He looks up and sees Sangharsh staring at him. "Boo," Sangharsh said. "Aah!" Ash screams.
Hiroshima and Jeremy wait for Allison so they can drive to District Three: Sunset to speak to Lady Thanda. "I hope this is worth it," Hiroshima said. "You haven't been on any adventures with us?" Jeremy asks. "What is that supposed to mean?" Hiroshima seemed puzzled as Jeremy responded. "This will go wrong, then poof; we will find the answers we need." "What! "When the knight and their Pokemon battle, they are scored like in a Pokemon Contest. Then The Pokemon teams compete in a series of challenges, which adds to their score, and based on their score, they will be ranked into First, Second, and Third Class Knights." "Wow," Yumi said. "If we need a new leader, the First Class Knights will complete Pokemon League style," Ash said. Sangharsh frowns as he remembers losing to Ash. Daah finishes training, heads to the showers, and listens to Alexis and Cressila gossiping. "Are you sure that Apin said that?" Cressila asks. "Yeah. "There is no way they will put two and two together." Daah leaves the showers and heads for the Aatma Phavvaara. She sees Hiroki, Devon, and Silver. "I want to face the jumbie myself," Silver said. "I think we should be careful," Hiroki said. "This thing can suck you in." "Whatever; I'm going to be a First Class Knight, so I will have to deal with evil demons." We have no idea what lies ahead in this house," Jeremy said. As the friends go through the trap door, Rosé looks around at the gemstone den, which is at the end of the drop from the trap door. "She uses the natural powers of the gems to make spells and potions; my grandmother does that." Rosé walks along a path to find Magnolia petals on the ground. Hiroshima's Pokemon tries to attack whatever Hiroshima sees as she runs away. "Hiroshima!" Jeremy and Allison call out. Hiroshima runs down the hallway and sees three figures chasing her: her parents and Purity Hatya. "Stay away!" Hiroshima screams as her Scream Tail uses Play Rough to stop the figures. "What is going on?" Allison asks as she and Jeremy fall into a hole. Jeremy lands in the gemstone den with Plusle and Dragonite. "Ouch!" Jeremy said. He looks up and sees a shadowy monster with ten tentacles with an eye. "XANA!" Jeremy screams. "I'm back!" Allison wakes up in a dark room and sees Raichu and Espeon looking at her. Espeon licks her. "I'm okay," she said. She gets up and sees a little boy looking at her. "Remember me? You found me! Your friends had issues with my killer!" Allison does a double take. "Johnny?" "Missed me bitch! I used to haunt your dreams. I want to play again!" "Espeon, Psychic! Raichu, Thunder!" The move does nothing. "Run, bitch!" Allison and her Pokemon run.
Ash sits on the grass at the Knight's Field and rubs his head. "Training is getting harder. Now, Cressila and I have to break in the new knights." Sangharsh laughs. "So she took my job." "Fuck you!" Ash shouts. "Ash?" Cressila asks as she walks by. "Sorry. Only letting off some steam." "Me too. We have twelve new knights and about six dozen more in the other districts." "Good. Arch Prime Jason asked us if we wanted to honor Sangharsh at the tournament." "Please tell me you said no." "We have to. Everyone thinks he died a hero, and we have to honor that. It will be a moment of silence." "Fine. Only because it would look weird." Ash sees Sangharsh nodding. He brushes it off. At the field, he sees Mariam and some of the new knights. "Where are Devon and Silver?" "I don't know," Mariam said. Sajin walks up to the group. "Daah should be here as well. We can start without them." Dexter sits nearby to watch and support Sajin, making him blush. "Listen up. For the next few months, we will train for the tournament. We are going through all possible challenges and battling styles," Ash states. "The goal is to push yourself and your Pokemon team through all the tasks of a knight: synchronization, connections, obstacles, rhythm, and equity. Also known as SCORE," Cressila said. "Most of you have passed your initial knight test or will do so in a few months. Now it is time to test your ability as a knight to see which class you belong in," Sajin said. "First and Second Class Knights deal with the frontlines of battles, threats, and war as the offense. Third Class Knights deal with the defense. Silver takes out her sword and uses the blade to stab the fountain. The waves start to foam up, and Hiroki shouts. "Behind me!" They all go behind him as he calls, "Unstobble Bubble!" The bubble stops the wave, and the fountain returns to normal and leaves behind the foam and pieces of cotton. "What a ride," Silver shouts. "Excuse me? We almost died!" Devon shouts. "Right! What am I going to tell my parents?" Hiroki said. "That is a good question, Danish," Dean Kathin said. "Daah, Silver, and Devon! You all should be at the Knight's Field." "Look, what time is it?" Daah says as she looks at her watch."We can explain," Silver said. "Save it," Dean Kathin said. "To my office!"
