I neglected this for a bit. I was at work in the mountains and then in Costa Rica. If some people do not get the references, they are from Touhou Project by ZUN. I don't own Konosuba, if I did, the plot would make less sense.

Dulla-What Now?

Apparently no one wants to party with a lunar rabbit with an ominously named class. Who would have guessed? I also made a huge mistake, and that mistake was forgetting that the plot happens. A recap if you will. I was just kinda killing anything outside town. Sometimes I would get a quest, sometimes I would just wander aimlessly and kill whatever came across my path. I had taken part in the cabbage thing and got money. Darkness and Megumin had joined Kazuma, all according to plot. He had offered me a spot but I laughed at him, pointed to his party, and left. Yunyun had not appeared yet, which is a shame, because she was part of my plan. The plan went something like this:

Get Yunyun in my party

Go to crimson demon village

Steal the railgun

Perhaps marry Yunyun, therefore becoming the next village chief

?

Profit.

Of course, there would be several things that would need to happen first for all of these things to work. First, I would need to kill a few very strong monsters. Then I would need to actually find Yunyun. The rest could come with time. Now, plot. So Megumin and Kazuma had been blowing up the castle everyday. Now the dulla-something was running around and just in general being a menace to society. It made weaker monsters hide, which didn't necessarily bother veteran adventures, or me, but it bothered newbies, like Kazuma.

Kazuma got into a brawl with Kyouya because of Aqua in a cage. I really wish this world had popcorn. The fight went basically according to the plot, Kazuma stole the sword, and Kyouya was unconscious. His hangers were salty, and Kazuma threatened them with his steal skill. Business as usual. So now, in all of my infinite wisdom, I am going to go and challenge the Beldia the headless in single combat. It will be fun.

Now, for what my plot mistake was. I forgot that Megumin was an explosion crazed idiot. She almost blew me up. That sucked a lot. So in traditional fashion, I turned and sent a couple hundred danmaku bullets in the general direction that they came from and then turned to walk into the castle. Having better senses sucked. I could smell the rot in the entire castle and it was rancid. Finding the headless horse guy was harder. I have never seen the inside of the castle before, so wandering was my only option. I had a horrible attention span and quickly got lost. Wandering around, I found some shiny things every now and again. My chronic kleptomania told me to take the stuff, so I did. Upon walking into the main throne room (by accident because there was a gold coin on the ground) I found Beldia.

He looked at me in apparent confusion. His thought process probably went something like, gee, I wonder why this weird rabbit person just waltzed into my throne room? Should I kill him? I was going to make his decision much easier.

"I, Reisen of the Lunar Rabbits, challenge you to a duel." I totally nailed that. I didn't just cringe in agony from that. Who am I kidding, I probably looked like an idiot. I certainly feel like one.

"You were brave to come here, little rabbit. Now tell me, who in this god forsaken world keeps blowing up my keep!"

"The idiot explosion wizard Megumin," I said very quickly. Fuck her, she nearly killed me earlier. Plus, I wasn't taking the fall for that. Actions have consequences.

Beldia stared at me before sighing. "Look, I really don't want to kill a newbie adventurer, and you haven't done anything other than wander the halls here aimlessly for the past 3 hours. At first, I would have probably fought you, but I don't really feel like it right now."

"OK, so can we do this tomorrow outside?"

Beldia looked even more confused. "You want to fight me, tomorrow? Not right now, when I am tired and don't want to fight?"

"I said I challenged you to a duel, not a fight." Please accept one on one combat. I really don't want to have to fight his horde of undead.

"As a knight, I shall accept your challenge. Now, do you need help getting out?"

I thought for a second before nodding. I didn't trust myself to get out of here without directions. Or a map. The whole castle was just so big. And it seemed like none of the hallways should make sense.

Beldia nodded to a death knight he just kinda made appear from nothing and the knight started to walk towards me. Since I was feeling lazy, I hopped up on its shoulder and pointed ahead.

