Dauntless Dimmensions

Chapter 15

Tournament of Another World

"Dad!" shouted a young man excitedly. His black gravity-defying spiky hair stood out against his dark blue gi, and a red sash was tied around his waist.

Standing beside him was his mother Chi-Chi, and his little brother Goten, wearing his orange gi just like the man who looked very much like the little boy standing in front of them with a goofy grin.

Standing with them was a short man, wearing blue spandex, with his lavender-haired wife and son, also in his dark green gi. As well, a short man with black hair, formerly bald, his blonde wife, Eighteen, holding their little blonde girl, Marron.

"Gohan!" replied the man. "Wow. You've grown up so much." Gohan and his friends were on the island for the World Martial Arts Tournament. Gohan was there reluctantly, as he had been blackmailed into competing by his friend, Videl. She stood nearby with short black hair ruffled neatly, and icy blue eyes, glaring slightly, and hoping no one noticed the pair of them pouting. Though, he secretly found it adorable, and hoped she couldn't tell that he liked her that way.

"So who's the mini me?" Goku asked cheekily, noticing little Goten hiding behind his mother's legs.

Soon they were all catching up on old times. Goten was sitting on his father's shoulder.

Videl did not have a clue how someone could get the day off from heaven like Gohan's father. It was probably the weirdest thing she had ever seen. She found that these people treated her as though she was family, even though they did not know her. They were the strangest people she had met, and relatively nice, if you excused Vegeta's ill manners; he was gruff with everyone, but Videl could see he had a rather protective side to him, as he was always on guard.

They soon signed up, and made their way towards the punching machines (for the adult qualifiers). The adult fighters lined up, while Goku and Vegeta's sons, Goten and Trunks, ran off to the kids changing room for the kid's tournament. Chichi and Bulma left with Marron to get seats in the stands, as they claimed 'babysitting duty'.

The fighters wondered what was taking so long until the crowd suddenly erupted in applause.

A seventeen-year-old young man with messy black hair and emerald green eyes, wearing a black gi with a yellow sash around his waist, stared confusedly. He had recently bought his new gi just for the tournament; it all seemed like so much fun, and his girlfriend had been pouting until he agreed they could let off some steam, by fighting. They were standing near the weird group, looking rather curious. The woman in the middle, wearing a matching gi, had her black hair tied back and cool dark eyes glaring at some moron.

Hiro and Valkyrie had just signed up for a famous martial arts tournament on this world, and lined up to qualify against other competitors using punching bags. They had only been on this world for a week so far, and thought it might be fun to compete. They had already spent a great deal of time relaxing. It was kind of like a vacation, getting away from their hero lives or whatever after everything they had been through already.

Now for some entertainment!

They realized, soon after arriving, it was very unlikely this world had witches and wizards, but magic worked fine. Hiro still had his materia gauntlets on under his sleeves. He chose battle and healing materia along with his Leviathan summon just in case. However, his sword was in his shrunken trunk as weapons weren't allowed.

They had just lined up with the weird bunch of fighters when the crowd suddenly roared with applause. Looking round, they saw a man in a brown gi and a bushy afro and moustache. He pumped his arms up in the air, yelling at the top of his lungs. Hiro and Valkyrie burst out laughing; it was the funniest thing they had seen on this world.

"What a loser," giggled Valkyrie. The crowd seemed to roar louder as he got closer.

"Who's your champion?" the man shouted loudly.

"Hercule!", the crowd roared back.

"What an idiot!" exclaimed Vegeta, shaking his head in amused disgust.

Hiro and Valkyrie looked over at the short man wearing spandex in surprise. Vegeta looked at the two staring youths and growled. They looked at each other and shrugged. No need for a fight outside of the ring. The three of them agreed.

"Who saved you all from the cell?" boomed Hercules, bobbing up and down on the balls of his feet and throwing a few punches at an invisible opponent. It seemed to drive most of the crowd wild. The man might have had talent and technique, but what was that compared to the powerhouse who also had talent and technique?

"Hercule! The crowd roared its approval.

Hercules' bragging continued for another fifteen minutes before the overly excited crowd finally settled down. "Mr. Hercule will now set the record straight," said a monk happily.

Hercules stepped up to the punching machine, grinning cheerily. He wound up his arm like something out of a cartoon, which made Valkyrie and Hiro snicker before he swung forward and punched.

The monk cried joyously, "One hundred and ninety-seven!" as the crowd cheered.

"What the hell…" said Hiro, looking confused. "Why do they think that's a good score? That guy's weak."

Valkyrie nodded. "That guy just doesn't seem capable of saving the world. He's a moron. Anyone who thinks he's powerful is an idiot. He's not even slightly cool; he's just a big-headed loser."

"Hahahaha!" laughed Vegeta, as he joined in with his companions in laughing at Hiro and Valkyrie's story. "I like you two," he said amusedly. "I thought this whole planet was full of morons."

"Vegeta!" exclaimed Gohan, looking nervously at Videl. "Would you please just shut up?"

"Gohan, what's going on?" asked Videl with a glare. "Why are you all acting so weird?" she said as she turned her gaze on Valkyrie and Hiro. "And why do you think my dad didn't defeat Cell?"

Hiro laughed. "Get real," he said. "He just spent half an hour making an ass of himself. You can't honestly say you think he's a hero."

Videl blushed brightly while continuing to glare. "But he, err, did," she replied weakly. To be honest, she had been questioning it for a while now too, especially when looking at Gohan.

"Prove it," said Valkyrie smirking. The rest of the Z Fighters were snickering.

"Gohan!" she moaned. "You think my dad did it, don't you?" By now, Vegeta burst out laughing uproariously. Hiro and Valkyrie figured he knew something they and the girl were not yet in the know about. It was probable that he knew who the real hero was.

"Err, of course, Videl," he replied, causing Vegeta to laugh harder. Hiro and Valkyrie looked at the boy suspiciously. He was trying awfully hard to let the girl continue believing her father's lies, and he didn't seem like the sort that just wanted in the girls' knickers; he looked like he genuinely liked her a lot. "Vegeta!" he moaned, sighing as he rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Err...don't listen to them, Videl."

