga added before Dragon roared out a bit from behind, "Oh...and they stole Dragon while I was trying to get some honey off me and Bobo."

"So...in summary...you guys left on your own adventure...and defeated the quest we just got for us…" Mai summarized slowly.

"We call dibs on the reward…" Ryuga and Bobo spoke at the same time.

"...you truly keep an interesting company with you, Link," Riju said to Link before looking at Ryuga and Bobo, "And you'll get your reward..if you are willing to help us with Vah Naboris."

"Vah what now?" the two repeated.

"Divine Beast in the form of a robotic camel...that can shoot lightning," Rex explained simply.

"I hate you dress boy…" Bobo spoke to Rex before whispering to him, "Even when we're in another world...you rope me into a crazy stupid adventure…"

"Okay first off; it was the only way we could get in!" Rex hissed to him, "Second...like you weren't just dragged into one with Ryuga…"

"...ahh dang it. You got a point," Bobo groaned, "..eh. Least I got a feast out of it."

"You all coming here must be the blessings of Lady Urbosa," Riju spoke, looking at the Thunder Helm as a sad yet tired look appeared on her face, "I have no doubt you noticed, but I am still a child..and yet I was put into the role as chief at an early age after my mother passed away. The people look on me with nothing but warmth in their eyes, but even this brings me some pain, I must admit…I try so hard to be worthy of their love, to be a worthy chief...and to prove to myself I was worthy, too…." she whispered, looking at her reflection within the Thunder Helm, "When my family heirloom was stolen, I felt as though a shadow had fallen over me...feeling as if I failed not just myself...but the Gerudo as well."

Link looked on at her for a moment, moving over to the young Gerudo before putting a hand on her shoulder, making her look up to see the reassuring smile on his face...once he got the veil off of course.

"...hmm. Even silent, you give me words of encouragement," Riju noted with a small smile, looking back down at the Thunder Helm before she slipped it on...showing it much bigger than her head as she had to use her hands to help keep it up, "Um, how do I look?"

"Something tells me it was made for someone with a slightly larger noggin…" Ryuga honestly stated earning a few elbows to the ribs from the girls, "Ow…"

Link however seemed to focus on the Thunder Helm, feeling something stirring within his mind...a memory of sorts like back at Zora Domain. As he closed his eyes, a memory began to resurface.

-flashback-

Link stayed silent as he walked down a path, the night air blowing past him a bit as he began to approach a pair of figures, one of them currently sleeping at the moment. They were upon a large dark-blue and gold silk blanket, several red and gold pillows acting as a seat of sorts, with a lantern providing a bit more light in the night sky...while the Thunder Helm rested by the lantern.

"Ahh...well, you certainly got here fast," the figure that was awake, a Gerudo woman noted as she turned to see Link approach, "I should have expected as much from the princess's own appointed knight."

The Gerudo woman had her long red hair held together by a green bangle, a bit held up into a high ponytail in the back with gold hoop earrings. Her chest was covered in just an elaborately designed breastplate of blues and red with gold detailing with two shoulder guards of the same design as the breastplate. Around her waist was a gold belt with a red and gold one over that that kept the large blue and white scarf she was using as a large skirt in place, the print of a camel of sorts on the 'skirt.' On each of her slender, toned fingers were slim gold rings with her fingernails painted as blue as her skirt.

"She was out on a survey all day," the woman continued as she looked down at the sleeping figure, "Still as the sands now…"

She was a young lady around Link's age with long golden hair with part of it braided across the top of her head with a tiny blue hair clip on the left side. She wore a pair of black pants, black boots, and a blue dress shirt with white and gold detailing.

"So...spill it boy," the woman stated as she looked back at Link, "Have the two of you been getting along all right?"

"..."

"...It's ok...I know. Your silence speaks volumes," she said before looking back down at the sleeping young woman, "She gets frustrated everytime she looks up and sees you carrying that sword on your back. It makes her feel like a failure when it comes to her own destiny."

A guilty look appeared on Link's face as he rubbed his arm slightly.

"...Hm. Don't worry, it's not like you carry blame in any of this," the woman assured him before a concerned look appeared on her face, "It's unfortunate...she's put in more than enough time. Ever since she was a young girl, she's gone through rigorous daily routines to show her dedication. She once passed out in the freezing waters, trying to access this sealing power...and yet she has nothing to show for it. That's the motivation driving her research...I'd be doing the same thing," she admitted, adapting a soft mother-like smile as she brushed a bit of hair out of the princess' face, "She really is quite...special."

Link couldn't help but nod in agreement, looking down at the sleeping princess. He knows she can be quite...bossy and pushy at times, but there was a side of her that was honestly cute, a side that learned new things and wanted to find out more...like the time with the frogs. She really got excited over the frogs.

"You be sure to protect her with your life," the woman spoke, looking back at Link with a smile, "It's quite the honor…" she stated before looking down at Zelda, "The night brings a chill...it's probably time we take her in." she put a hand to her chin, "Hmm...or…"

A small amused smile formed on her lips before raising her hand up into the air. She snapped her fingers and…

*KRAKOOM~!*

...Green lightning roared and crackled, striking a sand dune nearby.

"Ahh!" the younger woman yelped as she shot up, now fully awake, "U-Urbosa! What was that...did you feel that?!" she asked, looking around before she noticed Link, "Wait, what...how did you…wh-what are you doing here?!" she demanded as a blush formed on her face, "W-were you watching the entire time?!" The sound of Urbosa laughing caught her attention, "Wh-What's so funny?!"

-flashback end-

"Link...link!" Riju called out, making Link gasp out as his eyes shot open, "Are you alright...you were staring at me for a bit."

"..." Link just shook his head before taking a bit of a deep breath.

"Anyway..what do you think? Do I look okay with the Thunder Helm on?" Riju asked.

Link stood silent for a moment...before making a motion with his hands stating 'it's kinda big'.

"...you don't say," Riju sarcastically deadpanned, "...anyway, we have what we need...and just in time. The threat Divine Beast Vah Naboris poses has grown since we began searching for the heirloom...and I believe that Gerudo Town itself may be in danger before too long…"

"Oh dear…" Noel whispered in worry at that.

"Considering how big that thing is…" Rex began, stepping out the back and looked out at the sandstorm out in the distance, "..."

"As chief, and as a Gerudo, I must find some way to stop that thing before it threatens my people," Riju stated as she took the Thunder Helm off, "Link..will you and your friends help me?"

Link nodded, a serious look in his eyes.

"Seeing how big a threat that thing poses...yeah," Rex replied, banging his fist into his open palm as he grinned, "Of course I'm in!"

"You can count on us as well," Sari added with Mai and Noel nodding in agreement.

"...ahh. Probably gonna get dragged into dis anyway," Bobo groaned, "I'm in, kid."

"Eh I haven't almost died in a minute." Ryuga shrugged, "Sure. I'm in."

"Thank you all," Riju smiled, "Then let us prepare and head out."

"Um...question though," Noel spoke, earning Riju's attention, "How...are we gonna get out there fast enough and face the Divine Beast."

"Oh that part is easy...we ride Sand Seals."

"YES!" Rex and Sari beamed at that.

"Da heck's a Sand Seal?" Ryuga and Bobo asked.

"Woah!" Ryuga yelped as he was toppled over by a Sand Seal, the group-Link back in his normal clothes- standing just outside the sandstorm as the moon floated above in the night sky.

"That's a Sand Seal," Mai replied, already holding the reigns of her Sand Seal.

"It's licking my face!" Ryuga groaned.

