(Author's Notes: Hey everyone! How are you all doing? I hope you are doing well. I am now on a two-week vacation from work, which means more time to focus on my stories.
Before I do anything else, I wish to give honor and praise to the Lord. God, thank you for looking after me. I apologize to you God for coming up short, but I will try my best to rise up to become a better servant and soldier for you! Thank you Lord for looking after me, my friend, my family and all of those around the world that need you very much! Continue to guide me Jesus, and to continue to forge me stronger & better for you! And I will do my best to not let the gifts of imagination and story writing go to waste! And also Lord, shield me from the toxic and wrong ways of the world!
I want to thank everyone who has reviewed this story, even though the numbers are small. I know this story is drastically different from the ones I am used to writing, but I will do my best with it & also for my dear friend & adopted sister Author Dreams Come True 996!
Sigh… I learned recently about certain news tidbits and information, and I am severely disappointed with certain media and entertainment outlets & companies. And after seeing a rather disappointing sight at a Walgreens store in the toy section, I am more disappointed and hurt with Disney. So going to stick with the tried and true, real-deal classics cartoons/anime/tv shows/movies that were from the past.
They hold much substance/essence/quality/charm/truth than what is going on now in today's media. If you wish to see what I mean, see and read my Profile.

And also, the monsters used in here will be the Earth Eater. The Earth Eater is a monster that is found in the Hanna-Barbara 1978 cartoon series Godzilla.
Finally, I wish to do this for my Tia Pamela Espurova-Allen. She is working with police and other official groups to locate and bring home a missing girl that is part of a family she works with & has befriended. Her name is Lina Khil, a little girl that was taken on December 20th, 2021. The search is still on for her, but so far… no luck.
Her information is this: She is three years old, hair brown, eyes brown, race Afghan, weight 55 lbs. & height 4'0. If any can help to locate and find her, please do so and notify the proper authorities. Hoping and praying still that she is found alive & returned to her family. I believe they had made a special about her on the news that can give more information concerning her.
This story will focus on character & plot growth and development in many areas. It will take time, planning, collaboration and more. But I believe it will be worth it in the long-run.
We cannot please everyone, nor do we ever wish to do so. I believe in the words of my pastor Rick Godwin from Summit Christian Center at San Antonio and it is this: If you try to please everyone, you lose yourself entirely. So while others may not be pleased at this, it is what it is. Our aim is not to please all, but to write a worthwhile story that follows Truth. No more, no less.
There will be NO kind of characters or reference to slash or femme-slash of any kind. There will also be no trans characters or notions in this story series, nor in any of my other stories. See my Profile bio to see where I firmly stand in and at. In this I am VERY serious about!

Powerpuff Girls is a cartoon series that was created by Craig McCracken. Directed by Craig McCracken and many others over the years. Executive producer is Craig McCracken. Production companies are Hanna-Barbera Cartoons and Cartoon Network Studios, distributor was Warner Bros. Television Distribution. Series aired on Cartoon Network on November 1998.
Swat Kats is a cartoon series that was created by Christian Tremblay & Yvon Tremblay, directed by Robert Alvarez. Executive producer was Buzz Potamkin, production company was Hanna-Barbera Productions with distributors being Turner Entertainment & Turner Program Service. The series was released and aired in September 1993 and ended on January 1995. The original network it aired on was TBS.

Somewhere Out There is a song from the 1986 animated Don Bluth film An American Tail. The song is a single, sung by duet Linda Ronstadt & James Ingram, from album An American Tail: Music From The Motion Picture Soundtrack. The album was released in November 1986, available on audio cassette, vinyl record and CD. The label were MCA Records originally, than to Geffen Records and Intrada Records in 2013 & 2019 respectively. Producer for the album was James Horner. For the single, the songwriters were James Horner, Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil. Produced by Peter Asher & Steve Tyrell. Journey is a 2001 song done by group Eiffel 65. It is an Italian music group that was formed in 1997 by the record company Bliss Corporation, the members being Jeffrey Jey, Maurizio Lobina & Gabry Ponte.

~Intro, insert Journey~
The camera is entirely black for a few moments, than turns completely white. But almost immediately following it, an elongated oval shape appears. Its shape looks like an egg that has been turned on its side. After a moment, someone appears to drop down within the shape. It is a young woman, one with brown hair, fair white skin, blue eyes and red lipstick on her lips.
It turns out to be Maria Neverdomski, who is in her human form. And to her right are the words in dark-pink HANNA-BARBERA. Maria smiles, than a golden ring of energy appears on her left side and starts to go over her. The scene freezes at the moment where the golden ring is exactly at the halfway point, in the middle of Maria's face.
It shows half of her face; on the left is her halfa-form, which shows golden hair, bronze-colored skin, her eye is now green with a beauty mark near it, her lips now having blue lipstick coloring & she seems to be wearing bands in her hair & on her neck that shows the colors of blue, red and green.
The logo stays in place for a few moments, than it fades as the scenery changes to show the city of Townsville. The narrator is not speaking, as he is not part of the intro. Everything seems to be peaceful… until the silence is shattered by the sound of a police alarm! The camera zooms towards the city, many buildings passing by in a blur until it stops in front of a bank. The scene now shows the entrance to the bank, where police were coming in on the scene in their vehicles. When they arrived, they got out of their police cars and took positions behind it & drawing out their guns.
The camera shows the door to the establishment, which are soon blown open with some smoke coming out from them. And a close up is done as some red latex boots come walking out. When they stop, the camera slowly pans upward to show that the boots are thigh-high types that belong to only one villainess. The camera pans upward to show the alluring curves wrapped in red and black outfit, and soon comes to the smirking face of the one called Sedusa! The camera zooms outward to showcase the entire seductive frame of the villainess, who is holding a bag full of money in her left hand, while her right hand is covered in a black gauntlet that has a red gemstone on the back of it.
