Chapter 7
During an evening, Fuutarou was still studying in his and Raiha's room, despite it was already late night. His little sister was already sleeping in her futon, but his girlfriend wasn't because she was worried about him.
"F-Fuu-kun, that's enough. Don't push yourself too much.", she told him, hugging his arm.
"I know, but I don't want to risk that my grades get lower. Your father could say that I'm not even suited anymore to teach you and your sisters if it happened.", he said, visibly tired as his eyes struggled to stay open.
His words caused Nino to worry more, so, in order to relax him, she cupped his face and started kissing him. The move surprised the young man at first, but he didn't hesitate to kiss her back, making his tongue dance and play with hers between their joined lips.
'I don't want to study with a tutor that is not you, Fuu-kun. It exists only you for me.', she thought, moaning due to the intensity with which her beloved was kissing her.
Since they made love for the first time in the school's nursery and even at home, the strong feelings they had for each other had become much stronger just like Nino's care for him. The two assholes that made fun of him some days ago got expelled after she showed to her homeroom teacher the video about them disrespecting the school's building, and that was what would happen to anyone that dared to mock her Fuu-kun.
For her, he was the most important person of the world and she couldn't stand the idea of someone making fun of him or looking down on his efforts to achieve high grades to help his family then. Also, the fact that her father still refused to accept her relationship with the boy only served to increase the anger she felt towards him, as she hated that he arrived to fire Fuutarou too.
And speaking of the boy, he suddenly groped her left breast, making her moan in his mouth while he fondled it. 'E-everytime you touch me like this, I feel in bliss, ahn~.', she thought, giggling in her mind and moaning more due to the boy's ministrations on her chest.
Some saliva fell from their lips joined together and their tongues continued to play with each other passionately. It was like that whenever it came to give love to his girlfriend, the fatigue and the stress were nothing for the young tutor.
Though, the need of some air made them detach their lips reluctantly, keeping their foreheads leaned and gazing in each other's eyes. Both of them were smiling and Nino's blue eyes were totally focused on Fuutarou's golden ones.
"Hehe, I like it that I make you so perverted towards me, Fuu-kun.", she said, giggling.
"Well, it's your fault for being so caring and beautiful. I can't help it.", he told her, hugging her behind her waist while she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"The fact you like me so much makes me overjoyed. Let's go to sleep now, I don't want you to overwork yourself. ", she told him, blushing and kissing him on the lips again.
Sighing and smiling, he nodded and laid down on his futon with her clinging on his arm. "Goodnight, Nino./Fuu-kun.", they said to each other, letting the sleep take over after they kissed another time. Something that they would never, especially the social butterfly, get tired of.
In the morning, the first to wake up in the Uesugi household was Raiha, who smiled at seeing her big brother and his girlfriend still sleeping peacefully and cuddling. 'Onii-chan and Nino-San look really cute together. I don't understand why her father can't see this too and wants to separate them.', she thought, frowning at thinking about the stoic doctor.
Isanari had gone to talk with Maruo some days ago, but it ended up in a discussion where the blonde man didn't manage to convince the doctor to accept the fact Nino's and Fuutarou's relationship unfortunately. Maruo was so stubborn that he didn't listen to him, causing Isanari to leave the hospital with a scowl while telling him that he was disappointed of him. And Rena was too surely.
Nino was angry to know that her father didn't change his mind, and Raiha was annoyed too. Her annoyance was also visible on her face while she was preparing the breakfast, but she smiled upon seeing her big brother together with his girlfriend.
"Good morning, Onii-chan, Nino-San! Since I wanted to try to make them, I baked some cookies for everyone by using your recipe, Nino-San.", she then them, going towards them to hug them.
"Really? That's wonderful, Raiha-chan! I will taste them right away.", said the social butterfly, smiling.
"Count me in too.", said the boy instead, patting his sister's head. The three sat then around the kotatsu and started to eat, with Fuutarou's eyes shining for how delicious the cookies were.
In fact, he started to eat them eagerly and complimented Raiha for her effort, making her giggle. Also Nino made her compliments, giggling while cleaning Fuutarou's cheek when she noticed that it was dirty. Spoiling her Fuu-kun and taking care of him was her duty as his dear girlfriend, after all.