The monk called next. They all looked to see it was their turn to hit the machine.

Well, if you two think you're so strong," said Videl suddenly smiling. "Go ahead and hit the machine first."

"Okay," said Hiro happily. He took Valkyrie's hand and they both laughed as he led her forward. "The name's Hiro Yevon."

"O... okay," the monk said, jotting something down on his clipboard. "Punch the machine. No one has yet matched or beaten Mr. Satan's score."

Hiro shrugged, kissing Valkyrie briefly on the lips before standing in front of the punch machine. He pulled back his right fist, and hit with a loud thud. The numbers on the side spun for a moment before settling at 567.

The monks' eyes widened in shock. Hiro turned and smirked at Videl whose mouth hung open. Valkyrie giggled as she stepped up, saying, "Valkyrie Yevon!" The monk nervously wrote on his clipboard as she took her turn hitting the machine, half wondering what unit it was measuring, but shrugging that off as unimportant.

378.

"Woohoo!" cried Valkyrie happily. "I didn't think I would score this high… who am I kidding, I knew I would."

"The boy was holding back… the girl too, thinking about it," commented Vegeta amusedly as they watched the weird young couple walk off, waving at Videl who blushed brightly as she watched them go.

"They weren't really holding back, were they, Gohan?" she asked, starting to get nervous.

Gohan rubbed the back of his neck nervously, sweating bullets. "Err, well, err," he stuttered. "Maybe, err, there's something weird about them." He tried changing tact.

Goku nodded as he looked at the two cheerful youths. "You're right, Gohan," he said. "There's definitely something different about them. They're strong, but I don't think they use Ki like we do. I sense a different kind of energy coming from them both."

Piccolo said, "We should watch them closely." Everyone started, as they hadn't even noticed the green Namekian. He walked up to the punch machine, leaving the others staring open-mouthed.

Hiro and Valkyrie stared in surprise at the green man as he just tapped the machine. "Two hundred and fifty, with just a tap," whispered Valkyrie in shock. "I don't want to fight him."

"Neither do I," agreed Hiro as the green guy walked over and stood near them, but not too close.

Next up was Eighteen; she glared at the monk, her blonde hair blowing in the gentle wind as she tapped the machine, scoring 459. Next up, Gohan who seemed to be trying his hardest to get a low score, 205. He sighed in relief, trying to ignore Videl's look of disbelief as he stood next to the two weird teens, waiting.

By the way," said Hiro suddenly, extending his hand with a cheeky grin. "I'm Hiro Yevon, and this is my wife, Valkyrie."

Gohan nervously shook his hand, introduced himself, and named all of his friends.

"So, how can you be so strong?" Hiro asked curiously.

"Err... I don't know what you mean," he replied nervously.

Hiro and Valkyrie laughed amusedly. "Don't bullshit, mate," said Hiro. "Any sane, intelligent person could tell you barely even tried to hit that machine. In fact, you seemed to try hard not to get a high score." He looked at me questioningly. "Are you magic or something?"

"Magic?" replied Gohan nervously sweating.

"Yeah," agreed Valkyrie. "You know, spells, wands, fireballs - stuff like that."

"What are you talking about?" demanded Videl. Looking around, the three saw the others had finished with the machine and Videl was glaring at them. "Magic doesn't exist."

Hiro shrugged. "Believe what you like; it doesn't change the facts." He paused. "So, as I was saying, how come you're all so strong?"

"Oh, that's easy," said Goku grinning. "It's Ki control. It's the internal life energy that comes from within."

"Oh, cool," said Valkyrie. "Then why do you have a halo?"

He replied shrugging, his grin still in place.

Wow! This dimension is really weird if dead people are roaming around like normal people, Hiro laughed as he took Valkyrie's hand. Well, we want to see the kids fight, he added as he led the way, surprised when the others followed him.

"What do you mean by 'this dimension'…" began Vegeta but trailed off when he saw the two newcomers standing before them, blocking their path.

"Hello," the purple man said, bowing slightly before them. Then, looking at Hiro and Valkyrie, his eyes widened in complete and utter shock and surprise. He bowed low before them. "My lord and lady. It is a great honor to meet you both," he said, standing up straight. The Z Fighters looked thoroughly confused, while Hiro and Valkyrie looked nervous; they could sense a similar divinity within this being as they had with Life and Death, so he likely could with them too, and he seemed much older than them.

"Err, thanks," replied Hiro. "I am Hiro, and this is my wife Valkyrie."

"So, how is it that you know who we are?" asked Valkyrie a little suspiciously, for she knew in theory that they were higher up on the scale than most gods, and it seemed like he knew that.

"How could I not know? I am the Supreme Kai," he said, earning some gasps from Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Piccolo. The others looked mildly confused. "Why would I not know about the God and Goddess of all time and realities…the Gods of Heroes?"

"What? They're gods?" demanded Videl in shock and disbelief.

Shin nodded with a grin, while his large red friend glared at her with a heated glare. "You must show respect when in the presence of the gods," she demanded.

"It is perfectly fine," said Shin with a gentle, calming hand on Kibito's arm.

"So, do you know this whole Ki control thing?" asked Hiro, hoping to change the subject. Shin nodded. "So can we do it or will our magic interfere…? I was told well, never mind, but…?"

Shin interrupted. He walked closer, and his hands glowed gold for a moment before he smiled. "You are quite capable of controlling your Ki." His hands lowered. "It would be my honor to teach the both of you, if you wish."

"Sure!" they agreed overjoyed. "That will be soooo cooool," continued Valkyrie. "So what are you doing at this little Earth tournament, if you're a god of this realm… though that does explain that strange feeling like when a few of our home worlds gods visit…?"

"Oh, nothing much," he replied cryptically as he gestured for them to follow him towards the stadium. "Yourselves?" he asked.

"Oh, we had nothing better to do and wanted some time to get away from our duties for a while," said Hiro, chuckling. "We're kinda new at this whole guardian of heroes thing."

Shin nodded with a smile. "Every creature has to start somewhere. May I ask how different your worlds are from our own?"

Well, we haven't gone to the future here, but the technology is more advanced.