The scene shows Sedusa striking a sensual pose, which makes the male officers grin dumbly and lower their weapons. Hearts shoot out of their beings as they are entranced completely by Sedusa's form. However, the female officers are not affected and very much looked more ticked off now as they fire their guns at her! Sedusa smirk increases as she lifts the gauntlet in front of her, the camera showing the red gemstone glowing red. Rings of magnetic power appear in front of Sedusa, stopping the bullets in their tracks. The metal projectiles float in midair a few feet from her, causing the female officer to cease fire and look in shock at the action.
The villainess than cackles and sends the projectiles back at the law officers with twice the speed! The policewomen duck down behind their cars just in time, some pulling their still-stricken male partners to the ground so that they are not hit. This seems to snap them out of their lust-induced trance.
Sedusa cackles as she seems to be the one in control… but then flashes of pink, blue and green appear in front of her. She turns her head, and her smirk turns into a snarl as the camera does a round-about turn to show that floating a small distance from her were… the superheroines- the Powerpuff Girls! They are now ten years of age, showing that indeed they do & will age like normal humans. On the left is Bubbles, in the middle is Blossom and on the right is Buttercup. The trio are wearing their signature clothing that has not changed, but the wear is more suited for their pre-teen looks, as they look seriously at Sedusa.
The camera changes to show the villainess letting out a shriek and raising her gauntlet up, firing now red laser energy beams at them that erupt from the palm of the gauntlet. The girls scatter, zipping here and there as their trademark colors appear from their wake. This keeps up for a few moments, than the camera zooms out to show the whole of Townsville like before… but this time a golden comet streaks in, heading towards the city!
It soon changes back to the fight, where Sedusa is being able to hold off the PPG with her newly acquired item. However, the camera shows her facing the 4th wall and her eyes widen. The camera changes to show the golden comet that was streaking for her… and the comet shifted/changed to show that it was the halfa heroine Maria Angel, partner to hero Danny Phantom from Amity Park!
The camera shows the determined look on Maria's face as she flew in towards Sedusa, veering left and right to avoid the laser blasts until she was close to her quarry. The camera showed her connecting with a rising uppercut punch that sent the villainess reeling upwards! The camera than showed the PPG coming in from all sides; Bubbles took the bag of money and tossed it down to one of the policewomen below, who caught it. Next, it showed Blossom using her Freeze Breath on the gauntlet, which turned into ice and then shattered into pieces, revealing the now free hand of Sedusa. And finally, Buttercup came in with a punch to the villainess face that sent her crashing back down to the pavement!
The camera turned to show an aerial view of Sedusa, who was knocked down and out with a bruise on her chin and cheek.
The camera went back to ground level to see the PPG coming back to the ground, followed by Maria who congratulated the three on a job well done. Two policewomen came to the crater of Sedusa, bringing her up and cuffing her before taking her away. It seems that all is well… until a swirling white portal appears behind the superheroines!
The camera shows their faces of surprise, shock and fear. Before they could do anything, the portal sucks them in and quickly collapses on itself and closes.
The scene changes to showcase a tunnel of swirling white and blue energy, the PPG and Maria flipping through the area. They are soon enveloped in white energy until only their outlines show… and it starts to change as well!
The scene changes again, this time in front of what appears to be a large building. The portal opens up, and it seemingly spits out the four superheroines. However… they have changed! They are now anthro cats, and seeing themselves as such causes looks of panic and shock to come on their faces.
They are now in Megakat City!
The camera shows the changed superheroines looking to their right, and see the villains/villainesses of the SWAT Kats! The camera shifts to showcase the various bad guys and girls from left to right; the Metallikats- Mac and Molly Mange, Chopshop, Dr. Viper, Dark Kat with his Creepling minions, Ci-Kat-A, Turmoil, Hard Dive and Pastmaster.
The camera changes back to show the ladies very much confused and scared, then they hear something and turn around to look to their left. The camera shows many Enforcer sedans, Peace-Keeper tanks, Enforcer helicopters coming in & honing in on them! The sedan doors opened up, many male and female officers wearing Enforcer uniforms filing out with laser rifles at the ready.
After showcasing the arrival of the Enforcers, a special kind of sedan different from the rest comes forth. Getting out of the car was Commander Ulysses Feral, and by his side was his loyal officer Sgt. Talon. Coming out from the other side was Lt. Commander Steel.
The camera showed Feral with his swagger stick in hand, raising it up in the air and soon bringing it down and pointing at the PPG and Maria!
The camera changed back to show the PPG and Maria looking very much scared at this particular moment… than something happened that caused them to look up!
The camera changed to an aerial view, showing all of Megakat City… and a familiar black jet streaking in the sky! It was the TurboKat aircraft, the signature vehicle utilized by the vigilante heroes- the SWAT Kats! The camera showed the jet streaking over the city, going to where the action was down below. The canopy blasted open, and two objects ejected from it. The jet than did a U-turn, now on autopilot as it seemed to disappear over the horizon.
The two beings coming down in their specially designed ejector seats were Razor and T-Bone, the duo showing themselves to the camera as they aimed for Maria and the PPG!
When they landed, they looked at the ladies and smiled, also doing a small wave to the superheroines. The PPG look surprised, but Maria looks very much scared and it shows. The SWAT Kats faces show worry on why Maria is like that. The camera shows Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles turning to their friend and giving her a hug. It seems that it was what was needed, as Maria seems to relax and hug them back.
The camera changes to go up in the air, giving a bird's eye view as it shows the SWAT Kats, the PPG and Maria in the middle between the Enforcers and the various bad guys and girls of the SWAT Kat world. A few moments later, a blue helicopter appears and the camera shows it as the sliding door opens to reveal three female anthro cats.
