Chapter 2

Now that the Fairy Tail graduates didn't have classes, they still hung around each other at the local Fairy Tail bar owned by their physics teacher, Gildarts. It was run by the Strauss siblings but everyone they knew was still there. It was as if nothing changed. Erza was still eating cake, Gray was still stripping, Gajeel was still annoying Levy and three cats ran around each other.

So when Natsu and Lucy walked into the hall, it shouldn't have been any different. But everyone could tell something was different. The way they affectionately held hands told that a different tone had been set.

Also, the way they kept sucking each other's face last night did the same thing.

Wolf whistles could be heard from every side of the building, but the two marched right toward their main group with Erza and Gray. Gray smirked at the couple," Fun night?" Immediately a fist flew towards his face. When a red-faced Lucy sat down as the brawl took place, Erza quickly sat right next to her. She was also semi-pinked but couldn't help but ask, " What happened last night?"

Lucy squirmed in her seat as Levy, Juvia ["No longer love rival!], and Mira with heart eyes approached the table. She muttered, "Nothing…" but the girls stared at each other with knowing eyes. Levy put her arm around the blonde, "Suuure Lu-chan, and you guys definitely weren't feeling each other up last night. I honestly thought you guys were gonna do it right in front of us!" She couldn't help but laugh as Lucy squeaked.

"I can't wait for your babies!' Said Mira, fantasizing about pink and blonde babies running through the halls. Everyone thought Lucy couldn't get more pink than she already was but that was not the case, "Mira-san stop! Like that could ever happen- and all of you please, just stop, I feel embarrassed!" That idea made her wonder if she used precaution last night but felt too self-conscious with the Cheshire grins on everyone's faces. Lisanna's constantly waggling eyebrows, Cana's smoochie faces, and even Erza smirking at her, it was all too much!

Meanwhile, Natsu kept exchanging punches with Gray but got pulled up by Laxus and placed on the bar stool. Macao and Wakaba, older alumni that have stuck around since Gildartz, both smacked him on the back with proud grins on their faces. Every guy around him kept giggling like a child on Christmas. He felt his face pink from the attention but it got worse when Gildartz himself handed him a shot of fire tequila.

The older man squealed with glee unbecoming for someone of his stature, "Well my boy, I really thought you would never have it in you. And I mean really, never thought you would ever. But there you go, and with an absolute bombshell like Lucy-chan? I feel so-"

Tequila and a small glass washed his face and an enraged Natsu reached up to grab him by the lapels of his shirt.

"Shut the fuck up old man!" came from a pinked out Natsu. "And don't say shit like that about Luc-" The poor boy didn't even stand a chance and his whole body was pounded into the floorboard into the dent.

Everyone burst out laughing.

"Luuuucccyyy~" A beaten down Natsu with a solid sore on his head came to find her at their table. He nuzzled into her neck while holding back his tears. "They're all making fun of meee~ because I liiiiiiiiiiiike youuu." Lucy turned red and you could see the steam coming off her head, and for the millionth time she could hear the coos of their friends, she buried her face into her hands and muffled,

"I'm going home."

Unfortunately, not everyone was happy about the soulmates becoming official. Touka sat in the corner and watched as the two cuddled so publically, she could feel her heart tense but started formulating a plan. A plan that will work, no matter what.
