Katniss Everdeen is the Mockingjay: the face of the Rebellion. But without Peeta, she knows that she could never go on. When Peeta is returned after his kidnapping by the Capitol, he isn't at all the same. He never recalls meeting her nor anything regarding the Rebellion. Its up to Katniss to bring him back to normal, while also deciphering friend from foe.

Effie Trinket, just another Capitol puppet. The Quarter Quell begins and it suddenly shows that Effie isn't as obsessed with the Capitol as it seemed. The revolution gets going and Effie, who came closer to Haymitch than she would have ever expected, has to figure out where her loyalties lie. And her time is running out.

A hope that permeates through the hearts of the nation's poorest, hungriest, and weakest, giving them strength in the notion that there is something worth fighting for. Ten years after the Tenth Hunger Games, Coriolanus Snow is under Dr. Volumnia Gaul's wing as a Gamemaker alongside her niece. Unbeknownst to either of them, they're both being prepared for a much greater task.

A talking, happy-go-lucky giraffe swaps places with Effie just before the 74th Hunger Games, Freaky-Friday style. Oblivious to Panem's way of life, she unknowingly interferes with the Games' events, then busts 4 tributes out of the arena. With the authorities looking for them, the giraffe must now get the tributes to safety—but first she'll have to help them trust each other.
