Time for another chapter. Much longer than the last few, I promise lol.

"So…" Crue sipped at his drink, looking at the three before him. Scarlet, Sage and Neptune each shared a similar expression of wide, disbelieving eyes and hands gripping their heads as their elbows rested on the table of the dingy tavern they were sat in.

He would have gone to the Skillful, but he didn't think it was the best idea after what he did with the Hana Guild. He probably got rid of half their customers. "Thoughts?" Crue asked.

The three Huntsmen grabbed their drinks in unison and put them to their lips, draining them without pause until they were completely empty. A triple "Pah!" of relief, before they were slammed to the table.

Loud questions and statements of disbelief bombarded Crue, who leaned back as he winced, his ears flattening down in response to the noise. He quickly waved his hands in front of the group to calm them down.

"One at a time! Jesus!" "Is he from your world too?" Scarlet's question was the last one that came through before everyone quietened down. Crue opened his mouth to answer, holding up a finger, before realising what the question actually was.

"That… is something I'm not ready to get into yet. Not because it's a secret or anything, just cause I feel like I won't be able to do it justice." His answer seemed to sate them, for now.

"Ok, so obviously you've got questions. Just, for the love of God, one at a time, and fucking quietly." Crue requested. Though the glare he was giving them suggested it was a request that would be violently enforced.

SSN nodded in acceptance, glancing at each other and whispering, discussing what questions to ask. Crue tried to pretend he couldn't hear them, leaning back in the booth and drinking heavily from his cider. "Alright." Neptune cleared his throat, putting his hands on the table and intertwining them.

"Were we the main characters?" "DUDE!" Scarlet and Sage both glared at Neptune, who suddenly shrunk in his seat as Crue's forehead slammed against the table, rattling the glasses.

"You're unbelievable." The Faunus sighed, wishing he had gotten something stronger. "What did I say the show was called?" He asked, head still pressed against the table.

"RWBY." Neptune sighed. Crue lifted his head from the table, looking to the S's of SSN.

"Maybe you two handle the questions, huh?" He asked. They seemed to agree, if the way they frowned at Neptune was any indication.

"Alright, let's say we believe all of this." Scarlet spoke up, waving his hand around to show exactly what he thought of 'all of this'. "That you're not from Remnant. That, some godly asshole brought you here against your will."

"Can you prove it?" His green eyes stared at Crue, as the man let out a sigh.

"Yeah, but that will require me embarrassing Mr. Main Character over here." Crue nodded to Neptune as he spoke. His blue eyes widened, but before he could say anything, Sage slapped a hand across his mouth.

"That seems acceptable." His yellow eyes glanced at Neptune, crinkled upward in a smile. The blue boy shook his head frantically.

"Right, Neptune." Crue sat up a bit straighter to look at him properly. Neptune flinched, looking back, eyes full of concern.

"Where was I during the dance?" A sound of confusion came from beneath Sage's palm. Muffled words were spoken, before Neptune glanced down at hand still covering his mouth. His blue eyes frowned at Sage, who removed it with an apology.

"Bleh." Neptune rubbed his mouth on his sleeve. "But, anyway, I didn't see you at the dance at all."

"Yeah, that's cause I was off punching Cinder in her stupid face." The group shared a smile at that, and Crue felt something warm inside. Finally, people he could talk to that wanted to put Cinder sixty feet under almost as much as he did.

Next to him on the plush seats was his Wolf helm. He had explained that to them as well, and they seemed to accept it easily. "Yeah, so while I was off doing that, I happen to know exactly what went on during the dance. At least, in regards to you."

"You were off on a balcony, having a talk with Jaune about-" "OK I BELIEVE YOU!" Neptune suddenly exclaimed, laughing awkwardly as his eyes suddenly darted between his teammates. They looked at him suspiciously, before turning to Crue, almost expectantly.