"Yeah, they are really friendly." Rex smiled, "And they are cuddlers."

"But are also fierce warriors," Riju added, standing near a dark blue Sand Seal with a scar over its eye...and its mane held up by a small red ribbon, "Much like Patricia here."

"So...they are like what...loyal partners? Like a dog or horse?" Ryuga asked lifting the Sand Seal off of him, "Well...explains the fangs…"

"Tusks…" Sari corrected.

"That's what I said…" Ryuga blinked.

"The two words translate to the same thing in Japanese…" Noel explained to them.

"So...what? We're just gonna ride dese things into that sandstorm?" Bobo asked, riding on top of a Sand Seal.

"Correct," Riju nodded as she handed Link a quiver full of Bomb Arrows, "Our main target is Vah Naboris' hooves...if you hit them with enough force, it should temporarily stop Naboris from moving, giving you enough time to go inside it."

"So...topple the Giant electroconductive camel…" Rex began.

"Climb inside of it...which is probably just as dangerous, and crawling with robots that wanna kill us…" Sari added.

"And then kill the demon inside it…" Bobo finished.

"Got it," the three nodded with Link slipping the quiver onto his back.

"You know I'm starting to miss the psycho alien who may be my dad out to destroy reality…" Ryuga muttered, 'Eh...least I can use this to somewhat vent….hm. I wonder what Sento's up to?'

"Hmm?" Sento blinked, pulling his goggles up for a moment as he paused from examining a circuit board, "...huh. Someone must've been talking about me…"

"Mr. Kiryu, I managed to fix the parts that were water-damaged," Purah spoke up, looking up from her own parts of the Sheikah Slate they were fixing, "But the connector to help the screen stay crystal clear is too damaged to fix."

"Hmm…" Sento muttered as he began looking around in his coat, "I might have something…"

"Oh?" Purah looked on in interest as the mini-Guardian Sento had fixed floated nearby.

"Yes...but oh so many things I carry around…" Sento muttered, "Never know when you will need this or that...but I believe I have a special circuit made of a crystallized carbon fiber which should do the trick."

"Perfect!" Purah beamed, "That would just leaves the processing chip needed to help with the touch screen, and...ooh~! Check it...what if we modified the part that stores the different runes of the sheikah Slate...and possibly unlock features we don't even know it had?"

"...I like the way you think," Sento grinned, "Let's get to work!" he cheered.

'...eh. Probably some nerd stuff,' Ryuga shrugged, everyone standing back as Riju held the Thunder Helm in her hands.

"Are you all far back enough?" Riju asked.

"We are," Mai answered.

"Good," Riju nodded, putting the Thunder Helm on as she took a deep breath. She then spread her arms out as she looked up at the sky, "My name is Riju, descendant of the royal line and leader of the Gerudo people! With the power of the heirloom passed down in my family, I shall calm the Divine Beast Vah Naboris...Ancestors of the Gerudo, answer my call! Aid me in this task!"

A faint electric aura began to surround Riju before it began to expand out, forming a dome of neon electric-green energy with bits of electricity crackling off it.

"...oh! I get it!" Sari gasped a bit, "So long as we stay near Riju, we won't get hit by Naboris' lightning."

"Meaning we'll need to strike its hooves at the right moment," Mai added, already having her spear out as Noel summoned one of her guns.

"Just aim and shoot...eh. Simple enough," Bobo shrugged as he pulled his blasters out.

"Just so you know...if I die...I will haunt you." Ryuga spoke up.

"Do not worry! With the Thunder Helm, you are safe with me!" Riju assured, grabbing the harness of Patricia as she focused on the sand storm, "Now let's ride!"

Link pumped his fist as his and the other Sand Seals barked in agreement.

"Lady Urbosa…" Riju whispered, looking up at the sky as the group took off into the sandstorm, "Please grant us your protection!"

As the group traveled deep into the sandstorm, they noticed the gigantic figure of a Divine Beast, this one based on a camel with a large, fortress-like structure on its back, a pair of towers acting as the humps as it traversed through the sandstorm.

"At least they kept the gimmick strong…" Ryuga muttered.

"It's huge!" Mai gawked, her ahoge sticking straight up in shock.

"Heads up! It's preparing for an attack!" Rex called out, seeing a ball of purple electricity forming between the towers on the camel's back.

Vah Naboris gave a groaning noise as the electricity shot up into the air, crashing down onto the barrier as Riju winced in pain.

"Gh...making a barrier this big…" she whispered before shaking her head, "Now's your chance to strike! Aim at the feet before it has a chance to recharge!"

"Shouldn't be hard ta miss!" Bobo shouted, seeing the hooves of the Divine Beast glowing with purple energy.

"So...like, we just gotta hit it really hard, right?!" Ryuga asked.

"Yes!"

"I can do that! Fluffy! Fling me!" he ordered his Sand Seal as it suddenly stopped and let the momentum launch Ryuga through the air. He grunted as he spun around a few times before making a fist and punching forward, the force of which causing blue flames to erupt from his fist as he struck the leg, causing it to lose its color as Vah Naboris groaned out, "Yes! First one!"

"Yeah...he's strong." Bobo smiled in remembrance.

"Hell yeah I…!" Ryuga began before he noticed a purple ring of electricity surrounding him, making him slowly look up to see electricity starting to form above Vah Naboris, "...uh oh."

"RUN MAN RUN!" Rex screamed.

"Gyah!" Ryuga yelped as Fluffy 'swam' over and he managed to grab the Sand Seal's reins before they barely got back into the dome just as a blast of purple lightning slammed on the dome, the thunderclap deafening, "Phew…"

"Ahh…!" Riju winced in pain once more, the barrier dissipating for a mere moment.

"Are you alright, Lady Riju?" Noel asked in concern.

"I am fine...just focus on the task," Riju assured as she shook off the pain once more.

"Let's get the other three as fast as we can!" Sari called.

Link nodded before pulling out his Lynel Bow while swinging his leg up to catch the reins for his Sand Seal. Quickly loading one of the arrows with the arrowhead coated in red paper, he pulled back on the string and the paper ignited. He aimed at the leg opposite of the one Ryuga had disabled and quickly let go. The arrow shot out and, just as it passed the end of the bow, split into three identical arrows that flew out and slammed into the purple hoof, causing the glow to fade and cause Vah Naboris to let out another groan.

"Not bad!" Rex grinned before holding his left arm up, letting the circuit lines form before he formed his large silver and orange Slam Cannon.

As they went past a rock, the back of his blast opened and shot back, 'eating' the rock before returning. With his goggles on, calculations appeared in the lenses as he shifted his blaster a bit and fired the 'devoured' rock, sending it sailing through the air and slammed into the hoof Bobo was shooting at, causing the purple to fade from that. Naboris let out another groan from the impact.

"Just one more!" Mai noted before seeing the purple electricity forming once more, "Uh oh...I think it's charging up another attack!"

"We must end this fast…!" Riju called out, seeing the ball of lightning starting to grow bigger above Naboris, 'If I take a strike that big...there is a chance I might fall unconscious…' she thought before shaking her head, 'No...I cannot hesitate. I have to do this...for my people.'

'...I wonder…' Sari began in her thought, looking at one of her energy blades before spotting the last of Nabrois' hooves, "...Mai, try throwing your spear at it! Noel, I need you to help me shoot it!"

"Eh? Why?"

"If we aim at it just right, it should give it enough force to disable the hoof!" she explained.

"Oh! R-Right!" Noel agreed, her gun shifting into its railgun form.