The one with the wireless microphone in hand is Ann Gora, the lovely reporter from Kat's Eye News. Above her in the middle is the beautiful blonde Deputy Mayor known as Callie Briggs, who looks curiously at the situation. And above her with laser pistol in hand was Lt. Felina Feral, niece to Commander Feral. She too has a look of curiosity, but also determined to see which side to favor before making said decision.
The camera stays on them for a while as they look down at the action, than the camera turns to show the SWAT Kats, Maria and the PPG look towards the camera in battle poses. They soon charge at the camera screen, where the action freezes to show to all their charging battle poses.
The camera zooms awhile a little, where the characters are surrounded by an entirely white backdrop. Above them appear the words in red THE POWERPUFF GIRLS, and below them were the words in black RADICAL DIMENSION.

In the SWAT-Kats universe, the chaos at Puma-Dyne building seemed to have settled down. The place had many kats milling about, wondering on why they had not been let back into the building after it was discovered that the fire alarm was a false one. And their curiosity increased when Enforcer came in on the scene. The paramilitary police units had come in with six vehicles, the members emerging from said vehicles with weapons at the ready & in full SWAT-looking battle gear. There were twelve soldiers in total who were now blocking any kind of way to get either in or out of the facility grounds.
Chief among the soldiers was their leader Commander Ulysses S. Feral, the tall and broad chested leader of the Enforcers & beside him was his niece Lt. Felina Feral. The firm and stony-faced commander surveyed the scene, then started to walk towards the building with his formidable niece following.
Felina looked around, a bit perplexed on why they had been called in. She looked up to her uncle and inquired, "Commander Feral, why is it that we have been called here?". When in public, she addressed her uncle as is. It is only in private, or in real serious situations that she calls him Uncle.
Commander Feral answered her in a serious tone, "I don't know. A woman by the name of Keisha Wizmur called and told us that a serious situation was happening here, but refused to tell us until we came here. She did tell us though to make sure that the facility is locked down, so I am doing so.".
Both anthro cats were perplexed by the situation, but remained professional as they entered the building. Upon doing so, they saw Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs with Keisha with her. The duo walked to them, the two she-kats turning to look at them.
When they got a good distance to them, both Enforcer members saluted with Commander Feral speaking, "Deputy Mayor Briggs, I am a bit surprised to see you here.".
The blonde beauty she-kat nodded as she was in professional mode and answered, "I'm glad you made it Commander, and you too Lt. Feral. I believe that we have a bit of a problem on our hands.".
Both raised an eyebrow at this, with Felina asking the question, "What kind of problem, Deputy Mayor? It must be serious in order to call us in like this.".
Callie replied in a serious tone, "It is. Follow me and Miss Wizmur here, and we'll both explain as best we can.". The two turned and walked towards the room that had the Dimensionator, Reese Feliks & Obadiah Kotecki. The two paramilitary soldiers followed them, the four walking away from the civilians.
When they arrived, the four entered the room where Reese and Obadiah were waiting for them. Once in, Keisha locked the door and told the Enforcer members that it was necessary as what they were going to tell them was top secret. Again, this made the duo very much concerned as their fur hairs started to rise a little in tension. The formal introductions were made quickly, since they needed to get to the very core of the matter.
Keisha went to her fellow scientists, looked to the soldiers and stated in a tone that was a mixture of concern and worry, "Lt. Feral, Commander Feral. I have to ask you this question since what we are about to say is… well, quite really mind-blowing.".
Commander Feral replied in a tone that was of caution, "Yes Dr. Wizmur, what is it?".
The young beautiful she-kat let out a small breath, then asked the pointed question, "Do you believe in other universes?".
This had the Feral family members eyes widen just a little bit, but one could see the skepticism in their eyes. It was Felina that spoke up, "Other universes? I mean, I believe in alien life after that business with Mutilor some time ago. But come on, other universes?".
Obadiah remarked, "Yes Miss Feral, other universes. I am afraid to say that we had made a great breakthrough earlier today. And we need for you to understand the situation before an official decision can be made.".
It was then that the trio of scientists retold on what happened earlier to the Enforcer members. They also showed the devices and the notes before securely locking them back in their hiding places. Once it was all done… Feral was shaking and he did NOT look pleased at all. Felina also looked a bit disturbed now that she realized the situation.
The Commander growled in a tone that suggested tense aggravation and tension, "Are you telling me that you… you… scientific nimrods built something from that deranged Pastmaster to make something that actually broke through another universe?! And that you brought four different beings from their place here?!".
The scientists put up their hands in automatic defense with Reese speaking up in a pleading tone, "We never intended for anything or anyone to be brought here! It just happened by accident!".
Felina shook her head and pointed out in a serious tone, "Accident or not, it did happen! Now we have four extra-universal beings running about the land, and we have no idea what they are capable of!".
Ulysses spoke up in an authorative tone, "I'll send out every available Enforcer soldier I have to locate, track and bring them in!". He turned to go out of the room, but was stopped by Callie Briggs and Keisha.
The female kat spoke up in a serious tone, "Not a good idea Commander Feral. Believe me, NOT a good idea!".
The tall and large-muscled commander of the armed forces ordered them to step aside, but the two brave females stood their ground. It was Callie that spoke up, "Commander, just calm down and listen! If you go all half-cocked on finding these girls, they will be scared and will probably do something that will make the situation that much worse!".
She pressed onward, "Like Lt. Feral said, we do not know what they are capable of. For all we know, they may do something supernatural or extraordinary to defend themselves! And that doing so might do more harm than good for the Enforcers and for innocent civilians! We need to approach this situation delicately, otherwise we MAY look at a war with another universe that may have beings with powers & abilities we cannot begin to imagine!".
