Johnny's POV
Lulu and I had practically danced from the moment I twirled her on the dance floor, I couldn't wipe from the smile from my face. I didn't think I'd ever been this genuinely happy, how could one woman reduce me to a melting puddle? I knew I'd do anything for her, I would kill for her. I would do anything to protect her, I didn't care about what Sonny had planned for us. It just didn't matter, for once I was putting my happiness above everything else.
"Do you want a drink?" I asked her as we took a break from dancing.
"Sure." She smiled at me.
"I'll be right back."
Lulu's POV
I smiled as I watched him walk towards the bar, completely checking him out. Johnny had openly told me that we were dating, that made me insanely happy. I had lost Johnny in the sea of girating bodies on the dance floor.
"It's okay, Johnny will find me." I tried to calm my beating heart, anxiety settling inside of me.
"Lulu Spencer...what are you doing in this neck of the woods?" I heard a hauntingly familiar voice, I got a cold feeling in my chest. That voice had been the cause of my suffering from the moment I turned thirteen up until I was seventeen.
"Logan?" I choked out as he cornered me until I was backed up against the wall.
"Lulu." He drawled, his accent was thick as ever.
"I need to go, can you please move?" I tried to move past him but, he wouldn't budge.
"I know you still want me Lulu, I can tell from the look in those beautiful eyes of yours. You've always wanted me, you still do. Now that you cut Dante lose we're free to be together." Logan smirked moving to caress her breasts through her dress.
"Logan, please don't do this. I'm not yours. I'm not Dante's. I'm someone else's and your going to be sorry if you don't stop touching me!" Lulu yelled at him, shoving him if only a few inches.
"Lulu, I'm not playing this game with you." Logan warned her, forcefully grabbing her arm and throwing her against the wall a shooting pain going up her back.
"Let go of my arm!" She screeched in pain as he twisted her arm. Lulu felt dizzy and could see black on the corners of her vision as he slammed her head into the wall.
Johnny's POV
I muttered under my breath, I'd seen the prick attacking Lulu from across the bar. I fought my way through the crowd abandoning the drinks, racing towards her. I grabbed him by the back of the neck, jerking him away from Lulu. Lulu sat against the wall, trying to catch her breath.
"If you know what's good for you, you'll get out of here. You don't want me coming after you." I glared at him, punching him and heard his jaw bone pop.
"This isn't the last you've seen of me." Logan sneered at him.
" who do you think you are anyway?" Logan made a disgruntled look.
"I think that I'm her boyfriend and I'm not going to let harm come to her. Get out of my sight." Johnny shoved him to the floor, then went over to help Lulu up.
"Are you okay?" Johnny asks her tenderly, cupping her face in his hands.
"I'll be okay." She purses her lips, in disbelief about what had just happened.
"Did you know that prick?" Johnny asked her, recognizing the fear in her eyes.
"Yeah uh, we dated. Logan was my first boyfriend, it was not good. Not at all." She sighed completely exhausted, her back was killing her.
"Let's get you out of here, come on." Johnny wrapped an arm around her waist guiding her out of the club and to his car.
"I know this isn't exactly the evening you had planned for us, I'm sorry." Lulu felt bad that their second date had turned into shit.
"Why are you apologizing? It's not your fault. It was a little bump in the road, our night wasn't ruined. I always have fun with you." Johnny squeezed her hand as he pulled into her driveway.
"Do you want to come up?" She asked him.
"Sure."