"And this Earth doesn't have a magical society," piped in Valkyrie. "Our worlds are similar, but yours is a lot different."

"Yup," agreed Hiro. "If aliens were walking around on other planets, the government would probably attack them, even if they were just minding their own business buying some tea or something at the supermarket."

Shin laughed. "There are some worlds in this universe like that as well."

"What do you mean, 'aliens'?" interrupted Videl.

Hiro and Valkyrie looked at her as if she were stupid and pointed to Piccolo. "You think that green guy is from Earth?" asked Hiro.

Videl looked at Piccolo and blushed. "I-I guess not," she said. Piccolo held back from smirking.

Valkyrie giggled. "So who was this Cell guy?"

He was a killer android bent on destroying me and the Earth," said Goku happily, "just because I destroyed this Red Ribbon Army place this Doctor Gero worked for, or something like that."

"Who really killed Cell?" asked Hiro.

"Gohan," replied Goku proudly. The look of horror on Gohan's face was only matched by the one on Videl's.

"DAD!" he yelled.

"Haha!" laughed Vegeta. "Your little 'girlfriend' knows the truth now. And I wasn't the one to spill it. Hahaha! Even I know you should have just told her, but now you're in so much trouble; your future mate is going to chew you out so hard."

"Gohan," whispered Videl venomously. "Is this true? And you didn't tell me! My father's a fucking fraud!" she yelled, and everyone winced.

"No, no. It's not like that, Videl," he defended, waving his hands in defense.

"Shut up, Gohan," she demanded as she ran off in a different direction. Hiro gestured for Valkyrie to follow, so she did, running after her.

"Don't worry about her, Gohan," said Hiro, putting his arm around the other's shoulders. "Girls are troublesome sometimes, but we are even more so. You shouldn't keep such big secrets, especially from someone you love." Gohan started sweating nervously, while his cheeks burned. "I don't try to pretend I'm amazing with relationships. I'm a god of heroes, not romance. However, I am married, and Val and Videl seem rather similar, but more importantly here, at least, I do have a human sister," he grinned. "And she doesn't like secrets, though because I told her mine, she accepted it because I had the courage to admit I made a mistake in not trusting her and my dad when they adopted me." He sighed sadly. "I was not very well treated when I was younger and it took me a while to learn the concept of trust and they understood that. Sometimes you should just blow caution to the wind and let your secrets go or you'll end up alone with your troubles," he shrugged. "Plus she's hot. I bet you've been wondering what she looks like naked. Maybe you should find out what she tastes like too?" He laughed with Vegeta and Goku as he let Gohan go, as the young man looked like there were no rocks big enough to crawl under, but he did have a small smile on his lips.

Valkyrie followed Videl and found the girl in an empty room, curled up in a corner and surprisingly crying.

"Hey, Videl," Valkyrie smiled sadly at the girl as she knelt down next to her. "You don't seem like the sort to cry over a boy. Unless there's more to it than just liking him?"

Videl looked up at her with teary red eyes. "Shut up and leave me alone."

"No can do," she replied. "Come on, everyone's parents aren't perfect. My dad's a forgetful loon who would drive to work without his shoes before he remembered them... luckily, he's the boss."

"It-it isn't that," she sobbed into her knees with a small chuckle she tried to suppress. "Gohan never told me. He made me look as foolish as my dad."

So it's about wounded pride?

"No," she replied slowly, looking up. "My father has this rule about dating boys... He said I can't date anyone unless they either have his approval or if someone can beat him in a fight. Gohan could. He could beat him easily. He doesn't do anything. We spent ages together. He even taught me to fly, but he didn't even try anything."

Valkyrie scooted over and sat next to her with a huge grin. "So you wanted him to try getting into your panties?"

Videl blushed. "No, not really," she said, sighing sadly as she rubbed tears from her eyes. "Okay, so I like him, but it doesn't matter; he doesn't like me."

Valkyrie giggled. "Stop the self-pity. He's a boy, and most are quite slow on the uptake. Think about what you know about him before you write him off?"

Videl shrugged. "Okay, so he lives out in the mountains with his mother and little brother. His mom seems way too protective and overbearing, and he never stands up against her, but to be fair, she can be rather scary. He's smart and knows his schoolwork, but he seems socially inept."

"You grew up in a city, right?" asked Valkyrie while Videl nodded. "Well then, maybe you should put the moves on him," Videl suggested. "He's socially inept. Didn't you see the only people with him were you? You're his best and only real friend, and the rest of them are his family, even the gruff short guy. He's just stupidly naive, but I see the way he looks at you, and I know love when I see it. Love is something I've known for a long time, by human years at least, as Hiro and I are very young gods."

So, do you think I should just kiss him?

"Yup!" she agreed cheerfully. "You don't get the boy without charging in, grabbing him, and taking him for yourself, especially when he wants you and has grown up in the boonies with just his family for company."

Videl smiled shyly. "So how was it with Hiro?"

Valkyrie blushed a little. "Our first kiss was amazing." She grinned widely. "Let's go find the others. I bet we missed the kids' fight," she said standing and offering her hand. Videl hesitated for a moment before brushing her tears away and taking the offered hand.

"Thanks," she said as Valkyrie pulled her up. "So what is it you do on all these other worlds? Cheer up depressed girls?"

Valkyrie laughed as she led the way out of the room. "No," she said. "We're supposed to guide heroes and help them become strong, set them straight where others would hold them back. Not that we have anything to offer this world, we're just on holiday."

Videl laughed as they made their way towards the stadium when she spotted a blonde guy with an arrogant smirk putting his arm around her. She cringed. "Videl sweetie," he said. "I thought I would never find you. How about I give you a good luck kiss?"

Videl was furious as she pryed his arm off her, glaring angrily at him. Valkyrie smiled at that, noticing a blonde ditzy-looking girl was with him, and tried to hide her jealousy.

"How many times do I have to tell you I'm not interested?" she said angrily through clenched teeth.

"Oh come on, babe. Your dad likes me," he replied in a sickly sweet voice. "I'll just have to get your dad and mine to arrange a date between us."

SMACK!