He sighed. "Look, I can't tell you what happened if he hasn't told you." He jabbed a finger at Neptune, still somewhat annoyed about him ditching Weiss because he couldn't dance. "The fact that I have this knowledge, about shit I shouldn't, means I've witnessed a lot of personal stuff involving people I now care about. I've known secrets about people I just met since I woke up in Beacon, and I have refused to tell anyone anything."

His words seemed to calm Sage and Scarlet, as they nodded with a begrudging respect. Even if they didn't believe the claims he made, they could understand why he wouldn't want to share secrets about people he cared about.

"Wait you care about me?" Neptune asked, more surprised by that than anything else.

"Yeah? Why wouldn't I?" Crue's face scrunched up, as if Neptune had just insulted him. "I consider you a friend, we went out drinking together, and from what you've told me you've been looking after Pyrrha." He nodded to the others. "Same goes for yous two."

There was a communal 'aww' that had Crue growing a surprising blush. "Softy." Sage chuckled.

"On second thought I take it back. I care for none of you." Crue groaned, but his bluff was seen through as though it was made of glass. "Thank God Sun isn't here. He'd be giving me one of those one armed hugs of his, and then I'd have to slam him into the table."

It wasn't necessarily a threat to their leader, more a fact, as SSN was well aware of what happened when someone went near Crue's neck without his knowledge. "Oh, wait!" Neptune suddenly clicked his fingers.

"You can tell us about Sun!" Neptune looked to his teammates. "It's not a secret he went to Vale early, and we all know what happened. But, you said you got here just before the second semester started."

"But, wouldn't Team RWBY have told him about what happened?" Scarlet pointed at Crue as he said it. "He should know all about it."

"You're right, but also the only one there with Sun was Blake. She's not really the talkative sort." Sage brought a hand to his chin.

"Ok, ok." Crue waved his hands. "Ruby told me some of what happened, but only when she got to the docks to fight Torchwick- I say fight, when she got blasted almost immediately by him- wow. Maybe it's a good thing I only got here before Volume 2."

Crue glanced at the table, wondering how different some of his relationships would be if he had arrived any earlier. He had forgotten about that part until now. Well, he was dating Roman's 'totally-not-daughter' so he'd consider that payback enough.

"I'll tell you what I know, and if it lines up well enough, hopefully you'll believe me." He took a breath and a gulp from his drink, as SSN waited expectantly.

"Ok, so, started off when Sun got off the ship he had stowed away on. Someone called him a 'no-good stowaway' and he said 'Hey! I'm a great stowaway, a no-good stowaway would've been caught!' Then RWBY started chasing him because he was a criminal, and also he winked at Blake, not sure if that was cause he was flirting or cause he knew she was a Faunus, probably both. But he got away because they ran into Penny. Literally."

The three nodded, clearly what he was saying adding up with Sun's account of the story. "After that… it mostly focused on Blake and Weiss arguing about the White Fang, Blake ran, and Sun found her in front of the fountain with her bow off. Flirted with her, again."

Crue was certain Blake had never told any of Team RWBY that particular part of what happened after she fled, though he wasn't sure Sun would have mentioned it either. "After that…" Crue concentrated, trying to remember.

"Blake and Sun went to this little cafe place, where she finally talked to him after like, two days, I think? Anyway, she explained some things to him, that I'm not entirely sure you already know or not so I'm just going to err on the side of caution and say they were important and a secret."

It was clearly the same thing Sun had said to them, if the way they had crossed their arms and nodded in acceptance was anything to go by. "After that, they went to the docks to stake out the place and hopefully not catch any White Fang doing illegal things."

"They did not." Crue held out a hand with a 'what-can-you-do' expression. "Some showed up, and then Roman Torchwick did as well. Blake put her sword to throat and asked the White Fang why they were taking orders from a Human. Can't remember exactly what he said, but, uh, things went to shit pretty quickly."

"Blake started fighting, was doing alright but there was too many of them, then Sun jumped in and pushed Torchwick's hat down on his head. He kicked some serious ass, and fought pretty on par with Torchwick thanks to his gunchucks." Crue made a few motions, as if he was trying to mimic Sun's actions.

