Johnny's POV
After I got off of the phone with Ethan I drove over to Lulu's apartment complex, I rode the elevator up to her floor and knocked on the door. A few moments later the door opened, once my eyes fell onto Lulu I was left all but gasping for air. Lulu Spencer was an earth angel glowing in that Sapphire blue dress, it hugged her in all the right places. I let my dark brown eyes drink her in, she gave me a knowing smirk.
"Should I get my jacket or are you too busy enjoying the show?" She continues to smirk, loving the cat and mouse game that they played with the other.
"Oh, your going to get me in trouble." I chuckled rubbing my hands together, I had never wanted to fuck another person so bad. On my life.
"Is that not your middle name?" Lulu raised one blonde brow.
"By the way big spender, you don't clean up so bad yourself. I'm going to get my coat and purse, and we're going to get going now. Okay?" Lulu steered him in the right direction, Johnny nodding at her words.
"Right." Johnny needed to focus on their date, testosterone be damned.
"I have to make you work for it, Zacchara. One thing I'm not...is easy." A smirk played on her lips as she spun around in her blue coat leaving the coat open as to still view her dress.
"I'm going to enjoy tonight." Johnny smirked to himself, holding the door open for her. Johnny drove them over to the new steakhouse that had just opened in Manhattan. Johnny had been a few times with business associates but had yet to bring a woman here, someone as special as Lulu deserved a night on the town.
"I'll admit, I've been eating ramen way more than I should. This is... definitely an upgrade." Lulu glanced at the inside of the restaurant, admiring the southern style paintings.
"You shouldn't eat that stuff, it's bad for you." Johnny chuckled, of course he wasn't used to not having money. It had always been something he'd known.
"Oh I know, but it's cheap. I'll be able to afford better stuff when I graduate. Hopefully." Lulu gave a simple shrug, he was coming to find out that she wasn't a very materialistic woman. Lulu liked the simple things, she was happy go lucky. Johnny pulled out her chair for her and sat down across from him.
"What are you going to school for?" Johnny wonders.
"I'm going to be a CNA, my family has a long history on the medical field. It's something I know how to do, to me it's easier than waiting tables. It's only a year and then I take the test, boom I'm certified. I thought it was the best fit for me." Lulu didn't want to fixate on her reason for doing it.
"Ethan told me that you might have a...small crush on me. Any truth to that?" Johnny smirked, direct and to the point as usual.
"Oh, I cannot believe he told you that! I am actually going to kill him!" Lulu gasped out loud, but she didn't blush. Embarrassed was the last emotion she felt. In fact, she was growing more attracted to Johnny Zacchara by the minute.
"Oh, so you're admitting it? I thought Lovett was fucking with me!" I snickered into my palm, quite amused.
"I can see why you would think that because it's Ethan but, no it's for real. We were sitting at Ethan's counter one morning and I was scrolling through the news as he cooked breakfast...there was an article about your company raising money for a local charity, I'd heard of you but I'd never exactly seen your face and I was curious. When I finally saw your picture I could not believe it! I started to think you were a myth because no guy I've ever want with has ever looked this good! Of course, I tend to attract the losers but that's not my fault!" Lulu rushed to explain, slightly laughing with each sentence she spoke.
"You are...not afraid to say what you really think. What do you mean a myth?" Johnny laughed, eyeing her up and down.
"Why should I be? Barely anyone gives a damn about what I say anyway. It's just I don't know, you're just hot! That's all there is to it!" Lulu gives a simple shrug.
"You've really thrown me for a loop, Lulu. I have never met someone who isn't afraid to say whatever whenever, you're making me laugh every other sentence. This date just started and, I'm already having the time of my life." Johnny slowly smiled at her, it was a genuine smile this time and not a teasing smirk.
"Go write it down in your diary, I bet Carlos would love to hear that!" Lulu winked at him, dissolving into giggles.
"See? That's what I'm talking about! You say things like that. You kill me." Johnny gives her a look.
"Boom boom." She gave him her famous finger gun.
"No pun intended!" She quickly added, she didn't want to be rude. They both ordered when the waitress came by, Lulu got the filet mignon and Johnny got the sirloin. They were seemingly quiet as they bit into their food, the steak melted into their mouths.
"A lot better than ramen. Huh?" Johnny teased her as they went up to the register.
"Definitely." Lulu agreed, Johnny held the door open for her as they exited the restaurant. Johnny drives her home after that, parking in a parking spot. When Johnny turns to Lulu to say goodnight, Lulu placed a kiss on his lips and smirked at him.
"Until next time." She smirked getting out of the car and taking the elevator up to her apartment. Johnny stayed parked until he saw the light turn on in her apartment.
Luke's POV
"What is so important that you dragged me away from my well deserved vacation?" I drawled, trudging into Sonny's office.
"Lulu broke up with Dante." Sonny gave me a somber look which made me want to laugh in his face.
"Do you want me to throw a party or something? I was never actually a fan of Dante." I was unsure why Sonny had called me.
"My sources say that she's entertaining Johnny Zacchara..."
