I don't own Harry Potter. All credit goes to J.K Rowling but I do own my OC, Yuki.

Hogwarts was amazing…minus that Tom had to endure Samuel and his lackey friends, but that didn't bother him. Not to mention, he had Abraxas and Walburga at his side. It seemed that Samuel hated Abraxas to the bone, but Tom didn't care.

Throughout his first and second year, he tried his best to have the top marks, but History of Magic wouldn't get the high mark. Tom hoped that his dad would understand and let it slip.

All his professors praised him for his good work, but for some odd reason, his Transfiguration Professor always gave him a certain look before looking the other way. It gave Tom a chill through his back but didn't really think much of it.

During his second year, he set out to find his great-grandfather's familiar but the question, where was the entrance?

It wasn't until close to the end of the year; he and Walburga were waiting for Lucretia who was at that the bathroom. She came out and told them that one of the sinks didn't work and it had a snake symbol on it.

Tom, not caring for entering the girl's loo, dashed inside with the two girls following him.

Lucretia pointed to the sink with the snake design and Tom started speaking in Parseltongue. The sink opened leading down to the bottom of the school.

'The Chamber of Secrets,' thought Tom.

It was since decided that they were going to use the chamber to study or to hang out. Not to mention, to make sure that his great-grandfather's basilisk was well.

Also, Tom made a few friends outside from the Slytherin house.

Minerva and Nicholas would meet him at the library for a study session on Monday and Wednesday. There were a few negative comments going on around the school, but they didn't listen. Abraxas, Walburga and Lucretia would join in the study sessions to help them out.

In his third and fourth year were pretty much the same. For Alphard, however, being a squib, attends the same muggle school with Harold, Hugo and Lillian's son.

During the train ride, Minerva met Eileen Prince who was looking for a compartment. She invited the young girl to her compartment where Lucretia and Walburga complained how adorable she looked. Once in Hogwarts, Eileen was sorted into Slytherin.

Now going to his fifth year, Tom was looking forward to making a friend in Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. He was looking forward to returning to Hogwarts.

-Slytherin Manor, August 1942-

Tom was looking over at his school supplies and making sure that he had everything ready while Nagini was sunbathing at the balcony. Suddenly Rosie apparate into his room and was jumping up and down.

"Young master! Young master! Master Harrison has collapsed!"

"What?!" Tom shouted before dashing out of his room. He quickly went over to his dad's room, but Cassiopeia and Michael were guarding the door.

There standing in front of them was Harold who was glaring at them before slightly turning his head to Tom. "If you were planning to see your dad then you have to wait until your grandmother say so."

"He is my father!" Tom snapped.

"I know Thomas, but your grandmother was serious about not to let you in," Cassiopeia sighed, sadly, "You're not the only one that wants to know what's wrong with him."

"I might know what's happening," murmured Michael.

"You do?" Harold asked.

Michael nodded, "He's coming of age. It wouldn't be long until he's like his mother."

"What do you mean like his mother?" Harold asked.

Cassiopeia and Michael looked at each other before Cassiopeia sighed. She looked over to them, "Vampire…the Fudo's were direct descendants from a Vampire heiress."

Tom and Harold widened their eyes.

"Is…he going to be…ok?" Harold asked.

"Harrison will be in pain for a few days," replied Michael before smiling. "Not too worry, your father is a strong man, Tom."

Tom nodded slowly before hearing footsteps coming towards them.

The young Fudo turned around to see a man with silver hair that was held up into a pointy tail, pale skin, crimson eyes and fangs coming out of his mouth. He was wearing a long red coat, a white silk shirt, a cross-like collar around his neck, black pants and black shoes.

Suddenly, the master door opened and came out was Yuki with a serious look on her face. "It's about a bloody fucking time! What took you so long?"

Tom and Harold flinched as Yuki was rarely serious around them.

"Come now, my lady. Is that a way to treat an old friend of yours," the man smirked, "Greetings, I am Lord Vlad Dracula, the head of Vampires."

