"Hey, how come you're not using a knife to carve, like we are." Chris asked Oreo.
It was October now in Pennsvania meaning Halloween and everybody in the firehouse was excited especially Oreo, it was her first one looking forward to trick or treating with Adrien but right now they were pumpkin-carving and Oreo was doing her own pumpkin but using her claws instead of a knife which Chris noticed despite Eagley using his claws to do it which Adrien noticed.
"My claws work justvas good, besides Eagley's using his claws and you're not weirded out by that." Oreo said making Adrien chuckle at that noticing her pumpkin had a lunar design knowing how much she loved the moon guessing it was soothing to her like he figured, hearing her yawning sensing today's fun like going to the pumpkin patch, the festival and playing in leaves had worn her out and she was a lil kit
"Somebody will fall asleep easier, when she's worn out." Chris muttered making Eagley agree
"Yeah we had a lomg day, so don't poke the raccoon." Chris warned the eagle knowing Oreo got cranky after a long day of adventures so if Eagley pulled anything, Oreo might get angry but right now, she was yawning and rubbing her eyes with her paw which Adrien found adorable knowing his girl needed an early bedtime tonight, after the fun day they'd had scooping her up, heading upstairs but was helpibg his kit get ready for bed, seeing her wearing a moon themed raccoon sized snuggie with pull ups telling her a story while tucking her into bed, kissing her goodnight after before leaving the room.
Oreo awoke earlier the next morning, but decided to go play outside for a bit until everybody woke up, remembering how fun the leaves were, using her super-speed to get dressed putting on her lunar themed beanie hat so her ears wouldn't get cold along with the jacket going outside seeing leaves everywhere smirking, knowing she could build the perfect leaf pile and jump in it before breakfast or Adrien and Chris woke up giggling softly getting to work knowing not to touch the van but the van roof would make an awesome dive off spit making the leaf pile as soft as a cushion, if she was gonna do this so after finishing, was clinbing onto the roof and jumped landing in the leaves just as Adrien and Chris opened the firehouse doors.
"Foubd her and told you she'dbe playing in the leaves as she enjoyed it yesterday." Chris said.
"Morning guys, relax I didn't touch the van, I jumped off the roof though." Oreo told them proudly.
Adrien couldn't help but smile at what she'd justvsaid or the look on Chris's face hearing hervsay that, knowing she hadn't tried driving it deciding not to mention that as it would give Oreo ideas, as they went back inside to have breakfast noticing there were some leaves in her fur which was cute.
"Why's Chris upset, I jumped off the van roof into the leaf pile, it's notlike I was driving it." Oreo said drinking juice while Adrien was making eggs and pancakes or eggies and pancakues in her words.
"You better not have messed it up." Chris muttered leaving the kitchen making Oreo quiet.