Valkyrie's fist crashed into his nose, spraying blood as he flew backwards, crashing to the ground. He was barely conscious as he looked up at the very, very pissed-off girl who had hit him with the force of several sledgehammers, and that was without enhancing her strength with magic.

"If you so much as bother Videl again," she said slowly and clearly, with pure venom in her voice. "I will rip your tiny cock off, then I'll make you eat it... before I kill you. Do you understand?"

The blonde boy had tears running down his face now as he saw into her rage-filled eyes; he was unable to move. He barely managed a nod. "Good!" she turned from him to see Videl and her blond friend staring at her in awe. "What?" she asked.

"You did great!" Videl pointed at the boy. "That was awesome." Her face cracked into a huge grin.

"Err, thanks." replied Valkyrie nervously. "Oh, who's your friend?"

"This is Erasa, my best friend from school," she said. "The guy you just knocked out is Sharpener. He's Erasa's friend, but I think he's a jerk, and she has bad taste in men."

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Erasa." said Valkyrie happily.

"What!? How dare you!?" she exclaimed. "Why would you do that to poor Sharpie!?"

"Why would I knock out a self-centered wanker bent on ruining Videl's day?" Valkyrie demanded right back. "A male pig-assed bastard loser like him? Probably the number one bully at school. A joke on the human species?"

Erasa gulped. "Come on, Erasa. Don't antagonize someone who can squish you. Let's just go; me and Valkyrie have matches soon."

She replied in a huff, "I can't; someone has to get him medical attention."

Valkyrie shrugged and grabbed Videl's hand, pulling her along as they ran to the stadium and into the fighters' chamber on the side of the ring.

"Hey Val," he grinned, giving her a small kiss in greeting; as she returned with a blushing Videl.

"V-Videl," greeted a very nervous Gohan. "I-I'm sorry for not telling you," he said bravely.

Videl looked up at him nervously for a moment. Then she pushed herself blatantly into him, where he wrapped his arms around her automatically catching her, not wanting her to fall. She stood in his arms nervously, hoping he would just lean down and kiss her, but he was just too nervous, staring into her beautiful icy blue eyes, very much aware he was being watched.

"Ah, for fuck's sake!" exclaimed Hiro as he slapped Gohan on the head. Gohan stared at him in shock. "You want to kiss her, and she wants you to kiss her. Just fucking kiss already."

Suddenly, Videl took Valkyrie's advice and pulled Gohan's head down to hers, pushing her lips to his and kissing him gently. He was in shock for just a moment before he kissed back. Their eyes closed. Slowly, he slipped his tongue into her mouth, ignoring the cheers from their nosy friends and family. They kissed for what seemed like hours but what was probably only minutes. They pulled back. They stared dreamily into each other's eyes.

"Yamu versus Hiro Yevon!" the announcer's voice boomed throughout the stadium. "Yamu was in this tournament last year and came third!" he said as a topless man with a bald head sneered at everyone as he whispered something to his larger friend and then walked out to the arena to some cheers. Hiro wondered about the M on his forehead. Something just wasn't right with him; his soul was twisted.

He whispered "magic" and didn't miss Shin tensing for a moment.

"And this will be Hiro's first tournament!" the announcer continued as he walked offstage, surprised he received more cheers than his opponent. "Nothing could be discovered about Hiro, so this will be our first chance to see him fight!"

"Whoa..." someone shouted. "He's so cute!" loads of other girls seemed to scream out in agreement. Hiro walked to the center of the arena, facing Yamu, and waved to his adoring fans. He then turned to Yamu, who was glaring angrily at him.

"Okay!" shouted the announcer. The crowd cheered. "Ready, fight!"

Hiro ignored the crowd as he got into his fighting stance, watching Yamu with unblinking eyes. "You just gonna stand there all day, beefed up on someone else's black magic, or are you going to prove, even with the dark buff, you're nothing?" he mocked.

Yamu growled and charged, just before the punch hit Hiro backflipped, kicking Yamu in the chin, sending him skidding backwards across the ring. He landed lightly, seeing Yamu without even a bruise, smirking. But Hiro only looked mildly amused; he knew he could easily debuff the man, but using a "weapon" was against the rules, and doubted anyone had put in any anti-outside-source magical buffs, which was a shame.

Hiro shrugged, grinning, and Yamu took a slight backstep. Finally, Hiro charged. He kicked, punched, and pummelled Yamu. He seemed unbothered by the hits and let them all connect. As he jumped back, Hiro glared fiercely at Yamu, who had a small swirl of energy building around him; it appeared he was buffed with pain nullification.

"Rapid Brake!"

The light flashed yellow, and Hiro streamed forward in a flash of yellow, smashing into Yamu over and over again before stopping just short of the edge of the ring. The bald man was flying through the air, headed out of the ring. The crowd was enthralled. Suddenly, before Yamu hit the ground, he stopped and floated up, bruised and bleeding but otherwise unharmed.

"Whoa, what was that, Hiro? Did you just do that?" asked Goku eagerly, not even bothering to notice Yamu was flying.

Valkyrie looked thoughtful for a moment. "I think it was called a Limit Break," she replied. "But his Limit Break is designed to be used with a sword, and without one it's weakened, as it's a finishing attack, so would normally chop a monster or person into pieces."

"Awesome!" exclaimed Goku happily. "I hope he's got some more neat tricks; he'll need them if he has his hands full here."

Hiro growled in annoyance. Yamu charged at him from the air, punching Hiro who blocked and then kicked his opponent away. "Deorsum!" Hiro exclaimed, and it was like power flowed from his voice, as he made a sweeping gesture with his right hand, with two closed fingers pointing downwards, and Yamu's eyes widened impossibly, as he felt a foreign force grab him, and slam him into the ring, shattering the ring with his body. "Abito!" Hiro exclaimed, thrusting out his left hand, palm flat, and a rippling light of transparent energy blasted out, covering the whole ring as Yamu was pulling himself up, trying to move, but he couldn't cross his arms or make himself any smaller, so he held on for just over two seconds, stretching the ripple of energy, until it suddenly picked him up, and slammed him into the far wall, leaving blood bursting from his lips, before he dropped to the ground outside the ring.

"The winner has been decided!" the announcer called. "Hiro Yevon!" The crowd, though confused, roared its approval.