Tom and Harold open their mouths in shock while Cassiopeia and Michael bowed to him.

"Pleasure meeting you Lord Dracula, I'm Cassiopeia Andrews nee Black."

"Michael Andrews, Lord Dracula."

Vlad bowed slightly before turning to Yuki, "So…your son's blood has come of age, correct?"

"Yes and," Yuki frowned, "He cannot stay here."

Tom widened his eyes. What does she mean that his father can't stay at the manor?

Vlad nodded, "Indeed, I will take him tonight then."

"Right – Zippy!" Yuki said as the house elf apparate next to her. "Have my son's belongings packed and ready to go."

Zippy nodded before apparating into the master bedroom.

"Best if I go inside. He could attack the house elf without thinking," murmured Vlad.

Yuki nodded before turning to her grandson, "I'm sorry Tom, but your father needs to leave for the time being, if not he will go to a frenzy attack. He needs to learn how to deal with being a vampire."

"I…I…n-no, I understand grandma," said Tom, sadly. "Is it…possible that I can…see him before he leaves?"

Yuki frowned, but nodded, "Only for a few minutes, but afterwards, you need to leave. He will have no control right now, understood?"

Tom nodded before following his grandmother to the master bedroom. The young Fudo could see that his father was sitting on his bed while Vlad was holding onto his shoulders and Zippy was finishing packing his belongings.

Vlad frowned, "It was not wise to bring the child here. Harrison's fangs are set in, and his eyes are crimson."

"He's craving his first drink," murmured Yuki before signaling Tom to stay put.

Tom watched his grandmother march over to his father before biting her wrist. The young Fudo stepped back as he watched his grandmother shove her wrist to his father's mouth.

"Drink it," ordered Yuki, seriously.

Harry, having no saying, drank the offering blood to the point where his eyes returned to normal. "Damn it, mother! Did you really have to shove your wrist in my mouth like that?!" he snapped as he pushed away her wrist, away from his mouth.

"I had to if not, you would have attacked either your son or the house elf," replied Yuki.

Harry widened his eyes before looking over to see his son standing by the entrance to his room. He sighed, heavily before smiling softly to Tom, "Are you going to be alright on your own for one whole year?"

"Um…yea dad, don't worry about me…and I wouldn't be alone," replied Tom.

"Right," murmured Harry, softly before getting another pain going through his body. His eyes were slowly flashing back to crimson.

Yuki quickly guided Tom out of the master bedroom, "I'm sorry Tom, but it would be best if you stay at the west wing."

Tom was about to argue when Cassiopeia stopped him, "We'll go to the cottage while you two finish up packing Harrison's things."

Yuki just nodded before walking back inside the master bedroom.

"Come Tom, let's go," said Harold. Tom stared at the door before following his cousin.

Cassiopeia went to get Lillian and Hugo while Michael took the boys to the cottage. It took about an hour when Zippy apparate to notify them that Harry and Vlad had left.

"Tom, do you…want to do something?" Harold asked.

"N-No, I'll just head to bed early," said Tom softly before walking back to the manor.

"Poor Thomas," said Lillian. "He adores his father deeply and not having him around for one whole year must be devastating for him."

"Not only that, but this will also be the first year that his father wouldn't be celebrating his birthday," stated Hugo.

"Oh, Tom," murmured Cassiopeia, softly.

Meanwhile, Tom was sitting at the balcony, staring at the night sky and placed his head between his legs. "Dad…please come back to me."

Nagini slithered to his shoulders, "What's wrong master?"

"My dad Nagini…he left, and I wouldn't be able to see him until next year," replied Tom.

"Don't worry master, you'll see your father soon," hissed Nagini.

Tom smiled before petting her head and looked at the night sky again. He can recall the times when his dad would take him out to watch the night sky before heading off to bed.

The young Fudo headed back inside to his room to see Harold sitting on his chair.

"What's up Harry?" Tom asked, using his cousin's nickname.