She and the Uesugi siblings continued to have breakfast until it was time for her and Fuutarou to leave to go to school, greeting Raiha meanwhile that had to wake up her father because he had to go to work. Now out of the house and alone, the couple held hands and started to walk towards Asahiyama, with Fuutarou's neighbors teasing him about having such a beautiful girlfriend.
"Jeez, p-people never mind their businesses.", he said, blushing embarrassed.
"Hehe, but I like hearing that we look so cute together.", said Nino instead, latching onto his arm and pressing her breasts on it. A sensation well liked by him, as he grinned and nodded in agreement. It was like their minds thought always in the same way, which was another element of their strong and unbreakable bond.
A bond that Maruo couldn't break in any way in fact because Nino didn't want to leave her Fuu-kun at all. He was the only one to make her heart beat like crazy and he was too dear for her, especially after they made love to each other.
And since she cared deeply for him, she threw some icy glares at any student while entering in the courtyard with him to advise them that they had to avoid to make some annoying comments about her and her man. What she and Fuutarou did wasn't of their concern.
But her expression turned into a smile when they saw her sisters at the entrance, who smiled at seeing them too. "Hello, lovebirds. How are you?", greeted them Ichika to tease them.
"Your sister and I are fine, thanks. I'm a little tired in these days because of my studies, but everything's ok.", replied Fuutarou, making Nino cling on him tighter.
"You have to promise me that you won't overwork yourself anyways, Fuu-kun. I don't want you to get sick."
"I agree with Nino, Uesugi-San. You don't have to push yourself over the limit.", said Yotsuba, with Miku, Ichika and Itsuki nodding in agreement.
"I know, don't worry. The important for me is to make you pass the exams in order to access to the third year.", he told them, grinning and making them smile too. Nino also gave him a peck on the cheek, coloring it in red.
"This is why I love you so much.", she told him, happily pressing her big chest on his arm. Giving him tons of affections was something she adored doing very much.
But since she wasn't in his class, she had to stop clinging on him to go to her own class, not without giving him another kiss but on the lips that he reciprocated while some students gasped before such display of affection.
After that, Fuutarou and Itsuki went to their own class like Nino and the others did. In her class, the social butterfly greeted her friends, as she has forgiven them for badmouthed Fuutarou, but she gave the stink eye to her other classmates instead.
While her friends didn't make other bad comments about her Fuu-kun, she she couldn't say the same for her other classmates; she knew that some of them probably said bad things about her and Fuutarou, so she didn't trust them at all.
Miku was aware that her sister was very protective of Fuutarou, as she knew that Nino made those assholes of some days ago get expelled. Of course, the headphones girl found Nino's action right, even if to her eyes, the social butterfly cared for the boy like he couldn't live without him.
'I guess that's the effect of love.' , thought the middle quint, smiling at seeing Nino drawing a little sketch of Fuutarou's face with hearts around. The social butterfly was totally head over heels for Fuutarou.
Speaking of him, the boy was following the lesson of Bald Rat normally, taking notes and helping Itsuki with hers and getting thanked in return. Though, he was still worried about the situation concerning Maruo, especially after his father didn't manage to convince the doctor to accept the fact he and Nino loved each other.
In fact, he feared that Maruo would try to find another tutor for his daughters, since he fired him, but he also hoped that he wouldn't. While he loved Nino and cared more for her, her sisters were his friends and he liked tutoring them. So the idea of another person teaching them in his place was something he didn't li-no, that he hated.
He had promised Nino and the other quints that he would help them to graduate with flying colors and smiles, and he wasn't the type to break promises. After his mom died, he strived to become someone capable of helping the people he cared about, and now that he had 5 people dear to him, one in particular that he loved very much, he didn't want to abandon them.
Though, since his family was still dealing with some debts, he needed to find another job to help to pay them. For that reason, he and Nino went together the previous days to find a place where they could work together, finding the pastry shop called Revival.
His girlfriend was overjoyed for working there with him, looking forward to the job interview that they would do the following day. Fuutarou was glad too of course, especially because Nino didn't show again that sad expression that she had when she left her house to live with him and his family.
'I don't want to see her sad and cry again.' , he thought, determined to make sure that only a smile adorned the beautiful face of the girl that he felt connected with and that stole his heart. Said girl felt that he was thinking about her, smiling and blushing.