Hiro grinned sheepishly as he walked back towards Valkyrie. "Recover," he said, a blue glow surrounded him, and he felt his strength returning; he could use his weapons now. "How'd I do?" he asked his wife.

She grinned hugging him and they snogged for a moment.

"Thanks," he grinned as she walked him back to the others. He noticed to his amazement that Yamu had gotten up and was walking over by himself, looking pissed.

"Wow! I don't think that Yamu guy likes you," interrupted Videl as the man was heading their way.

Hiro grimaced. "The bastard has a sorcerer on his side; he's buffed the hell out of this thing, it'll end up killing them both. Neither of them are strong enough to hold that kind of enhancement," he said coldly, readying himself to just put the man down if he had to, as he felt power flowing through his palms.

"Huh. He's nothing," said Vegeta stepping forward and glaring at Yamu who had stopped before them. He loved mocking assholes like this one so much that he couldn't resist helping him out, as he could feel that strange energy, and knew Hiro was preparing to kill, and he didn't want the tournament to end until he got his battle with his rival.

"Move! I've got a score to settle!" growled the bald-headed man.

"Make me!" Vegeta growled back. Yamu swung a punch and Vegeta let it hit his face. It did nothing. "Now get lost before I send you to another world." Yamu gulped and turned back, walking over to his partner in a hurry; the energy he felt from Hiro dissipated.

"Err. Thanks, Vegeta," said Hiro with a grin. "Damn, taking a punch like that was pretty cool. There's something seriously messed up with that guy's mind because of the buffs. He also doesn't feel pain. He's drunk on the dark magic flowing through his veins; I doubt his master would be too pleased that he is choosing to stand out so much."

Vegeta simply gave a stiff nod.

"Next up!" the announcer said, looking at his clipboard. "Valkyrie Yevon! Sorry girls, looks like Hiro's taken. This will also be Valkyrie's first time at the tournament. She'll be facing off against Mighty-Mask!"

Valkyrie walked forward after kissing Hiro.

A wobbly guy wearing a very weird looking outfit with what looked like an executioner mask walked out with her. Valkyrie walked while Mighty-Mask wobbled out into the arena, standing in the center of the ring.

Mighty-Mask wobbled as he stood, gazing at the black-haired girl with cool dark eyes.

"Trunks, I don't like this. We can't fight a girl," the bottom half complained to the top.

The older one whispered to the younger, "Come on, Goten. It will be easy."

"We're going to get into trouble," the younger fairy said.

"Well, how about I let you choose two extra toys from my room when we get home?" he asked, trying not to snicker at how easily his best friend was being bribed.

"Really? Okay, let's beat this girl," giggled Goten.

"Ready! Fight!" the announcer called. Mighty-Mask flew at Valkyrie. She stood looking confused at him for a second before smirking. They actually thought they were fooling everyone, as she could sense two children. Valkyrie jumped over the tiny arm as it punched, and landed behind him.

"A little fire won't hurt," she whispered, clicking her fingers. The two boys started sweating as the flames hit their stolen costumes.

"Ahh."

"Ahh, Trunks, my butt's on fire!" cried Goten. The two boys were panicking as their uniform was now on fire. Both tried flying in different directions, and the material of their stolen costume broke, revealing the two wayward boys. Pulling off the costume, they ran around in circles with their butts on fire. Valkyrie was giggling at the two boys.

She raised her hand at them. "Extinguish!" A blast of ice-cold water shot out, drenching the two lads. They no longer looked like drowned rats. "Well boys, I hope you've learned your lesson?" she asked with a smirk.

The two boys looked up at her with puppy dog eyes. "We're sorry, Miss," said Goten. "We didn't mean anything by it. We just wanted to have fun and play with the adults."

Yes, Miss," agreed Trunks. "The other kids weren't even slightly a challenge."

"Son! Son Goten!" screeched a woman in the stands, causing the black-haired boy to look around in fear.

"Brief! Trunks!" Another screech caused the lavender-haired boy to freeze up as he looked.

The two very angry mothers shouted, "Get here now!"

The two boys looked at each other nervously, not knowing what to do. "I suggest you both run," said Valkyrie. "Or fly away quickly. You're in so much trouble." She giggled. The two mothers reminded her of her own; she could have a temper sometimes too, when she did something so silly.

The two boys nodded to each other and shot into the sky and out of sight. "Well," the announcer began confusedly. "The winner by default is Mighty-Mask, since there were two competitors and the rules state the competition is one on one only! Valkyrie Yevon is the winner!"

Valkyrie grinned, shrugging as she walked off the arena floor, and into Hiro's arms, kissing him while he wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling back he smirked. "That was funny. Those kids belong to them," he gestured towards Gohan's group.

"Figures," she giggled. "Mr. Hands."

He pouted. "You won't let me feel you up?"

"Oh, of course I will," she smiled as she trailed her hand down his chest to his crotch, cupping his package. "If I get to feel you up, that is." She grinned widely. "And wow, don't get too excited now."

A cough caught their attention and they looked around to see the Z Fighters grinning, except for Gohan and Videl, who were both blushing fiercely. "Did you two forget you're not alone?" asked Vegeta with a smirk.

"Yeah," they replied blushing as they jumped apart. "Sorry."

Next up is Spopovich versus Videl Satan! Spopovich was in the finals of the last tournament and lost against Mr. Saturn, so this will be a fight to see what these two will show us. We've already had someone firing projectiles, I have no idea what that was, but it was awesome, and someone even threw fire, and another even flew! The announcer exclaimed. Yamu's partner sneered at them all and walked out to fight.

"Videl," said Gohan worriedly. "You saw what that Yamu took... I-I think you should forfeit. He might hurt you."

"Gohan," she reprimanded. "I'm going to fight this guy with or without your support. Don't worry; I'll be fine." She kissed his cheek and then walked out onto the ring.

Gohan said worriedly, "Dad."

"Don't worry, Gohan," replied Goku, placing his hand on his son's shoulder. "She's strong." He suddenly grinned. "And she has two gods and a goddess on her side."

He asked, "She'll be alright won't she?"