It would've looked better if he had any idea how to use nunchucks in the first place, but SSN got the idea. "I think after that Ruby showed up with Penny. Ruby got put out of the fight early, Penny jumped in to also kick some ass, and carved a Bullhead in two. All of the White Fang and a dinosaur fell out of-" "Wait a what?"

Scarlet had held up his hand in confusion. "Oh, sometimes the animators would hide a dinosaur in some of the shots as like, an easter egg. I doubt that actually happened here, though." Crue explained, remembering seeing the 'RWBY Raptor'.

"No, I mean what's a 'dinosaur'." Scarlet asked.

Crue's eye twitched, as he saw Neptune and Sage share looks of confusion. "Do not fucking tell me you don't know what Dinosaurs are when I fought a God damn Grimm Spinosaurus!" His hand gripped his hair as his eyes went wide.

Did no one on Remnant know what dinosaurs were? Oobleck was an archaeologist, but that was different to a palaeontologist. "Never heard of them. Or a, spine-oh-sore-us." Neptune apologised.

"I think Elm called it a Spinetrap. Or a Spinomaw, or something. Can't believe you guys don't have fucking dinosaurs. What the hell." He slumped back in the booth, unusually upset about the fact.

He was a dinosaur nerd as a kid, and still one in general. They might not have even existed in Remnant to begin with. "Actually, wait, that might help." Crue suddenly sat up, grabbing his Scroll. He opened his gallery and scrolled down as fast as he could, not focusing on the shocked expressions of SSN.

He continued to scroll until he had reached the point where his pictures had started being taken on Remnant.

Despite the fact this would help prove his words, he hesitated. He hadn't looked at these images for a while. They reminded him that he was no longer in his world, that everyone he had ever known was lost to him.

Steeling himself, he scrolled through the pictures, looking for a specific image. He found it, and turned his Scroll around triumphantly. "This, is a dinosaur." SSN leaned, squishing against each other to get a better look.

The image showed a strange, skeletal creature with bones that nearly reached the ceiling. It had a long neck that led to an elongated skull with some dangerous looking teeth. In the foreground, was a hand holding out the middle finger to it.

"I think that just raises more questions." Sage finally spoke up. The hand holding the Scroll drooped, as Crue cursed. "I mean, I can kinda see the shape of a Spinomaw, but, why are you flipping it off?"

"Cause it killed the T-Rex. Just realised that makes even less sense." Crue sighed, bringing his Scroll back and, almost instinctively, swiping his thumb across it. A picture of a bridge that he recognised was the next thing he saw.

"Wait. Duh." He slapped a hand against his face. "I have loads of pictures from my world. Have you guys ever seen this before?" He held the Scroll up. The image on screen was of a metallic white bridge, part of the structure going high into the sky while several cables ran diagonally up to it.

"No." "Never." "Kinda looks like a harp." Were the responses.

"That's cause it's meant to be a harp." Crue explained. "It's called the Samuel Beckett Bridge. And I can bet you there's nothing like that in Remnant." He took his scroll back, quickly flicking through pictures to find more landmarks of Dublin.

He tried to ignore the pictures of his friends, as he searched for anything that would help. If he had a picture of the moon, his moon, it would probably be the nail in the coffin for their belief. But, unfortunately trying to take a picture of the moon with a phone camera was often an exercise in futility.

As he was searching, the Scarlet spoke up. "So, while we're still trying to believe you're not from Remnant, can we talk about the stuff currently going on with you on Remnant?"

"Hm? Oh, yeah sure." Crue nodded, glancing up while continuing to scroll, occasionally stopping to show a location or statue to the three. "Uh, what do you want to know?"

"How about the fact we found you in an abandoned mansion full of dead people?" Sage asked, leaning his body towards Crue.

"Right into it then, fuck. Uh, yeah so…" He let a breath blow past his lips. "I can turn into a werewolf when my Aura breaks."

"What the Hell is a werewolf?" The three said as one. In response, Crue slammed his head down on the table.

