"Chrissy! You have to stay awake!" Dark ordered Chrissy, trying to save her.
Everyone gathered around Chrissy, trying to save her from her injuries. Chrissy was slowly falling unconscious due to the loss of blood. Grace, Neytiri, and Spider-Man were helping her apply pressure to Chrissy's wound. Jake, Owen, and Marco were searching for the first aid kit.
"Guys, I need the first air kit!" Dark ordered, trying to get Chrissy to stay conscious.
"We don't know where it is!" Owen yelled, rummaging through a box.
"It's on top of the shelf at the back!" Mackenzie ordered, getting her jet to head towards the Hometree.
Tsu'tey heard this and quickly went back, and saw a red box with a white cross on it. He asked if this is the one, and Dark responded yes, and he quickly took and handed it over towards Dark. She takes the box and opens it. She uses disinfectant on her hands, along with Grace, Spider-Man, and Neytiri. They tended Chrissy's wound, trying to save her before.
"Okay, Chrissy, we're gonna try to stop the bleeding, stay with us." Dark instructed, wrapping the gauze around the wound and pipe, making sure that her blood is not spilling.
Marco, meanwhile, contacts the base, "Marco to Homebase, come in, homebase."
-This Homebase, what is your situation, Marco?- Came Jay's voice.
"Chrissy's hurt badly, bleeding in the abdomen and losing a lot of blood fast. Prepare a medical team fast."
-We're on it! How far are you till you get here? Foxtrot will open a groundbridge on your location.-
"Just a few miles and-" Marco was cut off when something bumped into the jet, causing to jerk, "SHIT!"
"The hell was that!?" Owen exclaimed, feeling the jet shook violently.
Grace and Neytiri shielded Chrissy as the poor woman cries in pain when the jet suddenly shakes. The others were holding onto something, trying to stay balanced. Patel was beside her, holding on to his dear like when the jet shook.
"Mackenzie! What's going on?!" Spider-Man yelled, holding onto the chair that has the unconscious Paz strapped into it.
Mackenzie was trying to take control, "I don't know! Something big is making the jet unsteady!"
Suddenly, a loud and chilling roar that sent shivers to everyone spines, except for Dark, as they recognized that roar. Tsu'tey looked at the window, even though it was dark, he could see the bright yellow and red color wings from the side.
"Toruk!" Tsu'tey exclaimed in alarm.
True to his words, the Great Leonopteryx was the reason why the jet was jerking around. It was attacking the jet, thinking that it was a rival species. The Great Leonopteryx continues attacking the jet, giving Mackenzie a hard time piloting her jet with it attacking.
"Why is it attacking us?!" Spider-Man yells, holding on to the chair with his dear life.
"It thinks the jet is a rival species!" Grace yelled, shielding her daughter with Neytiri and Tsu'tey. "It's trying to establish dominance!"
"Or try to kill us!" Dark yelled, helping Grace and Neytiri to shield Chrissy.
The poor woman was crying her eyes out, as the pain in her abdomen was getting worse. Therefore, using her magic, Dark slowly stops the pain and blood from increasing.
"Shit! Chrissy can't handle more of this!" Dark yelled, doing her best to stay focused on her magic. "We need it out of here!"
"Do you have weapons on this jet?!" Owen asked Mackenzie.
Mackenzie shook her head, "This is a transport jet! It doesn't have weapons, just link beds!"
This caught Jake's attention, "Link beds?"
"Yeah! This jet is not only transportation but a research jet for far areas." Mackenzie answered, grunting as she tried to get the jet airborne.
"Where are they?"
"At the back of the jet, why?" Mackenzie questions him.
"I'll explain later!" Jake said before looking at Marco and Owen. "I need your help on this. You two Patel. And Spider-Man, can you distract it?"
"You want me to want now?" Spider-Man clearly didn't hear what Jake meant.
"Just do it! I have a plan." Jake said before rolling his way to the back of the jet.
"And the plan is making me the bait!" Spider-Man called out.
Jake and the others were in the back, and sure enough, there was a link bed. Jake instructs Owen and Marco to call homebase to bring his Avatar's body. They wonder why, but Jake just said do it. Owen helps Jake get on the link bed while Marco calls to the others to ready Jake's avatar. While they prepared, Spider-Man prepared himself to face the Great Leonopteryx. Mackenzie opens the door while her, Grace, and Patel put on oxygen masks in the process. Spider-Man stood at the door, holding onto the side, looking towards the mighty apex predator.
"All right, Pete, this is it. Any last words?" Spider-Man whispers to himself as he looks at the Great Leonopteryx that was attacking the jet, releasing a powerful roar. Spider-Man begins to regret his choice.
"Yeah. I really wish I had a better idea than this!"
Spider-Man fires a few webs at the Great Leonopteryx's eyes, blinding it temporarily. The Great Leonopteryx roars, letting go of the jet. Spider-Man shoots a long web at the Great Leonopteryx's leg before he was taken off to the sky by the Great Leonopteryx.
"Whoa!" Spider-Man exclaims, holding onto his web with his dear life. "This isn't going as planned!" He screamed on top of his lungs.
The Great Leonopteryx roared, trying to get the webs off its eyes. The jet was free; however, it took major damage, forcing Mackenzie to land. As she landed and Spider-Man was facing the Great Leonopteryx, Jake was in the link bed, his mind transferred to his avatar. He instantly wakes up in his avatar, finding himself inside a hut. The healers were alarmed yet relieved that he was awake, but he didn't have time to chit-chat as he sprinted off the bed and ran outside, where the others were waiting. He'll explain everything but he needs to rescue his friends. After calling Bob, his Mountain Banshee, before going towards the groundbridge that Foxtrot opened for them.