"Just gotta aim it just right…" Mai whispered, flipping her spear around as she prepared to throw it, waiting for one of Naboris' deactivated feet to move to hit the last one.

"Almost...almost…." Sari whispered as the three rode out of the barrier real quick, just as the electricity was nearing complete recharge as it lifted the hoof that was blocking the last one, "NOW!"

"HYA!" Mai shouted as she tossed her spear, both Noel and Sari firing a shot at the same time into the butt of the spear, further propelling it further as it crashed into the hoof, disabling it as the color faded.

Vah Naboris groaned out as the electric ball dissipated, the sandstorm slowly fading away as the camel-like Divine Beast began to fall on its knees while it lowered its head.

"...Dat did it, right?" Bobo asked as the group's Sand Seals came to a stop.

"Yes. The beast should be subdued long enough for you to enter," Riju answered, taking the Thunder Helm off before looking at Link, "Unfortunately, I cannot appease Naboris on my own. I have no choice…" she paused as she looked back at Vah Naboris, "But to entrust the rest to you all."

Link nodded before they heard Vah Naboris grunt, its eyes starting to turn back on as it slowly began to reactivate. He motioned the others to follow him as he began to rush towards the Divine Beast.

"Oh geez!" Ryuga shouted as he and the others ran after him, leaving Riju, Patricia, and the other Sand Seals to watch on as the group rushed for a small ramp located right underneath the Divine Beast.

"...Good luck," Riju whispered.

"So how does this work, Link?" Rex asked.

Link motioned to his Sheikah Slate just as the group barely reached the ramp, Mai calling her spear back as Bobo hopped onto Ryuga's back. He then pointed to a nearby terminal, which he began to approach it as he placed the Sheikah Slate on it.

=Travel Gate registered to Map=

"Oh. I get it," Rex noted.

"Let's just get in there and wreck it...or fix it...I...wasn't paying attention." Ryuga sighed.

"I think w-" Noel began.

"Well, well, well…" Urbosa's voice spoke up, making the shy blonde yelp as she bolted behind Mai and Sari, "You sure do know how to keep a woman waiting, Link...I can't wait to see you take Naboris back from Ganon...and oh? It would seem you have companions with you."

"...I...is a ghost speaking to us?" Rex asked, earning a slight nod from Link.

"Not the weirdest thing that's happened to me," Ryuga shrugged.

"We're here to help free Naboris and, apparently, you as well?" Sari replied.

"That's correct, young Vai," Urbosa answered, "Once you have the map from the Guidance Stone, you will need to activate the terminals, and then defeat the Blight that took my life in combat."

"Well...that doesn't sound so hard." Ryuga spoke.

"Why…." Noel sighed.

"What...what I do!?" Ryuga complained.

"We've learned over a year to not tempt Murphy," Mai sighed.

"That's stupid…" Ryuga deadpanned, "Bad stuff is always gonna happen, no matter what. Just look at this place, trying to deny that is stupid."

"And he knows stupid." Bobo smirked.

"That's right I...hey wait a minute!" Ryuga snapped.

"Let's just find this Guidance Stone and get the map," Sari sighed, "After that...we can figure out a game plan or something, because I feel we're gonna be here for a while."

-linebreak-

"Okay...easy...easy….easy…" Purah whispered as Sentao was carefully and slowly putting the upper part of the Sheikah Slate back onto the lower half.

"The pressure is indeed real," Sento spoke as he lowered it more and more into place.

"One wrong move...and it'll all be fore nothing…" Purah said, their gaze focused on the piece, "Easy….easy…."

"And….there," Sento sighed in relief once he got both pieces of the Sheikah Slate perfectly aligned, "Done."

"Not yet...we need to see if it works," Purah suggested before pointing at a nearby Sheikah terminal, "Place it there...if it turns on, then its a success."

"Welp...the moment of truth." Sento sighed as he followed her instructions.

=Registering Sheikah Slate. Runes, camera, album, compendium...missing files confirmed. Starting repair=

The two geniuses stood silent as they saw the drip forming on the cone above the terminal. After a few more moments of silence, the drip fell onto the Sheikah Slate, causing it to give a blue glow.

=Files repaired. Remote Bomb, Magnesis, Stasis, Cryonis unlocked. New Rune options detected and have been registered=

"Yes! It works!" Purah beamed as Sento took the Sheikah Slate out, "The repairs of the Sheikah Slate is a complete success!"

"Yup. Just one last test…" Sento began as he turned, aiming hte Sheikah Slate right at her, "Cheese."

"Wh-"

*FLASH!*

"Ahh! Wh-" Purah began before she tensed up, noticing the finger she was pointing with...to be that of a young adult woman. She blinked as she looked over at a nearby mirror the small Guardian was holding, seeing she now had the body of a woman in her early 20s, lifting her glasses up to get a better look at her reflection, "You...did you add my Anti-Aging Rune to the Sheikah Slate...and got it ot work properly?"

"It was a complicated equation to figure out, and then translate it into the magical energy of the Sheikah Slate, but I did work under a crunch time."

"I see...it...it really works now," Purah whispered, a smile forming on her face as her feet began to pace excitedly in place, "Ahahaha! It works! I got it to work! Eat it, Robbie you showboater! I found a way to be at my prime again!"

"...Former fellow scientist?" Sento guessed.

"Yup, but I could never meet his high standards because 'I express myself so less aside from words and mixing words~!'" Purah answered as she did a mocking voice before scoffing, "Pfft! And he's one to talk with how much of a showoff he is? He acts like he'd belong in the theater….but aside that...he's a good man, and we swore that if one of us died, we'd be there to help Link in his quest."

"Well then it's a good thing you're keeping that promise." Sento smiled.

"Of course," Purah nodded, "Still thank you...thank you for the assistance, Sento Kiryu...now then…" she turned her attention to the small Guardian, "Let's see if we can figure out a way to convert the Guardians back to our side." the tiny Guardian beeped uneasily on seeing the look in her eyes.

"Oh don't worry, you won't get taken apart again." Sento sighed.

=...beep= the Guardian beeped as it pointed out the window, showing it was night out.

"So? I've worked longer," Purah countered, "Mr. Kiryu?"

"I'm sure my idiots are alive still."

"Okay...according to the map," Sari whispered as the group was looking at the 3d map of Vah Naboris on Link's Sheikah Slate, "There are terminals located near the head, near the humps, and somewhere in this room…and we only have one Sheikah Slate to use…"

Link nodded, recalling last time. Maybe he should have waited for Sento and Purah to fix the other.

"There has to be something we could do...unless," Sari paused as she looked over at Rex, "You...think you might be able t….no no. I don't think it'll work."

"...yeah whatever yer thinkin' Red, I doubt Nanites could work and hack into some ancient robo-camel," Bobo stated, earning a confused look from Link, "..it's complicated, elf boy, but if you wanna go on your fancy magic science or whatever...it's what lets Rex 'magically' make weapons appear."

Link just blinked at that while shooting a confused look at Rex.

"My equivalent to Sheikah tech." he spoke up, having come to understand what would work best for his confused friend.

Link nodded, getting it now.

"...well, why not give it a try?" Noel offered her opinion, earning looks from the others, "I mean...it wouldn't hurt to give a try...right?"

"...We might as well give a go," Sari nodded, looking up to see a terminal hanging near the currently upside down main control terminal, "And I see one...Rex?"

"Oh sure...it's not like you're the ones who will go crazy and mutate into a giant killer robot if things go wrong…" Rex replied with sarcasm, "But...since I'm more than likely outvoted, fine…but you gotta deal with my mutated form if it happens."