"How do you guys not have werewolves- wait." He thought about it. Considering Faunus already exist, werewolves might be thought of as an unflattering stereotype or racist caricature, like that one cat in the Aristocats.

"Uh, I'm shite at drawing so I probably can't show you, and I sure as hell don't want to turn into it here." He rapped his fingers on the table, trying to think. "Imagine a Beowulf. An Alpha. But, take away the bone armour, make it bigger and brown fur. I think, I'm not exactly… aware of what I'm doing when I turn into it."

Scarlet, Sage and Neptune each looked equally horrified. "You turn into a Grimm when your Aura breaks?!" Neptune said through clenched teeth, looking at Crue as though he might transform at any moment.

"Not a Grimm!" Crue growled out, his voice suddenly sounding much deeper. The Faunus blinked once, leaning back into the chair and bringing a hand to his throat in surprise. He coughed, clearing his throat as SSN pushed against the table, putting themselves as far away as they could within their respective chairs.

"Uh hem." He cleared his throat once more. "That… was a little concerning."

"A little?" Scarlet asked, eyebrows raised in disbelief.

"Look, this is still new to me as well. The first time this shit happened was Beacon-" Crue cut himself, scowling at the table for bringing up bad memories. The others fell silent at the reminder of what had happened.

"Pyr told us what happened on the tower." Neptune said softly, watching as Crue's hands curled into fists. "She said you fell from the sky and started fighting like Hell. So, thanks for saving my cousin."

"Yeah well I could've done better- SHE'S YOUR COUSIN!?" Crue's eye went wide, jaw dropping as if this was mind blowing information.

"Dude. That's like, weaksauce compared to what you've been telling us." Neptune shook his head with a small laugh. "Different worlds, Gods and Monsters, and you think me being related to Pyrrha is the biggest thing we've brought up."

"I mean, for me it is." Crue gestured with a hand to Neptune. "This is the first I'm hearing of it."

"Well, we didn't really hang out much at Beacon, or at least not while you were in the same room as us." Neptune shrugged. "Anyway, what about what happened after that white light came from Ruby's eyes?"

"Woke up three days later and saw the face of God." Crue answered, almost casually, leaning back and taking a sip from his drink.

"See… I can't tell if you're joking or not." Sage looked at Crue with concern that was mirrored by his teammates. The way Crue smirked at his words did not help at all.

"I wish I was. But that dickhead I mentioned, The Author?" He reminded them. "Yeah, he was real, and he had a magic book. Called it the Relic of Reality or… something. He used it to change reality. Bringing me, and apparently other people, to Remnant. But, when things didn't go his way, he used the book to put everything back to the way it was supposed to be."

"And you… killed him?" Neptune asked, swallowing once. They were Huntsmen. They killed Grimm, not people. To his credit, Crue did look at least a little uncomfortable with the topic.

"I had to. He would have used his book to undo everything. To get rid of everyone. Everyone in this world would have died, and he'd have just started again. Bringing someone else in to be his puppet. And, whoever he brought would have been… a lot worse than me."

He frowned, though it seemed to be directed inward. SSN seemed to, not accept his reasons, but understand them. But, the last part caught Sage's attention.

"When you say worse…" He began, looking at Crue critically. "Do you mean they wouldn't be as good a fighter?"

Crue sighed and shook his head angrily. "No. That story I told you. That fairytale. That's who I was meant to be. I… I was brought here to be a bad guy. To work with Cinder. At least, that's what The Author told me."

"You were meant to be a bad guy?" Scarlet asked, looking surprised.

"That seems about as likely as Neptune swimming." "Hey!" Neptune glared at Sage as the taller boy jabbed a thumb in his direction. "But, he's got a point. Who'd think you're a bad guy?" He asked.

Crue glanced down, looking at his scarred and bare right arm, ripped clothing and large gun strapped to his thigh. He looked back to Neptune, tilting his head slightly as his single, steely blue eye stared at him, the other covered by an eyepatch with a gnarly scar running from under it.

"I wonder."