He made Bob fly high and saw a screaming Spider-Man, holding onto his web with his dear life as the Great Leonopteryx continued to fly around crazy. Bob lets out a small whine, clearly not comfortable to see the Great Leonopteryx. Jake pats the Mountain Banshee's side gently.
"I know, I know, but we have to do this." Jake said before getting Bob to fly higher when the Great Leonopteryx was distracted.
Jake had it figured out about Toruk. He is the baddest cat in the sky. Nothing attacks him. So why would he ever look up? But that was just Jake's theory. When the Great Leonopteryx was gliding with Spider-Man still web attached to it, Jake and Bob were above him. Balancing on his Mountain Banshee, Jake readies his Queue in hand, and without thinking, he jumps off. Falling across the back of the mighty Toruk, and lands on him.
The mighty Great Leonopteryx releases a surprised roar as he feels something on his back. Jake yells while Spider-Man screams when the Great Leonopteryx, Toruk, starts flying around crazily. Jake holds on to Toruk. He isn't letting go. He was trying to get the Queue of Toruk. It was hard as the predator was busy trying to get him off. But Jake was determined. With much effort, he grabbed Toruk's Queue and formed a Tsaheylu with the Great Leonopteryx.
Suddenly, as if time stopped, the Great Leonopteryx's pupils widen, feeling the bond between him and Jake forming.
"That's it, big guy. I'm not the enemy here." Jake assures him softly. "I just need to save my friend."
Toruk listened as Jake made the Great Leonopteryx to land where the jet had to make an emergency landing near some floating rocks. Once they landed onto the ground, Spider-Man landed and withdrew his web off Toruk. The spider hero was panting, trying to get the adrenaline off his body. Jake gets off Toruk, removing the queue from him, and gently strokes the bog head of the Great Leonopteryx, earning small purrs.
"Easy, easy, just gonna remove the webs off." Jake said to Toruk gently.
Toruk stood still, allowing Jake to remove the webs off his eyes. The Great Leonopteryx blinks his eyes, seeing clearly. He glanced towards Jake, who smiled at him gently, earning a soft response.
"See? We're all friends here." Jake assures the Great Leonopteryx.
"JAKE! WE HAVE A PROBLEM!" Dark yelled from the jet.
Hearing this, Jake runs back to the jet with Spider-Man. Inside, they saw Chrissy was in pain, she doesn't look like she can last long. Dark uses her magic and tries to stop the pain, but it isn't enough.
"Mackenzie, what's the statue of the jet?" Jake asked her.
Mackenzie, trying to fix the engine, shook her head, "Not good, I can't get her running."
"We need to get her to your healers." Neytiri said towards Dark.
"Even if we can, the groundbridge can't open here, there's too much magnetic interference in this area." Dark said, trying to stay focused.
"Use your teleportation then." Owen suggested.
"Can't do it while I'm trying to save Chrissy!" Dark said to them in a dead serious tone.
"We can carry her with Toruk." Jake suggested them.
This caught Neytiri and Tsu'tey's attention. Turning towards Jake with wide eyes expression.
"You...you ride Toruk?" Tsu'tey asked Jake in shock.
"Yeah, apparently, he accepted or chose me," Jake said before looking towards Dark. "Can we carry her all the way to the Hometree?"
Dark shook her head, "She can't make the journey, Chrissy will die on the way."
While they thought of a plan, they were not aware of woodsprites close by. The woodsprites have strong linkage towards Eywa and all of the life of Pandora. As if they knew the dire situation, a woodsprite close to the Hometree. The group were in a makeshift tent with computers. The Vita Clan were trying to find the location of the jet's landing, but the signal was being blocked and they couldn't open the groundbrigde on their location because some areas have a magnetic field that would disrupt it, and cause some problems. They were thinking of doing teleportation but it wasn't enough for them to do so since they need to know their exact location.
Val, Celestia, and Maisie were sitting outside, awaiting for their friends' return. They were worried about Chrissy since they heard from the others that she was really hurt, and wanted to help her.
Then a woodsprite came, floating towards Val's awaiting palms. Once it landed, the three girls looked at the woodsprite curiously, listening to its energy. They understood what it was saying and quickly rushed towards Mo'at, talking with the others.
The Tsahìk spotted them coming towards her. She knelt-down at their height, looking at them in concern.
"Little ones, what is wrong?" Mo'at asked the girls.
The young girls show her the woodsprite. Mo'at places her hands under Val's, sensing the woodsprite's energy. She could understand that it wishes to help them in their time of need. And the girls knew that there is one way to save Chrissy.
Mo'at turned towards her husband. {Gather everyone to the center.}
This surprised Eytukan and the others (who understood her), wondering why she suddenly said that.
{What do you mean?} Eytukan questions his wife.
{Eywa has called to us to bring Lomasi to the Vitraya Ramunong.} Mo'at said seriously.
The Vitraya Ramunong, also known as the Tree of Souls, is a giant willow tree. It is said to be the closest connection to Eywa on Pandora. And is a point of extreme spiritual significance to the Na'vi, more so than any other point on Pandora. It has been spiritually significant for at least 3,000 years.
And is the one place that could save Chrissy.
"Why do we need to gather all the Omatikaya there?" Asked Quinn to the Tsahìk.
