After Dr. Whale did all he could for Regina Mills, he made his way out of her room. Killian, Emma, and David were waiting outside the two rooms for the news to get back on both Mary Margaret and Regina's condition. The three sat on the hospital bench, waiting anxiously for the doctor to say something. "They will be alright but even with Emma's healing capabilities, both are still hurt and barely recovering. If Emma hadn't saved them the exact second she did, they would be dead right now. Both are incredibly weak. If they don't get better soon, they could hospitalized for weeks."

David sighed in distress as Emma just smiled in relief. "They will be okay." Emma whispered.

Killian who sat close to her, rubbed her back. "It will be alright, love. They're okay."

"You can see them anytime. Just let them get rest. They truly need it." Whale replied.

Once Dr.Whale said that, Emma heard the voice of her son. "Mom!" She looked in the direction of the voice to see Zelena and Henry walking down the hallway toward the group. "Oh, mom!" He ran to her as she stood up from her seat.

"Henry!" She then raced to hug her son. As they both smiled, they embraced each other. Joyful tears stained their cheeks as they both remained in a hug. It made them feel so happy to actually see one another in person and know the other was okay. "I'm so glad you're alright but grandma and mom, are they-"

"They need their rest but I think they are going to be okay." Emma replied.

Henry smiled. "That's all that matters."

"So I can see my sister?" Zelena asked. Emma let go of Henry, glared at her and nodded.

Henry paced behind Zelena as she opened her sister's room door and stepped inside. Henry found Emma dart in front of him, standing in the door way. "Stay away from Regina, kid."

"She's hurt, mom."

He tried pushing her out of the way but she stood her ground. "Exactly. I don't want you to see her in that state."

"I can handle it. I'm sixteen! I want to see mom. I haven't seen her in over a year! Please!" He pleaded as he became emotional and angry. He started screaming and hitting Emma like a bad tempered child. "I want to see mom!" Emma began physically fighting him away.

"Henry, calm down." Emma said. As seconds passed, Henry finally became quiet and still.

Emma sighed and then let him pass; hoping she wouldn't regret her move. "Alright, Henry."

Tears of sadness formed in Henry's eyes as he saw his adoptive mother lay helplessly in the hospital bed. Her skin looked clammy and pale. Zelena gasped just as David did with Snow. The woman held her hand to her mouth in shock that her sister looked the way she did. All they heard was shallow breathing and the steady heart monitor. The moment Henry made it to Regina's side, he ran out of the room, practically in tears. "Henry!" Emma responded grabbing his hand to usher him to come back. "I'm sorry."

"Where's grandma?" Henry's voice echoed in Emma's ears as he stood outside Regina's room, looking away.

She calmly took his hand toward the room beside them. "Come here."

They both walked in to see David holding the hand of his wife, sitting in a chair beside her. The woman was still in a coma. Even now, the woman looked so weak it was unbearable to even look at her. The only thing they could hear was the heartbeat on the monitor and David's soft cries.

As Henry turned from the sight of his grandma, tears streamed down his cheeks. "Mom." He frighteningly reached for Emma. She scooped him in her arms as he sobbed. "What happened?"

"Henry, I don't want to talk about it. We found each other and we will be okay. That is all that matters." Tears now trickled down Emma's cheeks.

Killian stood by listening to Henry and her. He quietly put a hand on Emma's shoulder. She flinched at his touch which worried him deeply. "Swan, I know this is hard. I'm here for you, love. We all are."

She smiled as she let her hand rest on his. "Thanks, Killian. I've missed you, so much." She now leaned her head on his chest as she fell into his warm body, hoping it would last forever. For a year, she wanted nothing more than to find Killian. All she wanted was Hook to finally hold her in his arms and tell her everything would be okay.

Day 3:

Almost three days of sitting in the dark and cold with no food and water felt like an eternity to Regina. She was starving and was so dehydrated she felt as if her body was going to give out any moment. She felt as if she was going to pass out from exhaustion, starvation, and malnutrition. She knew if she didn't get water soon she would die. Am I just going to die like this? Is anyone going to come for me?

Suddenly, she heard a door open and footsteps come from the stairs. Jefferson turned the light on and stood in front of her. She felt uncomfortable as he stared coldly back into her eyes. All she could see as she looked in his eyes was resentment and above all anger. She recognized the familiar look on his face. It was the same look she gave at Snow, just pure rage and longing for revenge. This absolutely terrified her because she had no idea what he was capable of. Regina then shifted her eyes to see a bottle of water and a plate with some food in his hands. He walked to her, bent over, and placed the food and water down on the concrete ground in front of her. They both said nothing as moved behind her untie the gag. She then shakily grabbed the bottle from the ground, twisted the cap off, put it to her mouth and started to drink. "You're not so powerful now, your majesty." The man said as she now stared at him, annoyed. He moved her plate forward so she weakly took and ate a bit of food.

After only eating half of it, he ushered her to get up. She barely could stand on her feet. She leaned against the wall as her legs felt fragile under her body weight. "What-" she catched her breath as she stared back at him. "What the hell happened to you?" She feared his answer. The old Jefferson I knew would never have this in him to hurt another like this, even if it was me.

"I lost everything. I lost my daughter and the Evil Queen did that to me."

After he said that, he unlocked her chains with a key and led her to a small bathroom. He gave her new clothes to change into after ushering her to take a shower. "You think I'm going to wear anything you give me, Jefferson?"

"You wear it!" He demanded.

"You aren't listening. I'm not wearing it." She scoffed as he put the clothes on the countertop.

"You wear that or you wear nothing." She gruffled at him as she went into the bathroom, slamming the door in anger. She yelled in frustration and then turned to look at the mirror. She gasped hard as she saw her reflection. Regina was now soaked in own stench and dark circles formed under her eyes. She was slightly underweight and felt as if she lacked energy. It pained her to see herself like that. I hope no one will ever see me like this. I hope Mary Margaret and Emma aren't going through the same experience. She gradually got her dirty clothes off, turned the shower on, and got in. As she took the cool shower, the water felt so nice on her skin but she trembled from the cold. Lightheadedness came, and she slowly bent down to sit but only passed out from weakness.

She got out after she regained consciousness. It took a lot of strength even to change into her clothes again. After changing, she walked out of the bathroom, and met Jefferson outside. As soon as she opened the door, she pushed him out of the way with the rest of her strength she had left and bolted toward the stairs. She paused though as soon as she heard a click of a gun. She slowly turned to see the man a few feet away holding a pistol and pointing it straight at her. "I'll shoot you, Regina and I'll shoot Mary Margaret too if you don't cooperate. If you take another step, I will hurt you both!"

Regina sighed, turned and then stepped closer to the Mad Hatter. "Mary Margaret is innocent. Don't-"

He moved his head and glanced toward where the chains were. "Get back over there before you'll regret it."

"So you're playing ruff? I never knew you had it in you!" She spat harshly.

"Oh, I do because the Evil Queen made it that way and now you'll pay for her crimes." He responded.

"I'm not that person anymore. That was a version of me. It isn't the real me." She replied. "At least not anymore."

Jefferson chuckled. "I don't care. She is still part of you which means you will suffer for it, far worse than a swift shot of a gun." He then continued to hold her at gunpoint until she made her way back to where he would chain her.

"I hate you." She spoke as he locked the chains around her once again.

He gave a malicious smile. "I know and I hate you."
