"Looks like that knew Mizukage really did improve mist state" I heard Zabuza say. The whole walk I had drowned out all conversation. I tried to focus on making new techniques, but my mind kept drifting back to Haku. He didn't know why his mind was making up these feelings for her. Though his eyes kept staring at her ethereal beauty. Ugh, get yourself together Naruto. "Looks like someone has fell in love" he heard a mischievous voice chuckle out from the back of his voice. "Shut it Kenpachi" though that didn't stop his cheeks from flushing red for a second or two.
"Naru, you've been silent this whole trip" he heard his sisters melodious voice say. "Hn" he grunted out being broke out of his musings. He saw them approaching the Mizukage tower. The sooner he does his report the sooner he can go train. As they entered the Mizukage office he still couldn't keep his thoughts from lingering on that girl.
"Well from the look of it your mission went well". "Hai, oji-san" he heard Shikamaru respond from his side. I quickly remembered I had to give the mission report so I started speaking. "The mission was uneventful other than us running into a few Konoha nin ".
"Why would Konoha nin be there though". I was about to respond before I was cut off by Raiga"Well me, Zabuza, and Mangetsu were hired by some thug to kill some bridge builder and it seemed the Konoha Ninja had a mission to protect the builder ". "Well it still seems the mission was a success which is good, but I still have a few things to talk about with all of you".
"First is about Haku and Suigetsu. The rest of you can be Jounin since it was your previous rank in the village. However they will have to be Genin under Zabuza. I have another promising Genin named Chojuro they can be partnered with. The final thing is I would like Zabuza, Mangetsu, and Raiga to recreate the seven swordsman with Naruto, Hinata, and Shikamaru. You all already have your swords, though the seventh member will be decided later. Now with that out of the way I think you guys can take a break. There was a chorus of hai's before everybody left the office.
I quickly ran out of the office towards the edge of the village. A few days ago I had found an abandoned house with a bunch of scrolls on Hyoton and Suiton. It seemed to be the house of someone with high experience with those elements as it had S and A rank Jutsu. Arriving at the house after a few minutes of running I slowly opened the door. As it cracked open I dodged some shuriken flying at me. It seems someone has installed multiple security systems, but it didn't really matter. I quickly got to the shelves I remembered had most of the techniques. Scrolling through the scrolls I finally found the one that caught my attention the most it had brought back kanji spelling out forbidden scrolls. It seemed to have a seal covering it though I didn't have to much experience with seals I was able to identify it as a blood seal. I pricked my finger spreading the blood on the seal. It slowly unfurled showing many techniques. The first seemed to be the shadow clone which he already knew. Flipping to the next technique it was the hiraishin. That was weird that was a Konoha technique. As I skimmed the scroll over I saw basically only Konoha techniques. Someone must have stolen it, though this would be a prime time to learn the techniques. It even had more sealing knowledge exclusive to the Uzamaki clan so I could become a seal master. Kage Bunshin I yelled out creating 50 clones. 25 go do sealing and the rest do Jutsu I yelled. These were going to be long weeks.
Timeskip: 5 months...
Over the past 5 months, Naruto has mastered multiple sealing techniques and went from level 3-8. He has also mastered multiple Suiton Jutsu and Genjutsu most of them being created by Tobirama Senju. He had built a great respect for the man due to how many Jutsu he had created. Little did he know he had a big connection with him.
Right now he was heading to his office because of something his uncle wants to tell him. As he entered the Mizukage office he saw Hinata, Shikamaru, Zabuza, Haku, Suigetsu, and Chojuro. Over the last few months he and Haku had met up a few times, he knew he had feelings for her, but was to nervous to admit it. Suddenly Yagura started talking "Now that everyone is here we can start the meeting". He was interrupted as Suigetsu spoke up "Is this about the Chunin exams happening soon"? "Yes, Suigetsu you are right it will take place in Konoha. You all will also be attending, and I expect the absolute best from all of you". "Oji-San when are we leaving for Konoha" I asked curious. "In about 5 days, why"?. "I need to know for training" I said. "Well anyway let's get to the next order of business. I don't want you guys to use your full power in the exams. If needed you can show more then needed, but try to hide it". A chorus of hai's met his ears. "That's all so make sure to keep training".
Naruto rushed to the abandoned house and also his training spot for the last 5 months. Over the months he had trained in Kenjutsu with Kenpachi-sensei, Hyoton and Suiton in the house and with Yagura, and Fuinjutsu, Genjutsu, and other Ninjutsu in the house. He has mastered many Jutsus including Genjutsu: Bringer of Darkness, Genjutsu: Hells Prison, Rasengan, and had almost mastered the Hiraishin. Though he still needed a lot more time on it along with more Fuinjutsu training. Though right now he created the Shunpo. It is a Ninjutsu that is based on the Hiraishin and the Shunshin. The user can use at very high speeds though not as fast as the Hiraishin it came close. So he might just use it instead of the Hiraishin. Though pertaining to Mokuton he had made little progress. While he had a few original Jutsu it was hard to think of them. Well I guess I better practice my Fuinjutsu before the exams.
