Mary Margaret and her husband sat at the table silently at their apartment. It had been three days since they all had returned from the hospital and now they were trying their best to continue on normally.

Neal, who was now a toddler, sat in the middle of the room, playing with his toys and laughing. "He really has grown so much and he doesn't even realize I'm his mother." Her voice broke.

"Hey. He needs some time adjusting. For most of his life, his mother had been gone."

"Yeah because Jefferson ripped him away from me! He ripped you away from me!" She stated.

David sighed. "I know. I know."

She chuckled in annoyance. "That is exactly the problem! You don't know!" There was long drawn out silence until she spoke again. "I was there doing nothing. I laid in bed for hours, days even. It was like I wasn't alive. It was like my life had stopped. I was alone in a room for practically all my time there. Alone in one room asking myself every single day if I'd ever see you again. If I would ever see Neal again. If my daughter would die. If Regina would die. If I would die. If I should attack the man who kept me there or just never attack because he could hurt me or my daughter? I realized that I wasn't Snow White anymore because I didn't attack because I couldn't. I was afraid of what he might do. I didn't want him to kill me because I knew I'd never see you or Neal ever again. My fear controlled me. My intrusive thoughts had so much control over me."

At once their daughter came in, shutting the door behind her. "Hey."

"Hey." David said slowly.

"Is everything okay?" Emma asked.

Snow cleared her throat. "Everything's fine." She lied.

Emma looked concerned as she felt tension between her parents. "You wanted to talk to me about something?"

"Yes. It is about everything that's been going on and all." Her father spoke. "I think it would be a good idea if you all talk to Dr. Hopper."

"Oh come on, therapy?"

He shook his head, yes. "Like I told Snow it could help."

"Nothing can change our state we are in, not even therapy. It's not going to change a single thing!"

"I think the three of you need to at least try it." David replied.

Emma responded. "No!"

"Emma, I'm planning on doing it so I think it would be best if we all do it together." Snow told her daughter.

Emma rolled her eyes. "I don't want therapy, mom and I know Regina wouldn't want it ether. She's been going through so much and-"

"We are all going through a lot. Emma, there hasn't been a day that's gone by since I've had peaceful sleep. I've been having nightmares since I've been back. It's the same moment over and over when Jefferson hurt me for the first time. I feel like it's slowly destroying me." She paused and sighed. "I think if there is even a possibility therapy will help, then we should take it. I was hoping you would listen to your father and do it with me. If anything do it for me, your mother."

Emma sighed. "Alright, fine but just one session." She said as she opened the apartment door and went out slamming the door behind her.

Day 150:

Snow White watched Jefferson carefully as he paced into her room. "I want to see Regina! It's been too long." She said hoping he would let her see her friend.

"Are you sure? She looks different than before." He mocked. "She's even closer to death."

Snow protested. "She doesn't deserve this!"

"This is interesting coming from the woman who the Evil Queen tried killing countless times. Why stick up for her when she did those horrible things? She seeked revenge on you for years!"

"Because she's changed and she's my friend. Your daughter died and I'm sorry but Regina is not the culprit her other half, the Evil Queen, is."

"You don't think the Evil Queen still exists? You don't think there's still evil inside of her somewhere?"

Snow sighed, and then shook her head, no. "Not anymore."

"I'm going to prove you wrong, Snow White!" He yelled as he pushed her out the door into the hallway.

"You are coming with me to see the Queen!" He grabbed her by the back of her shirt and harshly dragged her down two flights of stairs and into the basement.

"What are you doing? Don't hurt her!" Snow heard Regina yelling in panic as Mary Margaret caught herself at the end of the steps, out of breath. Jefferson turned on the lights and then stood beside Mary Margaret. "I will! I will if you don't confess!"

"Confess to what?"

"That you murdered innocent people! That you destroyed this woman's life!"

"I did! I did kill innocent people. I did ruin her life and I shouldn't have. It was so wrong. I understand it was wrong. I wish I could take it back but I can't."

"I want you to admit to us you are the Evil Queen. You are just as cruel now as years ago."

"I won't admit something that isn't true, psycho!"

He now grabbed Mary Margaret out of Regina's reach. He held her head up in his arms ready to snap her neck. "Admit it!"

Regina cried. "Don't do this!"

"We both know begging doesn't work with me anymore!" He looked back at Snow. "Admit it and I won't hurt her!"

"Go to hell, you bastard!" She screamed. His anger grew as he let Snow go, causing her to fall to the ground beneath, gasping for breath. He then took a knife from his pocket and plunged it into Snow White's shoulder, twisting the knife into her flesh. Her scream was heart wrenching as she felt a sharp pain in her shoulder blade. Blood poured out of her shoulder and trickled down her arm. He then ripped the blade out, allowing blood to flow out of her shoulder.

"Tell me that you are still her! Confess! Admit you still like death and you like the power!"

"Not anymore!"

"Why can't you accept that you are still the Evil Queen?"

"Because fool, I've changed."

"No! No you haven't!"

"I help her if you admit it! I stab her other shoulder if you don't!"

"There's nothing to admit!" She screamed.

At those words, Mary Margaret gasped in fear as the man held the knife over the other shoulder and was about to stab her again until Regina ran toward them in chains, stopping as they grew tight. "I admit it!"

"Admit what?"

"I still want the power and I like the power!" She screamed, breathing rapidly, as tears of anger streamed down her face. "I'm going to kill you after this is over!" She yelled in fury and hate.

"The Queen came back! I knew it could be done!" He mocked the woman.

I thought my stepmother changed. She's my friend, my best friend. We love each other now. How could she still be like this? How could she still feel this way after everything we have been through? Snow thought.

Mary Margaret now stared deep in Regina's eyes. Regina could tell instantly, Snow was heartbroken by her words.

"Mary Margaret-" her voice broke as she stared back. Her eyes full of hate turned into saddened ones as she saw Snow glare back at her. "I'm sorry. Emma knows. She's the only one who knew until now but I'd rather suffer than see pain on the ones I care about."

Snow's left shoulder was covered in blood from her injury. "I thought you changed, Regina."

Tears of sadness washed over Regina as she saw Snow's face full of tears and stained blood.

"I'm so sorry, Snow." She whimpered. "I should have admitted it to you and to myself sooner. There's still darkness in me." The Hatter now grabbed Mary Margaret and dragged her back upstairs.
