The violet-eyed Angel was looking at the Archangel trying to make sure that tears didn't fall from her eyes.
"Michael, you are the only Angel who supported me to the very end. I'm sorry about what happened to you?"Irina thought as she composed herself knowing that one mistake could lead to a disaster.
"You're the Arcangel Michael, aren't you? Your description was written here. "Irina said trying to keep herself from saying anything that could be a lie.
"Yes, I am. Now, can you answer my previous question along with this? How are you an Angel? "Michael said as his voice became colder than before.
"An accident. I stayed in this hell for about 231 years and made myself an Angel using what's written in here. "Irina answered and her voice was unintentionally shaking.
Michael's expression softened after hearing that and then he began walking towards her.
Irina took a defensive position but she didn't do anything as she felt no hostility from the approaching Archangel.
As soon as he reached the former human, Michael caressed her head surprising her.
"You've suffered too much, my child. "These words made Irina's mental barrier break.
Tears fell from her eyes as she fell to the ground.
After a quatre of an hour had passed, Irina finished releasing all the pain this place caused her.
Irina looked up to Michael who neither showed her pity nor tried to make her feel better. He truly understood her. He knew that she didn't need any of that.
Irina stood up and faced Michael with her usual radiant smile.
Taking a book from her Invertory, Irina began speaking.
"I know that this will be hard to believe but this is a way to reincarnate living beings into Angels and it isn't completely related to this place like mine. "Irina presented the book to the leader of Heaven who didn't believe what he was hearing.
"I know it sounds unbelievable but I used information about reincarnation to Devils using Evil Pieces and information about Scared Gears from Grigori to make this along some from this place. "Irina's declaration wasn't a lie as she made a better version of the one that existed in her first life.
Hers can grant some leeway in certain actions without Falling and can connect to Heaven's System making it much more effective as it will, theoretically, allow some Seraph other than the Four Great Seraph to reincarnate after a little over two months along with someone else.
Michael wanted to question her about how she did get this kind of information but he decided that the girl he had been watching for a while deserved the benefit of the doubt.
Michael looked at the crystal that was inside the center and said nothing as he couldn't see that the feathers were gone as he was not aware of them and couldn't see or feel their existence.
"Michael, can I ask you to contact the Underworld about an agent of Heaven coming to Kuoh Town it was never stated that it would only be monitored by Devils and I know about the Devil and the Exorcist. "Irina asked surprising the leader of Heaven by such a bold request.
Michael looked at her trying to decifer her attention but couldn't find any bad one.
"I will do it but keep a low profile for the time being. A week or two will be enough to do your request and check what you gave me. "Michael said making Irina smile that he will not blindly accept her gift but he will check it like a leader should.
"I bid you farewell. "Michael said as he went back to Heaven.
Irina collapsed to her knees and transported herself back to her seat while removing the illusion almost immediately and casting a spell to make everyone ignore her
Irina lost consciousness as an aftereffect from using and hearing the True Voices of Ophis, and Great Red.

Irina managed to wake up just before the plane landed and was now outside the Tokyo Airport.
After taking a taxi, and train, Irina reached Kuoh Town at 05:00 PM.
Irina didn't waste any time going to Issei's house.
Irina didn't even try to ready herself as she already has been through this.
The only true difference is that she doesn't care what happens next.
Irina rang the bell and after a while, a middle-aged woman opened the door.
The woman in front of her wasn't shocked to see her.
"Irina-Chan, right? Oh my, you've grown into such a beautiful young lady. "The woman, Issei's mother Miki Hyoudou, said enthusiastically as she held Irina's hand.
"She did. She looks like a model. "A man said warmly. That man is Issei Hyoudou's father Goro Hyoudou.
Irina was a bit embarrassed by what they were saying but didn't say anything in protest.
She was happy to be treated like a normal person.
"It's good to see you again. Miki-San, Gorou-San. "Irina said shyly.
After entering the house, Irina began talking as they reached the living room.
"Where's Ise-Kun?"Asked Irina making his parents look at her in delight.
"Oh! Ise is in his room. "
"We didn't tell him about you coming. You should surprise him. "
Gorou and Miki said wanting to make her closer to their son.
Irina was told which room it was his and went there.
Irina opened the door and saw an unsurprised Issei.
"You felt my aura. "Irina stated knowing that Issei's current body that she altered would make it easier for him to learn this kind of thing.
"I don't know how but I did learn how to tell that's you. "Issei replied unsure of himself.
"Why did you give this if you're going to come here?"Issei asked pointing at the tattoo she gave him.
"An insurance if something were to happen to me and about a day ago, I learned I was right. "Irina's expression said 'You don't want to know.'
"So, what now? "Issei asked already feeling his body screaming at him to get stronger.
"Well, I will tell you this and won't say it again or explain it more than this. "Irina's voice was serious making Issei wonder what kind of dark secret she would tell him.
"I can grant abilities as long its possible and this is something that no other can know and if they do it will be as vague as this. "Issei didn't know what to think but he understood that this ability should be seriously powerful if she doesn't want it known.
"You used it on me? "Issei's question didn't contain any accusation.
"Yes, I did. I gave you a cheat that probably a single other person can reap its benefit to the fullest. "Irina said with a smile.
[Is this person the White One?] Asked Ddraig as the red gauntlet appeared.

Issei remained silent for a while as he was looking at his Boosted Gear.

"Irina, where are you?"Issei yelled but received no answer.

After a while, he reached a person wearing a hood.

Issei managed to dodge the attack and jumped backward.
"Who are you?"A panicked Issei said as he saw the man with shining green eyes.