'He and I love each other so much that our minds are totally connected too. That's why I will make sure that no one insults him or makes fun of him.', she thought, with her eyes getting a little darker. No one had to hurt her Fuu-kun. No one.
The morning lessons went on normally until it was time to have lunch, but before he could go to the cafeteria, Fuutarou needed to go to the toilet. But once there, a guy with dark blond hair and sparkles around his face greeted him.
"Hello, Uesugi-kun. We finally meet.", he told him, making the young tutor raise an eyebrow.
"Huh? Who are you?", he asked him, confused.
"Y-you don't know me? I'm the guy that is always in second place in the school's official graduatory: Yuusuke Takeda."
"Oh, I see. So you're Takeda, huh?", replied Fuutarou, remembering where he had read that name already. Not that he really cared about the ones that scored lower than him in tests, unless they were the quints.
"Well, at least you seem to know my name. I thought that you were upset because you lost your job as tutor."
The golden eyes boy was shocked at hearing that, so he glared at him and asked, "How do you know about that? That's not your business."
"Sorry, but I guess it is if we consider the fact that Maruo-San offered me to tutor his daughters.", replied Takeda, making Fuutarou even more shocked.
"I know that you went out of the tutor-student line because you fell in love with one of the quints and became her boyfriend. Shouldn't you think only about helping them to study?"
Annoyed by his words, Fuutarou grabbed Takeda by his shirt and glared more at him. "Is there something wrong if I fell in love with Nino? No, because if you want to know, having her in my life makes my days more lively and happy overall. I don't care about what you and Maruo-San say; only I can teach those 5 girls.", he told him, not hiding his anger at all and scaring Takeda.
" B-But you know that he will hate you more for this, right?", asked the sparkles boy, gulping.
Letting go of his shirt, Fuutarou proceeded to leave the bathroom, but not without saying, "I don't care. I will show you and him that I'm the only one who can tutor them by making them pass their exams and access to the third year. Oh, and tell him that I refuse to break up with Nino. I will never do it."
After he lashed out those words, the young man left for real, not caring about the shock visible on Takeda's face. Gritting his teeth and clenching his fist hard, Fuutarou couldn't hide his annoyance and anger, scaring some students with his expression.
'Hiring another tutor just because your daughter and I are a couple? And here I hoped to make you see that I'm serious about your daughter…How foolish I was.', he thought, completely disappointed of the stoic doctor's actions. If before he wanted to try to get along with him somehow, now he didn't want to have anything to do with him. Nothing at all.
He didn't want the quints to know about what Takeda told him, Nino in particular; she had stopped crying at night, and the idea of seeing tears on her face again at knowing that her father insisted on trying to separate her from her boyfriend was something that said boyfriend hated a lot.
So, after taking a deep breath, he managed to calm down himself and reached the cafeteria to join Nino, that kissed him happily upon seeing him, and her sisters for lunch. "Sorry for the wait, but I really needed to go to the toilet.", he told them, grinning and scratching his head.
"It's ok, Uesugi-San! The important is that we're all here to eat together.", assured him the cheerful Yotsuba, with her sisters nodding.
"That's right, and since you're here, say "Aah" Fuu-kun~.", told him Nino, wanting to spoil him by feeding him sweetly.
"Jeez, I can eat on my own you know. But thank you anyways.", he said, accepting the spoon of rice and meat that she offered him and making her giggle.
"Fuutarou likes it when you spoil him hehe.", said Miku, smiling.
"Well, I like taking care of my man. So it's obvious that it makes him happy hehe."
"Did you two start to act like a married couple now that you live together?", teased them Ichika, making both Nino and the boy blush at remembering the baths they took together and their naughty moments.
"W-we're just more clingy to each other. That's all.", he replied, with Nino nodding. They didn't want to talk about the first and the other times they made love, after all.
Ichika giggled at their embarrassment, making Itsuki scold her because it was inappropriate to talk about those things at table. Thankfully, the other students present in the cafeteria didn't hear anything, as Nino wouldn't hesitate to glare at them for coming up with other annoying rumours about her and Fuutarou. She hated them.