"Ok, yeah, you kinda look like a guy I wouldn't want to meet in an alley now." Neptune held his hands up in defence. "But before? You were just a pretty normal, well dressed guy."

"Normal?" Three voices asked as one. Crue looked at Sage and Scarlet vaguely annoyed, as if he was the only one allowed insult himself. The two shrugged unapologetically.

"I was trying to be nice." Neptune sighed. "But, I guess you actually were normal. Just, for your world. Not ours." Crue's ears perked up at his words.

"So you believe me?" He asked, sitting up straighter. He was certain if he had a tail it would be wagging, and was glad for his ears being the trait he ended up having.

"I mean, I do." Neptune nodded. He turned to his teammates, waiting for their opinions. Sage sucked in a breath through his teeth, as Scarlet blustered his lips and looked the other way.

Crue sighed. "Can't win them all, I guess." He went to drink from his tankard, before realising it was empty. He grumbled, before setting it down. "Is there anything I could say to help?"

"Maybe just, telling us more? About your world?" Scarlet suggested. "Like, who's this Jesus guy you keep bringing up?"

"Oh God." Crue sighed, before wondering if he should just leave it at that as an answer. "He pissed off the Romans about two thousand years ago so now we have Christmas, and Hell."

"Romans? Like Roman Torchwick?" The question had Crue slumping in his seat as he groaned.

"No. They were an ancient empire. Actually, you're based on one of their Gods." He pointed to Neptune as he spoke. His blue eyes lit up with glee, as beside him Sage and Scarlet sighed.

"Do you have any idea what that's going to do to his ego?" Sage looked at his glass, realised it was empty, and immediately got up to go get some more drinks.

"Don't worry, he won't be so happy when he hears what he's the God of." Crue gained a smirk, as Neptune's smile suddenly dropped, as Scarlet raised an eyebrow, intrigued.

"Neptune, is the Roman God of the Seas." Neptune immediately cried out in anguish, as Scarlet began laughing loudly. Neptune crossed his arms in a huff, pulling his goggles down over his eyes in an attempt to leave the conversation.

It proved about as effective as one would think. "You're finally the God of something, and it's the one thing you're afraid of." "Dude!" Neptune threw up his arms in anger at Scarlet, glancing to Crue out of the corner of his eye as he did so.

"Oh, I know you're afraid of water. It became one of your most defining characteristics. That, and being a flirt." Scarlet continued to laugh at Crue's explanation, whereas Neptune's jaw had gone slack at the idea of that being all he was known for.

Crue managed a smile as Sage returned with more drinks, and Scarlet managed to explain through frequent snorts what Crue had said. Sage had a good laugh at Neptunes expense as well, while the 'Main Character' was sulking into his drink.

Crue managed a smile, seeing that they were having fun, chatting, and generally not freaking out about him being from another world. The Faunus smiled, drinking heartily, and hoping that when he finally explained all this to the others, they would take it so well.

Yang Xiao-Long strode through the camp, a group of injured and stumbling bandits travelling behind her. All around her, people with makeshift weapons and stolen clothes gathered round to glare at her. The camp around her was cobbled together, and Yang knew that it could, and probably soon would, move around Mistral.

She approached a clearing within the camp, an empty space before the largest tent. All of the others were made of scrapped fabric that could have come from anywhere, but this one looked as though it was professionally made.

Yang doubted that, seeing as the bandits were, well, bandits. There was a short wooden rise up to the main tent, and Yang watched as the flaps began to open. A woman exited, wearing long black boots that went up to the mid thigh, a black pleated skirt and a red top.

But what stood out most was the full-face mask that resembled a Grimm. It uncomfortably reminded Yang of the White Fang, but regardless, Yang observed the figure with a cold indifference.

"Mom." She acknowledged, putting her robotic hand on her hip. The woman before her reached up to take off her mask, allowing Raven Branwen's face to be seen by all.