"It is the words of Eywa, you must understand, she can save Lomasi." Mo'at answered.
"But why not use Val's healing tears?" Aggie suggested, "It can save her."
"Yes, but Project Alpha is from another world, we are not even sure if Chrissy can survive it." Wu said, remembering the research of Val's power.
Meygana looked over towards Foxtrot, "Should we do it?"
Foxtrot looks at her and thinks. True, Project Alpha remains a mystery, and they can't risk the side effects that could happen to Chrissy. Therefore, the only option left was to take her to the Tree of Souls.
"Gather all your people, we will stay here and guard your home." Foxtrot said to Olo'eyktan and Tsahìk. "You have my word."
The two leaders appreciated this, and gathered all the Omatikaya to the center, along with Grace, Norm, and Chrissy's avatars. Foxtrot offers a groundbridge, but the three young girls said that they don't need it. This confused everyone, until hundreds, maybe thousands of Woodsprites came out of nowhere; surrounding the Omatikaya and some members of the Vita Clan, emitting a beautiful light, and soon...they vanished into the air.
They weren't the only ones, back on the jet, many Woodsprites surrounded it and the Great Leonopteryx. Everyone was confused, until they all felt as if they moved somewhere else. Within a few seconds, they found themselves near the Tree of Souls, and to their surprise, the Omatikaya were there as well. However, instead of greeting them, they all screamed at the sight of the Great Leonopteryx with them. Seeing the situation would get bad, Jake quickly gets between the Great Leonopteryx and the people.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Easy! Easy!" Jake called out to the Great Leonopteryx, calming him down. "They're my people."
With his words, the Great Leonopteryx relaxed, lowering his head so Jake could pat him. The entire clan watched in fascination, eyes looking at Jake with awe.
"Toruk Makto?" Mo'at whispers in awe.
"Impossible..." Eytukan whispers out.
Dark and Spider-Man got out with the others, who were wearing exo-masks.
"Holy Shit! How the hell did we get here?" Dark questions out, looking around the area.
"DARK!" Val, Celestia, and Maisie called out to her, running towards her along with Mo'at and Eytukan.
"Never mind." Dark mutters out, knowing it was the doing of the three young girls.
While the young girls came to them, Jake went over to the Olo'eyktan and Tsahìk with a pleading.
"I wish this would be a better way to reunite, but...my friend is dying. Chrissy is dying. I beg the help of Eywa." Jake pleaded with them, desperate to save Chrissy.
Eytukan and Mo'at placed their hands on Jake's shoulders, knowing very well what to do.
"There is no need to plead, JakeSully." Eytukan said to him. "For you and her are part of our family."
With that said and done, everyone prepared to save Chrissy. The Na'vi people were sitting on the ground of the, their queues attached to the ground, connecting with the Tree of Souls. Tsu'tey carries Chrissy's human body, lightly in his arms like a child. Her attire was made by the leaves of the surrounding trees. Walking through the crowd to the dais, followed by Jake, who carries Chrissy's Avatar. Grace, Norm, and Neytiri followed them from behind.
"Look where we are, Chrissy." Jake said, hurrying beside them.
Chrissy weakly flutters her eyes open. Showing barely signs of life. But she has enough to look up wonderingly at the Mother Tree.
"Guess mom can get some samples." Chrissy weakly jokes.
Jake and Grace responded with light chuckles, hoping to brighten the mode. They reach their destination where Mo'at directs them to lay both bodies among the roots on the altar-rock. As both bodies make contact, thread-like-hairs emerge from the ground of the Tree of Souls, attaching themselves to the bodies. Val, Celestia, and Maisie stood close by with their friends watching from the sidelines.
Mo'at touches Jake's shoulder and he steps back to look at Chrissy worriedly.
"The Great Mother may choose to save all that she is in this body." Mo'at's hand indicates Chrissy's avatar. Jake realizes the enormity of what she's saying.
"Is that possible?" Jake asked hopefully.
"She must pass through the eye of Eywa and return." Mo'at informs but soon became worried. "But, JakeSully, she is very weak."
Jake, Grace, and Norm became worried about the potential side effect. Chrissy may not survive this, but she has too, she needs to live. Jake kneels next to Grace, taking her tiny human hand in his avatar hand.
"Hang on, Chrissy. They're gonna fix you up." Jake assures her gently.
Chrissy was barely conscious, her eyes glazed with intensity, but she was able to grip his hand. Speaking to him with her faint voice. "I...hope...so..." Chrissy's eyes slowly closing, "Promise...me that...you do whatever it takes to help them..."
Jake responded by holding her hand tightly, "I will"
Just then, the three young girls came to them.
"Don't worry, we'll help her." Val assures Jake with a smile.
"Yeah!" Celestia and Maisie said unison.
Jake smiles at them, "Thanks, girls."
Soon, everyone gets into position, Mo'at stands in a kind of trance amongst the tendrils of the Mother Tree. Neytiri and the other Na'vi dance hypnotically. All the Omatikaya sway and chant to the rhythm of the drums. Then fine, hair-like threads have emerged from the roots and are gently spreading over Chrissy's human and avatar bodies. Then, Mo'at began chanting a prayer to Eywa.
"Tìng mikyun ayoheru rutxe, ma Nawma Sa'nok." Mo'at chanted loudly. Hear us please, Great Mother.
"Srung si poeru, ma Eywa." The Omatikaya chanted out loudly, arms linked together as they swayed to the beat. Eywa, help her.