Link just blinked in slight surprise at that as Rex formed his hoverpack, floating up to the terminal as he landed on the platform it was on.

"Okay...may as well give it a shot," Rex muttered, flexing his hand before he put it on the Terminal as datalines appeared on his hand. He shut his eyes as he prepared for anything weird to happen...only...nothing. He slowly opened one of his eyes to see the terminal on, "...It worked...holy heck it worked!" he exclaimed before looking back down at the others, "Hey guys, it actually worked!"

"...HOW?!" Bobo exclaimed.

"I guess even if it's ancient technology, the Divine Beast is still a machine," Mai muttered as Rex floated back down.

"And since he could do that…" Sari looked at her hand before placing it on a wall, "..." she tensed before moving her hand away, "Okay...that Blight thing? Not good. Not good at all." She looked at Link, "Please tell me you have things to not get you electrocuted." Link nodded, "Good. Get that ready before you even try activating the central terminal."

"Oh? I must say, Link. You always attract quite the interesting people around you, don't you?" Urbosa questioned.

"...before you say anything...er...ma'am. I'm not a Gerudo," Sari quickly stated.

'And yet your quick thinking led to some interesting revelations," Urbosa countered.

"Oh hey that's right you got the same skin and hair as them…" Ryuga finally spoke up, "Weird coincidence."

"You're just now realizing that?" Sari deadpanned.

"I hit stuff good...I don't rely on my brain like Sento. If you need something punched so hard it explodes, I'm your man." he argued.

"He's a bruiser type after all…" Bobo added.

"See? He gets it."

"Ahem. Still, you have four Terminals left to activate," Urbosa stated as she decided to move the conversation, "Also be careful...the Blight is not something to take lightly. It is truly a deadly foe."

Link nodded in response before reaching behind his back, pulling out a few Electro-proof elixirs before handing all but one to the others.

"...oh. Because we might be facing electricity in here," Noel realized, earning a nod from Link in response.

"Hm...may as well chug it down then," Bobo muttered, the others nodding as all but Mai popped the corks out and took a drink, "?! Sweet….jeez that's sour!"

"It's like I just drank an entire orchard of lemons…!" Rex whispered as his lips were really puckered.

"Same...but without the sugar!" Sari added.

"I think I can't feel my face…" Noel whispered.

"Mmm…" Ryuga muttered, finishing his without visible effect, "Yeah I'm...like part weird alien...I taste stuff differently…"

"Lucky…" those that had drank the substance muttered, Link even giving Ryuga a deadpanned stare.

"Yeah...not really…" Ryuga sighed, "Trust me none of what I'm part of is any bit lucky…"

"...r-right," Mai whispered, looking down at her glass bottle, "...maybe I'll save mine for later." 'If that one drink knocked me out and gave me snow breath for a bit...I do not wanna see what happens when I drink this stuff...though maybe….I'll test it out later.'

Link stared at Mai for a moment before shrugging, pulling the map of Vah Naboris back up as he looked at the remaining Terminal points. There was another nearby, meaning if he could just activate that one...they could possibly split up and activate the last three terminals. He looked around before spotting a small chamber in the back...hanging upside down on the ceiling, but he could tell there was a terminal in there thanks to the fenced up windows. He then tapped on the back of the cylinder-like shape that was the room the group was in, causing that part of the room to start rotating so the chamber was closer to the ground.

"..wait. So we can somewhat control this thing?" Ryuga blinked...and realized they were standing in a large circular room with floors that can rotate, "...Yeah I call one of the ones near the lumpy things with Link."

"You mean the humps?" Noel asked as Link hurried over to the chamber to activate the terminal.

"I stand by what I said." Ryuga spoke, "I live with a mad genius, a pervert, and a weirdo...I need to watch what I say…"

"...f-fair, I guess," Noel muttered.

"Me and the girls will take the one closer to the back then," Sari spoke.

"Leaving me and Bobo to get the one at the head," Rex added.

"You and who now?" Bobo asked, "...No. No way. I've dealt with enough craziness fer today, kid...but going out on a giant robotic camel's neck while it's still moving with the possibility of it striking me with lightning the moment I fall into the sand? Yeah...I'd rather be back in Amazon Town thank you very much."

"And how do you suppose will you be able to get out, chimp? Hmm?" Urbosa questioned.

"..."

"Ghost lady got you there…" Ryuga muttered.

"Quiet, you…" Bobo frowned before he sighed as he hopped onto Rex's back, "Alright...Against my better judgment...let's fly."

"Whatever you say, buddy," Rex rolled his eyes a bit, activating his hoverpack once more as he flew off.

"...Wait a second...Oi, what am I supposed to do?" Ryuga asked.

"Go and bash up the Guardians in here," Sari replied, "Bring the parts back. Sento can use them to fix the machine."

"Ack! We broke that blender?!"

"Yup."

"Welp...they said bash 'em up…" Ryuga sighed as he walked off, "Hey robot, you come here...Don't you run! You come back here so I can break you!"

Link just slowly blinked at that...before shrugging as he ran off after Ryuga.

"...Man this place is scary…" Mai whispered as she, Sari, and Noel walked along a path as they noticed bits and globs of Malice littering the area while blocking a few paths.

"Considering it's been abandoned for so long…" Noel whispered as she hid behind Mai.

"Not the first time I've had to deal with spooky abandoned ships," Sari admitted as they stepped into an elevator, "...first time involved Space Barnacles and..." she paused as she shivered at the memory.

"Sp...space B-" Noel began before tensing up, spotting an eye coming out of the Malice as it stared at her and the girls...mainly her, "..."

"Probably best not t-" Mai began.

*BANG!*

"Ahh!" Sari and Mai yelped from the sudden gunshot, looking to see Noel nervously holding Bolverk with wide eyes, "Noel?!"

"I saw something staring at me!"

"Well...can't blame her for that…" Mai muttered.

"True…" Sari muttered as the elevator reached the top, letting the girls see some of the Malice fading as the black smoke faded to reveal a Terminal, "...huh. I guess Noel shot what was blocking the Terminal…"

"...huh. I...guess I did," Noel blinked a bit.

"Good job," Mai smiled, patting her shoulder.

"Okay...now to see if it works for me," Sari said as she approached the Terminal, datalines coming off her hand as she placed it on the part where the Sheikah Slate goes, "...Okay. Seems good s-" she began before she was suddenly shocked for a moment, her eyes changing colors for a second before turning back to normal, "?!"

"Sari?"

"I-I'm fine…" Sari whispered as the Terminal turned blue, "Oh and see? It worked...somewhat."

"...are you sure you're alright?" Mai asked.

"You looked like you were in pain," Noel added in concern.

"Girls really. I'm okay," Sari assured, 'At least….I hope I am...just hope that Calamity Ganon didn't try to corrupt me again.'

"ORA!" Ryuga's voice shouted, startling the girls before they saw a small Guardian crash through the floor, "I think that's my sixth one...what about you, Link?"

"..."

"...Eh?! Ten?! ...Didn't think there were that many in here."

"That must be Link and Ryuga," Mai noted as she, Sari and Mai looked down, seeing Link and Ryuga standing in front of an opened fence, two platforms connected to it with large silver-metal balls crackling with green electricity standing on them.

"Oh! Hey girls!" Ryuga waved as Link stepped through the fence, walking up to the Terminal as he used his Sheikah Slate to activate it, "You missed quite the battle...we were setting up this stupid electric ball puzzle when we got jumped by some robots."