Yang looked surprised, seeing the eyepatch over her right eye. There was no string attached to it, instead it looked as though it was simply stuck on, using the shape of socket to keep it in place. It was a pure black, but with some kind of red gem in the middle, mimicking how her other eye looked.

It tickled something in the back of her mind, but she couldn't quite remember.

"Yang." Raven smiled. It looked extremely out of place. She set down her mask as she walked forward, holding out her hands. "So. After all this time you finally decided to visit me."

Yang's hand began to shake, a mixture of anger and anxiousness coursing through her, before she grabbed it with her other hand. "You know I searched for you. I spent years looking for you." She scowled.

"And you've found me." Raven said, as if it was her plan all along. "You were patient, determined, and strong enough to make your dream a reality. Well done, Yang." The praise had Yang's hair standing on end.

"But did you have to be so rough with my men?" Raven looked out over her bruised and battered bandits.

"I didn't want a fight. They started it." Yang spat, the same excuse she had used in Signal.

"Well you certainly finished it." Raven stood up straight, a hand on the hilt of her sword, impressed by her daughter. Yang stared back. Unimpressed. And trying to figure out why that eyepatch was bothering her so much.

In the silence that followed, Raven stepped forward. "Right. I'm sure this is all very overwhelming. But I must admit that you've proven yourself. So any questions you have I'll be happy to answer. You can stay with us tonight. I'll even have the cooks whip up something for you."

"That's not why I'm here." Yang stated, and found a small amount of joy in watching Raven's smile ripped from her face. All around her, various bandits began to mumble at the lack of respect show to their leader.

"What was that?" Ravena sked, arms crossed and scowling.

"I'm not here for you." Yang repeated. "Ruby is somewhere in Mistral. She's with Qrow, and she's going to need my help. I just need you to take me to her."

"And why would I do that?" Raven asked, looking disdainfully at Yang.

"Because we're family." Yang said, batting her eyelashes in a faux flattering manner as she placed both hands against her heart.

Raven gave a growl under her breath, as she looked away from Yang. "Family." She muttered. "Only coming around when they need something." She began to pace methodically, throwing her voice out once again. "I have to say I'm disappointed. After all, you found me, didn't you? Why not take that drive and use it to find your little sister… if she means that much to you?"

Yang's hand clenched at the implication. "Because you're going to save me time." She explained, as if that was all Raven was good for. "Ruby was heading to Mistral, but there's no guarantee she's made it there. Looking for her in Anima could take ages. But… Dad told me how your Semblance works."

Raven cursed her husband under her breath, as Yang continued. "You can bond to certain people. And when you do, you could create a portal that takes you straight to them. You've got one for Dad. One for me. And you've got one for Qrow."

"He promised me he'd watch out for Ruby before he left. And I trust him. So, make me a portal to my uncle and sister, and I'll be on my way." Yang finished her words, putting a hand on her hip and waiting for a response.

"You know, it takes real strength to march in here and demand such a favour of me. I've got to say I'm impressed." Once again, Raven's praise did nothin but make Yang feel as though she had gone wrong somewhere in life.

"It's very noble to want to help out your sister. But if she's with Qrow, then she's already a lost cause." She had begun to move, walking from one of the platform to another.

"What does that mean?" Yang asked.

"You don't want to get mixed up in all of that, Yang. Ozpin is not the man you think he is. And Qrow is a fool for trusting him. I would know. I trusted him once too."

"I don't care what you think." Yang said, glaring at Raven as she threw a hand out. More mumbling sprung up around the camp.

"Your choice is your own. All I'm suggesting is that instead of getting wrapped up in something too big for you, for any of us, that maybe you take a moment to wonder if you're already where you belong." Raven kept her hand on the hilt of her sword as she walked back across the platform.

"Save your breath." Yang spat. "You can spout off whatever you want, but nothing is going to keep me from my sister." Yang's eyes narrowed as she stared Raven down.

"Well, aren't you stubborn." Raven spoke as though she giving a compliment to a child.

"I get it from my mom." Yang replied, not referring to the one in front of her. Somehow, she had the feeling Raven knew that.