"Pori tireati, munge mì nga..." Mo'at prayed loudly, arms spread widely. Take this spirit into you.
"Srung si poeru, ma Eywa."
"...Ulte tìng ayoer nì'eyng hu ngeyä ya." Mo'at prayed to Eywa. And breathe her back to us.
"Srung si poeru, ma Eywa."
Celestia, Val and Maisie sat on their knees in front of Chrissy and her avatar. Val holds Celestia and Maisie's hands, linking together. Celestia uses her free hand to touch Chrissy's avatar while Maisie touches Chrissy's human body. They closed their eyes as their markings on their foreheads glow with the chants and prayer of the Omatikaya.
"Tivìran po ayoekip," Let her walk among us.
"Srung si poeru, ma Eywa."
"Na Na'viyä hapxì!" As one of The People!
"Srung si poeru, ma Eywa."
Jake, still holding Chrissy's hand, watches her body being fused to the root-floor by a thousand connections. They entwine with the queue and spread over the body. The grotto is dark except for the spectral glow of the willows.
"Eo Eywa oe 'ia." Mo'at chants loudly. I lose myself before Eywa.
Mo'at continues her chant hypnotically. Mo'at, on her knees beneath the Mother Tree, writhes her arms in the trance state. Her eyes are rolled back, showing only white.
While she chants, the marks on the young girls' forehead glow so bright that it consumes them.
Val, Celestia, and Masie opened their eyes, gasping in shock to find themselves in a museum of some sort. They recall from Mo'at that the mind of Eywa is vast. Showing memories and connecting the people that passed away and now are one with her. They are connected with Chrissy's consciousness, in hopes to help her pass through the eye of Eywa.
Their bare feet touched the marbled floor, but they didn't feel any coldness when their skin made contact. They looked around the museum, searching for Chrissy. It's going to be difficult since they don't know where she is.
They suddenly stopped when they spotted a Thanator coming from the corner. It was not like Shadow or Torn. Instead, this one appears to be female. They recall another lesson from Mo'at. She told them when a young Na'vi goes on a spiritual journey, the spirit animal would guide them along the way.
"That must be Chrissy's spirit animal." Celestia whispers out.
"Yeah..." They agreed.
The young girls made their way to calm Thanator. As if, she was waiting for them.
"Excuse me, but...do you know where Chrissy is?" Val asked the spirit animal.
The Thanator responded by lowering herself, offering the girls a ride. The three girls got on the Thanator's back, holding on carefully, as the spirit animal got up and went to the destination where Chrissy was. The Thanator runs through the halls of the museum, as it was the forest of Pandora. The girls awed at each painting they passed through, wondering why Chrissy's consciousness was showing a museum.
The Thanator then reaches a corridor, allowing the young girls to dismount her. The Thanator points her snout towards the end of the hallway to see a large portrait, and a bench in front of it. And sitting on the bench was a human Chrissy, staring at the painting with her back facing them. The young girls were relieved to see their friend was okay. They thanked the Thanator before going towards Chrissy. The woman continues staring at the painting in front of her. The young girls looked at it with a curious look.
It shows beautiful forest scenery, connected to the ocean. Showing the beauty of nature. Chrissy was looking at it fondly, eyes filled with admiration and a hidden longing.
"Chrissy?" Val softly calls out to her.
Chrissy snapped out from her gaze, turning towards the direction to see the three young girls that she befriended. She gave them a gentle smile.
"Hey, girls." She greeted them softly.
The three young girls rushed over to Chrissy, hugging her gently, which she returned. They were relieved to see her okay, for now. After all, this was her consciousness. Her body was getting weak from the outside. They let go and Chrissy gently taps the bench, offering the girls to sit. They did so; and sat down next to her. Chrissy smiles at them and looks back at the painting.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" She asked the young girls.
They responded with a yes or a nod.
"What's it called?" Maisie asked curiously, sitting on the other side of Chrissy.
"It is the Nature of the Past." Chrissy answered softly.
"Why is it called that?" Asked Val, sitting next to her with Celestia.
"It shows what Earth used to be like before everything went downhill." Chrissy explains to the girls with a sad smile. "Life flourished with no problems, air was clear, and sky was blue...yet it was all in the past now. I loved looking at this painting when I was kid. My dad would take me here, and tell me stories of the beauty that Earth used to be."
The girls were silent, glancing at the beautiful painting and then towards a sad looking Chrissy.
"Do you miss him? You daddy?" Val asked Chrissy.
The woman responded with a nod, "Everyday...He died in line of duty after he sacrificed his life to save the people from the burning fire...I was alone at the time...my mom was in Pandora, I couldn't go there because I have to be in the Avatar Program. I studied hard to become the scientist that I am."
"...Is that when...you met Jake's brother, Tom?" Celestia asked the woman.
She responded with a nod, "Yes, Tom helped through the hardships...he listens to my problem; giving me advice...I soon fell in love with him...I wanted to tell him feelings but...but..."
"We're sorry." The three girls apologized to her unison, knowing that Tom was killed before Chrissy told her feelings.
Chrissy responded by shaking her head, "You don't have to apologize...bad things happened but...I...I didn't get a chance to tell Tom how I feel, how I fell in love with him...I was too late to confess to him...and I...I could've done something..."
"But it wasn't your fault." Maisie said to Chrissy. "Like you said, bad things happened."
Chrissy was silent. She was still focused on the painting in front of her. The girls were worried about her. If they stay too long, surely Chrissy will lose her life.
