Johnny's POV
Ethan had called me about an hour ago to tell me that Kristina was sick so they wouldn't be able to come, after we hung up I dialed Lulu's number and waited for her to pick up.
"Hello?" Her voice rang through the line, God I could get used to hearing that sweet voice everyday.
"Hey, it's me." I smirked, I wondered what she was doing right now.
"Hey! I'm so glad to hear from you!" Her voice immediately brightened at the sound of his voice.
"You're too cute." I chuckled, unable to help myself.
"I don't think anyone's ever said that to me before. Probably because I'm an asshole." She cracked a joke as she listened for his response.
"Well, you are. Uh oh, if we're not careful we might fall in love." I smirked, knowing I was already there.
"Wouldn't want that, ew." Lulu knew she was falling fast.
"What are you doing tonight?" He asked.
"I was going to hang out with Kristina tonight but, she wasn't feeling well. I'm not really doing anything. Did you have something in mind?" Lulu's heart jumped in her throat, she always wanted to see Johnny Zacchara.
"Yeah, Lovett told me about that. I wanted to see if you wanted to go to Cosmic tonight." Johnny hoped she said yes.
"I would love to, I can be ready in an hour." Lulu smiled, she was going to see him tonight. Lulu felt as giddy as a school girl.
"I'll see you then, gorgeous." Johnny smirked and they hung up.
"Oh I've got it bad." Johnny chuckled shaking his head, but he couldn't bring himself to regret it.
Lulu's POV
I jumped in the shower after my phone call with Johnny ended, excited that I would get to see him tonight. After turning the shower off I dried my hair and curled it, padding into my bedroom going straight to my closet and searching through my dresses. I settled on a metallic blue strapless mini dress with blue stilettos and a black leather jacket. An hour later there was a knock on my door, I rushed into the living room to answer it.
Johnny's POV
As I drove over to Lulu's apartment and knocked on her door I was imagining how tonight would go, picturing Lulu dancing around.
"I'm a lovesick fool." I shake my head, knocking on the door. When the door opened all the breath was knocked from my body, my eyes glazed over her slim body.
"Clearly I've spooked you." Lulu playfully smirked as Johnny helped her into her coat.
"Wow. You really set the standard high, you look beautiful." Johnny couldn't hide his feelings for her, he never could.
"I have to keep up with you somehow. Let's go, lover boy." Lulu beckoned him out of her apartment with a hooked finger, a knowing smirk playing on her cherry red lips.
"Yes ma'am." Johnny smirked, shutting the door before rushing after her. We took the elevator downstairs and went to the car, I held the passenger door open for her.
"Thank you." She smiled, genuinely happy.
"You're welcome." Johnny smiles back at her, starting the car and pulling onto the freeway. When they got into the club, Johnny ran into Carlos Riviera.
"Hey man! Date night with the misses?" Johnny high fives Carlos, Sabrina stood by his side.
"Something like that...Lulu and I actually know each other." Carlos chuckled and, Lulu nodded her head.
"Yeah?" Sabrina and I asked in unison.
"Carlos and I used to date...in high school. I use the term dated very loosely, because you were a complete asshole." Lulu lightly smirked but, she was being serious at the same time.
"Really? Wow, that's crazy." Johnny chuckled, not knowing how to take it.
"It's a small world." Sabrina nods.
"Yeah, I was an ass." Carlos agrees, frowning.
"It's okay, let's forget it. That was in the past, it didn't work out for a reason. Right? I don't have any ill feelings towards you, I'm glad that you finally met a woman who could reign you in. I actually don't think I ever had any real feelings for you other than friendship. I remember that you were a really good friend to me back then." Lulu was grown up and nature about her answer, Johnny loved that about her.
"It's only weird if we make it weird, right? We always had a really good friendship throughout high school and I'd like to get back to that. That is, if it suits everyone involved. I'm glad that you're happy, I can tell you are." Carlos was mature about his answer as well, looking to Sabrina and I.
"Of course I don't mind, you can have as many friends as you want. Lulu, you seem lovely and I can't wait to get to know you better." Sabrina didn't hesitate with her answer.
"Rivera, what happened between you two was in high school. I'd be happy for you two to be friends, it makes my life easier. Trust me your not overstepping, I'd let you know if you were." I put my hand on the small of Lulu's back.
"I'll let you two get to it, I'll see you tomorrow boss." Carlos nodded, sending they were on a date as well.
"It was nice seeing you again, Lulu." Sabrina waved as they walked away.
"You too!" Lulu called back, waving.
"You've always liked bad boys. Huh?" A smirk played at the edge of Johnny's lips.
"I have but, you are definitely the sexiest man I've ever dare I say- dated?"Lulu winked at him taking his hand, as they walked into the center of the dance floor.
"We're definitely dating." Johnny pulled her into a kiss, their bodies crashed together as their lips found each other.
"Yep, definitely the sexiest." She glanced up at him with a smile.
"There's no competition. Shall we?" Johnny kisses her hand.
"We shall." Lulu followed him, she fell into step beside him as he guided her to a secluded part of the club.