They looked at each other nervously. "She'll be fine," said Valkyrie uncertainly. "If not, we'll just heal her." Gohan nodded, returning his attention to the ring. He felt quite desperate as the announcer shouted for them to begin; Videl attacked. However, her attacks just didn't seem to be doing anything.

Spopovich finally punched Videl in the gut. She doubled over, spitting up blood as she staggered backwards. He grabbed her throat, lifted her off her feet, and threw her hard where she landed painfully on the ground. Staggering dizzily to her feet, she charged at him, kicking. He just grabbed her leg, smiled evilly, and launched her.

"VIDEL!" cried out Gohan, before she hit outside the ring and stopped in the air, floating. "No, Videl, please drop," he begged quietly. "Please."

Videl drifted up, glowering with hate at her enemy. She flew at him, kicking and punching, but he effortlessly blocked everything as if it was nothing. "Maybe I'll have some fun with you," he said, grinning as he grabbed Videl's wrists. She struggled to get free, feeling his gaze on her in a way she never wanted to be looked at.

"Avada Kedavra!" roared Hiro suddenly enraged, holding his wand as it flashed into a five-sided bow staff, and a huge emerald green beam shot forward. Spopovich barely had time to react; dropping Videl to the ground, he leaned back. The curse was millimeters from touching him. His nose started bleeding, blood pouring from his ears and mouth, he fell backwards, crashing to the ground, breathing hard as the curse smashed harmlessly into the wall. Hiro's staff was away in an instant while he looked as if he was trying to look innocent.

Everyone watched in shock as Spopovich seemed to be crying in pain, coughing up blood. Videl was staggering painfully to her feet in severe pain. Gohan ran out to her and helped her walk from the ring; she looked gratefully at him.

"What the hell was that?" demanded Vegeta as the match was forfeited to both Videl and Spopovich. "That would have killed him if it had hit."

"That's a killing curse," said Valkyrie in concern. "Hiro? Why did you do that?"

"Same reason I cut the head off the man who tried to rape my sister," he replied nonchalantly. "Sick fucks like him are on the same list as Death Eaters. My to-kill list."

"You actually have a kill list?" she asked, blinking in surprise.

He looked at her serious face and grinned sheepishly. "No, not really. I just don't like to see people treated with such abuse, considering I was beaten from when I was fifteen months old until I was ten, just because of who I am."

"What?" she screamed in rage. "Your aunt and uncle! I'll kill them both!"

Hiro smiled. "Thanks," he said.

Err, you aren't going to tell her not to?" asked Gohan confusedly. He thought that was how things worked.

He replied, "No, though I want to watch."

You're messing with his head, aren't you? demanded Vegeta.

"Maybe," they both replied together. Spopovich was carried off on a stretcher, and no one cared.

Here," said Valkyrie, putting her hand on Gohan's unconscious girlfriend, as she could barely stay conscious herself. "Hiro taught me how to make these," she said, pulling out a small glass vial and shattering it in her hand; the glass faded away, while the liquid splashed onto the girl. "Phoenix Down!" she called out as a golden blast of light flashed up around her, with energy wings of feathers before fading. Videl blinked several times in surprise, as she felt great, though still hurt, it was as if most of her strength had returned, even if she was cut up, and then with another potion. "Cura!" she continued, as though cure was rather easy without the potion for Hiro, the bigger healers like cura or recover, still needed materia or the correct potion. Videl glowed bright blue as her wounds faded and disappeared. "Turns out I'm pretty good at making potions like this," Valkyrie said sheepishly.

Wow! Thanks, Val!" she smiled gratefully, as she cuddled with her new friend for a few moments. "And thanks for stopping that ogre, Hiro," she added, turning her attention to him.

He shrugged. "You're welcome," he said as his wife took his hand and smiled up at him.

Next up is Kibito. Another new fighter to the tournament vs. Son Gohan! came the announcer's voice. Kibito just stepped up and walked out looking quite grumpy. Son Gohan, the announcer muttered to himself before brightening, I know now, the eldest son of Son Goku, a previous tournament champion! he exclaimed to cheers from the crowd while Videl looked at Goku in surprise while he shrugged impishly.

Okay," said Gohan slowly, and then shrugged. "See you guys soon."

"Be careful, Gohan," Videl said as she hugged him quickly before pushing him forward. He took a few steps before turning back to her. She smiled. "Yes, Videl?" he asked.

"Err. I am the Gold Fighter too. I just thought I should let you know." He said it nervously.

She replied with a grin, "I already figured that out."

"Stop with the mushy crap and get out there, brat!" interjected Vegeta, glaring at Gohan. Gohan gulped, his face flushing red, before quickly turning tail and running into the ring.

"So, what's this about a Gold Fighter?" asked Valkyrie, bouncing over to her new friend and cuddling her from behind as she was tall enough to see over her shoulder.

Videl grinned as she looked back at her friend. "That was Gohan's first attempt at being a superhero," she said giggling. "He changed his hair from blonde to gold with a yellow glow and saved the day. But I would have figured it out if he hadn't changed. Now he has this stupid green tunic and black spandex with a helmet with antennas and he has these stupid poses," she giggled. "Strangely, I still like him."

Valkyrie giggled. "Maybe you should dress him from now on. Though, he might like that a bit too much." Videl blushed. "Or maybe you might like that too much."

Leaving the girls to their scheming, Hiro moved over to watch the match next to Goku, as the two fighters in the ring seemed to be talking.

"Hey Goku?"

The older man looked at him and asked, "What's up?"

"Something bad is going to happen soon. I can sense it coming. I don't know if Valkyrie can, as she can sometimes be rather flaky when distracted, and dark magic is afoot; that doesn't usually come with bunnies and teddy bears." He said worriedly. "I'm talking end of this universe bad. It feels like the, err… I don't really know. Maybe it's preparing to die. There is something more, destructive… but it's dormant, and won't wake up in time…"

Goku looked at him with wide eyes, unable to speak.

"Die?" interrupted Shin, ignoring the last part. "Yes, I'm afraid I feel it too. And the way you put it sounds very accurate."

"I thought it was nothing," said Valkyrie from behind her. She and Videl had separated, and they both moved closer to watch the match. "But it gets stronger with every minute."