"Is it scary?"
This caught the girls' off-guard, wondering what she meant by that.
"What?" They asked in unison.
"Is it scary? Chrissy repeated, still not taking her eyes off the painting. "They said that if I want to return...I have to pass through the eye of Eywa. But...I'm scared...what if...what if I am not worthy or I failed because I tainted the innocent face of Sylwanin."
"But you didn't." Says Val to Chrissy, "The RDA trick you, you didn't know you look like Neytiri's older sister."
"But I should have seen signs! I was so fascinated by the wonder of Pandora, that I didn't see the truth until it was too late."
"...They didn't care." Celestia said to Chrissy. "The Omatikaya accepted you for who you are and because care for them."
"But still...I feel like I stole someone's identity."
"You haven't stolen anything."
A mysterious voice came, shocking them in the process. They turned around and to their surprise, they saw Chrissy's avatar. Yet, she looked slightly different, almost younger. It didn't take them long to realize that it wasn't Chrissy's avatar. No, it was Sylwanin, Neytiri's older sister.
Chrissy got up and stared at Sylwanin with wide eyes. The Na'vi gave Chrissy a gentle smile and walked over to her. The woman wasn't sure what to say to Sylwanin. It's so...strange, yet worrisome for her.
"Do not be afraid, Lomasi." Sylwanin said to Chrissy kindly, "I wish to speak to you."
Chrissy stared at Sylwanin. Her eyes filled with guilt and shame. Feeling that she stole the life that Sylwanin deserved.
"I'm sorry." Chrissy blurted out, "I am so, so sorry."
Sylwanin tilted her head, "For what, Lomasi?"
"For what? I stole your body, your identity, your life! Your people and family were mourning for you and...and..."
Chrissy's eyes began to water, still remembering how the RDA took Sylwanin's DNA to create her avatar. She blames herself for ruining Sylwanin's life. Her thoughts were interrupted when she felt two gentle blue hands take hers, causing Chrissy to look up at a smiling Sylwanin.
"I am not angry at you, Lomasi. You are not the one to blame; you were a victim and a pawn of those evil sky people."
"But..."
"She's right, you know."
Another voice came to the conversation.
The young girls were confused but Chrissy froze at the familiar voice. Chrissy turns around and chokes out a small cry at two figures in front of her. There was man wearing a firefighter suit. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Next to him was a man that looked exactly like Jake.
"Dad?" Chrissy whispers when she looks at him and then to the Jake look-alike. "T-Tom?"
Her father, Homer Kendrick, smiles at Chrissy warmly. "Hey, sprout."
Without any warning, Chrissy runs up to her dad, launching herself into her father's arms. "Dad...I can't believe you and...and Tom...are here but...how?"
Tom smiles at her, "You wouldn't believe how big the afterlife is and how they are all connected."
"How did you even get here?" Maisie was the one who asked.
Homer placed a gentle hand on Chrissy's face, "We heard someone calling to us, saying that you needed help."
"...Eywa." Val whispers to Celestia and Maisie, who nodded their heads in agreement.
Sylwanin nodded her head, "That is correct. Eywa has called out to the people you love and care, to assist you on your journey to pass the Eye of Eywa."
Chrissy, still in shock, looks at them with confusion. "But...why? Why help me? I don't deserve this."
"Chrissy." Tom spoke to her gently, "You deserve to live, and you weren't the one that planned the whole thing. In fact, you helped everyone, even my brother, to stand up against RDA. I know I couldn't do that."
Homer nods in agreement, "He's right, sprout. You can't blame yourself for the actions of the company. You are kind, smart, and strong. You are nothing like them."
"But...Sylwanin..."
Sylwanin placed gently and formed a hand on Chrissy's shoulder. "Their action is not yours; you have no knowledge of their plan. They tricked you and used you, like they did to me and my people."
"Yet, my presence is basically like a mockery to them." Chrissy said, voice cracking from her emotions. "They were grieving for your and the brothers and sisters that were willed by mercenaries. I...I..."
"Your presence is not a sign of mockery. No, your presence brought new hope for them to fight against the evil sky people." Sylwanin said with great pride.
Chrissy looks at her in confusion. "What?"
"What she means, Chrissy, is that you give them strength to fight." Tom said gently.
"Tom's right." Homer said in agreement, "After all, you are who you are, bringing joy and love, like the flower."
Chrissy smiles at them. "You and mom did named me after a flower."
"And that's why you have to bloom, and help the people defend their homes." Tom said to Chrissy. "It was my dream to come here, to see the beauty of Pandora and preserve it, to save it. But instead, the RDA is repeating the same thing they did to Earth."
"Tom..." Chrissy whispers out, feeling touched at his words. "You are always supportive no matter what...and I'm sorry that I couldn't do much to save you."
Tom smiles at her. "Chrissy, it wasn't your fault. Bad things happened. More importantly, none of us know that it could happen. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. No one can change that." Tom assures her before placing a hand on her shoulder, smiling at her kindly. "But you can change the tides against the RDA."
"What do you mean?" Asked a confused Chrissy.
"You and Jake brought hope and courage to the Omatikaya." Sylwanin said to Chrissy, smiling at her softly. "With this, you can save our home from the invaders."
Chrissy was looking at her with unsureness. "I don't know, Sylwanin..."
"You can, for you are not alone." Sylwanin said with a smile.
"She's right, you're not alone." Tom agrees, "Jake, your mom, Norm, the clan, and everyone, they will be by your side. They are your strength and your family."