"I was just wondering Tom," replied Harold. "I know that you were adopted from the Fudo's, but what kind of adoption did they do?"

"There are different types of adoption?" Tom asked.

"Well, a normal adoption is when you just change your surname. Then there's a blood adoption where you replace your blood to your adopted parents," explained Harold.

"How in Merlin's name do you know this stuff," said Tom.

Harold shrugged, "Was bored, so I read whatever book is lying around at the library."

"Right," murmured Tom. "Well, it's obvious that my father did the blood adoption," before biting his lower lip, "I think…why are you asking about my adoption?"

Harold tapped his finger on the side of his head, "Think about it, mate. If your father did the blood adoption, then you'll endure the same creature inheritance in some point in the future."

"Ah…I see," murmured Tom.

Harold smiled, "Right then, let's play a round of wizard chess. You in or are you chicken?"

Tom smirked before taking out his chess set and placed it in front of Harold. "I never back down from a challenge – you're on! The loser must clean the other's room without any help of the house elves, deal?"

Harold smirked, "Deal! But you are going to regret it, dear cousin of mine."

"We'll see about that, Harry," said Tom.

Days went by and soon school started again where Tom started his fifth year and was also a Slytherin Prefect. The young Fudo got a few pointers from Abraxas as he was the Head boy and Walburga was Head girl.

The elective classes he chose were Care of Magical Creatures and Ancient Runes. He was interested in magical creatures since he was young from the stories that his father would read to him. As for Ancient Runes, he wanted a challenge and boy, did he get one.

Tom was lucky that Lucretia kept her old notes from when she began the class.

Not too far into the school year, Lucretia introduced them to Myrtle Warren who was a year younger Ravenclaw muggleborn. Her only friend was a Gryffindor named Rubeus Hagrid.

"The reason why she doesn't have any friends is because of the teasing she gets from everyone," stated Minerva, a sixth year Gryffindor Prefect. "Olive Hornby, a fourth year Gryffindor and her lackeys tease Warren of her glasses and acne."

Augusta Wilson, a sixth year Gryffindor gave the young girl a hug.

Tom's group of friends have grown a bit since fourth year. From Gryffindor, there was Ignatius Prewett, John Lupin, Rubeus Hagrid and Augusta Wilson. From Hufflepuff, there was Elizabeth Moon, Ella Anderson and Seraphina Bones. And from Ravenclaw, there was Myrtle Warren and Daniel Alfredson.

"I'll have a word to the Head house of Ravenclaw and Gryffindor," assured Tom.

"You…would really do that…for me?" Myrtle asked.

Eileen smiled softly before grabbing hold of her hand, "Of course, you are our friend. The Slytherins have the same loyalty as the Hufflepuffs."

Myrtle looked at them before giving them a warm smile. "Thank you."

During his free time, Tom writes to his father about everything what has happened. However, he never mentioned his uneasy feelings about his Transfiguration professor.

In one of his letters, he asked if he was blood adopted or not, but his reply shocked him. His father adopted him by the muggle way, not by blood adoption. However, his father promised him that he will explain to him why in person.

In his father's letters, his training was intense and hates to drink human blood. Tom hopes to see his father in his birthday before heading off to bed.

-Baltimore, Belmont Manor-

Harry clenched his chest as he was walking over to the kitchen and grabbed a cup of blood. He stared at it before drinking the red liquid quickly.

"Damn it! I will never get use to drinking this bloody thing," said Harry, angrily before taking a seat at the table. He sighed, heavily before leaning backwards onto the chair.

Three months has passed, and Harry has learned to call forth his shadow element and is able to control his strength. He finally understands why Yuki taught him wandless magic as his wand doesn't work for him any longer. So, he placed his former wand somewhere safe at Slytherin manor.

Harry planned to hand over the wand to his son on his birthday, but first, he needs to control his vampire abilities. He sighed, "At this rate…I may not be able to see Tom in December. Damn it."