This indeed got the Commander to calm down some, the words managing to penetrate though his mind. He realized that the she-kats were right; if they did scare the newcomers to their world, and if they did have powers & used it to protect themselves, it would send a panic throughout the populace and most likely make things more difficult for them.
Commander Feral stated in a more restrained tone but still with an authorative air to it, "Alright Miss Briggs, Miss Wizmur. We will do it your way for now. BUT… the moment that they are found, they WILL be under Enforcer supervision. Is that understood?".
While Callie was glad to see that the leader of the Enforcers saw reason, it still put a bit of a sour taste in her mouth that Maria and the others would be under his scrutiny. But she thought, 'Better Feral's then some low-life who might exploit them… or worse.'.
The Deputy Mayor knew that the city had some potent villains that would love to use the device for their own means. She sighed and replied, "Very well Commander. But I do insist that Dr. Wizmur, Dr. Feliks and Dr. Kotecki be the ones among to monitor them & be the ones to send them home.".
Ulysses merely nodded his head, agreeing to her request. He then motioned for Felina to follow him as they had work to do. The feisty feline nodded her head, turning to thank the four for their help before following her uncle. Once they let, the scientists let out large sighs of relief that they had been holding in the whole time.
Reese spoke in a tone that showed said emotion, "Oh, thank God that this went much more better than I thought. I had imagined we would be jailed and such for what we did…".
Obadiah replied, "Same here my friend. I guess we should consider ourselves lucky we are still here instead of being inside an Enforcer car.".
Callie stated, "Believe me, you all are much needed here for the moment to make sure that the Dimensionator and anything linked to it is still available. I hope that your bosses make sure to keep a lid on this, otherwise we would be having a LOT of bad guys and girls after them or any of you three.".
The trio saw that Miss Briggs had a point there. They already showed their discoveries and the inter-universal travelers to their superiors and certain others. Their fellow scientists they could handle, but it was their bosses that was a problem.
Keisha looked to the Deputy Mayor and suggested, "I believe we need to see our bosses now and tell them on what needs to be done, or else it will be they that start a panic, not just the Enforcers.". The blonde beauty nodded her head, walking with her new friend to where the bosses of Puma-Dyne were at.
Little did they realize that someone had been watching the whole thing!
~Deep below the streets of MegaKat City~
The sewer systems of the anthro cat-populated metropolis was huge, a labyrinth of networking tunnels that crisscrossed into one another. It was confusing to navigate if one did not have proper knowledge of the system. But what few really knew was that there was much more to the dank & smelly place.
Geographically, there was many more tunnels that existed beyond the topside's city limits. These were natural caverns and such, created by millennia of erosion and such. The caverns served to become the blueprint for the sewer systems, but the kats had sealed off some sections that led outside the city as they were deemed not needed for the construction of the sewage plans.
A certain villain was now using the tunnels to extend his reach not only to other parts of the city, but also beyond it in a way that was quite clever. It was Dark Kat, the immense megalomaniac genius that was now using one of the tunnels that led directly to Puma-Dyne Advanced Technology Research Facility area! Along the way were his minions known as Creeplings, gargoyle-like beings that were a mystery to some.
In fact, Dark Kat was a mystery to almost everyone. Many theories and such surrounded his identity & abilities. Many believed that he used to be a judge, a scientist… even a businessman considering his level of genius-intellect & having tactics that were of a high order. Many speculate that he had gotten into the Evil Arts of magic on day, discovering spells and rituals that caused him to change & have certain powers such as being able to summon and order the Creeplings.
Again, all of this was theory and so far no one could say who or what Dark Kat was before his transformation.
But currently, the potent underworld leader of evil was making his way towards the area where he had discovered the unusual energy he had detected. He was walking as there was no vehicles to take him to his destination, but he actually preferred to walk as it let him ponder and plan.
However, one of the Creeplings that was bringing up the rear was flying towards them, holding a small rectangular device that was in its claws. It kept jabbering in an ancient tongue, one that apparently only Dark Kat knew. He stopped in his tracks, turned around and inquired, "Hmmm? What is it you have for me, little Creepling?".
Said being jabbered, then dropped the device into his right hand. Dark Kat took the device, recognizing it as a mobile viewing monitor. He checked the settings and saw that it was tuned to one of the cameras that had been secretly set up at certain points in the facility. He peered at the device, his solid orange eyes now locked on a form that was shown on the screen.
It turned out to be Maria and the little Powerpuff Kittens! He looked at intrigued as he felt that there was something… unusual about the she-kats as they seemed a bit different from the other kats in the city. His eyes widened very much when he saw the kittens, who were being held by Maria, then disappear and a cloud of dust took off, indicating something had taken off!
Dark Kat formed a sinister smirk on his face as he said to himself, "Well, well. This is useful information. You have done well to bring this news to me Creepling, well done.". The one who brought the device was now cackling in glee, very much liking being praised like so.
The intimidating anthro cat stroked his chin and said to himself, "Apparently I have stumbled into something interesting. Perhaps it is linked with what I detected earlier… either way, I believe more information is needed before I can go into action. Come my Creeplings, we press on!". He resumed his pace towards his target, his minions following close behind.
The villain believed that he had found something extraordinary… he did not know how right he was!
~Up on the surface~
Just outside the physical limits of the city, a pair of footprints appeared in the dirt… but there was no one there! The footsteps just appeared out of thin air, but no one seemed to notice. More appeared as they made their way towards the metropolis, but the kat citizens did not pay much attention. The footprints vanished when concrete started out at. If one were to hear, they would have heard some unusual rustling in the nearby alleys and such. However, the noise of the bustling cars and people overtook the noise.
