Author's Note: Been forever since I did something Pokémon related. Now as for Layla Episode: 'Unrest at the Nursery!' It's me, rare ships are my thing. As Brock/Holly Hopeful Future Episode: 'Tag! We're It…!' I just LOVE those two girls yet only one episode appear each.
After competing in the Hoenn's fishing rally as well as departing from Ash and Iris. The 3rd Striaton City Gym Leader just had to return home to Unova. He did inform his brothers Cress and Chili he'd be dropping by, just not alone. To that got the two very curious.
His light green eyes sparkle with a great enthusiasm, thinking about the pigtailed brunette with beautiful bright blue eyes.
'Layla. . .'
At the thought of her, a smile grows from ear to ear. He pushes his legs to walk faster. Thankfully remembering the way the Day Care she worked at.
"GUYS! PLEASE WAIT!" That scared screaming he knows immediately. Bolting closer to find Layla running over to a Shinx and Budew. Disregarding his astonishment at the two Sinnoh Pokémon.
"Aaaahhh!" She trips over a rock, about to smack into the ground. When swiftly her left hand is caught. Bright blue eyes glance to find Cilan smiling down at her.
"Cilan! You're back?!" In her joy she hugs him. Quickly letting go in embarrassment, her cheeks derpy red. But his beautiful smile calms her down.
"Please don't be flustered. May I?" He asks tho embraces her anyway. The two break from the hug to find the young Shinx and Budew fighting.
"They remind me of Rufflet and Vullaby." He states with small chuckle.
"Yeah. . . do you mind-"
"Helping you again? I'd be honored too." Cilan states still holding her left hand in his right, as they walk over to smooth the Pokémon.