"That couldn't have been a coincidence," the three girls sweatdropped.

"Ah but it's okay...we broke most of them already." Ryuga spoke up as he stepped on one that tried to escape, "Hahaha...no you don't."

An arrow shot by him, making him blink as he turned to see a Guardian sparking with the arrow embedded in its optic..before it collapsed. Link just shot him a slight smirk as he walked past him.

"...Was he rubbing that in my face?" Ryuga questioned as the girls-with Sari's help- hopped down the hole, "I felt like he rubbed that in my face…"

"I'm sure he didn't," Noel offered.

"Don't make it into a big deal." Mai added.

"...fine. I won't," Ryuga shrugged.

"Let's just go and wait up on Rex near the Main control Terminal," Sari sighed as the group began to walk out of the room.

"Fine…"

"...are you sure dis is a camel, or a giraffe?" Bobo questioned as Rex flew over Vah Naboris' very long neck.

"Pretty sure it's a camel," Rex pointed out.

"Last I check, camels don't have necks dis long," Bobo argued.

"Camels might look different here. You saw the Sand Seals. And I swear I saw a horse as big as a bus during my first flight around this place," Rex replied.

"Touche…" Bobo sighed before looking ahead,, "...heads up, kid. I think I see a platform."

"Gotcha," Rex nodded as he flew to a platform that was near the Divine Beast's head, landing near it as he looked down to see the Terminal on the side of the wall, "...huh. Guess they wanted you to turn this thing's neck upward normally...but…" he paused with a grin, hopping in as he pressed his hand on the Terminal, causing it to turn blue as he moved his hand away, "I like to find my shortcuts."

"Great. We got it. Now let's head back and meet up wit' elf boy, Ryu and da girls," Bobo stated, "Sooner we're done here, da sooner I can rest up back at da smoothie shop."

"Oh come o-" Rex began as he crawled out, only to blink when he saw faint traces of the morning sun shining through the sandstorm a bit, "...were we in this thing the entire night?"

"...yeah. Dat amazon brat owes us a god damn feast and beds for going through with dis crazy mission," Bobo muttered.

"Oh man. I hope the others didn't worry about us," Rex spoke as he took off, flying back down Vah Naboris' neck.

"...wonder what's taking Rex and Bobo so long?" Mai pondered as she and the others were gathered near the Main Control Terminal, Link-who was wearing an all black and grey jumpsuit with faded-gold detailings and a helm that seemed to be based on a catfish-having gotten the confirmation that the last Terminal had been activated.

"Maybe they got side tracked," Noel offered.

"They'll hopefully arrive soon enough," Sari assured as Link began to step towards the Main Control Terminal.

Link paused for a moment, already having the Sheikah Slate out as he looked at the Main Control Terminal. He looked back at the others, giving a serious look on his face...he knew what was about to come next, so he had to be sure the others were ready to fight.

The others took quick notice of this before nodding, the girls summoning their weapons while Ryuga cracked his knuckles a bit.

Link nodded in response before he approached the Main Control Terminal once more, about to place the Sheikah Slate on the platform before the familiar smoke of Malice began to pour out of it. Light began to pour out of the Main Control Terminal as it began to from into something behind the group.

The light formed into a Blight Ganon, only compared to the ones Link, Ben and the others fought back in Vah Ruta, this one seemed smaller and more skinny while its 'face' was more shaped like a notched dagger. One of its hands began to flip out into a short sword while the other formed into an energy shield. Electricity crackled off it as it gave a loud yell.

"Link, you and your comrades stay on edge," Urbosa informed the group, "This formidable adversary was made by Ganon and brought me to a warrior's demise 100 years ago...do not allow this to be your end. Fight for your lives...and its death!"

"A scourge of the desert and blight of the Gerudo…" Mai quietly noted, keeping her spear ready as she got into a fighting stance, "A...Thunderblight Ganon I guess."

"Welp...I did say I missed fighting monsters…" Ryuga sighed, bashing his fists together and igniting them with blue fire.

ThunderBlight Ganon cried out before it seemingly vanished, making the group tense up as they looked around for it.

"Wh-" Noel began before she cried out in pain, her shoulder suddenly cut up.

"?!" Link tensed as he quickly turned, using his shield to block the slash of Thunderblight Ganon before it suddenly blurred away from him.

"...is this what you warned us about, Sari?" Mai asked, tossing her spear at the Blight when it stopped to attack, only for it to block it with its shield before it ran off.

"It is...I didn't think it would be this f-" Sari began before grunting, using her energy blades to block Thunderblight Ganon's sword before it knocked her away with its shield and ran off once more.

Link quickly looked up to see the Blight raising its sword up, only to swing down as it sent out multiple electric balls at the group, prompting Link and the others to move out of the way. He was about to pull his bow out before he was slashed on the back by Thunderblight Ganon, prompting him to quickly turn and try to slash it...only for it to dash away once again.

"How did you not get zapped?" Ryuga asked before Link tapped his armor, "Huh?"

"...That armor has rubber weaved into it," Mai realized, earning a nod from Link, "That's why he wasn't shocked...Rubber doesn't conduct electricity."

"I've read One Piece." Ryuga replied before ducking under a swipe from Thunderblight Ganon, about to throw a punch at it before it dashed away once more, "Damn it! What is with this thing? ! And damn you Sento for locking up all my gear!"

Link blinked at that as he quickly blocked another strike from Thunderblight Ganon before it dashed off. Can it be that...Ryuga can gain armor like that Sento guy from back at Vah Ruta?

"Noel, can't you get a shot in?" Sari asked, using one energy blade to block Thunderblight Ganon's sword before she tried to slash at it, only for it to block with its shield.

"I can, but…" Noel began as she fired a few shots, only for Thunderblight Ganon to turn and block the incoming bullets with its shield before it dashed off once again, "It keeps blocking with its shield...but, I did notice something."

"What is it?"

"It seems the shield weakens every time it gets hit," Noel noted before dodging an electric ball from the Blight, "If we hit it a few times, it should hopefully disable it."

"Yeah if we could…" Mai sighed.

"We'd need something crazy fast or strong to hold it down." Sari spoke, they then blinked as Link kept pointing to Ryuga.

"Ryuga...this...gear...is it...important?" Mai guessed given the gesturing.

"Huh...well yeah it lets me use my full power." he explained, "But Sento said I can't use it 'cause reasons! So he did some techno thing and locked it."

"Do you have it?" Sari asked before ducking under a slash.

"Of course I do!" Ryuga argued before Dragon quickly flew out, breathing fire into Thunderblight Ganon's face before it could slash at Ryuga, making it cry out in surprise before it quickly dashed off once again, "But I don't see how…"

"Give me a minute with it," Sari replied.

"...You're not like that scythe girl, are you?"

"Who?" Sari raised a brow before shaking it off, "N-nevermind. Just give me a minute with it...but I need someone to help distract th-"

"BANZAI!" Rex's voice shouted, making Thunderblight Ganon stop for a moment before it quickly blurred out of the way of Rex's sword, "Dang it! I missed it!"

"Where were you two?!" Mai exclaimed as Rex quickly moved over to the group, Bobo hopping off his back as the two stood ready.

"We was busy. What's it to ya?" Bobo spoke, "We're here ain't we?"

"Whoa that thing is creepy!" Rex spoke, forming his B.F.S. as he swung at it, only to miss, "And fast!"

"And shocking!" Sari exclaimed.

"And wh-" Rex began before one of Thunderblight Ganon's electric balls hit his B.F.S, making him sputter and yell out as he was shocked.