In the darkness, something flashed and seemed to come into existence into reality. It was Maria, still holding the PPG kittens in her arms! She had used her invisibility power when she had managed to get a fair distance from the crowd of workers back at the business facility, making sure to be in a location that no one would spot her. Using her gifts of invisibility and flight, she and the others escaped & had made their way into the city!
Once there and out of sight, she had deactivated her abilities and set her little charges down. Bubbles whispered out in a worried tone, "Did anyone see us?".
Maria looked around cautiously and answered back softly, "I do not think so. I made sure that we were in the clear back there before changing and using my ghost powers.". A golden ring appeared around her midsection, and she changed back into her mortal persona. She flicked her eyes here and there, making sure that no one saw her bright transformation.
Buttercup looked around, not quite accustomed to being an alley. She then turned her gaze to Maria and inquired, "So this universe is run by anthro cats? I have to say, it's weird but not so much after all we have seen.".
Blossom also looked to Miss Neverdomski and asked, "So Maria, what should we do now? I mean, we can't go back that way… at least not without doing anything serious.".
The young Polish-American knew that the red-furred kitten was correct on that. If they went back to the facility building, they would most likely be captured. And if they used their powers, they would most likely do more harm than good even if it was to get the device that would be able to take them home. She answered her, "I believe first thing's first, we need to assess the situation. And also to get some information. The more accurate information, the better to help us.".
The trio nodded their heads, seeing the wisdom in her words, and the four started to walk in the alley with their respective backpacks on. They turned around a couple of corners, then hid out of sight as they saw an opening that led to the public. Maria was the one to peek out, looking about to see the many different buildings and kats that were now spread before her vision!
She was amazed to see how different things looked, and saw something that did perplex her. She saw various citizens going about talking with one another, actual REAL conversations without any cell phones or other mobile devices! She saw kids paying attention to their parents instead of on video games or tablets. Maria saw… well, actual real-reality interaction on a scale that was almost alien to her.
The young she-kat said to herself, "Oh my… it almost feels like I stepped back in time! But I wonder…". She turned and spotted a nearby news-stand, one that had both newspapers and also various reading materials. The visitor from another universe swiftly and silently grabbed one of the newspapers, vowing to pay the old kat for it… as soon as she learned what kind of monetary system they used in this world.
Maria took the paper and went back into the shadows, going back to the PPG who were waiting patiently for her. The young she-kat looked at the front page, more specifically at the date of the paper. She read out loud the contents but not so much that the words would echo through the alleys, "Let's see, it says here the date is… March 11th… 1995. Oh man… we ARE back in time…".
The ladies all had their eyes widen at the declaration, seeing now that not only were they were in a different universe… but in a totally different time zone of sort! Maria's reaction was that she was frozen for the moment, trying so hard to put together the pieces that were now coming within her mindscape.
Blossom was now playing with her ponytail, one of her little signs to show that she was very nervous & upset. She exclaimed in a nervous tone, "What?! We're in the 1990s?! But… But what about Townsville?! Our family?! Our friends?! W-Who will look after everything while we're gone?!".
Bubbles whimpers and curls in on herself, rocking back and forth while pleading softly with tears in her eyes, "Dad… Mom… I want to go home… I want to go home… Bullet…". She was very upset and it showed clearly in her actions and words.
Buttercup was now walking in a tight circle, her posture tense as her arms were folded, her head was done… and her tone spoke of much volumes of anger as she muttered, "Stupid scientist jerks… doing this to us?! What are we going to do now?! How are we going to get back home?! Oh, if I could just take their heads and just slam them into the…!".
Maria saw the negativity clouding Buttercup's thoughts, and was quick to act before the black-furred kitten would unleash her amazing strength on the walls and most likely give away their location. She dropped the paper, went to Buttercup and knelt down a little to be eye-level with her. She held her by the shoulders which caused the young superheroine to look up at her and Maria whispered urgently, "Buttercup, calm down! Center yourself! Focus and breathe! Remember, getting mad right now is not beneficial!".
The powerhouse of the group quickly realized that Maria spoke the truth, the young girl remembering the lessons from her Sensei. Buttercup stopped in her tracks, took a deep breath, exhaled and also recited a mantra that helped her anger issues. Once she was calmed down, she relaxed and looked more at peace. Maria smiled, very glad to see that the lessons she learned from the aged monk some time ago had stuck with her.
Satisfied that Buttercup was helped, Maria then gathered Bubbles and Blossom to her. She brought the two in for a deep, warm hug while whispering soothing words to them. The duo slowly but gradually calmed them down, soon clinging to their adoptive big sister with Buttercup soon joining in.
The halfa heroine looked to the little ones & whispered to them soothingly, "Look girls, I know this is going to be tough for us. But we can do this as long as we stick together. Right now, we need to stick to the alleyways and any other isolated, dark areas. I'm sure that those… well, cats have called in for local authorities. So we need to stay hidden until we can come up with a suitable game plan here. Understood?".
The little super-powered heroines nodded their heads, Maria smiling gently at them before going to pick up the paper she dropped. The article could hold some information that could help them out. So with agreements between them all, the four made their way through the alleyways of the city.
~Back in the other dimension~
In the modern-day universe, Danny Phantom was streaking fast across the sky as he headed towards Townsville, California. As he raced towards his destination like a black & white comet, he checked his watch on his wrist. It was a special present that Maria had given him, one that he never took off except when it was called for. He adjusted the watch's time to show the proper time when he passed a certain time zone, which was now 12:45 p.m. in Pacific Standard Time. Jazz and Maria had helped him with certain geographical aspects in the past, and it seemed to have paid off well. He had learned that his state of South Dakota was two hours ahead of California, so he needed to adjust his wristwatch accordingly.