Issei didn't know what was happening as he saw something like an old memory of him punching a tree with the Boosted Gear in his hand.
Issei came back to reality and found himself punching Nathan in the same way he saw.
Nathan's body dissolved into green particles and was absorbed into Issei's.
Suddenly Issei's head was filled with memories of training and fighting that was not his own.
"What just happened?"Issei asked not understanding what happened to him.
[This is the way she devised and I must say it was way above effective.]
"Can you explain to me, Ddraig?"Ise asked impatiently.

"Why did you mean by 'you free them'?"Issei asked confused by that part.

Irina couldn't believe what she was looking at.
She was supposed to leave for only a short period after putting Issei in his Sacred Gear to learn but feeling a familiar aura, she couldn't help but be curious about it.
She wasn't expecting this sight.
It was a sight that was unbelievable to her.
In front of her eyes, she saw the Malebranche.
They were called Evil Claws, Twelve Convicted Sinners, and Satanic Arms.
Malebranche were twelve living weapons that the original Four Great Satans created using the crystals that were excavated from the Agreas and modeled them into weapons, ironically, using the Sacred Gears as a reference.
Even while sealed away as statues, each of the Malebranche releases an indescribable pressure and indefinitely daunting aura, while their leader could emit an aura far deadlier than all the other statues.
Irina felt much thicker and stronger auras but this one will always be the most horrible.
Irina still remembers the ranking that was put to the Maleblanche.

In the Student Council, four young Devils who were wearing Kuoh Academy girls' uniform which consists of a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, a black shoulder cape, and matching button-down corset, and a magenta skirt with white accents.
Souna Shitori or her real name Sona Sitri is a bespectacled young woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut, violet eyes, and red glasses.
Tsubaki Shinra is a young bespectacled woman with long straight black hair that extends all the way down to her knees, with split bangs and heterochromatic eyes, with a violet left eye and a light brown right eye in addition to wearing the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, she also wears blue, semi-rimmed glasses with square lenses.
Rias Gremory is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous body, white skin, blue eyes, a buxom figure, and long crimson hair that reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face.
Akeno Himejima is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair, and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a very long ponytail, reaching all the way down to the floor with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place, she wears the customary Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, along with black calf-length socks.
"Could you repeat what you just said, Sona?"Rias said almost furiously.
"You heard me correctly, Rias. An Angel will be supervising this town alongside us. "Sona said calmly while the Queens were simply watching shocked by what the Sitri heiress had said.
"This town used to be supervised by the Church and Devils but an incident which we aren't aware of had happened making them leave for a while, but about a week ago, a message was sent to my sister about sending a young Angel here which she approved. "Sona finished as she took her glasses off.
Rias didn't know what to think as the sister of her childhood friend is Serafall Leviathan, the current Maou Leviathan.
"How young? "Rias said as she accepted the situation.
"From what was told, she's about our age. "Outside Sona, every Devil was surprised by what the heiress had said.
"When?"The crimson-haired heiress asked her final question.

Rias was interrupted by the knocking and Tsubaki was the one who answered.

The four Devils were surprised by her question.

"Do you happen to know why he's been absent? And how do you know? "Asked Sona politely.
"Well, for the first question, I'm not sure if it is my place to tell you..."Scratching her head, Irina replied, "...as for the second, I live together with him and his parents. "Everyone was shocked except Sona who knew that Irina was born and raised in this town for some time.
No one said a word as they didn't know what to say.

"Angelization. You Devils aren't the only ones who can learn new tricks. "Irina said making all the Devils in the room unable to utter a single word.
The smile on Irina's face almost seemed a mocking one to the Devils.
"I apologize for the joke, Sempais. I hope we get along. "Irina said as she began leaving.
"Wait, is Hyoudou-Kun..?"Sona asked as if she realized something.
"You're as smart as I imagined. He is now. "Irina said without looking back as she disappeared in golden light.
Rias, Akeno, and Tsubaki looked at Sona who was sweating a little.
"What's going on, Sona?"Rias demanded as she didn't understand what happened in front of her.
Sona Sitri remained silent for a few minutes before replying.
"It appears that there is to that pervert more than we saw if he's a pervert att all. "With that an idea was formed inside the Gremory Devil's head.

The dimension was Victorian Castle of the near an ocean.
The training room was basically an island far away from the castle and can be set to make time works faster or slower on it.
Irina was looking at Issei who was looking like he was meditating but in fact he was inside his Sacred Gear learning more about his power as the Red Dragon Emperor and getting the skills of all his predessesors.

Irina heard a familiar explosion and flew towards her friend.
One the smoke cleared, Issei appeared shitless with his muscles were ones that the strongest man would feel jealous of.
His aura speaks for it self. It was the aura he gained during his fight with Cao Cao as he unlocked hos potential.
"How many are left?"Irina asked already guessing the answer.
"Zero. "Issei said as his Kuoh Acedemy clothes materialized.
"I'm impressed in only took you a year to do this much but if you took a fraction of a second longer, you would've wasted the power that I've given you. "Irina said as she already told Issei the limitations of time and how he has to perfect the skills he gain before moving to the next.
"How much it took in the real world? What would want to do?"Issei asked as Irina smiled at his question.
"A week. "Issei was a bit surprised at how much Irina Shidou could do.
"As for the second question, we have about 14 hours that no one will be looking at us and I decided to use them as efficiently as possible. "Irina said as she looked at the fake sky she made.
"A year ago, I asked you this question and told you to answer me after you think about it carefully. "Irina was looking at Issei while extending her hand to him.

Issei walked to Irina and held her hand tightly.