"And apparently annoying!" Bobo shouted as he fired at Thunderblight Ganon, only for it to quickly turn as it blocked the incoming energy blast, its shield nearly fading before it reformed quickly as the Blight blurred around the group at high speed.

"I know, and I think I might have an idea!" Sari argued before holding her hand out to Ryuga, "Now...your gear please?"

"..I d-" Ryuga began before Link quickly jumped in front of him, using his shield to block Thunderblight Ganon's sword before he pushed it back, "...know what? Fine! I wanna beat this thing's ass already!" he snapped as he reached into his jacket, pulling out a belt similar to Sento's as he handed it to Sari, "Now what?"

"Just give me a second...wow Sento is very...extra...it's like he made it so you can't find another genius to hack it back online…" Sari spoke as her eyes flashed.

"I tried…" he admitted.

"So what, you can't talk it into helping?!" Rex argued as he tried to swing at ThunderBlight ganon, only to end up missing, "Dang it!"

"I'm trying okay?! I j-" Sari began before she tensed up, Thunderblight Ganon rushing behind her as it raised its sword up, "?!"

"Sari!"

*SLASH!*

Sari flinched as she kept her eyes shut...only to see she had no pain in her at the moment. She quickly turned to see Link panting a bit, Thunderblight Ganon's sword covered in a bit of his blood as there was a slash going down Link's shoulder. She was about to say something before Link shot her a look, as if he was telling her to hurry before he turned and managed to get a small hit in on the Blight, making it cry out in pain before it blurred out of the way once more.

"...ok. I'll try again," Sari whispered as she put her hand back on the belt, "Okay look...I know the guy who made you made it impossible to hack into you, but we're in a pretty tight bind right now! So I need you to do me a favor...if not just for a bit until we finish the battle and unlock so we have a chance!"

...welp, she's pissed," Bobo noted before ducking under a swipe, "Hey hey! Watch da fez, speedy!"

"Gah...Sento why do you have to be so god damn annoying!" Ryuga complained.

Dragon growled as it landed on Sari's shoulder. It then began playing a tune that caused the lights on the belt to begin flashing.

"...w-wait...you…" Sari began, looking between the belt and Dragon for a few moments before looking at Ryuga, "YOU HAD THE THING NEEDED TO UNLOCK IT THIS ENTIRE TIME?!"

"I didn't know that! Sento tells me nothing! He keeps all that weird knowledge to himself! This is a man who built a weapon system that causes rapid human evolution...and one bonk to the head and he forgets what weird things he put in the damn thing!"

"Hurry!" Mai and Noel shouted.

"Alright, alright! Why are all the girls I know crazy…?" Ryuga muttered as he took his belt back.

"Ah! A little faster man!" Rex shouted, using his armored shield generating gauntlets Block Party to parry the Thunderblight Ganon's attacks.

"Come on you!" Ryuga snatched Dragon and folded its head and tail up before slotting a blue bottle into it.

=WAKE UP! CROSS-Z DRAGON!=

Ryuga put the belt on and slotted Dragon into the section Sento put two bottles in before. He began cranking the belt as a blue light shone from it. Large tubes formed a frame that held two halves of a suit of armor with a third housing what looked like wings.

=Are you Ready!?=

"Henshin!" Ryuga shouted and, with that vocal command, the two halves of armor slammed over him, forming a black combat suit over his body. His blue armor meshed together as his gauntlets each had two bladed spikes extending outward, with his left gauntlet decorated with a fire pattern. His helmet's eyes looked like two blue Dragons heads facing one another. The third piece of armor attached to his back as the wings folded over his shoulders and to his chest, the armor forming shoulder pads that spiked out with two more spikes each. A strip of armor locked down over his helmet as a golden crest united both dragon heads into a singular dragon pattern and a white mouth guard formed.

=WAKE UP BURNING! GET CROSS-Z DRAGON! YEAH!=

"Whoa…" Rex awed.

"Ha!" Cross-Z roared, dashing forward as he punched Thunderblight Ganon, sending it flying back and slamming into a wall.

He tensed before suddenly turning around and kicking a thunderball away. He looked back to see the monster gone, he looked around slowly before spinning around to kick its sword away, using the swung to send a punch that struck the shield which it used to try and block the blow...but was still sent flying back.

Thunderblight Ganon dashed around rapidly, and rushed at Mai and Noel, only for Cross-Z to appear in its path.

"No you don't!" he roared while punching it, sending it flying back again.

"So fast…!" Mai gawked.

"Believe it or not, Sento is even faster…" Cross-Z spoke before he swung his leg up and deflected the monster's sword. He flipped and rolled himself forward as he swung his leg down, striking Thunderblight Ganon making its face slam into the ground.

Cross-Z growled as he grabbed it by its hair and lifted the monster up before slamming it back down into the ground. He swung it back up before pulling it close as he punched it across the face, causing a small explosion to go off upon impact. Cross-Z growled as he punched with his other hand, and then the next, and so on as his arms began moving so fast it looked like he was punching with a dozen arms all at once.

"...okay. I knew he was strong, but…" Bobo began, a look of disbelief on his face as he and the others watched, "...Just holy crap."

As crude as that was...Link couldn't help but agree. Ryuga's armored form gave him the upper hand against this Blight...but...if anything, there's a chance it might transform..much like Waterblight Ganon did.

"Ha!" Cross-Z roared as he swung Thunderblight Ganon around before letting go and sending it up into the air, "Burn up!" he shouted, jumping after it as he swung his leg and kicked it out, pinning it to the ceiling, with a kick that shook the entire Divine Beast they stood within.

"...did...did that do it?" Noel cautiously asked, currently bandaging up Link's arm as the group looked up.

Thunderblight Ganon's 'eye' shone before it became a ball of light, freeing itself from the ceiling as it moved to the Main Control Unit. As it reformed, neon-green electricity began to form on it as its sword and shield started to turn the same color. Orbs of electricity began to form behind its back as they formed into a large ring while floating runes began to surround parts of its body.

"...dat answer yer q-" Bobo began before the group saw it beginning to sway back and forth...and saw what looked like after images forming behind it before it completely vanished from sight.

"Wh-" Cross-Z began before he winced, feeling as if he got slashed twice before he quickly turned to block an afterimage of Thunderblight Ganon's sword, only to cry out when another slashed his back and blurred off.

"It's even faster now?" Rex asked in concern.

"Gah...Ah…" Cross-Z groaned slamming into the ground. He got up, before suddenly dashing in front of Noel and Link as he used his body to block a slash aimed at them, "GAH!" he cried as electricity coursed through his armor. He grunted before suddenly dashing over and using himself to block another swing aimed at Sari and Mai, "AH!"

"This is not good…" Sari whispered, seeing the group surrounded by Thunderblight Ganon and its three afterimage copies, "It's somehow so fast..its afterimages can hit us."

"How are we supposed to fight back if it's faster now?!" Rex exclaimed.

"I don't know! G-give me a moment to think!"

"That's not exactly reassuring!"

As the two began to argue and bicker for a bit, Mai thought back to the Elixir Link had gave her an idea starting to form in the bluette's mind. Normally she wouldn't test such an idea...but...given the current situation, she had no choice.

"...well," she whispered, pulling out the Electroproof Elixir out as she undid the cork, "May as well try it…"

"Mai?" Noel blinked before Mai drank the entire glass bottle's contents, "?!"

Mai tensed up as she stood there, dropping the bottle as it shattered on the floor. The group looked on in worry before a small giggle escaped Mai's lips, an excitable yet...slightly childish grin growing on her lips as her eye began to twitch.