Chrissy couldn't help smiling at him with teary eyes. Oh, how she misses him.
"Thank you, Tom...I really missed you...and I didn't tell you before but...I've fallen in love with you..."
Tom smiles at her, "Same as well,"
Chrissy was surprised by this, "You do?"
Tom smiles while Homer chuckles, "I wanted to tell you my feelings when we reached Pandora, but...fate had other plans." Tom gave her an apologetic smile, "I should be the one apologizing to you. For holding you back on your feelings towards Tsu'tey."
Chrissy almost blushed by this. "I-I don't!" She blurted out in embarrassment, "Tsu'tey was Sylwanin's lover, and he is engaged to Neytiri..."
Suddenly, Sylwanin grabs both of Chrissy's hands, holding them firm yet gentle at the same time. "I love both my sister and Tsu'tey, but I do not wish to see them forced into this unity. I want them to move on, and find true love; they cannot let my death stop them from moving on."
"But...Tsu'tey..."
Sylwanin squeezes Chrissy's hands gently, "Tsu'tey is strong and I know he still loves me, but I want him to find love, and stop grieving for me. For he will be the great warrior of our clan."
"Are you sure?"
Sylwanin smiles at her softly, "I am. For you are more worthy to be his like Jake to my sister."
Chrissy felt touched by her words. To be honest, she did have strong feelings towards Tsu'tey, but she denied it because he was engaged to Neytiri, and her heart still belongs to Tom. Yet, it is time for her to move on, and stop her grieving, and to move on.
"Thank you, Sylwanin." Chrissy thanked the Na'vi.
Sylwanin smiles before she hugs her, which Chrissy returns the embrace.
"Take good care of them for me, Lomasi." Sylwanin whispers to her.
"I will." Chrissy responded, letting go of the embrace.
Then Chrissy hugs her dad, "It was good to see you again, dad." Whispers Chrissy to Homer.
Her dad smiles and holds her tight, "It was good to see you again too, sprout. I'm just happy to see you becoming a young and independent woman."
Chrissy smiles as her dad kisses her forehead gently. "Thanks, dad."
She then finally hugs Tom, both sharing an affectionate embrace.
"I'm going to miss you, Tom." Chrissy said to him softly.
"Me too, Chrissy. Just promise me that you keep an eye on my brother, will you?" Tom asked Chrissy in a joking tone.
Chrissy smiles and nodded, "I will, and we're going to save Pandora, together."
Smiling, they let go as Chrissy's spirit animal came towards her, "It is time to face your destiny, Lomasi." Said Sylwanin, offering her hand to her.
Chrissy nodded her head, accepting her hand. Val, Celestia, and Maisie smiled, knowing that Chrissy found her courage. They waved at Tom and Homer, who waved back, as they followed the spiritual Thanator. As they walked, the area began to change from museum and into the forest. They were getting closer to the Eywa.
For Val, Celestia, and Maise could hear a strong presence and heartbeat of the goddess.
"Remember; do not be afraid, for the Nawma Sa'nok is strong and kind." Sylwanin assures Chrissy. "You can do this.
Chrissy nods and holds Sylwanin's hands, facing her in the eyes. "Thank you, Sylwanin. I cannot thank you enough."
"I'm not the one who you should be thanking." Sylwanin gestures to the young girls. "They made it possible for us to communicate."
The three young girls hold each other's hands, happy to help their friend. Chrissy smiles and thanks them before looking at Sylwanin gently. "Sylwanin, I hope we will meet again."
"As do I, Lomasi. The Great Mother will make sure that we and our family will unite."
"Yes...but there is something I want to ask the Great Mother before I return."
This caught Sylwanin's attention. "Oh? What is it?"
"You'll see." Chrissy said with a smile.
Then, a light came, causing everyone to turn towards it. Sylwanin recognizes it and looks over to Chrissy.
"It is time." Sylwanin said towards Chrissy.
Chrissy nodded before they shared another hug with Sylwanin.
"Thank you." Chrissy whispers out.
"Do not be afraid, for you are not alone." Sylwanin encourages before letting go.
When they did, Chrissy was in her avatar form, turning towards the light that is calling out to her. Once she stood and faced it, a kind and gentle voice came.
{Hello, my child.}
Chrissy smiles, holding back the tears at the beautiful voice. {Hello...Great Mother.}
Mo'at and the Omatikaya continued their chants, praying for Eywa to save Chrissy. Val, Celestia, and Maisie are still holding hands and connected to her. Owen, Dark, Spider-Man, and the others wait anxiously for this to work, hoping that Eywa could save Chrissy. Soon, the three girls' eyes opened, letting out small gasp. Seeing this, Mo'at quickly raised her hand to stop her people from chanting.
"Lu hasey!" She exclaimed. It is finished!
Everyone stopped what they were doing. Jake, Grace, Neytiri, Eytukan, Tsu'tey, and Mo'at rushed towards Chrissy's avatar, waiting for her to wake. Val, Celestia, and Maisie were close to Chrissy's avatar.
"Did it work?" Jake asked the girls worriedly.
"Don't worry; Chrissy is going to be fine." Maisie assures them with a smile.
"But first, someone wants to say goodbye." Val added.
This confused them until Chrissy opened her eyes, revealing a glowing light. This shocked them until she spoke in the native tongue while looking at them with loving eyes.