Hiro nodded. "What's happening?" he asked the Supreme Kai, as it was obvious that he knew something.

"Later, you'll find out," said Shin quietly. "But for now, you must stay. This is not your fight." He pulled a glass ball from his pocket and handed it to Hiro. "Crush it after the tournament, and it will teleport you and Valkyrie to my planet in another dimension."

Hiro nodded as he placed it in his pocket. "Otherworld?" he asked, curious.

Heaven, I suppose... or hell, depending on the life you've led," he replied with a smile. Suddenly, their conversation was cut short, as Gohan's increasing energy drew their attention. Sparks ran across Gohan's body as the ground began to shake. The tiles slowly ripped from the floor as if gravity no longer had any meaning. His hair flared up, flashing gold and white several times before settling on gold. A battle cry echoed from his mouth as a golden aura erupted around him in an explosion before all went quiet. The tiles dropped back into place. Gohan stood calmly, his golden aura gently caressing his skin, with sparks of blue lightning.

"Whoa!" whispered Hiro in awe. "That's too much power. Maybe this universe isn't quite doomed after all."

"He's gotten weaker since he defeated Cell," commented Vegeta.

Whatever happens next, no one interferes," said Shin quickly. As if on cue, Yamu and to their surprise, a very ill-looking Spopovich jumped Gohan. The young Super Saiyan looked to be about to fight them when Shin did something to freeze him to the spot; as he placed out both his hands. Yamu stabbed Gohan with something that looked like a teapot or genie lamp, in the side. The young Saiyan screamed an earth-shattering scream of pain, his power booming, as he tried to break free of Shin's power, and the Supreme Kai looked like he was barely able to hold him.

"GOHAN!" screamed Videl as she jumped into the air toward him. Hiro's hand snatched her ankle, stopping her. She looked back at him with teary, panicked eyes. "Hiro! Please, we have to help him!"

He shook his head sadly and pulled her back to the ground, holding her tightly around the waist. "He'll be fine," he tried to reassure her. "I'll heal him as soon as they're done. I'm guessing Shin wants to follow them." The Supreme Kai nodded.

Just then, Gohan powered down from Super Saiyan, drained and pale, he passed out. Yamu and Spopovich laughed as they flew away in the sky. Hiro let Videl run to Gohan.

"I must now follow them," Shin said. "If you wish to come, I shall explain on the way." And with that, Shin took to the sky. Soon, Goku and his friends, except Eighteen, followed him.

"Phoenix Down!" exclaimed Hiro as he walked up to Gohan, who had just cracked open a potion. The crowd watched in stunned awe. "Cure - recovery!" And Gohan stood up, fully restored to his original health.

"Wow. Thanks." He smiled.

Kibito said, "Gohan." He added, "We need to catch up with the others." His tone was grumpy.

He nodded, kissing Videl's lips, forgetting the thousands of eyes watching them. "I have to go and help...," he said.

She cut him off with a glare. "I'm coming with you," she declared.

He reasoned, "It could be dangerous."

"I don't care; if you don't let me, I'll just follow you anyway."

Gohan sighed. "Okay. Let's go," he agreed.

"Wait!" Valkyrie ordered, and they paused as she offered Gohan four small sealed bottles. "The yellow two are phoenix downs, and the green two are cura. If you're in a state where you can barely move due to lack of energy, use phoenix down; whereas cura will only heal your wounds," she explained, and he took them gratefully, placing them in his pocket.

Also," Hiro added smugly as he thought of something and offered another vial he pulled from his inventory. This one was a light shade of red. "It's called Soft. I only have one, and for some weird reason, I feel you'll need it. It cures petrification."

"Thank you," Gohan said, more grateful than ever, as he placed it away, and with a simple farewell, they took to the air, followed by Kibito.

"Wow, I'm bored, and I want to learn how to fly without a broom," said Valkyrie. "But until Shin gets back to teach us, do you want to go somewhere and have lots of fun?" she asked with a smirk and wiggling eyebrows.

Hiro grinned smugly. "Of course," he said, taking her hand and pulling out the glass ball. She nodded and he crushed it. A purple mist broke forth and they disappeared.

"Well, err!" the announcer began nervously. "It looks like most of our competitors have either flown away or disappeared, so the next match is now the finals. Hercule Satan vs. the lovely Eighteen."

Well, this planet's quite nice. Even if it is really small," said Valkyrie as she looked around the green field they had turned up in, surrounded by flowers. "The gravity's rather heavy though, by about fifteen percent." She paused for a moment before continuing, "What do you want to do first?"

Hiro nodded. "Always you!"

She looked at him, trying not to laugh, and said, "Well, it's our first time in a celestial plane, so that's probably the first thing we should do." She readily agreed, just as his lips crushed against hers. His arms slid around her waist, and his fingers felt her body through the material of her gi. His hands then wound up on her tight butt, squeezing tightly; she let out a small groan against his lips.

She then took initiative and grabbed his shirt, pulling it over his head, revealing his strong muscular body. Her fingers eagerly felt his solid structure as her eyes greedily drank him in. He then grabbed her top and she allowed him to pull it off, revealing her white sports bra and well-toned stomach.

Valkyrie smirked at him and pulled her sports bra up and off over her head. He almost growled with want as her breasts were released from their confines. Not too small, not too big, a couple handfuls each. His hands roamed up her body to her breasts, squeezing gently. Her small pink nipples were rock hard. He leaned down and she gasped out throwing her head back as his lips first surrounded her left nipple, then the right. Sucking each one into his mouth in turn. It should be illegal for one girl to taste this good.

As he was sucking her nipples, she pulled her g-string bottoms down, letting them drop to her ankles. She grinned as she pushed him lower; he didn't resist. He kissed his way down her body, eliciting more moans from her as he reached her navel.

Hiro's eyes flickered down to her slit. A huge grin split his face in two. She was soaked. Her cream dripped down her thighs. She let out a little "eep" of delight, as he grabbed her thighs and picked her up, dropping her to her back as he dropped to his knees. He pulled her gi bottoms off her ankles and threw them behind him, as he spread her legs as wide as he could manage, which was very difficult with an athletic girl like her.