"...You uh...you okay dere, ribbon girl?" Bobo asked.

"W…w…" Mai whispered, electricity crackling off her for a moment before she dashed off, "WAI~!"

One of the Thunderblight Ganons was about to charge, only to cry out when Mai's spear bore straight through its optic, making its body go limp as it faded from sight.

"Whoa!" Rex shouted in shock.

"What happened?" Sari asked.

"Mai's magic sense of taste," Noel realized, "Normally when she eats stuff she's overwhelmed by it, and it seems like eating anything magical...will give her magical powers."

"Ne ne! Can't catch me!" Mai giggled a bit from one of the windows, only to zip out of the way to dodge one of the Thunderblight Ganon's thunderballs.

"Well it's working…" Sari muttered, confused by the change to her personality.

"Hai…" Noel nodded before running over to Cross-Z, "Ryuga-san, are you okay?"

"Ah…" he groaned as he punched the ground and pushed himself up, his eyes glowing bright blue as an aura of blue fire formed around him.

"I think...he got a second wind…" Bobo muttered as Cross-Z suddenly punched his hand out and struck one of the Thunderblight Ganons and tore through it.

"Koi!" Cross-Z challenged as he jumped after Thunderblight Ganon, forcing it to dodge out of the way of his swing.

The Monster jumped back only for it to suddenly be struck by Mai's spear as it smacked it across the back of the head, sending it into Cross-Z who slammed a punch to its stomach. While it faded to reveal another afterimage, the real one looked around in concern. It moved around to try and confuse them only for it to stop as Mai appeared in its path and she swung her spear forcing it to block, in this moment of time, Cross-Z was able to catch up and swung another punch, forcing it to jump back as yet another afterimage was torn apart by his power.

Link grunted as he forced himself up, pulling out his Lynel bow as he kept his eyes focused around the room...hoping to find the real Thunderblight Ganon. He then looked up to the center of the room, seeing one sole one flying above them all as it rose its sword in the air...wait. That has to be the real one!

"Ne, dragon-san!" Mai exclaimed as she jammed her spear into another afterimage of the monster, "I think Linky-san found the real one!"

"Where?!" Cross-Z demanded before Mai pointed her spear up, making him look up to see the Blight preparing to fire off more thunderballs, "..." he looked over at Link for a moment as he hurried over, "Team up to finish it off?"

Link nodded, loading up one of his Ancient Arrows as he took aim at Thunderblight Ganon.

The monster cried out as it swung down, two of its afterimages rushing for the group...only to end up being pierced by Mai's thrown spear, said spear leaving a trail of electricity in its wake. Thunderblight Ganon was about to swing the spear away, only to cry out as the spear pierced and shattered its shield, causing it to begin falling to the floor.

Link shouted out as he let the arrow fly, the monster quickly noticing it flying right towards it as more and more of its afterimages shot forward to block the incoming arrow with their shield.

"Oh no you don't!" Cross-Z shouted, jumping up while cranking his belt. A blue dragon made of fire formed around him as he spun his body around and aimed his leg forward.

=Ready Go! DRAGONIC FINISH!=

"Ha!" Cross-Z roared as the dragon breathed a stream of fire which washed over him and began concentrating on his leg, The fire burned away the after images. Cross-Z growled as his foot drove into the arrow, causing a sudden flash of light as he shot forward even faster and then into Thunderblight Ganon's chest, his kick pushing it back, "Just die already, you freak!" he roared as the attack tore through its torso.

Thunderblight Ganon cried out, plumes of Malice beginning to spew out of its body as it began to explode out in flames. As the flames died down, it revealed no trace of the monster...only a crystalized heart similar to the one Waterblight Ganon dropped.

"Oh thank god it's gone," the others sighed in relief.

"Yatta! We beat it! We beat it!" Mai beamed as she zipped around the others, "Ne ne! You saw that, right!? Dragon-san did a kick into Linky-san's arrow and pierced the clones and monster! It was cool, ne?! Ne?!"

"...Nope." Cross-Z spoke up, pinching her neck and making her fall over to the ground.

"Zzzz…."

"Thank you…" Bobo sighed in relief, "I am not dealin' with dat th' rest of the time we're here."

"Ah...let's just...finish this up…" Cross-Z sighed as he undid his armor.

Link nodded in agreement, putting his bow away as he approached the Main Control Terminal while picking up the crystalized heart in the process. He then pulled out the Sheikah Slate before putting it on the Terminal's console, causing it to flash as it began to glow blue.

"Hm...I knew you wouldn't let us down, Link," Urbosa's voice spoke, making the group look over to see her walking down a flight of stairs..and showing much like Mipha, she too was a spirit, "Thanks to you and your friends' valor, skill, and quick thinking...my soul is free and Naboris is ours once again. Which means that finally, we can complete what we started years ago. After all, we Gerudo have no tolerance for unfinished business."

"...L-Lady Urbosa?" Sari guessed.

"I am, young Vai," Urbosa nodded, "You took quite the risk in your idea with the Terminals, even if there was a chance you'd be corrupted by Ganon's influence."

"?!" Sari tensed up a bit at that.

"...uh...it's...magic?" Rex tried to point out.

"Hm hm...don't worry. Your secrets are safe with me."

"Oh thank god," Rex sighed in relief while Link just blinked in confusion at that.

"Nothing of importance now, Link," Urbosa stated to the young Hyalian warrior, "But now...oh I've waited so long for the moment to see you finally rush Hyrule Castle...as well as for the moment when I incinerate Ganon into a pile of ash."

"I like her style," Ryuga chuckled as he carried Mai over his shoulder.

"...which reminds me, I have a gift to give," Urbosa stated as she looked over at Link and Sari, "For the both of you."

"Wait...me too?" Sari blinked, "...wait...I'm not a…"

"You may not be of the Gerudo, but you have shown the traits of a Gerudo Warrior," Urbosa pointed out, "If you hadn't thought of your little idea, you and your friends would no doubt had trouble here in Vah Naboris. Plus you've held yourself well against the Blight..."

"...well...true, b-"

"Now please accept this gift you two, the gift that has come to be known as Urbosa's Fury," Urbosa stated, holding her arms out as she began to float up, "It will no doubt be of use to you."

She gave a deep breath as she rose her arms up into the air, slowly spreading them apart as two balls of yellow light formed in her free hand, the shadowed image of Naboris within them. She then snapped her fingers as the two balls of light went into both Link and Sari, making the latter yelp in surprise.

Link breathed out a bit before holding his hand up, spinning in place for a moment as he snapped his fingers before bolts of lightning crashed around him.

"..." Sari blinked for a moment before she snapped her fingers, causing a bolt to crash down near her, "?!...I have electricity I can bring out with a fingersnap...oh that's so cool~!"

"With further practice, maybe more than that," Urbosa chuckled before looking at Link, gaining a solemn look on her face, "Link...both you and the Princess...I know you have suffered much regarding what happened to us Champions, but…" she paused as she looked out the window, seeing the sandstorm had begun to fade as the sun shone into the room, "But this is how things had to happen. No one needs to carry the blame. So please, make it clear so she understands that. Tell her to shed any worries...and let her know..." she paused as a small, almost motherly smile formed on her lips, "That I couldn't be more proud of her…"

"We'll be sure to make sure she knows." Sari smiled.

"I know you will," Urbosa smiled as the group was soon enveloped in light, "Link, you take good care of the Princess….oh, and also.." she paused before giving Link a wink, "Take good care of Hyrule."