{Tsmuke, Sa'nok, Sempul, Yawne...} She whispers out to them sadly and lovingly. Sister, mother, Father, beloved.
Neytiri, Eytukan, Mo'at, and Tsu'tey gasped at her words, instantly recognizing who she was.
"Sylwanin?" Neytiri whispers out with teary eyes.
This is what Chrissy meant that she wanted Eywa to do. She asked the goddess to allow Sylwanin to say her final goodbyes to her family and loved ones. Chrissy or better yet, Sylwanin, smiles at Neytiri sadly.
{Yes, my sister. It is me.} Sylwanin responded.
{But...how?} Tsu'tey whispers to his beloved.
{Lomasi...asked the Great Mother to let me communicate with you through here, to speak to finally to speak with you and...to say goodbye.}
{Sylwanin...} Eytukan whispers to his eldest daughter while Mo'at weeps at her daughter's voice.
{Sa'nok... Sempul...forgive me for my actions.} Sylwanin apologizes to her parents. {I was blinded in rage and hate, I was so angry at the Sky People cutting down our trees...digging our sacred ground...I had to take action.}
{Shh...my dear child.} Mo'at shushes Sylwanin gently. {Your action did not cause this tragedy.}
{You did what you thought was right.} Eytukan said, caressing her face along with Mo'at.
{No, sempul. Because of my actions, I let my brothers and sisters die by my hands, their blood was spilled in our forest. All because of my anger.} She said as she looked over to her sister and lover. {Neytiri, Tsu'tey, please forgive me, my actions forced you to this engagement.}
Neytiri shook her head. {No, sister. It was not your fault.}
Tsu'tey held her hand gently. {You were protecting our home from the Sky People.}
{And in what cause? The death of our brothers and sisters...I led the Sky People to the school, and started attacking the others...it was my brash action that led to the demise of innocents. I do not deserve to be the next Tsahìk nor your mate, for I have brought great shame to our clan.}
{You didn't bring any shame!} Neytiri exclaimed, defending her sister, while tears fell from her eyes. {Everything you did was for our home, our people, for Eywa.}
Eytukan strokes Chrissy's hair while Sylwanin was still possessing the body. {Do not blame yourself, my daughter. For you are worthy to be a Tsahìk, a great leader for our people.}
Mo'at caresses Chrissy's face. {Your father is correct, my beloved daughter. You were trying to save our home. Their deaths weren't in your hands, but in the hands of the evil sky people.}
Tears began to fall in Chrissy's eyes as Sylwanin was crying to her family. They will love her no matter what. Then Sylwanin looks over to Grace with an apologetic look.
{Sa'nok Kìreysì, I hope you find it in your heart to forgive me for bringing the destruction towards your school.} Sylwanin apologizes to Grace with sadness and guilt in her voice.
Grace shook her head, hugging Chrissy's avatar, feeling Sylwanin's spirit into her. {I should be the one apologizing.} Grace said, voice cracking. {I'm sorry that I couldn't protect you. I tried my best to save the others.}
{You did your best. I just wish I could do something, to stop the sky people from destroying our home.}
"There is." Jake said, finally speaking after he listened to Sylwanin's words. "We're going to work together to stop the RDA from destroying Pandora. They have no rights to do so."
"But they have metal that can kill, machines that can create fire." Sylwanin spoke in English.
"They have those, but they don't have otherworldly friends with magic." Jake said, looking towards the Vita Clan with a smile, earning a smirk from Dark and nods from the others. He turns back to Sylwanin and places a hand on hers. "You have my word, we're going to save your home, and avenge you and our brothers and sisters."
Sylwanin smiles at his words, "Thank you, Tsyeyk. You are indeed different from the others." Sylwanin said kindly, tightening her hand on his. "Take care of my sister and my people with your life."
Jake smiled sadly and nodded his head. "I will."
Sylwanin then turns to Tsu'tey with loving eyes. {Tsu'tey, I know my death caused you to hate, but you must not let the past haunt you. You have to move on, and protect the one that you care for.} Sylwanin was referring to Chrissy.
{But I still love you.}
{And you still can, even though I am not here in the living, I will continue to live on your heart, and that Chrissy love towards you, is the same as me showing my love.} Sylwanin explains, caressing Tsu'tey's face with her hand, which he holds tightly. {My time with you all is nearly over. I hope we will all meet again soon.}
{We will.} Tsu'tey assures her determinedly, holding her hand tightly. {We will join you with Eywa soon.}
{So, wait for us, we will be together again.} Neytiri said softly to her sister, kissing forehead gently.
Sylwanin smiled when she said that and her parents gave her a gentle embrace. Before she departed, Sylwanin looked at Tsu'tey one last time.
{I will always love, my Tsu'tey.}
{And so will I, my love.}
Soon, Tsu'tey lowered himself, his lips making contact with Chrissy's. The two shared a passionate kiss. Val, Celesia, and Maisie covered their eyes, face slightly blushing. Although Val peaks under her fingers to see what's happening. After Tsu'tey withdraws from his lover, Sylwanin smiles at them one last time.
"Kìyevame, ma soaia. Eywa ngahu." Sylwanin whispers to them. See you soon, my family. May Eywa be with you.
They said their farewells to Sylwanin as she closed her eyes, returning to Eywa. After a few seconds, Chrissy awoke, looking around in bewilderment. She looked at everyone and greeted them with a kind yet tired smile. Everyone looked at her in relief and happiness to see her alive and well.
"Mom...I saw them..." Chrissy suddenly spoke.