He soon passed over Pokey Oaks County, a place that was about 20 miles or so away from the county that held Townsville. The halfa hero looked down and saw something that would give most citizens a fright; three large behemoth monsters! It looked like a Stegosaurus in terms of body size, but on a larger scale. But that is where the similarities end there. It had a rather large head that was more rotund, the color of it being an orange color & powerful rectangular teeth. It had orange antenna on its head, giving it a bit more resemblance of an insect. The rest of its body was like the camouflage coloring found on Army uniforms; green & dark brown. It had small rectangular ridges spines instead of tall diamond-shaped spines, and its tail was shaped like a gear club rather than having spikes on them.
They were called Earth Eaters, and they had actually settled in the place that was once known as Citiesville.
Said metropolis had once been an industrial city, but the inhabitants of the area were very much rude, insufferable and mean. It was more or less a breeding area for criminal activity, and only the most roughest & toughest of people could even survive there. David Utonium and the Powerpuff Girls had moved there once due to the professor finding employment there. But… the girls had quickly learned that Citiesville was vastly different from Townsville in many negative ways. It got so bad there, that they decided to quickly pack up and move back to Townsville.
Suffice to say, the city soon received what many consider it to be karma.
Last year, Citiesville was invaded by three Earth Eaters! It was discovered that the Earth Eaters were subterranean, living underground and their diet consisting of earth, rocks and metal. They had been living under the surface of Citiesville for many years, but they quickly became more agitated due to the pollution and tainted material that had seeped into the ground. They became so angry… that their movements and burrowing actually caused the metropolis to be destroyed via intense earthquakes!
The people were evacuated in time, but… their whole city was gone! It had been reduced to complete rubble, the Earth Eaters burrowing from under the streets to completely stomp & demolish everything!
The mayor of the metropolis had demanded military intervention from the government, but he soon discovered something that stunned him and the other displaced citizens of Citiesville. The Earth Eaters were considered to be more peaceful then the other giant monsters that lived on Monster Island in the Pacific Ocean. In fact, some brave kaijuologists- those that studied giant monsters, had reported that the species was more passive then most of the specimens on the island.
It was to be concluded that the noise and pollution from the city was to be blamed for the three Earth Eaters acting so aggressively. But they seemed to have calmed down when Citiesville was completely destroyed, and to have settled there.
And also, they were considered an endangered species… which meant that no harm was to come to them by human hands, lest they be slapped with either a $500,000 fine or to be jailed for ten years at least!
This had stunned, then later enraged the people of Citiesville! But despite all of the complaints and protesting, no one wanted to give aid to them. It would seem that their negative attitudes and behaviors have come to bite them hard in the butt, as they had made enemies of people who did try to live there but could not stomach the pollution there. The pollution that came not just from the physical environment, but from the social and mental aspects that came from the people.
So the former citizens of Citiesville had to live somewhere else, spreading far from the place they used to call home. Many left to other places, but fortunately no one went to Townsville. And ironically, it was the complete destruction of Citiesville that the land started to heal itself though it was slow.
Danny looked down to see the creatures as they were lying in the sun, sleeping as they had their fill of earth for the moment. He smiled a little as he saw this, as the halfa himself had no love of the metropolis either when it existed. His smile soon left, replaced by a determined look as his eyes locked back on target.
He soon arrived at his destination, flying fast over the buildings. Some of the people down below saw him, pointing upward in awe and declaring that it was Danny Phantom. Apparently the halfa hero had some admirers in Townsville. He soon saw the suburb area, and instantly locating the home of the Utoniums. Danny landed in the front yard, going to the door and ringing the doorbell.
The door opened, and standing before him was David and Alice Utonium. Danny was mildly surprised when he saw Bullet and her kids with the people, but he pushed that aside and spoke in a firm tone, "Hey Mr. & Mrs. Utonium! I'm here, so what is going on?".
The young hero was invited inside, Kasia and Matilda scurrying up to be on his left & right shoulders respectively. Danny did not mind, as the young female squirrels were very nice to him.
David spoke in a tone that was a mixture of worry and seriousness, "Danny, to be frank we are not totally sure ourselves. You see, its Miłosz here that can tell you more than we can.". Danny raised his eyebrow at this, looking at the small male flying squirrel who was on the scientist's shoulder.
Instead of explaining with words, the professor turned on the wristwatch translator & asked the young son of Bullet to repeat what he told them earlier. The flying squirrel did just that, the Fenton lad amazed to hear the words being translated and spoken through the device. Alice explained that it was a project that her husband and Bubbles had been working on some time ago, and just now David had finished it.
Once Miłosz had finished explaining everything he saw, Danny was perplexed now that he was caught up. He put his left hand to his chin in a thinking pose, thought for some moments then stated, "I believe that Maria and the girls were sucked into a portal. Doesn't sound like a natural ghost portal though, as they are a different color & do not have a suction capability. The problem is… we don't know if the portal is one that takes them through time, through dimensions or just a space one that may have just sent them to another part of the globe.".
Mr. Utominum thought on what Danny just put forth, then said in a professional tone, "You may be right Danny. And we need to go to the area and see if we can find anything, maybe a faint trace or energy signal of some kind. I have some devices in the lab that were made to detect portal energy, but we'll have to deduce on our own what kind of portal it was.".
Alice added in, "We need to get started then as soon as possible! Also, we need to keep this a secret as much as possible. Who knows what will happen if any of the girls enemies learn that they are no longer here?".
The men saw that the little lady had a point there. Should the enemies of Maria and the PPG learn of their disappearance, it would put Townsville into jeopardy! Danny stated in a serious tone, "Agreed. And when we do find enough evidence, I'll call my family and let them know of the situation. Maria's family too, of course.".