"Onward noble steed! To the outside! To touch grass!"

Beldia probably face palmed. The death knight certainly did. Getting outside through the front door which had a really obvious carpet leading to it, I breathed in a breath of fresh air. Hopping off the knight and waving, I walked back into the town of beginnings and marched straight to the adventures guild. I walked up to Luna and gave a weary smile.

"Can I sell any of this?"

I dropped several of the shiny things I was borrowing from the castle onto the desk. Luna gave a look of disappointment.

"Which noble did you steal these from?"

"Beldia! The Dullian!" was my full reply with a shit eating grin. Luna went pale and almost screamed.

"What do you mean you stole these from Beldia?"

"I mean I walked into his castle, stole his stuff, and left! I was not lost at all and I did not challenge him to a duel to take place tomorrow at the front gates of his castle! You can't prove it!"

Luna looked incredulous and just about ready to strangle me.

"So can I sell any of this?"

Luna threw a sack of money at my face while cursing under her breath and then rested her face in her hands. I caught the money and then skipped out. Walking to an inn, I paid for a night and slept.

Waking up the next day, I trudged down the stairs, and got some free food. I never liked mornings. Walking out of the gates towards the castle, there was a large number of adventurers standing there. As soon as they spied me, they started to follow me. Making my way to the castle, I tried to come up with a plan. I then remembered that the adventure card existed. Looking at it. I was a whopping level 12. I had a nice amount of 27 points that I started to allocate. I got both Lunar arts(5), and rabbit fighting(5), which gave me some basic lunar rabbit fighting and some "Lunatic Magic" which just infused my melee attacks with lunar magic. Both had split offs. Lunar magic had Lunar bolt(1), and Lunar blast(4). Considering Danmaku, I don't know if I would ever really get into this specific tree. For rabbit fighting, there was flash kick(8), and danger sense(4). I quickly got both bringing me down to 5. The new options were family jewels(10), power kick(7), and Descendant of Caerbannog(20). Not being able to afford them, I got flight(5) from the Danmaku tree, which unlocked the new skills. Spell card(7), Danmaku Shaping(7), and bomb(10) were now available. Having no points, I looked up from my card and realized I almost passed the castle. Quickly making my way to the front of the castle, I sat down on a rock and started messing around with rocks. The adventurers kept coming until there was a large crowd. Some of the older adventures looked at me in pity because of my newness and shortness.

Beldia came out of his castle and paused as he saw all of the adventurers gathered. He saw that they were gathered in a semicircle around me and decided that they would probably not interfere.

"I see that you have drawn a crowd," Beldia said in bemusement.

"It's not my fault most of the adventurers followed me. They are pretty weird." There was a small noise of protest from most of the adventurers, while some just nodded.

"Fair enough, let us have a fair duel. No one interferes."

"I'll start you off!" Kazuma said, walking out of the crowd. "On 3!"

"One"

I crouched down into a fighting stance, mentally preparing Danmaku.

"Two"

Beldia drew his sword and put it into a ready position.

"Three!"

We both rushed forward, Danger Sense immediately going off. Jumping over a swing aimed at taking my head, I landed on his sword and punched his chest with a magic infused fist. The punch did fuck all and he quickly shook me off his blade. He made to cleave me in half as I used Flash Kick for the first time. Flash kick made me kick the ground to give a boost in speed. Using the short lived speed, I dodged the attack and went to counter attack, kicking his shin. His leg skidded back a bit and he grunted. He brought his sword around and slashed faster, using Flash Kick again with help of Flight, I was able to hop onto his shoulder. From there I used Flash Kick down on his head, making a small dent on his helmet and forcing his head into his shoulders while getting to a safe distance.

"Gah! What sort of move is that!"