"With that attitude, you wouldn't."

Harry turned his head to see a young woman with long ebony hair, emerald eyes, slight pale skin and her fangs were showing as she smiled. She was wearing a mini dress with a Victorian design and had a cross-like choker around her neck with a ruby gem in the middle. She had long black stockings and black shoes.

"Who…are you?" Harry asked.

"Oh sorry, I'm Liza Scarlet Dracula, pleasure to meet a fellow vampire trainee."

"Dracula?" Harry said. "Are you related to Lord Dracula?"

"I'm his youngest daughter," Liza sat across from Harry, "I have two older brothers, but they're full vampires and helping father to find stray or abandon young vampires around the world."

"You don't say," said Harry. "So…when did your vampire blood activated?"

"Last month, but I'm getting the hang of it. I mean it's still strange to suddenly eat normal foods to just only drinking blood," replied Liza.

"At least one of us is getting used to it," murmured Harry.

Liza smirked, "What if I found a way that you can eat normally and not drink any human blood."

Harry dropped his head onto the table before leaning over to her. "Please! Can you tell me? I really need to get these cravings under control by December!"

Liza giggled, "I would love to, but in one condition."

Harry sighed, "And what condition would that be?"

"Go on a date with me," said Liza.

"Just…a date? One date?" Harry asked.

"Well…" Liza blushed a bit, "To tell you the truth, I find you quite charming and cute than any other trainee vampires here."

Harry's cheeks started to blush as well.

"So…do we have a deal?" Liza asked, nervously.

Harry sighed, "Right…it's a deal. "

Liza widened her eyes before jumping off from her seat and jumped onto Harry's lap. She gave him a kiss on the cheek, "Oh, thank you! Thank you – ah! The blood cravings! Tomorrow, come to the kitchen, ok?"

Harry just nodded slowly while his cheeks were still red. Liza smiled before getting off his lap and dashed out of the kitchen.

"See you tomorrow!"

Harry's shoulders dropped, "Wha – Did I just get a bloody date with another vampire?!"

-Baltimore, Oct. 20-

"So, what you think of Baltimore, Harrison?" Liza asked.

Harry smiled, "It's not that bad and it is pretty wicked."

"You should see the parks," said Liza, happily. "My favorite is Gwynns Falls/Leakin Park, want to go and see it?"

"Lead the way," replied Harry.

Liza grabbed Harry's hand before taking him to the park. It didn't take that long for them to arrive where Liza showed Harry a few historical locations at the park.

"In the mid-1800s, Thomas Winans, who helped build the St. Petersburg-Moscow railroad, returned and established this meadow and build his estate. The Victorian mansion is called Orianda and there's a small wooden chapel at the top of the hill," said Liza. The two of them were standing nearby the estate.

"Incredible. Is there anything else about this place?" Harry asked.

Liza smiled, "Yes, there's a mock battlement which was built to protect the Confederate-sympathizing Winans family…or was it to represent a Crimean War fortification. I can't recall, but it was one of the two."

"Well, it looks like it was to protect the family, but we can't really say for sure unless we were there," said Harry.

Liza laughed, "That's true. We can ask our parents and some elder Vampires since they were there at the time."

"Sure, so where to next?" Harry asked.

Liza grinned, "Oh, there are a lot more to see which means more dates, right?"

Harry laughed, "Yes, I'm starting to like this place."

"Oh, I know this great place that serves great food for us vampires," said Liza, happily.

"Lead the way," said Harry.

It turns out that Liza eats raw meat and drinks animal blood rather than human blood. She didn't want to drink human blood as no one could see if there was anything bad in it.

The meat was still cooked, but it's rare to the point where the blood still leaks out. Ever since eating raw meat, Harry found it much easier to drink the blood and training has become much ease.

Unknown to them, Vlad noticed a faint aura forming around them when they were together. He smirked, "Looks like our families are going to combine after all these centuries, Lady Slytherin-Fudo."