The Utonium couple nodded their heads, going back inside the house with Danny following them. What the people did not know was that someone DID hear the conversation… but it was not a human, rather an animal. Hiding in one of the red bushes underneath the front window was a large, fluffy pink bunny with blue eyes. It had a large, rather rotund body shape & also a simple black collar around its neck.
However… this was no ordinary bunny… it was Cuddly Bunny, the spoiled she-rabbit from the dastardly group known as the Fluffy Bunch!
The Fluffy Bunch was a trio of animals that were quite adorable and cute on the outside… but their true nature was that of evil and cunning to rob others blind & commit many other kinds of crime! The leader of the bunch is Fluffy Kitty, a kitten with light-green colored eyes, light-cream colored fur with brown fur at the tips of the tail and paws, plus brown marks on her cheeks that gave her the appearance of a tiger. While she did look quite precious, she was actually mean-spirited and spoiled badly.
Cuddly Bunny was nicer than her cohorts, but very much spoiled and quite greedy. And despite the cuteness, she was quite intelligent and cunning.
The last member of the group is Puppy Wuppy, the only male member of the team & a Dalmatian pup that lacked any of the spots. Like his companions, he is spoiled and mean plus had a taste of the rarer things in life. He is physically stronger than the others, but was often absent-minded & got smacked a lot of Fluffy Kitten.
In the past, the Bunch had managed to rob Townsville blind as the citizens fell for their cuteness act & often let them get away with criminal acts. The PPG had been powerless to stop them since the citizens were against them. However… they did come up with a clever plan to get deliver justice to the deceiving animals, which was in the form of being nearly loved to death by the kids of Pokey Oaks Kindergarten school!
The Fluffy Bunch did manage to get away, but it would be some time before they would come back to Townsville.
Cuddly Bunny amazingly looked exactly the same as she did all those years ago. The only difference was the collar she wore around her neck. But… if one could see more closely, they would see that the collar had a name written in red letters that showed- CHOLERA, and on both sides of the name were runes that were NOT of mortal design!
The pink rabbit had managed to hear everything from the humans, halfa and super-powered animals. She grinned nastily and whispered to herself, "Now this is news indeed! I shall report back to my Master! I bet he can make use of this information!". The creature's collar glowed as the names and runes lit up in an ominous red color, and quickly a swirling red portal appeared on the ground in front of her!
With a small gleeful cackle, she hopped into it and the portal quickly vanished from existence…
~Back at the SWAT Kats universe~
Many hours had now passed in the universe ruled by anthro cats, the sun now setting as twilight soon fell on MegaKat City. The sun was slowly sinking down into the horizon, the skies being slowly replaced by a darkness that was like velvet, covering the world like a blanket. And appearing in the dark skies was the slowly rising moon in a crescent shape & twinkling stars like diamonds in the sky.
The citizens still roamed the streets; many going to the movies, some going to the parks & some hitting certain stores that only opened with the coming of night. The only unusual sight for the citizens were that Enforcer vehicles were patrolling the streets, more so then normal which had some of them wondering on what they were doing out in so great a number now.
The scene shifts to the MegaKat City Salvage Yard, the place where many a metallic scrap and junk go to either rust away or be turned into something else. And right now, someone was eyeing the place from a small distance. It was Maria, as she and the PPG were near the site.
The four had been quite active these past hours; dodging the eyes of the Enforcer patrols, sticking to the alleyways and also swiping some food from vendors on the street. They did not find any kind of satisfaction in their actions, as it made them feel like the criminals that they hunted in their world. But for the moment, they had little choice in the matter as this was base survival for them. But they did promise to pay the vendors when the opportunity came in the future.
Maria whispered to her charges, "That looks like a suitable place to hole up in until we can figure out what to do.".
The PPG kittens showed expressions of doubt on their faces as they beheld the immense salvage yard. Blossom looked to her friend/sister and inquired, "Maria, are you sure? I mean… this looks like something from those old cartoons you used to show us. I think it went by the name of… ah, of Heathcliff and the Cadillac Cats.".
The halfa heroine sighed and replied in a resigned tone, "I know, I know. But we have little choice here. We're still being hunted, and right now this place has what we need. It's large enough for us to hide in, and also out of the way of others. I'm sorry that it's not quite acceptable, but we have to make do with what we have to work with.".
The young superheroines realized that Maria was right entirely, so making sure that no one spotted them, the four went into the large scrap-filled area. They soon saw that the place was more or less like an immense labyrinth, with many crushed cars and other vehicles piled on high in rows. The four navigated as best they could, but soon it forced one of them to use their powers.
Bubbles flew up high over the place, scanning the area quickly so that she can do her task swiftly so that no one could spot her. She soon saw a spot amongst the junk that was clear enough for them to settle in. She waved to them, then flew over to said location with the others following on foot while keeping an eye on her.
When they finally made it, the group saw that the area was clear enough from the junk and also far from the entrance/exit of the place. Bubbles came back down to the ground, Maria patting her head gently and telling her she did excellent which made the cute kitten smile in pride. The halfa heroine spoke to her charges, "Okay ladies, let's set up camp. Buttercup, you and Blossom get dinner ready. Me and Bubbles will head out of the junkyard to get some branches so we can make a fire.".
The PPG nodded their heads in agreement, Maria going to Bubbles and scooping her up in her arms. She then turned the both of them invisible, rocketed upwards and away from the area. Blossom and Buttercup set their packs down, the moonlight and stars providing some light for them as they got out their stuff. They also got out some leftover hot dogs & hamburgers that they managed to swipe earlier, just enough for all of them.
In only three minutes, Maria and Bubbles had returned back to their spot as they sported some small branches with leaves on them. They had spotted a forest that was a small distance from their location, but had utilized super speed to go to & from the place and back again. Maria made a small pit by using a fraction of her spirit-enhanced strength, tossing in the branches and Blossom lighting it using her Eye-Laser Beam technique.