Allison runs down the hallway and screams. "What kind of place is this?" "Leave me alone!" Rosé said. "Come on. You can't hide from your shame. It would be best if you were a son," Rosé's "father" said. "Jeremy, I've come for thee!" XANA shouts. "Leave me alone!" Jeremy shouts. "Leave me alone, you devil!" Hiroshima shouts. "I want you back, my host," Purity Hatya calls. "So do your parents!" Allison runs through a pile of Magonila petals and sees a pond. "These petals are going to slow me down." She scopes up all the petals and places them in the pond, which glows. "What is going on?" Johnny asks as he disappears. "Raichu!" Raichu shouts as Allison turns around and sees a woman with silver hair, a pink-peach completion, and blue hands. "Princess Alicinda? What brings Her Royal Highness here?" Lady Thanda asks. "What did you do to my friends and me?" Allison asks. "Rosê is your friend? I sense that she has caused your harm." "What did you do?" "Everyone has inner demons," Lady Thanda said. XANA grabs Jeremy and chokes him. "Remember when I appeared in the Factory? I tossed your friends all over the place." Hiroshima is pinned to the wall by her parents as Purity Hatya grabs her chest to suck out her Soul Stone. "I want it back!" Rosê is getting beaten by her "father." "You need to behave. You are a disgrace and a bitch!" "Please, leave them alone," Allison pleads. "The cotton ball has started to plant roots in your school fountain," Lady Thanda said. "Yes, a cotton ball jumbie is trying to break free." "She will. You all have to minimize her damage before she arrives." "How?" "Her cotton flowers are orange and need to be crushed into dust to wear off her spells like we do with spotted lantern flies." "Anything else?" "Yes. She might have come because someone is still grieving, and we cannot return someone from death once time has passed." "Okay. Thank you," Allison said as she bowed to Lady Thanda. "Thank you for coming. I had fun messing with your friends," Lady Thanda said as she bowed and snapped her fingers. The group wakes up in the park near her home. "What the fuck?" Jeremy asks. "She said it was fun," Allison said. "You spoke to her! She owes me a new heart!" Rosé said. "Me too!" Hiroshima said. "She said can't stop Kaante from coming, but we can minimize her damage by crushing her cotton flower blooms and using them as barriers," Allison said. "I need a drink before we return to school," Rosé said. "Allison can't drink and drive," Hiroshima said. "We need to eat so we can get lunch and hang around for a few more hours," Jeremy said. "Otherwise known as Jeremy needs a beer pronto!" Allison said.
After arriving back on campus, the group reviews the new details. "So we have to see her," Odd said. "Yeah, but if we keep dealing with her, we can handle her," Jeremy said. "Lady Thanda said that a person's grief planted the cotton ball. Could it be Silver? She misses her brother," Jared said. "Or Daah?" Sajin asks. "I don't know. I need a minute after visiting her house," Hiroshima said. "What did she do?" "We saw inner demons that once haunted us," Rosé said. "Wow. I'm sorry,' Dexter said. "I should have gone," Aelita said. "No way. You would have seen what I saw. It felt so real," Jeremy said. "We need to ensure that no more lives are in harm's way," Allison said. "We will," Ulrich said. "After I helped Daah out today, I can handle anything." "Daah? What did she do?" Yumi asks. "The fountain struck again, and she helped Hiroki, Silver, and Devon out. "Here comes Spirit Week and the doom duo," Dexter said.
Daah walks up to the fountain and looks around. "Nothing yet. Maybe it will work when the cotton flowers bloom," she said. As the group chats, Ash sees Sangharsh trying to touch Allison. He walks up to her and hugs her. "What is this bear hug for?" Allison asks. "I want to because I love you," Ash said as he kissed Allison. Sangharsh growls as Ash glares at him.