I just smirked and rushed back in, firing Danmaku bullets all the while. Belida let a few hit him to see how hard they hit and scoffed at the amount of damage they did. I kept at it and then kicked in his right shin. It slid back which allowed him to make a swipe at me. Flash kicking off his already extended leg to get out of danger, he fell on his face and his sword fell to the ground. I stood over him and then used flight to rise into the air. I used my lunatic eyes to make things more dramatic by darkening the sky.

"HAHAHAHA! WAVE SIGN " MIND SHAKER" I yelled at the top of my lungs while activating the spell card. The card appeared in thin air and sprayed bullets towards Belida in circular formations using different shaped bullets. I then joined the fray, shooting more bullets at Belida as he struggled to get up. Belida looked a bit panicked at the number of bullets being fired at him and came to the grave realization that the bullets weren't made with quality in mind. They were made to bog down opponents and kill them in battles of attrition.

Despite my confident exterior, internally I was panicking. The spell card had taken about half my mana, which was quickly draining due to my use of flight, Danmaku, and my Lunatic Eyes. Canceling my Lunatic eyes and lowering myself to the ground with flight until I was three feet above when I canceled it to conserve mana. Now down to a quarter of my mana, I decided whether to test if my own spell cards could hurt me, so I touched a bullet that was fired from my spell card that was still going. The bullet phased through me without doing any damage. Satisfied I charged through the bullets to attack Belida.

Belida was a bit busy trying and failing to dodge bullets to notice me until I punted his head off his shoulders. His body froze up for a second as his head bounced on the ground and then started to try and move towards where his head lay. I Flash Kicked off his chest and scooped up his head. I then put my hand on his face and fired a stream of Danmaku into it. Praying it would do enough damage to kill him. I then had to play a game of keep away with the head, running through streams and patterns of Danmaku from my spell card which was still going despite all logic. Belida yelled at me about some stuff about honor and a fair fight. I wasn't listening because I was more worried about the body that was still running around with a big sword.

I then had a mad idea. Due to me running out of mana, it was likely my best chance. Running towards the body I waited until Belida stuck at me and put his head in the way of the attack. Belida realized my plan too late, and died. I watched as his body collapsed and then fell over into a sitting position. I yawned in exhaustion and pulled out my card. My eyes then widened. I was level 24. I had 80 points to work with. Looking over my card I picked up Spell card(7), Danmaku Shaping(7), and bomb(10), bringing me down to 56 points. The spell card turned out to be Lunatic Sign " Visionary Tuning." More options appeared: Spell card (7), Bomb(10), Theme Music(3). I hummed before moving on, I would see about that later. Going to Lunar arts I picked up Lunar bolt(1), and Lunar blast(4) bringing me to 51. The new options were Lunar Ray(5), Lunar Beam(25), and Lunar Spear(11). Confused over the difference between Lunar ray and beam I picked both of them up along with the spear. I paused as I considered the implications of the spells I just picked up. Lunar ray is a ray focused from my hand which is pretty standard. But Lunar Beam is an orbital bombardment from the moon. Looking over my points I sighed in disappointment. It had looked like so much but was now reduced to 10. I guess I'll get family jewels(10), power kick(7), and Descendant of Caerbannog(20) later. For now, I picked up another Spell card and Theme Music. The Spell card was Spread Sign " Invisible Full Moon."

Standing up shakily due to the amount of information I just shoved into my brain I walked over to the gathered adventurers. Many looked surprised, and many more were passing money to each other and grumbling. I was too tired to care though and trudged over to Luna and looked up at her.

"Can I sleep?"

Luna looked incredulous at my question. "Can I sleep? That's it! No 'Where's my money?' or 'Where is my noble title?' just, 'Can I sleep!?'"

"The fight was tiring and I'm almost out of mana," I said pouting.

Luna's look softened at my childish pouting. If I had the look I might as well take advantage of it. I yawned and stretched as Luna looked over me in pity. She then sighed before kneeling on the ground.

"Get on" were her only instructions.

I climbed onto her back and then slowly dozed off into dreamland.