Soon, a small fire was roaring as they young women got close to it for warmth. Each of them held either a hot dog or hamburger, and all said at the same time, "Thank you Lord for this food, thank you God that we are all together. Help us through our times of need, and let us follow you in all that we do. Amen.". After the prayer was said, they started to eat.
As they ate in silence for a bit, Buttercup was the one who broke the silence as she looked to the adult of the group and asked in a worried tone, "Maria… do you think we'll get home?".
Miss Neverdomski paused in her eating, looked to the black kitten for a bit before sending her eyes upward towards the heavens. She spoke in a soft but determined tone, "I believe so Buttercup. It may take some time and doing… but I believe that we will get home. God will guide us through these troubled time now, and we must believe.".
The PPG absorbed her words, the children also Christians like Maria was. Right now, they could only rely on faith to see them through this particular endeavor. Bubbles snuggled up to Maria on her left side and whispered, "I hope so. I already miss Mom and Dad so much…".
Maria held her close, saying that she missed them too. Blossom soon snuggled up on her right side, and Buttercup soon nestled in her lap. The halfa heroine held the kittens in her arms, using the large blanket they were going to use for their picnic earlier to wrap around herself and the little ones. The adorable little ones were soon fast asleep, the events of today taking a toll on them.
The young she-kat stayed up, on guard with her senses on full alert. She kept watch, the fire slowly dying down and the wind slightly picking up a little. Maria looked up to the stars, seeing the crescent moon now high in the sky. Her thoughts drifted back to her family, her friends… and a certain halfa whose face seemed to appear on the moon.
She whispered to herself, "Danny… I do hope to see you again…". She wrapped the blanket tighter around her and the kittens, trying to bring warmth to them. Hours passed, and soon at 11:00 p.m., Maria was soon sound asleep.
As soft snoring came from the piled-up kittens… two shadows rose up! A large one, and a lanky one. It appears that the four were now spotted, but were too much into sleep to notice! The shadows got closer to them… and one can only wonder who they were, and what they would do to the visitors from another universe!
~Outro; credits & song Somewhere Out There~
The music plays as the screen is black, then shows a scene where a bedroom was at. The credits rolled upwards from the right side of the screen, going from the bottom all the way to the top. It was a simple bedroom with a dresser and old-school TV set. On the bed, covered in a large blanket, are Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. They are in their anthro forms, snuggled together cutely as they are asleep in their new pajamas. The camera focuses on them for some moments, than slowly pans to the right to show someone looking out a window. Said window showed that it was nighttime, the stars shining brightly in the sky.
The being sitting near the window on a stool was Maria in her anthro kat form, also in some new pajamas as well. As the song lyrics came up, the camera slowly transitioned to show the face of Maria. Her eyes showed longing and sadness, looking through the window. The scene changed so that everyone could see what she was seeing, which was MegaKat City. The lights of the city were aglow, showing much activity there. The city was shown for several moments, than panned upwards towards the starry sky.
The camera changed to show Maria's face, a lone tear coming down her face.
The camera zoomed in slowly on her face for a few moments, than changed immediately to show the sky full of stars and a full moon.
After some moments, the camera switched and lowered down to show the house of the PPG. Three people could be seen from the middle window of the room on the top floor. The camera switched to show a close-up of the window, and it showed an older Danny Fenton on the left, Mrs. Alice Keane-Utonium in the middle and Mr. David Utonium on the right.
The camera showed David hugging Alice close, both showing extreme concern on their faces. Alice held her husband close, a tear slipping from their eyes as they showed they missed their daughters very much.
The camera than panned towards Danny, who was also looking worried as he looked at the moon. The camera soon changed to show said celestial object, and zooming into towards the silver orb. Soon, the face of Maria appeared in it but in her human form.
It soon changed back to show Danny, the scene now becoming wavy to indicate that something was taking place in an imagination realm. The scene becomes entirely black, than it shows Danny and Maria hugging each other lovingly and tightly. The scene stays like this for a few moments, than both images fade but the scene is still entirely black.
Appearing in a fade-in was Maria, who was still in her anthro form. She was still looking down, until someone appeared to wrap their arms around her. The camera showed that it was Danny, but in an anthro form as well! He had black fur, a white t-shirt on, blue jeans on & also a long black tail. He looked to be done in the body form of Jake. His tail wrapped and intertwined around Maria's own tail.
The two hugged one another lovingly, than something happened. The image appeared to shrink in size slightly, and appearing underneath it on the right-hand corner was Maria. It seemed that this was a night-dream sequence of sort. As Anthro-Maria appeared, so did Danny across from her. The image of him and Maria in her human form appeared above him, the two images directly opposite of one another.
The four images were shown like a formation of a square, in the middle as the moon as the credits rolled on by and finished up along with the song.

(Author's Notes: And… cut! That is it for this chapter! Whew… the last chapter for the year 2022! Not too shabby!
Before I say or do anything else, I wish to give praise and honor to the Lord. God, thank you for helping me with this story. And also Jesus Christ, help me and them to stand firm with you. To stand firm and strong against certain others who try to bring us down, who try to manipulate us & try to conform us to a world/society/culture that we just do not agree with at all.
Well everyone, I hope that you have all enjoyed 2022. Myself… it's been a very mixed bag for me, many ups & many downs. But thanks to the Lord, I have managed to make it this far & I do not intend to give up or give in to negativity or poison! I will continue to do what I can for my family, for my friends… but most importantly for the Lord!
I hope to resume my own stories in the future. Until then, will work on certain projects I have promised to do for certain Authors who have asked me to do them. It will take a while, but hopefully I can get them all done soon & then work on my own stories. Wish me blessings, please! I prefer blessings, not luck.