5 days later...
Naruto arrived at the entrance of Kirigakure, seeing his two twins. "Hello, guys how was your training". Over the past few months him and his siblings haven't met that much only for dinner a few times a week. "Good, Naru what about you" He heard Hinata say with a smile. Hinata has always been gentler then him or Shika as she couldn't bring herself to kill as easily. As they continued to wait Naruto couldn't help but be curious about Konoha. "Shika, I remember those three blonde and red haired kids on the bridge that seemed to hold themselves like royalty, why"? "I think those are the Hokage's children, they are probably strong though I think you should ask Suigetsu or Raiga because they were the ones that fought them". "You really are observant, you sure you aren't a Nara" Hinata giggled jokingly. "No, but thank you for the compliment". "Here Naruto would you like to play shogi " Shikamaru said as he set up a board. "Sure "I said as I sat on the opposite end of the table. We each started moving pieces back and forth at high speeds. Due to being raised on the streets our quick thinking was top notch. However as the game started reaching the thirty minute mark it was clear Shikamaru was winning. "I win" I heard him say from the other end. "Though you played very well Naruto". As he finished his sentence everybody else arrived at the clearing. "Well it seems everybody is ready to depart" I heard Yagura say from my side. "Hai" We all said as we set off.
As we leaped from tree to tree to fire country nobody said a word. The whole way I have been staring at Haku trying to avoid her gaze when she stares back.
The whole trip there I had been staring at Naruto hoping he didn't see me. He just was so hot and cool that I couldn't help but have an atomic blush on my face.
The group slowly approached the Konoha gates. "State your business" they heard a Chunin guard state. "Hello, I am Yagura the Mizukage and we are here for the Chunin exams" He stated trying to sound nice. "Please report to the Hokage office over there then" He says pointing to a giant tower. We complied slowly walking towards the door. As we walked we saw many stalls with foods like ramen and sushi. Though it was quite awkward as many people have us stares or just outright glared. I didn't really care I just plastered a stoic expression, these people were worthless in my eyes. As we approached the Hokage office I felt multiple presences following us feeling anbu everywhere.
These past few weeks had been hell for Minato. It was paperwork after paperwork and he count spend anytime with his family or anything. Due to the Chunin Exams which were to be held in Konoha this year. He was just filling out some forms when he heard the door open. Peeking up he saw the Mist group. From his wife's report from wave these people should have been there and were quite strong. "Hello, Hokage-sama" he heard the Mizukage respond politely. "Hello, Mizukage-sama are you here to sign in"? "Hai" as he looked as he looked around the room three people caught his eye. It seemed they were triplets and were part of the Yuki clan. Though the girl and one of the boys were interesting the last boy looked like a clone of Tobirama Senju. While it might have been a coincidence he should definitely look into it. He saw them leave as he kept signing paperwork. Suddenly he heard the window creak open. "Hey gaki" He heard a voice say from behind him. "Hello, Jiraiya-sensei when did you arrive". "Well I first went to the hot springs before coming here and seeing that mist group". "Good that one silver haired kids looks like a clone of Tobirama Senju will you look into it "? "Sure, but I have more important news. It seems Orochimaru is making his move and planning an invasion". "I think we can handle just him and his lackeys". "That's not the problem we need the other villages attending to not join up with him, otherwise this could be really bad". "Ok, I will look into it".
Naruto and Co had just arrived at their hotel. As they split up from Zabuza and Haku's team him and his family entered a room. "Ok, guys I want to warn you about something quickly. While it is fine to use Hyoton since on paper you guys are part of the Yuki clan. You may not use your other elements, this goes especially for you Naruto. If they see Mokuton they could declare war or even try to obtain custody of you "Yagura said in a stern glare. "Hai, though can we go outside to explore the village"I heard Hinata ask. "Yes, but be very careful".
"Wow, this village is very pretty". "I guess"I replied but it was drowned out by a bunch of screaming. "Let's go find out what that is". As we approached the scene we saw a guy dressed in a cat costume holding a kid by the collar with a pink haired girl that looks familiar. "Should we help"I asked my siblings as they nodded. I quickly ran behind the guy in the cat costume chopping his neck and catching the child. "Thank you mister"I heard him say. Before seeing the blonde kids from the bridge arrive. "Who are you and why are you here" I heard him say. "We are mist nin here for the Chunin exams". However before he responded I felt a rock coming my direction I easily side stepped it already knowing it was the Uchiha kid from the bridge. "Will you and the red head beside you please step out"I asked as a red head jumped from the trees. "What's your name" I heard him ask. "Naruto Yuki"I responded. Before seeing him pick up his siblings off the floor and leave. "Thank you" I heard from the kids earlier. I just ignored him and left with my siblings to get ready for the Chunin exams.