Anyways, the group continued to enjoy their lunch until it was time for the second period lessons, so the social butterfly gave a kiss on the lips to her soulmate, telling him that she would wait for him in the library for the tutoring session later. Ichika, Miku and Yotsuba told him the same thing, making him smile and greet them while going back to his class with Itsuki.
'They don't need to know what their father decided to do, it would only make them sad and angry.' , he thought, relieved that he didn't bring up the subject with them. He knew that they would come to know about it sooner or later, but for the moment, it was better that they didn't.
"Uesugi-kun, are you ok? You seem troubled.", asked him a worried Itsuki, putting a hand on his arm.
"Ah, don't worry, Itsuki. Maybe I'm thinking again about the kiss Nino gave me earlier haha.", he replied, chuckling.
"O-oh, I see. She loves you so much that she's very protective of you.", she told him, smiling.
"That's just another reason why I love your sister deeply. And trust me that I will do my best to be a good boyfriend to her."
"Hehe, of course I trust you, Uesugi-kun. You showed me that you're a great and caring person, so I have faith in you.", she said, giggling together with him. The fact that he promised again to take good care of her older sister made Itsuki be happier to be his friend, feeling upset that her father still didn't want to accept Nino's and Fuutarou's relationship.
Nonetheless, that didn't impede her to stay focused during the math lesson, thanking the young man for helping her every time she didn't understand a notion or two. Fuutarou's fire of determination got wilder after he heard what Takeda said, so he was going to show him and Maruo that no one could teach the other quints but him.
Plus, he couldn't stand the idea of some guy interacting with Nino, as he didn't trust them; some of them could be big perverts, and even if Takeda seemed a normal guy, the young tutor hated the idea of seeing another boy getting close to his girlfriend. He couldn't stand it at all.
The butterfly ribbons girl was the only woman he felt a connection with, and after their bonfire dance and having sex for the first time, he couldn't imagine to live without her. That was why he got angry after hearing Maruo' intentions, because he detested that he wanted to separate him from Nino.
Though, even if that doctor insisted, Fuutarou didn't care; he and Nino were soulmates and deeply affectionate to each other, so his efforts to break them apart were just futile. And in fact, during the following tutoring session in the library, Fuutarou and his beloved never broke their clingy moment, with her continuing to lean her head on his shoulder while he was explaining some things.
'Fuu-kun's always so warm.', she thought, feeling relaxed and happy thanks to him. The young man smiled too at receiving her affection, kissing her forehead once a while and making her giggle.
To the boy's relief, Takeda didn't think of interrupting his study session with the quints to tell them about Maruo's decision, as sign that Fuutarou'a anger scared the hell out of him. Considering that the golden eyes boy was an ex delinquent, it was normal that someone could get scared if he or she saw him angry.
But for the moment, he could just enjoy his girlfriend's affections and help her and her sisters to study in order to pass the exams splendidly. Maybe the quints didn't do well at the midterm ones, but this time, the young man was confident that they would be able to pass all the subjects because he had faith in them.
Most importantly, it was Nino's love and the big care she had for him that fueled that faith, just like they did with the intensity of his feelings for her. And speaking of intensity, he was going to be pretty wild with her once they would be at home during the night.
Since they made love to each other, they started to be more passionate whenever they kissed and made out. So, they wanted to have some fun even at night after dinner, as it made their bond stronger. Stronger and impossible to break in particular.

And the 7th chapter is here, everyone! Oh boy, Maruo overdid it this time, huh? First he fired Fuutarou because of his relationship with Nino and then he hires Takeda as the quints' new tutor. It seems that Isanari didn't make Maruo understand to let his daughter and Fuutarou be together, and speaking of the boy, he showed to be very affectionate to his girlfriend.
The idea of Takeda being the tutor for the quints is something that makes Fuutarou enraged, as he can't stand the thought of another boy approaching his Nino. It seems that not only the girl is overly protective of her boyfriend, but he's the same when it comes to her.
The social butterfly has continued to give the stink eye to everyone that dares to insult her Fuu-kun, but if she were to know about what Maruo did, she would surely get sad and angry. And it's for that reason that Fuutarou didn't tell her and her sisters anything yet, but they will unfortunately find out once the doctor tells them. How will they take it? And how will the job interview for Nino and her love go? Stay tuned to find out.