"Well, if that's how you feel." Yang smirked, seeing she did know. "Then it sounds like we're done here. Take her away." She turned and began to head to her tent, as all around her bandits raised their weapons.

"Did you not hear me?!" Yang exclaimed, as Raven turned around to look at her with something close to pity. It pissed Yang off. "I said send me to Qrow damn it!" She stepped forward, eyes flashing red as her fists clenched.

"That's enough!" A bandit with very little self-preservation yelled. "You watch your mouth in front of our leader!" Behind him, several other bandits tensed up, getting ready for a fight.

Yang let some of her anger slip, enough for her to right her stance and look back to Raven one last time. Eyes still red, she spoke. "Fucking make me."

The bandit leaned back, looking to those behind him. When he saw none of his allies making a move, he rushed in with a yell and an attack so telegraphed Yang could have seen it coming from Atlas. The bandit jumped, swinging his sword horizontally.

Yang effortlessly ducked under the swing, and brought her robotic arm back. She grit her teeth, standing up straight as her red eyes glared at the bandit. The impact of metal on face was satisfying, as he was sent flying back into a tent.

The structure crumbled from the weight of the body, giving Yang a full view of what was behind it. Two cages, right next to another. And within them… "Yang!?" Pyrrha and Weiss exclaimed in unison.

"Weiss!? Pyrrha?!" The red Yang's eyes faded as she looked upon her friends, replaced by confusion.

The two girls within the cage glanced at each other. "So much for subtlety." Weiss complained, as she turned around to face her miniature Arma Gigas. Pyrrha, meanwhile stood up, free of her bindings, and threw her arms out.

The cage exploded upward, metal spokes flying into the air. Along with them, the summon grew to its full size. It stood in the wreckage of the cage, as the metal bars suddenly froze in mid air, before their ends pointed towards the bandits.

Several eyes widened, as Pyrrha hurled her hand downward. A rain of metal spears shot downwards, causing screams as the bandits scattered. Using the confusion, Weiss ran towards Yang, the Summon hot on her heels.

Pyrrha followed, the pieces of rebar sticking into the ground and providing a safe corridor to get to Yang. The two managed to get to her side, Weiss on her left and Pyrrha on her right, with the Arma Gigas standing behind them all, brandishing its sword.

"What are you two doing here?! What is that?" Yang asked, fists raised and ready to fight. Weiss lacked her weapon, but she spotted Vernal almost immediately, holding both Setanta and Myrtenaster.

"Don't worry about it." Weiss answered. "What are you doing here?" They had a small clearing to work with, as the bandits were still hesitant to approach the spokes of the cage, one of which had ripped itself from the ground and into Pyrrha's grasp.

"Not that we don't appreciate you being here." The redhead said with a small smile, glancing to Yang, before the smile fell and she faced the bandits, spinning the pole round much like she would her spear.

"Well, that's my mom and she can take us to Ruby!" Yang explained, nodding her head towards Raven, who was standing in front of her tent.

"Ugh." She rolled her eyes, as if this was nothing more than a minor inconvenience that was soon to become more annoying.

Weiss' blue eyes went wide as she recognised the face. "Your mom kidnapped us?!"

Yang's expression matched Weiss' as she grit her teeth and glared at Raven. "You kidnapped them!?" The bandits around them began to yell and clang their weapons, those who were unarmed mimicking Pyrrha and pulling some of the rebar from the ground.

The three got ready to fight, sprinting towards the attackers. Before they could begin a fight that would have most definitely been in their favour, the sound of thunder roared and a bolt of lightning struck the ground between the Huntresses and the bandits.

The three girls skid to a stop, as a voice screamed. "ENOUGH!" The group turned, seeing Vernal pointing Myrtenaster a little ways into the air, where the lightning bolt had come from. But that was not what had caught Yang's attention.

The metallic blue weapon in her other hand had her eyes turning crimson. "If you people don't keep it together this place will be crawling with Grimm!" Raven exclaimed, but it was muffled to Yang's ears. "Give them their weapons."