"Saw who?" Grace asked, holding her daughter close.
"Dad...Tom...and Sylwanin...they were there...they were happy...and they missed you, all of you." Chrissy said with a smile.
"We know... Sylwanin came and spoke to us." Mo'at said, tears continue to fall from her eyes.
Chrissy smiles at them tiredly. "I'm glad that you finally spoke to her..."
Tsu'tey holds Chrissy's hands, "All thanks to you, Lomasi. You brought her to us once more."
Mo'at placed her hands on Chrissy's chest. "And now...she lives with you."
Chrissy shook her head, "No. She lives within all of us. Her memories and love are always there."
They soon all embrace, happy and relieved to hear Chrissy was alive. The others were also relieved to see her well. But it was short lived when they heard the three young girls gasping. They turned towards them as they were looking at Chrissy's human body. They became shocked and watched as Chrissy's human body turned into flower petals, being blown away by a gentle breeze, leaving the metal pole that impaled her behind.
"...What just happened?" Spider-Man whispers to Dark.
The demonic hero walked over to the metal pole, picking it up from the sacred ground, observing it. "Chrissy's human body was too damaged; I don't even think kiddo's tears could save it." Dark explains to the group.
"So...now what?" Damien asked. He wasn't sure what's going to happen next after they saved Chrissy.
Jake, on the other hand, already knows what to do. "We prepare." He said before looking at Eytukan respectfully. "With your permission, Olo'eyktan. I wish to speak now."
Eytukan responded with a simple nod of his head, which Jake returned before turning towards Tsu'tey, showing great sign of respect towards him. "You would honor me by translating."
Tsu'tey agrees to translate, he knows Jake is going to do it, and he will gladly fly alongside him, to honor his beloved. Jake smiles in appreciation before turning towards the crowd.
"The Sky People have sent us a message," Jake said loudly while Tsu'tey translated, "That they can take whatever they want and no one can stop them. Well, we will send them a message. You ride out as fast as the wind can carry you. You tell the other clans to come!"
Tsu'tey grins as he translates proudly. Soon, one by one, the members of the Omatikaya stood up, wanting to save their home, and protect their people. They all exclaimed in agreement, ready to take wind and fight for their home.
"You tell them Toruk Macto calls to them. And you fly now with me! My brothers! Sisters! And we will show the Sky People that they cannot take whatever they want, and that this, this is our land!"
Tsu'tey finishes with a bloodcurdling war-cry, followed by Neytiri and the entire clan responds, their shouts echoing across the forest, along with their Mountain Banshees, who were closed by. Jake then looks over to Dark and her people.
"Will you fly with us to battle?"
Dark smirks. "You don't have to ask twice, Jakey. We got your back."
"Yeah!" Val, Celestia, and Maisie cheered in agreement, raising their fists in the air.
Jake smiles before he takes Neytiri's hand and runs to the center, where the Great Leonopteryx came flying down, lowering himself so Jake could get on. He vaults onto its back and pulls Neytiri up behind him, before taking off to the sky. The hunters climb up the cliff, running to their banshees, and mounting on them quickly to take off to the sky. Jake's Great Leonopteryx rises on mighty wings into the night sky. With a thunder of wings, the banshees take off after it. They rise like a swarm of bats. Groups of riders peel off in different directions. To inform the other villages about the impending danger that will come to Pandora.
Dark and the others head back to the Hometree, where they inform their team about the war that would come. Of course, they would gladly help; they're going to make special armor that can protect the Na'vi from the bullets. The RDA may have machines and guns, but they have machines that are way advanced and magic that can seriously mess them up. While they worked on the armor and defenses, the Omatikaya rode out to the four winds.
To the horse clans of the plain. To the ikran people of the Eastern Sea. They agree to help in the battle. For when Toruk Macto called them, they came. The four clans that aid them are the Olangi Clan, the Tayrangi Clan, and the Anurai Clan. They will fly to battle to save their home. They will not allow the evil sky people to take their home, and they will make them return to the stars to their dying planet.
This was good news for them. However, it was not enough to satisfy Dark. She was still pissed off that Quaritch almost got them killed because of his explosion. She stood on top of the Hometree, glaring at the direction of the RDA's base. She could tell that he's preparing his men for battle, thinking that the Na'vi only have humans that share similar technologies, oh how they are so wrong. Just then, Marco came to report her the news.
"The clans are all here," Marco informs her.
"Are they geared up?" Dark asked him, not taking his eyes off the direction of the base.
"Yes, they were skeptical at first, but they immediately adjusted once we told them that it was made of magic." Marco said, knowing that they have the advantage in battle.
"Good, now we have to make sure the children, pregnant women, and the elderly are secured into the bunkers we made, and send some Predacons to guard their villages."
"We already send and they're guarding the villages with their lives." Marco said with a nod. "Also, Jake is going to rundown the plan. He need's everybody."
"I'll be there soon, just give me a minute." Dark said to Marco.
Marco nodded, leaving Dark to her thoughts. Once he leaves, Dark takes out the sharp pole that stabbed Chrissy. She narrows her eyes at it coldly. These people shed blood first, and now...now they want to start war. If that's what they want, they find it. They're going to have a war, and this war isn't like the war they have on Earth.
No, this would be their nightmare.
She looks back at the direction of the RDA's base with a glare.
"Well, Quaritch, if you want war, you're gonna get a fuckin' war."
Sorry if I took so long, busy with work and all. This story is almost done, I just need some time to think of the next chapter.