Link nodded a moment before the group faded away in a flash of light.

Vah Naboris stood still as the sandstorm finally subdued, the morning sun shining down on it. A groan escaped from the Divine Beast as it looked up towards the mountains separating the desert from the rest of Hyrule before it began to walk. Each step echoed like thunder as it made its way towards them, its goal a large platform of sorts by a tower sporting a blue glow within. Once it settled on the platform, it gazed out towards Hyrule Castle and its legs moved, lowering itself down to sit. The 'ears' on the sides of its head twitched before rotating so the bottom parts were aimed ahead. A faint 'click' went off in them before they segmented into three parts, connected by a glowing blue 'rod' in each piece. Red energy gathered between the tips before firing a red beam at the castle, hitting the same spot the other three red beams were striking. Urbosa stepped out atop Naboris's head and gazed out at the castle and towards the path the other three lights made to faintly make out Rudania, Ruta, and a bird-like Divine Beast. Her gazed then looked down upon Naboris.

"Nabooru...Legend of the Gerudo, celebrated over ages," Urbosa spoke, standing on top of Naboris' head as she looked out into the distance, "And you, who were named to honor her...you are a legend as well. Isn't that right, Naboris?" her hand clenched into a fist, narrowing her eyes upon Hyrule Castle, "The bitter essence of defeat from a century ago still sits upon my tongue...But that is now in the past…" she turned her head a bit to look out towards Gerudo Town, "It was written that Calamity Ganon once adopted the form of a Gerudo. And that…" she smirked, "...will make this victory all the more satisfying." she crossed her arms over her chest, "...I like that. Now I can take this personally. Once we've established a lock on that thing, it will be up to Link to keep Ganon occupied until the moment we unleash our strike. That moment...is going to be so delicious…"

"...dat...was trippy," Bobo whispered once the group reappeared outside Gerudo Town, "...yeah. I think I'm done with dis place…"

"We're good, so let's just...go home and…" Ryuga blinked, "Is it morning?! We were in that place all damn night?!"

"I think…" Noel began before she yawned, "So…"

"Yeah...I'm ready to head back as well," Rex admitted with a yawn, "Besides, the others are probably wondering where we are."

"Ugh...I hate all-nighters…" Bobo grumbled.

Link just gave a slight chuckle at that. He's dealt with all nighters before, so…

"...link….Link…"

"?!" Link tensed up as he looked around, hearing a voice speaking into his mind...he recognized that voice. It was the same voice that spoke to him when he first woke up.

"Thanks to you, all of the Divine Beasts have returned to us and the spirits of the Champions Free," the voice said, "We will all be awaiting your clash with Ganon at Hyrule castle."

"...Everything okay, man?" Rex asked, noticing Link tensing up before he looked over, giving him a nod in response, "...Okay. Listen, we're gonna head back to our place and rest up...you good to head out on your own and apologize to Riju about our absence?"

Link just nodded in response. While he would like to head out with them and see where they lived...he had something he needed to do. See Impa...find the sword that once belonged to him...and be ready to storm Hyrule Castle.

"Catch ya later, Link." Rex smiled.

"We gotta find our friends and get ready for whatever happens next." Ryuga added.

"Yup," Sari nodded, "We'll meet up with ya once it's time to fight Ganon."

"Which I am stayin' out of thank you very much," Bobo muttered as he got onto Rex's back.

"Oh don't be a big baby," Rex chuckled as he formed his Rex Ride.

Link waved to them as they left, amazed by how diverse Rex's ability was. Quickly donning his female disguise, he started to think of how to approach the castle after this. He'd need to see Impa since that oasis had the last of the pictures for his memories, find his missing sword-which he had a feeling was where he had first obtained it-, and should something else pop up...he crossed his arms and nodded. He'd probably be ready in about...five days.

"...You said something to La-chan, didn't you?" Makoto asked Skurd, holding onto Big Chill as he flew her down with Rook holding onto Lambda...who was holding onto a Blupee as she flew down in her armor, the ghostly lapine seemingly content in her arms and nibbling a carrot.

"I have no idea what you mean," Skurd denied.

"Uh huh…"

"My Blupee…" Lambda spoke up, holding the Blupee in her arms carefully.

"Okay, what's the matter…" Makoto sighed.

"...Skurd said I could more or less keep one if I tamed it..like sister did with Mari," Lambda explained.

"Ah...okay you know what...fine. Just at least prove it's okay to take it away from this world first, for its own sake?" Makoto sighed.

Lambda nodded, scratching the top of the Blupee's head and earning a content noise from it.

"I suppose this means that both sisters now have a pet," Rook noted before blinking, "...Wait. How will Noel react if she sees the Blupee?"

"...My Blupee."

"Do you even have a name for it?" Big Chill asked.

"Bluey."

"...Simple and to the point. I like it," Makoto nodded as the four eventually reached the bottom of the mountain, "...Seriously though, anyone surprised we were there all evening and night?"

"Most likely given the atmosphere, the area possibly has an effect on travellers that rest there," Rook guessed, "Almost like that of a zen garden."

"Well, here's hoping nothing bad happened while we were snoozing," Ben noted.

"Well I'm sure everything's..." Makoto began before Rex drove by her and the others before backing up back to the four, "...And they look like they had a long night…"

"Explain…" Sari began in her call before yawning, "Later…!"

"...My guess, they must've helped Link deal with the final Divine Beast," Skurd guessed.

"Never doin' dat again…" Bobo mumbled.

"Zzz…" Mai snoozed softly.

"Had to knock her out because she was too crazy," Ryuga informed.

"She drank some of this elixir that was supposed to make us take less harm from electric shocks, but it made her super fast and talk even faster," Rex explained.

"So the stuff to help keep ya cold in hot places makes her sneeze Winter and the electric stuff makes her fast?" Makoto titled her head.

"Mmm…" Noel mumbled before noticing Lambda and the christened Bluey, "...La-chan...is that a bunny?"

"My Blupee," Lambda stated, moving Bluey away from Noel.

"Mmmm~" Noel pouted.

"You have a corgi pillow at home," Ryuga deadpanned.

"Ah...That's right," Noel recalled before smacking him with her Bolverk, an upset expression now on her face.

"Gah! Nani kore?!"

"YOU HONEYED MY CORGI AND GOT HIM SOAKED!"

"Ah! Mad Noel!" Ryuga panicked, jumping off the Rex Ride and started booking it with Noel in pursuit, "Ah! Calm down!"

"YOU ARE UNDER ARREST!" Noel shouted, shooting at him.

"AH! NO! NOT AGAIN!"

"GET BACK HERE AND FACE DUE PROCESS FOR ANIMAL PILLOW CRUELTY!"

"THAT IS NOT A THING!"

"FOR THE CORGI!"

"AHH!"

"...Wow," Rex and Sari owlishly blinked at that as Makoto started to laugh so hard, she had to lean against Ben to keep from falling over.

Bluey just continued to nibble on the carrot as Lambda pet it, ignoring the chaos her sister was causing.

All seemed calm at Hyrule Castle, the Malice permeating the ruined castle as the smoky form of Calamity Ganon began to appear, circling the castle before it let out a loud roar. Nothing seemed to happen at the moment..until the very ground began to shake up. In the distance, hordes...nay...an entire army's worth of monsters began to approach. Bokoblins, Moblins, Lizalfoes, giant cyclops-like monsters, Lynels, Telos, even a few Guardians were within the huge horde. The Calamity let out another roar before the golden light shined again, though...it wasn't as bright as before.