"Where did you get that weapon?" She demanded of Vernal, as Myrtenaster flew through the air, into Weiss' waiting hands. The bandit paused, having been about to throw Setanta at them as well. Instead, she rested the weapon on her shoulder and gained a cocky smirk.

"Spoils of war. Got a problem with it?" She said, swinging it as a sword. Problem? Yes, Yang had a problem. She was about to commit a murder and didn't see much issue with it. And judging from Weiss' expression, she was in the same boat.

Before Vernal could make another jab, her hand suddenly jerked forward against her will, as Setanta lunged towards the three. Weiss and Yang immediately got into a defensive stance, ready to defend from the attack.

Instead, Setanta flew from Vernal's grasp as she stumbled after it. Before their eyes, Setanta flipped mid air and hurled towards them, only to be caught by a gloved hand. "This doesn't belong to you." Pyrrha scowled at Vernal, the expression magnified by the faintest of emerald flickers within her eyes.

Yang herself felt a little intimidated, before turning towards Raven. "Well?" She gestured to them. Three armed Huntresses and a massive suit of armour.

Raven frowned. "You three. In my tent. Now." She didn't wait for a response, entering her tent as the rest of the bandits disbanded, putting as much distance between them and the hulking summon as they could.

Vernal glared at Pyrrha, before she too walked back to her tent. Yang felt some of her tension leave, letting out a breath as Weiss and Pyrrha shared sighs of relief.

"Sorry about-" Yang's words were cut off by Weiss dropping her weapon, jumping up and wrapping her arms around her in a hug, squeezing Yang tightly.

"I missed you so much." Yang felt herself still at the touch, before smiling and leaning into it, placing a hand gently on the back of Weiss' head.

"I missed you too." She whispered back. With her other hand, she reached out behind her and grabbed onto Pyrrha's arm. She tugged the girl forward, hearing a 'woh' of surprise, spinning her round so that she could partake in the hug.

"You too, Pyrrha." She said, smiling at her over Weiss' head. Pyrrha smiled back widely, leaning into the hug and doing her best to wrap her arms around Yang. For a moment, they stayed like that, simply happy to have a friendly face from Beacon.

That was until Yang suddenly felt a rapid slapping on her side and broke the hug. Weiss pushed herself off of Yang, face red as she sucked in a massive breath. "Oh. Whoops." Yang laughed, scratching the back of her head.

Weiss held up a finger, as she was being held up by Pyrrha, and attempted to speak. "I… just got you back, Yang. Don't kill me already." She regained her breath, managing to stand on her own.

"I'll try my best." Yang smiled, before it fell as she faced Raven's tent. The mood quickly died, as they remembered what they were told to do. Yang gave a sigh.

"Alright. Let's go talk to my bitch of an egg donor."

I don't think we've seen Yang for like... fifteen chapters. Hell of an entrance at least. And we finally get to see Raven's face. Also, I have no idea if there is an actual name for those kinds of eyepatches. They're the ones without a string, like the kind Odin and Thor had in the MCU- I just realised I gave the character based on Odin's ravens an eyepatch like his god fucking damn it lol

Anyway, Yang, Weiss and Pyrrha are reunited and Weiss experienced what it was like to be a harem protagonist for about five seconds. Next chapter should be them actually talking with Raven, and maybe a check in to see how some others are doing.

I wasn't actually planning on having a discussion between SSN and Crue, but it felt like it flowed well with the story. And, it gave Crue a chance to see how believable his story would be. I might also be adding in some details to Remnant that I'm not a hundred percent sure would be canon. But, I doubt they do actually know what Dinosaurs and Werewolves are. A comment a while back mentioned how werewolves and other things like it might be seen as racist caricatures as Faunus.

But, luckily Crue does know enough to help prove his case. Even though it's possible Jaune might have told Crue, that guy would not spill a secret for anything, especially one someone else trusted him with.

Anyway, that's all for now, I hope you enjoyed the chapter, let me know if you did, and as always...

Until Next Time