He practically dove in headfirst. His tongue traced the length of each thigh in turn, lapping up the juices that were trying to escape. After a few moments, his tongue reached her center. She gasped out as he bucked his hips. Her fingers dug into his shoulders. He licked along her, harder this time, and she moaned out loudly, grinding her hips against him.

His tongue slowly slid up her slit to the waiting, stiffened bud within, and she squealed a little as she cried out, squirting all over him with her fingers in his hair. But he didn't mind; he loved it, as he lapped up as much as he could, as he always would. She pulled him into her, her fingers running through his luscious hair. His tongue worked down her slit, his mouth sucking on her. Her hips were bucking furiously with her lust-filled pleasure.

He drank from her as his tongue found her hole, sliding in she moaned out loudly. She got louder and louder the more he worked her. His tongue dove in and out in and out, moving in different directions inside of her, like a circular motion. She then screamed out in bliss. Her body convulsed and shook as he continued to receive even more cream squirting out into his mouth.

Her body twitched for a moment. A few more squirts shot down his throat. She collapsed. Her breathing was heavy and her body continued to convulse with a few more twitches. He sucked up the rest of her body, drinking the last few drops before coming up to look at his beautiful goddess. Her cheeks were flushed red as she grinned up at him, sweat dripping all over her beautiful, firm skin.

A smile slowly crept onto her lips as she looked toward his crouched position. His body was bulging painfully out. It was throbbing with need as she pulled herself up.

She whispered, "Wow!" Moving quickly, she pushed him down onto the grass. His hands grabbed her waist, holding her steady as she leaned forward, her breasts brushing against his chest. Their eyes met for a moment before she bent down, her small hands reaching for the hot, hard bulge in his tight briefs.

She moved her fingers up to the waistline and in one fluid motion pulled them down to his ankles. She just left them there as her eyes stared at him. Wide open as her fingers moved up his strong thighs. Small droplets of precum dripping out of the tip as she took his huge shaft between her fingers. Her eyes flickered up to his face as she leaned down. Her tongue flicked out, licking away his precum. She enjoyed the salty taste as always, and causing him to groan out, while it throbbed powerfully between her fingers.

She smiled as her lips parted, and she took the tip of him into her mouth, sucking a little more precum out. He moaned out loud, thrusting his hips. She knew what he wanted and wasn't going to disappoint him. Her mouth took in more, and she began moving her head up and down. Sucking as hard as she could. It felt wonderful, and it made her pussy leak even more than it already had.

Her fingers wrapped around the base as she moved up and down. He groaned out, moaning and gasping for breath. She continued for roughly five more minutes before he gasped out loudly and she felt an explosion of his essence filling her greedy and spoiled mouth. She could even feel his magic as his seed flooded her. She had a hard time swallowing it all down as there was so much for her to consume.

However, when Valkyrie pulled away, sucking off his remaining seed and swallowing it down, she noticed that the grass and flowers around them had grown to abnormal heights. She smiled at him as he panted, all sweaty, and he returned that smile, offering his hand which she took. He smiled and pulled her to lie in his arms, and they snuggled for a while before they got to the main course, knowing they likely had some time.

It had been five days since the fight had started, and Majin Buu was still on Earth. He had been fighting Mystic Gohan for the past three hours, and he had just absorbed Gotenks. The poor kid was being too cocky and got caught by the pink demon thing.

Hiro and Valkyrie had learned the basics of Ki, and found it easy to fly now, and fire ki blasts, and even learn the Earth's most powerful human technique, a Kamehameha, from Goku, along with a few other helpful techniques from Shin and even Gohan.

Gohan had broken a sword called the Z Sword on the Supreme Kai's planet, and freed the Old Kai who then granted him the power boost by unleashing his potential. The power was simply called Mystic or Ultimate. The Old Kai also saw fit to grant this power to Hiro and Valkyrie, even though they couldn't help them. Hiro had already had the boost completed and sat next to Goku, Shin, and Kibito, watching the battle through a magic orb thingy. He thought people would pay good money to see a fight like this.

Gohan was cooler than he had thought.

Both Hiro and Valkyrie had retrieved their favourite weapons from their pockets and unsheathed them; Hiro's new sword on his back, which would now swing around into a twin-bladed scythe staff, (the reason the Z sword broke), and Valkyrie's two daggers that Hiro's dad had made for her when she visited, somewhat disappointed he may never see his grandson Mordred, but glad Harry passed on his first sword.

The look of horror on the Supreme Kai's face when the Z Sword was broken by Hiro's sword was a priceless treasure Hiro and Valkyrie would carry always. Hiro's world's weapon craftsmen must be much better than these ones. Though, it was better off this way with the old Kai giving Gohan some new super cool powers.

"Okay. You're done," said Old Kai suddenly gesturing for Valkyrie to try out her new power. Standing, she clenched her fists and unleashed a large swell of powerful wind. Grinning, she powered down and walked over to inspect the orb.

"That doesn't look good," she said fearfully. "If that Buu had gotten any bigger, it could have been disastrous; we might have needed to bribe him with tasty food."

Yes, Shin. I need your help," said Goku. "Everyone will die otherwise."

"And we should be leaving," Hiro said, standing up. Valkyrie gave him a weird look but didn't disagree. "We've interfered too much in this world as it is, unnecessarily. It's been fun meeting you all, but we can't risk that thing absorbing us. Every universe, and timeline will be at risk of destruction if we stay."

"Yes," agreed Shin. "Of course, you are correct. It is a risk not worth taking."

"Don't worry; you're going to win," said Valkyrie, smiling.

"How do you know?" asked Goku desperately.

"Because we can sense we will one day return for a good reason," lied Hiro, hoping to give them a glimmer of hope. He grinned, praying they would win, and took Valkyrie's hand. They smiled at each other. "We'll see you soon." They vanished in a swirl of light.

"Shame they had to leave," chuckled Old Kai as he came over to watch the battle unfold. "I liked them; they're funny. Even if they are liars. It was nice of them to try and make us all feel better."

Shin nodded in agreement while Goku gave a sad smile; this time, he knew what he meant.
