Maggie's P.O.V.:
Mister Crowley has been miserable for months now. Always sitting in my shop listening to every song about heartbreak I had. His sunglasses hid his eyes and if he wasn't with me he was at Nina's shop drinking an unhealthy amount of expresso. Then if he wasn't with either of us no one knew where he lived now since he didn't live in his Mayfair flat anymore. The lady who took over Mister Fell's shop called Crowley every once in a while from the bookshop but he would never step foot inside.
One day after no one had seen Crowley for weeks. The girl from the bookshop by the coffee shop looking for Nina and me. She was followed by two teen boys. "Hey, Nina any news from Crowley these boys were asking if any of us have seen him. " Muriel the girl who took over the bookshop but ran it like a library inquired.
"Mister six shots of expresso? Haven't seen him in months. The last time I saw him was just before autumn started. Sorry guys but why would you three be looking for him?" Nina replied. Muriel then explained that one of the boys were wanting to help distract Crowley while the other had a plan to get Aziraphale back for Christmas. That's then a woman walked in it was clearly Crowley. Same red hair it was just longer, same sunglasses and the same tattoo.
"Death, please." She ordered not paying attention to the two boys, Muriel and myself. I wonder if that order of death was normal because Nina started fighting with the girl while one of the boys snuck out and into the car that was normally parked outside of the bookshop. He had no problem with getting into the car.
The boy was hiding in the back seat by the time I went back to my store where Crowley made his or her next stop to have another sobfest. The other boy and Muriel went into a pub probably to get him something to eat. Crowley left hours later and drove off.
Crowley's P.O.V.:
I moved out of London away from the city in late September. There were just too many memories of Aziraphale. I bought a cottage In the woods. I remember just hanging out in the woods during the Middle Ages as the black knight. But I willingly live here now. I was going to make a nice garden next year. I was going to become an urban legend. The road was bumpy but was nothing my Bentley couldn't handle.
"Nanny slow down you almost hit several trees." A voice called from my back seat and I slammed on the break. I looked in the back seat to find Warlock just hiding there. How he got in I had no clue. He just looked at me.
"Do your parents know you are here? " I asked him.
"Yes..." He lied and I drove him home. We didn't talk to each other the whole time. He did try to apologize but I just gave him a look telling him to drop it. He then had to ask about Aziraphale. Again I stopped the car.
"He left that's all I am going to say." I hissed out. I dropped him off at home and started speeding back to my cottage. I just wanted to be alone. It was only November and every station was playing nothing but Christmas music. I never hated Christmas since Aziraphale always got excited with all the decorations. The Bookshop would be a mess of decoration and I would always get tangled in the lights. We would give each other gifts I would normally give him a book and he would give me little knick-knacks one year it was a rubber duck wearing a bowtie exactly like his.
I eventually pulled up to my cottage. It wasn't much on the outside but on the inside with a few miracles it was home. A greenhouse for all my plants, a bedroom with a heat lamp, a skylight, big windows and a big bed for me to sleep in, a bathroom, a kitchen with an expresso machine, a living room with a comfortable couch and fireplace, as much natural light as possible in each room and speakers that connected to my phone. Which I might add they weren't playing Christmas music. In fact, I didn't even bother decorating. The closest thing to a decoration I had was two statues of angels.
My phone went off and the ID read Angel so I ignored it. If he wanted to talk he could come find me. Then the phone in the cottage rang I sent it to the answering machine. "Hi there you reached Lilith Ashtoreth or Anthony J. Crowley sorry we couldn't come to the phone right now not really. But we are currently indisposed doing whatever. Don't leave a message or do it doesn't matter to us. We might or might not call you back. Anyway, if you are leaving a message leave it at the hiss." The machine said then hissed. I just left the room not wanting to hear a message if one was left. My sunglasses were on a small table by my bed that I went to wanting nothing more than to sleep until the new year.
That's when my phone went off again. "What!? I'm trying to sleep!" I shouted at the person on the other end.
"Rude... Nina and I were just wondering if you fancy spending Christmas with us." Maggie replied.
"Sorry Maggie I have plans already." I lied. I didn't think she would be happy to find out that I didn't plan to leave bed for the next two months. I really don't want to be bothered to face people.
Aziraphale's P.O.V.:
Being supreme archangel was dull. Loads of paperwork and meetings. One of these meetings however threw me for a loop. In my office waiting for me was no other than the antichrist Adam Young with Muriel who was now in charge of my bookshop. I wonder if she decorated it yet? "What can I do for you two? Did Crowley do something bad? " I asked.
"No Crowley is fine just depressed. And we think you two need to work things out." Adam told me. Before admitting that no one knew where he was. I tried to call him an hour ago but he ignored it. But the fact he wasn't causing trouble made me relax a little.
"I'm afraid I don't have the time. Christmas is a big time for miracles and all that. But if you happen to see Crowley would you mind giving him his gift for me? " I asked handing them a bag. I then waved them goodbye.
